Speaker 1 (00:01):
You want from Los Angeles, pH Prank.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
And one and only Pain.

Speaker 1 (00:14):
Perez Gilton. Hi, everybody, Welcome to the PHP on this
m l K day here in America. I'm Booker, He's Perez.
How do you do?

Speaker 3 (00:25):
Excited to talk about Blake Lively because there is a
lot more Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni to get to that.
News of his lawsuit broke after we recorded our podcast
for Patreon, So a lot of juicy stuff there, plus
some really surprising Diddy news and a lot of new

(00:46):
information also Jennifer Aniston, Liam Payne and more. But first,
I don't know if you guys are aware, but on Patreon,
we have the ability if you don't want to sign
up for the entire month, you can just purchase one
episode just to listen and enjoy that one episode. You

(01:07):
can yeah, yeah, yeah, I mean listen. The minimum price
they allow me to set it is three dollars, so
it makes sense to just get the entire month, because
the entire month is four ninety nine, right, yeah, so
a two dollars difference. But I bring that up because
our most recent Patreon episode, which I won't get into
detail here because I feel like I feel like we

(01:28):
do need a follow up, but I will do the
follow up on Patreon this coming Thursday. Okay, but our
most recent episode, how do I describe it without over
is trigger? I feel like triggered is is appropriate?

Speaker 1 (01:44):
Triggered A lot of people triggered me.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
Okay, there you go, And I do want to tell
those people that I have more thoughts and I will
share them on Thursday.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
I'm sure they're dumb thoughts too. Oh shot, shut it again,
as we all shut up, he's captain double down. Jesus,
I'm just giving everybody an advanced warning. I already know
what the update will be. Your captain doubled all right.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
Anyways, you have no idea what I'm gonna say or anything.
So Thursday we will give you an update on that.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
Well, those people may not be left on Thursday. He
pissed off the audience.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
No, I did not.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
Can you not read too? I pissed off some some Okay,
I guess you can't read the message board.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
I can read the message board.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (02:31):
Anyways, I don't want to. I don't want to have
that conversation here now. I don't care what people think
of me. It was a very dramatic weekend with TikTok
going away. I actually that's you know, it's kind of
tied to the Patreon and we talked about this on
the Patreon also, it's all tied together. Okay, we did
talk about TikTok. TikTok did go away for like fourteen

(02:54):
or fifteen hours?

Speaker 1 (02:55):
Was it even that long?

Speaker 4 (02:56):
It was?

Speaker 3 (02:57):
It was it was from like seven twenty three pm
Pacific time around there to like ten something in the morning. Oh, okay,
it's back now.

Speaker 1 (03:07):
It was a well executed gimmick to blow our now
new president we've shown the world put his name on
the side of something and you'll get your way. And
that's exactly what happened. What a gimmick, What a goofy
ass gimmick, putting his name on both of the posting's
President Trump me while he wasn't even president at the time,
but putting his name in both of the posts when

(03:29):
you go to sign on TikTok.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
Byte Dance is not owned or controlled by China.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Well, let's start at the impetus of TikTok band. Where
did this start with Donald Trump?

Speaker 3 (03:39):
Yes, I've said that, this is what's so crazy. God,
I don't know, okay, whatever, I don't want to.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
I'll be everyone's talking about the TikTok man.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
I'll be brief, but this is public information. Over not
over about. I think the exact number is sixty percent
of byte Dance is owned by investors, sixty percent of it.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Gives a shit?

Speaker 3 (04:01):
What do you mean, who gives a shit? That's the
whole point that they passed.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
That's not the whole point.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
Yes, to the whole point.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
Go back to the beginning. Trump will give him credit
for this. Put his name on this pig. Trump said,
China is stealing your information. Trump said that, and then
Trump then said you had to sell it, and then
imposed fines on China. This was a Trump band to
begin with.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
This law didn't go into effect until last year. It
wasn't passed through Congress until twenty twenty four.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Who started it?

Speaker 3 (04:31):
I acknowledge who starts?

Speaker 1 (04:33):
The only point I'm trying to make. You can't set
a fire and then come in and say I'm the fireman. No,
you set the fire in the first place.

Speaker 3 (04:41):
All right, Well, am I wrong? You're wrong? And you
were perpetuating a lot of false information? What am I? Pepoetric?

Speaker 1 (04:47):
Trump started this whole thing. No, yes he did.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
I don't. Let's not get into a situation where you're
not listening to me. I like twice said yes, I
know that, Yes, I know Trump started.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
Okay, and that's all I'm trying to say.

Speaker 3 (04:58):
And then you also spread falls information that China stores
are in for stealing our information.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
No, no, no, no, no did okay? We imposed fines on them,
which they did not pay.

Speaker 3 (05:08):
And then they took steps to house all of our
information here with Oracle, a US company.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
Did they pay the fine?

Speaker 3 (05:17):
I don't know that. I don't know. No, they did not, Okay,
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
Okay, Well, Captain, I'm going to start the External Revenue
Service and I'm going to go to the countries that
os money and I'm gonna make them pay us. That's
what he said, is just giving them a pass like, oh,
but don't worry about those billions of dollars. That's what happened.

Speaker 3 (05:34):
That's what happened.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
Great, whatever go be on China side.

Speaker 3 (05:38):
That people who don't monetize on TikTok, who aren't using TikTok,
don't know how you can't just do it like that
on other platforms. They don't do it. Like it was
so frustrating seeing on Saturday and all of a sudden
out of fucking nowhere, like Instagram came out with like
five updates, and I'm like, instead of making all of

(06:00):
these changes, why don't you prioritize so that creators can
have a living wage on Instagram? Why don't you share
the wealth the way that TikTok has. Instagram doesn't do that.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
Keep in mind, TikTok will stop.

Speaker 3 (06:13):
Says who says me, What do you mean, TikTok will stop?

Speaker 1 (06:16):
Why do they need to continue paying people? They got
all the people there once an American company or whomever
buys it. You think you're going to get the same check.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
What a joke.

Speaker 1 (06:25):
They're going to keep their money. It's like trickled down economics.
You think these corporations are going to give us a
deal on bacon or eggs because they're making more money
than they ever have, which they are. No, they're not
going to It's going to be the same thing.

Speaker 3 (06:37):
I don't have a crystal ball, but I do agree.
If they stop rewarding creators the way they do, then
TikTok will change, you know, Like I over the last
week or so have made Instagram a much less priority
with the TikTok band looming, And I was really pushing
people to my YouTube because at least on YouTube, I
can fucking monetizeze, you know. So that's actually actually I disagree.

(07:00):
Look at YouTube.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
But Perez, you're coming at it as a creator. Yes,
you are point zero zero zero zero one percent of
the users. The users don't give a shit. I'm a user.
I just use it because I like that.

Speaker 3 (07:13):
But the majority of people can make money even if
you have like two thousand followers. That's the wijority of people,
aren't I don't know about that.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
The amount of people that are getting paid is minuscule
to the amount of people that are on TikTok. How
many Americans do you think use TikTok?

Speaker 3 (07:31):
The numbers out there, one hundred and seventy million.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
Not everyone's a creator, Perez.

Speaker 3 (07:36):
You sound like an out of touch old person.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
Don't I use TikTok.

Speaker 3 (07:41):
Anyways, I'm glad TikTok is back, and I am cautiously
optimistic that solution will be found to keep it here permanently.
And I'll remind everybody this is the same fucking platform
that banned me in twenty twenty. And I'm genuinely advocating
so hard.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
Because you're a flip flopper and you have.

Speaker 3 (07:59):
No no, because they know how much it helps people.

Speaker 1 (08:02):
It's like a drug. They sucked you in with the
money and they're gonna take it away.

Speaker 3 (08:06):
You'll say, did YouTube take it away?

Speaker 1 (08:08):
Did YouTube pay as much as TikTok? No, yes, no,
not even close.

Speaker 3 (08:13):
If bets you had to make a lot more views,
TikTok makes it easier.

Speaker 1 (08:18):
Well, I believe that, yeah, but that's why it's like,
I know how much you've made for the amount of
followers that you have. The math ain't matho. They want
to keep people on it. It's like a drug addict.
You give them a little bit of drugs and then
they get sucked in and then they take it away
for it. You'll see, TikTok will pass, just like the
nine other platforms before. The only one that stood the

(08:40):
test of time is Facebook. That's aged out, but you
know they created Instagram. At least there'll be a new
TikTok tomorrow.

Speaker 3 (08:46):
It took so many years to get TikTok to where
it is.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
Yeah, well, they kept priming the pump paying people. You
think in American company's going to pay people that much,
Get the fuck out of here. They're not going.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
To Today is not just mL it's also Inauguration Day,
and leading up to it, we spoke about Carrie Underwood
performing at the inauguration. Well, since then, a lot more
artists were revealed to be performing, including some rappers like
Snoop dog and Nelly. And what's interesting is there's this

(09:20):
one video. I wanted to share it, but I was
afraid too because, like I went on this whole thing
on Saturday night, like fuck Instagram, suck my dig blah
blah blah. I was like just so upset that Instagram
does not prioritize creators there. They just prioritize money, which
is I guess you know a lot of them.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
Instagram was made for chicks to show off their body. Okay,
that's all it was, and they want to do that
for free.

Speaker 3 (09:43):
Yeah. Anyways, there's this video of Snoop Dogg from twenty seventeen,
I think, just before Trump's first inauguration saying the N
word alah blah blah blah, talking about you know, people
performing in his inauguration, and you know specifically calling out
black performers, saying you're a uncle Tom blah blah. And
I'm like, oh, I can't put I'm not gonna put

(10:05):
that up and get that video taken down, you know
what I mean?

Speaker 1 (10:08):
Well, it's kind of everywhere and I've seen it.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
So thus far, you know, Snoop has not commented, and
it's clear that his position has changed people's thoughts evolved.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
He went on the Breakfast Club not even a year ago,
and he went after people that would support Trump, and
I mean he went in hard. And to be such
a flip flopper. I have lost so much respect for
Snoop Dogg, not because of what he votes. I had
no idea what Nelly voted for before because I've never

(10:41):
heard Nelly's words on it. So Nellie is kind of
exempt from this conversation in my mind. But Snoop Dogg,
I've heard his words and I heard his opinion on things,
and I'm like, well, at least the guy's dug in
on his thoughts. Seemed a little bit extreme, even to
me the way he articulated it, But that's Snoop's brand
and fine, and to flipflop this much to this degree, Wow, Really,

(11:06):
you're gonna say that as hard as you said it,
and then you're gonna do a one eighty and take
the money to perform. Okay, credibility flushed.

Speaker 3 (11:15):
I think you're wrong. I think there might be like
a hiccup, but Snoop is so beloved that give it
a month, people will forget and move on and not care.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
It's not that I care, it's that his word is
now garbage to me.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
People will forget and move on and not care.

Speaker 1 (11:31):
I think you're wrong about this one.

Speaker 3 (11:33):
I don't think I'm wrong.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
Have you read online the comments, the vitriol that's directed
towards him.

Speaker 3 (11:39):
He hasn't even released a statement.

Speaker 1 (11:41):
Why would he release a statement, he snooped dog.

Speaker 3 (11:43):
If he cared, if he was bothered by the response,
he would release a statement. But he doesn't.

Speaker 1 (11:48):
Yeah, I don't know about that. I think he would
get high and go on Instagram and say something. That's
what he seems to always do.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
Well. Nelly, however, is responding to the criticism, and he
has this to say new Interview. I'm not doing this
for money. I'm doing this because it's an honor. I
respect the office. It don't matter who is in office
the same way our men and women are brothers and
sisters who protect this country, have to go to war
and have to put their life on the line for

(12:16):
whoever is in office. So if they can put their
life on the line for whoever is in office, I
can damn sure perform for whoever is in office. I
would ask critics to show me where he's a white supremacist.
I mean, I won't touch the last part on mlday, Yeah,
but I do remember, you know, like I've said this repeatedly,

(12:38):
Gloria Stefan was like my everything growing up. You know.
She was Cuban from Miami, and I thought of her
like a family member. And Gloria was one of those
artists that performed for both presidents that were Republican or Democrat.
If they asked her to perform at an inauguration, she
did it right. And I feel like we're now living

(13:00):
in such a charged climate that you can't do well.

Speaker 1 (13:03):
It's because of who the president is and some of
the things that he's done. There's a lot of Americans,
much like myself, that will not ever be able to
defend what he did on January sixth, the last time around.

Speaker 3 (13:14):
I'll disagree with that. I think we've gotten to a
place where it doesn't even matter who it is. It
doesn't even matter if it's a good Republican or a
good Conservative. It's just the fact that we've demonized the
other party so much.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
That's not true. I don't give a goddamn that Nelly
went to the White House. He didn't contradict himself. That's
the thing that bothers me. It's character that I'm talking about.
When you flush your character, you flush all credibility. That's
what bothers most people. It's not that you're doing it.
By the way, Nelly, everything he said I absolutely agree with.

(13:47):
I totally agree with it.

Speaker 3 (13:49):
What if Snoop comes down and says, I changed my mind,
it's not about money, like Nelly, I just support Trump. Now.
Trump convinced me that he is better for America. What
would you say to that?

Speaker 1 (14:00):
Then I heard his words last time. You've contradicted yourself
in a way that I find to be unacceptable.

Speaker 3 (14:07):
He can't have changed his mind in twelve months.

Speaker 1 (14:10):
Not in the way the past two ways that he
laid it out. No, I mean the names that he
called people that supported him. No, there's nothing that has changed.
January sixth did not change the fact that he lied
about the fucking election and got even one person killed
that day. That bothers me, And if it doesn't bother

(14:31):
you as an American, go on, do your day. I
don't care. You're asking me to ask what my word
or what someone's word means to me. I'm telling you,
but does it affect me?

Speaker 3 (14:41):
No?

Speaker 1 (14:42):
Does it affect me that Nelly or Glorias step On
or Carrie underwent. No, it's just the fact that he's
flipped as hard as he did.

Speaker 3 (14:49):
I can't speak for Snoop and he hasn't spoken as
to why, but it might be a good assumption that
he now supports Donald Trump.

Speaker 1 (14:58):
We all have to support and hope he does the best.
He is the president. I'm not one of these yahoos.
It's like he's not my president. I'm moving. Those people,
go move, is what I say to those people.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
Amber Rose, she was very hard against Donald Trump, and
then her thoughts changed, and then she was a big
Now she's a big maga person. People's thoughts changed, even
if they were very anti Trump in the past.

Speaker 1 (15:20):
Thoughts are one thing, but facts and seeing what happened
firsthand and knowing the facts of what happened. Those people
don't have credibility with me, is all that I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (15:32):
All right, let's move on to Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively.
We spoke about them on our Patreon and then literally
an hour or so after we finished recording, news broke
that Justin Baldoni is suing Blake Lively and her husband
Ryan Reynolds, and Blake Lively's publicist Leslie Sloane as well,

(15:56):
for a whole bunch of charges and luting defamation, interfering
with business practices like a lot of legal jargon like
intellectual interference with contractual relations, breach of implied covenant of
good faith and fair dealing, false light, invasion of privacy,

(16:17):
civil extortion.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
You may as well be speaking in Chinese right now.

Speaker 3 (16:21):
Basically, they're just real shady according to him, if they
could think.

Speaker 1 (16:26):
Of it, they're suing them for that is what it
sounds like to me.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
And they used a lot of shady business, a lot
of unethical, illegal ways to get their way to steal
his movie from him. It's pretty bonkers. This is an
even longer lawsuit than the one he filed against The
New York Times. You know, many more pages for me
to get through. But perhaps one of my favorite things
was the many times Taylor Swift was mentioned in the

(16:53):
Justin Baldoni lawsuit. Because I know Taylor Swift is not
happy about this. No, but and you'll disagree with me,
because I know Taylor Swift better than you do. I
know Taylor Swift is not happy about it. But you
think I'm double down. Taylor Swift is double down too.
Triple down Taylor, Taylor. Just think back on twenty twenty three.

(17:14):
You know, the world seemingly was against her relationship with
Mattie Healy. Did that stop her?

Speaker 1 (17:20):
No?

Speaker 3 (17:21):
She wrote that until he dumped her. She's a rider,
die untail like me. The trust is broken, like you know,
but then it could be repaired, like with Katy Perry.
You know, she was a really good friend with Katy
Perry and then the trust was brokeram Anyways.

Speaker 1 (17:38):
They're all fucking children, including you.

Speaker 3 (17:40):
I am a very responsible adult child. Okay, you're a
child too. What the fuck are you talking about?

Speaker 1 (17:46):
What are you talking if.

Speaker 3 (17:48):
I'm a child, you're a child, You're a child. I
just talked about it privately with my sister. It's all good.
You're just as much as a childs me.

Speaker 1 (17:58):
Okay, there was this one big.

Speaker 3 (18:00):
Wow in Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds New York City Penthouse,
and they were trying to convince Justin Baldoni to go
ahead with her rewrites. Yes, Blake Lively was taking total
control of this movie. It's just so bonkers because it's
exactly what Ryan Reynolds did. But I don't know. I'm

(18:21):
trying to think back, like before the first Deadpool movie,
Ryan Reynolds was not an A list actor.

Speaker 1 (18:28):
Was he a list? Probably not a list, but he
was you know, he did a movie with Sandra Bullock.
He'd always been a guy that I think people liked,
but he never had that property or that movie that
kind of pulped him. There wasn't a franchise that he
was attached to.

Speaker 3 (18:47):
I guess he made his move and that helped him
to get to the A list, and maybe he was
advising his wife and like, this could be your jump
to the A list because this is not shade. I
would say, if you were to ask one hundred Americans,
name one movie that Blake Lively has started outside of
this one, I would say that the overwhelming majority could

(19:11):
not name a single movie of hers.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
Can you the town? That's it?

Speaker 3 (19:14):
All?

Speaker 1 (19:14):
Right? Well you're I'm in the business. Yeah, I don't care.

Speaker 3 (19:17):
Yeah, I don't even fucking know that. That's the one
with Ben Affleck.

Speaker 1 (19:19):
Right, great movie, fantastic movie.

Speaker 3 (19:21):
I don't even think that was a hit though. Was
that a hit?

Speaker 1 (19:24):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (19:25):
Hold on, I need to look it up now. I
think it did. Okay, it was a great movie that
came out in twenty ten. I mean it did debut
number one at the box office, but it debuted with
twenty three million.

Speaker 1 (19:36):
But what did it make overall? The line is usually
one hundred MILLI.

Speaker 3 (19:39):
Less than that. It grossed overall ninety two million in
the United States, So it's a hit?

Speaker 1 (19:45):
Is hit ish?

Speaker 3 (19:45):
Okay? Yeah? But it wasn't a big hit.

Speaker 1 (19:48):
You know, it wasn't a property where everyone would know
you in and kind of take it a step further,
especially bringing up Ben Affleck. I mean him and Matt
Damon they realized at a very young age, you know,
they get roles in movies with Brendan Fraser or whatever,
and keep getting these one off films as good as
Matt Damon was because he just kept getting work. He

(20:10):
realized that they were never gonna get anywhere until they
wrote something themselves and put themselves in a property and
goodwill hunting is what really put them in the A
level stratosphere. And I think this is kind of the
same thing. Ryan Reynolds makes a movie Deadpool, puts himself
in the A list stratosphere. The playbook is you got

(20:32):
to take these over, You got to take a property
over and catapult yourself into the A list. I could
see that pattern in this or the attempt at this.
The wheels fell off, of course, because it wasn't her
project in the first place. It was someone else's. It
sounds like to me that they tried to hijack.

Speaker 3 (20:51):
Oh for sure. I mean according to all of the receipts. Yeah,
there was a lot of God, oh God, like reading this,
Jesus Christ, I'm so glad I'm not a director, especially
because well you have to remember even well he's both
an actor and a director. But even directors have a
lot of ego. Most people in showbiz have larger than

(21:12):
normal sized egos. So just like reading the back and
all the text messages they would send it, it goes
back to something I or maybe you or both of
us might have said, I don't know if there was
a I don't think I don't think there was an affair,
but there was like a definitely like a flirtation.

Speaker 1 (21:29):
There's it's not a flirtation. And I know what you're
trying to say. I mean, there is a brotherhood or
sisterhood or however you want to look at it in
creating something where it is like a love affair with
the project.

Speaker 3 (21:44):
While she's just like fucking exhausting and draining to do,
like looking at all of her message at fucking eleven
PM at night. Like anyways, back to Taylor Swift, because
we've got to sum that up. So they're trying to
convince him to go with her rewrites, and Taylor Swift
pops up and he felt pressured, and then he texted her,
you know, I would have liked your changes even without

(22:05):
Ryan and Taylor. And then she brings up Taylor Swift
again and fucking Game of Thrones, comparing herself to Kalisi
and saying she's got dragons by her side, which could
be used for good or bad, but mostly good. I'm like,
that's a fucking threat. That's a threat, you know, right,
although a little dumb because didn't you watch Game of Thrones? Right?

(22:26):
Didn't Kalisi die? Wasn't she murdered?

Speaker 1 (22:29):
Did Kalisi die? I can't remember?

Speaker 3 (22:31):
Spoiler alert, Yes, she was fatally stabbed by John Snow. Anyways,
I don't think ultimately Taylor will dump Blake Lively or
disassociate herself because of this, but it's not necessarily doing
her any favors. And like even one of the a
few of the other interesting revelations in the Baldoni lawsuit,

(22:53):
Oh my god, he this is just what's so crazy.
This is why Ryan and Blake are gonna settle, because
justin Baldoni has the best evidence, including footage from the movie,
such as there was one point where they're filming like
a montage, like a romantic montage, quick little scenes spliced together,

(23:16):
and it was just supposed to be without audio. Right,
So according to the lawsuit, she's making jokes out a character,
like just jokes as Blake Lively while they're filming this montage,
including making fun of his physical appearance, making fun of
his nose, telling him that he should get plastic surgery.

(23:38):
A bit of a mean girl way to joke, I
would say, But he reveals that she didn't think that
they were being recorded, but they were, and he's got
the audio as well as the video. I would definitely
want to hear how he might have been joking back.
You know, I am still trying to approach all of
this with an open mind, because I'm not team Justin.

(24:01):
I'm Team Truth. I'm not Team Taylor. I'm not Team Justin.
I'm Team Truth. I'm not Team Blake. I mean, anyways,
I am Tim Taylor.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
I am Tim Taylor.

Speaker 3 (24:11):
I'm a writer die Team Taylor, all right.

Speaker 1 (24:13):
Anyways, it goes back to everyone has their own recollection
of things, and if you tell yourself something enough in
your mind, you believe it becomes the truth. And I
think that's what's going on here, is like she believes
her bullshit so much she completely forgot about the receipts,

(24:34):
the things that can be proved on his end. And
I really think that she played chicken, or they played
chicken in this situation, or she wasn't completely honest with
everybody else on the situation, and she just kept pouring
it on. And I still go back to I don't
think this guy wanted to go through any of this.

(24:55):
I think this guy the movie was made, it didn't
work out. He wanted to move on to the next
thing and it was over, and he just wanted to
go lick his wounds and was like, well, I learned
something about some of the people in this town or
the A list or the process or whatever. And he
took it, put it in his pocket and was willing
to walk away, and she just kept pressing it. And

(25:16):
the impetus of all of this, all of it comes
from her bad press. It started with her. It was her.
It wasn't him, It wasn't the movie, it wasn't how
it came out. It was hard.

Speaker 3 (25:27):
That's what he said in his in his lawsuit. And
he also brought up another instance that he has the
footage of, you know, the whole intimacy coordinator thing and
the whole unwanted kissing. He claims that she's the one
who did unwanted, unplanned kissing, you know, mentioning this one
scene where in different takes she would kiss him different

(25:50):
number of times. Usually things are very choreographed with kissing
and intimacy scenes, but she kept switching up the amount
of kissing, and we'll we'll see what happens. We'll see
what happens.

Speaker 1 (26:02):
I think you're right. I think a settlement is looming
because you can't be dug in with this many facts
that the general public has.

Speaker 3 (26:11):
Yeah, speaking of legal matters, the lawyer for Ditty filed
emotion to basically they want these freakoff tapes shown at
trial because they believe that the Freakoff tapes exonerate Ditty.
They've reviewed the evidence that the prosecutors have as of now,

(26:36):
and they're trying to make the argument that Cassie, who's
seen in these freakoffs, was enjoying herself and she could
not be a victim because she was enjoying herself and
was totally in control in this consensual relationship, right whatever,
I think bullshit. But what's interesting are a few other revelations,
such as this is why I'm good there were no

(26:59):
other celebrities involved, and the public was hyper fixated on ooh,
what other celerity. I was like, no, there are no
fucking other celebrities in these freak offs. And I was right.
If we are to believe Diddy, he says, there are
no other celebrities involved in the freak offs it was.
I'm summarizing, but I remember there were no other celebrities,
there were no hidden cameras. He alleges Diddy was not

(27:22):
holding this footage as collateral or blackmail because he never
had it. It wasn't seized from any of his devices
or from his homes. She Cassie was the one that
had the footage, and Cassie's the one that turned it
over to the FEDS. So all of that is interesting
to me. I still think he's guilty as fuck, and
I think he won't see the light of day. I

(27:43):
think he's cooked. Uh. And more legal news, the former
manager and friend of Liam Payne is suing his father, Jeff,
for defamation because I wish I knew the law well
in Argentina. I don't I know the law well here,

(28:04):
and I guess he could sue for defamation here too.
Did you know that you could get sued for defamation
even if you don't say something publicly, Like if I
tell you something, who's a random person, your neighbor? Here
we go? If I say, you know, oh, I heard
that your neighbor raped the person down the street. If

(28:25):
you tell your neighbor, did you rape the person down
the street. Perez Hilton told me that then he could
sue me for defamation. Okay, I don't have to tell them.
I don't have to tell them on the on social media.
I don't have to say it in an interview.

Speaker 1 (28:38):
Well, that's the whole thing, destroying somebody's word without fact.

Speaker 3 (28:42):
So the guy, Roger Norris, is suing because he the
father Liam's dad, told police in Argentina that Roger was
supposed to be taking care of his son when he
was in Argentina. And the guy says, that's not true.
I was not supposed to be taking care of him.
All right, listen, I get all that. I was not
on board. I don't agree with it. But when I

(29:03):
got to the last part, he explained why he or
what he's gonna do if he wins, He's going to
donate the money to Liam's son. How disgusting. If Liam
Payne were alive, he would not want this happening. He
would not approve of you suing his father for death.
And like, that's just so fucking gross. It's just disgusting.

Speaker 1 (29:24):
I think the whole story's dumb.

Speaker 3 (29:25):
Yeah, well, speaking of dumb, actually, this is what I
was gonna get to next. There's this rumor that's been
swirling all over social media, and actually we spoke about
it on a recent episode. I think it might have
been the Patreon or I don't think it was last Monday,
but we mentioned Michelle Obama not going to the inauguration.
Today it's evolved from that and people thinking that they

(29:48):
might be breaking up to now there's another woman, Jennifer Aniston.
Barack Obama's having an affair with Jennifer Aniston. Oh, oh
my god. I would love to know the etymology of
these things, like what was the origin of this room?

Speaker 1 (30:07):
I got it?

Speaker 3 (30:08):
No, you say, are you making it up? Or you
really know?

Speaker 1 (30:10):
No, I'm making it up, of course, But I think
I've got a good listen. Listen to they both like
to smoke, and they both sneak away and get it. Well,
that's Barock smoke for years. I don't know if he
ever quit or claimed to have quit. And Jennifer Aniston,
oh like weed, No, not weed, just cigarette.

Speaker 5 (30:29):
Oh.

Speaker 1 (30:29):
And I'm guessing those two were ated events and fucket
and they snuck off and they had a smoke and
then people started talking. That's my two cents hypothesis.

Speaker 5 (30:41):
There you go, all right, Well, speaking of rumors, also,
people are speculating there's rumors that Sewn Mendes has converted
to Islam and he's, you know, a Muslim now, because
he was spotted at the NYU mosque.

Speaker 3 (30:57):
For prayer service. I would go to a mosque and
go to a if I was well, actually I don't
know if I would be allowed because I'm gay.

Speaker 1 (31:04):
And Mendez is. Oh. Hey, now, we've always said he's
too pretty not to be gay.

Speaker 3 (31:10):
I've never outed him.

Speaker 1 (31:12):
Look, I have no idea if he's gay, but we've
had conversations that he's too pretty to be straight. Well,
as a joke, we'll just make that clear.

Speaker 3 (31:20):
I don't think him showing up to prayer service means
more than just that.

Speaker 1 (31:24):
You know, yeah, I don't either.

Speaker 3 (31:25):
In more music related news, a Patreon supporter wanted us
to mention this, but it hasn't really started yet. I don't.
There's not much to I mean, I just don't even
care that much, but I'll mention it. Rihanna's baby daddy,
Asap Rocky, begins a trial this week over charges that
he shot did not seriously injure a friend of his

(31:49):
and that friend, another member of the ASAP crew is
set to testify against him, which that's pretty damning. So
he is potentially facing year behind bars for this. So
I'll loosely pay attention, you know, keep tabs on this.
And before our last little tidbit, thank you to some

(32:10):
folks who signed up recently at patreon dot com Slash,
Perez Hilton, Tiffany Ali, Linda Ferrera, Carrie Nelson, MJ Cox, Kara, Ditulilo,
Katie Miller, Amanda Scott, Sonia gaytan Oh, I know, Sonia,
Thank you, Sonia, Alexandra Thompson, Jordan Taylor, Sabrina Temple, Amy Townlee,

(32:36):
Marco Spana, Beverlee sign up for the entire year. Okay,
that way, if I say anything that pisss you off,
We've still got your money.

Speaker 1 (32:47):
You are ridiculous.

Speaker 4 (32:48):
Sharon Anderson, Alejandra vayejo Ida Cruz Hackman, Leslie Moore from Canada,
Andrea Michelle Bigsmala, Yaida Agbol and Malu.

Speaker 3 (33:03):
Appreciate you all so very much. Finally, just ending things
on a positive note despite all the rumor and speculation
that they've broken up. Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson are
still very much together. They were just spotted holding hands
as a couple in India where Coldplay was performing. So
good on then, all right, let's take a couple of calls.

Speaker 2 (33:25):
I of critique for Perez regarding this TikTok thing. Can
you stop kneeling at Trump for him saying you're going
to save this when this was his fault in the
first place. Let me take you back to twenty sixteen
right before.

Speaker 1 (33:39):
Do you know, I think I already said that, and
he's trying to say that that's not true. But I guess, way,
what are you talking about?

Speaker 3 (33:45):
I said, you are all this is this is this
is one of the problems with people. They don't listen.
I've said that repeatedly on the show. I acknowledged that immediately.
I said, I know, and in videos and everything, almost
every video I've said that, I said, I remember Trump
first did this back in twenty twenty.

Speaker 1 (34:06):
Okay, you done take another call.

Speaker 6 (34:08):
This is Sophie. I'm calling as a ten year listener
and Patreon supporter, and I'm calling because you guys the
whole justin Baldoni saying you've got it so wrong. His
own publicist, the woman who works closest with him and
has been a part of his daily life for the

(34:28):
past four years and is supposed to be his biggest
defender because she's paid to be. Is literally shown in
text messages saying I can't stand him. He's so pompous.
He needs to be humbled. When this movie flops, he's
going to blame every person around him for it. He
may fire us, because even if we put a good
campaign together, it's not going to change the fact.

Speaker 1 (34:46):
Can I just stop and say one thing? What everybody says,
this kind of thing about their boss, Okay, anybody that
works for somebody, there's always something about what they do
and how they do their things that bothers employees. It
happens all the time. This to me doesn't mean a lot.
Could he be a pain in the ass, possibly even probably?

(35:09):
Does that mean that he doesn't have a point or
that he could be wrong? And secondly, these publicists, some
of the publicists in this situation I know a little
bit about, okay, and some of them in Perez knows too.
Some of them don't have the best reputation to begin with.
They're not like people. And I'll just leave it at that.

(35:30):
I don't want to get into it with what I
heard because I wasn't there, and I don't like to
do that, but I'll just say they don't have the
best reputation to start with, so I'll let you finish.
But I just wanted to say that.

Speaker 6 (35:42):
And he's so unlikable, and we both know she will
be resistant to promote this movie. I wonder why one
of the people that is closest to Baldoni is open
about how she thinks he's pompous, self absorbed, arrogant, lacks accountability,
and it is deeply unlikable. But some people, including Perez,
ride this man's dicks so hard, and it's all part
of the spin in society's constant earth. Who immediately defend

(36:04):
a man who you don't even know to find any
little thing to discredit a woman's claim.

Speaker 1 (36:09):
I'm gonna have to stop right there. And I only
quote Perez from earlier in the show. I am not
a fan of Justin Bodoni. I am not a fan
of whatever her fucking name is. I've already forgotten. I'm
a fan of the truth. And I think between the
two lawsuits, the texts, the information that we have that's factual,
not like manipulated. I think it's telling a story.

Speaker 3 (36:32):
And people are this is this is what's so annoying
people A don't listen, no one listens and going back
to our snoop dog thing. This is why you're wrong,
and I'm right. People will forget and move on. They
will forget, they will forget, and they will move on.
I not even that fucking long ago. A month ago,

(36:53):
I was fully on board the Blake Lively train. I
was like, oh my god, I just read her complaint.
Holy shit. I can'tn't believe I was so wrong. I remember,
and did she This person clearly fucking forgot that. But
and then this is another problem. So many people are
living in such a binary world. I can think for myself,

(37:14):
and my thoughts can change, my thoughts evolve. I am
open to that.

Speaker 1 (37:20):
Okay, one more call.

Speaker 6 (37:21):
Hi.

Speaker 3 (37:22):
This is Jillian from New York.

Speaker 2 (37:25):
I'm calling because I just had to stop the podcast
when pres started now staking his tongue off.

Speaker 1 (37:33):
Donald Trump said.

Speaker 3 (37:34):
I started stopna save that for the patreon, save it
for the patreon.

Speaker 1 (37:38):
Well that's a good tease for the patreon if we
stop it.

Speaker 3 (37:40):
That okay, sounds good, good point good point.

Speaker 1 (37:42):
We'll play the rest of that of the Patreon You
have anything else.

Speaker 3 (37:45):
To add, h I'll add it all on Thursday's Patreon show.
Patreon dot com slash Perez Hilton sign up for the year.
Thank you?

Speaker 1 (37:54):
All right, lose half of our audience.

Speaker 3 (37:57):
No, I don't. I don't think so we'll see. Well,
we'll see.

Speaker 1 (38:01):
All right, all right, let's wrap this up, everybody. It's funny.
It's a little bit after nine. The inauguration has started.
The end of democracy is underway everyone. This too shall
pass is what I keep saying. You know, when we
started this show, Barack was president. We went through an
entire Trump administration. We went through an entire Biden administration.
We're back to Trump. This too shall pass.

Speaker 3 (38:24):
All right, have a good day, everybody,
