Speaker 1 (00:00):
Folks, I am back at the Way concept presented it
by the Ring, and I am back in the United
States after a long flight from London and a great
night over at the Fatal Fury Chris you Bank Junior
and Connor bencarb We're going straight from that banger to
another one this week, Ryan Garcia, Roly Romero, Jose Ramirez,

(00:21):
Devin Haney, an Tiafimo Lopez.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Versus Arnold Barbosa, The Big Three.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
It goes down in Times Square, right here in the
Big Apple, the city that never sleeps in Quite frankly,
I don't think I'm gonna be getting any sleep in
my own because I got a lot to do. I'll
be seeing you guys throughout fight week from the Grand
Arrivals through the Way, and you guys are gonna see me,
but I may be doing to watch party.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
We're still trying to figure that part out.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
Stay tuned regardless, make sure you buy the fights using
my code in the description below, and while you're there,
don't miss out on the Canelo versus William sCOD That
is a bad Nigel Bin impression. That fight is going
down the day after the Big Three. But today we
have our first I think of a couple face to
faces of the week, and it is with the headliners,

(01:02):
Ryan Garcia Roly Romero. And usually this would be Ryan's
showcase to shine. If we remember back in the promo
and the build up for the Devon Hainy fight, the
face to face that wasn't really a face to face,
Ryan did a really good job and he trolled d
hell out of Devin Haiti. But I have a feeling
sitting in with Roly Romero is where Ryan gets a

(01:22):
taste of his own medicine. The troll may be about
to get trolled. So let's take a look and see.
Are there any mental games at play here? Is anything
that's being said potentially going to affect what happens in
the ring? I usually think not, but you never know. Ryan,
coming off a long layoff, Roly got big power in
his hand. What happens in this fight we'll talk about
later in this week. But who wins the face to face?
Let's get to it now, the breakdown.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
Let's go Ryan.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
Been a year since we've seen you back in New York.
How's it feel to be back here?

Speaker 4 (01:52):
It feels good.

Speaker 5 (01:53):
It's kind of like a bittersweet moment. Because all of
the stuff that transpired after. But uh, at the end
of day, I'm just excited I did to be back
in the ring. You know, Release is a pretty good fighter,
and I think that you know, this spent a long
time coming, and you know, it could set me up
really well for the for the rematch with Haney. But
first I got to, you know, focus on Release.

Speaker 4 (02:14):
So here we are decided to be back in therea.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
Okay, calm Ryan Garcia answer. He has taken a different
approach to this fight, and honestly, he is completely shut
down all of the antics coming into this thing. And
it's a stark contrast obviously from the crash out Ryan
as he was called last year before and after his
fight with Devin Haney, and a lot of people enjoyed that, right,
and to be fair, I had my issues with it,
and I think my issues are pretty public about, you know,

(02:39):
some of the stuff that Ryan was saying and doing
on Twitter, on social media and just things that were
just quite frankly off. But there are elements of it
that were funny, right the promo itself, just the back
and forth between him and Devin, and you just couldn't
take your eyes away it was box office and then
he goes out and wins the fight and the way
he does and then afterwards telling everybody exactly what he

(02:59):
was doing and fight week drinking, smoking mushrooms whatever.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
It was just bizarre. I guess that's the best way
to describe it. Is bizarre.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
And this is more of a I wouldn't even say
call back to the old Ryan, because the younger Ryan
was very quiet, laid back, not really concerned with the
back and forth.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
But this looks more like a.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
Grown up and maybe a bit regretful over the stuff
he said and did before the Devin Haney fight last.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Year, or maybe he's just locked in.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
Maybe that's what we're seeing a Ryan Garcia that isn't
with the games, that isn't with the talking. That's gonna
go out and do better than what he did with
Devin Haney, which yeah, there was room to improve on
that fight, but he's still knocked down Devon Haney multiple times,
and I expect him to be better from that fight,
which is why I expect really to be in some
big troph After you.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
Beat Duarte, you called I saw a clip of you,
it was like three or four years ago, saying you
and Ryan would meet at one hundred and forty seven pounds,
so you kind of predicted this would happen.

Speaker 6 (03:49):
How do you feel now that it's here.

Speaker 7 (03:50):
I mean, I said it was gonna be one of
the biggest fights in the history of boxing and definitely
in the history.

Speaker 8 (03:54):
Of the United States.

Speaker 7 (03:55):
So I mean looking at this, I mean, I mean
even just looking at the card, like how stacked it is,
even when Devin and I mean, we got two four
time world champions inside.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
Of crazy car so on the undercard. That's what's crazy
to multi time world champions undisputed for Devin Hayne, even
though THEO is close and potentially, you know, he says
he has.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
A claim there.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
That's what's insane about this, that Ryan who's never won
a world championship, even though now this fight is for
the WBA Regular title at one forty seven because the
w BA has made Boots a super champion, I think
is what it was called.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
I'm not sure.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Regardless, this is for a world title and Rollies held
one before. Ryan's kind of the last of his class
to be able to hold a bell. Regardless if you
think this should be for a title or not, it
is a completely stacked card for it being three fights.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
Yeah, like this you could you couldn't really get more staff.

Speaker 5 (04:44):
You should be thanking me for the success you've had
in your career because you use me in that sparing match,
use all these use those moments.

Speaker 8 (04:51):
Don't how many followers did you have at the time?

Speaker 5 (04:54):
What are you talking About's hottest prosiperatelyort following it but
ever since and in a sion, So when I rose though,
what were you doing? Were you not bringing that back
every time? Hold up, Hold up before you talk, because
I was on the hot ride.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
You weren't.

Speaker 6 (05:07):
The Sparring video you're talking about.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
This is true, Okay, I like this.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
So they're referring to the Sparring video where where really
had some success here both guys really young, Ryan really young,
and yet Ryan did not have a ton of following
at the time of this spar But as Ryan grew
in popularity really did bring this spar up a lot more.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
And by the way, for good reason.

Speaker 1 (05:28):
And you could even see credit to at the Roly
Show on YouTube, like you can see who's benefiting from
that spar and from the I don't want to say clout,
but from the idea of what could happen if they
fought from what happened back then in that spar It's
obviously roly because Ryan has skyrocketed into superstardom. You could
argue it's probably between Ryan Ravonte, Davis Ponello even here

(05:52):
in America, and Jake Paul here in America. And people
don't like to hear me say Jake Paul, But I'm
just talking viewership. The most popular boxers right now active
in America probably those four.

Speaker 8 (06:03):
Eight years, like crazy, very long time iconic video.

Speaker 6 (06:07):
Why do you say it's an iconic video?

Speaker 5 (06:09):
Just been playing, It's been running for eight years straight.
It's like a TV show that don't want to turn off.
It's like friends, I won't stop.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
I don't even lie.

Speaker 8 (06:17):
I'm tired of watching that.

Speaker 5 (06:21):
Yeah, it's just one of those things that just never left,
you know, my career, no matter what I did, it's
just like always running that.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
Ryan has a couple of those things in his career
right until the Devin Hainey fight, And honestly, it's still
kind of going on with Devon because they're setting up
for the rematch. It's no secret that that's what his
card was scheduled. Around is the potential for Ryan and
Devin to win these fights and then go on to rematch.
It is interesting how Ryan's amateur career, not just sparring videos,

(06:49):
but before he fought Devin the first time, all it
was talked about was how Ryan and Devin were three
and three and the amateur ranks, and how it was
always competitive and Ryan was better first than Devon was
better or later, and they got to fight in the
pros one day and see and here we are, right.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
It just keeps happening.

Speaker 1 (07:04):
Whatever Ryan did, because he was such a high level
amateur back in those days, always comes back in the
proceed I love.

Speaker 6 (07:09):
When you see that video. Has it ever bothered you
over the years.

Speaker 5 (07:13):
Yeah, it's bothered me, not so much like recently, but yeah,
like when I was first coming up, like that was
everywhere and it's all the time, and it wasn't even
like something I felt that was so bad, you know,
I felt like it was just like a regular spar match.
You know, he had a couple good moments, but I
felt like I spark pretty good considering I was really

(07:34):
low on weight at the time, But.

Speaker 4 (07:38):
You know, it didn't bother me.

Speaker 5 (07:39):
And this something I always wanted to, you know, you know,
put a stake in, like I don't even want that
to even be near me, Like I'm gonna that's why
I'm here to fight him and just destroy him.

Speaker 4 (07:49):
And then nobody got to talk about that no more.

Speaker 6 (07:51):
What do you remember about that?

Speaker 2 (07:52):
Spark so interesting?

Speaker 1 (07:53):
The way he talks about the sparring session and how
it frustrates him is not the way he talked about
him and Devin the amateurs. It's clear to me that
Ryan thinks he's far better than really is. Even in
the build up with Devin Haney, Ryan thought he was better,
and he thought he was gonna beat Devann thought he
was going to knock Hi out. He always gave Devin
his respect in those amateur fights and in his his
pro career because of Devon's accolades, and I think because

(08:15):
Ryan genuinely thinks Devin Haney and he should. Devan Haney
is a high, high level boxer. I know that he's
been meaned into oblivion because of what happened on fight
night and their response to it and the lawsuit stuff
and whatever. But the reality is, Devin Haney is a
top tier, world level boxer, and it's clear that Ryan
doesn't think that about Roly, just by the agitation of
seeing that spar and how he's like, yeah, I'm just

(08:36):
gonna destroy this guy and get it over. He's not
saying this, but he's essentially saying he thinks that Rely
was just never on his level.

Speaker 8 (08:41):
I remember walking into the.

Speaker 7 (08:43):
Gym that day and then he, you know, Otis, comes
up to me and tells me it is Kevin Win
a farn like, you know, I asparted in a while,
and it's like, also one was far, you know, because
I mean I was stopping everybody Apployd, you know.

Speaker 5 (08:58):
It was weird, is I was stopping everybody else at
the same time.

Speaker 8 (09:01):
Like I know, you driver and cracked it out of Blair.

Speaker 5 (09:04):
Blair got knocked out probably like two weeks before we
end Blair's catchtras here.

Speaker 6 (09:09):
At this.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
Oh this Blair is just getting roasted by both us. Yeah, man,
I took Blair to the woodshed. Yeah, well I whipped
his ass before you whipped his ass. What the hell's
going on, Blair?

Speaker 2 (09:21):
Damn.

Speaker 1 (09:21):
But I mean this is what Ryan and really had
been known for, especially when they were younger in their
amateur scene, was the power in their hands, and Roly
more so just as a pro because he didn't have
much of an amateur career. But the stories have always
been the power in both guys hands, Ryan with his
left hook and his speed, and obviously the baby face
and the Oscar comparisons and all that, and Roly, I
don't know. He has a different martial art background. I'm
not sure what it is. Someone said it's judo, someone

(09:42):
said it's karate.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
I'm not sure.

Speaker 1 (09:43):
But it doesn't look like a typical boxer. He doesn't
sound like one either when he's hitting that heavy bag.
You know, if you could please find that clip of
him hitting the heavy bag and sounding like some sort
of chihuahua barking. It's the funniest thing I've ever seen.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
But my point is they both have big time power
in their hands. They know this, and we glad her damage.

Speaker 4 (10:01):
But yeah, that's what That's what happened.

Speaker 6 (10:03):
You feel like you got the best of him that day, Yeah,
for sure.

Speaker 8 (10:07):
But I miss sparn.

Speaker 6 (10:10):
You know, well, you push that out there, like you
said for years.

Speaker 7 (10:13):
Yeah, but the reason I pushed it out is because
he posted a video.

Speaker 4 (10:17):
Yeah, because I was resting my case, because you know,
they edited.

Speaker 7 (10:20):
A good posted the video first. You're you're not gonna
come in and not post the video.

Speaker 5 (10:25):
The first sparing. Actually, I did what I thought I
needed to do. You know, he's a bigger dude. He
was hitting, you know, punched pretty hard. So I'm bigger
than him, hooking up, jabbing the right hand. You're gonna
catch up to me though. I'm bigger than you now.
Though I'm bigger than you now though, so under that
ain't gonna work this time. I promised you that wrestling
they're trying to put you know.

Speaker 8 (10:44):
You know dirty, that ain't gonna work this time. You're dirty.
You like break break, break, break, break break.

Speaker 2 (10:52):
Oh okay, I like this.

Speaker 1 (10:55):
Okay, this is interesting because yes he's talking about really
you know, using his size and his frame to wrestle
with him, which makes me think that that martial art
that really did before boxing.

Speaker 2 (11:04):
With Judo, and now I have to look at it.

Speaker 1 (11:05):
Yeah Judoka, Okay, yeah, yeah, it makes sense that the
wrestling came into play, and it's why Roly does look
a little bit more awkward. He doesn't do a lot
of the traditional jab right hand step A to step
B to step see boxing that you would learn as
a youngster because he didn't have as much time to
learn as Ryan, who started when he was like seven
or six or something. But they talk about how Roly
was more physical, right, bigger guy physical. But Roly talks

(11:26):
about how Ryan tries to engage split seconds after you
exit the clinch, and this is what he did to
Devin Haning.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
He's done this to guys before.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
People fall asleep in the clinch in boxing matches for
whatever reason all the time. Maybe it's because they spar
that way where you know, they clinch in a spar
and someone yells break and they lightly break and then
go back to it. That happens to a lot of
people in the actual match, where the referee breaks them
or yells or taps them on the shoulders, tells him
the break, and one guy breaks with his hands down.

Speaker 2 (11:53):
The other guy breaks and throws.

Speaker 1 (11:55):
Go back to the Devin Hainey fight and watch him
exiting one of those clinches. Snap off a left hook
on Devin Hani and drop him with That's a very
good catch from Rodan.

Speaker 5 (12:03):
Now I'm next to him, he looks smaller than me.
You look a baby compared to me. I know, I'm
a big dude, So you're in for a rude awaken
if you think any of that's gonna work. You know,
it kind of showed me that your strength ain't really
up there anymore when I seen your last two fights
with Pitt Boo and the other dude, So you're in
for something. It might be your last man with Hanny.

Speaker 7 (12:24):
You look like the only time you ever look good
was when you dropping by me. Man HAINI man, He's always.

Speaker 5 (12:31):
And you're in big trouble now because I'm not doing
this stuff I was doing when I was doing with
Hani and I beat him, So that just shows.

Speaker 8 (12:37):
You where I'm at. So you were doing or you
weren't doing it?

Speaker 4 (12:40):
What do you mean?

Speaker 2 (12:41):
I showed everything. A nice play here from ro very
nice comeback.

Speaker 1 (12:47):
Ryan is talking about he's not doing the drinking and
he's not doing the drugs and he's.

Speaker 2 (12:52):
Not eating like shit and not training.

Speaker 1 (12:54):
When he says, I'm not doing the stuff I was
doing with Haiti, but Roly flips it on him to say, well,
what do you mean You're not doing the stuff you
was doing? So you were doing the osterene and the peds,
because that's obviously the big question mark on the Ryan
Garcia and Devin Haty fight, the peds, the osterene stuff.

Speaker 2 (13:11):
That's the thing everybody is wondering.

Speaker 1 (13:13):
Is Ryan going to be able to do the same
things to Rollie when he's off of the pds, right
when he's not, when he doesn't have PDS and his system.
Very nice flip from Roller here. That's that was quick.
I don't know if this was edited from his own,
but if that was on the fly, that was quick.

Speaker 5 (13:25):
What do you mean I showed everybody on my Instagram
I was drinking, I was smoking, were talking about I
didn't hide it.

Speaker 4 (13:30):
People seen it.

Speaker 5 (13:31):
Ryant, I'm not so you could see right now I'm clean,
so I'm even more focused. I'm training every day, so
it's gonna be even worse good I want you to.

Speaker 2 (13:40):
Be because Ryan didn't catch it. I was slick from
roly right. I didn't catch that ship you shot.

Speaker 7 (13:44):
I don't want anyone take away any credit or any
of that stuff.

Speaker 8 (13:47):
Once I stop your.

Speaker 5 (13:48):
Ass, Like I said, Bro, you're gonna be retiring that night,
You're gonna be retiring.

Speaker 4 (13:53):
Problem.

Speaker 8 (13:53):
It is gonna be your last fighting.

Speaker 4 (13:55):
So yes, you're gonna be retiring.

Speaker 7 (13:56):
Bro.

Speaker 4 (13:57):
A hundred per believe that feel that.

Speaker 1 (13:59):
Hey, Ryan, talk it spicy here talking about you're gonna retire,
this is gonna be your last fight.

Speaker 2 (14:03):
You're going out with a bang pause. That's crazy.

Speaker 1 (14:06):
Ryan said somewhere in a different interview he was gonna
hit him so hard that really would never walk into
another ring.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
That is crazy.

Speaker 1 (14:12):
But also Ryan does have ridiculous pop in his left hand.
He's been working with Derek James on his right hand.
He isn't drinking, he's not smoking. He's locked into a
different degree and we'll see how that affects him. Usually
you would say that's gonna be a good thing, But
I don't know, man, Ryan, he's such a you know
what those I call him light switch guys where you
can turn it on, turn it off. Maybe he's like
John Jones and needs a little controversy to get himself

(14:34):
going and put himself in that killer mind state. But
we're gonna see how this, this cleaner lifestyle, going back
to the to the old Ryan works for him.

Speaker 3 (14:40):
Ryan, you said on Twitter recently that Roly is here
just to be funny. Yeah, that's what got him here,
and that's the only reason that he's here.

Speaker 5 (14:48):
Why do you think that he's a great cocker man.
He's made me laugh millions of times on the internet
where he goes after Shakur anybody. Honestly, even when he
goes after me, I even laugh. So the dude's a funny.
He got a career being a comedian after this. But
as far as the ring, you know, he's definitely went
downhill since he got knocked out. I feel like his

(15:09):
chin hasn't recovered. And that's just the honest truth.

Speaker 4 (15:12):
You know.

Speaker 5 (15:12):
I don't think pit Bull hit him that hard, but
you know he's not handling punch as well. That's just
a bitter truth of the sports. Sometimes you get knocked out,
your chink is weak. I feel like your chin is weak.
I feel like there's no way in twelve rounds I
don't catch you with a good shot.

Speaker 8 (15:26):
So the difference here is.

Speaker 2 (15:28):
He is talking crazy to him.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
That's some uber confidence, and honestly, he might not be
wrong with the fact that Roly has had some really
shaky performances. And obviously when Tank touched him on the
chin and he went through the ropes Ray Mysterio style
then came back and obviously Pitbull did what he did.
They didn't look like the first half of the Tank
fight Roly right, they didn't look like Roly before the
Tank fight. There has been a little bit of a change,

(15:53):
but maybe this is the motivation. This is the fight
really needed to show everybody he is back and chin's
being weak versus chins being strong. It's something I've never
really been able to quantify. Like there are guys that
get knocked out and have a bad knockout. Even Ryan
got dropped by Luke Campbell got dropped by Gervonte but
got up Like to me, it's more about a shot.
It's more about a shot on the button. I don't
care how strong your chin is. If you take a

(16:14):
shot you didn't see on the chin, you're probably going
down or at least getting the Bambi legs.

Speaker 7 (16:19):
So, but the difference here is you quit with Punchers, Bro,
did you?

Speaker 8 (16:22):
And you quit with that? With Tank quit Bro.

Speaker 4 (16:26):
I had a broken rib.

Speaker 5 (16:27):
I had a broken rib, I was dehydrated as I
was weakest, So with Tank too, Like I said, you
haven't been the same since, though, What.

Speaker 8 (16:39):
Have you done?

Speaker 5 (16:40):
You look at and you look like with Devin and
I'd be both of them. You look if I look
like but you got knocked out looking for Easter eggs.
But as the cruise talking about I think day, Bro.

Speaker 8 (16:51):
You didn't even know where.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
You Ryan talking to him, talking about halving your resurrection.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
Now again Ryan's reference in the fact that that think
they look at Chris mannis to Chris laugh he's referencing
the Eastern Obviously that fight. I wasn't on Easter.

Speaker 1 (17:06):
I don't even remember at this point, but yeah, you
know he has risen resurrection. I was born a Christian household.
That's not me laughing at that. It's just Ryan's going
out him here, man, He's got some bars for him.

Speaker 5 (17:14):
Easter eggs. As the cruise talking about I think three
was relection day. Bro, you didn't even know where you
were at, Bro. After the fight he beat you that bad?
Do you think you look up the damn you told
everybody you were looking for.

Speaker 4 (17:26):
His eggs in the ringloads you was out there everywhere?

Speaker 8 (17:29):
Bro, you were you weren't there, Bro.

Speaker 5 (17:31):
So if you said everybody, I want them, you look
like one, though.

Speaker 8 (17:35):
But how did you win?

Speaker 2 (17:35):
I won?

Speaker 8 (17:36):
How did you win?

Speaker 5 (17:37):
I knocked out doors Not on your record, I knocked
out doors dawn.

Speaker 8 (17:40):
On your record, I knocked out.

Speaker 4 (17:41):
Door you can.

Speaker 5 (17:41):
He made a mention suet and trying to go for
them you can, and trying to overturn it, overturn overturnment
a professional. I couldn't even make the weight. I couldn't
make the way you couldn't make. I couldn't make the way.
I couldn't make the way you could have make. I'm
on forty seven now for a reason.

Speaker 8 (17:54):
Right, I'm one forty seven for a reason.

Speaker 6 (17:55):
Okay, that makes no sense.

Speaker 9 (18:01):

Speaker 1 (18:36):
I love this so much because they're getting into it
and their drash doc is just saying the same thing
the other person said to them. Back to them and
listen Yeah, Ryan flat out missed weight. He missed it
on purpose. I thought it was a bullshit move from Ryan.
I'm gonna be honest. He missed it on purpose. But
you can't sign a contract to make a certain weight
and then go I can't make the weight. That's not
how it works. If you signed to make it, you
make the weight. But he paid the fines.

Speaker 8 (18:58):
It is what it is.

Speaker 1 (18:59):
Yeah, I mean there is a reason that both these
guys are at forty seven. Them trying to make forty
or thirty five anymore's long gone, no way.

Speaker 5 (19:05):
Could make I'm going forty seven now for a reason. Right,
I'm on forty seven for a reason. Okay, that makes
no sense.

Speaker 8 (19:11):
Yeah, you've moved I just said why, miss Wake, I
moved up.

Speaker 7 (19:15):
I couldn't make the way I had to kill you
know how bad I had to kill myself to fight
Pitpowing on.

Speaker 2 (19:19):
This last dude.

Speaker 4 (19:20):
Like I said, you got knocked at the end of
the day.

Speaker 8 (19:22):
At the end of the day, you got knocked out.

Speaker 5 (19:23):
And I want too, Yeah, because I got here with
a my shot that I was already broken, right right,
if I got my rematch now.

Speaker 2 (19:31):
If they gave me a fair fight, fair fight.

Speaker 8 (19:33):
Now. There's no way I'm going down like that. You're
going down to one forty.

Speaker 6 (19:37):
No, they need me to make money.

Speaker 5 (19:39):
They need that's a denominator, right, we're making money.

Speaker 7 (19:43):
I don't think you've been doing too good as far.

Speaker 8 (19:45):
As money goes, but who knows.

Speaker 4 (19:47):
Right, I'm here now right making.

Speaker 1 (19:49):
Oh, trolling Ryan over the finances. Okay, okay, good, come back,
really doing his thing in this space to phase. He's
trolling a little bit, throwing out the finances, attacking Ryan
where it hurts.

Speaker 5 (20:00):
You're not doing as good as me, Right, I'm better
than you, I think, are you?

Speaker 7 (20:03):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (20:03):
Because you ever had that many big fights? Bro investing,
bro investing. See at the end of the day, Bro,
at the end.

Speaker 2 (20:11):
Of the he's say, tricking off all my damn money.

Speaker 5 (20:16):
At the end of the day, though, we're going to
decide who's gonna win this fight. I don't give about
who got what?

Speaker 4 (20:21):
What got what?

Speaker 3 (20:22):
You're two and two in your last four fights. Did
win a title in that stretch as well? Do you
believe you're still at the top of your game?

Speaker 4 (20:30):
You don't.

Speaker 8 (20:31):
Hell no, you don't, Bran, I'm fighting for Ryan, Bro. No,
hell no, you don't. Bran, I'm fighting for Ryan?

Speaker 2 (20:39):
Did he call Chris mannicks Brian? Who's Brian fighting Ryan?

Speaker 6 (20:45):
Bro?

Speaker 8 (20:47):
Dude, I already know this. I know you better than
you know you at this point, I know I know
everything about and you know that from that, I don't
know that. Why would I know how? It makes no sense,
That's what that sounds like. You're in love with me?

Speaker 4 (21:05):
Are you in love with me?

Speaker 7 (21:06):
No?

Speaker 8 (21:06):
You know you know me better than I know myself.

Speaker 4 (21:08):
That's weird, Bro, I'm not weird.

Speaker 8 (21:11):
I'm not in love with you. That's weird. You're breaking
up with me like this though?

Speaker 1 (21:16):
If you're aware, Bro, you're aware, if I could go
that way?

Speaker 2 (21:20):
Maybe he said, I like it though.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
He's getting reactions out of Rye and that he's he's
playing it real smooth, but he's getting some reactions.

Speaker 7 (21:26):
Here and hanging out with a lot of people that
you know, a lot of weird.

Speaker 8 (21:29):
People and stuff like that. So who in love with you?
Maybe they are?

Speaker 4 (21:34):
Bro, Maybe you're in love with me?

Speaker 8 (21:35):
Maybe that's weird, Bro' like type?

Speaker 2 (21:37):
Bro, You're not my type?

Speaker 3 (21:43):
David said, what he actually hits harder than you. Do
you believe that?

Speaker 6 (21:47):
Maybe he does?

Speaker 8 (21:48):
Yeah, he can know for sure.

Speaker 5 (21:50):
Well, even if he does, Bro, it's all about, you know,
landing that shot that they don't see, you know, setting
him up for su that they don't see.

Speaker 8 (21:56):
So you know, that's what power shots on you that
you're did see again.

Speaker 4 (22:01):
Eight years ago he's talking about.

Speaker 8 (22:02):
But you're more experienced than me.

Speaker 5 (22:04):
You hadn't found nobody even come close to that level
to get to where you were to fight.

Speaker 8 (22:08):
Take thought.

Speaker 7 (22:12):
Crazy, the one that beats, the longest way to be
to the old man, the grandpa, the way.

Speaker 2 (22:22):
To Grandpa Bros.

Speaker 1 (22:24):
Ryan had a good response to the point that Tank
made about really being a big time puncher, a bigger
puncher than Ryan. It's not about just having power in
your hands. It's about the ability to land that shot
and do it consistently, and set it up to do
it consistently and land it accurately.

Speaker 2 (22:40):
Ryan is a freak of nature.

Speaker 1 (22:41):
When it comes to landing a punch that everybody knows
is coming yet still can't stop. People have known for
a year since before Ryan was a pro that his
left hook was otherworldly, yet he lands it on almost everybody.
And when he does on the chin, you hit the ground.
That's the difference between someone that just has power in
their hands, and yes, they'll land it at certain points
and it'll have a big knockout. Here there's just someone

(23:02):
who is a sniper and can land that shot and
has four or five different setups to get to that shot,
and when they land it, you go to drop your ass.

Speaker 8 (23:09):
And I got up and knocked them out, and I
stopped the dude.

Speaker 4 (23:12):
You didn't stop him. That was controversy.

Speaker 8 (23:14):
Controversy. So he was not get knocked out. No he wasn't.

Speaker 4 (23:18):
He was dodging all the punches.

Speaker 8 (23:19):
That's doing it.

Speaker 4 (23:20):
Yes he was.

Speaker 6 (23:21):
He wasn't.

Speaker 8 (23:22):
No, I should replay. I'll bring it up right now.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
He's dodging punches.

Speaker 4 (23:25):
Everybody knows the.

Speaker 2 (23:27):
Uh bring it up? Roly reminds me of like a
Twitter troll he does.

Speaker 1 (23:32):
He reminds me of someone that just goes back and
forth with Ryan to get Ryan to engage, not even
caring if he's right or wrong about whatever he's saying.
And in this case, they're going back and forth about nothing,
but it's just about how much he can get Ryan
to engage with him, and just to keep baiting him
into responses to get Ryan flustered. That's what I think
is Rollie's kind of whole goal here.

Speaker 4 (23:51):
Everybody knows there was a up call. Everybody knows that
you were losing to him.

Speaker 5 (23:56):
You got dropped, which he maybe he does get hard.

Speaker 3 (24:01):
This, uh this cause nobody is making any secret about
what you know.

Speaker 6 (24:06):
The quote.

Speaker 3 (24:07):
Plan is moving forward for a rematch to happen between
Ryan and Devin sometimes.

Speaker 8 (24:12):
And I hope he'd beats Devon again, but he'd.

Speaker 6 (24:15):
Have to beat you first.

Speaker 8 (24:16):
To no, no, no, he still fight Ryan after me.

Speaker 7 (24:19):
I'm Devon after me, okay, right, still fight Devon after me.

Speaker 8 (24:22):
I'm nothing to nothing to do with me.

Speaker 3 (24:26):
Yeah, well, I think if you beat him, they can
probably do another fight with you guys.

Speaker 7 (24:30):
Yeah, devnel line maybe another one. But like I said,
that has nothing to do with men. They could do
the same thing they did again. They can do it three,
four or five times in a row. But I'll be
happiest to watch him knockout Devon four or five times
in a row.

Speaker 2 (24:47):
He's just funny.

Speaker 1 (24:48):
I don't even have words, bro, it's just watching roly
gone these miles.

Speaker 3 (24:53):
But you were, I think happy that it happened. What
did you think though about what Ryan went through?

Speaker 7 (24:59):
Uh?

Speaker 6 (25:00):
In the aftermath with the positive.

Speaker 8 (25:01):
Tests and was an insignificant amount. That weight didn't help
a lot though.

Speaker 5 (25:07):
Uh, at the end of the day, I paid him. Bro,
he had a chance to pull out of the fight
at that moment. He Uh, he was offered naturally, he
wanted money.

Speaker 4 (25:16):
Yeah, you offer it. We just said we missweight, can't
make the weight, and they took the money. I mean,
what can I say? You take the money and you
kind of shut it up.

Speaker 5 (25:25):
Don't take the money if you're gonna be use that
as he's going to ESPN and started saying, you know,
he was overweight, he didn't do anything's right, Like that's
some weird and then assuming he's even crazier, he's a weirdo,
and his dad's even a bigger weird though that's a
little weirdo and big weirdo.

Speaker 1 (25:43):
Ryan is right and he's wrong. And part of this
I think like he flat out missedweight on purpose, and
that's right. That is lacking integrity when it comes to
the sport of boxing. Because you signed to make a
certain weight, you make the weight. But when Devin and
his team decide we're still gonna fight, but you're gonna
pay us at that moment. Yeah, Brian is right. You
can't make any more excuses about it because you have

(26:03):
now disqualified the weight as any issue with you stepping
into the ring with Ryan. But when you say the
weight is the reason after agreeing that the weight is
not an issue at least not an issue to fight,
that I don't understand either. Ryan's right about that when
you can't have it both ways, if you say yes
and you get paid, and you do the fight and
the result is the result. And Ryan didn't on paper

(26:25):
win that fight, but in the ring that night absolutely
did and we all saw.

Speaker 6 (26:29):
Maybe to settle it in the ring in the fault.
Do you think there's any chance.

Speaker 8 (26:32):
I hope you'll be out of it even worse than
I think.

Speaker 4 (26:35):
He wants me to be different so bad. He wants
me to be his eyes so occupy.

Speaker 7 (26:40):
His guys are fighting anyways, We're already no where that
you guys are going to fight no matter what. Anyways,
it has nothing to do with me. I mean, it's
just where you can get your ass. B me, get
flat line whatever or whatever, taking me like you're used to.

Speaker 1 (26:51):
And Okay, Roly talk that talk. Roly is not only
holding his own in this thing. He's doing really well.
This is a good face to face Ryan. I had
thrown some shots across the ball escentually, b I'm gonna
destroy you. Really, He's like, Yo, take the knee like
you're used to.

Speaker 8 (27:05):
Okay, I like it, and then go find Devin out
and do a boxing world of favor.

Speaker 6 (27:11):
Do you think he quit liked against.

Speaker 2 (27:14):
For whatever reason?

Speaker 1 (27:15):
I mean, maybe it's just the boxing consistence. A lot
of the guys don't like Devon, And maybe it's it's
what I had said in a couple of videos ago,
like Bill being his dad and also being in his corner,
and also being as loud as Bill is about how
good his son is. And you know, in all cases,
just continuing to talk about it and putting a lot
of undue pressure sometimes on Devin is probably the reason

(27:35):
for it, more so than Devin himself. But yeah, man,
it doesn't seem like many people, many boxers really can
stand Bill or Devin.

Speaker 4 (27:42):
Like I said, I was really damaged before and in
the ring, I was so bad I probably should have
pulled out.

Speaker 5 (27:48):
You know, my lips were blistering, bleeding, I was pissing,
basically red.

Speaker 4 (27:53):
It was just disgusting. You know I did not belong
in that ring that night.

Speaker 8 (28:00):
Took the fight I did.

Speaker 4 (28:00):
I did it. You know you're not going to point
on that much money. I knew man Tank had this
huge star power, and it did.

Speaker 1 (28:07):
This is why Ryan can't make excuses for losing that
one either, right when he's saying, you know, I shouldn't
have taken it, and you know I didn't quit whatever else.
This is the same thing Ryan said to Roly, like,
you can't make excuses if you sign the contract and
then you get into the ring. And I don't think
Ryan is disputing that Tank beat him, but he is
giving qualifiers for why it happened outside of just what

(28:28):
happened in the ring. And Ryan may be right, by
the way, this is not me discounting what Ryan's saying.
He probably is right about why his performance was bad
compared to you know, even in performances where he didn't
look at sharp what we've seen since he left that way,
he's getting older, he's not able to make the lower
weights anymore. He's already a taller guy for the weight division,
and he's putting on the pound. But the point that
Ryan made to Roll is the same one. That really's

(28:50):
not making ract Ryan. Nah, you can't do that when you.

Speaker 2 (28:52):
Take the fight. Just got to chalk it up. He
lost and you move on.

Speaker 5 (28:54):
It was the fifth largest gait in the history of boxing,
you know. So I feel like I took a risk
and I tried and it didn't work, and that's just
what it is. But the facts are the facts of
the position I was in. But I'm ready to try
to write that wrong one day too.

Speaker 1 (29:09):
That's how Ryan needs to talk about I mean, he
usually does say it like that, but that's how he's
always approach it, like, yeah, it didn't work.

Speaker 2 (29:15):
I lost that night. I want to correct it, and
I want to do it at a weight that's more
fair for me.

Speaker 5 (29:19):
Looking forward to the beating you know, Orlando, and then
beating Devin, and then I want to fight to a
female and then hmmm, fight you know Tank. That's my
plan and it's optimistic.

Speaker 6 (29:31):
But did you think there's a chance he's overlooking you
going at this fight?

Speaker 8 (29:34):
No, he's working his ass off.

Speaker 7 (29:37):
No, No, I'm wait, let me let me say it
like I told him on that weight, I want him
to be working his ass off. I want him to
be the best Ryan, he can be because it would
just make the fight even ten times bigger. And I'm
gonna work my ass off and we're gonna make it.

Speaker 4 (29:50):
I know I'm gonna get his best.

Speaker 5 (29:52):
I know I'm not gonna get his you know, all
his other performances, because there's something about me. I know,
you know it's a big opportunit. I know he's gonna
be ready. It's just something about me. He's going to
be training hard and I got to be at my best.

Speaker 4 (30:06):
To beat him.

Speaker 1 (30:07):
I agree with both of them, man, I agree that
both of them are going to be at their peak.
Ryan to prove that it wasn't PDS that beat Devin
that is one of the best in the world, and
to prove that when he's not doing all those things,
there's a different level from the guy that fought Devin,
because while he did beat him, some people thought that
he didn't look as good as he could have if

(30:27):
he had had taken it more seriously, if he did train,
if he did make the weight, if he didn't have
the peds. In the controversy there and on the other side,
Roley has got a big chip on his shoulder coming
off some losses. A lot of people writing him off
fighting in a main event versus Ryan Garcia. He has
to prove he's still on the top level in the
world even after some losses, or he's trying to get
back to that top level. Remember role, he's been a champion,

(30:47):
Ryan hasn't. So both guys, I think we're going to
get the best versions of them. This was hilarious, this
face to face, and I thought both.

Speaker 2 (30:53):
Guys had moments.

Speaker 1 (30:54):
Roy just trolling the shit out of Rye and Ryan.
He got him to break a couple of times too.

Speaker 5 (30:59):
It.

Speaker 1 (30:59):
Ryan just laid it on him straight, like, Bro, I'm
gonna I'm gonna knock you out, I'm gonna destroy you,
and I'm.

Speaker 2 (31:03):
Gonna retire you can do all the funny shit. I'm
gonna take you out of the sport. That's what's gonna happen.

Speaker 1 (31:07):
And you can see the killer intent in both guy's
eyes when they get really serious there where the joking
kind of stops for a second. We're gonna get absolute
fireworks in that main event. And let me tell you
right now, you better not overlook Roly Romero. He is
dangerous in both hands and he made a point about
Ryan when he fight when he fights punchers, how those
fights are a lot more difficult than when he's boxing
pure boxers and guys that are slick boxers. So he's

(31:29):
in there with a pure puncher in Roly, a guy
that probably hits harder than Ryan Garcia does even now
at one forty seven, So Ryan's gonna have to be
switched on, ready to go. I expect a banger for
that main Event's.

Speaker 8 (31:41):
This fight end? Oh right, A flat line on the
canvas for him taking me M same question.

Speaker 5 (31:48):
I feel like I'm the overall a better boxer, so
I feel like just my skills are just gonna beat him.
If he gets knocked out, he gets knocked out, but
if not, I'm gonna just beat him easy.

Speaker 6 (31:58):
Ryan Roly appreciate it. See you guys both back here
mayon haang.

Speaker 2 (32:02):
All right, there it is, folks.

Speaker 1 (32:03):
Do not miss the grand arrivals, the open workouts, the
press conference, and the way I will be there on
behalf of the Ring magazine with the Zone and one
more time, do not forget to buy that pay per view.
Want to buy that bundle for Friday and Saturday, that
is the Ryan and Roly fight and Canelo and William skull.
You can buy that bundle on his own using my

(32:23):
link in the description. But who won the space to
face in your guys' mind? Let me know in the
comments and what happens when they go at it on Friday,
May second. I don't have those answers, but it's gonna
be a historic fight week right here in Times Square,
New York City, and on Friday night under the lights,
I guess we'll find out
