Speaker 1 (00:00):
Give us three minutes and we'll give you everything you
need to know over the day. But it's time for
Nina's what's trending.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
I don't know if you're ready for it, but it's
about to be a tankini summer and it's already sparking
a little bit of debate. What part of the debate
has to do with the fact that it's about modesty
and they're afraid that it's more of a modesty propaganda
situation than it.

Speaker 3 (00:17):
Is about being cute.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
But these tankinis have been updated, so it's not just
like the ones that we're used to seeing where it's
like a tank top and shorts or skirts so you're
completely covered. They've got new patterns and new looks and stuff.
But you right, and that's what everybody is saying. But
they're also saying that they're falling victim to modesty propaganda.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
I didn't even know that was a thing. What it
is we ai a tankini.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
Covers, So how is that worse? It's not worse, it's
being modest. They're afraid that there's a tricky way that
they're trying to get women to cover their bodies up again,
after like everything that happened to like can too on
the Red Carpet. They started banning the naked dresses and stuff.

Speaker 3 (00:59):
So they feel like.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
There's this move towards covering women's bodies more than before.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Which one is it over sexualize the body or don't?
Oh right, because it's like, hey, do me a favor
and more than my body. Also, why did you try
to take away the nude stuff I was wearing. I'm
getting mixed messages.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
I mean, I think everybody is getting mixed messages.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
And I think that's because of these random conversations that
keep popping up. But if everybody just did what made
them feel good, and everybody would present in whatever space
they're in a lot healthier.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
If you want a nude dress, it out do that.
If you want to wear a turtle nikini, go for it.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
That.

Speaker 3 (01:43):
Yeah, it's a turtle niki.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
And it can be both, you know, if everything can
be more than one thing at the same time, so
you can be modest and sexy and all of the
things or what you want.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
Do you do what makes you feel good, but don't
do this.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
So there's this new term called dusting, and it's dangerous.

Speaker 3 (02:01):
Isn't that what the swipper when you let one out
as you walk by somebody.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
It's a different that's yeah, that's crop dusting. Okay, different,
different kind of dusting. This kind of dusting is referring
to a trend which involves inhaling chemicals from aerosol dusters
or keyboard cleaners. So it's very similar to huffing. Yeah,
like back in the day, like you would off of
like like whippets off of like what do you call them?

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Cream cream?

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Yeah, the whip cream cans and stuff. So this is
kind of an upgraded version of that. And it's bad.
It's very very bad. It's a trend on social media.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
Is inhaling that. And why that sounds It's been going
on for ages with that stuff? What does that do?
Like why what is the point of that?

Speaker 2 (02:41):
It like gets you like on a high, gets you
like a very don't find another way.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
That's so dupe.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
It is it is, And so yay keep saying that
louder so dusting doesn't become a trend. But for anybody
that hears anybody say it, maybe think twice and be like,
what do you mean are you cleaning.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
Or are you sucking on something? Weird? You know?

Speaker 1 (03:00):
Say, when I worked at an office job, I had
those little aerosolt thinners from my keyboard and I was
so bored some days where I'm just like, man, should
I No? I never did, okay, but I didn't think
about it long and hard. A lot of days like
this is like, I'm not office material, you know. It's
just like I need to have a little bit of
fun in her somehow.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
You just said, no, that's what it is. Like, how
do we get so bored? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (03:25):
Literally, in like worldwide right now, I feel like we're
in some sort of weird lead up to an apocalypse
and people have time to go huff their dusters.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
That's weird, bro.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
It is weird that you see one person do it,
so then you're gonna do it and it becomes dominant.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
Just don't do it. Can we go the opposite way?
I can see anyway. I'll leave social media for you.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
Not one persons even goes yeah, no, why well they
did it?

Speaker 3 (03:50):
Cool video about it? Yeah, And that's what's happening. People
are actually not doing good from it. No, it's very
bad for you. Yeah, I'll leave you with a little
bit of happy.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
This is also in social media, but this is a
good thing. If you need a little happiness boost in
the morning.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
Eat a pickle. Oh I hate pickles.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
That's what you gotta do because the fermented foods can
improve your mood and help with your gut.

Speaker 3 (04:09):
So on, inward and upward. Friend, my favorite food, seriously
ill pickles. Eat more of them, especially in the morning,
And that is what's trending.
