you're mad and we'll blame that party. Now, it's been dicey.
Sometimes people have tried it and thought they could cast
blame on one side and it ended up back on them.
And uh, I tell you the one I remember the
most about that. And of course Clinton was politically at
times brilliant, as you remember that Newt Gingridge they put together,
you know, balancing the budget and all this and took

it to h to Clinton. Clinton vetoed it. The government
got shut down, and they blamed the Republicans.

It's a classic. So so it's and got away with it. Yeah.

So sometimes the city administration sits in a little bit
of a more beneficial position. It's usually hard for Congress
to to to be effectively blame a city administration for
for government shut down.

So we'll see and they'll they'll they'll both tell us
that the other one is the problem.

And then you, as an American, we play this game
both sides.

don't have blinders on where you know where you know
you always choose to talk about your kid when they
played you. You have parent parent goggles on where they
don't do anything wrong.

Government goggles on where the GOP does everything right. I'm

turned down the short term spending bill that would go
to November twenty first because they want to continue this

that you know, and then we've talked about healthcare for
illegals and.

It's just ridiculous, and they knew the GOP was not
going to budge on it, and so now they're to
your point, Rick, they're trying to blame the Republicans, and
the Republicans are like, hey, look, we had a clean
bill that pretty much just kept us going to November
twenty first, so we could could negotiate for twenty twenty six.
And they turned it down.

And they said, no, illegals need health care.

Yeah. Yeah, and it's just it's ridiculous.

But it could backfire because if this shuts down, then
then the Trump administration can go ahead and start cutting
things that need to be cut anyway, and it's going
to end up backfiring on them.

Trump made that point during a government shutdown. He has
you know, he has the ability to cut things and
do things that he normally wouldn't outside of a shutdown.

Schumer said, oh, then that means it's Trump's shut down.
Then no, of course they're calling it the Schumer shutdown.

So then sure, yeah, well, COVID nineteen's over.

I mean, COVID is always going to be with us,
and it now is just you know, you go, what
have you got? I think I have COVID? Okay, I
think I have the flu. I think I have bronchitis.
It's just on that list.

We don't live in our society, like you just said,
speedy under the pandemic rules that were disastrous and you
move on with your life. And it's called being sick.
And you know, the flu can be dangerous to certain people,
COVID can be dangerous to certain people. Pneumonia, you know,
comes from flu. I mean there's all kinds of We've
all lived our lives with things that can make you sick,

and it's just been put on that list now and
you move on. I mean you saw that with your
own father. I mean you didn't see the hospital freaking out.
And we still don't know why your dad tested positive
for COVID. Yeah we ever mentioned that, Yeah, because I
mean nothing was wrong with them. That that was saviny.
I mean, did did end up getting it? Did your
mom end up getting it?

Did you end up getting My cousin Lisa didn't even
end up getting it, And that for those of you
don't know.

When my dad had to.

that Friday, and it was a big scare. After all
was said and done, that then the emergency room physicians said,
I oh, and by the way, mister Wilburn, you tested
positive for COVID.

And he never had one symptom and so yeah, So
these Obamacare subsidies that the dams are wanting to continue
from COVID nineteen, it's just ridiculous.

And then you know, we had a text of a
person who said they were in the hospital with COVID
having to take on an IV. You know, yeah, you
just don't know, you don't know, you know, just like
I said, somebody has the flu and you know, they
get sick and they lay in bed for a few
days to go back to work, somebody else ends up
getting them onion has to go to the hospital. I mean,
that's just it's just in that world, we do we
have some special you know, flu government program. I mean,

come on, I mean we're past that now and we
don't have the money for it, and it's ridiculous. So
I don't know how it's going to turn out. I
know they'll both try to blame each other, but I
will say this back just sitting up in the stands
watching obviously with the preference for the right, but not
worshiping the right or as you said, thinking everything that

they do is correct, because it's not. But I will say,
if I was someone that walked up and I could
see the state of the two parties right now, it
seems pretty obvious that Democrats need some good pr and
and they're not really liked right now, and they need
a win.

Sure this is why it's on their part true because
their public relations, I mean, their pr right now, it's
not very good now except for those that are moniacal,
but those that are just kind of you know, that
can kind of go either way. They're not real happy

multiple robberies in Colorado, and the TV crew is is
talking about the story and this guy is actually following

we've lost the warrior mentality of being on offense to

the troops were fat. I just I don't understand how

Chief of Staff, General Charles Brown Junior, who is African American.
He fired the first woman to command the Navy, Admiral

That doesn't matter. It doesn't matter that skin color, doesn't
matter if they're a man or a woman. All that
matters is are they doing a good job. That's really
all that matters at all.

you can't be consistent. She just went on to say
there is no DEI stuff going on in the military,
there are no quotas. But then when she got into
the firing, all she did was talk about quotas. She
has a firing quota. Rightly, she didn't have a hiring quota.
She has a firing quota if these people, I bet you,

if we went and looked, you'll find these people were
fired because they were inadequate and did not meet the standard,
not because they were people of.

attack other people's service to make yourself.
