Speaker 1 (00:00):
Trapped Nerds, Trapped Nerds real like.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
You never heard.

Speaker 3 (00:05):
Welcome, Welcome, Welcome, Welcome to another exciting episode of the
Trap Nerds podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
How you gotta doing this week? How you were? You?
Weak man? It's been fucking hot as hell and just house.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
An Apparently I didn't know I had another air conditioned
window unit and I plugged that bitch in into work.
It's still hot in his head, the beat still a blade.
Finally nine out of ten. I'm talking about it later,
and that she'lln't waiting on my damn radiator to come in.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
Then I gotta come back on y'all, So get my
damn truck tony. How's your week?

Speaker 4 (00:39):
It's pretty good. I got to play Marvel Rivals this week.
It took a little while. I took some Twitch How
did you get your code? Twitch camping? I was just
camping in people's chats, waiting for chances to win. Yeah.
It was rough. It was rough. I didn't get into

(01:00):
like the last three days, but I played a lot
of them. I played a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
So what are you like? Get in? Is there like
a criteria or something? Get in?

Speaker 4 (01:09):
It was a closed alpha. It was like a just
kind of a test, a lot of content creators got in,
and they gave those creators codes so they could pass
out to their communities. And so I did a whole
bunch of fake, fake friend stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
But don't fit.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
I had to subscribe to somebody to get the ball
thirty three.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
On seventy six, I was dead. But don't switch drive.
I'd be real.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
The game is surprisingly good that I will say that
the trailers do not do the game justice like at all.
So the trailers, yeah, I would say I'm looking forward
to playing it again because I know when they do
the next test, I'll have guaranteed access because I got
to play.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
In this one.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
So if you if you got into the first one,
you automatically can get a list on the list of
the this one.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
Hey, if you got if you do a stream and
so I can get one, yeah, and get everybody in.

Speaker 4 (02:08):
Everybody's getting codes.

Speaker 1 (02:10):
But how is it though, Like, what's the actual like
story and ship? Because it's just basically a Marvel right
now in my head.

Speaker 4 (02:18):
So I I mean that that is exactly what it
is there. I mean there's a lot of similarities, but
I don't really know the story. It seems like every
map has a different story, Like I know doctor Doom
has something to do with it. He's like messing with
the timelines and uh yeah, it's it's they don't have
a lot, but there's a lot of like banter between

(02:38):
the characters. That's pretty cool too. And Nolan North is
the voice of someone I forget who, but every time
I hear him, I just hear deadpoll.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
I'm dead dad. Damn. He is the voice of dead everything.

Speaker 4 (02:53):
And he's Rocket. He's yeah, he's Rocket. Oh you're right, yeah,
huh damn.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Wait, I look this nigga because it's like that he
got that much range.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Everybody.

Speaker 4 (03:05):
Yeah, he is everybody. Everybody he's got. He's got some
names under his belt for sure. Other than that, I
caught up on X Man. I know we're gonna talk
about it. That oh Ship, that's Nathan is Nathan Drake? Yeah, No,
North plays a lot of characters.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
It was like when you said the name, I was like, yeah,
he did somebody fucking that he is Nathan Drake.

Speaker 4 (03:30):
I actually didn't know that.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
So because I know his voice, like Ship, like how
you said you knew it was dead Pool.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
Whenever I hit him, I think about Nathan Drake.

Speaker 4 (03:42):
Other than that, I forgot how my week went. I'm
playing wild again, you know, I always come back just
to crack addiction.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
I don't know, yeah about to say that's that's that's
the one.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
You just can't that's my fucking that.

Speaker 4 (03:57):
But that's it.

Speaker 2 (03:57):
That's all my week. Let's see what did I do?
Not ship true?

Speaker 5 (04:03):
My innet was down for a couple of days. Did
I watch him things? I watched A Gentleman in Moscow.
I finally watched that. Really really it's uh, it's a
show about the when when the Russian Revolution happened, you know,
and they had to get out of as the one
where they took down the monarchy.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
And they had the king when they took the kings
and queens.

Speaker 5 (04:28):
And yeah, and uh it was uh and it's about
one of the one of the lords.

Speaker 4 (04:33):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (04:34):
He gets prison in the hotel, and this hotel were
all like a whole bunch of X rays and stuff.
Gets in prison. He only gets spared because his friend
writes a note about the workers and how the workers
should be in powers and stuff. But his friend credits
it to him. They credited him, so that's the only
way he gets spurs that's what it's about him going
uh living in that hotel, he meets people. He uh

(04:57):
like it's it's really it's a really interesting show man.
And then it shows when staland comes to power, all
the stuff that he did. Then it shows when he
dies and hire all the stuff changes again. It's really interested, though. Man,
it's what.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
You say about Man, it's real good.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
I was gonna ask what is always because so it's
it's about when Russia turned from the Soviet Union to Russia,
or is it like.

Speaker 5 (05:21):
It's about when it's about the World War One, go
through all of it, go through all of it, go
through World one, world War two. It's about after World
War after World War One, because that's when that's when
that's that's when I got to that. So it's about
when the Russian Empire became the Soviet Union.

Speaker 2 (05:41):
Time. Okay, so there was a Russian Empire first, then
they became the Soviet Yeah, nigga, that was all.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
It's like everybody just like on the your side. They
all was still on King and Queen City.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
And then they had.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
Some niggas stayed with it and some niggas was like
then get a government.

Speaker 5 (05:57):
But that was the Empire. Then they had a civil war,
so they split. Then then they became Communists because the
Comanists took over from now. Then after World War two,
that's when I think they became so like the Soviet
and then that's because that's because that's when they took German,
half of Germany, uh, Ukraine, all that stuff, they was

(06:18):
all part of Russia.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
Then they called the Soviet units. That's when the war
went up. The ship, yeah, after World War the war
went out.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
Yeah, so that ship, that ship got told down when we.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
Was born, wasn't they called Prussia at first with a
pet No, No, that's Germany.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
Germany. Yeah, Germany was pressire you know. World War two
my favorite, that's my favorite era, just.

Speaker 5 (06:40):
Like that Yugoslavia. But that's that's Prussia. Prussia's World War
one is that's World War one. Prussia's World War one.

Speaker 2 (06:46):
World War World one and two. They're still crazy area
that Germany. Germany was.

Speaker 5 (06:52):
Germany was super new by it because it's Germany was
just a confederation of states and stuff. And then pressure
outrush came in and they they didn't become Germany to
like what the late eighteen hundred and early I said yeah.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
Yeah, that was like red dere demptionre two times. Yeah
there was U. There was a holy Roman Empire before that. Okay,
good history.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
Listen, that's why they be mad a sell over borders
and ship over there.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
Oh my week was good.

Speaker 5 (07:18):
That's why they borders don't make no sense.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
Yeah that too. Just why like that, because that's why,
like like how you feel about what's good? Bruh.

Speaker 1 (07:28):
These niggas been at war since the fifteen hundreds. I
just want y'all stop sending my taket money over the
type shit.

Speaker 5 (07:36):
It's weird, y'all. Different countries, but y'all speak the same language.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
It's weird basically the same people. Nah, you know I
sent you not.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
It's wide to say it, but niggas niggas in Europe
at like American niggas time thirteen on their because Russia.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
I feel bad.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
I don't want to like link out y'all. Texas is
the Russia of American type shit, because y'all niggas don't
be giving a fuck, and y'all don't hear about what
you trying to tell. Y'all, it's like fuck that us
and y'all got a phrase as dictator coverage.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
But uh, week was good. I what do this week?

Speaker 3 (08:14):
Oh, shout out to everybody came out, stand up, MVP
is another good show. Another almost sold our show. So
come out to the next one is June fifteenth, I said,
I think i's the other day. We got approve for
the rest of the year and I got some good
lineups coming. So thank you everybody who came out, and
appreciate everybody. So you get the weekly one for the
rest of the year. Now, yeah, well it's it's no,

(08:35):
it's not weekly. It's uh, it's the third Saturday of
every month until December.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
So don't you got three of them? Now?

Speaker 3 (08:41):
No, that's only show I have that I'm producing. What
about the Amateur that's oh no, that's the open mic
Wednesday night open mic. That's just that's no, that's the
Company Club.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
I get like. That's like I'm like, I host it,
but it's not. That's that's the current up.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
You're looking at it the wrong way. It's the comedy
Club's open mic. They just paid me the host it.

Speaker 2 (09:07):
The Golden Child right now. But nah, it was good, bro,
I had did them. I did for the first time ever.
For some reason, I forget a lot of stuff.

Speaker 3 (09:17):
Y'all know this. I'm very forgetful marijuana. It was before it, aterall.
It's before marijuana. Because I was spoke a marijuana I
was still not safe. But one thing I never forget,
which I was surprised me, is my joke. I'll never
forget my jokes. I never take a note pad with
me on stage. I still write them, but I will
never forget them, no matter how old they are, I

(09:38):
don't forget them. For some reason, I forgot my joke
on stage this Saturday, complete like drew a complete blank
to Calf, I call myself real well. I started talking
about the Drake and Kensrick with Mark Beef. Knew nothing
about it. I've been trying to avoid this thing the
whole time, so I hadn't read, hardly think about it.
That's what I was trying to do. I tried, because

(10:00):
I know everybody's so I tried. So I was like, oh,
ship run out, I need to stall bits like I
remember this joke. And then I remembered another joke that
was good and it killed. I was like, let me
see if I remember this joke. Stiff, I was like,
what the fuck. But everybody who told me. They said
they didn't even notice that I drew a blank. I
was like, okay, I didn't know.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
I didn't know that. That's good.

Speaker 3 (10:19):
At least I know how to recover if I draw
a blank, like if it happens again. But yeah, that
was crazy.

Speaker 2 (10:25):
Man. That was the first for me. So it was
a good experience to Uh. But I have been watching TV.
Abby Elementary been killing. They've been.

Speaker 3 (10:35):
They started to do a Gym and Pam thing with
with a bunch of Brunson's character and Tyler James's character.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
And let's getting Yeah you see Abbit Elementary.

Speaker 3 (10:45):
I ain't been I saw that the first season. Okay, yeah,
he's in there. Yeah, and now like they've been playing
this Jim and Pam thing since the show started, and
now it's starting to finally look like they was.

Speaker 1 (10:56):
The ones that was like, you know, how ever, sitcoms
gonna be like them two gonna end up?

Speaker 3 (11:01):
Yeah, yeah, exactly. I'm liking where that's going. The show
is really good. And I watched something else I want
to talk about. I probably gotta talk about it next week.
I can't remember. But and I stream Spider Man two.

Speaker 2 (11:14):
That's going well.

Speaker 3 (11:15):
I love Spider Man two and I streamed Seafood Seafood,
I'll see why you like that game. It's just as
whipping the whole just.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
Hands, nothing but hands.

Speaker 3 (11:22):
My niggas like start after games as soon as you like.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
All your ship is in deadly. I love this ship. Yeah,
But other than that, that's how my week was going.
My car is dead. It got is.

Speaker 3 (11:37):
I think this is it for Charlie. But that's what
I'm dealing with it. Other than that, we gotta go
to a quick break. But when we come back X
Men ninety seven season finale after this and we are
back so x Men ninety seven recently ended. Disney plus
Euli what you got them niggas.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
Don't miss about the mail.

Speaker 1 (12:00):
Jeff kiss Hey, whoever signed this nigga, make sure you
keep this nigga because Disney fucked up.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
If they don't get this nigga, bag DC need to
do something.

Speaker 1 (12:09):
No, you want to know what be fucked up? Like
all right, just random one fuck it. Put this nigga
over Sony Marvel ship. Think about it.

Speaker 2 (12:17):
At the Madam Well, them niggas need help. Oh I
saw Madam Well.

Speaker 3 (12:21):
That movie is actually not bad until you find out
that they supposed to do as super.

Speaker 2 (12:28):
Make it so got this, this is not bad.

Speaker 3 (12:32):
I was like, wait a minute, why ain't they fucking
they supposed to been dz ain't. Why ain't they dressed
up at superheroes?

Speaker 2 (12:38):
Like what the fuck is this? Like?

Speaker 3 (12:39):
They just it seemed like it just got you. But
go ahead, Eli with your breakdown. I did like the movie, though,
vouda male masterpiece. Man really really good job man.

Speaker 5 (12:49):
He had a lot to you could tell the way
he read. He wrote the show with dollars if he
had a lot to say. When I love I love
when when writers and artists when they have something not
to say, when they could put it in the right
way man make it and make it like good and
blend together and makes sense.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
Man, So good man.

Speaker 5 (13:07):
They had the depth you see.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
How like during all the X Men ninety seven, I
did not say shit about a message of anybody trying
to like do what it just tell people the message
and ship. But we all understood the messages in the show.

Speaker 5 (13:22):
He had all the depth and intelligence that you made right.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
Man.

Speaker 5 (13:26):
They didn't they didn't spool.

Speaker 2 (13:28):
Feed you nothing.

Speaker 5 (13:30):
They didn't they didn't like, they didn't spoolfeed just something
like a baby.

Speaker 4 (13:33):
Man.

Speaker 5 (13:34):
They actually let the audience be intellectual and smart figure
out what that what was going on in the show.
I really like that they don't have to thraw a
lot of things out. But the finality was last week,
my here on Friday on Friday, and they put a
nice bow in it, man, And they set up season
two really nice as First off, Charles, it's inside Eric

(13:58):
Magneto's head and forces him to turn the lights back
on the earth and fix the magnetic feel uh. And
then from that Eric loses his uh memory and stuff.
His his mind gets shattered from Professor Xavier's mental attack.
And that's where you can see the the fate a
tractor traction and uh and the onslaught stuff.

Speaker 2 (14:16):
You can see that they can still be worked in. Man,
You and you didn't broke Big Mountain.

Speaker 5 (14:23):
They just brothers, Bro, They just bros.

Speaker 2 (14:25):
Man. Don't you color your bro where he's cold in
the water, Drake? Did you cut him? Bro?

Speaker 5 (14:30):
When when those psychic waters is taking over the most,
don't you cover them?

Speaker 3 (14:33):
Man?

Speaker 2 (14:34):
Make sure down, I ain't hugging. I want to fight
you so bad.

Speaker 3 (14:44):
Imagine yourself some leaves or something. We're gonna make the
ship out of a fire while that is happening. Uh,
you see the backlash of what happened on las up
so cable. He's still under control of Sinister Jean Gray
slowing to the bottom of the lake bashing.

Speaker 5 (15:00):
That's got all the X Man trap or Team Blue
or is that Team Gold? I guess the steam got.

Speaker 2 (15:07):
No that seam team.

Speaker 1 (15:11):
Boat so that yes, they ain't come to meet.

Speaker 2 (15:15):
Up and ship.

Speaker 5 (15:16):
I get him confused, but uh but uh and then
right right when he crushes the head man, and right
when the cable is about to get taken out, the
Phoenix rises from the lake and slaps everybody down like
she always does.

Speaker 2 (15:29):
She's the X Man secret Weapon Regulator.

Speaker 1 (15:33):
It's like Jan Gray is ass But if you like,
that's the only reason you have to know me wrong,
Jean Gray, O p is hell. But it's compared to
the team, it's just like, come on, but is it
just pull out the Phoenix. That's like rock paper sisters, Jesus.

Speaker 2 (15:49):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (15:50):
Sinister gets the newt and then that that he stole
took from him turned to the old ball midget Ly
old ball midget.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
No, you know what? You know what you want to know?

Speaker 1 (15:59):
What there was you know how it's like you see
niggas with the AI profile pictures, then you see him
in real life.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
Yeah, he was out there cat fishing.

Speaker 5 (16:07):
Then after that, the Phoenix powers worlds off and then
Bashing knocks them all out, takes Cable, rips Cable's arm off,
beats him.

Speaker 2 (16:20):
That was my favorite part, bro. That's something.

Speaker 1 (16:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (16:26):
Then he assimilates the arms technology and creates his final form,
his perfect form.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
Like sal.

Speaker 5 (16:33):
These niggas, he went to space and that's where the
Blue Team was. Syd claps and all them.

Speaker 4 (16:38):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (16:39):
He says he's gonna go to go to space. He's
gonna take out the gravity thing from the asteroid hm
and he's gonna chunk it down the Earth. So he
goes there, roll fight, fight, some first pieces him up,
but then he gets rolled with the teleport. Then Sunspot
comes out. They they double team for a while. He
beats poking them. Then night Crawler shows up and night

(16:59):
Crawlers claps and ju believe get they get their turn.

Speaker 2 (17:02):
Doing his disappearance trying whoop as and he caught him
and uh.

Speaker 5 (17:06):
That's when Beasts and the rest of the team shows
up with inside the Sentinel and squashes him like a
bug and he that.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
Was that was I felt bad. I was like, damn,
these niggas is not catching a break. Then they opened
the double and Beasts and control.

Speaker 5 (17:20):
Currently and after that, after that, side Clops tries to
use talk no juice, tries to talk no JUICEU bash
because Bashington believes that Professor Xavier didn't want to take
him in as a child, but his mother live. Professor
Zavidy did come to him and wanted to take him
in to be one of the first X.

Speaker 2 (17:40):
That was That was the sad moment.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
Yeah, because if Bastian would have been one of the
first X men, that lineup would have been Ops.

Speaker 2 (17:46):
Fuck uh.

Speaker 5 (17:47):
This when we see a lot of cameos, we see
dark Devil, Uh Cloak and Dagger, Omega Red and his team.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
Silid because we don't get enough of this nigga and
he Op is fucked.

Speaker 2 (17:58):
To silk Uh.

Speaker 5 (18:00):
Captain America and Iron Man or in there with the
President while they contemplating use the magneto protocols and they
made everything worse because they used the magneto protocols, destroys
the gravity field of the astoid and sends it hurling
toward Earth. So they did what they did made everything
ten's our worth. And so they all X Men are

(18:21):
trying to say stop the astroid to say the Earth.
And that's when Professor Za finally he finally gets He
finally gets through the magneto. Wake's magneto up and asked,
do you remember your name? And magneto comes up like
a g magneto.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
No, no, he was like my name, wait no, fuck it's.

Speaker 5 (18:45):
He saves the Earth. He pulls the astros up and
they say no, the astrois disappears. Then we go six
months later. Uh, forge, it's got all the news on
the board. You can see Squalor, which is off world.
You can see Collosses, all of them and the X
Men they all missing and presume dead. But Bishop shows
up and he said, who are you?

Speaker 2 (19:03):
And we're not friends.

Speaker 5 (19:04):
He's like, we're not friends yet, but we're gonna be
friends soon. He tells them that they got snatched you time,
and this where the other stuff comes into focus. Rode Rolle,
Professor Xavier, Magneto, night Crawler. Uh, they get pulled into
three thousand.

Speaker 2 (19:19):
See Egypt.

Speaker 5 (19:20):
So once you see Egypt and X Men, you already
know what's going down?

Speaker 1 (19:24):
You know, it's two niggas in the ease if you
do not want to fuck within this time.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
Yep. So they save some people.

Speaker 5 (19:33):
Then they saved this dude and he takes out this
man mass and tell them their name as a polyp
you can tell from lips.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
Hey, funny ship.

Speaker 1 (19:43):
I thought they was gonna like do some weird tie
in m c U ship and I was thinking it
was gonna be Egyptian king for a minute til.

Speaker 4 (19:49):
You are.

Speaker 2 (19:51):
Ship.

Speaker 5 (19:52):
And then next we got uh, Scott and Jean. They're
in the future. They come up, come up against playing
the sky and if you know the comb I'm just
gonna spoil it. That's that's the that's their granddaughter. So
that's what that's that's what it was in the coming.

Speaker 1 (20:06):
That's what I'm like, Oh ship, the way they're pulling
this ship, it's like, damn, y'all don't set up some
wild ship, didn't it.

Speaker 5 (20:12):
So and they see Nathan when he was a child,
So that's how. And we don't know what happened to
a more Wolverine and storm dude. We don't see them
in there.

Speaker 2 (20:19):
No, we ain't see them.

Speaker 1 (20:21):
I feel like I feel like that's how you know
how it's like and like now everybody look at Storm
as a god like regular motherfuckers.

Speaker 5 (20:29):
You think that's where it started. She went back to down.

Speaker 1 (20:33):
Because just like with Wolverine, you know, it's like that's
Wolverine ship. That's why he was always just randomly over
all like he lived through all this ship.

Speaker 2 (20:40):
A lot of this ship was timing and before your thoughts.
Then the end the scene.

Speaker 5 (20:45):
Some people probably missed it because it can't at the
very end, but a Pockelypt shows up to Janosha and
you just hear him say so much death.

Speaker 2 (20:55):
So you know the full Horsemen coming, you know, the
full Hushman is full hard to come. The card nigga
and it was getting bit shipped. I was like, oh.

Speaker 1 (21:05):
Yeah, but I think about it though, because you Storm
was a Horseman too.

Speaker 5 (21:09):
Yeah, but she ain't dead in this from No It's
gonna be Angel.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
God.

Speaker 5 (21:15):
Angel died and he got hit by He got hit
by the ladies on when they episode five, so he
so he probably gonna be wait, that's no Angel.

Speaker 2 (21:26):
He was five to something.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
Lady, remember this one won't ever get about X Man.
They when they like live action and and TV, they
be doing Angel wrong.

Speaker 2 (21:34):
Like all the time.

Speaker 4 (21:38):
Break Yeah, and they did the equivalent of like off
screening him but on screen.

Speaker 5 (21:44):
Yeah, that's how you know, That's how he ended up
with the middle wings because he because when he became
a horseman from Apocalypse and got the middle wing. That's
how Angel got the middle wings. But so Apocalypse, that's
how gonna tie into next season. All right, that was
a quick review of it, Drake as a whole.

Speaker 2 (22:01):
What do you think?

Speaker 5 (22:01):
Give me some of your thoughts on the storyline. What
do you think you see coming in the future. How
did you like this series the first these ten episodes?
Do you think they could keep it going without Boat
the mal Give me your overall thoughts of all this stuff, man, Okay, over.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
All that bitch is a masterpiece type shit. I fucked
with it.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
I love it, like the storyline like I do, because
y'all know how when it comes to like when people
try to get like wokes hell type shit, because like
once once again, once you learned with like d I
and ESG just cannot just take that out when people
like this. But like I was saying, like they mixed it,
like you know, there was it was a message, but
you know how like with like now it's like they

(22:37):
trying to put the message in your face, like.

Speaker 2 (22:39):
You had to read their thing. But this like, oh
she got deep.

Speaker 1 (22:42):
And then it was like the like when it comes
to just like animation and like just all the fight
scenes chef kiss cause it was like, nigga, we don't
we ain't seen this type of shit and like animation
in a minute, like when it comes to like Americans
just like Superhero DC gonna do that job regarding and
you know, I'm really proud of more, but it's like
y'all fired the nigga that made it. So it's like

(23:03):
I feel like it's gonna be good. But that's why
I'm saying, like I'm glad that he did right season
two before they fired him. But now it's like, whoever
if they don't get him back, and whoever got to
take the reins and be show running for this. You
can't fuck up and you gotta be on the same
ignis make sure it's not a white woman you've.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
Been not Josh Whedon, that bitch. Oh god, I know
he's got shit. I understood that. The God damn Yeah,
Friends to God, Pray to God. No, it's nice. Uh,
I like to show as a whole. I ain't gonna lie.

Speaker 3 (23:38):
Like I think I mentioned it before, I wouldn't really
that much interested in the original one because I think
I was too young.

Speaker 2 (23:44):
Even if then they just didn't never catch my attention
and about.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
It because X Men ninety the original one came out
in ninety two. That been literally came we was born.
So when we was like five and finally got on
the X Man, we was at the end of that.

Speaker 2 (23:57):
Bitch. Yeah, I see X Men evolution was was minees,
but this was out the point they did they like
they did.

Speaker 3 (24:05):
An incredible job. Like first of all, the nostalgia factor
of it. They made everything right. They didn't make too
many major changes to it. A lot of people always
wanted to do that, they didn't do that. And then
also the action animation actually seeing how the fights go down.
It's like it felt like I was watching the anime
a little bit. I feel like I was watching something
that Robert Kirkman made, like being able to see the fighting. Uh,

(24:31):
I'm still but evincipal Barry Bogert, the difference.

Speaker 2 (24:36):
That's American Ship.

Speaker 3 (24:38):
When like it's been rolled throwing do like everything, the
graphic and everything, it was just it's just amazing. I
love the show, and like I said, I can't wait
for season two. I'm kind of skeptical about season three.
Both is not that I feel like they're gonna be
smart and get him back on some find someway they
got a.

Speaker 1 (24:55):
Choice type because somebody else. They just take somebody else
and make them do that and it come out bad
like this. It lost like two billion dollars. They can't
take losses right now.

Speaker 3 (25:06):
Mm hmm yeah, because people don't start asking questions why
is he Especially if season two be just as good
or better the season one, people start asking questions, why
is he going? Why isn't he back? And then our
truce is gonna come out. Then we're gona see what's
up it did. I don't know what's gonna have, but
they need to do back. He did an incredible job
with the season and everything from Top Bottle was amazing.

Speaker 2 (25:26):
Tony.

Speaker 4 (25:27):
So I started late. I literally binged all ten episodes
today and I don't regret it, because actually what I
regret is missing out on the whole journey with you guys, honestly,
because I don't think I gave this show the proper respect.
At first he was in and out me yeah, because
I you know, because it was like, yeah, I watched

(25:49):
the show a little bit when I was a kid,
but I wasn't like, you know, really big into it
or anything. So this is kind of like, you know whatever,
But after watching it, it is it is greatness truly.
Like my favorite thing has to probably be the cinematography,
and that is really weird to say about an a

(26:12):
because none of the angles really felt like they belonged
in an animation or a cartoon. They were heavily focused
on eyes, they were heavily focused on expressions, you know,
and and all the camera angles were like things you
would see in a movie or see expressed in longer

(26:33):
form content.

Speaker 1 (26:34):
You know, you was doing like angles where you know,
the cameraman is running with the camera type shit.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (26:41):
Yeah, And and for me it was it was like
and they did a good job of showing everyone's relationships
and how how close they were and how like family
they were. And you do a lot of that through angles,
through showing their body language, which it's hard to do
an animation, but they did it here and that's great.

(27:02):
And the dialogue, my god, did not expect it. I
loved it. I love because I've always loved like any
kind of talk between Magneto and Xavier and and just
how eloquent those characters are.

Speaker 2 (27:16):
It's I love that they kept that.

Speaker 4 (27:19):
Uh let's see, I got Oh why is it? I
don't I guess? Is this so they kind of reference
something about the Genosha being a canon event, but kind
of different. They they referenced it through the Mystic Arts
because be kind of offhandedly is like, yeah, you know,
and the in the Mystic Art fixed point. It's a

(27:39):
fixed point, which is like a canon event.

Speaker 5 (27:41):
So it's a little different because canon event, it could
be changed. It's bad if you change it, but it
can't be changed. The fixed events, they can't be changed
at all.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
It's one of those situations is like no matter what
universe type ship, that's going to happen, and now how
they how they recover from that?

Speaker 2 (28:01):
Bitch? Is that? Oh?

Speaker 4 (28:03):
Yeah, okay, because yeah, in the in the what if
doctor Strange like tries to change one of his set
points or whatever, Yeah, okay.

Speaker 2 (28:13):
Can't be changed. But that's just that's like that just happens.

Speaker 1 (28:15):
It's the universe, like Marvel got Universal Constance, Like they
got the most diverse ship, and there's like certain ships
like events and people, right like, yeah, things is like
the most Like I just look like Universal Constant because
no matter what universe they knows is in, he's gonna
always be a bad person.

Speaker 4 (28:35):
Right this one most like no matter how so I
know y'all talked about it, and I kind of like
tuned out because I wasn't watching the show. Y'all talked
about it, how it's gonna connect to the mc U
and that's the thing. Okay, Well, well I was saying, like,
I don't know how it could. I mean unless they
get teleported out, which is kind of what I thought

(28:57):
was gonna happen at the end of that, like look Cliffhanger,
but then continue there in Egypt and stuff like that.

Speaker 5 (29:02):
Now I think that I think they're gonna keep the separate.
I think they're gonna keep this animated thing. I think
they're gonna keep the separate. So it'd be a smart move.

Speaker 1 (29:08):
Yes, it'll be a smart move, But I feel like
they're gonna try to incorporate something casual.

Speaker 5 (29:13):
Marvel fans aren't smart enough for the X Men on
this left I'm just being honest. I'm just being casual.
Marvel fans are not smart enough. They want to oose
and eyes and shiny ladies. I don't they don't. I
want it separate, man.

Speaker 1 (29:26):
I just feel like, whenever like the NCU do bring
in the X Men, somebody gonna suck around, say some
shit from ninety seven. True and no, but and the
and the regular like Marvel Viewer is not gonna catch it,
and we're gonna be in this bitch like cnable pitch.

Speaker 3 (29:40):
I feel like we're gonna at least get the ninety
seven costume designs when they do.

Speaker 1 (29:43):
That's regardless. That's regardless, because that was like the persons
they had, they don't get a choice.

Speaker 3 (29:49):
It's just I feel like when the X Men is introduced, Uh,
this is my theory, x Men is introduced, the stuff
that happened in X Men ninety seven is just like
we already know that happened.

Speaker 2 (29:58):
This is them from that.

Speaker 5 (30:00):
I disagree.

Speaker 1 (30:01):
I don't.

Speaker 5 (30:01):
I don't think they're gonna pay X Men ninety seven
in the Marvels and the new Marvel x Men at all.

Speaker 2 (30:05):
I think it's gonna be separate. Yeah, I know, it's
gonna be separate, but you're saying inspired by it.

Speaker 1 (30:11):
I wouldn't even say, you know how, It's like they
do them random knize like in my doctors strains when
they just mentioned.

Speaker 2 (30:17):
They said the they're gonna do some ship like that,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (30:22):
They ain't gonna just like have the X Men ninety
seven people in it that they might bring up like hey,
there's another universe and might randomly show them niggas or
some ship.

Speaker 2 (30:32):
You know what I mean. Just let y'all know X
Man fan, Yeah, we separate from Marvel fans.

Speaker 5 (30:37):
Just let y'all know, do not expect the same the
same level of writing and stuff when you when you
go see that where X Men goes to Marvel, and
don't expect them.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
You know, they gonna dumb it down for Marvel fans.

Speaker 4 (30:48):
I think that's unfortunately they do it every time.

Speaker 5 (30:51):
They're gonna keep doing it. Don't get your hopes of
I'm just letting you know. When you get in the
booth theater and professors ain't using the same words, you
know why, man, you'll know why?

Speaker 2 (30:59):
Man. You know right now, they dumb it down.

Speaker 5 (31:02):
Everything, dumbed everything everything X Men related is dumbed down
when it go through real when they get the real
Marvel movies, like even the old X Men ninety nine,
two thousand and all that stuff, it's not as bad
as it's not as bad as the newer X Men movies,
but they dumbed the whole bunch of that stuff down too.
And then they then they nerved everybody in that. That's
why they cut so much ship out. That's what just

(31:23):
they nerved everybody. That's what made me the worst.

Speaker 2 (31:26):
Marvel Disney is nerfing people and bringing nah. That's the
sad part that was Fox. You know what I'm saying,
that's still textbook Marvel Disney is nerving things. They're gonna nerve.

Speaker 5 (31:38):
That's the only way they can have conflict because they
can't think of no new ideas, so they just have
to make those heroes weaker.

Speaker 1 (31:42):
They don't know how to make op character stories.

Speaker 5 (31:47):
You don't have to make the you don't have to
make the heroes. We could just pick Bella villains I
don't understand. Just pick better villains.

Speaker 2 (31:53):
That's how you got this.

Speaker 3 (31:54):
I think that's an issue with superhero genre in general,
not being able to put the o P people on
screen because I don't know Man they struggled with, they
struggled with Superman. Man still did a good job. Oh no,
two Man.

Speaker 5 (32:08):
Two Man did a great job back back in the seventies.

Speaker 2 (32:11):
I'm talking about.

Speaker 5 (32:11):
That was the greatness. You failed the stripe. He had
actual good villains in the movies we're talking about now
now even Batman. Even Batman feeling invinsible and that's dumb
because he's a human. It should be some threat of
Batman losing his life sometime and never feel that way.
From to me, it's it's kind of whack man. I

(32:32):
like my superhorls to be on the stripe and they
do a better job in comings and stuff, and when
they picked the buildings and all that stuff, we're gonna
get the same three recycled villains and X Man that
we're doing all the other stuff.

Speaker 2 (32:41):
It's gonna be the same.

Speaker 1 (32:43):
They'll get an op nigga and then nerve from really
hard and then kill his ass yep, or make him stupid,
like all right, we can't get ship. We all know
how that ship happened. But it's like y'all made him
a man's feeling when this.

Speaker 2 (32:57):
Ain't no way to worry man, there came ain't nowhere,
you know, you see what I mean?

Speaker 1 (33:01):
Like I did not be liking this ship, like think
no ship was probably the only one that they actually did.

Speaker 5 (33:07):
Good, you know what I mean, because it took the
whole universe to take down dan That made sense.

Speaker 2 (33:11):
Man, that then know how the.

Speaker 1 (33:13):
World build to make everybody end up hating this niggas
And I'll still.

Speaker 4 (33:17):
Be they didn't even right right, well, I think the
problem the problem with like MCU movies is they they'll
use villains for one movie. True, Like the difference with
the difference with Danos was we had we had time
with him over multiple movies, even if he was just
like an off screen threat. You hear about him, you

(33:38):
kind of see him sometimes, but they had time to
build it. And now now it feels like they don't
take that time anymore. And also it's on it's kind
of on the fans too, because then they'll complain like,
you know, they had no finality. They why why wasn't
this concluded properly or you know whatever, and so it
almost feels like studios get pressured into wasting villains constantly,

(34:00):
like even with Thor Love and Thunder, I wanted to
see more of God, but yeah, I wanted to see
one of that.

Speaker 2 (34:09):
He would he would have been a three movie nigga.

Speaker 4 (34:12):
And they one movie him and they gave him so
little exposition and that's that's that's.

Speaker 2 (34:18):
Bail.

Speaker 4 (34:19):
Yeah, and he killed me. It was the best part
of that movie, honestly, Like y'all, y'all get.

Speaker 5 (34:26):
So dumb, you're you're Christian was talking about like he
got too involved in and improvised and then doing improv
and stuff like I knew was wrong because that.

Speaker 2 (34:37):
Man.

Speaker 4 (34:40):
I really liked this series just to kind of wrap up,
and I I can't recommend it enough. And I really
feel like a bar has been set here, and I
know unless they do something crazy, the m C is
not gonna reach that bar. That kind of sucks, honestly,
and I think.

Speaker 3 (34:59):
They just really need to listen and pettish to what
X Men ninety seven did for the because because remember,
we was all talking about superhero not us, but people
talking about superhero fatigue, were trying to superhero stuff this
and that other.

Speaker 2 (35:12):
The X Men ninety seven came out killed all that shit.
Nobody said none of that.

Speaker 1 (35:16):
Like I'm still tired, but when it's really good ship.
We don't complain.

Speaker 5 (35:21):
Superhero stuff been in me just as I was a child,
and I stop watching it.

Speaker 1 (35:25):
It's just like this era like superheroes and how they're trying.
It's just like it don't make sense, and they y'all
try to change too much, and it's like it fucked
me up a little bit. I gets y'all want to
make it a cinematic university ship, but it's like, y'all Disney,
y'all got too much money to be sucking up like
this type shit because y'all can make half of these.
Y'all did Civil War and then Finishing War, same ship.

Speaker 2 (35:46):
Yeah, y'all used all y'all money for that.

Speaker 5 (35:48):
Hey, I love the phinny War and Endgame, but that
was that was dumb down too.

Speaker 2 (35:53):
That was the.

Speaker 1 (35:56):
The fact that Adam Warlock was not They brought this
diick and for going into the Gallaxy when this nigga
was the whole, Like when they Infinity the ship ended,
he was a nigga with the gun. It's just it's
just too many, Like they they're like just like they
got a road map and ship, but then it's like
it'll be like y'all ain't got the rights, and certain
people say y'all got to do it like this and ship,

(36:17):
but then y'all want to bring the person in later,
and it don't make sense at times.

Speaker 5 (36:21):
I don't know it's all right, full repors up. Give
X men ninety seven a raiding examer. That's a nine
for me, trade Tony.

Speaker 4 (36:29):
I don't go to ten. I don't have any graphs
with that sho at all.

Speaker 2 (36:33):
I gave the point way because they fired both the male.

Speaker 4 (36:37):
Yeah, I can see that.

Speaker 2 (36:37):
That's certain thing.

Speaker 5 (36:38):
I about to say, you know, Beth, that's why y'all
got y'all fired both the male and another. I have
one small, small, small problem I had with him so far,
was that the is that the Jubilee episode, I don't care.

Speaker 2 (37:00):
Nobody say.

Speaker 5 (37:01):
I know a lot of people liked it, but I
don't care.

Speaker 2 (37:03):
It was trash.

Speaker 5 (37:03):
So other than that with it man all of Themselves
was a masterpiece, though I love that other episodes for
that dubially episode, the Field episode.

Speaker 2 (37:11):
So I got a question for you. I've been seeing
this a lot on Twitter.

Speaker 3 (37:14):
Do you say they should revive any of the other
ninetiesh Because I've been seeing people talk about the Spider
Man one.

Speaker 2 (37:20):
Do you think they should revive any of the other
nineties they can't.

Speaker 5 (37:23):
Spider Man not the same as X Man.

Speaker 2 (37:26):
Me. Yeah, but that Spider Man show from the nineties
had some serious stuff in it that was not Jean
a lot. It's not it's not X Men level.

Speaker 5 (37:35):
The dialogue, it's not the same to me, like, it'll
be more, it'll be more shifted towards kids that Spider
Man because dialogue and Spider Man and stuff it was.
It was more kid based nimes.

Speaker 2 (37:47):
But yeah, that was that was y'all gotta go back
and rewatch it. It was pretty much more serious. Watch it.
I just want no dialogue. It was not dialogue.

Speaker 5 (37:55):
Like, listen to the way. It's the way they talk
about X X Men. Listen, go wat spider Man, Spider
Man that I'm talking about. Kids can understand the Spider
Man show when I was when I was looking at me. Yeah,
when I look at the X Man back in the day,
I could understand half something that was happened. When I
was a child, I didn't understand what they were talking
about halftime that's like, oh yeah, oh that's what they

(38:17):
meant that.

Speaker 2 (38:18):
So that's that's my that's my only thing. But it'd
be probably enjoyed.

Speaker 5 (38:22):
Uh, I'm saying I seen Cloak and down day bopping
back to the show that they had the TV show.

Speaker 2 (38:27):
It was so good. Yeah, I'm saying, sound.

Speaker 3 (38:31):
Can we talk about how they wasted, like how they
just givet with like that one and the other show
they had Runaways it was towag actually like they deserved
the second season that was meant for me, Runaways deserve
that was mine is mixed Runaways.

Speaker 2 (38:52):
It was it was wrapped up nicely. What mean?

Speaker 5 (38:54):
It was solid just coming.

Speaker 2 (38:57):
Wasn't it long? Though? So you can't really do that
much with the Runaways coming with that long? I don't,
but the show was good.

Speaker 3 (39:02):
They could have did I wish they wouldn't have, Just
like there's a lot of stuff on Acid the Runaways
that I was mad about and did.

Speaker 5 (39:08):
They tried to hold on Alex as long as they could.

Speaker 2 (39:11):
They try to.

Speaker 5 (39:13):
Be gone after the first seat.

Speaker 2 (39:14):
They tried to hold on Tip as long as they could. Man, Yeah,
just a little bit. Is he the best part of
the Runaways? I'm just being honest. All right, let's see though.

Speaker 3 (39:22):
Well, we gotta go to a quick break, but when
we come back Dre's gaming corner after this and we
are back, So, Dre, you recently finished Stellar Braid, got
a review for us, but you got brow.

Speaker 1 (39:36):
Hell yeah, you know I'll be doing them Stellar Braids,
and Snack said, but now the other day, as y'all know,
this the game we was talking about with like really
good jiggle physics, and everybody in refrigerated bitchiness was mad
because the main character was a bad bitch. But I finally,
you know, went through a rand the entire game, and
it's like Jesus Christ, this game is a little key

(39:56):
golded like on some PS five and schl some shit
like this is the type of shit I expect. I was,
I was seven five, we on a two week streak
at the final Fantasy sixteen I have on Stellar Blade.
Game is like I was saying, it's like futuristic anime
Devil May Cry. That's kind of the bits way I
can kind of explain it. But the story, like finally
actually getting like through it all, it's one of them

(40:19):
you're gonna be confused, but it's like you playing as
Eve so and it's like basically, okay, how can I
explain it? Like without doing not because I don't want
to spoil ship at all, because I really want people
to go and play that game because it's really a
good ass game.

Speaker 2 (40:32):
But basically, there was a war popped off on Earth
type shit.

Speaker 1 (40:36):
It's it's basically it Scott it, it's alien computer shit
going on type shit. So Eve got sent down and
that's her realizing like why she actually got sent to
Earth to try to help people, So Fischer like, you
get set down to Earth for a mission, but then
you see how.

Speaker 2 (40:51):
Shit going on Earth, and she has the moment of
like why am I here? Type shit? Like am I
really down here to do the right job?

Speaker 1 (40:59):
And then you can just go down the rabbit hole
of super styleized cinematic anime fights and just a good
storyline with good dialogue and how everything's just explained because
it's like you people telling you what's going on, but
then you gotta read. It's one of that, you gotta
read what's really going on. And the twist at the
end the fight before that, you kind of it clicked,

(41:19):
but the way they kind of just hide all the
info and shit till the end fucking goaded. And when
you finally go to space that's some of the most
beautiful shit I've ever seen, like anime wise, and you
know how like Japan, like you know how like we
look at angels, but then you know it's like the
classical angel, like with the helloweens and the eyes and shit,
it gets really religious type shit in this game on

(41:42):
some secret like it ain't like just overtly religious, but
when you just looking at how everything played out, it's like,
damn this shit get religious as fucked then you are
niggas literally call you an angel.

Speaker 2 (41:52):
But overall, like I get, I'm giving it a nine
out of ten.

Speaker 1 (41:56):
Because this storyline in the game play was addictive as
hell and in a week it's one of them. I
don't want to call it like a Solo's boring game,
but it's like the gameplay of it is one of them.
You're gonna die a lot, but once you figure out
the actual like system, what's the satisfaction of you getting
a win is just so god it's greatness.

Speaker 2 (42:16):
Like that's like it's like I ain't really just had
that type of nutgeting bust.

Speaker 1 (42:22):
On the game since I played, since I played like
elden Ring when I started, when I actually got good
at Elden Ring, and I love games like that that
makes you like be challenges, just though, make sure y'all
go get Stella play like it is goaded. I didn't,
I didn't. I beat it in forty six hours and
that was me with all the size. And there's definitely

(42:43):
gonna be a two. I'm not spoiling ship, but there
has to be a two. But make sure y'all take
out stuff play if you gotta PlayStation. Like I know,
it ain't really much new, it ain't really just like
new new ship out right now, but if you need,
if you just need a great story and some like
challenging gameplay. Stellar Blade is it right now? Like do
that one that's like the that's like the challenging game

(43:05):
of the summer right now. Tell theather reen ds.

Speaker 2 (43:08):
I give it that.

Speaker 4 (43:09):
I can't wait for that.

Speaker 2 (43:11):
Yeah, right boy, you and me both.

Speaker 1 (43:13):
I got a pre orders already, but that's all I
got for so make sure y'all gonn check that out.

Speaker 2 (43:18):
It's motive just jiggle physics, y'all.

Speaker 1 (43:20):
The jiggle physics are jiggling though, because once you get
that proto type angel suit.

Speaker 2 (43:25):
Niggas nigga.

Speaker 1 (43:30):
I beat the game in that bitch. I'm like, no,
we said we get we we sexy for the rest
of the game, nigga. But yeah, this is just like,
you know, not all perm shit, a sign just a
really good guy. But the fans servicing that bitiously, that's all.

Speaker 2 (43:46):
What about the Assassin's Creed?

Speaker 4 (43:48):
All right?

Speaker 1 (43:49):
So if y'all didn't know, we finally got the preview
for Assassin's Creed the next Assassin Creed with the Shadows. Basically,
we finally got the Japanese samurai injoa assessis Creed that
we've all been waiting both for like fifteen years. And
there's a lot of just like nonsense and ignorance going
on in the internet right now because a lot of

(44:09):
people don't know what the fuck they talking about in
Japanese history. Oh and just like as a black person,
y'all a while, and because it's like y'all be going
hard to tell for some shit y'all don't even play,
so y'all be trying to argue with people without knowing
what the fuck y'all talking about, Like this shit has
just been discord say shit, but I want to say
this is like just starting off, like y'all doing all

(44:30):
this shit about y'all skating shit, But where in the
fuck where y'all during Assassin's Creed Liberation. I forgot my
nigga name from Haiti. Now you know the black dude
that was on Assassin's Creed three with Connor and shit,
he got his own goddamn game. Nobody said, shit, we
got Assassin's Creed Liberation with a black woman from goddamn
knowledge selling the Haiti catching bodies and shit, where the

(44:53):
fuck was y'all lift for it? And then it's just
like and then like, let's just.

Speaker 2 (44:57):
Go even harder.

Speaker 1 (44:58):
Where the fuck was ever all all niggas for Assassin's
Creed origins when we literally went to Africa and founded
the Assassin Order for niggas that didn't play any other
fucking Assassin's Creed going a bitch in origin. That's literally
the point of sas Creed origin. You're a black man
which a black wife, avenging your son and found in

(45:21):
the Assassin's brotherhood, so right now to it. So we
got dumb black people just kind of arguing because you
know they're gonna defend like anything that's black without knowing
any type of information behind it. Uh, there white people
are trying to be white safists and arguing about it still,
which never I never understood why white people always be
trying to find black black and like what it is

(45:43):
minorities and shit when it comes to like this, So
you just want to look cool, You just want to
look cool for us type shit. You're not getting in it,
You're not getting invited to the cookout and its Asians
are split right now because niggas been won a Japanese
assassin's creed.

Speaker 2 (45:59):
But it just looks real, just like that. What was
the word you used, Tony, No, No, it was it
was I'm trying to figure out.

Speaker 4 (46:12):
I don't remember saying the word.

Speaker 1 (46:14):
No, I forgot it was like using yas k for
assassin's creed in Japan. That vers not that divisive, divisive
device And see that's my ship about it type kind
of it's like one of those like Ubi something New,
what the fuck they were doing with this type ship?
I feel like they kind of also did this ship
because they knew people was gonna go, Uh.

Speaker 3 (46:36):
What's gonna happen and it's gonna make the game more
popular and y'all, now, y'all, y'all just making people argue
for no reason.

Speaker 1 (46:42):
Type was like business was smart as hell, but then
it's like y'all really got people just being really just
stupid right now, And then I can hit me with
the yask fast because this is one of the other
main points. We just gotta like we like how we
were talking about earlier, but like Yak and people are
trying to be like Yaska is the Sa Ryan Ship,
but it's like how we were just researching.

Speaker 4 (47:03):
Before we do that. I want to say, like, I
feel like the only issue, at least in my eyes,
is that I would I don't care that Yaks in
the game, I fucking Leonardo la Vinci is in the
other games. You know what I'm saying, Like you can
have historical figures, that's cool, but I think it to
makes sense if you're going to have you know, if

(47:24):
you if you want to keep going to have your
characters from their own point of origin and you have
a male and female. Wasn't the point supposed to be
like you could play as that character and it wouldn't
matter if you're male or female because you were still
technically that character.

Speaker 1 (47:39):
And at night when they changed it, because with Syndicate,
it was you know, it was twins and you know
the brother.

Speaker 4 (47:46):
Yeah, I remember that.

Speaker 2 (47:47):
It was the buff whooping.

Speaker 1 (47:48):
Everybody is person and then you know the system was
a stealthy win.

Speaker 2 (47:52):
They should have just took out. That's the last test
screen I ever played Syndicate.

Speaker 3 (47:56):
They should have just took out and put Mulan as
the man.

Speaker 4 (48:04):
Also, they do have a few Japanese female I think. Yeah,
the outrage is that they don't have a Japanese male
as the counter like the second protagonist, because.

Speaker 1 (48:15):
It's one of the you know, it says it's creative,
they're gonna do it. They you know, they usually stick
saying if it's here, we're gonna do a person officion.
It's like one of y'all kind of reverse yall inclusion
ship with this one.

Speaker 5 (48:25):
We have the before we move on, Dre won the
h How about say we've got some of the facts.
This is uh trade from uh Kinaru Tiba. He won
the He's a political science and economics UH graduate from
uh wasa university.

Speaker 2 (48:40):
So you find fans in Japanese nigger, Yeah, I found
That's why I went.

Speaker 5 (48:44):
I went to look for Japanese people, Japanese educators actually, Okay,
uh he understands y'all as a real life person noted
in both European and Japanese records who came to Japan
as a slave servant of the Jesuit expedition.

Speaker 2 (48:59):
I have uh.

Speaker 5 (49:01):
He sees the story of yak more as many allegories
legends about famous the famous Uh No No Nobnaga odors
out of the box, down to earth and somewhat positive
way of thinking that transcended many people in and out
of depending.

Speaker 2 (49:18):
In the mid sixteenth century, Nobunaga denied uh denied.

Speaker 5 (49:22):
The superstitious spirit and respect to religion and religiousness religious institutions.

Speaker 2 (49:28):
He was against theocracy.

Speaker 5 (49:30):
He burnt down headquarters of of the sect of Buddhism,
knowing his Samurai subortinists complaint that he might result in
the uh that it might result in the viral retribution.
Legend says no but Naga first Uh first interacted with
y'all Ska because of the color of his skin.

Speaker 2 (49:48):
He thought he was painted dud.

Speaker 1 (49:50):
They tried to wipe his heads off as ship like, oh,
this is damn it's not paint.

Speaker 5 (49:55):
He ordered his service to scrub him down. Y'all skin
stayed the same after the after this simple experiment, he
believed that his natural skin color was black and that
he was was. He was no show peace, he was
no show piece. Only after seeing Nobnaga's favorite wrestlers beating
up by Yask did he believe the Jesuit. Nobnaga confirmed

(50:16):
that Yask was highly intelligent and will manner hires Yaske
is a full fish summary bodyguard, not a slave or
a servant. Uh imagine a feudal leader who was never
who has never met or even heard about Africa and
the people of Africa. The most probable case was be
surprised and warned the fear. His hiring up the slave

(50:36):
servant of totally unknown races as full fledged bodyguard is
surprising at a time when premier was not exactly the
central criteria. Nobnaga was the first law war lord to
introduce the standing army. That what I was saying, sam
Rider and stuff that actually didn't didn't didn't really exist
before this.

Speaker 2 (50:55):
That's why, Yeah, they were.

Speaker 1 (50:58):
Just you can say war Yeah, here's a great warriors
was like when it comes to y'all, just trying to
make them sense like that.

Speaker 3 (51:05):
And when they put a black character up and they
got black people just blindly defended. They're using you guys
for this, That's what they're using you for for clicks,
for engagement, to argue about it and talk about it
and make the game more proper.

Speaker 2 (51:17):
That's all. This is nobody. I still play the game.
I don't know if nobody really cares, like, still play
the game if you want to, no matter when to that.

Speaker 4 (51:25):
Don't support that one hundred and thirty game.

Speaker 2 (51:27):
Okay dollars, Well, ship, I'm not buying the Deluxe. I
don't even care about y'all. Can't no more dollars. That
was the one I didn't want to talk about. But ship,
you said, we're talking about the best of the ship.
They try to hunt game before we move on to

(51:50):
before we meet, before we move on to elis going.

Speaker 5 (51:52):
I'm just let y'all know, y'all get scammed by you
off anyway.

Speaker 2 (51:54):
That's all they do is scam. That's why all that
is happening, because they trying to hide the game is.

Speaker 1 (52:00):
Thirty like over all type shit like like that is
my other ship. Just about this is like, bro, let's
just start right here. You've been so offens from France.
This ain't even like them because they for France, you
gotta think they don't even be knowing the hell.

Speaker 2 (52:15):
They talking about their time type ship.

Speaker 1 (52:17):
Look at the I g and niggas they got on
that they fucked up and.

Speaker 2 (52:21):
Ship like friends.

Speaker 5 (52:21):
I don't know they studios and friends, got some baddies
out there though, even though they don't shave, they do
got baddies.

Speaker 2 (52:28):
They don't shave, they don't bathe. Well, so I'm not
because like that's.

Speaker 1 (52:33):
One of I can say, like French, like France do
got like some.

Speaker 2 (52:37):
Like heavy hitting games, studios and ship.

Speaker 1 (52:40):
But it's like when of them, you know how, It's
like over here we got like super wold people and
ship like over there is kind of worst.

Speaker 3 (52:46):
Now that you told me the prices this game, I
don't even care. I'm starting to see now people are
gonna be empty to fucking buy it because they've been
arguing about it. Is like, let me just go ahead
and get I don't care a price.

Speaker 2 (52:57):
You want to know.

Speaker 1 (52:58):
It's some game and ship that always piss me off,
no matter what minority it is type ship, like I'm
gonna use this and every time it's.

Speaker 2 (53:06):
A fucking game like and it's like a black main character.
I hate niggas be like, oh ship the main character black.
Oh y'all got about this now?

Speaker 1 (53:14):
So the only fucking reason you find a bottle damn
game is because like the person black, that's kind of
cringe to me, touched.

Speaker 5 (53:22):
And it's still rich white folks at the top getting
all the money, like you said, is in France, rich
white people.

Speaker 2 (53:31):
We still fail for.

Speaker 4 (53:34):
For for clarity because the base game with nothing at all,
is seventy dollars.

Speaker 2 (53:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (53:42):
The next year after that, which is three days early access,
which is so so dumb, so dumb.

Speaker 2 (53:49):
Wait, so so the base pre order don't get three days? No,
can you play the sat on PC? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (53:56):
Yeah, So the next one after that is a one
hundred and nine.

Speaker 3 (54:00):
Dollars See, this is what Okay, he's always distracting usaku.

Speaker 1 (54:07):
I do, like, you know, just just go back and
run like Origines out of seeing Valhalla.

Speaker 2 (54:13):
But I have to play the other ones to play
this one. No, I don't want to. Nah, if you
stop this not because that's the next that's the new trilogy.

Speaker 1 (54:21):
Yeah, if like, if you miss like anything after Syndicate,
you just start on Origes t Ship.

Speaker 2 (54:27):
Which one ogs came after Syndicate.

Speaker 1 (54:30):
Yeah, that's the one with Baya. That's when they went
to Africa. You know they started the new ship off
in Africa.

Speaker 2 (54:35):
Type ship.

Speaker 5 (54:35):
I played a little Valhalla. I played a little bit
of that.

Speaker 1 (54:38):
It's ship, don't ship, don't start hitting until the end,
like historical little wise when it like when it makes
sense and ships like now honestly fucked long but like
historically that's why I'd be like that ship was accurate.
Like you know, they got the random so you know
it's gonna always be like main battles and ship like historically.

Speaker 5 (54:57):
Oh, that that's one part of our team. When my
brothers and I, like they did try to change that
come to Peddo Police Award.

Speaker 2 (55:03):
That made me mad.

Speaker 1 (55:04):
I got mady change matter of fact, No, you got
a choice. You got a choice, yeah, shp, like you
we know what happens historically accurate. Like if you just
do the historically accurate shit, then you still go that way.
It don't really change much of ship type ship.

Speaker 5 (55:23):
All right, Time for the Bring Back Elive Corner everybody's
favorite segment, and got a quick little list about since
we was talking about the X Man, things that the
Marvel Cinematic Universe can take from X Men ninety seven
to make it a better movie, all of it.

Speaker 2 (55:38):
And I like this man, I like I like this
list I like where they went with the listen.

Speaker 5 (55:41):
This listen is by Kotaku Kai Yung Kai Yung. Okay, First,
I agree with this one right away. What Reen doesn't
need to be the X Man's main character. I don't
know where they came from out that's all because he
never was, just the movies. Just everything's got to be
Wolverine sentience since the movies came out.

Speaker 2 (56:02):
I don't know why. Man, everybody knows Wolverine, so we
gotta use Wolverine. True, Where did it? How do you
get so popular? And I don't remember happening? Was it
the movies? That's when the first origins?

Speaker 3 (56:17):
No, no, no, don't talking about the not the fucking
movie the leather leather, motherfucking ship and.

Speaker 2 (56:25):
That was the two thousand. Yeah, that's what because Hugh
Jackman killed that role and everybody loved it, so they
wanted like.

Speaker 1 (56:31):
Wolverine was always like it was like you're thinking the
X Man, which is like like roll best Wolverine, Cyclops
and Jean Great type shit.

Speaker 2 (56:40):
I'm like the most like the top five, niggas gonna think.

Speaker 5 (56:43):
Of type all right, you know, Lemna, smaller episodic stories
work perfectly for the X Man team.

Speaker 2 (56:51):
I agree with this so too.

Speaker 5 (56:52):
Marve Studios can utilize this technique when bringing the X
Man to live actually, though this will be more.

Speaker 2 (56:57):
Difficult in a future film Man.

Speaker 5 (57:00):
There has been speculations that the mc U S Phase
seven could focus entirely on mutants and the X Man,
which which suggests mutant focused Disney Plus shows could connect
the X Man's appearance in feature films, providing the perfect
opportunity for these smaller stories to be told.

Speaker 1 (57:15):
Captain Marvel and Muting. Now, apparently, what's your mutant in
the coming out.

Speaker 2 (57:21):
Ship? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (57:23):
Saying cosmic powers from the fans, and then they made
her muting.

Speaker 2 (57:26):
I still I gotta read how they changed that ship.

Speaker 1 (57:29):
But she is a mutant now? Apparently, who is Captain Marvel?
I mean that Captain Marvel, Miss Marvel Marven when they
was on the moon.

Speaker 5 (57:39):
Other than talk about albums when I tracked Marvin Marvin
needs a focus on the X Men's family dynamic. Uh
number seven, Mississ Sinister needs to finally be adapted into
live action. I grew that I always wanted to see
Mississimion love Action Man, one of the X Man gratis.

Speaker 1 (57:57):
And shoots help teased them and he under vision other people. Yeah,
you know, he dealt with a lot of other niggas too,
so that didn't work.

Speaker 5 (58:05):
Number six, This will be like number one on my
lists mc us X Man shouldn't rush to tell major storyline.

Speaker 2 (58:10):
They do that all the time in the X Man movies.

Speaker 5 (58:12):
And the Dark Phoenix out of Nowhere? What why it
was building up a good story? Why you gotta throw
with Dark Phoenix, rush Dark Phoenix.

Speaker 4 (58:21):
Yeah, that's what we're talking about earlier too, with how
they rushed villains and stuff.

Speaker 2 (58:25):
Yeah, shouldn't have happened that quick.

Speaker 5 (58:28):
Yeah, they came out of nowhere, came that was out
of nowhere, that was out of Jean was throw enough
to beat him out of nowhere.

Speaker 1 (58:34):
That happened just when that's when Fox knew they was
towards the end of this ship.

Speaker 5 (58:39):
Yeah, this number five. Every X Man member deserves to
show the powers fully, yes Man. One of the benefitboy
need to get their shigne. One of the benefits of
sidelining powerful characters such as specially X and Wolverine is
that X Man ninety seven was able to showcase other
heroes powers more than any previous X Man adaptation. This
is something that Marvel Studio must copy, as it was fantastic.

(59:01):
Side Clops use his lasers, the safe, the land on
the ground, throw the turn the desert into glass Jubilee,
battle bashes with fireworks, and Gamma explode the Simaler using
his gift. But it would be it would it would
be even more impactful to see similar moments to these
in live action.

Speaker 4 (59:17):
I agree with that seeing Storm turn the desert to
glass Man that was really cool.

Speaker 1 (59:23):
That was hard, and that'd be a nice way to
like even niggas in the m CU just let morph
just transform into everybody know they can't use it right now?

Speaker 2 (59:34):
Yeah, that is be five.

Speaker 1 (59:37):
Black Office say Black Widow rand to come back out
of nowhere, but it's more.

Speaker 2 (59:42):
Black Widow.

Speaker 5 (59:44):
What a horrible movie. Number four, this one. I don't
care about my m c U viewers love East eggs
and callbacks. Most of your m c U m c
U viewers are casuals that they don't even understand. They
don't even catch the call backs. Sh I don't agree
with you, so I don't agree with this would be like,
why don't help me back then this?

Speaker 2 (01:00:04):
You ain't even this Number.

Speaker 5 (01:00:05):
Three, The X Men most terrified villain is human Time.
While X Men ninety s have a pitted the X
Men team to get something of the all tho's most
iconic villains villains such as Miss Sinister Bashing and the
Sentinels and the Godling Queen, among others, Humanity.

Speaker 2 (01:00:20):
Is still the team's greatest threat.

Speaker 6 (01:00:21):
I agree with that, and that'd be hard to like,
you know how it's like we all we all know
it was like the superhero niggas in the ms CEU,
but like they don't really give enough to like, you know,
the niggas that's working with Shield and then the government
and shit.

Speaker 1 (01:00:35):
Yeah, that'd be a good shine for them to on
some shit, you know what I mean, Like they trying to,
you know, fight for the e quaps being ship. Then
you just have random niggas from Iron Man popping back
up pepper Pots trying to help these niggas and niggas
are trying to fuck them over and ship, you know
what I mean. Get it'd be nice on some little government.

Speaker 5 (01:00:53):
ESTI and ze ship number two.

Speaker 2 (01:00:55):
You gotta actually go to like the un and ship
talk to niggas yep, like Magneto.

Speaker 5 (01:01:00):
The m c u S X Men can be coming accurate.
Twenty sixth century Fox X Men franchise failed to ever
really give us its mutants here heroes, coming accurate upgrades
cool true, true that Fox that was not coming accurate all.

Speaker 2 (01:01:15):
Ship was like they I feel like that's what X
Men and Evolution got that ship brou that's what I think.
That was just lingering attitude era of stuff.

Speaker 5 (01:01:24):
This ultimately became one of the biggest criticisms of of
the franchise. X Men ninety seven changed this completely, bring
coming accurate depictures of the X Men to light and
gifting the team members several different iterations of coming accurate
costume the serious. Huge success has proven that virs would
be receptive to this and love Actually m c U

(01:01:44):
so Marvels Studios shouldn't be afraid to make the X
Men team more faithful to the Marvel coming. I think
they just they thought it would be goofy, right, because
the attitude era. They thought it would be goofy if
they was a yellow Spanix and all that.

Speaker 2 (01:01:54):
Yeah, that's that's what that's they were trying to be
edgy and ship. That's what it made.

Speaker 3 (01:01:59):
They made that that hint about it in the movie
because like Blue and Yellow spent it like they that's
what they going with is look terrible and ship like
it's lost of going to it stupid politics.

Speaker 1 (01:02:09):
But after we that's our Wolverine, a huge thatmen pop
out with the Blue and Yellow.

Speaker 3 (01:02:14):
It's doable because people been saying all the time, like, oh,
it would look right on live action.

Speaker 2 (01:02:20):
What the fuck is that's the only wolf Rune we know?
That's not just don't know how.

Speaker 1 (01:02:24):
Niggas ain't fashion designers. They don't know how to make
a superhero fit.

Speaker 2 (01:02:27):
No cakes. Number one.

Speaker 5 (01:02:29):
I agree with this one most of all. I think
Marvel does a Harvard job at this. Marvel should be
scared to kill off main h man characters meaningfully, meaningfully,
so they have to have meaning behind their death.

Speaker 2 (01:02:40):
They Marve do that weird bringing.

Speaker 1 (01:02:42):
Nigga because you know how to be in Marvel. Nobody's
ever truly dead in Marvel. But when niggas die them
bitch just here.

Speaker 5 (01:02:49):
Marven Studios has set them killed off main characters, though
it has proven effective when the likes of Iron man
Black Widow Kamorrow and Steve Rodgers Captain America have left.

Speaker 2 (01:02:59):
Them m c U. That's right.

Speaker 3 (01:03:01):
See, And this is my thing, This is my issue
with the Steve Rogers thing. Thet they just saying he
did They didn't. It didn't show nothing nothing.

Speaker 5 (01:03:10):
Remember, Yeah, but he's still he obviously died, got ship,
got old and died.

Speaker 2 (01:03:18):
But okay, that's my that's my break. Go ahead, And
how would they bring this nigga back though?

Speaker 1 (01:03:23):
Captain America trying? Because didn't he die in Silvil War.

Speaker 5 (01:03:28):
If they do that, he died a whole bunch of time.
They do that, they doing the they're doing it wrong.

Speaker 1 (01:03:31):
Man.

Speaker 5 (01:03:32):
It's like the comic Why you just can't do the
comic stuff, man, I don't understand.

Speaker 2 (01:03:39):
Why.

Speaker 5 (01:03:40):
It's because just just just do the do Falcon right
like he was in the comics and making Captain America
Like it wasn't comic the right way.

Speaker 2 (01:03:48):
I don't.

Speaker 3 (01:03:49):
That's not a hologram yet not Yeah, it's still it's
because I forgot what I was gonna say.

Speaker 2 (01:03:55):
Never mind.

Speaker 5 (01:03:56):
While it doesn't make sense for too many main characters
to be your Dolph, meaningfully, deaths can enhance the power
of poignancy of certain moments.

Speaker 2 (01:04:05):
This will prove it in X ninety seven, particularly for
the death of X Men member Gambit the episode five.
Remember Gambits.
