Speaker 1 (00:03):
pH and only.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Perez Gilton.

Speaker 3 (00:17):
Everybody, welcome to the p HP A booker. He's Perez.
We're gonna do something different here for the Thanksgiving show,
as I've cut up a bunch of segments about music, Perez.
People seem to love when we talk about music, So
this entire show will just be conversations that you and
I have had about different artists that we like, maybe

(00:40):
songs that we dislike. What artists should do? Is Cardi
B over things like that. We have tons of conversations
like that, and I've I've put them all into one show,
and I think you guys will enjoy this.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
Well. I'm gonna enjoy revisiting it all. Yes, I love
talking music nice.

Speaker 3 (00:58):
So here's a show on that for the for Thanksgiving
here in America anyhow, for everyone else around the world,
I don't know what to tell you. Having a nice week,
Happy Thanksgiving?

Speaker 2 (01:08):
Replay Cardi B. You know, her album's coming out, her
long delayed sophomore album, and she's begun doing promo for that.
And in an interview with Billboard, she was asked, what
about the Super Bowl? Is performing at halftime something you
see in your future? And she said, of course, I

(01:29):
got asked to do the super Bowl and I denied it.
I feel like soon, if I get to do it,
I'm going to have more hits, I'm going to be
more experienced, and I'm going to eat that up. Part
of me thinks she might be.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
Lying no, no. I think she would have been part
of a Doctor Dre kind of medley thing, so you think, oh, okay,
she was never going to headline.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
So I thought that's what I That's what I assumed.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
It could have been included in the j Lo Shakira.
I think, I think what the super Bowl they're trying
to get to is be multifaceted, and you know, serve
a lot of different artists, with a lot of different viewers,
with a lot of different artists. I would absolutely say, sure,
they probably asked her to come out and do something

(02:14):
with someone, for sure, Well, but headline get the fuck
out of here, So that makes sense.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
Unfortunately for her, though her new single, I wouldn't call
it a flop, but I would say is a major disappointment.
Her lead single from her new album debuted at number
seventy on the Billboard Hot one hundred, not good.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
For an artist as big as her. Where she was
and has been. That's not a great look. But you
know what I think about charts that can change. It
could be number one next week, but I've heard the
song it sucks dick, so it's probably going to be
parked at seventy and go the other direction sadly.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
All right. In other news, congratulations to Taylor's swift she
Ravis Kelsey are engaged. That broke after we recorded our
last Patreon exclusive show that you guys listened to. And
you know, I'm trying to think of things that people
haven't spoken about yet. But I guess my question is

(03:17):
why even announce it? Why announce it? They're engaged, Like
why not just get married? And and like surprise, we're married.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
You know, they're excited. Look, they're America's sweetheart couple. You know,
he has a podcast. And I don't know, I don't
think it's a bad thing, good thing. I think it's
just they decided, yeah, let's not be so precious. We're
just two people getting married.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
You know.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
It really is just that.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
Maybe she did it because you know, Selena Gomez did it,
like her friends are doing the same thing. Like you know,
it's like, I guess it's just you know, normal, like
this is what people do. You know.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
Yeah, look, she wants to wear a ring around and
then it becomes a story about that if she does.
And look, I just fall back on they're twomingly normal
people that really seem to love one another and they're happy,
and you know, they didn't want people to know that
they're happy, and that's it. It's not like they're sharing
all the menushavit.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Yeah. Well, a contrary to what some people, some people
didn't didn't. Math was not their strong suit. Taylor's Swift
did not announce her engagement on Blake Lively's birthday.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
Oh god, everybody got that wrong. Huh.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
It wasn't on Blake Lively's birthday.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
Fuck, Apparently you're bad at math.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
Why did I think her birthday was the day before?
Oh my god, I am bad at math.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
So here's the thing. Do you think he knows when
Blake Lively's fucking birthday is?

Speaker 2 (04:38):
No, but they got engaged weeks before they announced it.
But they announced it on Blake Lively's birthday.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
You act like that's a national fucking holiday.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
Hello. Last year, Taylor's Swift hosted Blake Lively for her
birthday at her at Taylor's Rhode Island house.

Speaker 3 (04:52):
I bet you anything. It wasn't even on her birthday.
It was probably on a weekend or whatever. One on
three hundred and sixty five. Chance like Taylor Swift is
sitting around thinking about Blake Lively and her fucking birthday.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
I don't know. I don't know. Well. Also, Taylor's engagement
announcement I think was either the same day or right
around the same day as Megan Markle dropping the new
episodes of her Netflix show.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
Now I buy that one.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
Oh shut up, that's that one though.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
Yeah, even she knows that Megan Marple is fucking annoying.
She's like, I gotta wreck something of hers.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
Well. A lot of Megan haters were like, ha, Taylor
got all the attention and Megan didn't.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
That's just giving Megan attention though.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
That's true. I did not watch it, though, but you know,
I've seen from all things it looks like a fun show.
If I were to watch it, I'm.

Speaker 3 (05:46):
Gonna pass pH p replay.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
Congratulations Fifth Harmony. As I said on the show, previously,
they were going to be reuniting and they did a
Jonas Brothers concert. This is so sad why they reunited
at a Jonas Brother's concert, And then they came out
with merch, Like the merch is is so dumb. The

(06:10):
merch says, what were you doing on August thirty first?
You're hyping your comeback at a fucking Jonas Brothers show,
Like who cares? At least sell some new Fifth Harmony
merch that's like a Fifth Harmony, But like, who the
fuck cares what you were doing August thirty first, twenty
twenty five. And I say this as a Fifth Harmony fan, Yeah,
I guess it's kind of cool to have it at

(06:32):
the Jonas Brothers gig, But I don't know. I saw them,
and it's like, it's hard when you're a girl group
and you've been rusty and you haven't been doing it
for a while, because you could tell, oh, they haven't
been doing this for a while, like it felt rusty.
I'm like, oh, it's not. It's not tight.

Speaker 3 (06:49):
And to your point, you know, you look at these.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
K pop h They're they're fucking tight.

Speaker 3 (06:54):
It's absolutely I mean, if I got to give them
any acknowledgment for skill and talent would be that, you know,
it's almost military Esco out there, how tight their performances are.
Then you're look at it some slop that threw something together.

Speaker 2 (07:09):
It felt like that sadly.

Speaker 3 (07:11):
I'm sorry, but they were never that good in the
first place. Okay, I mean they were C level at
best for me. So there's my two cents.

Speaker 2 (07:19):
In more music related news, Lady Gaga has been announced
as a performer at the VMA's that I believe is
taking place this Sunday, So that's a big look for them.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
Congrats.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
Also, I did listen to the new Sabrina Carpenter album,
but I was not in the headspace too. I was
not in the headspace to like take it in. And
I listened to it, and I almost feel like I
have thoughts and I'll share them, but I almost feel
like giving a little asterisk, like I reserve the right

(07:52):
to change my opinion of my initial thoughts, Like I
wish I was in a better mood. I wish I
was in a I wish I was my head was clear.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
Well, no, it's you wish that. It wasn't. You only
listen because it's work and no, but I love her
and I wanted to let you do love her. But
when you listen to music. It is ultimately for joy Yeah,
not in a joyous nose, and I get that, but
there is someone on the show that actually has spent
some time with it. In my head's just fine.

Speaker 2 (08:18):
Okay, good, Well, let me share my thoughts. And then,
because I wonder if they line.

Speaker 3 (08:22):
Up, I bet they're going.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
To I only listened once, and the two initial thoughts
are I really enjoyed it because I love pop music
and it's a very pop album. Even though she's got
her stick of like cursing and trying to be like
naughty and edgy, it's still this album for some reason,
felt like sanitized edginess, Like it all felt a little

(08:47):
too perfect, a little too Christine, a little too shiny.
It didn't have grit. It lacked soul. And that's the
first thought. The other thought, when you compare the volume
of work, the body of work, when you compare these
songs to the last songs, the last songs were A
pluses and these are A minuses. And while you can

(09:11):
still appreciate an A minus song, you're still going to
compare it to the last thing. And the last thing
was a fucking A plus. And it's just not going
to be as good and it's not as good.

Speaker 3 (09:19):
I mean for someone that was in the wrong headspace.
I think you kind of nailed the album. I think
you went a little too high with your grade. There's
no way I would give it an A minus.

Speaker 2 (09:29):
For a pop lover. For a pop lover, maybe B
plus whatever.

Speaker 3 (09:33):
I like pop music as well, and I would come
out and say it was fine. It didn't push any boundaries,
It didn't push any of her sound forward. To me,
if you said this was the leftover songs from the
last album, I would say, Okay, that's what it felt
like to me to your point. Not bad, It's fine.

(09:53):
It's literally it's fine for pop music, and it's better
than a lot of pop music that's out there, really,
if you ask me. But I don't know even if
you park it next to Tate McCrae, whatever her fucking
hit song is at the time, I'm like, I hear
more Zip and the Tate McCrae, and I don't even
like her music. So it's fine. But I was really

(10:14):
hoping to bend the edges.

Speaker 2 (10:16):
At least of Tate McCrae, Like that sports Car song
sounds different, you know, like, oh, like this is not
like what everybody else is doing, you know what I mean?

Speaker 3 (10:24):
Yeah, I don't know. I just pop music is so
lazy right now. It's just so fucking lazy. I just
wish somebody was doing something a little different. I tell
you, you got to listen to that somber song back to Fire.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
I did.

Speaker 3 (10:36):
It was just okay, listen again. It's one that my
first couple of times I was like, I don't get this.
Then once once you get it, you'll really get it.
It's the best male pop star right now. If you
ask me, I did go listen. After we spoke about
it on the Show'm like, why don't I know this guy?
And he's performing at the VMA's.

Speaker 2 (10:52):
I still prefer role Model, And actually he's gotten some
good looks lately.

Speaker 3 (10:56):
Hey, look, if you're gonna say about songs, I think model.
You know they've been looking for the song of the
summer that is non existent. But at least you could
put that in the conversation with all the live performances
and you know, the Natalie Portman showing.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
He was on the Today Show and Al Roker came out.

Speaker 3 (11:13):
It's a good call because it is a great song.
It's a very good song. I don't know if it's great,
but it's still better than most of the other stuff
out there.

Speaker 2 (11:22):
Yeah, all right, Drake is for all of you people
around my age, us, younger folks than Booker. He's not
that much older. But I know you so well. I
guarantee you did not watch Degrassy going up.

Speaker 3 (11:37):
You know, I fucking would never watch that.

Speaker 2 (11:39):
Yeah, but Degrassi was popular for people just a few
years younger than you, and Drake was in Degrassi and
he is part of this new Degrassy documentary, So if
you're a fan of that, be on the lookout for that.
And also it's just been confirmed that Drake is getting
his producer on and he's going to be produce seeing

(12:00):
a reboot of Degrassi. So pretty cool, kind of like
Husseelina Gomez produced a reboot of Wizards of Waverley Place
that she occasionally pops into. Also, Snoop Dogg got a
lot of controversy over some comments about LGBTQ representation in
children's programming.

Speaker 3 (12:17):
I don't care, PHP replay.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
Lizzo, Lizzo, Lizzo, What the fuck did she do? I'm
trying to understand her thinking you know, when Lizzo burst
onto this scene, it wasn't just about her music. It
was also about her personality. Like people bought into the
concept of her and who she was, and that's both
a good and a bad thing because if that image

(12:43):
is ever fractured, then that really could hurt you. And
that's what happened with Lizzo, with all of those lawsuits
and with her losing weight and changing and everything, people
were questioning who she really was. Whereas actually, this is interesting.
I had this thought, like, I don't fucking know jack
shit about Tate McCrae other than I like her as

(13:05):
a performer. I like her songs, I like her live,
and that I think is a good thing because I
don't know like Madonna. When I bought into Madonna, I
kind of always knew she was a bitch. It wasn't like, Okay,
Madonna's lovey dovey, and like, that's one of the reasons
I love Madonna, Like no, I fucking knew even as
a fucking ten year old.

Speaker 3 (13:24):
I don't know is a bitch, but had a bitchiness
tour that you could relate to, and it was a
snark and a tongue in cheek thing that was thought
out that I enjoyed.

Speaker 2 (13:32):
She's also a bitch. Oh yeah, she's a bitch.

Speaker 3 (13:36):
Well, I'm just saying from the beginning, I didn't get
the she's a bitch vibe. It's all I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (13:42):
Bitchy Maybe people like, you know, like people that know
her like next level bitch and I fucking love her.
I don't give a fuck. I love her.

Speaker 3 (13:52):
But think back at the beginning, it all seemed so
plastic and fun and slightly sexual from the beginning. I mean,
if you're thinking about holiday and you know, like a
virgin with so avant garde. I wasn't thinking that stuff
then because I guess I wasn't seeing any interviews until
later on. So she didn't come out of the gate
bitchy to be. She was just different. She just was

(14:14):
something completely different that we'd never seen before.

Speaker 2 (14:17):
Yeah, so Lizzo, you know, these lawsuits really took a
dent in her likability. And I'm pretty sure I mentioned
at least once. I think we've definitely talked about her
new music. This year. She released new music and it flopped. Yeah,
it did not go over well, not even with some
big looks. She was on SNL performing her new songs,

(14:41):
and the songs did not make a dent whatsoever. They
did not register. So cool. She pivoted and she released
a mixed tape over the summer and it was a
rap mix tape and not pop at all and whatever.
So you know, her album was supposed to come out
this but she didn't release the album. She released the

(15:02):
mixtape instead with not the songs that were planned for
the album, and she just did this. She did an
interview in the spring and it was with New York Magazine,
and they're like holding it because they thought her album
was going to come out over the summer, and then
the album didn't come out, so they finally just went
ahead and release the interview. But by the time she
did that interview, she was already aware of everything because

(15:24):
the lawsuits happened last year. So this interview, I'm going
to guess you haven't read it, no perfect. They start
off the interview with Lizzo taking this black journalist. I
just mentioned it because the journalists themselves mentioned that they're
black as well, taking the journalist to her psychic. They
go to her psychic, Lizzo gets a reading, then they

(15:46):
go to Lizzo's house, where her private chef makes them lunch.
But before they have lunch, Lizzo takes off her pants
in front of the journalist and calls her assistant, her
personal assistant, to bring her her own line of her
she's got a fashion line, and she changes into her
yiddy pants, like takes off her pants in her fucking

(16:09):
panties and puts on these Like everything about this interview
is just like, you're not coming across relatable or likable.
You're coming across as diva and crazy and what are
you thinking? Like, I just don't get it, but whatever,
kudos to you.

Speaker 3 (16:24):
I mean there's people like Doja Cat that kind of
do the same.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
I mean, not that level, no, but Doja Cat's kind
of like Madonna. Like Doja Cat was always selling bitch
from the beginning.

Speaker 3 (16:35):
But that's what I mean. I'm like wondering if that's
what she's trying to do.

Speaker 2 (16:38):
Is she trying to rebrand?

Speaker 3 (16:40):
Maybe you know, it's got to be thought out. Oh,
if she said I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna she
knew she was gonna take her pants off, she knew
her clothing line was coming out. Look, it's over she
had her look it's over.

Speaker 2 (16:51):
The problem also is that Lizzo's almost forty, she's thirty eight,
and pop music and even rap very ageist.

Speaker 3 (16:59):
Well, always looking for the next new thing replay.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
Taylor Swift, how exciting, announced a partnership with Target for
new variants Queen of the Variants and five hundred Target
stores are going to be open midnight on album release
night to sell the fucking vinyl. Where where is the single?

(17:25):
It's been a month? Where is the single?

Speaker 3 (17:27):
We have a call about that? So let's do we
do so? Let's uh, we'll put a pin in that
and we'll address that at the end of the show.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
Oh oh, oh oh, I thought you and your radio
station had a call.

Speaker 3 (17:41):
God no, no, no, goot.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
You got me real excited for her. That's my reaction.
We have a call, you have a call. What do
you know?

Speaker 3 (17:51):
Tell me more, tell me you know nothing?

Speaker 2 (17:53):
Damn it it just I'll say it now. It's like
I applaud her ambition. I celebrate her business savvy and
I would feel less sticky at the moment. And I
get it. No, she's not. Nobody's being forced to buy
this stuff. Nobody's being forced to support her, but I

(18:14):
would personally feel happier, more celebratory over it all and
cheerleading this new album if we at least had a
fucking single by now. Okay, it's been four weeks or
three weeks or a while since you announced the album,
and all that you've announced in those three weeks or
four weeks are like variant, variant, variant, variant, where's the

(18:36):
fucking single?

Speaker 3 (18:38):
Like I said, we have a call about that, and
the caller makes a great point.

Speaker 1 (18:41):
Hey, hey, booker Wins from New York. I'm a Patreon
subscriber too, and I'm listening to the regular episode on
Monday and with her prize that Corenz kind of used
that Taylor switch business releasing a single because she hasn't
released a single.

Speaker 2 (18:58):
Wait, I talked about that on Monday.

Speaker 3 (19:00):
Yeah, we were bitched about where's the single?

Speaker 2 (19:02):
Oh my god, I told you I'm going insane. I
forgot I remember talking about that. Who really, shit? I
feel so stupid now I feel stupid er I should
say so.

Speaker 4 (19:14):
She hasn't released a single before the album came out
since maybe twenty eighteen.

Speaker 1 (19:20):
When Lover was dropped, and it.

Speaker 4 (19:22):
Was when she picked the wrong singles it was that
saw me that she ended up changing the lyrics on
I got a lot of hate and she said you
need to calm down, which wasn't terrible, but she picked
the wrong singles and ever since then, all her singles
are released either the day the album drops she picks
it like Anti.

Speaker 1 (19:43):
Zero well woa with every Moore, she picks it the
day the album drops, and then months later, even up
to a year later, she'll pick other singles. It's really
frustrating as a fan, I.

Speaker 2 (19:53):
Still would like a single. Well, speaking of Taylor Swift
her bff Selena Gomez, I yeah, yay. There was an
update because a few months ago, who was it like Forbes?
I think it was Forbes did an expose about the
drama at the charity that she co started with her mother.

Speaker 3 (20:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (20:14):
Well now The Cut did another expose talking about even
more drama at that charity, and they accused Selena's mother
of being a user of substances, that she would use
substances at work. There were allegations that this like sketchy
nurse would come and give her ivs full of like Benadrille,

(20:39):
which is like a downer if I guess if taken
in super large amount.

Speaker 3 (20:44):
Of They Oh no, I didn't know that. Well, that's
why they, you know, have it in cases at grocery stores.
You know, you see that stuff.

Speaker 2 (20:52):
You make meth out of bennadrille.

Speaker 3 (20:54):
Let me look at this. Can meth be made out
of benadryl. I'm sure there's a drug or something that
druggies usual.

Speaker 2 (21:01):
Well. Also, she on the flip side, they accuse her
of snorting riddlin in the office. Oh my god.

Speaker 3 (21:09):
Drug interactions between bena dru and metha amphetamines. The report
displays a potential drug interactions when you have the two
drugs and goes on and on. I know there's something
to do. I don't understand the correlation, but I know
they lock it up for a reason.

Speaker 2 (21:22):
All right, all right, Well, it's a bad look for
Selena to have all of these negative headlines continuing to
come out when she, to my knowledge, is still associated
with this mental health non well actually I don't even
know if it's a nonprofit. I think it is for profit,
this mental health business that she started with her money. So,

(21:46):
oh well, craziness there. In lighter news music related, speaking
of Taylor Swift, her ex boyfriend Harry styles, one of
her ex boyfriends is still going strong with Zoe Kravitz
and so good. But also they're showbiz people. Things are
serious enough that Zoe Kravitz introduced Harry to her father,

(22:10):
Lenny Kravitz. Cool. The three of them were just spotted
out together in New York City. And I don't know, Like,
I don't even think they've been dating more than a
month or two. That's a little fast, Like I would
wait at least three months or something before introducing somebody.

Speaker 3 (22:26):
I don't think this is a traditional relationship. I don't
even know if they're dating replay.

Speaker 2 (22:32):
I'm a little worried for him. The Coachella lineup has
been announced in Justin Bieber, as I think I mentioned
on our podcast that he was a rumored to be
doing Coachella.

Speaker 3 (22:43):
I think we mentioned him for sure. I know we
did the other acts.

Speaker 2 (22:46):
Yeah, we did.

Speaker 3 (22:47):
Ponder Justin Bieber, and we wondered if it would be
a lazy performance or if he went for it.

Speaker 2 (22:53):
Well, he's the main headliner Saturday night, and I'm just
gonna say it's gonna be lazy and a lot of
his two new albums, and that's not what people want.
This is not a Justin Bieber show. It's Coachella featuring
Justin Bieber. I could be wrong. I would like to
be proven wrong. But the bigger takeaway is recession indicator.

(23:13):
I went and I compared Coachella twenty twenty four, the
one that happened in April of twenty twenty four. They
didn't announce the lineup until January of twenty twenty four.

Speaker 3 (23:25):
It was very early this year.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
Coachella twenty twenty five, the one that just happened in April.
They announced that lineup in November of twenty twenty.

Speaker 3 (23:34):
Let me add one thing to that. Typically they released
tickets before they even announced the lineup.

Speaker 2 (23:40):
They had already released tickets.

Speaker 3 (23:42):
No no, oh, Well they might be now, but they
weren't prior. This is like the first time I've got
the lineup before the ticket information.

Speaker 2 (23:49):
So yeah, it's very early, and it sucks. The whole
lineup sucks because what I used to enjoy about Coachella
is that they used to have a ton of great
artist It wasn't just the headliners. But I feel like
this year it's like just about the headliners.

Speaker 3 (24:05):
Well, it's it's indicative of where we are in the
world right with the Internet and what's a hit, what's real?
Every one of those artists probably has their tiny little
fan base. We're just not aware of it, you know
what I mean. Everything is so fragmented now. Yeah, I
think that has a lot to do with it. But
back to the Justin Bieber of it all, I do

(24:26):
tend to agree with you that it's gonna be lazy,
that he's going to be crouched over holding his dick
most of the show, with baggy pants on and no
shirt and a bunch of unfamiliar songs. He goes every year.
They love it. It's their fucking super Bowl. They know
what it is and how to be good. It's an
opportunity to do what we want him to do, all

(24:48):
of the hits and done right with a backdrop. But
I'm predicting it looks like the Drake Show, you know
what I mean. Like he's just gonna go out there
with the fucking microphone, take the money and bore the
shit out of everyone.

Speaker 2 (24:59):
And what suck also is that like even the other
two headliners, Sabrina Carpenter and gott ol G, there's nothing
special about them headlining. They Sabrina and Carol both have
been on tour recently. Like, at least choose somebody that
hasn't been doing shows for a while, Like, yeah, I
don't know who, but like anybody like in theory, Bieber's

(25:22):
cool because Bieber hasn't performed, he hasn't done a tour
in a long time.

Speaker 3 (25:26):
Missing. Yeah, yeah, people want to see him kill. I
don't think he's going to yeah, but I would love
to see that.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
But Sabrina and Carol ge we don't miss them. They've
been on the road NonStop for years.

Speaker 3 (25:36):
A lot of looks right.

Speaker 2 (25:37):
Yeah, so whatever, we'll see. In more music at News
and Touring, Cardi B announced her first ever arena show
she's going on tour, kicking off February in Palm Springs,
and she also announced that she's pregnant for the fourth time,
with the first child she's having with her Patriots boyfriend

(26:00):
and Stefan Diggs, whom she's been dating I think less
than a year, not that long. Yeah, she's already fairly
far along, she said, the babies do before she goes
on tour.

Speaker 3 (26:12):
If I had that kind of money, i'd have tons
of kids.

Speaker 2 (26:15):
Yeah, I mean I would too, but not with like
tons of Baby Daddy. This is only her second. This
is only her second. And she also announced collaborators for
her new album, Some Fun Names are are going to
be on that, which it comes out this Friday. It
also features Summer Walker, Selena Gomez, Kaylani Lizzo, Tyler Cash

(26:38):
Cobain and Janet Jackson and Magan the Stallions on there also.
But I think that she's putting wop on there, which
came out forever ago. But hey, it's her album, she
can do it. Congrats CARTI I wish her the healthy pregnancy,
and everybody knew, like, oh, look at her at the trial,
she looks pregnant. She's pregnant. But so, you know, going

(26:59):
back to hippoc, it's like, I thought we weren't supposed
to say that. I thought we weren't supposed to comment
on women possibly being pregnant.

Speaker 3 (27:05):
No, it's fine. You just can't say they're fat.

Speaker 2 (27:07):
I don't know. I thought you were a joke.

Speaker 3 (27:10):
You can't say either. One. Look, everyone is a little
too sensitive about everything. God forbid, you have an opinion. Yeah,
I always look at intent. Is the intent hurtful? I
guess it's only hurtful if you're not pregnant and you
are just someone that has gained a couple of pounds.
I guess it could be hurtful in that regard, but otherwise,
who fucking cares.

Speaker 2 (27:30):
More music news, Beyonce and jay Z have been criticized
over doing good. Jay Z organized this charity dinner a
few days ago in Atlantic City and two guests in
attendance were Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, and folks were
upset that jay Z and Beyonce had Ivanka and Jared there.

(27:53):
And I'm like, it's a fucking charity event. Who cares?
Like they're helping to raise money? They paid for those tickets,
I'm sure not.

Speaker 3 (28:01):
No, No, if they got their dad's fucking jeans, they
didn't captain cheapskate.

Speaker 2 (28:05):
For that kind of event.

Speaker 3 (28:06):
Yeah, I'm sure they did.

Speaker 2 (28:07):
They paid, and you know, helping raise money for charity.
I'm not bothered by it.

Speaker 3 (28:12):
I'm not either.

Speaker 2 (28:12):
Also, Miley cyrus her new album came and went really quickly,
so she is releasing a new deluxe version this Friday,
the same day that Cardi B releases Hers, and she's
got a new single out called Secrets featuring Lindsey Buckingham
and Mick Fleetwood and another song called Lockdown featuring David

(28:37):
Byrne talking heads. Yeah, yeah, I've heard a snippet of
the Secrets.

Speaker 3 (28:43):
Song, which was a Fleetwood Mac album.

Speaker 2 (28:45):
Yeah, but it's not. It's not a new song.

Speaker 3 (28:47):
I see what she's doing. It's a play on that
is all I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (28:51):
But it's so boring. Oh my god, this I only
heard a snippet. I could be wrong.

Speaker 3 (28:56):
Yeah, I mean, look, if it's a classic rock type song,
those probably take a minute to settle in and they're
telling a story. I wouldn't go off of a snippet.
It's probably better than you've heard.

Speaker 2 (29:05):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (29:06):
Playwood Mac knows what they're doing.

Speaker 2 (29:08):
I didn't say it was bad.

Speaker 3 (29:09):
Buckingham could probably if he is kind of overseeing it.
That guy's fucking good.

Speaker 2 (29:15):
I didn't say it was bad. I just said it
was boring. There's a difference.

Speaker 3 (29:19):
Well, you only heard a clip too.

Speaker 2 (29:20):
All right, that's true. I would love to be wrong.
But Ed Sheeran is doing stadiums in the US, so
it'll be interesting to see how that goes.

Speaker 3 (29:30):
It'll go just fine, all right, all right.

Speaker 2 (29:32):
Also a little new music recommendation this I surprisingly like
will I Am released a new song. It's basically a
black Eyed Peace song. It's so weird. I don't know
why it's not a black Eyed Peace song. He's got
this new song out with Taboo from Black Eyed Peas,
but it's a Will I Am and Taboo song. It's
called East La. Have you heard it? No, It's one

(29:56):
of those songs that samples heavily samples an old song
where it's like, it feels almost like cheating, but it's
so good. It samples that iconic Santana song money Money, Yeah,
you remember me West said story Yeah, But instead it's
about East La and I like it. Check it out.

(30:16):
It's fun. It sounds like it could be a hit,
but it probably won't, but it might be. You never know.

Speaker 3 (30:21):
I'll take a losk.

Speaker 2 (30:22):
I'm into it. In more music related news, Taylor Swift
is not available to be deposed by Justin Beldoni until
the week of October twentieth, if it happens, But actually
that would be past the deposition deadline, so there's a
possibility it could happen sooner. But you know, we talked.
She is still available to go to the football games.

(30:42):
And after Sunday's game, we've learned Taylor and Travis joined
Patrick Mahomes and his wife for his birthday party. How interesting, Like,
you know you're losing, you lost a game, but you
still want to celebrate.

Speaker 3 (30:56):
Yeah. Look, life still goes on and people want to celebrate,
and you still have birthdays and you know it all
doesn't have to be about football. Yeah, but they are
zero and two.

Speaker 2 (31:05):
Happy thirtieth birthday. Do they have a game this Sunday?

Speaker 3 (31:08):
They do? Who they plan this weekend? I can't remember
who they're playing this weekend. I took them they're going
to win. They'll win this weekend.

Speaker 2 (31:14):
If they don't win this weekend, then the season's basically
over right.

Speaker 3 (31:18):
Well, no, there's seventeen games, so they'll be there at
the end, not at the super Bowl at the end.
They're not going this year. They'll be a playoff team.

Speaker 2 (31:25):
They won't go to the super Bowl. I mean, that's
if people said them on my year.

Speaker 3 (31:28):
I think their run is done. I really think they're
going to have a hard time getting over both the
Ravens and the Bills this year. All Right, they kind
of got lucky last year and back their way in
but I don't see that happening this year. But look,
I could be wrong. So far they don't look great,
they look old, and the league has figured out Patrick.
Pressure him and you'll win. And that's what's been happening,
all right, PHP replay.

Speaker 2 (31:49):
I would love to be wrong. I want to be wrong.
It was just to announced that Zane Malik, formerly of
One Direction, is going to be doing a seven night
Las Vegas residency at one of the biggest venues on
the Strip, the Dolby Live Venue at Park MGM. That's like,
I think a six no, fifty two hundred seats, seven

(32:12):
nights of that in Vegas.

Speaker 3 (32:13):
It's like where Usher plays, right exactly? Is that too big?

Speaker 2 (32:17):
Yes, that's thirty two thousand tickets at least.

Speaker 3 (32:20):
Yeah, but you said seven seven shows.

Speaker 2 (32:23):
Yeah, seven shows, it's fifty two hundred capacity.

Speaker 3 (32:26):
Well, I mean, look, if he announced, like, you know,
a residency, which a residency implies that you're fucking staying there,
that's your residence. Seven shows, he's doing seven shows out
of place. That seems like a lot. But then again,
five thousand, I don't know. He was in One Direction.

Speaker 2 (32:42):
I don't know, does he I don't know if he
can do it, you would know better than me. Clearly
the promoters think he can because they announced seven nights
with him.

Speaker 3 (32:50):
What's the size of the room that Ashley Simpson's doing.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
That would have been much better? That's eleven hundred.

Speaker 3 (32:55):
That seems too small. I mean, Ashley Simpson, if she's
demanding eleven hund come on, she's barely anybody. He was
in one fucking direction. I mean one of the biggest
boy bands of all time.

Speaker 2 (33:05):
Hello, Ashley Simpson sold more albums than Zaane Mallick direction.

Speaker 3 (33:11):
That's what I'm saying, you know what I mean, Like
he was in one direction, but our one direction.

Speaker 2 (33:16):
Fan's gonna fly into Vegas just to see Zane Malick,
I don't think. So when is it in January?

Speaker 3 (33:22):
So you get a little bit of head zop?

Speaker 2 (33:24):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (33:25):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (33:25):
You know better than it was Harry Styles duh obviously.

Speaker 3 (33:29):
Yeah, I mean Harry Styles could fucking do t Mobile
for three months. But I don't know. I mean, it's seven.

Speaker 2 (33:34):
Shows, all right, Well, we'll see. Speaking of Vegas, and
this is I teased on our show on Monday. This
is a little exclusive about Taylor Swift. I have not
heard this anywhere else. It could be wrong. I hope
I'm not wrong about this one, though. Taylor Swift is
in talks to do a residency at the Sphere dot

(33:55):
dot dot that she's not physically present at. Yeah, which
actually is pretty fucking smart because it'll make so much money.

Speaker 3 (34:06):
Oh god.

Speaker 2 (34:06):
Yes, And it also explains why at these listening parties
she's only showing lyric videos because the Life of a Showgirl,
Hello Vegas, content that she made for a Sphere residency
wouldn't necessarily work in the traditional screen like they film

(34:26):
it in like a really wild with different cameras that
are just for the Sphere so special video. It's true,
she's made a show just for the Sphere, and I
think I would that I would fucking go to Are
you kidding me?

Speaker 3 (34:41):
Well? I mean even if you think about how they
shot it. They took a movie from when did the
fucking Wizard of Oz come out?

Speaker 2 (34:47):
Yeah, but that was really weird that they used a
lot of AI no more than sixties, like the forties
or thirties.

Speaker 3 (34:53):
Yeah, that one was that really that old? Yeah, but
they took something that old and made it like this
insane watch so imagine what they can do with any
sort of new technology. It could look really cool.

Speaker 2 (35:06):
Yeah. I hope it's true and that's super smart. Yeah.
Speaking of Taylor Swift, her stalker has gone missing and
people are very worried about that. I'm not She's got
a fucking security team.

Speaker 3 (35:20):
Yeah, Well, you can't keep your eye on every square
inch of the world. And true, as we just saw,
I'm sure she's scared and she should be. So it's
a fucking crazy world we're living in.

Speaker 2 (35:33):
Yeah. Well, Also speaking of Taylor Swift, there was some
drama recently at Travis Kelcey's house where this private investigator
got arrested who was trying to serve her with a
subpoena to testify to be deposed, to be deposed in
the Blake Lively justin Baldoni of it all. But I'm

(35:53):
so confused by that. This guy's a former cop. What
did he think was going to happen? Especially because he
jumped the fence at two in the morning.

Speaker 3 (36:04):
Seriously, Yeah, he should be in jail.

Speaker 2 (36:06):
There's something sketchy and I don't know. It's not adding
up to me, And I feel like that story put
a pin in it because we're probably gonna hear more
about it.

Speaker 3 (36:15):
I didn't know the two am part of it. Yeah, yeah,
you can't fuck it. So maybe he was like trying
just to post up somewhere so he could like jump out.
But that's fucking the guy could get shot. Yes, I know, Like,
how dumb are you? It doesn't add up, It doesn't
make sense. You're right, it doesn't add up.

Speaker 2 (36:32):
Speaking of Travis Kelcey yet, I wonder because you might like,
I'm not the demo, I don't give a fuck, and
I love Taylor Swift, but not enough to actually listen
to Travis Kelsey's podcast. On the regular, he had Leonardo
DiCaprio and Benicio del Toro on his podcast with his
brother Jason. Now, remember what you said earlier about Jimmy

(36:54):
Fallon not being a good interviewer, Travis Kelcey and not
really a good interviewers either.

Speaker 3 (37:03):
It's a skill, all right.

Speaker 2 (37:04):
Speaking of musicians, from Taylor Swift to Charlie XCX, she
gave me such fomo like, oh my god, I spent
literally days pouring through all the photos and videos of
her wedding in Italy to George from the nineteen seventy
five They previously got married at the court in London

(37:28):
and had just a few friends and family there, and
this is their much bigger wedding. I don't get that though,
Like it's so anti claimactic, Like if I want to
go to a friend's family member's wedding, like I want
that to be the wedding.

Speaker 3 (37:40):
The minutia of it. Like I'm all four going to
the when we've actually talked about that. Just going to
the courthouse and then just having a party later. I mean,
that's pretty cool.

Speaker 2 (37:48):
That's a party. But not I think they got married again.

Speaker 3 (37:52):
So they exchanged vows in front of people, And what's
the point. Why do it twice?

Speaker 2 (37:55):
Exactly that I don't.

Speaker 3 (37:57):
Get PHP re play all right, Well, hey, hey, thank
you guys for listening. Hopefully you have a great Thanksgiving
and of course we appreciate you. We have another show
it's called the Patreon Show forhe as explain that.

Speaker 2 (38:11):
Oh my god, it's better you don't get any commercials,
so commercial free, which is a big incentive. It's longer
usually and you can get it directly to your Apple
podcasts or however you listen.

Speaker 3 (38:26):
Goes right unto your feed. You won't even have to
search for it.

Speaker 2 (38:29):
It just exactly. It's just like a podcast, and we
have a message board. We're constantly chatting with people on
the message board, and your support that way would mean
so much. Absolutely, sign up at patreon dot com slash
Perez Hilton. That's patreon dot com slash perez Hilton.

Speaker 3 (38:48):
Very nice. All right, guys, have a nice Thanksgiving and
we'll talk again on Monday.
