Speaker 1 (00:03):
The following is a presentation of the College Athletes Network.
Welcome back to twin Talk. I'm Hannah. I'm Haley. We
got a great show fee guys coming up. This is
the College Athletes Network on I Heart Radio. So let's

(00:25):
talk about who is coming on today, you guys. He
is the grandfather of an I L we When we
started this podcast and we were picking out all the guests,
I was like, Hannah, we have to get Destroying on here,
like because everything he's done, he paved the way for
all student athletes to us to be we're gonna have
a podcast. So I was like, we gotta get him
on here. We gotta get questions going. You guys are

(00:46):
gonna meet a lot, learn a lot about destroying Uh.
He has a lot of advice to offer. Um. So
you guys, I'm super excited to hear from him, like seriously,
Like I think he's super knowledgeable and has already had
done it. Yeah, he's done it. So it's like you're
gonna learn something like through this podcast. It's gonna be sick.
I'm excited. It so makes you guys stay tuned for
that because you'll hear way more about destroying dope guy

(01:08):
and even a better person. So but before we get
into this podcast, let me tell you guys about something
happened today. Hannah's super upset with me. It's like fine,
like no, like you guys, we are you Okay. Haley
and I will argue about like little things, right like
who's a better cook? Okay, if Haley doesn't Haley leaves
her coffee mug out at coffee cup like I'm I'm

(01:31):
cleaning up every day, even if I remind her, like
she doesn't pay attention to the little things, Haley, you know,
I okay. So we will watch TV out in our
living room before we go to bed, and Hannah leaves
her pill Hannah brings Aroun her pillow and leaves all
her pillow every night, and then I will put it
in her room in the morning. But for some reason,
like Hannah will do something like she has to pick
on my mug one day. She's gonna have to let

(01:52):
me know, like all Hannah does this stuff, but like
I just don't have to, you know, let her have
it about it. You literally yell like okay, anyways, let
me tell you guys something that like that just truly
bothers me. Hayley's towere is in Men. Okay, let's talk
about it. We should, we should honestly create a podcast
just for this episode. Hayley choices in Men, you guys, Hannah.
She has recently been single for a body year a

(02:15):
year and a half, so but like she just like,
I don't think you understand, like what is your mindset
like when you're like I think that. I was, like,
I'm very picky in my family. I we come from
five whole girls in our families, so there's a lot
of opinions and advice coming my way, and so I think,
like when I go on dates and stuff, it's always
in my back of my head, I'm like, okay, well

(02:36):
they fit with the fan, Like all my sisters are
in relationships. So it's really hard because it's like anyone
I bring home, it's like like Corman is like a
brother to me. So it's very hard for me to
be like okay. But Hannah gets all upset because she
always is wanting you know, like Haley, no, like that's
I don't think that's I don't think he's the right
guy for you. So it's just a struggle. Bear with

(02:57):
me over here. Send some advice, guys. I just want
I just want Haley too. Sometimes I feel like she
doesn't want stand like time is valuable, you know, like
your time is so like precious and like what you're
expanding it on and like what you're like your time
with people and stuff. And sometimes I'm like, Hayley, you don't,
you don't got to talk to everyone. Like she's a
little chatty Cathy over here. I'm like, hey, like, you know,

(03:18):
twenty four hours in a day and we gotta get
stuff done. That's what we argue about. Yeah, that I
think that's the biggest thing besides the boys and you know,
Hannah being messy. Whatever my thing is is like I
like to go at my speed. Like everyone has different
speeds about how they go about their day. And if
it's like Hannah's the type, Hannah's mind thinks a little
different than my mind. So Hannah is always like, let's

(03:38):
get this done, Hayley, Let's film this TikTok, like let's go,
let's go, let's go. It's NonStop, like she's pedal to
the metal. Me. I think it's like okay, you know,
like we can take a couple of deep breaths in between,
you know, like it's okay, and so I think we
get annoyed with each other's like how our minds work
when we are from twenty four hours a day. And
you guys gonna understand this, Like we spend a lot
of time together, like we are best friends, so we

(04:00):
definitely are going to have arguments. But actually we had
a I don't know if he's UM an advocate for
mental health or what is like UM but physician, physician,
what is the job? Is his job title? Okay? But
he came and talked to our team actually this past weekend,
and he was talking to us a lot about our
minds and Haley, what are you saying about Haley and mine?

(04:22):
Like Haley and I had a huge conversation after and
we're like wow, like we are so similar, but like
there's like differences in our minds and like how they work,
and that's what carses our arguments, Like I'm a hundred
percent need to get stuff done if I don't have
stuff off my checklist, like I'm anxiety. Haley is okay,
Like I got to focus all my energy on one thing,
one thing only, And I mean I don't I don't

(04:44):
care what it is if she has to take a
trash out, that is all she can do at that
one moment. But this is the thing, this is the
thing I'll be if I have to take our hand.
Asked me to take off the trash, well, then she's
also asking me to respond to someone like she does.
She gives me two tasks at a time, and I'm like, Hannah,
which one do you want me to do first? But
it's because it's like Haley, I do that all the time.
I know, but that's not me, Hannah. All right, all right,
we made our point. Okay, we heard you guys heard

(05:06):
enough of us. Arguin. You know it's it's an everyday thing. Okay,
it's it's it's a twin thing. It's a twin thing. Um.
But it's time now to get destroying on you. Guys.
Were super excited. The YouTube star joins us on twin
Talk and this is College Athletes Network on I Heart Radio.
We will be right back. Twin Talk is back. Let's

(05:38):
bring in YouTube start destroying over four million subscribers to
his channel. Thanks for coming on twin Talk. Man. I
appreciate you guys having me. I'm super excited. Have you
guys been doing a lot of great things in an
n IL space, and you know, I'm happy to be
able to support well. I mean, I was like the
n I L grandfather, We're like, we gotta get on
this podcast. Definitely, I'm happy all are doing your thing. Though.

(06:01):
Like I said, the other day, I was in a
freaking store and see you all on the poster. I
was like, Yeah, this is dope, this is dope. Thank yous?
Is that chance? Yeah? Yeah, thank you. I appreciate that. Yeah,
every time we want to chance it is like my
friends will snapchat me and I'll like forget about it,
and then I'll be like, oh my gosh, it's so cool.
It's definitely, it's definitely really weird to see hope that

(06:22):
you guys could do that and stuff now freely and
collect a bag. Right, yeah, we want to talk to
you about this that you couldn't do. So for anyone
who doesn't know who destroying is h he was a
kicker at Central Florida and a pretty a pretty good one.

(06:42):
He was on scholarship and then came for you, right, yes,
they did. They came for you when you have a
YouTube channel because they were saying that you could not
back in the day and I was not pass so
destroying lost his eligibility because you continue to upload YouTube videos.
So I'll talk to you. I want to listen to

(07:04):
I kind of want to know about this journey with
that and like how you even got into YouTube and
then obviously dealing with the n c A all that
all happened, of course, so it was kind of a
long story. I started kind of gaming and doing little
clips on YouTube way back, like I was twelve years
old and for reference from five, so a very long
time ago, and I'll just upload little clips on YouTube

(07:26):
and stuff like that. I kind of fell in love
with the platform and being able to create things. And
then eventually, as I got older, I got into football.
I started filming my day to day life and things
like that, and eventually, you know, I got recruited and
got a scholarship to UCF and I got there. Our
first year, we were terrible, were good at all. We
literally lost every game. We're one of I think two
teams in the entire n c double A who were

(07:48):
oh and whatever. So as that's going on, I'm kind
of filming stuff behind the scenes. But our coaching staff
was super strict at the time, so I couldn't really
put none of it out. They all got fired and
we got a new staff, and I'm going into myself
in a year and I'm kind of documented all like
fall can amp um. I'm in there with my go
pro recording and different things like that, and I put

(08:09):
some content out on my YouTube channel and then it
started getting traction, and then the season goes by. Whatever
we do decent. We're like six and seven, I believe,
and then it's summertime, so I'm like, I'm gonna just
turn this up. I'm gonna start really diving into the content.
I finally monetized my channel, so I was like, hold on,
I can make money doing this, which is like mind
blowing because I'm just uploading content having fun. It's a

(08:31):
passion of mine. And next thing I know, I'm making bread.
I mean, it wasn't a lot at all, but in
the time I monetized, to the time the n C
double A found out about my channel, probably made like
maybe two grand. So then they found out, Wait was
it so popular that they like? As it started getting
a lot of interactions like that's when they like, yeah,
so what happened? I kind of shot myself in the foot.

(08:54):
But what I did is obviously I'm trying to grow
my socials. So we got bowl gifts like everyone does,
and I did like a giveaway on my Instagram. All
you had to do was like screenshot out the post reposted,
tag too friends and you'd be able to win like
my Bold Gifts or whatever, and subscribe to my YouTube channel.
And as soon as I put that up, they got
a bunch of reshares, like thousands of thousands of likes,

(09:15):
and I'm like, damn, this it's blown. I don't know,
can I cuss on here? So I'm like, then it's
just blowing up, Like what's going on? So then the
next day I'm gonna sleep, I wake up and I
get a phone call from our compliance officer and he's like, hey, man,
I want to talk about like your social media and
what you're doing. I've seen you have a post up
leading to your YouTube channel. Um, by any chance, are

(09:36):
you making money? And I'm thinking in my head, like
I'm not gonna snitch on myself. I'm not gonna say
I'm making money because I know it might be a problem.
But then he told me, look, I really need you
to keep it a hunter with me, because if we
find out you're making money and you're still playing on
our team, any games that we win while you're like
on our roster, we would have to forfeit those games.
So keep in mind that year they went twolve and

(09:59):
oh literally undefeated. But I didn't play. Yeah, I didn't play,
but I ended up, you know, telling them all my stuff.
They investigated all my Instagram posts, all my YouTube analytics,
like every move I made on social media. They looked
at my d M s like everything. They tug everything up. Yeah,
so they found out I was making money, and it

(10:19):
was a big back and forth for like six to
eight weeks, had a bunch of meetings. Every meeting they're like, oh, yeah,
we're gonna make this work. It's looking good. It's looking good. Basically,
our compliance was middleman between me and the n C
Double A. So I tell them something, they'd go to
n C Double A, and Double A would respond, they'd
come to me and so forth. So it's back and
forth for like sixt eight weeks, and then eventually they
called me in the office. They're like, hey, we have
an answered for you. The n Double A got back

(10:40):
to us basically, you either have to delete all your
content on YouTube, donate all that money back, and continue
to play, or you can forfeit your eligibility. We'll take
your scholarship and can't pay for your education, your housing, nothing,
and you can continue doing your things as you want.
And I don't know a touch situation. The whole time,

(11:00):
they're trying to give me a stop posting too. And
in my head, I'm like, look, if I'm going to
be ineligible, you guys are trying to cut off like
my my revenue. Like the day tomorrow, let's say I
am ineligible, Like what am I gonna do? I'm not
gonna have the money nothing. So I kept doing my
thing and they gave me the ultimatum and I was like,
all right, I'm I'm out of here that I'm walking

(11:22):
out that meeting. Bro. I didn't even get to my car.
It was like a two minute walk to my car.
And then I get a notification on my phone. It's
like Donald delahy UCF kicker ineligible due to whatever and
I oviolations whatever. So that quick, yeah, it was ready.
They pulled a trigger quick. Yeah see what a go like?
Did you like? They basically gave you the ultimatum, and

(11:43):
then you're like thinking pros and cons, like my future
or like my passion with football, Like how did you
kind of like make that? Like was your family involved
at all? Or it was tough? Yeah, And I talked
to my parents about it. I talked to friends, I
talked to teammates like I ain't gonna lie, I'm gonna
keep it a hunted. I cried a lot of nights
trying to figure out what I was gonna do. But
like my parents, they were a big support system. They
told me, no matter what, They're gonna left me whatever

(12:05):
I pick, whether it's YouTube or my scholarship. Um. A
lot of people weren't the same way though. They were like, oh,
you're an idiot if you pick your YouTube channel, Like
you're getting this big education and all this paid for
blah blah blah. But I just my gut told me
go with what I loved and cared about the most.
And you guys know how college sports are. You don't
have a lot of time to do things, So this

(12:27):
is kind of my escape. So I was like doing
this on my free time. I wasn't bothering nobody. My
content was positive, motivational. So I was like, you know
what if I put my all to this, then you know,
I could build something huge. And five years later, now
we're about to hit five. Paved the way for like
and I all passing like with like cases like yours.

(12:47):
I feel like I remember on July one, like on
TikTok every I was like, yeah, like he needs to
get to let the desserts. I was making TikTok's. I
was doing all types of stuff. Man, it was. It
was so like fulfilling to see that. And a lot
of people asked me to this day, like aren't you mad?
Don't you feel like you should get this and get that?

(13:08):
Like No, at the end of the day, my reward
is seeing people like you guys be able to win.
People like you guys be able to you know, get
your bag and get the things you deserve. I'm good,
Like my life is amazing right now. I'm making great money,
gets inspired people. I get freedom. So the fact that
you guys get to eat and the generations to come
get to eat, Like, that's the only reward I really need.
That's so doll Like he paved the way. I know,

(13:31):
So thank you, thank you, Okay, so now like frost
fast Board, Um, obviously you have multiple businesses and you're
very successful, like in social media world, how do you
deal with like the hate that comes your way or
I mean, do you get a lot of hate or

(13:51):
like how do you to be honest? I get a
lot of love. Man. Obviously I have them haters here
and are, but you guys know, you can't really listen
to that. It's people behind a keyboard that don't know you,
that you have their own problems, so they, you know,
they deflect those onto you and talk to you in
your comments when you're doing some great and doing some successful.
So I don't trimple about the haters at all. I know,

(14:13):
if I don't got people hating, then I'm doing something wrong.
But even though they there, I don't listen to him.
So that's good. That's really good advice. Um. It's like
obviously like starting YouTube, like obviously five years, like what's
the craziest if you could pick one like that YouTube
has brought to you like your crazy experience, and within
it there's a there's probably a lot of something new

(14:36):
every day. One I will say, obviously, the money has
been insane, like I've seen more money in the last
five years and a lot of people seeing a whole lifetime,
so that I'm super grateful for to the opportunities, like
I get to meet amazing people. When I get to
meet athletes, I get to meet celebrities, I get to
meet people that I looked up to, and like it's

(14:58):
crazy because I remember a long time ago I was
at event and before he went off the rails and stuff,
Antonio Brown. I was a huge, huge, huge fan of him.
I met him at of event that YouTube took me
to and like I saw him and I was gonna
say what's up to him, and like he interrupted me.
He's like, Yo, man, my kids watch you. Bro. That's
so dope to meet you. Like he always on the
TV in my house. So like now I meet a

(15:20):
lot of athletes, I meet a lot of celebrities, and
a lot of people were like they know of me,
so like I don't know, it's just kind of mind
blowing to think I'm just a guy making YouTube videos
and all these people like know who I am, and
I was just like thinking it kind of like came
full circle, like you pursuing your passions over like sports
and like the ultimatum. Now it's like you're gonna meet

(15:41):
like people in the NFL, you're on the NFL events,
like you're still involved in the sport, you know what
I mean. But that was kind of that was kind
of one of my factors in my decision. It's like,
let's say I did pick football over YouTube. I feel
like I had a once in a lifetime chance and
I had all that momentum at the time, and I
would have gave that up. But with football, there's other avenues.

(16:01):
Everyone thinks like you just go to college, you get
drafted or whatever whatever, There's other avenues. There's other ways
to still be involved. So when I was making my decision,
I was thinking YouTube, I don't know if this will
ever come around again, so stick to that. I could
always continue pursuing the football thing. So that kind of
help me make my decision. Yeah, So you talked about

(16:21):
like making like a whole bunch of money within the
like within five years. Like obviously, what is like your
biggest advice like with investments, Like how do you kind
of go about that? Are you are you into that
at all? Did you like learn as you go? Obviously
you know you're in college, you don't really know much
about that. Like you get all this attention really quick
from YouTube and then boom, Like how did you How

(16:44):
did you deal with that? Definitely, I've had a good
support system around me, and I've always had people who
kept a row with me and would tell me listen,
like you spending money on cars and all this designer
stuff and stuff like that. Yeah it's cool. Yeah, it'll
make you feel good for about a week, but after
that we're do for you basically just wasting your money

(17:05):
because you're gonna want the next best car or like
the next new bag, or like whatever it is. So
I made sure I put a lot of money away
towards investments. Um, and I'm always seeking new investments and
things like that. I just got in the real estate
recently purchased my first home. I'm working on building, appreciate
I'm actually in it right now. Yeah, purchased at home.

(17:27):
I'm building one in my home country, Costa Rica that
I'm gonna air being be out. Um. It's doing a
lot of things, man, I'm building a few businesses, which
I do want to talk to you all about after,
you know, but there's a lot of things we're working
on man. And that's a great thing about the platform.
It puts me in touch with people that I wouldn't
have access to if I was just a regular person,

(17:48):
and like it's cheat code because they're just putting me
on the things I wouldn't see otherwise. So yeah, so
you kind of just touched on, like, you know, your
businesses and companies. So one of them is Glacier Boys. Yeah.
I got my own part of the flow ball team
the Fan Control Football League. Yeah. So I like with

(18:09):
Cuevo Yeah yeah, Quevo yeah, rf takeoff man, that's sick.
So how would you trying to get involved with Glacier
Boys and like, you know, like what's your vision for that?
So I'm always obviously, like I said, I'm always involved
in the sport, right, So at that league reach out
to me. They were kind of a startup and they
had this plan of creative league, bringing a lot of
celebrities and bringing in a lot of influencers and things

(18:30):
like that to drive you know, the marketing of the stuff.
So they brought me in. They let me be a
team owner. I think Aidan Roth Richard Sherman is also
team owners with me, and I think we're getting into
our third season, and it's grown. Obviously, I have equity steak,
so my equity is growing a lot. UM, the league's
growing a lot, a lot more people are finding out
about it UM. Obviously, I'm gonna just keep building, keep

(18:52):
making content with it UM. I recruited a lot of guys.
Whenever I go out see people meet people on my Hey, bro,
you want to play for a team. I'm giving guys
opportunities and they're making legit money playing the sport. So
I just get to keep impacting people and impacting lives
and giving people opportunities. That's that's awesome. I have a
I have a question honestly, because like, obviously you have

(19:14):
to be able to trust, like I know, like we
have kind of like build a team around us and
it's only been within one year, So like how do
you feel about like that, like being able to trust
people like you just kind of go with your gut, Like,
how like is there anything that like you give advice
on UM in that like category? Man, it's tough. I
try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but

(19:34):
also I don't put myself in positions to be like
screwed over. I give people like kind of like testing phase,
Like I go through certain protocols with people and allowment
to my group in my square, my circle, and if
they give me any doubt or anything like that, then
they're kind of out of that. But I have a
very small circle. You gotta keep things tight. I probably have,

(19:56):
like I mean kind on one hand, the people I
haven't really trust in life, so I make sure exactly.
I feel like I feel like I to get older too.
It's like less about like I know that's corny, but
like so many people, you can cut your hands, like
I'd rather have a few good ones. Quality over quantity
always always yeah, no, yeah, but I feel like we've

(20:17):
learned that like a lot within just like a year.
Like people like sometimes like you, it's like sucks that
you do have to like question it, you know, like
are they trying to get something for you? Question everything?
But it's like okay, really because sometimes I'm like a
shaky or like am I just overthinking this situation? Question everything?
And you also got to put yourself in people's shoes

(20:37):
because obviously if you go into like business with people,
it has to be mutually beneficial. They have to benefit
you somehow. You've got to benefit them somehow, and people
always got their best interest in mind. So before you
bring anyone on or anything like that, ask yourself, what
can this person want for me? What does this person
want to get out of this relationship? And the same
for you, what do I want out of this and

(20:58):
what do I want to get out of this relationship?
So if the pros and cons add up, then you know,
put you trust in them and obviously haven't proved themselves.
But to be honest, the least people you can the better.
But also at the same time, like if you're growing
your business and obviously you guys are just two people.
You have a team, but you can only do so much.
There's only Halian Hannah and you guys only have twenty

(21:21):
four hours in your day. So bringing in people that
would do that and like help you and make your
life easier so important. And if you want to scale,
you have to bring people in. So just make sure
you're making the right choices with that. No, that's so cool.
It's cool to hear like you're like advice on that
because like you've obviously like experiences and you're not like
very old, like you're twenty five, right, you said, I

(21:43):
feel like I'm getting there, but you know, yeah, I
know you're very young, and like you, I feel like
you have so much knowledge and like so much to share,
and like that's why I think it's awesome that you're
on here, because like even I feel like I'm like learning.
I had to. I had to grow up so fast.
I remember when I was going through my whole decision
making process too. At UCF, I spoke to like a
guidance counsel that like, I trusted her. She's cool. I

(22:03):
still do. I haven't talked to her in a while, though,
but she told me, look, if you make this choice,
you're gonna have to grow up instantly. Like in college,
you have tutors, you have people that make sure things
are done for you and like your spoon fed kinda.
But then you make the decision. You're going on into
the real world. So your decisions, your choices, your actions,
they all gonna have consequences. So you gotta grow up

(22:24):
very fast to make sure you're doing the right thing.
And I learned that because literally I told him that
I was done with my scholarship August one. They told
me I got to move out by August three, that
they're bringing somebody else in. Someone else needs that housing.
So I was literally sleeping on my boys couch for
like six months, just trying to make a ship shake.
And I feel like that kind of turned me into

(22:46):
like a man. I've grown up because you know, I
was like questioning my decision, did I do the right thing?
But at the end of the day, I knew it
was all part of a bigger plan and just stay
down till I came up. So yeah, now we're here
on the podcast. Yeah, I know, like I feel like
this past year like you have to grow up in
so many ways, Like I feel like the maturity like

(23:09):
from July one too. Now it's like you see things
and like when you're looking at like a packaging or something,
like I'll be like, holy shoot, like why am I
looking at the packaging this way? Like whether it's good
or not? Like we always talk about that, your perspective
changes a lot. You start seeing things differently. Now you
guys are a business, like you gotta start moving like
CEOs your business and now your brand, so of course

(23:29):
your perspective is gonna be a little different. Yeah's I've
always had a question like how would you get the
nickname destroying. To be honest, A lot of a lot
of people ask me that, and I don't have like
a straight up answer. All I remember is, like I
told you, I was into gaming and stuff. So yeah,
I know back in the days, like the big thing

(23:50):
was to have like a gamer tech that was just
one word, and I was trying to find something with
my name in it, and I was trying all these
combinations and all these different things and nothing works. So
I just looked up words that started with D, and
destroying came up and now was available. So I just
added an extra D, add an extra E, and then
that's how destroying was born born. That's dough because that's

(24:11):
like what you're known by. So it's like funny, like
this story behind it, it's like very simple, like you
just click something. Yeah literally Xbox gamer tag man. Okay,
So you were talking about like five years ago, like
where you were at, So like looking from five years on,
like what are some of your goals? Like where is
D destroying? But where is D in five years? Like

(24:34):
where do you want to be? Like I told you,
I'm working on so many investments and I'm working on
building so many businesses that in five years from now,
I'm going to be a lot richer. I mean, I'm
grateful for the money I have now, but obviously we
want more. I told you I'm building like a house
in Costa Rica. I have like a five to ten
year retirement plan. Eventually, I'm gonna have so much passive

(24:56):
income coming in from investments and like real estate and
businesses I've built and things like that that I'm just
gonna be chilling waking up in my little bat waking
up making money with my family too. I gotta have
my family there with me. I love it. Family in
Florida or they back in Costa Rica. So my immediate family,

(25:19):
like mom, dad, and brother lived in Florida, but everybody
else is in Costa Rica. My sister actually just moved
back with her kids too, So everybody, really, do you
like miss it or do you like that's where you
want to be or do you kind of wanna To
be honest, I'm kind of a nomad. I tried around
a lot. I still don't know where I want to
end up. But Costa Rica is obviously not as technologically

(25:43):
advanced as America, and there's not as many opportunities and
options to do things so I love it here for
the opportunities, but it's more like peaceful and people don't
care about the same things over there to social media
don't matter, like the car you drive the closure where
it don't matter. So it's very more laid back and
better for our mental health out there. But obviously, like

(26:04):
it's great to run up a bag up here, Ideally
I'd like to run up a bag in America and
spend it in Coast three. So yeah, like a good balance,
you're always going to have, like a good outlook, like, yeah,
I'll be traveling around though, I'll be back and forth.
Yeah that's sick though, that's the life. The five year plan.
Once your five year plan, we're looking into real estate.

(26:26):
So that's so that might like to. I think it's
awesome because it's like, for example, you invest in stocks
and crypto and other things like that, but it's nothing tangible.
It's nothing you can hold, like you invest in real
estate in the house, like you have something that you
can use and the day of tomorrow, knock on woods,
something goes bad, you can always sell that or you
could always do something with it. So you know, it's

(26:47):
there's always options with real estate. For sure. Okay, we
have some rapid fire questions. We ask every guest that
comes on get it. Let's get it and you're okay,
wait your ghosts like energy fan? Right? I got it? Bad? Okay? Cool.
I just included is wait, what's your favorite flavor? Is

(27:09):
that in there? That's a question here, start with that though. Okay, yeah,
products and it's it's a lot of products though. Are
we talking about the energy? Oh yeah, let's talk about
the Energet's say blue sour pants for sure, like the
watermelon sour. I don't know why. They have a special
place in my heart, like I can drink to a day,
Like sometimes they will drink to a day and I'm like,

(27:30):
this is just not good. They're dicting. They're amazing. Yeah.
Oh no, if you could trade closets with anyone, who
would it be? Created closets with anybody? Uh? PJ. Tucker.
I'm a huge sneakerhead guy and he got every shoe
on earth. So oh yeah, that's smart, good choice. All right? Um,

(27:52):
what's your favorite food? Favorite food? Pet time? What's pati? What?
You don't know? If I like it? It's Thai food.
I actually found out of out of like a year ago,
and there's a spot like five minutes from my house
in l A. And I literally will eat there every day.
It's like noodles, you've got some fetchies in it. I

(28:12):
get it with chicken as well. Amazing. If you can
try pets, I I recommend change your life. I'm gonna
take you up on change your life. What is the
first thing that you do when you wake up? Like
the first thing I do. It's terrible, but I always
check my phone. I'm trying to get out of happy,
but I check my phone, make sure to miss nothing

(28:32):
or no crazy updates or anything like that. But right
after that, I get up, brush my teeth, used to bathroom,
you know, regular. Yeah, all right, what's the what's your
biggest red flag in what? Though? Like? Girls, girls in life? Okay,
girls in life? Girls, Uh, cloud chasing. If she asked
me what I do or why I have something, followers

(28:54):
or something like that, then that's that's an eye opener
in life. Um, if you break my trust, like I
might always get people to benefit of the doubt. But
if you like suck me over once, it's a wrap
for you. It's over. That's right, that's good. That's a
good one, What first thing you notice about somebody when

(29:15):
you walk in a room? The first thing I noticed
about somebody, or like the room I'm walking into it
said someone, But what do you prefer if I'm walking
in a crib? Is this ship dirty? Right? If someone's
like okay, my thing is is like if you're coming
to my house, like I've always been told, like take
your shoes off before you saying, or like if you're

(29:39):
super dirty, like don't lay on someone's couch, Like don't
do that. Oh my god, that ship pisses me off. Okay,
And then like when you travel, when you travel obviously
like bed, when athletes you have to room like my
hotel eficacy, like I'm huge, Like don't like leave your
food in there, Like yeah, like throw your food away.
It's crazy because like you think that's common and it's

(30:01):
like normal, but a lot of people they be raised
is differently, so you can't expect it from everybody. But like,
if you're not clean, then we're gonna have a problem
because I like my space around me to be clean. Yeah,
what's your forty time? Like four four in my prime,
it's probably like five four six now pretty fast? Have
you guys, I don't think so like I'm quick, but

(30:25):
I'm not like quick, like like I would run a
mile quickly, but I wouldn't like sprint, you know, I can't.
You guys got that because you guys hoop, so you
need like endurance. But yeah, it's more of like a
quick effort sports so a mile. I would not run
a mile right now. I would die. Yeah. We did
this like freaking conditioning test here. It was the worst thing.

(30:48):
Like you know, when you're like pushing your body, you're
like all right, like medically, like I got to get
through this like no, like my body was telling me no,
like my legs were going to collapse, like they do
that to even college athletics. No, I know. I can't
even imagine basketball too though. That's like NonStop running. You
don't get a break at all. You run the offense,
you come back on defense and gets non stuff. I
can't imagine. I don't know how y'all do it. I

(31:09):
get tired of hoping that l a fitness so y'all
playing realized games, So I can't imagine. It's just like
this season, like this seasons, like I'm like, oh my,
it's from August to freaking march. Yeah, yeah, I'm like, yeah,
that's all right though, we're good. We're good over here,

(31:30):
Yeah for sure. All right. Last question is what's the
key Tod's heart. M We gotta be able to have
intellectual conversations. If you like ditzy or dumb or like
you can't keep a conversation, are you talking about stupid
superficial ship, then I'm really not that interested. Like I

(31:52):
want to be able to talk to you about like
your goals in life and your passions and like what
makes you happy, what makes you sad, like really dive
in you know. If you can't do that, then I
don't know if this will work out. No, it's a
good mindset for sure. You heard it right here. Okay, well,
thank you so much. Guys. Check out a social media's
almost five million on YouTube. We're gonna get there by

(32:14):
the end of the year. End of the year now,
so everyone go check that out. Two million Instagram followers
and four point one TikTok. We can teach you our
dance sometimes. Yeah, we're pretty good. Well, it was great
to have destroying on twin talk like grandfather of an
I L So we really appreciate it for coming on.
But now we're gonna come to our questions after the break,

(32:36):
So make sure you guys stay tuned. This is twin Talk.
We're back on Twin Talk, brought to you by College
Athletes Network on I Heart Radio. Let's get into the question. Yeah, guys,

(33:00):
we're gonna be a little spicy for you. We're gonna
each ask each other three questions. Okay, this is Hannah talking.
I know it's probably hard to you know. I think
our voices are kind of similar to Okay, So all right,
so my first question for Haley is what Okay, let's
get a little let's get a little deep gosh, what
is like success mean to you? Like, don't look at

(33:23):
like anything in life like what is success defined to you? As?
That's a good question. I think that you can measure
success like from a lot of things in your life,
but um understanding you know, like the priorities on what
you measured it with. So I think I wouldn't Okay,
if I have to pick one word to measure I
would say like consistency. Actually no, I'm going to say disciplined,

(33:47):
Like my discipline is my success. I look at it
like that, Like in life Yeah, Like I don't think
success is money or like how you perform in a
game or where your identity is. I think it's literally
like discipline showing up to doing not just playing basketball,
bring a student athlete, but doing everything in life. Like
how disciplined are you? That's a good answer. So my

(34:08):
question to Hannah is if you could change one thing
about like how your mind is, what is one thing
would you would be like, Okay, you know I want
less of that, And Hannah, Oh, that's a great question.
I would want to be less obsessive with certain things

(34:29):
and less indecisive because I feel like I get very
obsessive with um, whether it's work, whether it's control anything
in my life. Like I feel like I have to
have a plan. Like it's like I've literally grown into this,
you know how you know what it is like you've
seen me grown into this like obsessive control of like mindset.

(34:49):
And I just feel like we'll talk more about that,
like on our We're gonna do a podcast, um a
really a really cool one about mental health, and you
guys will kind of like hear more and my side
about that. But um, I would definitely change that route.
And then I would also change. I feel like I'm
very inecisive and I need Haley's approval to do stuff,
and it's like I'm I'm my own person. I shouldn't
feel that way. So that's a good one, all right.

(35:11):
Second question for miss Haley is if you could Okay,
I'm gonna ask this question because I asked this question
to everyone, every person I meet. I eventually asked this question.
If you're like my true friend, you know this, but
if you had a you're in your deathbed, you're in
the hospital. What is your last meal? Your drink of choice. Yes,

(35:34):
she's twenty one, she can drink alcohol. Your dessert, your food?
What is it? Haley? I haven't. I'm making this in
a while. Okay, it's an updated version, so if you
know me, Okay, my my my choice of drink. I'm
gonna go with a Shoots. I don't know what I'm
feeling right now. It just depends on the day, but
I think I would go with a Shirley Temple. That

(35:58):
just sounds really good right now? Sure? Actually, no, I'm
gonna go with a You know you can't judge. I'm sorry,
says Hayley's Hayley's meal I'm gonna go with the Shirley Temple.
And then if you know me, you know I love
chips and salsa, So chips and salsa, chips and geeso
for my appetizer, um, and then for my entree, I'm
gonna do you see, like I just don't know what

(36:21):
I'm going I gotta do pizza. I'm like pizza with garlic,
knots and smatza realistics, a little Italian route. And then
for my dessert, I want to do either like a
brownie and cookie sandwich and cumpula. Okay, well, if you
guys didn't know, that's at least last meal, I'll add

(36:43):
that to the list. But you guys, we need super healthy,
so these are probably like that's why she says pizza
over like you know, a filet mignon like something like it,
or like a Japanese wigo like that's why she says
that because she doesn't get to eat that. Hey hey, okay,
So the third and final question, Okay, if you could

(37:04):
describe yourself in three words, well, and I know because
I hate when people are like, oh pick me, no,
I want to know what are three words that? Like?
What are what are three words that you truly live by.
Like if somebody were to ask you this, like you
would feel like, no, this is who I am, Like,
this is who Haley Cabinder is. I think I'm competitive,

(37:25):
I'm of I'm loyal, And my third one is I
think I'm caring. Yeah, those are great. Those are my
three I think. Okay, that was the final question is
Haley Cabinder? My question is is I don't know if
a lot of people know that you're in a relationship
or not, but what is your opinion on posting in

(37:47):
a relationship showing off your significant other? Do you think
they deserve to be shown off on all platforms because
you don't I want to see, like what's your outlook
on it? Obviously I know your relationship. It's like you're
literally like yeah exactly. Um, I would say, okay, yeah,
so I have been in a relationship like this is
six years. We did take a little intermission spring break. Okay,

(38:10):
so we did have broken up. But I would say,
like everybody just assumes, like it doesn't it doesn't matter.
Why does a post mean more than like quality time
or why does a post give you so much more
value in a relationship? Like I don't really feel the
need to share that part of my life with my followers,
and like, I have an amazing boyfriend that truly understands that.
And at the end of the day, like until I'm
married and until like that, that's you know, I'm engaged,

(38:33):
like we're tied the knot like like I don't feel
the need to post you, Like I barely post anyone
on my social media is other than my twin sister
or sometimes my sisters and my mom. But like Corp
knows that, and I just don't. I don't really see like, yeah,
like you, I used to be like that in high school.
Oh you need to be shown off for like he
doesn't love you or no, like you know what he
loves you and you know that for sure, and like

(38:54):
you can trust that person and you don't need to
be like, oh it's a superficial like oh I need
to surface level, like he doesn't show me off, Like no,
I know that person is going to arrive for me
to the end. So that's how I feel. Everybody needs
a Corven and Handa's relationship. So Mike drop y'all. I
just dropped that, Mike. But and if anybody thinks that
I ever cheat or anything like that. Let me just

(39:14):
cut that out. I never do that ship in my life.
Let him know, all right, you guys. So those are
some cues. Sorry, I think that you guys gotta learn
