Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's time for Nina's what's trending.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
So if you're trying to curb your appetite this holiday season,
especially on Thanksgiving when you're cramming and all the turkey,
if you want to try to eat just a little
bit less, there is one trick and it is one
color that will magically make you shed pounds according to science.
I'll tell you what that color is, and if you
need to hurry up and switch your plates so you
can feel good about yourself on things giving that you're

(00:23):
just supposed to eat. Like anyway, I'm trying to make
this sound cutter than it is. But I will tell
you what that color is in a second. But first,
stress is also a common theme around the holidays, and
there is a new thing you may have not thought
of that does help reduce stress. You don't have to
have a pet, but you can have a plant. Plant
petting is now the new way to reduce stress. Petting

(00:44):
your plant, Petting your plants.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Why would you put a plant? Sounds like overly stressed
mental breakdown. It's just sitting at home petting your plant.
I don't want to go to work tomorrow. I don't
want to go to work tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
It's okay, buddy, It's okay, buddy. I'm fine, I'm fine.
It says doing this will calm you and as little
as ninety seconds. Wow, So pet your plants, bro. Some
of the stuff I read every day, you guys, it's
wild and I can't know this by myself, So now
you do too. So back to the color to help
you stop overeating this holiday season is pink. But it's

(01:21):
not just any pink. It's got to be bubblegum pink,
like tepto bismol pink. But that's the color that you
keep around you, and it's supposed to help suppress your
appetite and keep you from over snacking. Why but Thanksgiving
you're supposed to do that. I agree. But the color
itself is called Baker Miller pink. Baker Miller suppressing color,
I guess, and appetite supressing color lame.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Yeah, you think it's stomach, that's what you're thinking about.
You Like, this looks like tepto, And I know if
I eat that other bike, no, it's gonna hurt.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
That's well, that's what's trending.
