Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's time to Catch a Cheater.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Only on the Jubile Show, Amira is on the phone
today for to Catch a Cheater and she thinks that
her boyfriend of two years, Ethan, might be messing around.
So we'll see if we can help her out. Amera, Sorry,
you have to come on the show this way, But
what's up? Why do you think Ethan might be cheating
on you?

Speaker 3 (00:17):
Hey?

Speaker 1 (00:19):
So I wanted to call you guys because I mean, just.

Speaker 3 (00:24):
It just kind of gets like a lot of like
the guest workout, so like some backstory. I teach English Lit,
and I'm I don't know, I just I'm just really
like perceptive and I believe in a lot of like patterns,
and you know, I'm really intuitive, and I just want
to make sure that my judgment isn't clouded because this

(00:44):
is my boyfriend, you know what I mean. So we
have been together for about two years, that we have
been living together for six months, and we have an
apartment together, so you know, I mean.

Speaker 4 (00:58):
Sleep and same bad.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
I see his phone everything.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
And I I don't really know kind of like what's
going on because he he's just like recently started kind
of being a little bit obsessed with his phone usually
late at night, like we'll read something together, or we'll
read individual in.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Me and then like tell each other about the chapter
that we read or something.

Speaker 3 (01:22):
But like we're normally never on our phones, and he
has been on his phone constantly, and he doesn't normally
lock his phone, but he has recently. And I've known
this just because like he was in the shower and
I was like checking the time and I just like
tapped his phone and.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
I realized that it was now locked.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
And this wasn't a passcode lock, this was space I
d like because we both like he works in tech
and stuff, so we're both like nine to five, we're
both out of the house, and at dinner it's you know,
we always just.

Speaker 4 (01:52):
Kind of pay pay.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
Attention to each other and connect during dinner. And once again,
he's on the phone and he's texting, and he's doing
that like you know, who you smiling at thing?

Speaker 1 (02:02):
Like he's like smiling at his.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
Text messages, and I keep going like.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
Hey, like who are you talking to?

Speaker 3 (02:10):
And then he just goes like, oh, like it's just
like work, and then like puts his phone down. And
because of this, I've just kind of been you know
docting on his phone a little bit and getting a
little suspicious, and I don't know, just getting in my head,
and I caught I glanced over and I saw a
preview of a message, and I'm pretty sure it said

(02:33):
something along the lines of let me know when she's gone.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
WHOA did you see who sent it?

Speaker 3 (02:41):
No?

Speaker 4 (02:41):
I did not.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
Is he is he texting at night when you guys
are in bed, or is he like playing on his
phone or it seems like he's constantly texting.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
It's it's not that he's playing or anything. It's like
he'll like look at his phone and like respond to
something and kind of have it angled away from me
and then put it based down on the on the nightstand.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Yeah, okay, face down with the phone is kind of
a red flag. Yeah, you're right. Have you asked him
anything about it?

Speaker 3 (03:09):
No?

Speaker 1 (03:10):
I haven't because I don't know. I just don't.

Speaker 4 (03:14):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
I don't want to read into his facial expressions or
get into my head or you know, God forbid, he's
cheating on me and then he's lying, and I or
if he's not cheating on me, and then I think
he is because I'm just I don't know. I yeahy
way of doing it, but it removes all the guesswork.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
Okay, well it's a service. Yeah, we'll see if we
can figure it out for you. We'll play a song
come back, and you already told us what grocery store
he's a Rewards card member at, So we'll call him
and pretend to be from the grocery store and say
that every single month, we choose one lucky Rewards member
who gets a free gift from us and his flowers
delivered from our florial department, and we'll see if he
sends those to you or to somebody else. Okay, okay,

(03:53):
thank you, all right, we'll get you to catch a
teater next. You're just joining us for today's to Catch
a Cheeter. Amira is on the phone and she thinks
that her boyfriend of two years named Ethan might be
messing around. So we're about to call him and pretend
to be from the grocery store that he's a Rewards
card member at, and say that every single month, one
of our rewards members wins a free gift from us

(04:15):
flowers delivered from our floral apartment, and we'll see if
he believe that, and if he does, we'll see who
he sends him to, if he sends them to his
girlfriend a Mira or to somebody else, and then we
might know if he's cheating or not. And Amera before
we call him, why don't you break down your situation
again real quick for us?

Speaker 3 (04:30):
Sure, we have been together for about two years. We've
been living together for like six months. He's normally never
on his phone. He has been on his phone lately.
And then I saw a the fact that he now
has a lock on his phone face.

Speaker 1 (04:42):
Id and I caught a preview of a.

Speaker 4 (04:45):
Message that was not.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
Super great to read. Okay, and would the message say again?
It said let me know when she's gone. Yeah, that's shady.
I'm so sorry. Us feel crazy right now?

Speaker 4 (04:57):
I do.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
I feel very insane. All right for us to call him, Hi,
let's do it? Okay?

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Well, Hi, this is corrible calling from I was looking
for our rewards card member named Ethan.

Speaker 4 (05:19):
Uh yeah, this is him, Hi, Ethan.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
Please don't hang up. This is not a marketing phone call.
I'm actually calling to say congratulations, you're this month's big winner.
Thank you so much for shopping with us. Kay, we're
flipping for your in the offices and everything.

Speaker 4 (05:33):
Okay, that's great what happens.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
But oh well, maybe you don't know. Every single month
we choose one Lucky Rewards member who gets a free
gift from us, and this month's thirty six long stim
red roses, a box of candy or chocolate and a
card to be delivered to anybody that you want, absolutely free.
It's at three hundred and sixteen dollars value.

Speaker 4 (05:50):
Oh okay, that's nuch.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
So the first thing I would need from you would
just be the first and the last name of the
person that you want to send them to, and then
if you want to put anything on a car, and
after that we'll get the address and that's it.

Speaker 4 (06:02):
Okay, cool. The first name is Savannah Savannah.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
Okay, did you want to include a card to Savannah?

Speaker 4 (06:11):
Oh yes, and they can have it. Say you've been
my sanity. Let's keep this between us right now.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
Thank you very much, Ethan.

Speaker 2 (06:18):
And the last thing will be to let you know
that this is actually a radio show.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
It's called the Jewbel Show. Yeah. Hi, I'm Nina, i
am Victoria, and my name is Jewbell.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
How are you Okay? I'm good?

Speaker 2 (06:31):
And we do a segment on the show that's called
to Catch a Cheater where if you think your significant
other might be messing around, you see who they send
flowers to, and your girlfriend of two years of Mira,
is on the phone.

Speaker 3 (06:43):
Wait, what, Ethan, what the you're sending flowers my sister?

Speaker 1 (06:49):
What aren't you cheating all you with my sister? No,
we are.

Speaker 4 (06:55):
This is the call you can competing on you?

Speaker 1 (06:57):
Well that's what the reaction is laughing.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
Yeah, okay, well then what the hell is let's keep
this between us supposed to mean? And then also the
other night on your phone, I saw that message where
it was like, oh, let me know when she's gone.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
Was that from Savannah?

Speaker 3 (07:12):
No?

Speaker 4 (07:13):
Yes, okay, wait, let me let me explain. Let me
explain what's going on?

Speaker 3 (07:16):
Okay, and what the ethan, Why are you sending flowers
with my sister and you're not sending them to me?

Speaker 4 (07:21):
I will, I will tell you. Let me let me explain.
I'll explain. Okay.

Speaker 5 (07:25):
First of all, I'm not cheating on you. All the
people in the world I would you, I would not
see them with your sister. I wouldn't set you with
anything for anybody better. She's going, She's been helping me
plan your birthday weekend and you had a yeah, I
mean we both you had a really rough semester at school,
and I wanted to take you away somewhere without.

Speaker 4 (07:44):
You knowing all the details In that message.

Speaker 5 (07:47):
When I was when she was like, let me know
when she's gone, it was about you leave in an
apartment so we can speak in decorations for the pre
the announcement for the thing that I've been planning for you?

Speaker 1 (07:59):
Is your birthday coming up? A mira, I mean kind of.

Speaker 3 (08:05):
It's in two months, so it's not something that would
need to be taken care of like right now.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (08:11):
This kind of sounds like.

Speaker 5 (08:11):
Bull It's a big surprise, that's the whole thing. I mean,
I listen, you know if I tell you anything about
a surprise or even are going to guess it. I've
done this a million times, and I wanted to keep
this really quiet. Sanna's been helping me plan it for weeks.
The flowers was just a thank you for going above
and beyond, because I haven't even gotten anything yet. I
was going to get a gift to be like thank
you for all the help with the planning and everything
and this is.

Speaker 4 (08:31):
Just like, oh, it's free, let me just do that.

Speaker 1 (08:34):

look at this.

Speaker 3 (08:42):
You you're weird, and you know me, I'm just reading
into everything, and you've been really, really weird, and of

next name I hear is like my sister's name.

Speaker 5 (08:53):
Well, you know me, I would never see it on
you with anybody, let alone your sister. And I'm not
smooth enough to pull off a lie. And what it is,
I'll tell It's a weekend get away. That's what I've
been planning. And it's a big deal.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
Do you have to text about that every night? A
weekend get away? How long does it take to plankay?

Speaker 4 (09:12):
It's an all inclusive thing. It's a big deal. It's
a plane trip and then a boat trip. It was
going to be like a whole big thing. So there's
a lot of planning to do. Yes, it is a
big deal.

Speaker 3 (09:22):
Okay, and you you need my sister's help to plan that.
If it's all inclusive, then why do you need my
sister's help.

Speaker 5 (09:29):
You know, well, first off, she goes on these trips
all the time, and you know that she goes on
these trips all the time. She does on these planes
with help and other stuff. And yeah, it is all inclusive,
but there's a lot of like things to get to
where it's like.

Speaker 4 (09:42):
I got to book the plane, I gotta book the
boat trip, and then you get to the.

Speaker 5 (09:45):
Thing, and then there's the thing you can do outside.

Speaker 4 (09:47):
Of the place.

Speaker 5 (09:48):
She's been to this place before, so she was telling
you all about it, and I was like, I don't
take trips.

Speaker 4 (09:52):
I don't know anything about this stuff.

Speaker 5 (09:54):
So she was gonna help me to get with the
entire thing, and she's up cumming no, no, but she.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
Is helping me plan the entire You can call her.
You can call her and ask her. Now that the
surprises ruin, we.

don't have to show me like the place that you
