It started with Peggy, someone with Alzheimer's disease who never
knew my name and whom I accompanied at her nursing
home residence for twenty two years. Her influence in my
life and the values I received growing up with grandparents
in the home brought about what has become my life's
mission to advocate for those affected by Alzheimer's disease. My

a podcast about Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Like many
of you, I've seen the fear that can accompany an
Alzheimer's diagnosis. I've been a caregiver and advocate for more
