Speaker 1 (00:01):
This is Paris. Welcome back our listeners, but more importantly,
welcome back Paris selves. In Hello, how was your trip?
I want to know everything. I mean, I feel like
(00:23):
I saw a lot on Instagram, maybe the most beautiful
videos and photos I've ever seen in my entire life,
but I want to know firsthand. How was your honeymoon?
It was incredible. It was a seven and a half
week honeymoon, and you know me, I really needed that
time off because I've just been NonStop with all my work,
(00:44):
complaining the wedding, so stressed out. So just to get
away for almost two months was just magical. It was
just crazy. It was so beautiful. I feel like some
people go on the honeymoon with their partner and by
day two they're like, this, my to be too long
about honeymoon. Let's get back to my real life. But
what you and Carter have is obviously so special. Did
(01:06):
you seven and a half weeks a long time though,
and let's just say seven weeks and three days in
were you like I'm ready to go home or were
you like I could continue doing this forever. We were
actually just like sitting in the Maldives and we looked
at each other, like let's just move here, like but
just retire and just relax on a tropical island for
(01:29):
the rest of our lives. Like we loved it. We
just loved being together and just it was just it
was the most magical and most romantic honeymoon you could
have ever thought of. It was like something out of
a fairy tale. And I'm so happy that we had
to capture it. Also, it's all up on my YouTube channel.
I did this travel series with Hilton, so I staid
(01:49):
all their properties, like their World up Story, as their
Conrad properties, the other Hilton properties, and it was just sick.
I just I want to know what your favorite spot was.
Let's start there. What was like the best place you
went to? M m It's so hard to choose because
they were all just so epic. But if I had
(02:11):
to choose one, Maldives just at We went and stayed
at the Conrad and we stayed in this place called
the Murrocco Villa, which is the first ever underwater sweet
it was so beautiful, the most incredible views just out
in the middle of the ocean, and then you take
an elevator down to the bottom floor and it's the
(02:33):
whole entire master bedroom is in an aquar like in
the ocean. Worth fish just everywhere, all swimming at night.
They had like gorgeous lighting which is like blue and
green and purple, and it looked like a nightclub for
fish where all of them like sharks, fish, jellyfish, every
(02:55):
type of like like usually you would see like an
aquarium where they're all like you know, in a place,
but this is actually all of them in the free
in the water, just like free and floating around. But
they love coming near the lights and they love looking
in And Carter and I were always laughing and being like, yeah,
we think that we're like looking at an aquarium, but
(03:15):
they're like looking at us like we're the fish in
the aquarium. Yeah, we're You not nervous at all that
some pervy fish would come by and watch you while
you sleep. Um, there was like these blackout shades because
I don't know, I think you're sleeping the sun is
going to come through, so um, the fish didn't get
(03:35):
to see us at night because we put the shades on.
Those fish hate those blackouts, by the way, They're like
this ruined my chance of seeing Carter, you know, make
Whoopie on their honey But those are really great videos
of it on my YouTube channel. We just filmed just
so many fun things that we did, this thing where
Carter wars Santa Claus costume and went storically and like
(04:00):
went above the room and like I was in bed
and he was like knocking on the glass and it's
just hilarious. So if you haven't seen it yet, go
to my YouTube channel. Yeah, it's so cute. He seems
like you guys were just like two kids on like
a blank check vacation. Do you remember that movie blank
You guys have so much fun. I feel like a
(04:23):
lot of times on Honeymoons, it's so much about, oh,
we have to make sure this is taken care of.
When it doesn't go our way, it becomes an issue
and one person's upset and the other person is just
trying to make the other person happy. But not only
did you guys make each other happy, but did you
bring your family with you to a part of the anemoon? Yes,
that was actually the day after the wedding, so Sunday
(04:44):
we all left that night, my mom, my dad, my
brother Baron his wife, my brother Conrad, his girlfriend, Carter's
brother Courtney. Um milu, my little niece who's a year
to off. All of us got on a jet and
went directly to Bora Bora and stayed on the most
(05:07):
epic yacht and just had the most incredible family trip
for like a week. And yeah, I know what you're
gonna say, like who brings their parents and their honeymoon?
But me listen, I'm I'm just hoping you have like
a niece somewhere around my age or cousin or something
(05:27):
so I can be a Hilton. Yes, that's great. And
then you did uh Necker Island, uh and Mosquito Island
or Neckar and Mosquito. Well, Necker Island is where we
got engaged, and they're these islands. There are private islands
that are right next to each other. Um. And then
we went to Necker Island and we stayed at this
(05:49):
amazing private island and this beautiful villa and that again
was just magic. And this was just Carter and I alone,
so it was a little bit more romantic and um,
you know, being with my entire family. Um. Oh yeah,
I didn't tell you. Also, one thing I did, which
was so fun. I went on Amazon and I always
(06:09):
love like seeing those you know videos just on Instagram
and everywhere where the girls are wearing like the mermaid tails,
and I'm obsessed with Ariel the Little Mermaid. So I
also did that above the underwater room because I was like,
we have to. And it was so dangerous because there
was so many waves, like I literally kept going under
(06:30):
and like it was just like they're like, maybe not now,
miss Hlton. Maybe I'm like, no, I'm fine. They're like, no, no, no,
it's it's a little dangerous right now. There's there's a
lot of current. It's really strong. I'm like, I don't care.
We need to get the shot. You're like, do you
not see my mermaid tail? I'm not worried about a
Dane current. It was pretty funny, Yeah, it was. It
(06:50):
was awesome. My back got all the messed up though,
because I went again the next day because I was like,
it's clear today, it's a little bit more sunny. Um,
but that's in the video too. But that was just
always been my dream to do that, So I'm so
happy that I got to do that. Um. But then
back to Mosquito. Oh yeah, I hate the name of it.
(07:11):
There's no mosquitoes on it. I don't know why they
call it that. Actually it's not even spelled like that.
It's like m O S K I T O. Have
you heard of it only through you? Yes? Yeah, exactly. Um,
but that was just so much fun. We went swimming
with sharks. We went night diving. Have you ever been
(07:33):
night diving? I kind of yeah, but not like with
a scuba tank you do with Yeah, like scuba diving
at night is when everything comes out. This is Paris.
Who's the adventurous one who's booking all these excursions? Because
(07:55):
when I go on a trip. I did Pasta with
my dad for Christmas and we were we sat on
the beach for twelve days. That's all we did. Really,
you or Carter Bookings? Who do you think? Both of
you guys are like he's in a pod and I
think I think you maybe encourage it. Now I do
love it, like I love relaxing to and go in
(08:17):
the spa. But from watching Paris and love which I'm
sure everyone is watching. You know who likes the activities.
Mr Reem loves his activities, so he every day they're like, Okay,
we're gonna go shark diving or the more gonna go surfing,
We're gonna go scuba diving, or gonna go do efoiling,
(08:39):
which I did learn. I'll tell you about that after um,
which is like the electric surfboards. Um. So he loves
activities and he could literally get up at six am
and have us booked till ten pm going to activities
and then wants to go to dinner. I would rather
just like chill in the spa, But I love I
am a tomboy at heart too, so I you love
(09:00):
just I lov being outdoors. I love going in the water,
I love learning new things. I love skydiving like I
love all that. So it's great that he like will
actually plant because I'm like not the most organized person
or responsible when it comes to timing or scheduling. So
he he like figures all of it out and then
we just go and we have the best adventures together.
(09:23):
This question might be like a little I'm trying to
think about how to say it, like it might be
a little heavy. But what do you think it is
about Carter versus like you and me where we could
literally just lay you know, on a beach with a
book or you know, listen to music whatever and be fine.
What do you think it is about him that wants
to go do all these things? I think just from
(09:45):
his family after spending so much time with them, they
love activities as well. Like I was saying when I
went to Michigan, I was like, I feel like their
family does like a triathlon every day, because they really do.
Like sometimes when I go there, they're like, Okay, this morning,
we have a marathon and we're gonna be running the marathon,
and then after that we're gonna go play tennis, and
(10:06):
then we're gonna go fishing, and then right after that
we're gonna, like I don't know, like go lift weights
or I don't know, something like they love to work out,
to tennis, play sports, have fun, be together. And then
we also always do the Twelve Days of Christmas during
Christmas when we're down there, where we all like dress
up in little costumes and sing in front of the
(10:27):
whole family. I thought it was really cute. I'm not
used to doing all these type of activities, but I
love just how much the family loves each other, so
I thought it was just so nice and sweet. Like
I am, I don't want to do every activity and
get up at like six in the morning to go
Oh yeah, I didn't say that one too. They love
water skiing, and they love going water skiing at like
(10:48):
six in the morning. Oh yeah. And the other thing
that they do they love the polar plunge. Do you
know what that is? Yeah, when you like jump into
the freezing lake that's like ice. Yeah, they love doing that.
This is like, I mean, it's funny because I know you,
(11:09):
and I know that if if you were given the choice,
like if you were the one who had to make
these events, you'd be like, you want to do twelve
things in three days? Pick one, and it's a maybe,
yeah exactly. I'm like, how about like chilling, making breakfast, um,
watching cartoons, um, going shopping then like going to McDonald's
(11:32):
for lunch and chilling, Yeah, watching Kecock and watching Paris
and love. Yeah, that's all we need. I I also
feel like maybe you had a year of that or
two years of that with the pandemic. So this might
have been Carter really needing to burst out of that
bubble a little bit and and half his his adventure
with you that maybe he's been craving for as long
(11:54):
as you've known each other. Basically yeah, and he works
so hard and it's just always so busy with that.
So I think when he finally got to have this
vacation with me, it was like the perfect time to
be able to do all of the things he loves,
which is like sports and being outdoors and being athletic.
It sounds like you guys had plenty of time on
(12:16):
these islands, but you also went to Dubai. Yes, so home.
Let me see, we went okay after Mosquito, then we
went to Anguilla and we stayed at the Conrad there
and that was just beautiful. I've been there a couple
of times, Carter has never been before. There's just white
sand beaches. There's the beaches with like the cute pigs
(12:37):
which are really sweet. Um just going on like yachts
and going fishing and swimming in the water. It was incredible.
And after that we went to this place called Harbor Island.
I had never been there before, but my parents always
talked about it and they're telling me about these pink
sand beaches, and then I googled it few google Shelter
(13:00):
Island pink sand beaches. It's literally like pink sand with
the most gorgeous pink sunset, like I was wearing pink dresses,
pink bikinis, taking the sickest pictures with Kevin with us,
who's like getting the drone out. It was like running
on the beach with like butterfly wings. Because that's one
of my rules for traveling is always bring a butterfly
(13:23):
cape with you and an inflatable unicorn wherever you go. Um,
so yeah, it's it's literally if you said, hey, what
do you think pairs dreams about at night? Like how
do her dreams look? I'd say this, Like, I know
you're big in the metaverse right now, and if this
(13:43):
isn't like in your metaverse, I'm gonna I'm gonna ask
for that's a good idea. We have a beach there
on the have the ocean, but I should make it
pink sand. That's such a good idea, all right, I'm
implementing that. I also googled how many islands there are.
They're about two is an islands in the world, and
I think you've been to nineteen hundred probably. Okay, so
(14:09):
then you left this island Anguilla. Are you left Anguilla?
Then where did you go? Then we flew to London,
which is my favorite city in the world, and we
stayed at the Build more Mayfair, which is such a
beautiful hotel, and it was just so romantic to be
in my favorite city for our first time together because
(14:30):
Carter and I have never been to Europe together because
of the pandemic, so just to get back over there.
I love London. I used to live there for six months.
Was it snowing? Was it a white New Year's white
Christmas for you guys? Um, it wasn't really snowing. It
was just really cold. Um it was. It was quite
a shock from going to all these tropical islands and
(14:52):
then all of a sudden like in London freezing. Um,
but it was. It was so much fun. So we
went to Harrod's and went shaw Upping and Families, which
is like one of the biggest toys tours in the world,
and Selfridges and just fucking him Palace And it's fun
being like a tourist. I've never really done that because
(15:12):
usually I was there for work or I was just
going out to like clubs and parties, and this was
the first time that I didn't do any of that.
I was just like being a tourist. Which is cute.
This is Paris. Can I ask you a question about
(15:33):
the when when you shop abroad, because you know you
I've been to your place, you have not not even
just the clothing, but like you have so many cool
things from so many places. When you buy something abroad,
do you usually have to bring it back with you
or have someone bring it back with you or do
you just have them shipped back to l because I'm
(15:53):
wondering how many extra suitcases come back with you from
a trip every time you go somewhere. Well, for this
it was just so many different like locations where we
were going from like a tropical island with you know,
warm weather, and then there so we need like big
coats and winter outfits. So what I usually I would
just care like have like thirty suitcases and go around
(16:16):
the world. But Carter doesn't like traveling with that many suitcases,
so he let me bring like eight, and then when
we go somewhere else, I would like, let's like ship
back whatever I wore, whatever I like, didn't think I
was gonna wear anymore. But then like after London, we
had to go to somewhere else warm again, like we
were back in Dubai, and then Aldive, so then I
(16:37):
had to have more clothes. Um, so yeah, I was
a lot of like sending things back. And then Kevin
was with us as well, and he was flying in
from l A or from Poland, so he would like,
bring one of my suitcases back. So it was just like, oh,
I don't even know where half of them are because
we've been shipping them from like London and Anguilla and
(16:59):
Dubai in all these random places and they're still not
I'm like, where's my stuff? So I w check Kevin's trunk.
That's really I just feel like I think people have
known you for so long and like those little details.
I'm sure people have asked themselves like how does she travel?
And then what does she do with the suitcases? Because
(17:20):
when you said I usually bring thirty, but he made
me slower. He made Carter made me bring into a
reasonable eight. That's all I could carry, one for each
finger and I left my thumbs free for texting. Well
because it was a two month honeymoon, so you know,
usually I will only bring I've gotten very good at
(17:42):
it because it used to be so many bags and
now I've learned to like back what I need So
I've went on trips now with like two suitcases only,
which is like a miracle for me. You're a hero.
What is the of the most suitcases you've ever brought
with you on a trip? Oh, one time I had
(18:02):
the most bags was every year, and I used to
live in at Bisa for my DJ residency at Amnesia.
I would be living there for a couple of months,
like sometimes three to four months, so I would bring
everything with me because I never went back to America.
I would just be based in Abisa and then flying
around to different shows every couple of nights, like around
(18:23):
um all over Europe. So I had how many guys,
it was like fifty two bags, Like it was insane,
Like thank god we had like this villa where they
like unpacked everything in like separate rooms, because it was
just like it was crazy. It was a nightmare. I'd
(18:44):
just like to imagine those people who normally unpacked the
bags are just like looking at fifty two suitcases, going,
what the are you gonna do? I's gonna take the
rest of the year. Yeah, it was quite a night
are especially trying to figure out what to wear. It
was like you've you've you've gotten better about it. He
(19:06):
started slimited down. So then I gotta imagine we're getting
towards the end. You leave London to go to Dubai.
Is that what you said? Yes? So after London we
went over to Dubai and Carter has never been there before,
and I used to actually live there for two months
as well because I had done a TV show out there,
and um, it was his first time being there and
(19:28):
seeing it. So it was fun just to show him
like one of my favorite cities. Well that's great. We
went in the desert and we had this like romantic
day where we're just running around in the sand dunes
and like the beautiful sunset and then riding the camels
and we went to this like private dinner, like beautiful
(19:49):
music and like fire show and it was really cool.
Oh my gosh, do you think the camel was really
excited when he saw that he got paras Hilton. He's like,
do you think it not? Just of these other camels
are never going to believe just gave Para Sultan to ride.
My camel was pretty chill. He was cute. But the
one behind us, they're like, do you want to go
(20:11):
on the fast one? The slow one, and I'm like,
this is the whole one. When we were in Anguilla,
we went horseback riding on the beach and I liked
one of them because it just looked really cute. It
was like really pretty, like blonde hair and just had
like this like head band on. It just like looked
really cute. I was like, Oh, I want to ride
that one. And we wanted like all the horses to
(20:33):
match each other because of our outfits, or it was
my idea of not Carter's. Carter was like, they've got
to match my tux. So they gave him this other horse,
and that horse just started like going so fast on
the beach and like anytime people would come near, like
a camera neared or something, it would like freak out
and like almost buck him off. And then they're like, oh, yeah,
(20:55):
that's that's like the craziest one we have. He's like
the fastest one. Who's like what, Carter's like, thanks, Terris
to match your dress. Well, I literally almost just got
killed on the horse. Um, so yeah, that was funny.
And then we went to the Dubai mall, which is
one of the most beautiful, like the largest malls in
the world, and they have like this indoor aquarium and
(21:18):
they had like a swimming Santa Claus scuba diving. So
that's when we went to the Maldives. We stole that
idea because I was like, that's really cool, and then
Carter did it. Carter is a better Santa than any
other stand in my opinion. Yeah, So after Dubai, we
went to the Maldives and that's one of my favorite
(21:41):
places on Earth and Carter has never been there either,
so we've been wanting to go. So that was like
when he first asked me where should we go for
the honeymoon, that was the first place that I said,
and I hadn't say it this property before, but it's
the Conrad, Maldives, and it was just epic. This Morocco
villa was on another level. Like I've stayed at the
(22:02):
most beautiful hotels around the world, but this was just
like something so special. Just being able to be underwater
and see all of that. It's just magical. I hope
that somebody out there, like you know, there's all these
YouTube challenges of like I'm going to try the thirty
day push up challenge or I'm going to do the
two Months No Meat challenge. I don't know. I hope
(22:27):
someone starts the seven and a half week Honeymoon Challenge
and tries to do all the things you did, because
I just feel like it's such it's such a unique experience,
and luckily you guys did film at all. But still
I feel like, wow, what you you really? I think
(22:47):
you had the perfect honeymoon, would you say? So? Oh? Yeah,
by far? It was like like a bucket list trip,
like something out of a movie. Like I couldn't even
have planned it better if I tried to. So I'm
just I'm so grateful to such an amazing husband that
he's so thoughtful and romantic, and I don't know, just
(23:07):
made it like a fairy tale, just like this whole
wedding and everything has been and then oh yeah, after that,
we flew over to another island which was in the
Maldives as well, and it's Waldorf Historia, Maldives and I
used to live at Waldorf Historia in New York when
I was a teenager, so just to like see their
brand new property in the Maldives, it was the most
(23:31):
high end property I've ever seen, like in something like this,
like usually you know, it's these hotels are much more tropical,
especially like in the Maldives or something, but this one
was like insane, just everything about it. They had eleven restaurants,
the most incredible food, everything you can imagine, like water sports.
The spa was so sick. They had this healer there
(23:54):
from India who was like, had he has like all
these like special powers or he's like psychic and then
also a healer and did like this chakra thing on
me which like aligned all my chakras and took away
any bad energy or bad vibes or anything that I
had ever felt in my life. And like I've felt
(24:15):
just so incredible ever since I've saw him. I love
him amazing. Well, you're grateful for the trip in Carter.
I'm grateful that he didn't let you retire right there
and that you're back and we get to do more
of these episodes. But Paris, it was lovely hearing about
all this. If people want to see it, where do
(24:35):
they go? They can go to YouTube dot com slash
Paris Hilton. Easy to remember. Yeah, we won go check
that out and get ready for more episodes of the
show because we have some really fun guests coming up,
So make sure to subscribe and enjoy in Paris. I'll
