Speaker 1 (00:03):
The following is a presentation of the College Athletes Network.
What's Up, guys, Welcome back to twintalk on the College
Athlete Network. I'm Hannah, I'm Haley, and we are the
Kavnar Twins. We are having another exciting guest on this podcast.

(00:27):
You guys probably know him smiling all the time on TikTok,
Jared McCain. But he is like a book, he's a bucket.
He is. He's a great hoop. I just wanted to
say that he's always smiling because it gives me great energy.
I know. I saw their TikTok's him and his girlfriend sneak.
I can't wait to talk to him about it, but
they just gave us great vibes, like all the time
on TikTok. So if you guys haven't followed him, go
check him out and he will be coming up soon. Yeah.

(00:49):
He also committed to Duke and he is currently a
senior in high school. He's a Champs athlete, which Haley
and I if you guys don't know, we are female
athletes for Champs. UM. We literally love Champs. You guys
probably see them all the time on our social media's
UM and yeah, we before we get into that, we
want to talk to you guys about something that we
are very passionate about outside of basketball. So if it's

(01:12):
not for basketball. Hannah and I have been very, very
big into our fitness journey, and I think it started
my senior year in high school when there was this
huge diet like trend going around the Keto the Keto
diet and but tell them why you wanted to go. Okay,
I was getting there, Hannah, this is Hanna's problem. But um,

(01:33):
so I decided to do the Key Too diet because
I didn't like how I looked. It was just a
personal thing for me, and so I told my mom,
she always packed my lunch for school, and I was like, Mom,
can you can we switch to veggies instead of like
chips and um candy and juice box and stuff like,
can we switch the veggies and ranch and stuff? So
I just started to do that and just like do
meats and veggies and cheese is low car, low car?

(01:55):
And we lost I was I lost twenty five pounds. Yeah,
So like really said, that was basically the start of
our fitness journey. That was around whenever we were seniors
in high school. So we were eighteen around eighteen and
we are both currently on going to be twenty two
here in January. But yeah, just to like look back
and see like that's where it kind of started. In
the progress and the process we've made UM so far,

(02:18):
it's just like very it's very kind of um special
to see just because we put so much effort into
it and I've I've honestly like fell in love with
the weightlifting and the nutrition side of like how to
um build muscle because like I said, we stopped doing
the Keto diet. I mean we both do low carb
right now, but that's kind of where it started. Yeah,

(02:40):
I think I agree to. I think um, over the years,
we've gain so much knowledge. Were's so much more to learn,
and I just love that, like people want to come
to us and like, no, you know, like how how
have you been with your nutrition and what have you
done to see the most progress? Because that's what I
do to other people. So I just feel so I
don't know if it's just like it's such a cool
feeling because you know, you put so much time into

(03:01):
something and see results and then someone coming to you
and ask you for advice. But um, I think It's
cool because we still we love like the fitness community,
you know we do, We absolutely do. Obviously Champ sells
a whole bunch of fitness like workouts in their cozy
sets as well, So just like Ties run and ties
right into us. But just like Hayley was saying, we
kind of made a huge jump in our nutrition. I

(03:24):
would say about a year and a half ago, um,
and more last summer, we started, um really prioritizing our
protein intake and it completely transformed our bodies. Like I'm
tofee and coffee intake. UM. We reduced obviously sugar a
lot um and just like really paid attention to how
it made us feel and how we fueled ourselves. But honestly,

(03:45):
like your protein intake is so important, it is so important.
You will see such a big difference in your body, um,
both physically how you feel and if you're performing as
an athlete. Um, I just I cannot believe the difference. Um.
If you guys have seen on TikTok, we made a
before and after pictures if you guys want to go

(04:05):
look at that. But honestly, just seeing the difference is
it's really amazing. Yeah, and I think that like one
thing about us is one thing I would like harp
on a lot, is like we're very we're creatures of
habit and like I think that like, once we find
something that works for us, I don't really care. Like
I mean, I love my chips and salsa. Don't get
me wrong, I get my chips and salsa once a
week always. But like, once you find things that make

(04:26):
you feel good and it's working for you, it's like
it's it's an obsession, it's like an addiction. So it's like,
oh my gosh, Like I wanna I love how I
want to make my body look the best I can.
And that's just something that I'm very passionate about. And
to have Hannah like by my son hole as accountable
UM has helped a lot. I think, Yeah, And I'm
honestly going to be real because this is spicy like Twintock,

(04:48):
like my family will constantly when this all started, they're
they're constantly Like Haley and I are very big on
trying to be like we're very disciplined people, so um,
anything we do, we're gonna do. Like and I'm like
like talking about neutrals and anything, and I think, uh,
when we go to dinner, like our family like hates
ordering food because obviously, like we are only trying to

(05:11):
eat protein when I go out, like, I don't try
to eat you know, like the sweet potato fries and
other stuff that comes with it, unless it's like with
the chips and salsa. But um, I think one of
the biggest advices I've ever learned. Um it came from
a strength coach in the recruiting process, and it was like,
you don't need to eat to live, you need to
live to eat. And that's like something I lived on.

(05:32):
Like I people use food as comfort more when you're
I mean not that food is not like amazing, but
like if you look at it in a different perspective,
I agree. I think so too. I think that like
obviously there's a good balance, and I think that we're
still learning You're we're still learning that too, because I
think that you're you're allowed to have fun, go explorer
and try new foods and stuff. And I love food

(05:54):
like I love foods. So being able to try new things,
even though I'm allergic to all seafood and sushi, it's awful.
But um, trying new things, I think is something that
I need to incorporate more, but I like love chips
and salsa. So it's like being able to stay consistent
throughout the week and cooking in like handing me we
just cooked our sausage in chicken sausage, chicken sausia and stuff,

(06:17):
and so we're trying to share those recipes with y'all,
like on our social media is because I know you
guys are interested in what we're eating and stuff. So
but we just do that consistently. And then being able
to incorporate one food that we really really enjoy has
something that has worked for us. Yeah, and like being
able to look forward during that day of the week,
like Okay, I'm gonna get my chips and sausa. Okay,
I'm gonna get my cheap food because you weren't in
a burger or something. You just like light chips and

(06:38):
sautsa exactly exactly. But yeah, also and kind of before
we go into Jared's talk, but we obviously fell in
love with the weightlifting side through basketball and through playing
Division one basketball. Being able to um lift and you know,
change your body and grow muscle is something that Haley
and I love doing outside of basketball. I think it's

(07:00):
it's so awesome to be such a strong female and
you know do chin ups, like put yourself and like
you know, hit your hit your mac squad like to
do that and then compete it kind of against you
and keep the competitive nature going is something that I
love outs in the basketball. Yeah, I think that will.
I think that like after basketball comes to an end,
I think will always find competitive nature with fitness. Absolutely.

(07:23):
So I think I'm excited to see like where we'll
be like in five years with our fitness journey and
like you know, like us entering the fitness community one
day and stuff. I think it's gonna be sick. I
cannot wait. But we kind of just wanted to go
over our fitness journey with you guys. I know a
lot of you guys have been asking about it. Obviously,
we're still on it, we're still learning. We're not experts
by any means, but um, this is just kind of

(07:43):
what works for us. But stay tuned because we have
a great test coming up. Jared McCain. We kind of
touched on him a little bit in the beginning of this,
So make sure you guys come back. You're listening to
Twin Talk on I heart radio and we will see
you guys after the break. What's up, guys, you are

(08:14):
listening to Twin Talk on the College Athletes Network. I'm
Haley and I'm Hannah and you can find us on
TikTok or all the social media's at the kabin or
Twins reach out and give us feedback on the show.
But we want you gruys opinion. But for right now,
let's welcome in one of the nation's top basketball a
cruits Jared McCain from Corona Centennial High School in southern California,

(08:35):
about two million followers on TikTok. He's definitely dancing and
smiling all the time. I see your videos. You're super smiley.
But how are you doing, Jared, I'm doing great, happy
to be here. Thanks for coming to Yeah, thank you. Okay,
so you recently kind of just committed to Duke, So congratulations.
First off, that's so cool. Um, what what was the

(08:57):
deciding factor of Okay, I want to go to Duke.
It was basically when I went on my visit um
talking to the coaching staff, like, the play style was
perfect for me. Ball screens, coming off down screens. I
like to shoot, So that was basically my thing for
them and just you know, the relationship I've been with
the committed players already, it was it was kind of
the perfect fit. That's awesome. Um, what about did you know,

(09:22):
like if coach k was retiring when you committed? I
knew before I committed, And when I remember finding out,
I was I was definitely sad because obviously being coached
by him would be like insane, but also it was
happy because like was now part of a part of
history almost but with coach the new coaching staff, so
I was excited. Well that's sick. So you have you

(09:44):
guys started your high school season yet as a tennial's
going five games or six games in? How's it going good?
We lost one to the number one team in the country.
But I saw that mixtape we lost to Duncanville. That
was just Mikey right now, we want we beat Mikey.
We Okay, okay, they're they're they're pretty bad. But we

(10:08):
lost to Duncanville from Texas. Now now we're six in
the country. But do you guys think you're gonna win
the championship? I I definitely think so. I definitely, especially
for the state championship. Definitely. I'm pretty pretty confident in
our team good Good, and we're rooting for you. So
so when you committed a duke, are you because you're

(10:29):
in California right now and duke is in North Carolina? Correct?
So are you nervous to be going away from home
and all that? Or are you? Are you okay with that?
I don't know. I've always been okay with like being
on my own almost and being kind of far away.
I know the weather is going to be different for me,
so I definitely have to be used to that. But
other than that, I'm kind of fine with going far

(10:49):
away in North Carolina. Let's see a problem with it. Yeah,
that's we transferred from Presidents State and Kalie was pretty
close to Arizona, and then when we went like East Coast,
it was like the time change and everything was like
ye that yeah, but I mean we have each other
so it makes it easier. Yeah. Okay. So on TikTok, obviously,

(11:14):
like you're very smiley like in dancing, Like what what
kind of was like your thing where you're like, okay,
I kind of saw that my videos were like um
kind of taking off, Like when did you kind of
realize that you want to kind of be a part
of the TikTok community. You're like an influence too. It
was when it was during quarantine when we when I

(11:34):
first started TikTok was during quarantine because I knew I
couldn't be made fun of when I was dancing and stuff.
And then it kind of like I had like sixty
followers in the first few months, and I thought that
was insane at that point, but then it kind of
started blowing up. The next summer when we were able
to play for y b L, I was doing dances
before the games and then post them after and we

(11:57):
didn't lose. So we lost one game, but we end
up winning the championship, so it made perfect sense. And
that's kind of where it blew up with all the
social media stuf. Uh. But I've always I've always been
dancing since I was like a kid. There's a video
on YouTube of me dancing to j Or singing and
dancing to Justin Bieber. I don't know if anyone could
find that, but yeah, you wanna find it, guys ever listening,

(12:17):
go find it. I always see um you and your
girlfriend Sidney, right, Yeah, yeah, I always see you guys
dance on there. It's like such good vibes. Like I've
rewatched the video. I'm like this is they just generate
like here like v Yeah, and she's just like Sarah.
So we try to do so we try to do.
That's cute though, So you guys, is she going to
come to North Carolina with you? Or are you guys

(12:38):
gonna do long distance? I think we're going to do
long distance. Not fully sure, but I think that's what's
gonna happen. Probably. I think it's just too hard because
she's a sophomore in college. She's gonna try and graduate
in three years, so there'll be no point of her
leaving like this for her last year. Basically she's really smart,
so shout at her. But yeah, she'll probably just end

(13:02):
up staying for that one year. Okay, that's easy handed
as a long distance So yeah, I do long distance
right now? Or no? Yeah, I mean she comes back
a lot though. She's at Santa Barbara, so that's not
too far. Well, that is a great university. Yeah, good
for her. How did you guys meet she? We go
to this. We went to the same high school, and

(13:26):
I don't like I did d m her one time
I lost I lost the bet and I d m
her and it was a terrible pick of blind, like
really bad. It was like if you were a Transformer,
you'd be optimists. Fine, it was terrible. Then I I
think I like addit her on Snapchat and then we
started talking there and then like that we kind of

(13:49):
just became friends at first and then during quarantine and
just hung out a lot. Oh yeah, that's the best.
So like being friends first and then like, but I
do long distance. Yeah, so he actually lives in California,
so we do coast coast, but we also met in
high school. High school sweethearts, could you guys. It's definitely doable.
Definitely doable. Yeah, they've been they've went in for like

(14:11):
six years. So yeah. Let's sick though, So moving past that,
now that you positioned yourself to be able to make
money off a namage and likeness and Cali they have
a law that high school players can make money, but
not like every state can, right, Yeah, that's sick though,
that you're allowed to Yeah, oh wow, I didn't know

(14:32):
high school players in California it was past that they
can make money, but other like other states, I don't
think Arizona or for instance, I think Flordia can. But
some states are not allowed to make money if you're
a lot of like most states, you aren't until college. Right,
So when was your first deals when it was like,
oh my gosh, you know, like feel oh, I first

(14:53):
ever do I did an ad for Space Jam. Then
the new movie that came out that's sick. I posted
like trick Shots or something that was like my first
ever deal. That was crazy. But the first like major
deal that was like this is actually insane was the
Crocs Ones. Oh Crocks. Yeah. How was it seeing you
yourself like in Champs and the Champs stores and stuff.

(15:14):
I know you you just signed with Champs. They're great,
We're all part of the Champs fam Champ squad. It
was crazy. I went, I went to the it was
a store nearby, it was a mall nearby my house,
and I saw it and then I mean, obviously being
next to Jalen Hurts, that's that's in itself, like on
the same levels him. I mean, I'm not, but that's

(15:36):
insane just to be in the same pictures. And then
I was walking past it and people were noticing that
I was the person in the picture. It was just
like really surreal because you know, I was been in
Champs since I was a kid buying shoes and to
see myself in the store on one of the ads
is there's there's no other film like it. Yeah, I
know it, Like I never realized like I was gonna

(15:58):
we were going to be in a store. And then
like all my friends would snapchat me in different states
and they'll be, oh my god, you guys are like
my family was going to the stores and they would
just randomly see it. My friends in my class, like
it's crazy, It's really cool. I love it. What about
what has your been like your favorite? How many photo
shoots have you done one Champs? Like, what has been
your favorite photo shoot experience? Any? My favorite? Definitely I

(16:22):
did want in Philadelphia And it was actually so we
had an YBL stop in Kansas City and I had
a game at like eight pm, and then I flew
out at like five am the next day to Philadelphia
for the photo shoot for the whole day and then
came back for a game eight am the next day.
So I thought that was pretty funny that I went

(16:44):
from game to photo shoots the game. But that was
my favorite. It was like a like park in downtown
philadel It was really nice. It was just it was cool.
That was my favorite. Did you take like all this
stuff when we would go to photo shoots with Chances, Like,
I'm like, oh my gosh, I have a new closet
everything every photo shoot for sure, especially we just did

(17:06):
one in l A. So I was able to just
put it in like put in the car and just
that was perfect. Always take the clothes. They always ask
like do you want this in my Yeah? Yeah for sure.
So what's been like your favorite item University from Champs,
like that you've gone Probably I really like the New Balance.
It's probably the New Balance Zeros. I think it's what

(17:28):
they're called. Yeah, I think those are my favorite right
now that I've got from Champs or the nine fives.
I think it is thanks. Um the Jordan's the Jordan
Force is that. Um? I really like the purple ones
those during Halloween and the white and blue. Canna doesn't know, like, yeah,

(17:53):
I don't know why. Yeah, Jordans. We always get like
the release calendars. Do you get that like when they
first dropped that you can get them? So I always
like go through and send them. I'm like, oh my,
actually I got one of these, like exactly, I gotta start. Yeah,
that's what I'm saying, Like in class or something, I
get bored all go through the white and black ones
I wish I got. Yeah, you should have got those

(18:14):
were so cute. There's like right, white and red ones
dropping soon for Christmas. Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, those are
just dropping. Yeah. I always get like my family something
like for chimps from Champs for like Christmas and stuff
like are you gonna get Sydney your brother anything? I'm
getting like the whole family stuff. My brother. I was

(18:35):
probably my brother like a tech fleace. He always loves
just some nice new type fleas and he's been like
in the New Balances too, so probably compair those Sydney.
Sydney is hard to shot for. She's picky any dunks.
I know she likes those ug slippers the Ultrum. Yes,
you should get her those those. I think I'll probably

(18:58):
get her those, and then I don't know, I gotta
think of like a like a sentimental gift from Champions.
Probably just the price of the slides and some dunks.
That's good. That's a great line up. The slides. The
slides are like popping right now, which are slides? I
see those everywhere. I also like the girl ones, so

(19:20):
like the ones that come up to your like you
don't know, like you're heel a little bit. Yeah, yeah,
we just got those ones. But the ones that are
like the slip ones, like everyone's where even guys are
wearing them. Those universal Yeah, they're for sure. They're like
the shoe, the winter shoe. I swear I need to
get like a new pair though, Yeah for sure. Okay,

(19:40):
So outside of annil and stuff, Um, how do you since,
like you gained a social media presence and stuff, and
obviously with that there's like negative and positive obviously, how
do you feel like dealing with that and stuff? Obviously
you blew up during quarantine, so you've had some time
to figure it out. Um. I feel like at first

(20:02):
that like the negative comments, Like I feel like I
feel like I wasn't gonna get negative comments because like
I just thought it was just too like it was
just positive. I wasn't really do anything bad. I don't
really like talk trashing games for people to get mad at,
So I didn't think I was gonna get negative comments.
But then they started coming in when you have like
a bad game or just like people talk about you know,

(20:23):
Sydney or my family. And I first had bothered me
a lot because I just just like, why why are
you guys? Soon mean, why are people so mean? But
then then I just got used to it. I just
stopped looking at comments, Like I used to go through
YouTube comments and TikTok comments, but now I just have
to I can't do it anymore. I can't look. I
just have to, you know, respond to the positive one.

(20:45):
And that's about it. Yeah, at it so toxic and
straining too, Like I'm like, I'm brutal out there, like
seriously they are, Oh my gosh, I would never Like
I'm like, how do people literally sit behind the screen

(21:05):
and like try to tear down others like their looks,
like family like everything. I'm like, who raised you? Like,
why are you just typing behind the screen just being
this mad at the world right Like it's just they're mad.
That's a that's a really good way to put it.
But Okay, so back from not to talking more basketball wise,

(21:26):
if you could pick any any b A player, so
that's similar like to your playing style, who would you
say that fits most of your plan style. I'd say
Seth Curry, that's Duke Affiliate's a easy one, Seth Curry,
um Jalen Bronson more like the stock of your guards

(21:46):
that can shoot it well play the combo one and two.
So those those two are probably my top two comparisons.
That's awesome. What it's like your game you're looking forward
to when you get to Duke to play in? Like
obviously is it North Carolina? And do have like a
huge record? Correct? Yeah, definitely that one. I mean that
should be like so packed obviously, but those ones. And

(22:10):
then I think we play in Madison Square Garden, so
that should be insane. Really that's one of our first
games or something like that, so I'm excited for that.
Do you get nervous before your games or like how
do you go about it? Um? Yeah, for sure. I think.
I swear if anyone says they don't get nervous before games,
I think because I mean I always get butterflies in

(22:30):
my stomach. Like it could be a team that I
know we're gonna be by forty and I still just
get nervous. But you know, I think the butterflies my
stomach is just a part of the game. I kind of,
you know, you get you learned to like like them
almost before. Again, if I don't have them, I feel
like it's a bad it's a bad sign. But yeah,
like with the butterflies my stomach, I think once they

(22:51):
get on the court and the we'll start playing, the
kind of go away and I'm just playing. But before
the game, I definitely get nervous to close it off.
We always ask every guest that comes on like rapid
fire questions, so we have a couple of sin's coming
your way. The way to Jared's heart is rebounding for
me and Slash coming from Okay, Sid, do you hear that?

(23:19):
What's your favorite song right now or ever? Ever? Ever? Oh? Wow,
um ever as hard It's definitely a Drake song. I
would say, I like slow Drake, so i'd probably go
Fire and Desire by Drake. Okay, I've never heard that song.

(23:39):
So if you could trade, yeah, you haven't listened for
the Fire Desire, I've never heard that. If you could
trade closets with anyone who would be closets? Oh? Um
s Jordan Clarkson or Devin Booker, Devin Poker, good one.

(24:03):
I was thinking Devin, I'm like Jordan Pool. They have
a great vibe to him, for sure. Yeah, okay, So
if you weren't a basketball player with what would you
be doing? Hello, soccer for sure. Okay, okay, if you
had to, if you had to choose one for your

(24:24):
fans or anyone to see, would you rather show your
d m s or your search history is wisely? Um?
As wise as a girlfriend, probably choose. I don't. I
don't really search anything that I don't think i'd probably could,

(24:48):
I'd probably show my d MS. I don't think I have.
I don't have anything that my MS. Okay, good, okay,
what about as you should? Yeah, as you should? All right?
Last one, what is your favorite food comfort food? Um
m tie tie drunken noodles. Whoa, that is very different. Yeah,

(25:11):
I love it. I know I haven't even had that. Well.
I love Thai drunken middles, drunken okay, noodles. Okay, you're teaching,
you learn something new every day. Okay, but that's all
we got, So thank you so much for calling a seriously,
thank you, of course, thank you guys. Welcome back to

(25:48):
twin Talk. That was Jared McCain. We had a great
interview with him on College Athletes Network. Obviously you guys
heard us talking about champs and gift giving and being
the Christmas spirit. Like if I walk outside and I
see Christmas trees, like, it's great vibe, it's great vibes.
So I want to talk about it to give, Like
what's our favorite part about Christmas? Yes? Absolutely, Um, I
just shopped, so I have to shop for all my

(26:11):
So in our family we do. We have three other
sisters and we do every year. My mom draws names
and we each get a certain sister and we call
it secret Sister, so that we don't have to spend
gifts on every single one of our sisters because that would. Yeah,
with our family, there's like high expectations to we're all girls.
So growing up it was always my mom was like, okay,

(26:32):
I'll get me and Hannah can never get each other, right,
but my mom would give me. I know, we can't
we live with each other, which with each other seven
but my mom would give me Brooke or someone and
then we would go to the mall, all of us
at once, but then like go and split up and
shop for each other. So now that we got older,
we still have that tradition and it's so fun because
it's like, okay, but then we all are very competitive,

(26:54):
so it's like, Okay, I want to get my secrets
to the best gift exactly, and there's always a budget
there is, but then obviously, you know, you go over
the budget. You go over the budget because you, like
he said, competitive and you want to give the best gift.
So I've been shopping a lot for my secret sister,
who I'm going to stay on here because this episode
is going to come out. And already told me that's
the problem with our family. Our family wants to just
go and tell everybody who their secret sister is. But

(27:16):
my secret sister was Brandy, and she's very hard to
shop for. She wanted to close because Brinnie loves fashion,
so I had to go in there and she wanted
like to kind of switch it up, so I got
her some clothes. Um, she's a scrub nurse, so she's like,
she wears scrubs. She's an ultrasund tech, but she wears scrubs.
I got some of that stuff. And then yeah, I've

(27:37):
been shopping for my boyfriend Corvin. I got him some
stuff from Champs and I need to figure out what
I'm getting here, because I know she's getting me something
that like stresses me out because he's a great gift giver.
I am. I think that one thing I love small gifts.
This is something about Christmas al And I know this
sounds cliche, but I'd rather have guys. Sorry, my voice
is not there. It's coming back so there with me.

(27:57):
But I like small things that people will pick up
on and then like you know, like okay, that that
reminded me of when we talked about this, and they
notice and listen and then they got me a gift.
You know what I'm saying, rather than it means more.
It's so I like, I know I Hannah mentioned something
like a while back about I'm not going to say

(28:19):
this particular thing because I don't know, but I wrote
it down because then I'll go back through my notes
and be like, Okay, during Christmas, this this is this
is what I need. This is what I want to give.
Hannah a type of thing you can't even better at that.
I know, I know, because I know you were saying stuff,
but like half the time we'll just go buy it,
so like I can't do that because you're like, Okay,
I wanted this person. I was like, Okay, I'm gonna

(28:39):
get you this. Ps like, no, you can't do that's
too expensive. And then I was like okay, and then
you're like I'm just gonna get it for myself. And
then I'm like, okay, what little thing does she want?
So I've been trying to listen, but I know you're
onto me because it's so close to Christmas. Yeah, that
makes sense. Okay. I have a question that's just kind
of mind. What do you think is the number one
most bought gift for Christmas? Most common thing in the
United States, like any you know for a gender like no,

(29:02):
just most common smsgift. What would be your guess if
you had to look like if we looked it up,
I would say iPhone or headphones. Okay, that's a good guess.
I think a dog. Well, no, a puppy. You know,
only people get puppies in Christmas. That's a good point.
That's a great We got Biggie and Bubba, we did. Yeah.
So you guys, we hope you have an amazing Christmas.
