with Life, so I really hope that that's true because

let's see. Then the stressful thing was yesterday my brother
got really sick and I almost immediately recognized it as

a pendicitis because I had mind taking out when I
was a kid, and a lot of the stuff he
was going through was what was going on, and he
I had him take medicine medicine in work, so I
was like, Okay, it's hospital time. And that was actually
a lot pain, like a lot. There wasn't a bunch
of struggle there with the doctors and stuff they were.
He actually had surgery last night and is already home

to day. What it was he had removed, it really
was yeah, yeah, so what they It's like what they
did to me was they like cut the side of
my stomach open, so I have a big scar still.
But now they made like three little holes. They put
a camera in one the other thing to grab it,

and then another one to like cut it, and then
they pull it out through the little little hole. So
it's like it's done that fast.

you if you don't take it out.

because I was talking to them about it, because when
I had mind taking out, They're like, oh, yeah, that

don't know why we have it. So in twenty seventeen, though,
they found some studies that, you know, since they started
looking into our microbiomes and stuff and like the bacteria
in our guts that really help us with digestion. Apparently,

back in the day when everyone used to die at dysentery,
one of the functions of the appendix was to take
all the good bacteria and grab it as it's being
flushed out while you know, you're shitting yourself to death.
But if you survived the dysentery, it would be easier
for the microbes to get back into your gut without
you needing to do much. But since today we don't

really need that because of all the nutrients we have
in our food and stuff like that, we don't really
need that anymore. Or even if we got really sick
in our intestines and our bodies just got rid of
all of it, it would repopulate by itself through what
we eat. So essentially what happens now is because it
doesn't get utilized as much, sometimes the bad bacteria can

I'm have to him and no. I was there. They're like, yeah,

started exercising on my knee again, it started building up again.
So now I have to go to like sport medicine,

get an X rayed, and they're going to teach me
essentially how I can still exercise with this because it's
not ever going to go away old people problems, you know,
not though my week, my week's been pretty good. What

first episode was pretty interesting. They started out with Bradley
Cooper playing Eli jim songs I think Grandfather or Dashed,
basically showing how the jim Stones Lenny started. And then
for me, the show just started picking up until like

the last I mean, of course, like throughout some funnling,
funny moments. Everybody's seeing how much I'll be posting Uncle
baby Billy Like he's been funny throughout the whole season.
Him and the sister. She they the two funniest people
in the show. But the show finally came to the end.

Basically, Eli Jim started started dating his uh white, his
dad wife's best friend, and now the dead wife's best
friend has his jealous husband. They found out about that's
been doing all this day, Like he's been killing all

to do the same thing to Eli and Baby Billy
and the ex husband played by Michael Ruker. Uh, y'all
remember him from Walking then and uh, young dude he

was in Also he's one to play the ex husband.
He basically been with his son and this you didn't
find out this about the son to the end. He
basically been with his son killing or torturing or kidnapping
everybody that the his ex wife dates, and so they
found out he was doing it. The son ended up
killing him at the gate A Park. But then the
last episode you find out the son was also in

on everything too. He starts to try and kill all
three though all three of the siblings uh, I don't
know why I get their names. And they the main
character is the sister, the oldest brother, and the youngest brother.
He starts trying to kill all them episodes they ended
up killing him and then like y'all comes in, Eli
is retiring from the church. I like the show and
the whole if you started like because I've always uh,

TV and the television broadcasts and type people because they
have a lot of negative and flaws in them.

where he fought all of the thunderbolts and they like
