we wade through transformation to peel back healing and reveal
what it actually looks like and sounds like in real time.
Each week, I sit down with people who lived through harm,
carried silence, and are now reshaping the systems that failed us.

We're going to talk about the adultification of black girls,
mothering is resistance and the tools we use for healing.
You'll hear from Intimacy coordinator jimminyque Eburne, founder of the
hashtag Sexual Assault Africa movement, and liberation parenting pioneer Tream
and Green.

It's a world where black women, girls could possibly like
sleep with our doors unlocked, all those things that we
do to try to keep ourselves safe, we wouldn't have
to do that.
