Speaker 6 (00:53):
I've been shilling. I've been working around the house.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
I finally almost cleared up in my backyard because I'm
want to swear on the light, save the ship, get
funny ship.

Speaker 6 (01:03):
I finally fixed my old reliable type ship.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
I feel like an engineer now and ship I'm kind
of back, so I feel good about myself.

Speaker 4 (01:13):
I wanted to make sure the sound was in the microphone.

Speaker 5 (01:16):
Y'all heard that, but don't worry, it'll get cutting out
eat a dick, but not by me.

Speaker 6 (01:22):
Just say, okay, man, I'm sorry you didn't desire to
eat a dick.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
The fg the EVO Awards was yesterday a day fo yesterday.

Speaker 5 (01:34):
Was that when Hungry Bucks started crying.

Speaker 4 (01:37):
Yep, that was that is peak.

Speaker 5 (01:40):
That is peak FTC.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
Bro.

Speaker 5 (01:44):
Imagine you're getting your ass beat and the other dude
starts crying because he knows he's.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
About to win the whole thing.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
It was moments, bro, like people don't be understand, Like
if y'all don't know that the FGC is the fighting
Gang community, Like it's been niggas here like cist for
and it's like, oh, they had they had the Marvel
versus capcom too coming back to EVO this year and
they had the tournament.

Speaker 6 (02:09):
They had a pre tournament and it was justin wane. Uh.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
It was like a basically that old school ass lined
up of ghosts. But that did went hard to hell. Then, Hi, y'all,
it's probably he one of my favorite Japanese niggas because
he's just gonna pop off for unnecessary shit man hit
the full split on stage and he's just doing for
the fuck up it type ship. But he won Best
Pop Out and they won Best Evo Game. But uh, Frankie, Yeah,

(02:36):
him and Frankie won Best Match of the Year.

Speaker 6 (02:38):
It was a good time.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
It felt good, you know what I mean, Like, goddamn,
it's just kind of it was a good time, just
recognizing everybody that's been here. You know, it's hard to
get the Japanese niggas actually come to shit, so shit,
they was all there.

Speaker 4 (02:51):
It was cool.

Speaker 5 (02:52):
I like, I'm just saying, someone started crying while they
were beating my ass and I still lost. That'd be
my thirteenth reason why right there. I mean, But but
for real, little hats off to him for those though
in a hungry box. Is a old he's a super
smash friend, melee player, he's a he's a og. He
wanted the guys and people. He hasn't won. He hasn't

(03:14):
won a tournament in some years now, and everyone's always
dogging him, calling him washed.

Speaker 6 (03:20):
He's old.

Speaker 5 (03:22):
So yeah, so it was a good moment. It was
a good moment.

Speaker 6 (03:25):
But he showed people. Guy, Yeah, he was the loser.
Oh you gotta win next year.

Speaker 5 (03:33):
You have to. You have to come back now, there's
no choice.

Speaker 4 (03:37):
But yeah, it was a good time. It was a
good time. I appreciated what about job.

Speaker 5 (03:41):
Job, Let's see caught up on Spider Man. We're gonna
talk about that.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
Caught up.

Speaker 5 (03:47):
I watched I Am on season three of Vikings Valhalla. Uh, man,
Lafe Picks just has the worst luck, dude, He just
his new girlfriend's dead time bro every times.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
The whole storyline and wrong was so good.

Speaker 5 (04:08):
It is let's see, uh, let's see, they're not wait, no,
they they're just getting there. No they.

Speaker 3 (04:18):
Yeah, bottom in it.

Speaker 5 (04:21):
Yeah, they're just getting there. So the last episode was
them getting there. It was she died and then that
the emperor or whatever shows up and then you find
out the girl that was traveling with them was a
bride to be. Yeah, and Harold's mad.

Speaker 7 (04:39):
It's nice that we've some history because you know, some
bis was over there and fighting.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
They was in the variny and golf real back in
the day. So that's cool that they put a little
bit of true history in there. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (04:48):
I like that, man. You know what I would say
this this series started out just a little weaker than
the other one. But it is definitely picking up, and
it's definitely like when I was watching, I watched like
I benished like six episodes, all of the ones.

Speaker 7 (05:03):
I just can't wait for my boy. I just can't
wait for him to get on the boat. That's all
I went for leave Erics is to do.

Speaker 4 (05:08):
Man.

Speaker 7 (05:09):
I know he's gonna go to North America, and that's
all I want him to do.

Speaker 3 (05:12):
But I want to see him get on the boat.
Me some engines. That's all I want to have.

Speaker 5 (05:15):
That's all I want.

Speaker 6 (05:18):
Term happily feris.

Speaker 5 (05:20):
And because oh man, and he's he's actually I'm not
gonna lie. I think some of some of the stuff
with the first season still kind of bothers me with him,
like not reacting to his friend's death.

Speaker 4 (05:33):
Yeah, but they on it was on the cartoon. It
was making Spinge vibe nigga, Okay, go ahead talk So.

Speaker 5 (05:42):
But I like how he's developed now. I think they've
taken more time for him. Maybe in the first season
there was just too many characters and they tried to
focus on too much and they kind of fumbled at
the end. I don't know. That's my critique on that
so far. But I like how he's developed from there.
And dude, I'm not gonna lie. I don't care about

(06:04):
Fred at all. I did not.

Speaker 3 (06:07):
I would just wait to see if you go there,
gonna come around. It just true.

Speaker 7 (06:13):
She didn't make it all of trouble for no reason,
for no reason, make trouble for no reason.

Speaker 5 (06:18):
Bro, that's a pleasure, I mean. And it seemed like
her story is over.

Speaker 3 (06:25):
I was just lets she go with Leaf, That's what
I'm saying. That's gonna make.

Speaker 5 (06:28):
It because she's there, you know, the she essentially got
rid of the old leader and then she killed that
other dude who came to attack her. What was his name,
Harold's brother.

Speaker 3 (06:39):
I forgot his name too.

Speaker 5 (06:40):
Yeah, I think it was off. Yeah, So I don't know.
I hope that's done. I don't I do not care.

Speaker 3 (06:48):
Story She still got more to go to this season, Tony.

Speaker 7 (06:51):
I'm just letting you know, oh Man, be prepared to
be be prepared to not care about her storyline a lot.

Speaker 3 (06:56):
Like the last two.

Speaker 7 (06:58):
Episodes of the season, you might care storeline, and that's
not because that's because it was evolved.

Speaker 5 (07:03):
So oh my god, Okay, because every time, so like
every time she'd show up and like, Bro, I just
want to get back to Lafe and Harold.

Speaker 7 (07:10):
Come on, it's true, Bro, Leaf and Harold. They were
popping off a turkey, Bro and out of empire. Oh fun, Bro,
that was that was actually fun.

Speaker 5 (07:20):
Man.

Speaker 3 (07:20):
You mind you have chartered or something?

Speaker 6 (07:22):
It was cool.

Speaker 4 (07:22):
Yeah, yeah, it is, man. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (07:25):
So that's where I'm at home. I'm getting close to
the end. I'm a little sad about that because I
know it's the end, end, right, it's the Yeah. So
that's what that's. That's about all I've had me. I
went to the movies. We all did.

Speaker 6 (07:37):
Oh.

Speaker 5 (07:38):
I almost crashed out on Marvel Rivals. Man, I've never
felt like I've never felt so close to calling someone
a slur in my life.

Speaker 6 (07:50):
Take it back to the mount of exactly all that's gone.

Speaker 5 (07:54):
I almost felt sixteen. Wanted to throw out some really
derogatory Trump the office.

Speaker 6 (08:00):
Let that bitch fly.

Speaker 5 (08:01):
I'm just like, because, okay, so I mentioned that I'm
almost grandmaster.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
Dra like you've been saying that the whole time.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
I'm saying retarded again, I'm sorry that my one Okay,
I'm did everything fly no more?

Speaker 5 (08:22):
So I was a gamey twice. This happened twice. I
was a game away from being Grandmaster, and I get
I swear it is.

Speaker 2 (08:31):
It is.

Speaker 5 (08:32):
It has to be a thing that they give you
the worst fucking teammates on your rank up game, the worst.

Speaker 6 (08:39):
This third time, you just said it.

Speaker 7 (08:41):
I watched I watched extream this stream that he was like, Oh,
it's my Rango game.

Speaker 4 (08:47):
Here you go.

Speaker 7 (08:47):
It's that weird, Like I like, everybody must have that experience.

Speaker 6 (08:52):
Energy drop.

Speaker 4 (08:54):
It.

Speaker 3 (08:55):
He knew that lose as soon as he was ranking up.

Speaker 5 (08:57):
He knew it was going to happen, because you know
what the problem was. I was on a good streak,
so like I went from Diamond three to Diamond one
in one sitting, and I was the last game. I'm
telling you, and this dude, he didn't know what to play.
Someone picked Cloak and Dagger, and that he was that
was his one trick. Anything else. He couldn't play anything else. Dude.

(09:20):
He was playing fucking Mystery Heroes all game, just switching constantly.

Speaker 7 (09:26):
The low streets that people go on in Marble Rocks
is amazing. I'd be seeing people going on twelve fifteen
game lose streaks.

Speaker 6 (09:32):
Bro.

Speaker 3 (09:32):
I'm like what the hig bro. I think the games
was so fast.

Speaker 5 (09:36):
It just yeah, it could happen. I mean, it hasn't
happened to me, it could happen. I don't think I've
ever lost that. I think the longest streak I've had
lost his probably like four and then I'm just like,
all right, I'm done because at that point you're playing
on tilt right, it's.

Speaker 4 (09:51):
Like you ain't even in your right mind.

Speaker 5 (09:53):
But yeah, you gotta stop. You gotta reflect inward. So
he needs to stop and reflect inward.

Speaker 6 (10:00):
Let's go to grass Bro.

Speaker 5 (10:01):
Just word, I mean you might have to deflect some
of those when you get up there, you know, you
start losing like that, you get the real degenerates in
your chat. But yeah, it happened. I'm still on Diamond one,
but I'm like three games from rink up now, so
we'll see. Maybe next week I'll be Grandmaster week Line.

Speaker 7 (10:23):
A lot of stuff. I actually got a four pack
week this time. Usually it never happens, but I went
down rabbit holes this week. Okay, First on to talk
about the All Star Game. They changed the format of
the All Star Game. That shit happened.

Speaker 3 (10:35):
Yeah, it was. It was like four different teams.

Speaker 7 (10:38):
It was the Ogs, the International team, the Rods of Stars,
and then the og Internationity and Rogers Stars and then
some other team I've got the name of it, but
uh yeah, and one niggas. Now they did They did
like a tournament staft to forty. Each game was the
forty points and at the end of you got like
forty minutes of gameplay and the rest was just ads,

(10:58):
random stuff like mister m the Beast is trying to
get this dude to shoot the half course out to
beat Damian Lillard, random Kevin Hard, annoying company stuff.

Speaker 6 (11:06):
And all was hilarious.

Speaker 7 (11:09):
Did they they do the dunk Cutters Dunkuts was on
Saturday that one mclaub, the.

Speaker 3 (11:17):
Same person three three peat.

Speaker 6 (11:19):
What's up this ship?

Speaker 2 (11:21):
But they say he made more off the dunk contest
than he has Yeah, hundred k.

Speaker 3 (11:26):
He made a hundred k start damn.

Speaker 4 (11:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (11:30):
So yeah, I don't like them. I don't like downtoime.
You get like ten minutes of playtime? Did you get
like eighteen minutes of ass for each ten minutes to
play time?

Speaker 3 (11:40):
It was not It was not that was but.

Speaker 7 (11:42):
They were more competitive, they played harder, but you know,
they ain't been playing hard in the past three years.

Speaker 3 (11:47):
It's been like one eighty to one seventy and stuff
like that.

Speaker 7 (11:49):
But they actually play hard because the old school players
didn't want to use lose against the youngsters, so they
was actually playing hard stuff. I like that part just
went downtown. Secondly, I played little bit of sel seven.

Speaker 5 (12:02):
Oh yeah, I've heard some mixed things about that.

Speaker 3 (12:05):
Again, I actually like it. I like it because of
our interest with the with the game plan. Now they
made it.

Speaker 7 (12:12):
They made a little bit more expansive, got more stuff
that you need to do. You got more things that
you're gonnack, got more pathways to le legislation and how
to build your government and all that stuff.

Speaker 6 (12:22):
Who did you pick wrong? Wait, so it's season Yeah wrong? Yeah,
I always did Roosevelt for somewhere.

Speaker 7 (12:30):
You know, when I start off, I got to pick wrong.
I don't know what I want of them dudes who
always think about the Roman Empire.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
So when I started out.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
You just gotta and we already in America, so we
ain't got to worry about this ship.

Speaker 6 (12:41):
But it's like once we get to like modern.

Speaker 1 (12:43):
Age, were the first niggas get airplaced, it's off the top.

Speaker 6 (12:47):
It's cool how to how the time progression like what eras?

Speaker 3 (12:52):
It's slow slow.

Speaker 7 (12:53):
You gotta take your time to build, to actually build
stuff up to what what's what's some mixed stuff that
you're Some people say about.

Speaker 5 (12:59):
It, so I've heard, uh, the biggest the biggest complaint
is the u I. How do you feel about it?

Speaker 3 (13:04):
Compare? It's all over the place. That's true. You're playing
on PC, but I'm used to you.

Speaker 7 (13:08):
I'm playing PC, but I'm used to it because I
ain't gonna lie to see if u I is always trash.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
And it's complicated.

Speaker 6 (13:16):
Sometimes you know how to do You learn to just
deal with it.

Speaker 3 (13:20):
You click your army and then you click on the move.
But you can't do that. You have to click the
army and then click go to the UI and.

Speaker 6 (13:27):
Move where you're going. Oh my god, bro, that ship irritated.

Speaker 7 (13:32):
So then when they I don't take you to the
move your army, they don't take you to the people
that you push all the time, every single person. You
have to find them on the map and click them
and then make them go to Then.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
You gotta move two niggas into the spot, same spot
and then link them niggas.

Speaker 6 (13:47):
Are they not gonna go with each other? It's it's
so much.

Speaker 7 (13:51):
Yeah, the U I is kind of trashed on. I
ain't gonna lie. Still, like the city building.

Speaker 6 (13:56):
It is that better than than six? Is it better
than it was six?

Speaker 3 (14:00):
Though? No? Oh God, I think it's about the same
or worse.

Speaker 5 (14:04):
So another one is uh, it's dumbed down, like it's
not a simple the other one it's not.

Speaker 3 (14:12):
It's not a it's not necessarily I like. I like
how they're doing it.

Speaker 5 (14:14):
Man.

Speaker 7 (14:14):
They added stuff like you could build monuments. Man, you
get different parts of legislation. I don't feel like it's dumb.
I feel like it's about to us on part with
all the it's.

Speaker 6 (14:23):
Still take long as fuck to do ship. You gotta pay.

Speaker 1 (14:27):
You just gotta plan out how you're gonna do ship
before everybody else come and try to take your ship over. Yeah,
but that's the that's the moment I play. It's like, hey,
somebody gotta take over here, everybody, but you gotta get
everybody on your side or some ship.

Speaker 7 (14:39):
But I do I do agree with the movement though,
But other than that, then I got the free trial,
the seven day free Trialler Apple Apple TV, just see.

Speaker 3 (14:47):
What was going on.

Speaker 7 (14:48):
Then I got sucked in. I end up sitting at
my computer binge watching two shows this week. First show
eight point five, show almost nine, but they didn't finish it,
so can't give that nine.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
I want to give you Slow. Oh my god, it's
so good.

Speaker 7 (15:05):
It's about like at the end of the world happened
and everybody live in a slow on the ground, and
you start the mysteries of what happened?

Speaker 3 (15:12):
Who build a slow? Is it safe to go outside?

Speaker 7 (15:14):
All this stuff started happening, and uh you you start
as you start following the sheriff whose wife starts uncovering stuff,
goes crazy, gets.

Speaker 3 (15:22):
Sits outside and then he hear him.

Speaker 7 (15:25):
He starts uncovering stuff too, He gets sits outside, and
that's when you get to the real main character, a
chick who works as an engineering and the lower floors,
and after that it pops off. Man, it might not
be your statu if you don't like it's like like
you don't like mysteries, the story building.

Speaker 5 (15:38):
And a log stuff drama.

Speaker 7 (15:40):
It's really good. It's really good. I love the show
man April. Like I said, A point five really good show.
And then you know, my boy Jason Momore was in
the show. That's not where he not playing the same character.

Speaker 4 (15:50):
So I want to see.

Speaker 7 (15:53):
Yeah he had that, he had more of the cow
dro go feel and see I really liked it. See yeah,
see it's really good. It's it takes a place in
the apocalympic world where humans they lost after a big
sickness happened. It is like planet the Apes, a big sign,
a big sickness happened and it takes away everybody sight.

Speaker 6 (16:12):
It's like blind.

Speaker 7 (16:13):
Yes, they killed off all the population and like I
think he said, they killed everybody ssealf for like two
million people and uh, and humans lost the loss of sight.
But but it starts off which is which is uh
Jason Moore Uh, he plays this dude who marriage the
other lady who's already.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
Pregnant when she came to his village.

Speaker 7 (16:31):
And she's marriage and adopts her kids and stuff, and
her kids have the ability to see.

Speaker 3 (16:36):
So that's where that's where the stories are really really good.

Speaker 6 (16:41):
Story.

Speaker 7 (16:41):
You find out miss you find out secrets about her
and stuff and everything. You find out about their real
father and what's going on, what he's trying to be
a you find outstructive.

Speaker 3 (16:54):
No see no he cold blood is still talking. Oh
my god, I like how to come bad scene. Tony
is so good.

Speaker 7 (17:01):
How they fight all the black people fight. It's so cool, bro,
it's so cool how they did that.

Speaker 1 (17:06):
So they got like super like cool hearing type shit about.

Speaker 3 (17:10):
It, a stronger stuff.

Speaker 6 (17:13):
It makes sense now. I would to how them niggas cook.

Speaker 7 (17:15):
It's so good, man, it's so good. They still use
fire to my list, right, a.

Speaker 4 (17:21):
Lot of people can cook. You ain't never see yours
mester shuf.

Speaker 7 (17:24):
It's really good. The first two seasons peak. I would
give this series of nine or eight and a half.
It was all the first two seasons, but the last
season let me down. How many seasons is three? Last season?
The final season let me down. I'm gonna give it
up a seven point five. Still, really the first two
seasons I peak though, and last season was just I
know they had to end it, but it felt like
they ended too early and they just had to rush.

Speaker 3 (17:46):
The whole stuff in the last season and some of
the decisions and stuff that were made out of hour
and like it. But it's still the first two seasons
are worth it.

Speaker 7 (17:52):
Man see another series, and I just started a serious
call the Foundation or I'm a bingch my suspicion susprishing up.
So it's like, uh, it's like a better Rippel moon.
It's actually serious. It's a better moon. Was actually serious.

Speaker 6 (18:10):
Okay, I'm curious.

Speaker 4 (18:11):
So was that last one? Was the last one?

Speaker 3 (18:14):
Foundation?

Speaker 5 (18:15):
Foundation?

Speaker 3 (18:16):
Everybody? I'll tell you, I get the seven day free trial.

Speaker 7 (18:18):
I'm gonna bitch on some serious because it took me
like four days to watch all this stuff is really good.

Speaker 3 (18:23):
That was my week.

Speaker 2 (18:26):
My week was good. You're gonna catch on, evinciual. We'll
talked about that later. South Calf America.

Speaker 6 (18:33):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (18:33):
I ain't really do much this week. I saw mister Geniality. Uh.

Speaker 5 (18:38):
I love geniality. I love.

Speaker 6 (18:43):
Say the old.

Speaker 3 (18:44):
That move was so good, bro, Yeah, it was good.

Speaker 6 (18:47):
This classic angel right there.

Speaker 3 (18:50):
That's a good wrong come right there, that's actually a
good room, come right there? Really good?

Speaker 4 (18:54):
Is it romantic comedy?

Speaker 5 (18:55):
Though?

Speaker 7 (18:56):
Yes, that's a romantic com the most don't watch Princess Diaris.
I watched that out of no Where last week. I
watched this ship halfway yeah and half away yeah, halfway me.

Speaker 4 (19:13):
She's like me, she's the best cat woman. I like
there as catwoman?

Speaker 6 (19:19):
What where?

Speaker 5 (19:20):
How did that happen? Because I did see that on
the I don't know why.

Speaker 3 (19:23):
I don't talking about it.

Speaker 6 (19:25):
Yeah, she was always like above average white girl.

Speaker 5 (19:32):
Ship.

Speaker 4 (19:33):
Oh but yeah, that's all I caught up on Reacher
on that. Nothing more or nothing.

Speaker 2 (19:43):
But we gotta go to a quick break. But when
we come back, Captain America Brave New World after this.

Speaker 4 (19:51):
And we are back.

Speaker 2 (19:52):
So Captain America Brave New World released, as we always
do our reviews and kick it over to what you got.

Speaker 7 (19:58):
Captain America Brave New World. This is the kickoff to
the new Avengers team with Sam Wilson as a new
Captain America. He finds himself in the middle of an
international incident and must discover the motive behind in the
various global clout.

Speaker 3 (20:11):
So let's talk about it.

Speaker 5 (20:13):
Man.

Speaker 7 (20:14):
It made a lot of money. I think everybody's seen
it coming. We knew it was gonna make a lot
of money. But it's had some mixed reviews. It's in
that mid charategory if you go with the reviews, anywhere
from a six to a seven point five auto review site.

Speaker 3 (20:29):
But it's just a mid tier movie. Not bad, but
just midterm movie just okay.

Speaker 7 (20:34):
Like like a lot of the Marvels being late before
this new batch of movies that came out, it been
just kind of okay. So a lot of the reviews
got this on the ok side. But first off, gonna
start off, let's start with the bad first. Tell us
the problems you have with this movie. Let's kick it
off to you today. What are some problems you have
with Captain America Brave New World man.

Speaker 4 (20:55):
Is I'm not trying to jeopardizes and Mage come on
this podcast. What he plays the role? Like I said,
he plays a role.

Speaker 2 (21:04):
Of Falcon really well, I just don't like how Falcon
is always written and this somehow has transposed up.

Speaker 4 (21:11):
I guess that's how you gotta right and transfers over
to the movie.

Speaker 6 (21:14):
I heard. I heard.

Speaker 7 (21:14):
I heard a lot of people saying that that that's
the problem what they had in the comics to it's
the same in the comics.

Speaker 4 (21:18):
Yeah, he do simp ship and it's so annoying. Like
I mean, like, bro, like this is my thing.

Speaker 2 (21:24):
White Captain America feel like he's more hood than the
black Captain America.

Speaker 4 (21:27):
That's what it started seeing like.

Speaker 7 (21:30):
You ain't Steve Rodgers didn't go around with nothing here.
He wouldn't playing those games. He would against the government.

Speaker 4 (21:36):
Bro. He was no games Bro.

Speaker 7 (21:37):
And they see, like you said, because he kept America,
don't mean he gonna ship for America, Steve Rodgers go
hard Bro.

Speaker 2 (21:43):
Yeah, and see it's a lot of situations that this
happened in the show, this happened and the comic books
happened in this movie. There's a lot of situations. You
see Anthi Mackie Captain America, that Steve Rodgers would just
like I beat this nigga ass Bro.

Speaker 3 (22:01):
That's that world.

Speaker 4 (22:01):
That's that World War two.

Speaker 3 (22:02):
That's the real world to Bro.

Speaker 7 (22:04):
When you you said World two, you don't play no
games Bro, they had to go and get some Nazis.

Speaker 3 (22:09):
Bro.

Speaker 2 (22:09):
They were playing.

Speaker 1 (22:10):
They jumped on they jumped a rich white man, true true, true,
and at a super suit because because uh, because like
you're not like okay the court.

Speaker 2 (22:22):
Like one thing they talked about is the chorus Ben signed.
They brought that back up and Captain America, I mean
Captain America. He's trying to deal with should I do
this or should I do this? Whereas Steve Roberson, And
I'm not trying to break this big comparison to be
black and white.

Speaker 4 (22:35):
I'm just saying the character, except this is what annoys
me about it.

Speaker 2 (22:39):
He's like he's like walking on egg shells when Captain
America was just stumped on the eggshells and said.

Speaker 4 (22:44):
True, true and true as a black person.

Speaker 6 (22:48):
Oh, I hate when people you don't do this.

Speaker 3 (22:50):
From New Orleans, this nigga should have way more.

Speaker 4 (22:54):
Hey, I'm this nigga asked his system than what he has.

Speaker 6 (22:56):
I'm dead, but he's okay. Hes all knew.

Speaker 4 (23:01):
All his niggas ain't like that. The ones I know
are and like, oh, but that's what I'm saying, like
him in the whole, but he played the role I.

Speaker 3 (23:14):
Would say, this seems like a house slave. I ain't
gonna I want to say. I don't want to like,
I don't want to be a cool one nigga.

Speaker 4 (23:22):
Bro. Like it's like, it's like, this is what this
is what they did.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
This is the Hey we're giving black American Captain America.
But he's gonna be America's bitch.

Speaker 4 (23:30):
And that's what.

Speaker 1 (23:35):
Kind of.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
Secondly, my only issue I had. Another issue I had
was I think this is because they couldn't afford the
c G. I but I honor like we should have
gotten different thunder Boat then, because I understand when you
first get supposed to the whole Jean you do, you
have out of patrol moments, you go crazy. But General
Thunderbolt is just like Bomination, but smarter. He had more

(24:00):
control over his power to I wish we would have
saw because because I want to leave, you'll see that.

Speaker 3 (24:05):
You'll see that, Yeah, I know, but I think you
saw it at the end when he did the talking
on juice to to him. I think you saw that.

Speaker 7 (24:10):
So at the end that yeah, because back when Bruce
bannafirst at the Hawk, he tall juice wouldn't worked out
fast on him.

Speaker 2 (24:18):
Yeah, I want to see Myra. I want to see
all the rage and stuff. I want to see that
come from Greenhall. But if you put because it's the
reason why all these Hawks are difference, and you got
to show that in this movie. And I feel like
we should have gotten different throner Ball, like the one
that's more playing down. I think he should have. I
think he should have hallked up a little bit earlier
than the movie that. But I kind of figured they

(24:38):
was gonna save this for like the Big Grand Finale
and stuff like that, and it kind of general thun
Ball is a douchebag, and it kind of made him
seem likeable in this movie, Like I like it.

Speaker 3 (24:46):
I like that, I like to do. But he was.
He's been a douce bag bag.

Speaker 6 (24:49):
Of the kind of up forever though.

Speaker 7 (24:52):
It's just kind of it's kind of service purpose. You're
gonna make a duce bag again. He was already been
aduce banger all the other movies.

Speaker 3 (24:57):
Man.

Speaker 5 (24:57):
Yeah, having some character development here I think was too.

Speaker 3 (25:02):
Yeah, but.

Speaker 1 (25:04):
Nigga nigga here, uh Sam with the nigga.

Speaker 6 (25:07):
You'll never be staying rogers, I was like, right there.

Speaker 5 (25:13):
I actually had an issue with that line because that
was like ship like the house. I don't I don't
feel like that fit the situation.

Speaker 3 (25:22):
No, but you know it's not it's not it's not
that he was losing he was.

Speaker 7 (25:30):
Losing his emotions, because that's why that's why throughout the
movie he get madder and madder. You shod losing emotions
more and more in situations that don't call for it either.

Speaker 1 (25:37):
So and then he was randomly collin his ass and
then the frequency fuck with him and ship.

Speaker 4 (25:43):
Two more things. Two more things.

Speaker 2 (25:44):
Okay, I like I like how the villain was playing, yes,
but I don't like his design. I don't like the bubbly,
like make this nigga look like he looked like he
looked as bad like he but he looked more more
put together. They want to look more clean, clean cut,

(26:05):
like yeah, this nigga was like a mid head and
they got in a burning accident.

Speaker 5 (26:08):
They didn't want to Maga mind him right, I guess
not I.

Speaker 2 (26:11):
Guess, but still like the but he's, like said ros
played good. Last one was the in credit scenes.

Speaker 4 (26:16):
Waste time was.

Speaker 3 (26:18):
Really good, really wasted time credits for no reason.

Speaker 6 (26:23):
Everybody everybody in the movie that.

Speaker 7 (26:25):
It was like the fun.

Speaker 3 (26:29):
I'm going to meet somebody or something, one of the
new or something. Bro. That's what I wanted. I wanted
that so bad.

Speaker 5 (26:35):
I would when the first when the first credits ended
and nothing happened, I was like, Okay, that's kind of weird,
but you know what, whatever, I'll hang in there because
maybe we're gonna do like the Nick Fury Together team.

Speaker 3 (26:50):
That's what I wanted.

Speaker 4 (26:51):
I wanted that so bad. Didn't get it.

Speaker 5 (26:53):
I was so disappointed because it's like, bro, everyone knows
Secret Wars is coming.

Speaker 6 (26:59):
You did not need to dull time.

Speaker 4 (27:02):
It kind of it made it seem like they don't
have enough parod yet to put it in the movies.
Then that's what they do.

Speaker 6 (27:07):
That's to me.

Speaker 4 (27:08):
I'm not saying that they are.

Speaker 2 (27:09):
I'm just saying that is just what made it seem
like like this, let's put this in here and so
make people happy that we got to in credity.

Speaker 1 (27:14):
But I mean that bit hit us with the Guardians
of the Galaxy star Lord will Return. I was like, fuck, no,
I don't even want you to right now. Then you're
gonna do the generic watch out they coming. And I'm like, bitch,
who you can say?

Speaker 3 (27:31):
You yourselves?

Speaker 5 (27:35):
Yeah I know that, uh if I if I made
we got so baited, so baited by the fucking trailers.
It is so like hook red Hook was in that
movie for five.

Speaker 6 (27:48):
Minutes finale at the most at the.

Speaker 5 (27:53):
Most, and and you know what it was also probably
not it was the worst he all in the film.
I like the Hulk himself, yes, scenes around him, everything
around them.

Speaker 3 (28:09):
And they.

Speaker 5 (28:11):
Yeah, they were really bad. Like I don't know what
happened in production because the rest of the movie, it's
it's nine day, like you're going to Celestial Island. He's
flying through the sky. Dude, all that looks nice, amazing,
Like I saw no issues, kind of flawless.

Speaker 3 (28:30):
You know where you think the way they introduced adam atium, I.

Speaker 5 (28:34):
Thought that was pretty cool.

Speaker 2 (28:35):
I'm glad. I'm glad they said something about it so
we can stop seeing that dam on Facebook posts.

Speaker 1 (28:39):
If not, it was funny as hell because that was
basically them looking at what kind of like guessing we
got the strongest metal of the world in that persons
which we have keep your little secrets.

Speaker 3 (28:52):
Yeah, a stronger, but my brain is more durable though.

Speaker 5 (28:56):
Yeah. Long they're like finally wrong. If finally won't be
in control of an isolationist nation like that.

Speaker 6 (29:04):
It was crazy.

Speaker 3 (29:06):
Did he just did he just let it live? What
was your problem with the movie?

Speaker 6 (29:12):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (29:12):
So, my the biggest issue was the bait, like I
apparently didn't know what this movie was gonna be about.
And generally I don't find too much issue with that
as long as what they as long as there's some
semblance of what we were supposed to get from the trailer,
like I because you know, Marvel is pretty infamous now
for not showing true trailer like true trailers.

Speaker 6 (29:34):
And they'll ship in the trailer. Yeah, I'm gonna take
some ship out of the entire so.

Speaker 5 (29:40):
I don't know it just if I'm being honest, I
think the red Hawk thing didn't even need to be
in the movie like I should or or if it was,
it wasn't as integral as as I think it wanted
to be.

Speaker 2 (29:54):
And I feel like if we would have got a
different Thunderbolt, we probably would have got that, like the
more we probably Yeah.

Speaker 5 (30:02):
Another the other thing about that is, uh, what I
don't mean like Harrison Ford's an og, but he is
an og, Like he's not gonna be around like terribly
much longer here, Like how old is he? Like eighty something? Right, yeah,
eighty six, he's eighty two. God d Like, let that

(30:26):
man rest, Like what we couldn't have picked someone else?
Like and and I don't mean that like in like
he did that because I don't agree with the online
reviews that he made a bad ross because I mean
he's a great act. I mean he shows and the
only thing is like what where what are we going

(30:46):
to do with him from now on, Like, why did
we make the decision to cast Harrison Ford and and
bring Red hulk Is out at all?

Speaker 4 (30:59):
This is what I thought.

Speaker 2 (31:00):
Throw the boat doesn't transfer back into a human, like
he stays Red Hawk. So okay, I was thinking that
maybe somewhere aland the line, he turns back into Red
hal and that's all we see him as as Red Hall.

Speaker 4 (31:10):
It's just print.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
Yeah, even you guys, because I think Harrison Ford did
the thing where if you want to die, like if
he dies, he wants.

Speaker 4 (31:18):
To still have his likeness in movies.

Speaker 6 (31:21):
Yeah, he signed up for this, can still use me?

Speaker 4 (31:24):
Yeah, because they did it with him.

Speaker 5 (31:25):
Indiana Jones, Okay, I can see that because maybe if
they do that, we can well let's bring Troy Baker in.
He already showed he can do it.

Speaker 6 (31:34):
He's the only one we know at the moment. K.

Speaker 5 (31:39):
So I guess I can see that.

Speaker 3 (31:41):
But my big problem with thought about Ross was not
much to that was weird, but.

Speaker 6 (31:47):
You know Harrison Ford face.

Speaker 5 (31:49):
They did the young Ross too, and they showed Harrison
Ford with the mustache and there I was like like that, Okay,
They're like they just wanted to establish who it was,
you little wreck, like you knew what it is. There
was one more thing, the Navy seal character. They killed
him for no reason, literally no reason. The leader yeah

(32:13):
you know, oh CAP's friend, Sam's friend, the lead Navy
seal Yeah, oh damn it with.

Speaker 6 (32:21):
A heart attack.

Speaker 3 (32:22):
They didn't even take an emotional be to acknowledge it either.

Speaker 5 (32:26):
They didn't because they established him as he was he
was helping. Yeah, if he was going to be the
emotional fall character that pulls at your heartstrings, they didn't.
They really failed at doing that because they didn't, like
Eli said, they didn't take the time to uh even
show that, like where's Sam's reaction? I don't know, he
doesn't even know what happened yet. And then the leader's

(32:48):
motivations at that point were all wrong because he's like
I can't let you, I can't have you let people
know bro you in the literal next scene like no,
next scene he tells everyone anyway, what what is that?

Speaker 4 (33:02):
Had he had to wait to do reach?

Speaker 6 (33:05):
But yeah, that was that was.

Speaker 5 (33:08):
And if that was the case, then it should have
happened way earlier, like before that.

Speaker 4 (33:13):
Going to like what was my problem?

Speaker 6 (33:15):
Like it was just the pacing was like all over
the ddamn place with this movie.

Speaker 4 (33:20):
I'm not gonna lie.

Speaker 1 (33:21):
It was like scattered, Like it's like one minute we
in a dark, secret laboratory, the next.

Speaker 6 (33:26):
Minute were in a forest.

Speaker 1 (33:27):
Now we had on the Navy Sea Hell carrier. Yeah,
it was somehow Sam still got to go to the
gym to.

Speaker 6 (33:37):
Work out with old Hohole. I mean, okay type ship.
It's like it was, I don't know, it just felt
like all over the place a little bit.

Speaker 7 (33:45):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (33:45):
That's another thing that pissed me off with because he's
like he told Isaiah Bradley to let himself get arrested.

Speaker 4 (33:52):
Your face the robins would have told Bucky, let yourself
get arrested. Nope, okay, go ahead.

Speaker 5 (33:59):
That was my and she's with you.

Speaker 6 (34:00):
Yeah, he did do a lot of God damn, he
wasn't being Uncle Tom.

Speaker 3 (34:06):
I get why you did it.

Speaker 6 (34:07):
It just irritated me why you did it?

Speaker 4 (34:10):
And I said Brady didn't believe it all.

Speaker 6 (34:12):
He was like no, and she he real, nigga, he
did it.

Speaker 1 (34:19):
But yeah, but I mean yeah that and I felt
like how they just explained the ross turning in the
Red Hook with the leadership was kind of just weirdly,
and I know you they were trying to make us
like wait.

Speaker 6 (34:35):
To see who he was and ship.

Speaker 1 (34:37):
But then when like Captain America was like, bro, he
been working on YouTube, it was like, it's like, I mean,
why you didn't say none of this when y'all was
in the lab, you know what I mean.

Speaker 6 (34:47):
It's I don't know, it was just it's just it
just fell all over the place.

Speaker 4 (34:50):
That's all things.

Speaker 1 (34:51):
Because it's like, I know a lot happened, but when
you try to think back of what happened, you can't
line it up.

Speaker 6 (34:57):
It's one of them for me right now.

Speaker 1 (35:00):
But I mean I wouldn't really just it ain't really much.
I just didn't like about the red Hook was kind
of five minutes. That was like the biggest blue Balls ever.

Speaker 3 (35:09):
But that f I scene was good between him and
fact like it was good. It was just like that
it was only reason to contact how he used the
Conda take in and stuff to survive. I liked that
man away that's the way he was.

Speaker 6 (35:23):
Going to I'm not gonna lie us.

Speaker 1 (35:24):
Hey, he broke his ass down to yanked one of them,
and he was just like, fuck buye, I should have
took the super.

Speaker 4 (35:32):
So dude, I love that.

Speaker 6 (35:35):
That one was funny. I was all right.

Speaker 3 (35:38):
My problem with the movie.

Speaker 7 (35:40):
First off, it seemed like it seemed like the last
season of House of Dragon set up for the third season.
It seemed like just to set up for the Avengers movie.
That's what it just just what it seemed to me,
just seemed like I said, up for all, it seemed
like it was supposed to be its own thing.

Speaker 3 (35:53):
It feel like it seemed like it was a leader
into the other movie.

Speaker 6 (35:56):
This is like this happened in for so some other
shi can move forward.

Speaker 3 (35:59):
Yeah, that's what it feels like to me. That's what
I feelt like to me.

Speaker 7 (36:02):
And if it felt like it was built to stand
on his own, it felt like it was built to
stand with the other movies that's gonna come in this
new phase on Mark.

Speaker 6 (36:09):
I was just about to say, this is just part
one of the new phase.

Speaker 2 (36:13):
And I saw somewhere go ahead, I'll tell you ahead finish.
I saw somewhere what they said that they didn't want
to put. I feel like whenever they do these type
of movies, they need to put at least another I
know they had the new Futon in there. But I
think they need to start putting like at least another
Avenger in the movie or something like somebody we know.
But they say they don't want do that because it's
gonna take away from the character. But no, it won't,

(36:34):
Anthony MACKI is a good actor. It won't take away.

Speaker 3 (36:36):
But you already you basically did it this time.

Speaker 7 (36:38):
You put about walk Rossen hero right, Yeah, and you
gave him another falcon right see, but it didn't take
away from his character that much though.

Speaker 4 (36:47):
I feel like if you would have put I think
they should have just put Floyd here so he could
sell this ship.

Speaker 6 (36:55):
Hawk.

Speaker 1 (36:55):
Yeah, the match everybody have been waiting for, like ship
like he popped up and be like you talked to
your daughter, Laily.

Speaker 5 (37:04):
That's the only that's the only way it's gonna happen. Right,
He has to show up in another movie because they
can't make their own Hulk movies.

Speaker 7 (37:11):
Right, And this reminded the move reminded me, So we
just supposed to roll past. How uh, Bruce and baby
Ross don't communicate no more? They forgot about each other
or something.

Speaker 4 (37:23):
Like what happened.

Speaker 6 (37:27):
Like the who has not mentioned this bitch? Since the
eventual just.

Speaker 5 (37:34):
Got something Natasha, and he was saying he forgot hed,
got some of that widow, and it was all over.

Speaker 1 (37:41):
Got got there, Russian got there, Russian guy got three thousand,
lost his mind.

Speaker 4 (37:46):
He went to the other planet, got some too, but.

Speaker 6 (37:49):
He got the Red Rum.

Speaker 7 (37:51):
Like I said, Like I said, I like it just
seemed like a prequel movie to me. I didn't like
that part love thing like the Leader. His motivations was
kind of trash me. He could have if it's supposed
to really is the leader. He could have asked somebody
both ross like ten years ago. Why was he just

(38:12):
going along with that plan for so long?

Speaker 3 (38:14):
I don't get it.

Speaker 1 (38:15):
You could have just been a super villain ass Nigga
broke out a long time.

Speaker 3 (38:19):
Ago, long time ago, long time ago.

Speaker 6 (38:21):
You could have been and you been slapping or some
ship back now.

Speaker 7 (38:24):
And his revenge flot was just to turn him into
the Red Hawk so he could hurt what. I don't
get it, so he could be super strong. I don't understand.

Speaker 1 (38:32):
You made him the Red Huk and then to help
this nigga become president, just so he could become red
hook a press conference.

Speaker 3 (38:43):
That's why he's not president. My mom like, I don't care.
I'm Red Hawk now, I don't care about being president.
What was going on?

Speaker 6 (38:49):
Man, we shouldn't know.

Speaker 2 (38:50):
That's why I say I didn't. I mean, that's one
of those things I didn't like about this thunderb Ross
because in the comic books and have it to him
where he got trigated to be turned to the Red Hawk.
But it was kind of like a high look at you,
look at what you did, because he used to just
go relentlessly after the Hawk. He hated the hat, He
had a hulk, he had a Bruce banner. He was
hate Bruce Bannan because he thought Bruce Banna was a bitch.

(39:13):
So he like like literally funny and so it was
him turning into Red Hawk was like karma. But it
didn't seem like that in this movie. A little bit
like that.

Speaker 4 (39:22):
I think they're trying to make it see no way,
but it didn't seem like No, it didn't hit.

Speaker 7 (39:24):
The same because he got saved from a heart disease.
Yeah he got, he got, He got put on the
upside on the plus side of this thing.

Speaker 4 (39:31):
Man.

Speaker 3 (39:31):
He actually he actually got more from it than he lost.

Speaker 6 (39:34):
This Nigga beat heart failure and became a Hawk.

Speaker 5 (39:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (39:38):
Bro, that was my two problem with the movie real quick.
Let's go on to some of the actors. See how
y'all like that roll? First, we're gonna go to the
new Falcon Joaquin Torrez. What didy'all think about him?

Speaker 4 (39:50):
Man with him?

Speaker 1 (39:53):
I mean, he gonna be just like how Anthony mackiew
was when he was Falcon in the Avengers.

Speaker 6 (40:00):
You know what, You're right.

Speaker 5 (40:02):
I didn't even think about it like that, you're gonna
be there.

Speaker 2 (40:06):
I like, I like the actor, I like the character,
like how you played it. I hate I hate. I
don't like the comic book version of it. And I
don't like the revamper. It's one of those in.

Speaker 6 (40:18):
The I don't like that.

Speaker 2 (40:19):
I don't like that, I don't like the hell Yeah,
I like that, but I didn't really like Captain America's
health either. But it looked like man help yeah a
little bit. Yeah, he kind of like a power ranger. Okay,
nixt walk on is side, wanders.

Speaker 6 (40:37):
I appreciate him.

Speaker 5 (40:39):
He just lit him up on the streets. That was crazy,
wasting no time through a grenade in there.

Speaker 3 (40:49):
Hit uh Sam hit a nick fear.

Speaker 1 (40:54):
I don't know how he survived the first clip ship
because Jesus Christ, the nigga came out. But he was appreciated,
like even though he he ain't doing much, I mean,
he did enough to just be like, yeah, he stood out,
you know.

Speaker 6 (41:08):
I appreciate him. I appreciated him, motive out.

Speaker 3 (41:11):
They said he's gonna have a big role.

Speaker 5 (41:15):
I heard that too, that he was gonna have a
big role.

Speaker 3 (41:18):
Wand a big role. I don't see. Not a big
character like that. All. I don't get it.

Speaker 1 (41:22):
And he's in jail unless it's gonna be some thunderbout
ship or something going up.

Speaker 3 (41:28):
We got a shierral has soapra uh.

Speaker 5 (41:32):
We don't character the widow to x with him yeah,
uh honestly unnecessary true, like because.

Speaker 3 (41:40):
I like it was Red with the with the with
the special the Secret Service agent.

Speaker 4 (41:45):
It was done it.

Speaker 3 (41:45):
It was the same thing.

Speaker 5 (41:46):
It's like, why you why you need it to the
thing is like also, if she was supposed to be
like an antagonist to Sam, she was that for like
five minutes and and then they got cool. We found
out yeah, and then found out oh he was right wow,
And then but that is helping him.

Speaker 3 (42:04):
It was a it was a weird.

Speaker 5 (42:05):
It was a weird like we're cool now. That was
kind of you know what, actually that's a good thing.
That's a good uh comparison, Like you know how people
are like, oh, they could have just done this right,
it's common sense and and that would have like fixed
the movie. Well, here it is, you get to see
it in real time. She used to common sense, and
I think it broke the movie. Nick, it broke her

(42:27):
part in the movie.

Speaker 6 (42:29):
Because clicked in the head.

Speaker 1 (42:30):
It was like that, it's whether or not it's now
a good person. I'm on you outside now what I
feel like you just said us your entire screen time.

Speaker 2 (42:39):
I feel like they should have did some I know
in humbled she don't work for Hydria, nothing like that,
But I feel like they should have did some whether
like secret like maybe she is working with really or
replaced the character and tease a mutant.

Speaker 4 (42:50):
You know. I feel I feel like we're never going
to see her again. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (42:53):
I don't think we will either. Yeah. I think it
was a weird, uh unnecessary place. Man, it was kind
of strange, like to us.

Speaker 6 (43:02):
The end, I did start to appreciate her, but yeah.

Speaker 5 (43:06):
It was like I said, she was a good I
feel like she had herself. She played a good kids.
Yeah yeah, but she was as a whole. She didn't
service the plot in any way.

Speaker 3 (43:15):
Right, all right, we gotta go to a quick break.

Speaker 7 (43:18):
But when we come back, we're gonna finish our review
of Captain America Brave New World.

Speaker 5 (43:22):
We're gonna talking about the good stuff.

Speaker 3 (43:26):
We are back.

Speaker 7 (43:27):
Okay, let's finished office reveal Captain America Brave New World.
Real quick, let's give us some of your favorite moments
from the movie. That's all the truth was eying.

Speaker 4 (43:35):
Oh, like we said earlier, the suit was amazing, the
wacon detect, the absorption U. His suit was amazed. Other
than the help, but his suit was amazing.

Speaker 2 (43:45):
Him not having Super Soldier serum, with him not having
super serious and they did a good job. That's showing
how he's resourceful and showing how he can work not
knowing he doesn't have a super Soldier cirum, like when
he was going up against Sidewander and you know the
grenade in the car scene, things like that, that's something
you know, it was something that's a crazy scene that

(44:06):
you need supersata, But he figured it was way out
of it, and.

Speaker 5 (44:10):
I think that was one of his definitely one of
the best moments that was. That was one of those
moments that you know you wanted to see, like he
was standing on business. He was when Drop kicked him.
He's like, I don't got the suit. I'm meaner.

Speaker 6 (44:24):
But he's not meaning but.

Speaker 5 (44:27):
But I know he drop kicked him and then stabbed him.
That was pretty mean. Yeah yeah, but the girl of
the red hair, you just said it, so all right.
I understand, like I agree with y'all your issues were.
But when she came in just whooping ass like that
was like I always say, yeah, I said she was
a good character. I just said, I don't think she's serviced.

Speaker 2 (44:47):
Yeah, yeah, no, I agreed, and I like I like general.
I like how thrower boat look as the Red Halt.
I didn't hate it too much. I understand the scene
around to look kind of you, but him himself, I
thought to see I was going to fail, But I
like him as a red Hawk.

Speaker 4 (45:01):
It looks nice, all right, Dre.

Speaker 3 (45:03):
What's some of your favorite parts of the movie.

Speaker 6 (45:05):
There ain't gonna lot.

Speaker 1 (45:05):
The boat, the boat battle when they was trying to
stop the airplane Oh that was so good.

Speaker 5 (45:10):
That was peak.

Speaker 3 (45:12):
That was That was like the height of that movie.

Speaker 6 (45:14):
That was the most fucking America ship I've seen.

Speaker 3 (45:18):
That was like that was like that was like Marvels
the Top Gun.

Speaker 6 (45:21):
It was so good.

Speaker 1 (45:22):
Yeah, they took it there like this man. Like that
was the one moment I could do in the movies.

Speaker 6 (45:28):
I could just be like, damn, I'm really in this bitch,
like this is a lot.

Speaker 1 (45:31):
And I randomly got the three D went so I
had the glasses and ship and I'm blinded there, so
I mean this damn my eyes. But yeah, I was
enjoying that one type that I appreciated it. God damn
brand other falcon got his ass shot down.

Speaker 6 (45:48):
I was like, dude, I was like, okay, this was
like really nice. But what was another nice one?

Speaker 5 (45:55):
Uh?

Speaker 6 (45:56):
We got we got our random Buckie cameo. I like
that he was my niggas a congressman.

Speaker 4 (46:03):
Use your speech writers to tell me that.

Speaker 6 (46:04):
He's like yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you already knew.

Speaker 4 (46:10):
So what was his position? Did they say he wasn't
in congress? Congressman, Okay, it's about to be.

Speaker 3 (46:18):
He's about about to be if you give us some
of your favorite moments from the movie.

Speaker 5 (46:22):
I already did it, so I'm gonna touch on the
So I think Sam and Bucky have like the best chemistry.

Speaker 3 (46:32):
Yes, you've seen it.

Speaker 5 (46:33):
It's so good. And I don't think they play on
that enough, like, uh, in the series, yeah, we got
it sometimes, but I don't like we could have got
that buddy cop series that we we were definitely.

Speaker 3 (46:46):
Yeah, because they weren't together enough in the series.

Speaker 5 (46:48):
Yeah, they weren't. Yeah, And I think I hope that
going forward that changes because they have great chemistry. Man, Like,
they share the screen well, they bounce off each other
so easily. It's very natural friendship.

Speaker 4 (47:05):
It's crazy.

Speaker 5 (47:06):
And let's see, I really liked I think every time
Sam got into a fight was really good. Like the
choreography was. There weren't like any crazy jump cuts.

Speaker 3 (47:19):
I thought.

Speaker 5 (47:20):
Actually, in his first fight, I thought he did have
the super soldier see him because he just punches through
a center.

Speaker 3 (47:26):
But one I was like, okay, oh my oh god,
Sam relaxed.

Speaker 5 (47:37):
So that's that's what I thought he I thought you hadn't.
I Actually I like all the scenes. I think in
those scenes is when he's the strongest, right, is when
he shows the Captain America that we would like him
to be.

Speaker 6 (47:51):
I guess when he get in form, he's in form.

Speaker 4 (47:55):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (47:56):
I think maybe the politics is where he's weakest at,
and uh, that's probably where he should stay away from.
I think he should take a note from Cap former
Cap and you know.

Speaker 4 (48:07):
Stay out of this ship. Stay out of it.

Speaker 5 (48:10):
And then the fight with the Red Hulk that was
great aside from like the background being weird bad t
g I, but it was everything else was great. The
fight itself was great.

Speaker 7 (48:25):
With him, I agree something some of the background bad.
But you know the worst part was people was calling
the terror blossoming TGI. But that wouldn't That part wasn't
even the CD.

Speaker 6 (48:36):
That was hilarious, I did.

Speaker 7 (48:39):
My favorite parts of the movie were, First off, I
love the political stuff with Japan and trying to take
natural resources like America always does.

Speaker 3 (48:49):
I really liked the man. It was just it was
just preer America.

Speaker 7 (48:53):
I like how they did that really good job on
the politics to play with that, how they were trying
to strike the deal to get everybody to work together
for the Adamanthea.

Speaker 1 (49:02):
That's when I appreciated Harrison Ford action during this. Yeah,
when here with Japan, dude.

Speaker 7 (49:07):
But then it was like America, America, do what they're
gonna do. If they can't get it, nobody care. We're
going first get our ships, said, we we need that all.
And secondly, the action stuff was good. Like I'm saying,
but I really like the emotional tops of the Bucky
and Sam talk really good. And then I like the
walking and Sam talking at the end. Man, I really
liked them.

Speaker 6 (49:29):
That was in the heart.

Speaker 4 (49:30):
Yeah what I said, that was in the heart.

Speaker 3 (49:32):
I felt that man, he was trying to be his
best and he failed, and Sam gave me a good talk.

Speaker 7 (49:36):
Man, it was good.

Speaker 6 (49:37):
Well up, it's okay.

Speaker 4 (49:39):
You know who He revived chorus too close to the
I would look at it. Chris, I was so dead.

Speaker 6 (49:51):
Hey, that was a nice one.

Speaker 4 (49:53):
That was it happened to because he was flying with
his dad and.

Speaker 3 (49:58):
I was like, chill out.

Speaker 4 (49:59):
He's like, man, I got this nearly how it happened.

Speaker 3 (50:04):
I just gives you a final one team Savior.

Speaker 2 (50:09):
Although with my niggas it has it was like a
like I said, a setup, but it still had a
lot of good points, more good than man, I will say,
I'm gonna give.

Speaker 4 (50:19):
It a seven.

Speaker 6 (50:20):
Right, Solar THESS movie. I rewatch it once or twice.

Speaker 1 (50:25):
Maybe it's actually entertaining, right, It's like, you know, I
feel like I missed something that I gotta go back.

Speaker 6 (50:32):
But it's a solid ass seven. You know, it ain't
like the greatest because if this is the best, we
got in like the new phase and everything else is ass.

Speaker 5 (50:43):
Oh god, alright, Tony, I think I'm gonna because it's
hard to say because I think when I first left
the theater, I really I wanted to say, like I
enjoyed my time there, but then then I started to
think of all the like problems I had, and so

(51:04):
I'm not really sure. Because there's a part of me
that wants to give it a six, because I'm not really.

Speaker 6 (51:09):
Sure give it a six.

Speaker 5 (51:11):
But also there's a part of me that felt it
was a good theater experience and that wants to do
a seven.

Speaker 1 (51:17):
Yeah, alright, I feel that, Yeah, because I was in
the hyphers Hell. Yeah, so you just one of you
gotta watch that in front of a big ass TV.

Speaker 3 (51:26):
Yes, you know.

Speaker 5 (51:27):
Actually, if you're gonna go see it in theaters, now's
the time. I'll give it a seven. To see it
in theaters all right, afterwards, I probably won't be watching.

Speaker 3 (51:35):
Everybody is unanimous. I'm give it a seven two. I
was entertained about it.

Speaker 7 (51:39):
The reason why I'm going to seven I gotta see
how weaves into the greater Marvel cinematic That's how I
feel when all this, when this is, when this phase
is over, I go back and re evaluate and see
how all this because.

Speaker 3 (51:51):
That's how you gotta do all these movies like this,
like the.

Speaker 7 (51:53):
First, like the first, like Captain American Civil War. When
I saw it at first, it's different between between when
I saw the first time and when I saw at
the end of the Cinemata universe. It different, it hit different. Yes,
I gotta wait, but uh yeah. That was our review
of Captain America. Brave New World. That's kick it off
to zay for Invincible.

Speaker 6 (52:11):
All right, So we.

Speaker 2 (52:13):
Got the brand new season of Vescible. Season three came
out this year, I mean with this year. Earlier in
the month, said that you hear they got a goal
of doing it every year. Yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, and
they already working on season four and everything. JK JK martin.

Speaker 3 (52:29):
Waiting two and a half years. That's trash, I see.

Speaker 4 (52:32):
So this is my thing.

Speaker 2 (52:34):
I know a lot of people were saying they had
issues with the CGI. I mean, I see with the animation,
but if we want to see this show, like the
animation that was using it was top tier freaking animation.
I looked it up. I looked it up a while.
I forgot how much it costs to get the top
of but it was top tier. It's almost the type
of quality that you only see, like when you see
an animated movie in the theaters.

Speaker 4 (52:54):
So that's why it was so good.

Speaker 2 (52:56):
And I feel like we want to show front of
a lot of the animation. I see the end, but
it didn't throw it off too much. It wasn't that bad.
I still enjoined the show for what it was, and
it's still maybe you don't like it, but I feel
like if we want to see the show last long,
if we want to see season season, we got to
accept that that's the animation we're gonna get now, because
if you want that better animation's gon take a lot more.

Speaker 4 (53:16):
It's gonna take a lot more than probably what they have.
It's gonna take a lot more time. I see. Yeah,
so the animation understand budgets, Yeah, yeahstand even though it's Amazon,
they don't understand.

Speaker 7 (53:27):
Say the animation for the big moments like the like
the Allen and Omni man fight against the in the prison.

Speaker 4 (53:32):
That incredible. Yeah, yeah, good animation.

Speaker 2 (53:35):
So I'm I'm finding the animation in the show one thing,
like I uh, you know, it's like there's a lot
of easter eggs from the comic book that they put it,
which the easter eggs makes you be more confused about
what's going to happen next because they kind of like
kill not like kill. I don't know, it's kind of
like not in a bad way takes away from what

(53:57):
happened in the coming book. Like uh, in the one
episode or Mark goes back in time and he has
to kill the immortal.

Speaker 4 (54:05):
Yeah, that was big easter egg. It was a huge
easter egg on what's to come in the future.

Speaker 2 (54:11):
But I don't know if that's gonna come in the
future for the show or because he killed the dude
and that didn't happen in the comic books. So I
don't know, Like I don't know what's gonna happen. It's
gonna be do I can't wait to see what's gonna happen,
But I don't know if it's gonna be different or what.
Another Easter egg they had that was Robot. I don't
think nobody knows it, but Robot stuff fell over and
something fell out.

Speaker 4 (54:31):
That was like, what's that?

Speaker 2 (54:31):
He's like, oh, nothing, something I'm working on. That's another
huge easter egg that I feel like something like that.
I think we're gonna find out about that probably next season.

Speaker 5 (54:39):
Yeah, there's a lot of little subtle, little subtle things
you can miss out on it.

Speaker 3 (54:43):
Yeah, now I know. Me and Eli was talking about
Mark and Eve sucks takes away from the show so much.
I hate it's so boring. It's so boring.

Speaker 7 (54:55):
She get it to get on my nerve. Man, I
want the to be heroes. Gonna let them do dates,
fighting muscles or something. These awkward they said coffee tables.

Speaker 3 (55:03):
And stuff is weird, man, And they have no chemstry.
I know it's just voice acting, but it seemed like
it's no kimstry in that voice acting at all.

Speaker 1 (55:09):
Man.

Speaker 4 (55:09):
That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (55:10):
Go back and watching. Just go back and watch them
scenes with them together. There's no chemistry at all.

Speaker 5 (55:14):
Man.

Speaker 2 (55:14):
What you said happened? What you just said that's literally
how it starts to happen for them throughout the comic books.
Whereas it's not just them dating or like hooking up.
It's more like, ain't lois laying?

Speaker 3 (55:25):
I don't.

Speaker 2 (55:26):
I don't want to see them just have sex, for
it's not they're fighting. You see how doctor like how
they was trying to have a conversation. Yeah, fact, that's
how mostly their interactions are where they're just trying to
have a time to theirself.

Speaker 4 (55:39):
But no, some shit happened. I gotta go, hey, hey, invisible.

Speaker 7 (55:43):
Right if y'all hear me, cut out of all the
time today stuff. I don't care about the time. I
just want to see them be supero. I care about
The only thing I care about besides the superhero stuff
is marketing.

Speaker 3 (55:52):
His family dynamic.

Speaker 7 (55:53):
That's all thing that's that's kind of interesting to me,
him and his little brother and stuff that's actually interesting.

Speaker 4 (55:57):
I got something say about the little brother too, because
use me, but back to market.

Speaker 2 (56:03):
I like, like, okay, I understand what you're saying about now,
Like how they did they kind of diet oversaturated and
pay me. But that's kind of how it is to
set up their relationship along that line. I feel like
it won't be like that because it wasn't like that
in the comic books. And also I love Mark eaves chemistry,
you know, because all the mistakes, I mean.

Speaker 3 (56:22):
Like I'm about the Coming Books, you talk about the show.

Speaker 2 (56:23):
The Coming Book, because all the mistakes that a relationship
like that could make, they overcome it. And it kind
of like stretches in the show because you see Mark
came back. He's like, ah, I missed the date. I'm
sorry you probably and dumb dumb girl he used to
date with, probably mad whereas he was like, I understand,
I know it's going and she's like that, like like

(56:46):
she's understanding because she knows he's a superhero and it's
kind of like a relief.

Speaker 4 (56:50):
It's kind of like a weight off his shoulder. And
that's kind of how it felt in the Coming Books, a.

Speaker 7 (56:53):
Boring, non necessary, boring, extra boring that I don't care
about seeing lifted off her shoulders.

Speaker 3 (57:02):
Keep the weight on and ignore it. And I don't care.

Speaker 4 (57:04):
Man, he's white, he can't do that.

Speaker 3 (57:05):
Oh I will, I will.

Speaker 5 (57:08):
I'm going to back up Eli that I don't really
like the relationship because I think and I get that
they were apparently supposed to always be in a relationship
like the other girl was filler, but like there was
no build up for this. There was no like they say, oh,
you know, I loved you when I first saw you,

(57:30):
but like they we didn't.

Speaker 7 (57:32):
See it's because and this is why one they say,
and the build up this season was trashed because he
just showed up after this a perfect three months. Asked
we go on to date and she said, yeah, that
was a whacking stage in my whole world seeing it
was so whacking.

Speaker 3 (57:45):
Like then they had this unnecessarily fight about the future.
It whack, bro.

Speaker 4 (57:49):
I was so mad with this, the futures bullshit.

Speaker 3 (57:53):
It was so boring, Like why why we wasted thirty
minutes of the episode on this? Man? I don't care
about this at all.

Speaker 2 (57:58):
But this is why I think I think them putting
Amber because Amber wasn't in the comic books at all,
Like she was there, they mentioned her, but like Amber
in the coming books is like how their relationship like
it was barely mentioned, seeing anything of it, and then boom,
he's together with Eve and then we start to see
eve relationship.

Speaker 4 (58:14):
Bill.

Speaker 2 (58:15):
I think it threw it off because we saw him
being with Amber, we saw them build a relationship and
didn't be over with, and then we're seeing him with
Eve and it's nothing like did.

Speaker 7 (58:23):
It wasn't even over with because they didn't like each other,
because she was scared it was too dangerous.

Speaker 3 (58:28):
That was overwhere and that was bored too. So this
was extra boring.

Speaker 2 (58:34):
They gave They gave Amber too much of a part,
I think, and that's why I think that's why for
most people it throws them off with him Eve.

Speaker 5 (58:42):
I could see, I can see like they gave her.
They gave her so much like relationship time. So to
see that contrasted with Eve and Mark, now yeah, you know,
it's like, oh yeah, I.

Speaker 7 (58:54):
Just I just hate relationships with my supero movies. I
like Captain America, Bravey World, the World so much. That's
why I got a seven from me. I didn't have
to worry about no stupid relationship stuff in that.

Speaker 3 (59:04):
Whole It was just cool. It was actually the coolest.

Speaker 4 (59:09):
Oh god, another thing.

Speaker 7 (59:12):
It's worse than Tony and Pepper I hate it so
much much. Pepper Pots is annoying.

Speaker 3 (59:21):
Bro I hat.

Speaker 6 (59:24):
Kids free.

Speaker 3 (59:26):
She annoy me.

Speaker 7 (59:27):
She got my nerve told to be a thug, bro,
I won't tell me to be a thug. And she
always getting in the way.

Speaker 4 (59:32):
Man, I think was made up for the m c
U though, wasn't she She wouldn't She.

Speaker 3 (59:37):
Was there, she was in the cartoon back in the day.
She sucks.

Speaker 2 (59:41):
But like I said, another thing in an investable that
I noticed and that I like is how another way,
like I said, for me, I like, because because I
really come book so much, I'm just that's how contrasted,
like how they're telling the story differently from how it is,
but how they're still keeping it, you know, similar, Like

(01:00:03):
everybody was crazy going crazy about Immortal and and Kate
being married and stuff like that, but like they're married and.

Speaker 3 (01:00:10):
Coming book Mortal heard you like, I'm young.

Speaker 4 (01:00:17):
Yeah, Mark brother, I mean her brother, Multipaul. He annoyed me.

Speaker 3 (01:00:23):
Was oh my god, Mark, Mark went savage.

Speaker 1 (01:00:26):
Mo.

Speaker 2 (01:00:27):
Yeah, he was like.

Speaker 4 (01:00:28):
He's holding back. He's like, all right, I rips, okay,
let me just go ahead.

Speaker 3 (01:00:32):
What I gotta talk about another peak moment though? All right?

Speaker 1 (01:00:36):
Uh.

Speaker 7 (01:00:36):
Mark goes to cecars to confront him about making them
to work. When again and then Mark just started turning
up the whole apartment and cecils reveals the head playing
some of Mark head, and Mark flies off. I'm like
when he started flying out and saying, oh, he just
go to the Guardians, I already knew it. I already
knew where he was. If it's golden there for help.
And then when he busted that bust they hide, that

(01:00:57):
was like, they're gonna take it side.

Speaker 3 (01:00:58):
I alreadynew it. I do it because because if he
could do that to him, he goes.

Speaker 7 (01:01:02):
Showing up do it to y'all. He got some kind
of playing to stop y'all. So I understand it. Bro,
They're gonna take a side. And this might be controversal
a little bit, I don't care. I like what Caesars doing,
like was doing too, but I like Mark did too.
I can either be the good guy or I can
help save the world.

Speaker 4 (01:01:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:01:22):
See, this is one of the rare parts of a
story where both of them made sense to me.

Speaker 6 (01:01:26):
Yeah, they both got reasons and.

Speaker 3 (01:01:28):
Both actions made sense to me. So I didn't cary
it mattered to mid All.

Speaker 7 (01:01:32):
But then it seemed like Mark Marcus he was you
can see where it's going towards that a mortal storyline
where he was like Rudy.

Speaker 3 (01:01:39):
Every thing on my head, like sir, got it out
of head right away. Bro. Then they did. They're doing
the civil war thing where they split up the Guardian
split up. It will peak me. I really like him,
So man.

Speaker 4 (01:01:53):
Going up back to his brother Oliver. I don't think
I gotta go back and.

Speaker 3 (01:01:58):
Read you mean alien Jason tie.

Speaker 2 (01:02:00):
Yeah, it kind of looks like which like I think,
like I said, I've only read half a Comedian where
I've read all of the Comedian three and I've read
some of two, so my my knowledge of a lot
of things is kind of stotty.

Speaker 4 (01:02:20):
But I didn't think Oliver showed.

Speaker 2 (01:02:24):
I thought Mark did find out about Oliver until he
Oliver was a grown man, because I think that's how
it was in the coming.

Speaker 4 (01:02:31):
So this kid they I think this is new.

Speaker 7 (01:02:34):
Yep, they're doing that instead of Look, I think they're
taking out the part where he get you know, a
word and then yeah, then I think I think they're
taking that part out.

Speaker 3 (01:02:45):
It seemed like it s like they taking.

Speaker 4 (01:02:46):
Where he gets oh yeah, where he gets sexually as
my big team.

Speaker 3 (01:02:50):
I think they're taking that part out.

Speaker 2 (01:02:52):
Yeah yeah, because they said that, which is dumb, and
they say, they don't know how to introduce that on screen.

Speaker 3 (01:02:56):
I think so, I think the Oliver part is replacing that.

Speaker 2 (01:02:58):
So yeah, baby, and that's but yeah, that was like,
that's like you shouldn't killed just because of bad I
feel right like he said something on the line of it,
like he's okay with killing people, Like how does he
know this?

Speaker 3 (01:03:09):
He like, this will happen when you are a bad guy.
He like he was a boy. You didn't do that.

Speaker 7 (01:03:17):
People talking big game. He's talking big game to everybody
seeing what he did. He started acting the victim.

Speaker 3 (01:03:23):
Bro, we know what you did. Mark knew it. At
the end.

Speaker 7 (01:03:26):
He don't feel bad about He thought he was mimmy
and my dad. So Mark seeing it at the end.

Speaker 4 (01:03:30):
Yeah, yeah, uh but yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:03:32):
I mean I still like the character. I like what
they're doing with him. It's just something new for me
unless I got to continue reading on.

Speaker 4 (01:03:39):
That's a good thing.

Speaker 3 (01:03:40):
Right, let's look about it.

Speaker 7 (01:03:41):
Let's talk about the last episode, Ladies episode Real quick,
Omni Man and Alan, they finally break out of prison,
and this where you get the secret. There's only there's
less than fifty per budd viltr mites in the universe,
and only Man, like, that's how we could defeat them.
That's their weakness. It's the most closely guarded secret. So
how do you think this is gonna play into the series?

(01:04:02):
Man take it out to come Spaillers. You think they're
gonna do it in this show? How you think that's
gonna go in the future?

Speaker 6 (01:04:09):
Man fifty, They not they unified.

Speaker 2 (01:04:15):
They are in a way, but one half knee Omni Man. Yeah,
but I want to, but I don't know how they're
gonna do it though, like Omni Man and Alan.

Speaker 5 (01:04:29):
You know, I think Man omny Man could he won
me three right that one time?

Speaker 3 (01:04:34):
Yeah, but omny Man is like one of the strongest
ones except for Boy.

Speaker 4 (01:04:40):
But uh amazing battle hard.

Speaker 3 (01:04:44):
I think they just might.

Speaker 7 (01:04:45):
I think they might just ground up all their weaknesses,
like from all the different planets that they did on.

Speaker 4 (01:04:50):
This thing in the books.

Speaker 3 (01:04:52):
Yeah, yeah, he might.

Speaker 7 (01:04:54):
They might run out some more of these kids the
path Breeze that that they guy laying around the universe.

Speaker 3 (01:04:58):
They may round them up to.

Speaker 5 (01:04:59):
Hill so that what might happen, it'd be pretty cool.

Speaker 4 (01:05:01):
I hope it's so diverse.

Speaker 3 (01:05:03):
That'll be just like the.

Speaker 5 (01:05:04):
Fight on Like he said, he that's all he wanted
to do. He was like, there's no vulture a beach here.
As I heard, he went to waffle house.

Speaker 6 (01:05:18):
The cook.

Speaker 4 (01:05:21):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (01:05:21):
I can't wait to see what they do more with him,
because he has He does a lot like him in
a couple books is just fight, and I want to
see that here, you know a little bit more.

Speaker 7 (01:05:29):
They're gonna bring himack to fight and benches and then
he gotta pop.

Speaker 6 (01:05:33):
Back here, right.

Speaker 2 (01:05:34):
So yeah, he does, but he doesn't really the only
thing he does is fight Thrag, you know. But I
don't know what they go do the TV show, so
it's not really a smaller. I can't wait to see
what he does fight Thrag because that was one of
the most amazing comorbook fights I have ever seen. With
the animation and what they're doing with the fight season,
I feel like that's gonna make it to the TV show.

Speaker 3 (01:05:57):
What your thoughts on Mark dew Suit, You'll like it.

Speaker 4 (01:05:59):
I hate this.

Speaker 5 (01:06:01):
I'm not a fan of that.

Speaker 6 (01:06:03):
I'm mixed right now.

Speaker 7 (01:06:04):
At first I don't like Mark too colorful, but then
I see this is I'm like, I like to I
like the pop color better.

Speaker 3 (01:06:10):
This one is just too plain for me. Yeah, it's
just too boring.

Speaker 6 (01:06:15):
It's bland.

Speaker 3 (01:06:16):
Yeah yeah, it's just like the Yellow gave it that pop.

Speaker 6 (01:06:20):
Yeah, it kind of you know, it's unique a little bit.

Speaker 7 (01:06:22):
Yeah, it gave you a little sistenness that I needed.
I need my super girls to have a little testaments
and their costumes.

Speaker 5 (01:06:28):
Bro.

Speaker 3 (01:06:28):
This this is just too boring.

Speaker 7 (01:06:29):
Bro.

Speaker 1 (01:06:29):
You need some type of zass nigga unless you like
an all black person and some ship.

Speaker 6 (01:06:34):
That's the only way it worked.

Speaker 3 (01:06:37):
Like Batman all black, okay, right, yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:06:39):
Alright, it worked black noir, alright, and he's black double.

Speaker 2 (01:06:46):
I can't went to the introduced more of the Viltrumites
health these next couple of episodes, we get the man,
but a lot of stuff does transpire before the filter.

Speaker 4 (01:06:55):
Mightes come back.

Speaker 3 (01:06:55):
So next episode is gonna be about a playflace. Dude's
play face. What you mean the dude in charge of
the criminal ground?

Speaker 4 (01:07:03):
Now, oh, not clay face, the rock.

Speaker 3 (01:07:06):
That's that's why I'm calling him face because he play face.

Speaker 4 (01:07:09):
You mean, why you clay face?

Speaker 3 (01:07:11):
Because what do you mean?

Speaker 6 (01:07:17):
