Speaker 1 (00:00):
I opened the door and there's two sacarios with guns
in the back, and I'm looking back and like, oh,
this is it. They're just gonna boom, right, that's all
I'm thinking. I'm like, okay, but before I crossed the bridge,
I took three xanax from GHP and a fixed bump
of cocaine. And I'm golfing with these guys. I'm literally gambling.
They're gambling them on my website. They're drinking shots with me,
they're popping biking in with me. I'm like, there's no

(00:21):
way these guys. They have encrypted phones. There's no way
these are cops. But the whole time was FBI. We've
hit rock bottom.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
Now there's only one way up from here, from the
bright lights of the USC Call Seal to the dark
underworld of international cartels. Owen Hanson lived two lives, Athlete
by day, kington by night. They called him the Cocaine
Quarterback and named now immortalizing headlines and documentaries. But behind

(00:51):
that label is a man who's faced the full arc
of human experience, ambition, power, lost redemption. Today on The
Sino Show, we're not glorifying the fall. We're going to
honor the rise. What happens when you lose everything and
decide to rebuild from truth. This is a conversation about ego, identity,
forgiveness and freedom. I'm Sena with Farlan's The Sino Show.

(01:12):
Welcome brother, Hey, thanks for having me. Welcome. This is
a real blessing, man, it's a real I appreciate you
being here.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Yeah, what a rush it's been. Huh fuck d man, Yeah,
it's definitely. Uh, it's now time to tell the comeback, right, Yeah,
we've hit rock bottom. Now there's only one way up
from here. Yeah, one way up from here.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
Man. How's this fresh air filling to you out in
the world.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
Huh, it's surreal, right, you just put in my sand,
my feet, my toes on that that white sand down
in you know her most aridono beech Tree. I grew
up seeing my father when I get out of federal
prison and giving him a hug, knowing that, knowing that
he lived. You know this this whole time I was
supposed to do, you know, nearly fifty years in prison

(01:52):
twenty in the United States, and then get extracited and
do a life sentence in Australia, which is you know,
twenty five to thirty years so to be able to
see my father when I was released. You know, my
best friend, as you can see in the documentary Cocaine Quarterback,
it's like my dog, my number one. You know, the
guy that you look up to as a child, the

(02:14):
person you want to impress as a as a son, right,
and I want to make him proud. And that's all
I wanted to do in life. And obviously I took
some some wrong turns in life. And you know I
got knocked down a few times. Well I guess what
I keep I keep getting back up.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
Man. You can always get back up. Brother. You fucking
figure out a way.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Yeah, you got it. Yeah, that's the that's the athlete
in me. You know, I tell people when you go
to USC become a trojan. But there's one thing they
tell you. They tell you to keep fighting on That's
what I did in my whole life. I just kept fighting.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
I'm just going to start here. Your mom left, and
it just fucking cracked you.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
As a child. Usually it's the other way, right, Your
father usually leaves, like in most families. And for me
to lose that mother figure at such a young age,
you're wondering like, what did I do wrong? Like I've
been taking showers, I've been making my bed, I've been
eating my vegetables, Like where did I go wrong? Right?
You don't understand at that age, And obviously it took

(03:13):
me years and years to figure out, Like obviously there
was a divorce, a separation, But why couldn't they have
worked it out where they stayed closer to home where
I could go visit my mom on the weekends instead
of seeing her once or twice a year, and then
having my sister, who's four years old, only get to
see her maybe passing. Because you got to remember when

(03:35):
I went to go see my mom, my sister would
come see my dad, so I would never get to
spend time with her.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
Oh wow.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
So it was hard as a kid, you know, wondering
what went wrong?

Speaker 2 (03:46):
Right, you got emotional and your dad said, we don't
cry here, let's go right.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
Yeah, I started crying on the porch. And we had
this little bungalow beach house in Redondo Beach, and I
remember I started crying. I was tearing up right, see
my sister crying in the back of the station wagon.
And I remember seeing her hold her blanket and sucking
her thumb and tears falling down. I'm like, man, I

(04:10):
started crying and I'm just eight year old kid. And
my dad say, hey, don't we don't cry in this family. Son,
Go get your volleyball, Go get your surfboard. We're going
down to the beach. And that became my pacifier. You know,
Beach volleyball became my drug.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
You were good, You're highly rated volleyball player.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Top fifty in the nation, beach player of the Year
for many years, won two national championships on the beach,
and you know, earn a scholarship to USC. I mean,
that's the only way we're going to get there.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
Was your dad an alcoholic.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
My dad was an alcoholic. My dad got sober. Actually,
when my mom and dad separated, my dad says, you
don't what I got to do this for my son.
I'm I'm going to sober up and I'm going to
be there for him. And I remember before he got sober.
I remember going to the hospital and seeing him very
sick from alcohol and having his his boss and my

(05:04):
my mother, you know, have a sit down and basically
tell him like, hey, you need to sober up or
you're going to lose your job and lose your wife.
Well he didn't lose his job, but he lost his wife,
my mother. So for me, it was cool that my
dad got sober to take care of me and be
a responsible father. I remember many times going in the fridge,

(05:27):
always wondering if i'd see a beer, and as a kid,
you don't want to see that beer. But when I
saw that a duels, you know that the non alcoholic
beers obviously made me happy. Knowing that my dad hadn't
hadn't had to realize.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
And did he just call turkey and stop or did
you go to twelve step meeting?

Speaker 1 (05:45):
So he went to meetings, He went to the hospital
from I want to say, like three months he was
in the hospital. Yeah, he got really sick. And you
know it's a disease. It runs in the family. And
I see why my father kept me away from our
call in high school, right, he was so strict. I
had to be home at six. You were straight and right,

(06:07):
working out, working out, good grades, never missed school, had
four years perfect attendance. And I see why my dad
kept me away from that because obviously he knew it
was in our blood, right did he is he still sober. No,
So I'll tell you a funny story. As soon as
I graduated, he started dating this woman and he was

(06:28):
so proud of me. Right, I had two national championship
football rings. I had a degree from USC working for
this big USC alumni working in the real estate development.
Like he's like, my boy, did it? Like I can,
I can finally have a drink. And he thought one
drink would be okay, right, and you know you know
how that goes.

Speaker 2 (06:46):
I do well.

Speaker 1 (06:47):
Yeah, so so you know, God blessom for staying sober
during my my childhood and and being there as a father.
But you know, it's it's it's it's addicting. And that
one drink that too, and the next thing it's it's
you know, it's more and more. But now as he
gets older, he's finally realizing it's it's so bad on

(07:08):
his body.

Speaker 2 (07:08):
I think he'll drink.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
He'll drink like he'll go golfing, you know, have a
couple of beers. But it's not like before. He was
really bad, I'm talking shit faced bad. It was. It
was hard for me to see because you're, like, man,
you just did thirteen years sober. As I grew up
as a kid and then you fell off the wagon.

(07:30):
But what could you do? You know, either they're adults,
and the more you lecture them, the more they get
mad and they drink more. So I don't even bring
it up anymore if he's a grown ass man.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
So you get a scholarship the USC for volleyball. Yeah, right,
And then a lot of things change.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
A lot of things change you when you when you
get to college, you're not You're not the man anymore, right,
You're just one of twelve men, and everyone's just good,
if not better than you, And everyone has a forty
five inch vertical instead of a thirty six inch vertical,
and everyone's six six six eight instead of six three.
So all of a sudden you're like, man, I thought

(08:05):
I was top fifteen the United States. I thought I
was the best player in the South Bay. You get
the USC, and you're playing behind Olympic all Americans. You
know Billings who's played for Olympic team, right, and legend
as an opposite hitter, Eli, Fairfield, bo Rowley, all these
big names, and you're like, Wow, it's a real wake
up call. And sophomore year comes and I get I

(08:26):
literally get red shirted, and it was devastating, just like
losing the mom. Now I'm losing my volleyball team, my family,
my that's it's all you have. So I went down
that path again like I was bummed out and went
back to the South Bay where I grew up, Like
I don't fit in at USC. I want to be
back where my friends are, you know, because I didn't
fit in. I was this blue collar kid.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
I didn't have money, A lot of bread.

Speaker 1 (08:49):
A lot of bread, a lot of black cards, a
lot of Mercedes. I didn't have that. I had a
nineteen eighty nine Toyota Camry that my grandfather gave me
when he passed. And I just want to go back home.
And I remember going home, went to Gold's gym in
Venice Beach or excuse me, in Redondo Beach, and I
was pissed. Man. I was like, man, I can't believe

(09:11):
I got cut, Like what am I going to do?
And I saw the biggest bodybuilder at you at the
Redondo Gold's gym and I said, hey, what do you recommend?
I just got cut from the volleyball team. My coach says,
work on your vertical jump and your arm strength. I said,
what do I got to do? He looked at me.
Do you want to do it fast? Legal? What do
you want to do? I said, I want to make

(09:32):
this happen as as fast as possible. I don't care
if it takes me three months or three weeks, whatever
you suggest. He goes, if you want to do it fast,
I suggest you take performance enhancing drugs. I said, all right,
what do I do? He says, what do you have money?
I said, no, I don't have money. He says, well,
if you don't have money, I suggest you'd get in
a car and drive to the Tijuana Boarder and go

(09:54):
to the pharmacia or a veterinarian. And I'm like, okay,
well give me the list. And I I get this
list and there's you know, windstrawl, Ana r Sustin on
two fifty decaduraball and all these steroids right, all the
good stuff. I was like, okay, cool, I take this list,
and I literally, you know this, this ambitious kid I am.
I drive down there with a friend of mine who's

(10:17):
from a Mexican gang, and I grab him with me
just in case we need to speak some Spanish. And
we get down there and I find this, this veterinarian,
this pharmacia, and literally there's probably ten Americans in there
buying some sauce. Right, it's behind the gear. And I
go in there with my list and literally had everything
everything I needed and it costs me pennies. I'm talking

(10:39):
like twenty dollars for a vial, ten dollars for a
bottle of pills, and I'm literally jumping them in these
sandwich bags, rolling them up. And my friend Spanky from
the Mexican gang goes, well, how the hell are you
going to get that back? You can't just walk across
with that, I said, And I remember taping it up
and really put it not in the hole but in

(11:02):
the crack, right, I tell people, don't get that twisted.
That's that's exit only. And I literally put my compressor
shorts on, and I tell you what when I crossed
that border, I tell people, for the rest of my life,
I chased that eye. That was my new high, like.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
That thrill across and getting arrested. What's going to happen
at that rush? Right?

Speaker 1 (11:23):
Knowing I just broke the law. Right knowing I never
lied in my life because my father. This is the
first time ever lying My father was so strict morals
and ethics. We've I've been hot. He never lie and
if you owe money, you always pay people back. And
I had this in my mindset for my whole life.
And when I lied to this this US customs officer,

(11:44):
are you bringing anything back? And I said no, sir,
and knowing I got away with that lie, and he said,
welcome back to America. And I literally like goosebump stangled, right,
And I'm like, wow, I just broke the law. And
I just crossed with you know, five hundred dollars worth
of steroids, right, And I'm like wow, what a rush? Right,

(12:05):
Like that was cool? And I tell people it got
bigger and bigger and bigger. Later I'm smuggling tons of
cocaine into Australia. Right, So it grew.

Speaker 2 (12:15):
That's where it started. But that's where it start. That's
where it started. You start taking it, you get big,
you get strong. You're in the weight room, the conditioning
coach for the only volleyball team and the football team.

Speaker 1 (12:24):
It's like, yo, well yeah, she said, what are you doing?

Speaker 2 (12:27):
What the fuck's going on here? You should try out
for the football team.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
The greatest football probably one of the greatest football teams
of all time, the usc US. We got Reggie Bush,
we got Matt Lionhard, we got Lindell White, we got
fucking Pete Carroll walking on. You've never played football before, never,
but you're like, fuck it.

Speaker 1 (12:44):
I said, why not? What do we got to lose? Right?
I fucking love this, man. What do you have to lose? Right?
You just your attitude, right, Like, you have nothing to lose.
You already got cut. You could go be a fraternity kid,
or you can be an athlete. And I'm already built
like a tight end. At this time, I'm two forty
and I walked on, Man, I was the only guy
to make the team out of fifty guys.

Speaker 2 (13:06):
And I love this story. Everyone's got cleats except you. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
I showed up to the walk on fucking tryout kid
from USC volleyball shoes on, and everyone's like, you know,
all Americans in high school and junior all Americans from
junior college, and they're all like geared up, they look
like they're sc ready to play. I was like, man,
I showed up. I looked like a fool. It was embarrassing.

(13:30):
I was like, I fucked up this one right, and
in your head you're like, who cares? Right, what do
you got to lose? And rode twice twice for six
He made me go back runic Yeah. Coach Carrol said,
that's something's wrong with the Stopwatch. Go back. I said,
ran it again and boom. Then you go down and
do the bench press boom boom, boom bom boom twenty

(13:50):
six times. I'm bouncing them off my chest. No one
knows I'm on Decadur ballin right, just bouncing them and Uh,
I'll tell you what, man, that that feeling of making
that team and calling my.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
Phone one person? Is that one person made that? Just
me and you guys.

Speaker 1 (14:06):
Want two back to back national championships.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
What was it like being on that team? Man? Was
that your family?

Speaker 1 (14:12):
Now? It was just my new family. Like we're so tight.
We would do anything for each other. I remember the
bond we had, like we would get rides to class
and a golf cart.

Speaker 2 (14:24):
And royalty this red car. Football were the team.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
We were the team right Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, all
my teammates were dating top celebrities. We're going to any
club in Hollywood, red carpet. We never bought a drink,
never bought a meal, and that was just a walk on.
So you imagine what these other guys were getting. You know,
they're getting Mercedes, and it was out of control.

Speaker 2 (14:49):
Had a little entrepreneur and you start kicking in. Yeah,
you know, like these guys are going you can't even
afford to take a girl out.

Speaker 1 (14:55):
I can't write, and I'm watching, I'm evaluating the situation
I'm in right, and I'm living now in the fraternity house,
and I realize everyone's living in a bubble. There's nothing
to worry about, Like you're safe, you're in the middle
of usc You're living in this frattorney house, and everyone's
on some kind of drug, whether it's cocaine, adderall ecstasies, annex.

(15:18):
And I'm like, man, I'm going to this is my market.
Like these guys are paying ten times what it costs.
And I have these contexts from back home, right, these
North Side Redondo gang members that are Serennos that have
grew up selling this stuff their whole lives. And I know,
as a kid, I'm watching my friends, and I know
a price of cocaine for a gram does not cost

(15:40):
one hundred dollars and that's what these kids at USC
are paying. And my entrepreneur mindset goes back home and
I'm like, hey, what do you guys sell the grams for?
We sell them for forty, but costs is like twenty.
I'm like, well, how do I get it? We'll deliver
it to you. What do you want? I said, just
front me. I said, these kids at SE are going
through this stuff like water. They're like okay. And I

(16:03):
remember Scrappy from Northsidery Dondo. He was a gang member.
He brought literally this styrofoam and had eight ounces of
cocaine in it. I was like, man, what am I
going to do with this? Like, I don't even know
how to weigh it right. He's like, here's a scale,
here's a grand bag, and he's like literally teaching me.
And I'm like okay. He goes, what do you want
to sell it for? I said, well, they're buying him

(16:24):
for a hundred. He goes, undercut everyone sixty bucks. He says,
you're making three hundred percent mark up. He goes, it's
a no brainer. I'm like okay. So I go back
to my fraternity house and I have to go to
practice now. But I tell my roommate, my fraternity brother,

(16:44):
I'm like, hey, I got this dropped off. I'm going
to measure everything out. I'm gonna put in the sock
drawer if you need. The guys want to just charge
them sixty bucks, I said, when I go to practice,
you handle this every time you sell an ounce, which
is twenty eight grams. I said, I'm going to give
you one on the house because I already knew he
had to have it. And he's like, oh, really, okay, great,

(17:06):
I remember. I go to practice and like four hours later,
I get back and he's all chipped up, just just
High's a kite, right high? Is this a draft pussy?
And he's looking at him. He's like, we got a problem.
I go, what do you mean we got a problem?
He goes, it's bad news. I go, what did you
do it all? He goes, no, he goes, but I
sold it all? And I said that's a good problem
to have, right And then I knew right there. I said, okay,

(17:28):
I'm onto something. We just sold out of eight ounces
in less than four hours.

Speaker 2 (17:33):
And he had.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
Sorority girls coming over, other fraternities coming over, and I'm
like Okay, I can make this a business where I
don't even have to touch this stuff. I go to practice,
have him sell it, give him his percentage, and just
let's snowball this thing. No pun intended?

Speaker 2 (17:45):
Right are you at that time? Are you? Are you
nervous though about getting arrested? No, I told you I'm
in this bubble. I'm just like, there's no way I'm
making bread. There's no way I can get caught. There's
no way in hell because you're part of the USC campus.

Speaker 1 (17:59):
There's no police. It's not like you got the FBI
or the LAPD coming buy. It's USC security.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
So it's on. You're making money now, and now you're
the man.

Speaker 1 (18:09):
I become the man now. My fraternity brothers are asking
for certain things. Hey, I need to take an adderill
to stay up. I got a test tomorrow, No worries.
Go down the border. I get my steroids. I get
some addrol, I get some xanax, I come back. My
teammates want to look like me. I'm this fucking hog, right,
I'm like six', three just two forty pure. Muscle everyone's, like,

(18:31):
dude what do you? WANT i, SAID i got you
three hundred dollars five hundred. Bugs i'm just everything's one
thousand percent. MARKUP i, said that's my. Markup anything you,
Get i'm trying one thousand percent, markup and they're paying.
It because you got to remember AT, usc these kids
don't care about any. Price i'm literally asking, guys, okay
you're paying for my books this year and just run

(18:51):
up a tab BECAUSE i know they have Daddy's they're
not going to go to the hood and buy a
bag of, down, Brother they're coming to. Me they're coming
to o.

Speaker 2 (18:59):
Dog that's right. Wow and then that goes you win the,
championships and then you go into real, estate, right, YEAH
i go in to real. Estate and this is WHAT
i want to ask. You did you stop when you
went into real? Estate did you stop doing the? Drug stop?
Everything why you're, like, Fuck i'm a plate. Straight, NO
i did it BECAUSE i did that to survive FOR,
usc right BECAUSE i didn't have. Money everyone AT usc has.

(19:24):
Money they don't have to worry about. THAT i had
to worry BECAUSE i.

Speaker 1 (19:26):
Had no way to. EAT i had no way to
enjoy the fraternity, life enjoy, college, Right LIKE i couldn't
ask my dad or my. Mom they didn't have the
money to give. ME i remember they gave me six
hundred dollars a month and my apartment was five hundred
dollars for my, rent SO i had one hundred dollars
to live. On i'm, like that's like one day's worth of.
Food SO i was, like there's no WAY i want to.

(19:48):
Survive so it was just me being you, know, resilient,
right trying to figure out a. Way and THEN i
got that six figure job WHEN i. Graduated i'm, like,
Dude i'm, Good LIKE i don't need it do. This
this is this was just for to survive in. College
NOW i got a. Job i'm working for a BIG
usc alumni and, well And i'm doing. Fine Like i'm
making six figures my first year. Out my dad never

(20:11):
made six figures in his, life you. Know And i'm
telling my father and. This he's a, static, Right he's,
like this is, awesome good, job. Son and then then
the recession, hits right, yeah and you're just, like, man
what DO i do? Now it's it's that. Pattern the
mom left the volleyball, team now the. Recession so it's, like,
okay you're. Scrambling you're, Right you're in the pocket and

(20:33):

(21:13):
some time to convince my, father because my dad, said
no way in hell my son went TO usc is
going to become a. BOOKIE i, Said, dad but, listen

(22:20):

Game so whales can lose you, know quarter a quarter
million to a million dollars at a. Time. Right and
this whale was a, big, big commercial. Contractor and the
WAY i got him is he was making bets WHEN
i used to work for the real estate development, company

(22:42):
AND i remember him placing those. Bets and six months,
later WHEN i got, FIRED i, said the light bulb went.
OFF i, SAID i remember that guy was betting twenty
thousand dollars on A dodger. Game i'm going to go
find him And i'm going to tell. Him i'm going
to give him ten percent off his losses BECAUSE i
Know i'm making twenty, percent So i'm going to give
him half. Off so my commission was only ten percent

(23:02):
Because i'm giving him half. Back that's what got the.
Business and NOW i got him locked. In now he's my.
Client and so WHEN i went To Uncle, TONY i, said, hey,
man i'm collecting all this. Money these are my, Clients
so you got to bump up my percentage BECAUSE i
can't do. It i'm. SORRY i got partners. TOO i, said,
well if you don't do, It i'm telling you right,

(23:22):
Now i'm going to figure out a way how to do,
this And i'm going To i'm going to go To
Costa rico BECAUSE i know that's where the mecca of
sports betting is no one believes that the kid From
Redondo beach is going to go down To Costa rica
a twenty. Five, yeah it doesn't, happen, Right AND i
was so. DETERMINED i literally flew down there like three different,
trips going office to office trying to figure out how

(23:44):
AM i going to set this thing? Up AND i
figured it. OUT i got a call, CENTER i got
a people answering the, PHONE i got people moving my.
LINES i have a people hosting my. Website AND i
started betodog dot com because my nickname in college was.
Odog so now it's better.

Speaker 2 (24:00):
And you incentivize you has some very good incenterized.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
Where my incentives where you get ten percent off your
losses if you pay me On, monday you get five
percent off your losses if you pay me On. Tuesday
if you pay me On Monday, TUESDAY i also give
you ten percent free. Play so if you lose one hundred,
THOUSAND i give you ten thousand free. Play now free
play is like crack. Cocaine you just give them one
hit and guess what they're coming. Back AND i know
they're going to lose that free play because they they

(24:24):
always do and what do they do they start to
gamble their regular credit, line and THEN i treat them, Like,
OKAY i don't want you going To Las. VEGAS i
want you to staying here In Los. Angeles so Now
i'm Bringing vegas to. Them you want, Whiskey i'll send
you a. Bottle you want, Champagne i'll send you. Champagne
Now i'm breaking. Out thisis concier service similar to college

(24:46):
BECAUSE i still have those. Contexts oh you want an a, Ball,
Okay i'll send you An. April oh, girls we got,
girls you know. Who we call a few girls and
they go over. THERE i, say, hey you do whatever you.
Want if he wants some, tippy that's on. Him but
this is not. Prostitution this is for you guys to entertain.
Him this is. Entertainment and these girls are, good right the,
Massage and next thing you, know the guy's giving him

(25:07):
money and he's calling, me, man this is the best thing.
EVER i just divorced my wife and this is this is. Amazing,
Right i'm Like i'm the man now. Again right in
this bookie business blows, up literally my. Mentors now the
guys that were paying me twenty percent get busted by The.
Feds and they go to. Prison. Yeah so Now i'm, like,

(25:29):
Okay i'm gonna go grab all their customers because they
have nowhere to. Play so NOW i blow up AND
i have all these customers throughout The United, states And
i'm so. Big i'm, like you know, WHAT i want
to go. International you know, why because it's, Like i've
already got THE. Us let's let's let's try to go To.
Mexico let's go To, europe whereverwhere else we can. Go

(25:50):
because at the end of the, day it's it's just
a simple, payment whether it's cash or a, wire you,
know any any kind of Payment i'm. Taking so FOR
i was, like you, know let's go. International SO i
tell all my agents, say if you got international, people
whether In mexico And canada And, EUROPE i don't. Care
let's take their. Action SO i grow my big agent

(26:10):
out Of Newport beach starts taking bets from someone In.
Mexico un many notes to, me the guy's losing a
quarter million a. Week i'm, like you got a. Whale
this is. Great i've had he's Paying i've had these.
WHALES i tell, him keep this guy. Happy whatever he.
Wants we provide the. Service remember we're THE vip casino.

(26:31):
Host we will do anything for that man because he's
already lost seven hundred fifty thousand and three weeks and
we're Talking duffel bags of. Cash i'm like, this this is,
awesome and my. AGENTS i all pay my agents fifty
percent because remember we're business. Partners, Now i'm not going
to pay you twenty percent like my old boss. Did
i'm going to pay you fifty because this is your.

(26:52):
Client i'm the guy back in. It so that's HOW
i went into business with these. People you have twenty
or more, customers we have fifty to fifty. Partners everyone
wanted to take their business with. Me so the guy finally,
loses or excuse, me the guy finally wins In. Mexico
AND i call that. Agent that an agent for people
that don't, know is a sub. Bookie So i'm the

(27:13):
bookie and there's people underneath you that are sub. Bookies
so this sub BOOKIE i. CALLED i, said your customer's
about to hit a five team. Parlay he's going to
hit those raiders and he's going to he's going to
be owed like two hundred and sixty thousand. DOLLARS i,
said but we got to do something very special because
nobody does this in this. Business he, says WHAT i,

(27:34):
SAYS i want you to pay Him monday morning at eight?
Am he, Was are you? SERIOUS i go. ABSOLUTELY i
want him to see that we appreciate his, business how
he pays, us and we got to return the favor
as opposed to Like thursday when most bookies do. It
every book he Pays. Thursday why do they Pay thursday
because they collect from the losers and then by the
time they all have the, money they go pay the.
Winners and that's not how business should be because as

(27:56):
a customer that, gambles you, know that's that's bad. Business
SO i stopped all. THAT i had enough bank will
to pay these guys On monday AND i. COLLECT i
didn't care how long it. Took i'm going to pay
my Guys. Monday and that's what ended up causing this. Madness.
RIGHT i paid him on A, monday and now he
wants to know who AM. I who is this guy

(28:18):
that just paid me at eight am on A. Monday
no one does. THAT i like the. GUY i like
how he does. Business next, thing you, know this agent
subookie of mine brings me an encrypted cell. Phone never
seen one in my. Life it's A, BlackBerry no, microphone no,
camera NO, gbs just a BlackBerry with only email, capability

(28:41):
entered three passwords to get in and there it is. Wed,
OH i like the way you do.

Speaker 2 (28:46):
Business.

Speaker 1 (28:47):
Boom but Remember i'm that black market concier AND i
will do anything for MY vip. CUSTOMERS i respond, back no,
problem anything you, need just let me, know and that
opened up the. Door he already had this obviously in
his head because he had the encrypted phone handed in.
Me but he, says, HEY i would like to pick up,

(29:08):
money AND i would liked also to pay. People the problem,
is he, GOES i don't have money in The United.
States he, says would you be willing to pay some
of my employees throughout THE? Us AND i can pay
you whatever you pay plus ten, Percent and as a,
businessman ten percent a day is a no, brainer. Right

(29:28):
so first one was one hundred thousand to a safe
house he had In San. Diego for people that don't,
know a safe house is usually somewhere that someone's protecting,
something whether it's drugs or money or maybe, people right right,
Right SO i go to the safe house In San,
diego AND i have one of my runners drop off
one hundred. Grand he, says what DO i like the

(29:49):
way you do? Business where do you want one hundred and?
Ten and OBVIOUSLY i have A Costa rica, office So
i'm like wire it To Costa rica bank. ACCOUNT i
just made ten thousand dollars in a one hour transaction
and it just keeps. Snowballing next thing you, know he's
actually asking me to pick up a million. BUCKS i
go To, Brownsville. TEXAS i pick up a million dollars private,
plane a couple of security guards with, me boom boom

(30:11):
in it, out boom boom in and. Out AND i, think.

Speaker 2 (30:13):
Are you thinking, yourself who the fuck is this? Guy
or are you starting to figure out who he?

Speaker 1 (30:16):
Is? Well, listen at that, point WHEN i picked up that,
MILLION i knew because he Says i'm not allowed in that.
Territory so my mind thinks, Territory, okay this guy's some
kind of gang, member right or? Hotel it's starting to
cross my. Mind BUT i, Remember i'm not doing anything
illegal with. Drugs it's. Money what AM i going to
get slap on the? Wrist you? Know That's i'm looking

(30:37):
at risk versus. Reward AND i know that a money
laundering charge holds one to two, years So i'm not
thinking anything. ELSE i know a bookmaking charge holds one
to two, years So i'm good with. That i'm, okay,
right but it's snowballs after that million dollar pickup and
within four hours of getting, BACK i had that money

(30:59):
dropped off where he needed to be minus my, percentage
and he's, like you do amazing. Business AND i was just, thinking, like,
man this is like money that my dad's never, had
my my mother's never been. Around i'm just, thinking like
the big, picture LIKE i could get in and get
out and be.

Speaker 2 (31:16):
Done are you?

Speaker 1 (31:17):
Partying are? You are you with a bunch of? Girls
are a fucking rock? Star?

Speaker 2 (31:20):
Man are you an? Addict? Yourself?

Speaker 1 (31:23):
Bad not? Anymore but, yeah oh.

Speaker 2 (31:26):
Yeah but at that POINT.

Speaker 1 (31:27):
I was doing everyday cocaine and how on the fuck.

Speaker 2 (31:30):
Are you doing all those drugs and still running this.
OFFER i was very.

Speaker 1 (31:33):
Functional people couldn't believe. IT i was up at five.

Speaker 2 (31:36):
Minutes you're one of those guys because game time you're focus. Focus,
yeah and it didn't interfere with your, business, NO i
mean maybe towards the end, Right, yeah we'll get we'll get.
There but right Now i'm. Funky it's a, yeah and
obviously it got, worse right got you know then what happened?

Speaker 1 (31:55):
Eventually and we'll get, there. Right BUT i go over
To australia And i'm making now a million dollars a.
Day But i'm no longer handling. Cash i'm dropping off
kilos of cocaine ten to twenty at a, time And
i'm having An italian made man moved the product for.
Me And i'm making a million dollars a day in my.

(32:16):
Studio apartment In australia is full of. CASH i got
ten million. DOLLARS i got half a million in the,
dishwasher half a million in the. Attic you open the
cupboards and there's millions of. Dollars so you open the
suitcase in the, closets there's suitcases.

Speaker 2 (32:32):
FULL i want to know during that what what the
fuck were you doing all day? Long who? Is?

Speaker 1 (32:36):
What would you go out and work? Out who to
watch the place? With no one Knows i'm there with.
Money you got to REMEMBER i went. There El hafe
sent me there to go to. School it was a
restaurant management at. School he sent me to he thought of.
This he, SAYS i want you to go to. School
you're going to go to restaurant. Management so you have
a visa that says you're there for. School so no
one in a million years would look at me thinking some.

(33:00):
King then, Right i'm just a little school. BOY i
got my comb, over my suit on in my, suitcase
And i'm walking Down Sydney Darling harbor AND i look
like just a regular. Square, Right but would you party
and go out at?

Speaker 2 (33:12):
Night? Never oh it's. Interesting so there you played it. Straight,
yes this was, business wanted money.

Speaker 1 (33:21):
Business towards the, end WHEN i had this bags of
cash AND i had ten million at my, APARTMENT i
was sleeping one night and the stress started getting. BAD
i remember this Uncle, louis we'll call, him This italian.
Man he's, like, man what the fuck are we going
to do with all this? Money and he started to,
stress started to stress me. Out SO i took his
annex and THEN i took a glass of. Wine AND

(33:43):
i started taking that every night BECAUSE i was so
stressed about the fucking. Money and then that that was,
like that was my, high like to call my. Nerves
but never touched the cocaine WHEN i was over, there
because my my goal was to just get this out of.
Here we can party like rock stars when we get
this figured out.

Speaker 2 (34:00):
Out oh and you'll correct, me, OBVIOUSLY i think IF
i remember, Correctly australia is one of the most difficult
places to bring cocaine in the world in the, world, Right,
yeah and it's it's in the zero tall and drug.

Speaker 1 (34:11):
Zero anything over three queues as a life, sentence.

Speaker 2 (34:14):
Right they don't fuck around there, Now so the, danger,
right and you're aware of.

Speaker 1 (34:17):
That i'm, aware But i'm not. Literally i'm literally transactions
are going like. THIS a suitcase comes in to my
hotel room and within thirty, seconds this made man's coming
over And i'm giving it to. HIM i don't want
anything to do with this suitcase and he knows, that
and that's why he's making fifty thousand akilo because he
KNOWS i don't want to be part of. THIS i

(34:38):
just want to collect this. CASH i got to get
this cash for. Real hefe he's taken fifty for. Him
i'm taking fifty for me and This italian guy's taking.
Fifty now we got to figure ot how to move the. Money,
yeah that's that's. Hard that's little bit of a. PROBLEM
i don't.

Speaker 2 (34:50):
Understand that's the hardest. Part, yeah they're selling the cocaines
wandering the money's always the most.

Speaker 1 (34:54):
Difficult cocaine is the most thought. Out like everybody in
aust really like the biggest. Businessmen that's what they. Want
like a gram of cocaine is three hundred, Dollars so
you got to think this is like classy. People the
people that are buying of this are very rich, businessmen
very big you know, gangs The Hell's, angels you, know

(35:16):
The Syrian. Kings these big biker gangs are controlling the.
Market but they're coming in with like two three million
out of time to make these purchases through this this made.
Man and LIKE i, SAID i didn't want to be
part of. THAT i JUST i want to be. SILENT
i want to be a. Ghost and that's what my
boss told me to. Do be a. Ghost don't cause
any problems out, there don't go, out you, know stay

(35:38):
in your, apartment count the money and get in and get.
Out and how long did you do? That for six?
Months six?

Speaker 2 (35:45):
Months? Yeah and then what happened?

Speaker 1 (35:47):
THEN i WAS i was literally panicking it was taking
me so, long too long of this. Money LIKE i
could only clean like one hundred thousand dollars a, day
and it was, like who was? Stressful you can only
drink so much white wine And xana's at a, time,
Right you're like so stressed out and you're, like, man
what AM i going to? Do AND i was dating
this girl at the, time and she's, LIKE i THINK

(36:07):
i have a guy that would be perfect for. This i'm,
like what do you. Mean she's, LIKE i got a
guy that he's a professional blackjack, player AND i think
he's kind of involved and maybe maybe cleaning money and if,
not let's ask. Him maybe there's a percentage we can
we can pay. Him AND i, said, okay REMEMBER i
can't get this money out of. There i'm, desperate right.

Speaker 2 (36:29):
Is This but at the, time you're sending it through
odd boots and, yeah LIKE.

Speaker 1 (36:34):
I, said, like at the, Time i'm literally thinking, Everything,
Right i'm going to a bank Of, China i'm taking, cash
And i'm literally taking cash with fake IDs and wiring
it off to shell. Corporations and Then i'm, like, okay
Then i'm going to take. Euros i'm going to take
The australian dollar tournaments a five hundred dollars euro, notes
which is at the time it's worth seven hundred and
FIFTY us. Dollars And i'm like like taking twenty of
those at a, time And i'm sticking them in comic

(36:56):
books and sending them Via eBay like comic, sale, right
And i'm literally thinking. Everything i'm, like, okay now What
and Then i'm like. Okay ugboots are very famous In.
Australia i'm gonna start buying gold coins one ounce rounds
And i'm gonna fit four one ounce rounds PER ug,
boot which is like twelve hundred dollars twelve thousand. Dollars
SO i got twelve thousand dollars per Ug i'm looking

(37:16):
at twenty four thousand dollars every TIME i ship a
pair of ug, boots And i'm like sending them to
girlfriends and wives and family. Members. Everybody EVERYBODY i know
is getting ug boots And i'm, like just wait TILL
i get, home we'll open. Them i'm yanking out these
gold coins and it's a. Mess it's a fucking. Mess
AND i, SAID i need something. FASTER i need to

(37:38):
move like a, million million and a half two million
whatever at a. TIME i can't keep doing this little
one hundred thousand. Dollars this has taken me. Forever i'm
gonna be here for ten years because the product's still coming.
IN i had to put the stuff on hold BECAUSE i.

Speaker 2 (37:49):
COULDN'T i was, like, hey he's, like move, it keep.
Moving he had a.

Speaker 1 (37:52):
Ton, yeah he had a. Ton he said keep, going
And i'm, like, hey hang, on, MAN i GOT i
gotta get this stuff back for.

Speaker 2 (37:57):
You hang.

Speaker 1 (37:58):
On. OH i talked to this girlfriend as she introduces
me to this professional blackjack player high roller In Las.
Vegas they call Him Robin hood seven oh. Two he's
known for. Gambling he's a big high roller at The
venetian in The. PALAZZO i literally go fly back to THE.
US i meet him at the Fair mount In Santa,
monica and this guy's this arrogant Cocky.

Speaker 2 (38:19):
Yeah what was your first hit on? Him, well, listen.

Speaker 1 (38:21):
He had this this hat on and he was like
like looking, around like people are watching. Him SO i was, Like,
okay this guy's really in the business of money laundry
because he's so damn. Paranoid he's obviously worried about something,
Right And i'm, like so maybe he is, corrupt, Right,
like this is the perfect. Guy and we talk And
i'm telling him WHAT i. GOT i got a gambling.

(38:42):
CUSTOMER i got five million right now That i'm just sitting.
On do you want to help me clean? It he's, like,
YEAH i, said what can you? Do he, GOES i
can run it through the. Casino he, goes but let's talk.
Prices and he looked at me and he, SAYS i
need a first class. TICKET i need the money in
a Too mey. LUGGAGE i need the best hotel in
the four. SEAT i want The. Penthouse and he, SAYS

(39:02):
i want twenty five. Percent anyone that talks like that
is obviously a, professional, right like to bark all these.
Orders you're, like, okay this is the. Guy AND i
did exactly what he. Did he asked for. It got
on The toomey luggage for the. MONEY i got on
the penthouse at the four. SEASONS i got on the
plane that had the first class and what do you,

(39:23):
KNOW i drop off one point five million and everything
works so. Smoothly within forty eight, hours he's back In
Las vegas and he's calling me, saying where do you
want the cash dropped off in THE, us And i'm,
like hell, yeah it. Worked he went to the, tables
he literally started to play and he told the, people,
Hey i'm not feeling. It cash me. Out i'm going back.
Home of course they're going to cash him. Out he's

(39:45):
a high. Roller he's already got the call from his
HIS vip host In Las, vegas so they already know he's.
Here they already know he's this this blackjack. Stud they
cash him. Out he takes that check and he literally
goes to his home town of seven oh two and
he cashes that check of one point five million and
they give him cash and that's allowed back. Then you

(40:06):
know that that's easy when you're you're someone that at that.

Speaker 2 (40:09):
Level and was he a real serious? Gambler was he looking?

Speaker 1 (40:13):
Back?

Speaker 2 (40:13):
Now what you? Know was he legit or was he
just Straight?

Speaker 1 (40:15):
LISTEN i think he's just a, degenerate just a, hustler right,
YEAH i said comment good con, man BECAUSE i did
a lot of research obviously after with the private, investigator
and we found out it was just a. Fougetsy he's a.
Fake he just a. Scam like there's a ton of
these guys out, there now a good one he got
he was, good he got me. Good but he did
do the one point, five so that made me think
he was the fucking right, Right so everyone's, like, okay

(40:37):
this is. Great i'm telling my, BOSS i got one point.
Five the dude did it like? That he goes keep using.
Him fuck, It so we give him two point five.
Million now he comes does the same, thing and what
does he? Do he loses? It this, TIME i, said
how do you lose? It you don't have you, remember
you got twenty five percent Of. Jews that's all you can.
Lose everything else is. Mine so what do you mean

(40:58):
you lost? It and then that's where the shit hit the.
Fan so the ship had the fame.

Speaker 2 (41:02):
And not only. Lose he wanted more, money, Right.

Speaker 1 (41:04):
He wanted more because he wanted to try to make it. Back.

Speaker 2 (41:06):
Right just a fucking junkie. Gambler that's a.

Speaker 1 (41:09):
Degenerate that tells, me right, there you're chasing what is.

Speaker 2 (41:12):
Going through your? Mind? Man when you hear, that you
go fuck.

Speaker 1 (41:15):
Right, Now you're you're, saying, okay you're a dead man
in my. Mind i'm dead. Man Now i've just lost
two point five million of The cartol's. Money but the same,
day we're going to try to get his, passport and
he had three hundred thousand left at his. Hotel SO
i wanted that three hundred grand in his. PASSPORT i
didn't want him leave in the country until we resolved
it BECAUSE i thought he WAS i really thought he robbed.

(41:37):
ME i thought he made a deal with the pit
boss and they took the money and he split it with,
him AND i wanted to find out like the, story,
LIKE i really wanted to do some. Research so the
only WAY i wanted to do that was to kill
his passport because he couldn't leave the. Country so that
was my. Plan and my plan was if he had
three hundred, grand like he told me he had three
hundred two thousand, LEFT i, said you have those that,

(42:00):
money bring it to the. Hotel you're going to meet
my my personal, trainer my security. GUARD i, said you're
gonna bring that three hundred. Grand you're gonna meet him
at The, hilton And i'm going to take your passport
until we resolve this. Matter so my security guard AND
i are now at my studio And i'm. Panicking this
guy knows WHERE i. Live he's he's been to my,

(42:21):
place And i'm, thinking, OKAY i got to start getting
some money out of. Here SO i give my personal
trainer seven hundred. Grand you asked why seven hundred. Grand,
well three hundred that he had in the seven hundred
grand was going to make a. Million SO i was, like,
Okay i'm gonna have a million. Bucks i'm gonna just
get it out of the, place Right so in my,
Mind i'm gonna have a million bucks in two. Hours
once he brings a three hundred grand and my security's
gonna have seven and he's going to take it to

(42:42):
his farm In. Australia he had a, farm AND i told,
him just go put this in your. Farm as soon
as it's it's you're done with, him just just just
go hide. OUT i, want we want to find out
what's going. On so finally we don't get a. Call we're, like, fuck, man,
like what are we going to? DO i, said you know,
what just go to go to the hotel. Room maybe

(43:02):
maybe we'll see if he's. There he goes to the
hotel room with my bag of seven hundred, grand and
as soon as he gets, there there's four police officers that, say,
hey we had a phone call from An american man
saying that You Sean. Carolyn they knew because the cameras
had a gun in your, room and we need to
check the, room and we also need to check your
suitcase because maybe the gun's. There so they open up

(43:23):
the suitcase and now they find seven hundred. Grand so
NOW i lost three point two million. Dollars the car
tolds money less than twenty four. Hours he's on a,
plane and he's on a plane out of here with his.
Passport this was a. Setup he called the cops and
he got the hell out of there because he knew
he was in. Trouble and Now i'm, like oh, man

(43:44):
three point two? Million, now now what AM i going to?
Do Now i'm getting the messages in the? Cryptophone, HEY
i needed to drop? Off when can we have the
drop off? Handle, like, man what DO i? Do like
DO i run and look over my shoulder the rest
of my? Life or DO i go face to? Me
AND i. DROVE i literally flew back home to THE,

(44:05):
us AND i scheduled a meeting In mexico WITH.

Speaker 2 (44:10):
Lfe so from the time that those initial texts where are,
you it's not. Happening how. LONG i tell you actually
went and.

Speaker 1 (44:18):
Met seventy two. Hours oh, wow so that's right on. It,
OH i got on. IT i needed a nip it
in the. Butt, yeah because you. KNEW i knew the
only WAY i could make this work is IF i
went and saw him face to.

Speaker 2 (44:28):
Face but you, know you might get fucking.

Speaker 1 (44:30):
KILLED i had in my. Mind BUT i tell you,
WHAT i went into this meeting KNOWING i rather just
get killed than having to look over my shoulder to get,
killed because that's not. FUN i understand. That so like
that was my. Mindset he's gonna kill.

Speaker 2 (44:42):
Me he's Never you guys have never, met, right this.

Speaker 1 (44:45):
Never this was the first, meet, Right so walk us,
through you're GOING i literally. LAND i walk across the
border In tijuana the east have a. Bridge back THEN
i crossed the. BRIDGE i get to the McDonald's right
on the other side In, mexico And i'm literally on the.
Encryptophone he's, like my security is coming right now to
pick you. Up In, mexico it's called the. Cacario when

(45:05):
you work for a, narco you have, cacarios which are
hitmen to your. Security they they'll kill. Anybody that's their.
Job he, said my ccario is going to pick you,
up and, uh we're gonna. Meet so LITERALLY i get
standing in front of that mcdonald's'll never forget. It black
suburban pulls up bulletproof tinted windows and they roll down

(45:27):
the window and the windows like this. Thick that's how
you know it's, bulletproof and slowly doesn't even go all
the way, down and they say we get in the.
Car AND i opened the door and there's two cicarios
with guns in the back And i'm looking back and, like,
oh this is. It they're just gonna boom, right like
that's that's All i'm. Thinking i'm, like, Okay but BEFORE

(45:48):
i crossed the, BRIDGE i took three xanax FROM ghp
and a bump of, cocaine SO i was gonna die in, peace.
RIGHT i was, like at Least i'm gonna be fucked
up when they kill. Me and literally they're just like
fucked up, Right LIKE I i barely can. Talk i'm
so fucked, up LIKE i DON'T i thought it was
over AND i get there AND i finally we drove
to this town Called, portanoevo which is a lobster town

(46:10):
right past The rose, rito and there's This portanoevo number.
One it's this little corner spot's the, original and yeah
it's a famous. One. Right the place is shut. Down
it's just, him. RIGHT i don't know how he had.
It he had the whole place shut, down and it
was just him sitting at the table WITH i want to,
say like six cecarios and then two of them standing

(46:31):
in the. Car there was one lady making, tortillas and
there was one. Waiter AND i sat down AND i
just started, talking LIKE i told him the. Story by this,
Time i'm completely, sober And i'm like telling, them this
is what. Happened one point five were. Perfect i'm telling the.
Story but he knew the story already because it was
already published in The australia newspaper and he had done his.

(46:54):
Homework he, says what DO i already? KNOW i already
know you lost the. Money he, goes but remember you
were supposed to clean the. MONEY i don't care who
lost the. Money you're responsible AND i said. Absolutely he,
goes but the good news is the three point two.
Million don't. Worry you owe me four million. Now AND

(47:19):
i look at. Him, HEY i was so, happy, THOUGH
i was Like i'm, alive, Right, like, okay this is.
Good this is working out just HOW i needed to work,
out because who cares the dollar? Amount he could tell
me any amount That's i'm, alive, Right i'm. Breathing he,
goes but now you work for the. Cartel now you
work for, Me AND i, said all, right whatever you.
Say like at that, point you're at their, mercy, Right you're,
Like i'm. Alive fuck, YEAH i. Remember he, Says now

(47:44):
now we can drink and we cheersed, right AND i was, like,
okay this is this is going to work out Because
i've been the underdog my whole life And i'm going
to figure it. Out i'm going to figure out a
way to work for the cartel and get these guys paid.
Back and that Was that was the beginning THAT i.
Did that was the. Beginning he told. Me he specifically told,

(48:04):
me this is how intelligent this man. Is he specifically,
says you got two years to figure out how to
get the cocaine Into. Australia you're not using my routes
and you're gonna lay. Low you're going to run your
booky business just like you ran it when you met.
Me he, says this, Guy Robin, hood he's doing. Something
he GOES i feel. IT i see all these articles coming,
out because at this point there's articles coming. Out he's,

(48:26):
talking he's going to THE. Feds people, know you, know
we got private investigators watching this. Guy he's becoming AN fbi.
Informant he's calling me asking me to launder, money and,
like you don't talk like that on the, phone and
we know something's going. On but for two years we
literally lay. Low we're just running the sports betting. Operation
and after that two, Year marker wrote me on the,

(48:48):
encryptophone it's time to go to. Work AND i knew
it was my, Turn LIKE i was up to bat
AND i had to get, creative right how to use that.
ROLODEX i started using that. ROLODEX i literally started calling
fraternity brothers that had chocolate from The, europe THE. UK
i had these fraternity brothers that HAD uk chocolate that

(49:11):
their family flew pallettes and thlouds of chocolate. Palettes we're
talking like fifty pallets at a. Time and this chocolate
would be distributed throughout The United. States AND i knew
this because it was a frattorney, kid AND i knew
his family is from THE, uk SO i used that.
ROLODEX i was, Like, Okay i'm going to go to
them And i'm going to ask them for their expired,
chocolate And i'm going to give him fifty thousand dollars a.

(49:34):
Month AND i went AND i literally went to this
kid with fifty thousand. CASH i, SAID i need all
your expired. Chocolate AND i, said he's, like for WHAT i,
said you don't need to. Know he goes for fifty thousand.
DOLLARS i want to. Know so what DO i? DO
i show up twenty, KILOS i, go here you. Go
here's a little eight ball for. You this is what it.
Is so you, KNOW i, SAID i didn't want you to.
Know he, GOES i want to help. You So i'm,

(49:54):
like you sure you want to help because now you're
getting involved in something that you did not want to be.
Involved and you're, LIKE, i forg're giving me fifty grand a.
Month i'm going to do this as long AS i, can.
Right So i'm literally hiding these kilos between chocolate, bars
taking out the, bars putting them, inside covering them, up
wrapping up the. CHOCOLATE i have pallettes and palates with
fifty kilos spread out between two. Pallets and Now i'm

(50:15):
literally using his family's business to ship This european chocolate
now To australia expired. Chocolate and it, went, well call'd
you do that? For that went for like three months
and THEN i had to change it up AND i said.

Speaker 2 (50:29):
Yeah he came up with AN i. Don't.

Speaker 1 (50:31):
Yeah then the next one was the. Wine the wine
was a great one because no one had done it
like it. WAS i was the original gangster for this.
ONE i would break down the wine in.

Speaker 2 (50:42):
Bathtubs who hipped you to Ever clear would break cocaine
down and you could still send it and come back
in this friginal form and ninety five percent.

Speaker 1 (50:50):
Purity SO i had to fly To, yeah SO i
had to fly To fiji to meet my partner In.
AUSTRALIA i had met this kingpin In australia that was
was world famous over. There he was a, big big
boss and he was. Retired but he, says if you
ever go go back to, work he goes, TO i
want to work with. You and we met In. Fiji
because Now i'm a one and man In, australia SO

(51:11):
i can't go back To. Australia so we met In
fiji and we were literally drinking white wine AND i
was my creativeness was thinking AND i was drinking this
wine And i'm, like, DUDE i was like, this And i'm, Like,
craig do you think, though if we broke down, Alcohol,
like is there any way to break down the cocaine with?
Alcohol he's, like, well there's Ever clear and he told me.

(51:31):
THAT i, said, Okay so IF i broke it down
in liquid form AND i put it in wine, bottles
do you think you have someone to bring it? Back he, goes,
YEAH i got chemists all day. Long don't worry about.
That i'm, like, Okay i'm going to do. Something AND
i flew back home to THE us AND i went
To Napa. VALLEY i had one of my runners pick
up two cases of white wine From Napa valley with this,

(51:55):
dark dark, bottle like as dark as this. Microphone and
because you need it to be dark because you don't
want to see this. Cloudiness SO i got This. EVERCLEAR
i couldn't even get it in THE. US i couldn't
get In. California you had to order online because it's too.
Strong it's one hundred and fifty proof AND i had
to send to a peeo box And i'm literally dumping

(52:17):
it in a. Bathub you. Know at the, time we're
doing construction, sites so we got these bathubs AND i
have this. OR i REMEMBER i had a stand at
paddle board AND i used this or for, it And
i'm literally in the bathub breaking down this cocaine. KILOS
i THINK i have ten kilos now in the bathub
with this. Everclear and THEN i bought these kits where
you funnel the wine back. In you wipe down the,

(52:39):
bottle you have a corker that corks the, bottle and
then you have this piece of wax that you light
and it literally melts on top so it looks like
a brand new bottle of. Wine and that's WHAT i.
DID i bought that kit online AND i cleaned it,
UP i packaged it back in That Napa valley, box
AND i made my runner go back To Napa valley
and ship it from that. Winery and it. Worked it

(53:02):
worked several. Times you, know that got really. Expensive the
first couple of times it was. Great they're like this is,
great and then they didn't tell me that their their
their chemist was charging them fifty, percent so they wanted
to make me pay for. It i'm, like, No i'm
not paying. It tell that guy he's going to lose
his job Because i'm going to think of ten more
routes to take BEFORE i pay that guy fifty. PERCENT i,

(53:24):
said there's no Way i'm going to pay. That that's.
Robbery AND i cut the guy. OFF i, said that's his,
problem not. Mine he's lost his. Job and THEN i
started using. ART i started using, CANDLES i started using
anything and EVERYTHING i could do to melt it. IN
i started putting it in like, pictures picture, frames AND
i got. CREATIVE i literally finally paid him off two

(53:47):
weeks prior to my. ARREST i paid him off the four.

Speaker 2 (53:50):
Million, wow what did that? Feel?

Speaker 1 (53:52):
Like? Insane? Right but you you're, like, Damn i'm pretty
good at. This LIKE i got to keep. Going now
it's my, Turn LIKE i want to make some, money you.
Know and he asked, me like what do you want to?
Do i'm, like this guy just gave me a second
chance in, life you. Know that's What i'm, Thinking, Like
i'm not going to let him. Down i'm gonna keep
going for, him, Right i'm my my, My, LITERALLY i

(54:16):
was landing one hundred. PERCENT i didn't get one package picked,
off not, one not.

Speaker 2 (54:19):
One that's.

Speaker 1 (54:21):
Amazing, yeah and then and then what happened was the
one PACKAGE i got picked off was WHEN i started
working again for now now And i'm in the green,
Now i'm, Not i'm out of the red. Right AND
dhl the company were using the, ship they went on.
Strike so when they went on, strike they had this
new crew. Coming we didn't have an inside. Guy we

(54:42):
had an inside guy that was taking all our packages
and just clearing them real. Fast and and that's where
that one package got picked off. Package and that's that's
how this thing we're appled because now they had the.
Informant they had these federal agents that were laundering money FOR.
Us THESE fbi agents were long money FOR. Us and
we're golf and we're drinking. Cocktails they're gambling on. Sports

(55:05):
i'm giving them a half a million dollars in cash In.
Australia they're cleaning it for me minus eight, percent minus
ten percent in THE us like every. Week And i'm
golfing with these. Guys i'm literally. Gambling they're gambling on my.
Website they're drinking shots with. Me they're popping bike it
in with. Me i'm, like there's no way these guys
they have encrypted. Phones there's no way these are. Cops

(55:26):
but the whole time was THE.

Speaker 2 (55:27):
Fbi so one day you go play some, Golf.

Speaker 1 (55:30):
YEAH i go. Play i'll never forget. It september, nineth twenty,
FIFTEEN i had a tea time at seven ten am
at The avir Country, club one of the best country
clubs In, carlsbad and we played here, before, right we
had a big round here WHERE i beat them for
a couple a couple grand and handled some business and

(55:52):
we were scheduled to do another TRANSACTION i think it
was a quarter million this, time and discuss how we're
going to have the cash distributed and which wire was,
where and, Uh i'll never forget this MESSAGE i got
from L halfe my. BOSS i told HIM i was
going to meet this this this golfer that's laundering our.

(56:14):
Money and he's, like there's no. Way he, says there's no.
Way you're you're you're working with someone that's in the
money laundering, business that's charging. Half he, says you're you're
you're playing golf with The feds because no one in
the business would would charge. Half, RIGHT i was paying
twenty five percent before to clean this. Money now this
guy's charging me between ten and twelve. Points it's unheard, of,

(56:35):
right doesn't make, sense BUT i knew, that, Right BUT
i just just i'd literally LIKE i was trying to
get the cartel paid, back. RIGHT i just wanted to
get this guy off my. Back AND i was using
this guy for so.

Speaker 2 (56:49):
Long how long were you?

Speaker 1 (56:50):
Guys six? Months?

Speaker 2 (56:51):
All six?

Speaker 1 (56:52):
Months, yeah BUT i was using him for so, often
AND i was just, LIKE i don't, care Like i'm
getting the, Money like he's giving me the. Cash how
is it The? Feds? Right but it's my, Cash so
what are THE feds. Care it's not like they're giving
me their. Money so they're literally cleaning my drug money
In australia and giving it back to me in THE
us minus the a fee of ten. Percent So i'm, Like,

(57:14):
okay there's no way it's THE. Feds they're giving me the.
Cash he's, like you're a. Fool THE feds will wait
forever And i'll never forget that day he told. Me he,
says you're going to spend the next twenty years in
a six by eight prison. Cell you're meeting the he called.
It it's in my. Discovery they have my encrypted phone with.
That he, says you're meeting THE.

Speaker 2 (57:32):
Dea he was.

Speaker 1 (57:33):
Off it wasn't THE da it was THE, fbi but
he called. It AND i drive into that parking lot
and there was no one, there And i'm, like, man
where is? Everyone and the caddie literally get gets there
And i'm, like, dude where is? Everyone Like we're at
the best country club In San diego and you're telling
me no one's. Here it's seventy, ten there's sixty times before,

(57:56):
This like what's going? On and he was, nervous he was.
SHAKING i, said this is not, Good LIKE i gave
them my. CLUBS i go to my passenger's seat WHERE
i have My leveton bag full of money That i'm
gonna go, gamble a couple of encryptophones and my personal
and as soon AS i grab, IT i turn around and,
boom there's fifteen agents that come out of that, bush

(58:17):
a helicopter in the. SKY fbi put your hands on
your head and it was it was, over finally. Over
people like why do you? Laugh why do you Because
i'm like ecstatic it's finally, over like you're. Relieved i'm
relieved it's. Done In, spanish we say it's, tool it's, finished.

Speaker 2 (58:35):
And what's going? Through and where do they take?

Speaker 1 (58:37):
You at that, time they took me this this this
interrogation room In Carls. Ben BUT i already, knew Like
i've always been coached from from day, one from bookmakers
that were these, gangsters from These italian made men from the.

Speaker 2 (58:51):
Cartel, oh so you had a plan IF i ever get,
Arrested i'm gonna follow the script.

Speaker 1 (58:54):
For all the. Script and they hate this, script you
know what they. Say they, say, okay mister hand and
you could talk about the cartel and we'll let you
come out right now and we'll let you work and
you don't have to go to jail right. Now and
they tell, you you, know think of your. Family you're
never going to see him. Again it's a scare, tactic,
right and they hate, this and you, say that's, great,

(59:18):
officer that's, great Mister fberry. Agent but this is WHERE
i tell you it's time to talk to my, lawyer
and they just get they have to shut, up and
they're pissed because ninety nine percent of people just start
singing like a. Canary no one knows that you're supposed
to say. That and when you go give up everything
LIKE i had many people in my case give up,

(59:38):
everything you have no bargaining. Power now you've already given them.
Everything they don't need you, anymore so they shoot you
on and you go to prison and you do your,
time and you don't get any credit for. It but
when you have a lawyer that's there to defend, you
it becomes a game of. Chest and that's what it
became for. Me and there was a preponderance of the

(01:00:00):
evidence against. You oh, YEAH i was cooked and the right,
yeah AND i mean three months later they had a racketeering,
indictment a superseding. Indictment they call it A rico's made
for the, mafia, right it's made for. Gangsters i'm not a.
Gangster i'm a fucking surfer kid from Usc how many
people got arrested in your? Crew twenty, three twenty?

Speaker 2 (01:00:16):
Three, right all your, guys.

Speaker 1 (01:00:18):
All my, Boys, right Super bowl, champ three times Super bowl.
Champ one of my best, Friends DEREK. W, bell my
buddy who Owned. Waterman's he was a, surfer my, accountant
my private investigator that worked for THE fbi AND dea enforcers,
agents my sub, bookies. Everybody then you get. Sentenced you get,

(01:00:41):
sentenced and you know that day's coming and you're just you,
know you got the kingpinroll on you, now, Right you're
you're the Top you're the, dog the top dog now
and you're, like, okay let's just, pray, right and you
go into that sentencing AND i remember what you actually. Pray,
OH i prayed every.

Speaker 2 (01:00:56):
Day did you have?

Speaker 1 (01:00:57):
Faith of, course If i've had faith my WHOLE i
was confirmed WHEN i was fifteen years. Old you, KNOW
i was in A lutheran church growing up as a,
kid my. Dad SO i prayed every. Day and The
lord has his ways with. You he's not going to
help you in the. Beginning he's going to teach you
a lesson BECAUSE i fucked. UP i belong in, prison no.

(01:01:17):
DOUBT i broke the law AND i deserve to. Go
i'm not going to ever, say you, know poor, ME
i belong in. Prison when you break the, law you're
supposed to go to. Prison AND i did break the.
LAW i did something that was, illegal AND i really
feel like The, lord he stretched it out for. Me
he put me in time, out AND i remember when

(01:01:38):
that judge sence its me to twenty one years after
my lawyer said we'll probably get ten to fifteen at the.
MOST i was. DEVASTATED i was, Like, okay that's. It
my life's. OVER i was, like, Okay i'm going to
go back to the unit WHERE i live. Now i'm
going to ask The mexicans IF i can get a
thing a, heroin And i'm going to just shoot it
and just end my call it. Today i'm not going
to go to twenty one years and then go To

(01:01:58):
australia and do twenty. Five i'm gonna be out When
i'm seventy eight years. Old. Lady he was doing the.
Calculations BUT i look back AND i saw My, pops
my best. Friend he was just, disappointed but he was.
There he's he was still. THERE i see all these
family members there for, me. RIGHT i have like thirty
people in the crowd From, mexico From. Australia everyone's, there like.

(01:02:18):
Wow so it made me second, guess like DO i
go back and end it or DO i fight for
them and keep. Going AND i remember that first day
was the.

Speaker 2 (01:02:30):
Hardest, yeah what was?

Speaker 1 (01:02:31):
That? Like it was just you, know you're in your.
Bed AND i remember my wife at the time came
and saw me that day AFTER i got, sentenced and she's,
like just just go in the. Shower she, says do
not cry in front of these. Inmates go in the
shower and. Cry AND i went in the. SHOWER i,
cried AND i. Cried SINCE i was that, KID i
bowled my eyes. UP i was, like that's, it, man
my life's. Over the next, DAY i got this. HOPE

(01:02:56):
i had this tiny, hope and this HOPE i literally
for my whole entire prison. BIT i was thinking about.
This my lawyer came back the next day AFTER i got.
Sentenced he, goes tough, luck, Man he, goes but remember
you never, know you never know what could. Happen i'm, like,
okay what do you mean by? That Like i'm begging,
him like what are you talking. About he, says remember

(01:03:18):
you had that crooked attorney In. Australia, oh he laid it.

Speaker 2 (01:03:21):
Down he laid it.

Speaker 1 (01:03:22):
Down he told. Me, wow he, says spark. Guy he,
says you have a. Chance don't give. Up and when
he said, THAT i was Like, OKAY i do have
a chance BECAUSE i had a corrupt attorney In australia
that took some of my money from my apartment and
also tried to get back that seven hundred grand so
he could profit from. It AND i always kept that

(01:03:45):
in the back of my mind the rest of my prison.
Sentence i'm like keeping it in my, mind like keeping that,
Hope like come, on, Baby i'm praying every, day like come,
On i'm begging The. Lord. Man i'm, like it's not
going to. Happen there's no such thing as The. Lord
i'm telling people, like, man it's got to, Happen, like come,
on is there even a lord up? There that's What i'm, Thinking,
like there's there's no one up. There and THEN i
remember twenty, twenty twenty, TWENTY i get that knock on

(01:04:08):
my door and THE Us marshals are picking me up
at the penitentiary In. Lompoc i'm getting extra dieded To.
Australia i'm, like what the. Fuck i'm not supposed to
go To. AUSTRALIA i got to do my time, Here
like you're getting. Extradited i'm, like oh my, GOD i
got to go to prison time over. There i'm freaking,
out like now my twenty five years is going to.

(01:04:29):
START i don't know what's going. On they won't tell.
ME i get To lax AND i have three guys
in suits waiting for me and They're. Australian we get
on this plane and they're not telling me. Anything they're
not talking to. Me i'm, like, guys you got to
tell me what's going, On, like give me a. Clue
you're not saying. Anything they, say as soon as we
get To, australia we'll let you call your. Attorney. Wow i'm,

(01:04:50):
Like i'm. Stressed i'm seventeen hour, Flight i'm. STRESSING i
finally get to this prison In. Australia they tress me
out in these greens AND i get thrown in the.
Cell they're, like you got one legal. Call come. ON
i call my. Attorney he, goes remember WHAT i told
you six years? Ago he, said you just won the

(01:05:10):
lottery in. LIFE i said. What he, Goes, yeah that
crooked lawyer that you. Had he's taking it to trial
and they need you as the. Evidence AND i said.
OKAY i, said we're onto. Something this is my get
back and. Gambling there's something called a get. Back when you,
lose you get back where you get a chance to
win it, back, Right AND i tell people this is
my get. Back this is my chance to win my money,

(01:05:33):
back to win my time. Back. Right and it didn't
bother me because this guy had took a couple of
million from. Me he was trying to he made this
fake story up and it was the first part of my.
Discovery WHEN i got. Arrested this with this lawyer made
me go tell law enforcement over there before my, arrest
and he, said this is the only way we're going

(01:05:53):
to get this money. Back you got to go talk to.
THEM i, said, man we don't talk to the police
in THE. Us that's, stupid, Hesus, mate it's not A us.
Matter don't. WORRY i, said you're my. Lawyer i'm going
to take your. Advice But i'm telling you in THE
us we need not talk to the. Police he, says,
mate don't. Worry you're in good. Hands SO i, remember you,
KNOW i didn't have that sucker written on my. Forehead
this is my time to. Shine SO i got on

(01:06:16):
the stand AND i told him this was my. Lawyer
he told me to do. This he told me that
that we're going to get this money back and he
was going to split. IT i told him the.

Speaker 2 (01:06:24):
TRUTH i, said they could not make that case without, you, Right,
NO i was the only.

Speaker 1 (01:06:27):
PERSON i, YEAH i was the. STAR i was the
only person that had the dirt on the. Lawyer AND
i know what he. Thought he, Said, wow that ow
one's pretty. Strong he didn't tell in the. Cartel he's, solid,
right he just got twenty one. Years there's no way
he's going to there's no way they're going to use.
Him he's not going to fly over. Here and he's.
RIGHT i would have never known because these they kept it,
quiet right they picked me. Up they didn't tell me

(01:06:49):
UNTIL i got To. Australia and as soon as my lawyer,
said you just won the lottery in, LIFE i, said
there's there's someone up there watching after me for. Sure,
wow because NOW i just got to tell the. Truth
i've been telling the truth of. Life people like me
WHEN i talk BECAUSE i tell it how it, is,
Right so Now i'm telling you how it. IS i
tell the, judge like, listen he knew this was illegal.

(01:07:10):
Money he was trying to get it back so he
could split it for. HIMSELF i, said he took money
out of my, apartment millions of, dollars and he kept.
IT i don't have any of. It and they found him.
Guilty they stopped the extradition To. Australia they, said that's
off the. Table you're no longer going to do prison time.
HERE i get stuck there FOR. Covid So i'm there

(01:07:31):
six months and finally THE us marshals picked me up
in A g. Six they take me back to THE
us AND i go back To, victorville which is a
shithold prison in the. Desert And i'm telling my, Lawyer, okay, so,
now what like you said the lottery in? Life he,
says the prisons are closed down for two, years the

(01:07:52):
courts are closed. Down we can't get any action until
they open.

Speaker 2 (01:07:57):
Up i'm, like.

Speaker 1 (01:07:57):
Okay So i'm literally in my six btes so for
a year and a half BEFORE i see any. Daylight
we shower once a, week we get food fed through the.
Praiselot we're literally in pretty much soluntary, confinement no. Activity
we're doing workouts in our. Cells we're taking bird. Bess it's.

(01:08:19):
Awful it's the it's the lowest of. Low this whole,
Time i'm just keeping that that, thought like what's going to? Happen,
right you don't. Know you can't even call your, Lawyer
Like i'm writing them letters like come, on, man please
get a legal call for, Me please tell me what's going.
On AND i finally get a legal call and he's,
like you're going to get transferred to a new prison.

(01:08:40):
Here and he, says we're going To we're going to
find out in the end of twenty twenty three what
the judge is going to. DO i, said, well what
do we? Need he, says we need the judge In
australia and the prosecutor In australia to write some kind of.
Letter and he, Says i'm already on. It and twenty
twenty THREE i think Was november twenty. Three the judge

(01:09:01):
has the, letter he has the prosecutor from THE, us
and he has my and he has my lawyer from THE.
Us they meet in, chambers which is like behind closed, doors,
right and the judge, says, okay well tell me what
we got. Here my lawyer, says, well we got this
letter from the prosecution and the judge In australia seeing

(01:09:23):
That owen was the star, witness and he had an
ineffective counsel In australia and this lawyer misrepresented, him and
we feel That owen should get some time off a.
Sentence and the judge goes to my lawyer and, says,
well how's Mister hanson doing in? Prison and my lawyer,
goes funny you ask he just got his master's degree
in business, administration slapped down my, diploma and he, goes,

(01:09:44):
wow it's. Impressive he, Goes i'm gonna give mister hansonn
eight and a half years office. Sentence AND i had
already met this. Time i've already been down like eight,
years AND i earned two years good time under The
First Step act forgetting my master's, degree and THEN i
earned a like another two and a half years halfway
house plus another little good time. Credit so they SAID

(01:10:05):
i had like six more months to do AND i
was going to be released a halfway. House AND i was, like,
wow like this is, amazing right like to this, DAY
i still get cooosbumper, yeah Because i'm not supposed to
be here right, like but there was someone upstairs watching over.
Me and that's my. Comeback.

Speaker 2 (01:10:25):
MAN i got, out you got. OUT i got, out
you got, out.

Speaker 1 (01:10:28):
Out, man it was, hard BUT i KEPT i kept, fighting,
RIGHT i never gave.

Speaker 2 (01:10:32):
Up what's the greatest lesson you learned being in?

Speaker 1 (01:10:34):
Prison be, yourself M because a lot of these guys
want to be these like card core. Gangsters. RIGHT i
was myself the whole. TIME i was that charismatic guy
went to get my master's, degree learned to. HUSTLE i
was hustling in, prison selling, pizzas selling ice, cream selling.
SAVICE i was, myself, Right that's, why and that's what

(01:10:58):
helped me get. Out like IF i would have joined
a prison, gang like right WHEN i got, there The
nazi lowriders wanted me to be a part of a prison. Gang,
right IF i would have joined that prison, GANG i
probably would have never got. Out i'd have been involved
in riots and, stabbings maybe a. Murder BUT i kept to.
MYSELF i was. MYSELF i was that kid with that comb,
over that surfer kid that played volleyball and In Ridonald.

(01:11:20):
BEACH i just stayed Myself because a lot of guys
want to they're so scared of, prison they want to
join those prison. Gangs they want to be part of a.
Family BUT i, KNEW i knew. BETTER i knew. Better
do you miss the old? LIFESTYLE i don't miss looking
over my. Shoulder don't get me, WRONG i LOVED i

(01:11:40):
loved being the. Man. Right WHAT i feel like now
Since i'm learning to walk, AGAIN i feel LIKE i
still can be the, man but in a healthier. Way
Like i've got more chicks selling this approaching ice. Cream
THEN i used to sell in the back of blow,
right AND I i was like like this is LIKE
i don't know if It's i'm starting to work out

(01:12:01):
And i'm in shape And i'm not drinking and my body's,
good Right, like AND i did an age in, prison
LIKE i missed ten, years but guess, WHAT i was
in the cell with no, sunlight SO i don't got
all these wrinkles on. Me so now it's LIKE i
get out and people aren't parting like they used. To
if people who want to go have a coffee or
a smoothie at air, one, right like that's the new

(01:12:21):
drug AND i like, it, right and Now i'm giving
them something they.

Speaker 2 (01:12:25):
Like, yeah tell us about the what you? Got your
product was to talk about.

Speaker 1 (01:12:29):
That so WHILE i was, INCARCERATED i literally there's there's
no there's nobody that. Has when you're in, prison there's
like zoom, zooms wham, wham snicker, Bars reese's, pieces just garbage. Soups,
right you have nothing, healthy so anytime you want something you,
like you're craving something that's. Healthy you're, LIKE i got
to eat another mac. RO i gotta eat another. Tuna
i'll put some peanuts on. It, right it's, terrible but

(01:12:51):
they let you Buy approachein shakes on the, commissary which are.
Terrible they taste that. Crap BUT i was, like you know,
What i'm gonna start Making proachein shakes in my peanut butter.
Jar and it was an empty. JAR i pour milk
in from the from the, kitchen and THEN i would
pour the protein, shake and then we'd get bananas On
tuesdays And. Thursdays i'd slice up a banana and then
i'd take some peanut. BUTTER i don't swirl it in,
there And i'd literally just shake it really, hard And

(01:13:13):
i'd thrown in my mop. Bucket we had mop buckets
full of. Ice that was our. Refrigeration AND i would
go to the yard AND i work out with my,
partners AND i come back AND i drink this protein.
SHAKE i just pretend LIKE i just worked out At, equinox,
Right and that's my. Mindset everyone's, like oh, man how
do you do? It my mindset Is i'm out on
the on the free. World the only thing that's keeping

(01:13:34):
me is my body's inside. Prison but WHEN i go work,
Out i'm At equinox Or i'm At Muscle. Beach When
i'm drinking that protein, shake guess, What i'm just having
it at The Earth, bar LIKE i don't think about
being in. Prison and that's how my. Mindset. Wow and
one day that that ice maker broke down and we
didn't have any, ice BUT i had like that much,

(01:13:55):
ice and MY celli he's, like, dude just throw some
salt on the on the on the ice and it'll
lock it up and get a cold for. You so
you don't have to. Worry don't. Worry you're. Good we
threw like all the salt we, Had we had these salt,
shakers and we threw it on. THERE i go work,
OUT i come, back my my my protein. CHICK i.
OPEN i try to go pour it in my mouth

(01:14:16):
and it's locked. Up i'm, like, bro it's locked. Up.
Man he goes who cares try. It here's a spoon
And i'm, like holy, shit we're onto. Something it's like
a Pro it's like a fucking protein ice. Cream. Right i'm, like,
dude this is. Insane i'm, like, dude this could be
my new. Hustle Like i'm tired of making. Savice i'm
tired of making, pizza's like you, know like everyone does.

(01:14:37):
That LIKE i got a new. Hustle and he's, like,
dude you just made a protein ice. CREAM i, SAID i,
KNOW i. DID i, Said i'm going to try to
make it. Again SO i literally go broke or a
deal with The there's these guys in prison that work
in like the outdoor. Facilities they call them facilities. Orderlies
AND i literally go to the facility the facilities orderly

(01:14:58):
who's an inmate and he has access to rock salt
because Now i'm In, Colorado, colorado you need rock salt
to melt the sidewalks because it. Snows AND i made
a deal with. HIM i, Said i'm going to give
you twenty dollars a, week but you got to give
me all the rock. SALT i, SAID i don't want
you giving it anybody. Else he's like twenty. BUCKS i,
said ye have twenty. Bucks that's a lot of money in,
Prison so eighty bucks a. Month AND i, Said i'm
gonna make you a. Deal i'm going to give you

(01:15:19):
an ice cream every. Week so now he gets eighty
bucks and an ice. Cream And i'm, like but you got.
It promise, me, man you cannot sell the Rock salt to.
Anybody if they want to buy, it they got to
come to. Me he, goes you got. It, well he
shook my head and he, says you got?

Speaker 2 (01:15:32):
It?

Speaker 1 (01:15:32):
What? Oh AND i literally started making these these peanut,
butters these protein ice creams with peanut butter and bananas
and crushing Up oreo cookies and throwing them in. There
And i'm literally making seven per mop bucket And i'm
pre selling them fifteen dollars a, jar and people are
buying them like LIKE i, CAN'T i can't make. Enough
so now, yeah like fifteen mop buckets from all the,

(01:15:55):
units And i'm spread out and It's Super Bowl sunday
And i've got like fifty of these ice CREAM i
got to make that are all pre sold and everyone's loving. Them.
Man they're, like, dude this is protein ice. Cream everyone
in prison works, out like fifty percent of the yard works,
out so everyone's buying. Them they're all, like, man this is,
Insane like we don't have ice cream in, prison but
we do, now, Right and that became my. Hustle AND

(01:16:18):
i literally got out of prison AND i was like
in this half, WAY i was, like what AM i
going to? Do Like i'm a. Felon NOW i can't
go back to real. ESTATE i have no, Money, like
what AM i going to? Do i'm, like. DUDE i
called my buddy who used to be a gambling customer
of mine In, florida AND i told my. Story he, goes,
dude that's the greatest Story i've ever. Heard he, goes

(01:16:38):
why don't you continue your protein ice cream? Business AND i,
said you know, What i'm going to do some. Research
SO i started researching nobody has a protein ice. Cream
and he, said, dude why DON'T i put together a.
Team i'll help you get it funded and you just
start creating. This AND i literally went to like ten
manufacturers and nobody believed in. Me they looked at me and, like,
dude you're a. Fellon we don't want to do anything with.

(01:17:00):
You and the tenth. GUY i gave him my Book
california As, yeah, persistence, RIGHT i gave him my. BOOK i, said,
LISTEN i paid back the cartel four million. Dollars you're
not going to get stiffed by, ME i. Said my
father taught, me, well And i'm going to pay you
back every, penny but you got to believe in. Me
and he read the. Book the next day he called,
me he, GOES i believe in, you he, GOES i
want you to come here and we're going to perfect your.

(01:17:22):
Recipe AND i literally started taking all the healthy ingredients
like natural, fruits natural, Protein greek, yogurt a monk fruit
instead of, sugar AND i started formulating my own. Dairy
THEN i went to a dairy farm AND i told
the guy HOW i wanted. It and it took me
six months to perfect this dairy recipe and FINALLY i got.

(01:17:44):
It AND i have this dairy mix WHERE i have
to buy one hundred thousand gallons at a, time, right
and it's crazy. Numbers But i've got these backers that
are backing, me And i've got four. Flavors, NOW i
got strawberry swool, Cake have your cake and eat it.
Too protein In Colisseum cookies and cream and you'll you'll get.
It you'll get, one yeah it, Listen you'll taste. It

(01:18:07):
you'll be, like holy, shit he did.

Speaker 2 (01:18:08):
It good for.

Speaker 1 (01:18:08):
YOU i figured it out. Right i'm on an ice cream. Maker,
Yeah i'm in seventy. Locations i'm in five different. States
i'm going. Tonight you saw that. TRUCK i have two
freezers in the back of my. Truck i'm driving To.
VEGAS i got four Counts i've already set up in
one week from. Here you go To, vegas go to
straight To, vegas AND i GOT i got ten. Cases
they got to buy ten cases each in order to
get the. Freezer and that's a nine hundred dollars purchase right.

(01:18:31):
There in my idea is everybody that wants a, freezer
that's no. Problem but you got to buy ten cases
and then you have to keep buying. It it's like
a crack. Dealer what's going to. Happen it's going to
have every corner full of these freezers everywhere in The United. States,
wow everyone's gonna want my ice, cream just like figuring.
Man so that's my. THING i tell people from putting
bad things on the streets the healthy. Treats, right that's

(01:18:52):
the motto and my goals to just build this thing.
