Speaker 1 (00:01):
Curly full of lasquiz.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
Oh, Hi, I'm just here for my monthly bestie checkup.
Speaker 1 (00:08):
Okay, here, here's the cup that you need a p in,
and we're going to need to take three about three
to six leaders of blood. So can I see? Oh
and bend bend over and cough. Oh, bend over and
just sorry, bend over and cough.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
You don't have to put reitress on like that. You
don't have to snap.
Speaker 1 (00:27):
I wasn't gonna put any gloves.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
Oh is that your natural skin?
Speaker 1 (00:30):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (00:30):
Oh okay, kind of stretchy. Nice. Nice. Well, it wouldn't
be the first time I've had somebody trick me with
the finger off the butt.
Speaker 1 (00:37):
Oh uh uh No, listen, we didn't know what the
fuck to do for an intro, so I'll just okay,
get in here.
Speaker 2 (00:48):
My name is Curly and I'm Maya, and welcome to
the Super Secret Bestie Clubs podcast.
Speaker 3 (00:54):
A super secret club where we talked about super secret things.
Speaker 2 (00:57):
Yeah, like secrets that are super that's what it is.
In each episode, we'll talk about love, friendship, heartbreaks, men,
and of course favorite secrets.
Speaker 1 (01:11):
Get in here.
Speaker 2 (01:12):
Well, here we are again, guys, another episode of the
Super Secret Bestie Club. Maya, here we are again with
our besties listening to us. Thank you so much for
hanging out with us, by the way, like we get
to chat it up with you and we hope that
you have so much fun with us, and we are
so happy every time you come back to hang with
us every single week. This episode's a little special. We
usually do a little bit of Besty check ins where
(01:34):
we just keep it real with y'all, like, what's going on,
what's happening in our lives? We are normal people. We
are real people who deal with the ins and outs
of being alive, our jobs, having to pay bills, and
having dreams and broken dreams and hearts and falling in
love and broken hearts.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
And possible root canals and wanting to go to the
hospital even though you're high on a gummy Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:58):
Well, Maya, how's your spa? How you doing?
Speaker 1 (02:02):
My spirit is good. I'm still my parents, have been
visiting them for a week or two and I'm in
my mom's art room. So it's been great, and you
know a lot of new things have happened, have popped
up and excited to get into it. What about you, Kurney?
Speaker 2 (02:22):
Oh my God. So it's kind of interesting, like I'm
in such a wonderful space in life in terms of
just dealing with my emotions and feeling them and growing.
And I'm in my what I'm calling my like mixing
mixing of the two era, which I'll get into, you know,
(02:42):
as we as this episode progresses. But I've been really good.
I mean, like I said earlier, I woke up with
a little bit of like anxiety this morning, but I
do feel very like as the day goes on, I
get very excited. I see the sunlight creep through my
window through the drapes, and I'm like, what a beautiful day,
and how lucky we are to just be alive. But yeah,
(03:05):
like what's up with you? You go first tell the
public what they want to hear. What's going on in
my us world.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
It's my world, Okay, I just had something to say
about this is kind of like my shut up and
listens the world.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
That's perfect, that's me.
Speaker 1 (03:29):
I just I just had this is my shut up
and listen like moment. Remember shut up listen from Princess
Diaries when she was like welcome back to shut up
and listen her best friend. Anyway, periods last week, I
had just the worst period cramps ever. I'm barely done
(03:52):
with my period now, but it is just so alarming
to me the way that people who have periods have
to just act like nothing is wrong and just continue
going on with life. No. I mean, there's only so
much painkillers you can take, like as in like tail
and all extra strength or MITYL. There's a limit to
(04:16):
what you can take and your cramps, like heating pads
all that shit. It's fucking hot here in Arizona and
a hundred degrees already, Like, yes, the air conditioning is on,
but in my room it's hot and I get I
get overheated. So heating pads are not really the solution
for me. But I just had this thing last week
where I was like, it still feels like sometimes we're
(04:37):
just supposed to grin and bear it and go through
it and just like push through when you have your
period and it is just still it makes me so mad. Still,
you know what I'm saying, Like you're in physical pain
and you're dealing with literal blood coming out your cohoon.
(04:58):
Like sorry if anyone's right now, but it and your
mind is in turmoil. Yeah, yeah, your body is compromised.
And before all this, you were ovulating. And last week's
episode was the one where Maya was feral.
Speaker 2 (05:12):
I was.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
I was just coming off of my ovulation. I had
started my period, so before that I was ovulating feral
as fuck, just like yeah, yeah. And to go from
that to then going to take care of my little
baby nephew having my ovaries be like, that's a baby.
(05:35):
Like you, your body literally can feel when you're around
a baby, and it is disgusting because your body wants
you to make something like that and then gets pissed
off at you and starts shedding from the inside out.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
Yeah. I always picture like somebody in there and you're ovaries,
being like you have a baby, oh damn. Oh yeah,
and then they just trash the hotel room. They're just
like like they are so angry and they're they're clawing
at the walls, They're like pissing on everything, They're taking
a dump in the middle of the room. They are
just so angry that you have disappointed them yet again exactly.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
And like not only that, like I'm gonna be on
my period when I'm in Spain, which is like I
have to pack for that, you know, Like there's just
certain things I just want to say, like what the fuck?
Speaker 2 (06:24):
You know what's really interesting is that, like as somebody
who doesn't have a period, like that is so foreign
to me, right, Like I've asked my girl, I've had
girlfriends my entire life, like just very blessed to be
very open with me, like describe different sorts of period pains.
Like some of them it's like big muscle cramps that
it's very painful for them. Other ones it's like sharp
(06:44):
but where they feel like there's a knife pugging them
on the inside. And I also had like a Bessie
who like at one point called an ambulance because she
was just so frightened by the pain that it was
hurting her so much she thought, surely something else is happening.
She had to go to the hospital, and on the
way to the hospital, she was shamed by the medics
in the ambulance being like, we're going for period cramps.
(07:06):
Like you called us to pick you up because of
period crams. And I do feel like, you know, it's
as again, like as a man right that doesn't have
a period, I do feel like women make it and
I'm not blaming women at all. Like this is not
to sound like blaming, but y'all like are champions, y'all,
(07:28):
like you do put like like like it's hard to
tell on the outside, right, Like I've gone on I
just went on vacation with one of my cousins who's
on her period, and like she told me that she's
going to be on it, and then by the end
of it, I was like I forgot that she was
even on it because she was so like willing to
be like, sure, let's go do this, let's go do that,
let's go, and I just was like, swim, she swam.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
Wow, See that is brave for me, that is so brave.
Speaker 2 (07:55):
Oh my god, this this cousin, she's so badass. I
love her so fucking much. She's like, I don't give
a fuck. So even if she bled on the poor
if we saw and we were all girls on the
trip anyway, so I feel like we all were like
trying to be mindful. But I feel like you do.
You guys are such champions that it's hard to see it.
I feel like if if y'all looked the way that
you felt, or if even like men could feel an
(08:19):
ounce of that themselves, like the world would be a
lot more understanding because I don't. I am a baby.
A baby when it comes to.
Speaker 1 (08:29):
Being like I don't want to do that my leggg.
Speaker 2 (08:32):
Or like whatever hurts, I'm like, I don't want to
be and I'm moody, Like if I'm even remotely congested,
I get moody.
Speaker 1 (08:39):
It's just the mentality and of it when you're on it.
And like I had a situation where somebody was like,
are you gonna go to this party? I'm like, no,
I don't feel good, like I have cramps, and they're
like like giving me shit for it. Yeah, And I
was like, I don't feel good. I don't like this. Yeah,
Like I don't. I don't like who I am right now?
(09:00):
Why would I want to go be around people? And
when I'm ready, I'm I'm feeling like a bitch.
Speaker 2 (09:06):
That's crazy.
Speaker 1 (09:07):
You want this bitch at your party? You know where
I'm like, I like I could flip a fucking table
and I probably will, Like I deserve to be chained
or like wrapped around a freaking tree. You know, you
know how they would do that when like a werewolf
when it was like the full moon. Yeah, you know
where before they transitioned into a werewolf, they have to
(09:30):
be like locked up. That's how I feel. I feel
like I need to you've you've seen it, You've seen.
Speaker 2 (09:38):
On their period. You know what I always tell you
so that cracks me up, is that as an ally
to women, as somebody who really puts women's needs to
the forefront. Like in my own life, I can tell
when something is like bothering you just a smidge more
because you are on your period. But I always say
(09:59):
that if I value my life, which I do, I
never ever bring it up. Like to ask somebody like
are you on your period? Is like do you do
you like your head when it's attached to your body?
Like I would never I do like my.
Speaker 1 (10:13):
U before you could even get the words out, yeah.
Speaker 2 (10:16):
I would be slice in half. But sometimes sometimes I
can tell, like if I'm like, oh, hohestly, Jesus, they
are on a period.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
Right now, we're getting close.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
We're getting close.
Speaker 1 (10:29):
Really really try to prep and really really try to,
Like I try really hard. I've learned.
Speaker 2 (10:37):
I've gone a lot better. I remember, like early podcast days,
I would come over and I remember one time I
was like, it's a lot and you were like, oh, okay,
it's just I know, like I think you're different. People
have it in different times, like a lot of my
girls their pms or their emotions. I don't know if
it's appropriate it's called the pms, their pms, but it'll come.
(10:58):
The emotions come at different time, like some people have
it before their period arrives. In the period, it's almost
like a release of those emotions. Other girls I've seen
while they're on it, like, oh, it's just like while
they're on it, it's like all the emotions are they're
all ago, all systems go, all the traffic lights are
going off.
Speaker 1 (11:17):
Yes, yeah, it's it's very important to I mean, it
sucks that everyone's not a mind reader. I mean it's
good that they're not mind readers, but nobody is a
mind reader, you know. So it's always good to prep
your friends beforehand. But the thing is, sometimes you don't
even know when it's coming up, you know. That's why
you got to have your period tracker on so that
you know. Because when I know how my period tracker on,
(11:39):
oh my god, what about you, curly, what's going on?
Speaker 2 (11:58):
I'm kind of like a little bit of fun space
in my life right now, like I have. So when
I was younger, in my twenties, I was a big
party Actually, from the time I was like thirteen to
the time I was twenty seven twenty eight, I was
a huge partygoer. I love to drink, I love to
do drugs. I was all about it. I was sleeping around.
I really was just like this, like crazy virgo. Like
(12:20):
somebody the other day sent me a message and she
was like, remember when we stole a barbecue from Low's.
I was like, no, what, and she's like, yeah, we
were buzz and we somebody had given her like a
gift certificate. She had just moved into a new place
and somebody had given her. Actually, let me see if
I can just read the text. I'm side, let me
just I think the way that she delivered it is
(12:41):
so much funnier. So she hit me up. She's like,
do you think we need to make amends to Low's
for stealing their barbecue? I'm like, did we steal a barbecue?
She's like yes, how did you even block that memory?
And so I go tell me. She goes me, and
you had a gift card to Low's when I moved
into the Eagle Rock into Egle Rock and we were
having a house swimming party. So me and you went
(13:01):
to Low's in Burbank to buy a barbecue, but no
one would help us, so we just loaded it up
ourselves and assumed the lord would pay for it.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
Well, I saw them, that's on them.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
So I have been the wild child, right, But then
I went sober and so for ten years almost. I'm
gonna be nine years sober in November, so I just
say ten years. There's round up. I have been kind
of the opposite. I've been like a nun Like I
don't like to jwalk, I don't like to like, I
don't really do any drug I didn't really do a
lot of drugs. I haven't really like partied. I didn't
(13:35):
go out even in my last few relationships, I didn't
go to bars. I just and I would go home early.
And as of lately, I have been kind of like
there's a new systems where sober people try like shrooms
to kind of help them with their addiction, right, and
there's also new therapy, ketamine therapy that also helps with
(13:55):
people who are dealing with addiction. So I've been kind
of like, you know, experimenting with both with medical professionals,
with people who are kind of like that's their thing,
and when I tell you that this has opened up
the doors for me in so many different ways, like
being able to go out a little bit longer, not
(14:15):
getting anxious, not getting like a sobriety snobbery where I'm like,
oh what am I doing here with all these drunk people.
I'm genuinely enjoying myself, like I'm having a good time,
and I'm not like in these I'm not like under
the some people might be like, well, you're not sober,
but like some people take prozac, some people take wellbutrin,
I'm taking a mushroom and sure ketamine is like a
(14:37):
man made drug, but it's it's a small, small, small dose, right.
The other thing about that, too, is I was I
don't know if I've been talked about this yet on
the podcast, but I was taking this pill called fanastaride,
and finashuride makes it so that you don't lose your hair, right, Like,
I wasn't losing a lot of hair, but I just
wanted to make sure that I never lost my hair.
So I started taking fanashide. And what I didn't know
(14:59):
is that for the past three to four years that
I was taking it, it was actually affecting my mojo,
like I actually was like not and I've had two
boyfriends in that time, and I thought for the longest
time that I was an asexual individual. I was like,
oh my god, Like maybe I just don't enjoy sex.
Maybe I'm just not a sexual person, Like I don't
really know what's up with me. And so the mixture
of me being off of that drug now rediscovering my mojo,
(15:24):
rediscovering my sexuality, rediscovering who I am on the dance
floors glowing.
Speaker 1 (15:30):
I mean, I'm looking, don't get pregnant, don't get pregnant.
Speaker 2 (15:35):
It's happening. It's happening. But like I feel so like
I keep telling people this, and I think I mentioned
in another episode where I'm like, I'm not necessarily the
happiest with maybe my fitness or where I might be
career wise, but just as a human being who is alive,
who is enjoying Like sor I met this old woman,
(15:56):
this old Mexican woman. We have to have her on
the show. She's amazing thing. And she was telling me,
like me, ja, I get She kept using this word
that I this this. Uh did I say that right? K?
Speaker 1 (16:13):
What does it mean again?
Speaker 2 (16:15):
Yes? What is mean again? To go crazy?
Speaker 1 (16:20):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (16:21):
I love that.
Speaker 1 (16:22):
Thank you. Ka Kabad is our bilingual or our translator.
Speaker 2 (16:28):
Yeah. Also asked like my gay my Mexican gaze. I
was on my way to go see them when I
met her, and I asked them like, what does it mean?
And one of them was like, it means you gotta
break free, let loose, And then the other one was like,
this is like if you're like if your hair is
clogging the drains and you take the hair out and
you let that water rush through the pipes, like like.
Speaker 1 (16:49):
The water through the pipes.
Speaker 2 (16:52):
So the water the pipe ins are pipings and the
water is watering through those pipes.
Speaker 1 (16:56):
Like you're getting piped, You're piping, You're like the water.
Speaker 2 (17:00):
Yeah. Like I'm genuinely like the parts of my spirit
that I enjoyed the parts of being human that I
enjoyed in my youth, and the parts that I enjoyed
of my mind as I got older. I'm now marrying
the two of them, and it has been spectacular. I
have had more moments in my day to day now
where I'm like, oh my god, this is great. Like
(17:23):
somebody the other day we were talking about sex and
I was like, I love sex, Like sex is great.
And if you would have asked me that six months ago,
seven months ago, so right, like I would have been like,
I'm not a really I'm not like the best lover.
I think I've said that on here before too. I'm like,
I'm a questionable lover, like I'm not. But now if
you were to be like are you a good one
with Heyby girl that and just like I wasn't in
(17:47):
my right space mental state, like I wasn't in the
right space feel safe. Yeah, And so now I feel
so good with being like I enjoy connecting with people
like I enjoy it and I feel like whoever gets
to wipe me up, husband me up like soon and
I'm like, oh, they are gonna be in for some
giggles and sofa and some good ass do you so,
(18:11):
like we're gonna pipe them down?
Speaker 1 (18:14):
And you know, we're talking about the piping as in
like on cake.
Speaker 2 (18:17):
Yeah, we're talking about this that I'm that I'm the
cake the I mean the pipes. But you know, I
feel like it's it's crazy because I got off of
one drug and I said it unfortunately to take not unfortunately,
but for better or for worse, takeing a different one
that has been helping me kind of just and by
the way, definitely do some research if it's something that
interests you. It is legal here in California. I don't
(18:41):
know that they are legal, but they're everywhere, like literally,
like you can just get them anywhere. Yeah, but you know,
you can totally discover yourself over and over and over again.
Edibles are a godsend. And speaking of edibles, like you had,
you had like a little bit of an edible story.
Speaker 1 (19:01):
Great, great transition. Thank you so much. Can you just
say and back to you Maya in the studio in
the studio, thanks for that, Curly. Yes, I do have
a story for you tonight at nine o'clock is a
story of my mother thinking she needs to go to
the emergency room because she was high. This okay, let
(19:25):
me just preface this with the fact that like my
parents and I, we partake in edibles in uh weed,
to go to sleep or just for creative stuff like
sometimes we'll get high and then seeing karaoke, or we'll
pull taro, or we'll color, we'll play. Oh no, we'll
(19:46):
you know, just connect like we just have fun. So
my mama has been having like a toothache for a
minute and she was like, oh, I just like I'm
gonna go to the dentist and all this stuff and
we're like okay, and then she was just like, you know,
the pain had just hit a wall where she was
like there. You know how I said before, there's a
(20:08):
limit as like to how many tile and all extra
strengths you can take or et cetera and whatever, and
so she uh took a gummy to go to sleep,
and when when she basically my dad and I like
treat her as like a patient where we're like, you know,
checking in on her. So she was going to sleep,
(20:30):
I was going to sleep. I clocked out for the night.
I took a gummy And so she was also just like, oh,
like just want to let you know if and this
is good information to know that if somebody has a
heart attack or is going to have a heart attack,
dial zero zero zero because then they'll sudden the ambulance
with the correct like heart like equipment to deal with it.
(20:53):
So she was telling me that, I was like, what,
like why are you telling me this? And then later
on she's like, I feel nauseous. I feel just like,
you know, all this stuff, and I'm just trying to
be like, Okay. Well, she had a lot of coffee,
she had a lot of iced tea, she had a
lot of we had a lot of these brownies. We
go in on these brownies. They were so good. And
we only had like a maybe breakfast in lunch, and
(21:17):
so she's kind of had an empty stomach, took all
these you know, pay medications. She's just so and she
was like working. So I was like, oh, I don't know,
like just go to sleep. And then she I hear
like down the hallway from my room, She's like, I'm
just gonna go. I'm gonna go to the emergent. I'm
gonna drive myself to the emergency. She's wearing a dress.
Speaker 2 (21:39):
You said, beautiful dress. Yeah, yeah, she's.
Speaker 1 (21:42):
Wearing a beautiful dress that she was like one of
her favorites, you know, had her hair up.
Speaker 2 (21:47):
By the way, I pictured it with like like a floral,
like with some touches of green. I don't know why
I saw like something like a green.
Speaker 1 (21:55):
It's it has multiple It was a black dress, but
the had a panel at the chest that had multiple
colors and there's green, I think there's flowers. I don't know.
And so I'm like, hey girl, what are you doing?
And she's like, I'm gonna take myself to the emergency
because i feel like I'm having a heart attack, And
of course, I'm like, you know your body if you
want to go to the hospital, like you go. I'm
(22:18):
not about to gaslight you. You know your body the best,
like you know, if you think you need to go,
you need to go. I will. But also, you are
high on a gummy right now. You took a gummy
and she forgot so homegirl was gonna drive herself to
the emergency. She would have never been able to leave
because we would not let that happen. And she's like, well,
can you drive me? And I'm like, I'm high too,
(22:42):
because I thought I was clocking out for the night
like I thought. And then we look at my dad
and my dad's like, I'm not high. He goes, I
will take you, and he's like, but can you do
you have do you really need to go right now?
Or like is this something that you can just calm
down a little bit And eat, Like do you want
to eat? She's like, no, I just need to go.
(23:02):
I just need to like just try to eat something.
And sure enough she ate something. She was fine, went
to the dentist. They said she needs a root canal.
Today they looked again and she just needs a deep cleaning.
So you know, everything is all good. But that's kind
of what that is. I was like, I'm like, mom,
(23:23):
the thing is is that you're high and I'm high too,
and I'm like, you can't. We can't both go to
the hospital. If anything, you have to tell them you
took ten milligrams of gummies, like that's how much was
in it. And she was like, oh okay, Like of course,
I mean she was feeling nauseous. You know this this
pain was in her the left side of her mouth
(23:45):
and it felt like it got down to her shoulder,
and so of course, like you know, when you're on
a gummy, you're gonna feel like you're flipping the fuck out.
Speaker 2 (23:54):
Yeah. It's so funny because sometimes when you take edibles
like you do, forget that you took it, like you
(24:16):
just forget, because sometimes it doesn't hit you right away.
Like one time I took an edible and I was
supposed to have dinner with Shaunty with Chantelle and Chantali
saying China, and it was almost time. I got ready
and I was almost time to like go meet up,
and I started to feel like kind of dizzy and
(24:37):
a little nauseous, and I was like, I don't feel good, Shanty.
I was like, I'm gonna lay down before we go
to our dinner. And then finally I was like, Shaunty,
I don't feel well, Like I'm maybe I won't be
able to go. And I went to go look in
the mirror and I was like, bitch, you are high.
You are peaky right, yeah yeah yeah. So then like
(24:57):
I was like, She's like, I'll just pick you up. It.
So she like picks me up and I get in
the car the first thing we do and I open
the doors and we start cackling, like cracking up. I'm like,
there's no other person right now who could that. I
feel the safest with peaking with like am I dying
and be like I'm not dying, I'm just high and
we just want to go have like our vegan food,
you know, but like you know it kind.
Speaker 1 (25:18):
Of that's like that's beautiful though, to have like when
you that is the best, when you feel like you're
freaking out and then you have somebody who can actually
not elevate that, but like, oh calm calm down, calmute,
and also make it like funny because it can turn,
(25:39):
it can turn. You can get freaked out pretty quickly.
Speaker 2 (25:42):
Absolutely. The other thing that I kind of have been
toying with in this life is not this life, but
like currently is kind of a little bit of more.
I saw this really cool talk about like the neuroscience
of the neuroscience of manifestation, right, and manifestation sometimes feels
like unattainable. But this scientist she just did a uh
(26:05):
interview with who is it? I think it's Jay Shetty
and oh no, oh my god, it's totally not Jay Shetty.
I can actually pull it up. Let me pull it
up really fast. I can do her some justice. She
did an interview with, uh.
Speaker 1 (26:21):
Helloh.
Speaker 2 (26:25):
Okay, that's not it. That's not it. That's not it.
That's not it. Where is it? Oh? Here, it is here?
It is Okay. So there's this scientist the number one
neurosciencests did an interview with mel Robbins. It's on their YouTube,
and she's talking about kind of like the way that
you can manifest certain things right, And one of the
(26:45):
there's like four steps, right. The first one is kind
of like ask yourself. And I've been doing this a
little bit. It's like, ask yourself what is it that
you want? But be honest with yourself, right, She says,
take your head, take your hands to your head and
ask yourself, is this what I want? What you're asking?
And then take your hands to your heart and say
why is this something that I want? You know, is
(27:06):
it rooted in ego? Is it rooted in needing validation?
What is it? Then touch your gut and go do
I really want this? Right? The second step is focus
your attention, so really submerge yourself into what it is
that you want. Watch content, read things like learn about it,
talk about it, do certain things right. The third thing
(27:29):
is the one that's a little bit harder. It's be
deliberate in your practice and don't give up. So like,
you know, try to do the things. And I wrote
something down that I told you about it that it
actually reminds me of you. That it's like, are you
taking actions that are consistent with someone who is living
the life that you want. So like if you want
to be like a singer, like are you singing? How
(27:50):
often are you singing? Are you doing it? Like? You know,
just small little things and it can be what she
calls like micro habits, and I really love that because
the micro habits are little things you don't have to
do major things. You don't have to go and be
like I need to sing on stage every single day,
like it can be do I record myself singing? Do
(28:11):
I record a song? Do I do this? And then
the last one? So my micro habits right now is
I'm trying to wake up early one hour earlier than
I usually do every day. I'm trying to work out
at least every other day, and I'm trying to write
just a little bit more like just just write. But
the thing that I really loved was the last one
(28:32):
was And this is the hard one where you might
need people to be there with you, but it's holding
yourself accountable, like record your habits and ask have people
ask you like did you hit that song, did you
make that song? Did you write something? Almost like what
we do or what we try to do or we're
like the Hawk Girls Club right where we talk to
each other and we're like, are we hitting our goals
(28:54):
and stuff like.
Speaker 1 (28:54):
That support group? We need to bring that back.
Speaker 2 (28:57):
Howt grow support group, which we should open up to
a lot of people too. But basically so maybe if
that's something that you guys are interested in, let us know,
send us comments like would you be would you like
to be part of the hot Girl support group?
Speaker 1 (29:12):
And it could be like a discord. Yeah, like you
could start a discord.
Speaker 2 (29:17):
And maybe we can, like you know, post a little
link where you guys can join us an hour a
day where you can do whatever you want. But it's
the time for us to just get things done. But
I feel like in doing that, it's also just allowed
me to do a lot more things like drinking my water,
doing my little exercises, trying to go out into the world.
I'm actually going to like a party tonight, like kind
(29:39):
of like a little small ravish type of party, which
is not It's totally not me. My default is to
be like where are we gonna go eat? And who
am I gonna go hang? Who's couch magna sait on?
You know, But I'm kind of like I get a
like LaSora said, looking at people mad. She was like,
(30:00):
just go out. She's like e facion a socian and
I'm like, you're right, I'm gonna go in. I'm gonna
go and flight with some people out there. Period period, period.
Speaker 1 (30:23):
Welcome to the astrology portion of the podcast. So last
week Jupiter was in Taurus, and here's a little bit
of information about that. Jupiter represents expansion, growth, luck, abundance,
and higher learning. It influences how we approach opportunities, our
sense of optimism, and our ability to broaden our horizons.
Jupiter encourages us to seek knowledge, experience new things, and
(30:46):
have faith in the future. So you can see where
Jupiter is in your chart and see how Jupiter is
going to affect uh that part of your life. And basically,
Jupiter's in Taurus, so those with tourist placements or Earth
sign placements will feel the influence more strongly. Additionally, yeah,
(31:08):
Earth signs, you may also have experience with a boost
of luck and expansion during this time. It's important. It's
a good time for you to focus on matters related
to self worth, financial stability, and personal growth. This alignment
could bring opportunities for you to expand your resources and
achieve your long term goals. Take advantage of this energy
(31:29):
by staying grounded and practical in your approach to any
new ventures. So basically, when anything any planet is in
any sign, So for example, Jupiter in Taurus, when because
Jupiter is about expansion, is the expansion planet. It's the
planet of luck you want to apply, like not thinking
(31:53):
of a person who is tourists, but thinking of what
tourus represents a lot of stability, a lot of like
need for a little bit of like they love food,
they love material things, they love It's all about like
that kind of financial stability within your It doesn't even
have to be like material as in physical, but just
(32:15):
like what do you want for your life?
Speaker 2 (32:17):
Yeah, let's go crazy because I literally was pulling up,
so my Jupiter is in Aries, okay, and it was
saying like this has to deal with It's more, it's
a meeting. Your Jupiter is in Aries, meaning you grow
and find understanding through action, velocity, and independence. It's in
your sixth house, meaning you find success through routines, which
is literally what I'm just talking about exactly.
Speaker 1 (32:40):
So that means that you can apply if you know
that's how your Jupiter kind of like reacts in aries
in your sixth house, So in your sixth house you
can kind of apply those maybe taurust habits to that
or start thinking more, which you're already doing it. Like
this seems like a lot of and I'm using astra
(33:01):
A S t R A, and I just asked, like,
what house is my Jupiter in, And my house is
in my Jupiter is in my seventh house. This is partnerships, relationships, collaborations,
and so I'm kind of struggling a little bit. I
don't want to say struggling. I'm kind of like going
through a little season with like expansion and relationships. But
(33:25):
you know it's crazy is that I just got I
just downloaded my apps again, you know, which means that
it definitely correlates with expansion and everything like that. So
I would look up like what Jupiter means, what it
means in your chart, what house it's in, what sign
it's in, and you know, just type in like Jupiter
(33:46):
in Taurists or Jupiter in whatever it is. All of
these things are just guidelines and there's so much information.
So I know I'm missing a lot, but I just
wanted to give you guys a little bit of a
astrology forecast.
Speaker 2 (33:59):
That and a lot of people actually work with Jupiter
just in general, Like Jupiter is kind of like the
giver of things, like they want you to It wants
you to thrive, It wants you to reach your goals.
So like my tattoo artist Cristos is constantly working with
Jupiter to try to like up themselves and move forward
in life. But I wonder, like how we'll see that
(34:22):
pan out for all of us. Let us know, keep
us updated on how Jupiter is letting you have it,
letting them letting you suck off if it's golden teat.
Speaker 1 (34:31):
This week, Jupiter is entering Gemini and it shifts into
communication learning, networking, and may encourage you to explore new ideas,
engage in diverse interactions, and expand your intellectual horizons. So basically,
if we just came off of like needing to have
(34:51):
more stability, now we're going to take that stability and
turn it into gold. So have fun.
Speaker 2 (34:58):
