Speaker 1 (00:02):
To Teas and a Pod with Teddy Mellencamp and camera Judge.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
Hi, guys, welcome to another episode of Two Teas and
a Pod with myself, Teddy Mellencamp and.
Speaker 3 (00:19):
With Tamra Juge.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
Judge, What a night, man, What a night? What happened
last year?
Speaker 3 (00:26):
I'm sure you saw she was at some event and
we were the topic of her conversation, saying, what oh
about the stupid about your podcast with Katie?
Speaker 2 (00:38):
Yeah, just let it go. At this point, we'll be done. Sina.
Speaker 3 (00:43):
I had nothing to do with any of it. Leave
me alone, Leave me alone.
Speaker 2 (00:51):
We're moving on. We're moving on. She's getting what she wants. Talk.
Speaker 3 (00:56):
Let's talk about the Miami reunion.
Speaker 2 (00:57):
Looks. The colors were a lot for me, all of
the different.
Speaker 3 (01:04):
Colors, the bag of skittles, taste.
Speaker 2 (01:09):
The rainbow. Yeah, I mean, I think everybody looks beautiful.
It's just the colors were so intense.
Speaker 3 (01:17):
I mean, Orange County is always doing this, We're always
in a bunch of different colors. What I like is consistency.
I like when you see a reunion when everyone's wearing
a shade of blue or a shade of green, or
metallics or something like that, you know, shade of pink.
But when I don't know, it's just I think it's distracting.
Speaker 2 (01:39):
I think it's distracting. And then it's like it's hard
for me to even pay attention to anything else but
the Lix the licks.
Speaker 3 (01:49):
Now, I will say in Alexia was, in my opinion,
was best dressed.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
Oh beyond, she looks so good.
Speaker 3 (01:59):
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.
Speaker 2 (02:02):
And don't faint I think that I like Stephanie's outfit too.
Speaker 3 (02:07):
You do or you don't?
Speaker 2 (02:08):
I do you do?
Speaker 3 (02:10):
Okay, I've read I'm sure it was a million dollars.
I've read mixed reviews about the fringe on the bottom.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
Maybe I just like it because I had something similar
to it, but mine was beige.
Speaker 3 (02:25):
You were fringe.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
I mean, I don't know if it's Can.
Speaker 3 (02:29):
I see a picture of this frene dress you wore.
Speaker 2 (02:33):
I wore it with you?
Speaker 3 (02:35):
And where were we we.
Speaker 2 (02:37):
Were in my gosh.
Speaker 3 (02:40):
Maybe you were so many MTV Awards. No, you didn't
wear fringe the MTV Awards.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
You were was that pink fringe? That was a mistake.
Speaker 3 (02:49):
Pink fringe dress.
Speaker 2 (02:53):
Yeah, it was not a good look.
Speaker 3 (02:55):
Oh like the one that you shake and the thing
ye like a little well, it was like, what's what
are those from the nineteen twenties.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
The like a flapper dress, flapper dress.
Speaker 3 (03:05):
Flapwerd dress. And I was in the neongreen sequence suit dress.
I thought that was cute. That was a popular dress
at the time, the one you wore or the one
both of us, both of us wore. Actually I thought
it was good. Yeah, I thought that the looks were good.
I think that, like I said, Alexia looked amazing. I
(03:28):
love that yellow dress. I am now looking for a
reunion dress. I have ordered like ten and it it's
it's a thing like it's hard because you get the
word like three weeks before the reunion. These are the colors, Okay,
so you get so you get the color and god
(03:49):
forbid it not be the color of the season.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (03:53):
And I'm going to tell you right now the colors
we got our spring colors. They're not fall colors. So
it's not the easiest thing to go and look for
a dress.
Speaker 2 (04:04):
Find something cute, yeah, in that color. And also you
need something somewhat comfortable.
Speaker 3 (04:09):
Yeah. I always like to use like something that maybe
has a little bit of sleeves or a little bit warmer,
because it does get cold in there, and we're there
for a very long time.
Speaker 2 (04:19):
It's either cold or we're sweating.
Speaker 3 (04:21):
And I have bought dresses from you know, two hundred
dollars to two thousand dollars, and.
Speaker 2 (04:27):
I mean, you're not spending six thousand, like a no, no.
Speaker 3 (04:30):
No, no, no, I don't. I don't even like to
spend two thousand because you know what you end up
getting the dress, You wear it one time and you
never wear it again. No, it's just a waste of money.
I don't really like to spend over one thousand dollars
on five hundred one thousand. I'm like, I'm good, I
don't because I never wear it again.
Speaker 2 (04:48):
I know. Well, I really like those Brocks and Banco dresses.
Speaker 3 (04:52):
I looked. They're the ones that were in the colors
are pre order, so I'm like, oh, so yeah, it's
I have ordered so many dresses.
Speaker 2 (05:03):
Oh my gosh. Well, last night, Dove, it was Dove's
turn to sleep with me last night, and she it
was like two in the morning, and all of a
sudden we got one of those little leg peep peep
the fire alarm. It was. We could not figure out
what it was. It was not the smoke alarm, and
(05:26):
so I've been up since two am with Dov trying
to figure out what is going on?
Speaker 3 (05:34):
Where is it in every single room?
Speaker 2 (05:36):
I figured out what it was. No, it's just in
my room.
Speaker 3 (05:40):
What is it?
Speaker 2 (05:40):
But we figured out it was my.
Speaker 3 (05:43):
Your vibrator batteries red and blow.
Speaker 2 (05:46):
Oh my god, not the vibrator. No, it was my
cold plunge. I guess it rained last night and the
thing got wet and so then that like triggered this
little beeping.
Speaker 3 (06:01):
But I mean you have to unplug it and plug
it back in.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
Yeah. I had to unplug it, plug it back. We'll
plug it into a different plug. But I was like
a crazy person.
Speaker 3 (06:09):
We we went to Big Bear, uh last weekend, and
we walked in the house and there was the same thing,
babe maybe and I'm like, what the hell is that
I'm walking around? It's the stove, the oven. I'm like,
did we lost power? But we've a Big Bear. We
lose power a lot. Like we have a backup generator
and all that stuff, but we have to be there
(06:30):
with the generator to turn it on. Doesn't turn on
by itself, so we literally had to pull it out
and unplug it for it to work again. We could,
we could turn the beep off, but the oven wouldn't work,
so Eddie had to pull it out, climb behind which
was although the plug was all the way on the floor,
and unplug it and plug it back in.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
We are, you know what, we are so handy? Yeah.
Speaker 3 (06:54):
So today I woke up and chose Melissa Gorga Sprinkle
coffee cake. I saw it, I saw the post and
I've had one and it was so good and I've
been thinking about it since I had it, and I
ordered one.
Speaker 2 (07:10):
Who ordered one?
Speaker 3 (07:11):
I justified it because I'm like, I'm no more sugar.
I don't. I'm cutting sugar out because you know sugar,
like once you start eating a little bit of sugar
here and there, it's addictive and then you start craving it.
So I'm telling myself, no more sugar, just no more
at all, Just don't. And I woke up and I'm like, yep,
sugar today. I mean not that I'm going to get
(07:32):
it today, but I'm like, I justified it by saying
that I'm going to order it for Sophia's birthday.
Speaker 2 (07:39):
Did you happen to see that? Speaking of Melissa Gorga,
she commented on Teresa saying that she is willing to
make up, saying, it's the interesting timing. Since the past year,
Teresa has been saying the door is closed for reconciliation.
Speaker 3 (07:53):
Do you think as soon as Teresa heard that the
other girls were test shooting with potential new housewives, her
tune has changed?
Speaker 2 (08:03):
Potentially? Potentially potentially, I mean rumor has it.
Speaker 3 (08:10):
But I'll tell you when I told I know, when
I told Dolores on the pod about Teresa's interview with
Jeff Lewis, She's like, no, I'm not believing this. No,
Like even she was like, nope, is this cannot be true.
I got to I gotta see it. I got to
see it.
Speaker 2 (08:27):
Yeah, so who knows? Who knows?
Speaker 3 (08:30):
I mean, it would definitely be the smart thing to do. However,
she should have done it like nine months ago or
a year ago. I mean they've been off the air how.
Speaker 2 (08:39):
Long now forever?
Speaker 3 (08:41):
I mean I don't think they filmed in close to
two years. Like, you can't just be like, Okay, all
of a sudden, I want to make up with you.
But I don't even know if that's how Teresa actually
said it. I think she was like she was open
to it, not like, oh, yes, that's what I want
to do. I think, you know, Jeff.
Speaker 2 (08:59):
I think if I should say it, I do think
she would be back.
Speaker 3 (09:04):
I do too, I do too.
Speaker 2 (09:07):
I mean they last aired August twenty four.
Speaker 3 (09:11):
Do you think that we're going to get an update
on Jersey at Bravocon.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
Yes, I do too. I think we'll get a Jersey
update there.
Speaker 3 (09:18):
And I'm here for it.
Speaker 2 (09:21):
Me too, me too. I miss Jersey.
Speaker 3 (09:23):
Can you believe? October twenty third is when they wrapped
film the last time they filmed that is going to
be two.
Speaker 2 (09:29):
That's two years, yeah, right now, two years and they're
probably all missing it.
Speaker 3 (09:35):
Oh, I know that Dolores's we talk all the time,
and she misses it and misses the paycheck as well.
And then Teresa did go on to do Special Forces,
which she's been in town and La promoting with her daughter.
Speaker 2 (09:52):
When does that come out? I want to watch that.
Speaker 3 (09:56):
I don't know when it comes out. Melissa did wife swap.
Some of the girls have done things on the show
which you know keeps them going.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
September twenty fifth, we get the new season of Special Forces,
which I love. Remember when I was like in such
a delusional state that I thought I could do Special
Forces right when I got out of the hospital, was like, I.
Speaker 3 (10:18):
Like Teddy, Okay, Yeah, I was just telling yeah, you sure,
you're yep, You're going to do it. I was wanting
to make you happy. I got. I got a call. Yes,
I got a call a few years ago to see
if I was interested not just you know, there's a
difference between are you interested in Special Forces and I'm
(10:39):
casting for Special Forces? So my social agent reached out
to me to talk to me about it, and I
couldn't move forward because I had the trace a Megas show.
Oh right, yeah, but you know, after seeing some clips,
I'm like, yeah, I don't know if I want to
do that. Yeah, I got new boobs. I don't want
to Papa implant, although minor gummy, I'll just bounce, bounce.
Speaker 2 (11:04):
At least you'll be able to float easily.
Speaker 3 (11:07):
Yeah that's good because I don't swim very well. I
know I'm not a swimmer. How's your swimming going?
Speaker 2 (11:12):
Well, My swimming's going pretty well, except I can't even
tell you. It's the most bizarre weather here in La
like here too. How hot is it there? Because I
go to OC tomorrow.
Speaker 3 (11:24):
Okay, so it was. It was weird. Yesterday it was
eighty degrees but you looked outside and it was like eerie,
like earthquake weather or something.
Speaker 2 (11:32):
It was.
Speaker 3 (11:33):
It was humid. It was We went to dinner, you know,
like we do at five o'clock or four thirty and
one does, yes, And it was relatively warm, probably in
the eighties, and then by the within an hour, the
clouds came in the it got cold outside. They had
to shut the door at the restaurant because I was cold.
It was so weird, and then it rained most of
(11:54):
the night. So it's it's just hot and muggy here. Yeah,
oh gosh, great, wait, you're going to be here tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (12:02):
I'm going to try to be so I wit time. Well,
Slade has a horse show and I think she shows
at ten am, so I'm going to try to go
for that.
Speaker 3 (12:11):
So tomorrow at five o'clock, there's a little birthday celebration
going on if you're up for it. Oh really, yes,
it's a Virgo birthday party. It's me Heather Aman, Joe
Dala Rosa oh I love this. And then Alexis is
going as well. She's the one to actually put it
together a birthday party for us. So if you're feeling.
Speaker 2 (12:33):
Up to it, okay, thank you.
Speaker 3 (12:37):
I know you have a long day at the horse track,
the horsing show. The horsing show. Is it the one
in San Juan?
Speaker 2 (12:43):
Yeah, the one in San Juan. So well, I mean,
of course I would love to go, but we'll see
how ye I know, yeah, you know. It's one one
step at a time, one step a lot of song,
step at a time. Oh my gosh, I can't get
that song out of my head. Oh Mandy, Oh what
(13:09):
are you.
Speaker 3 (13:09):
Listening to that? No?
Speaker 2 (13:11):
Have you seen the documentary about the Only Fans? Like
the Only Fans? Guy? It's on?
Speaker 3 (13:22):
Is it the one? Is it the one about murder?
Speaker 2 (13:24):
No?
Speaker 3 (13:25):
No, no, no, I haven't seen it.
Speaker 2 (13:26):
I saw that it's called thirst Trap.
Speaker 3 (13:29):
I don't think I've seen that.
Speaker 2 (13:30):
Oh wait, what's it on?
Speaker 3 (13:32):
What's it on?
Speaker 2 (13:33):
I can't really remember. Maybe Paramount Plus.
Speaker 3 (13:36):
Okay, all right, let's get to Real House of Miami
season seven, episode sixteen. That means there's only one more
episode left.
Speaker 2 (13:58):
That's been crazy. Oh it starts with Adriana talking about
art Basil.
Speaker 3 (14:05):
It's not to be castle, Yeah, not to be conclute
confused with Basil. It's not an herb. It's not a herb.
Speaker 2 (14:12):
It's not a herb. It's not a herb. Not an herb.
It is the IT Week in Miami.
Speaker 3 (14:17):
Have you been to the IT Week in Miami?
Speaker 2 (14:19):
I have not. Have you been to the IT Week?
Speaker 3 (14:22):
No, I've been to Miami one time. I didn't even
know anything about Miami. And I'm just lounging around at
a pool and at the Fountain Blue I think it
was called, And little did I know, there was paparazzi
freaking everywhere, hiding in the dumpsters over there, and I'm like,
letting it all hang out.
Speaker 2 (14:37):
The gut, going for it.
Speaker 3 (14:41):
Yeah, I'm like, oh, it's very different over here.
Speaker 2 (14:45):
Oh gosh. Well, so we see her preparing for that,
and in these moments, I realized we don't know a
ton about Adriana because the fact that she can put
together such a big event and that she's so into artwork,
I'm like, I know these things.
Speaker 3 (15:02):
Well, here's the thing. It's slowly it comes out, like
she speaks seven languages, like all these things. She's going
to Harvard. I think Adriana is in very intelligent and
I feel like we don't see that part of her.
We just see the snarky part, and that goes to
show when you have a very strong part of your personality.
(15:23):
That's the part they want to show. Like, I would
like to see more of her life. Yeah, I want
to feel like there's a whole side that we're not saying.
She has a son.
Speaker 2 (15:33):
Did you know that? Yeah? I know she has a son.
I mean because also we see home life from Marisol
and Kiki.
Speaker 3 (15:42):
We see her dad situation and all that. So I
would like to see more of that, to have a
little bit more balance towards her instead of just her
shady comments.
Speaker 2 (15:52):
Yeah and getting pissed and not.
Speaker 3 (15:55):
They do the same thing to me. That's the same
thing to me. They know that I have a sharp tongue,
so they use all those moments.
Speaker 2 (16:01):
They don't use your brains.
Speaker 3 (16:02):
They don't use Yeah, they don't show my business, they
don't show anything like that. All they do is, yeah,
my big brain. All they show is me being snarky.
Speaker 2 (16:13):
Yeah, well most of the time. But then Kiki's father
meets her at her photo shoot at a young age.
He kicked her out from modeling and Haitian culture, modeling
is the equivalent to being a stripper. Is it difficult
for you to recognize when your parents are proud of you?
Did your parents have a similar point of view to
(16:34):
any of your occupations?
Speaker 3 (16:37):
Is it difficult? My parents were always supportive no matter
what I did, Like they never were like, no, we
don't want you to do that. They weren't the type
of parents they're like, you're going to do this, and
you're going to do that.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
No.
Speaker 3 (16:50):
The only time they were very strong opinionated is when
I ended up getting pregnant in high school and they
said to me, you're getting married, took me to Vegas,
got married, put me in one of their houses that
they because they had rental houses in Kovina, and I
lived there with Ryan's father, Darren.
Speaker 2 (17:11):
For how long?
Speaker 3 (17:14):
Not long, I would say a couple of years. I
ended up continuing to live there. I went back and forth.
So I went to my parents' house and I moved
back into the house with my brother, which was a nightmare.
We fought all the time, and then I moved out.
And so that's the only time they were very like
you're going to do this because they figured, like, look
(17:35):
what you've done, We're gonna we're going to come in.
Speaker 2 (17:37):
We're going to come in and we're going to help
you out. But Kiki has had a full beginning, middle,
and end of the arc with her father and family
while also getting in the myths. Do we think she's
like a housewife mohido already or no?
Speaker 3 (17:54):
Well, she's getting into the drama, that's for sure. When
she put on those to mouth equation on the cake,
I mean that that's that's housewiping.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
If I've.
Speaker 3 (18:05):
It's fine her.
Speaker 2 (18:06):
I you know, I thought it was Julia. I thought
it was going to be Julia.
Speaker 3 (18:10):
I did too, But I mean, I'm sorry, I don't
think it's that big of a deal. We'll get to it,
but I just really don't think it's that big of
a deal.
Speaker 2 (18:18):
Wait.
Speaker 3 (18:19):
Can we talk about Lars's PJ party at her new
five point seven million dollar house with a life size
scummy bear in the yard?
Speaker 2 (18:26):
Can they have I think they have that gummy bear
at Rumble Fitness.
Speaker 3 (18:31):
Yeah, I mean I'm sure it was. It's a piece
of art and it's very expensive and all that kind
of stuff. But wow, that house is impressive.
Speaker 2 (18:42):
It's ginormous, it's beautifulful.
Speaker 3 (18:45):
Yeah, before she had like a high raise, right yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (18:49):
Why did Stephanie come not in her jammis and then
not change into her jammys? Maybe she's interested in wearing jammies.
Speaker 3 (18:56):
Do you think she ubered over and didn't want to
be in her jammies? She walked on over. I Stephanie
cracks me up the way she talks because they're talking
about the house. Larsa's talking about her kids that are
going to school in La and then Stephanie's all, she's
going to have a room here. No, she's going to
(19:18):
have a room here.
Speaker 2 (19:19):
No, yeah, Like, aren't you going to be lonely here
without any of your kids? Like she's just straight to
the punch and yeah, no she's We'll get into her
more later. But I couldn't even believe some of the
things that she thinks about herself in regards for the finances.
Speaker 3 (19:40):
Oh, the flashbacks, the flash flashbacks.
Speaker 2 (19:45):
So in regards to Alexei and Todd, you know, Larsa
said he's going to umboozle her. The dates are running out.
She's got till January first for him to decide if
he's going to file again. I'm a little bit confused
by this. Why what would be his reasoning for trying
to rekindle solely to do it again.
Speaker 3 (20:05):
I think that he knew that she was filming. I
think that he didn't want her to say bad things
about him, and I think that he manipulated her.
Speaker 2 (20:17):
Ugh, I hate that for her.
Speaker 3 (20:21):
And I know, well, I mean, she had to go
through it. I think I do believe she got her
closure and she's not going back to that. But this whole,
I mean, you have to understand, like you know, we
saw her in San Francisco right after it happened. She
was blindsided by this. I am the type of person
that I need closure, Like I can't just be like, Okay,
(20:43):
you're dumped and you just go your own way, Like
I need to know why. I need to drag it out,
I need to get mad, like all the things. So
I understand she's still in love with him.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
And she's still hoping they're going to be together. But
could you imagine if anybody other than Lars said he's
gonna bamboozle you, she would have been so freaking passed.
Speaker 3 (21:07):
Well, it just all it reminds me of when Vicky
was dating Brooks. No matter what I said, voice my opinion,
she didn't. She wouldn't believe it. She wouldn't believe it.
And it's just you know, you have to learn on
your own.
Speaker 2 (21:23):
Yeah, you go one day at a time and you
figure it out, and you're not interested in hearing what
other people have to say, especially if he's like love
bombing her right now.
Speaker 3 (21:33):
I know, I know, well, I think he's right now.
I think he's manipulating her. I mean if you leave
the house with no notice and you take off, and
then as soon as she starts filming, you know he's
And that's how I've heard it, Like, as soon as
you start filming, he's back in the picture. You got
(21:54):
to think about what his intentions are.
Speaker 2 (21:57):
Yeah, they can't be good, No, can't be good. But
then this next part made me very, very uncomfortable. Jody
surprises Lisa with a date night. Lisa says the dinner
makes her feel like something special is about to happen.
Speaker 3 (22:14):
I mean, nothing like dinner in the backyard to think, oh,
here comes a proposal.
Speaker 2 (22:19):
Here we go. She doesn't like the term girlfriend and
wants to be engaged. And here's where I thought Jody was,
like he showed us he had paricahones.
Speaker 3 (22:30):
He did, But first of all, how about the flashback
of what he's saying, I don't think anyone can put
up with you. And then that goes right into Jody
talking about Howie has a hard time putting up with her,
and Jody is telling her that she needs to be
more independent. If she's more independent.
Speaker 2 (22:47):
Or he said, if you go and get some therapy,
if you even if you start reading some books. If
essentially she's he said, like, you know you are good annoyed?
Speaker 3 (22:58):
Would you be if dating said that on National TV?
If you had a little bit more substance, I probably
would marry you.
Speaker 2 (23:07):
Well, I think that she was shocked. I think she,
I mean, maybe she really thought they were about to
get engaged in that moment.
Speaker 3 (23:14):
Or Lisa. Lisa's like, I just want to get engaged.
I just want to have that family that I've always
longed for.
Speaker 2 (23:20):
You know. Oh, I think once she brought it up
the last time, she maybe should have let it go
and let him bring it up the next time because
this one backfired.
Speaker 3 (23:30):
Do you think she just brought it up for filming conversation.
Speaker 2 (23:35):
No, because she cried.
Speaker 3 (23:37):
She cried at the end.
Speaker 2 (23:38):
Yeah, yeah, No. I think she was truly blindsided by that.
I don't think she was expecting him to say that.
I think she was expecting him.
Speaker 3 (23:46):
But Joey's like, is this about engagement again?
Speaker 2 (23:49):
It's like, please just eat your tune a tartar and
let's go.
Speaker 3 (23:54):
He's like, yeah, I don't think he loves the filming,
you know. I think that he's like, but like you said,
he was open and honest this time.
Speaker 2 (24:04):
Yeah, and he wasn't mean about it. He's like, I
do want to marry you, like I do love you.
I just need some things to change, and I need
you to change. And I can't have you getting mad
at me every time something happens with Larsa or every time.
Speaker 3 (24:17):
Something what happens is she doesn't change.
Speaker 2 (24:20):
Well, I think that's the answer.
Speaker 3 (24:22):
I mean, what's he going to do then? Is he
gonna stick around? Is he going to leave?
Speaker 2 (24:27):
I mean, maybe he'll just stay dating her and then
we're gonna have to see her do this move all
the time. My finger is so light, it's just flying
in the air. It's flying in the air. I think
they were trying to insinuate that she had anger issues
and needs therapy.
Speaker 3 (24:45):
Oh, she's gonna start next season on therapy.
Speaker 2 (24:48):
Therapy time, therapy time. But do you think it's a
fair compromise to that would be getting them engaged if
she were to go to therapy and try on those things.
Speaker 3 (25:00):
Yeah, I do. I do think so. I think that
you know, he's stuck with her during the hardest times
of her life, like going through a divorce. She started
dating him pretty quickly and then, you know, going through
a divorce, and especially when that's public, and especially when
somebody's bitter, it gets ugly and it's hard to separate
(25:20):
yourself as the one that's you know, being cheated on
and divorced and all that. From that, you're not going
to have these emotions and how could you not express
them in front of the person you're dating.
Speaker 2 (25:32):
I'm just surprised they didn't have this conversation in private
prior and she just would have left it be. But
or is this just going to be trying to be
her storyline this season?
Speaker 3 (25:42):
You know what? That's the beauty of reality TV. Sometimes
it forces you to have conversations when you're being called
out that you normally would not have or you would
avoid h.
Speaker 2 (25:53):
That's true, It's true, it's true. But didn't Lee so
also have like a really awkward dinner at like a
folding table with Lenny. Like I'm flashing back to that,
remember when we were out there.
Speaker 3 (26:08):
In the backyard. Was in the backyard.
Speaker 2 (26:10):
Yeah, I'm like, I love their date nights. They're like, no,
we'll just do it right here in the backyard and
let's put a little folding table we'll have we'll bring
out some soush and here we go, and now proposal
time or break up time then Alexia. Then they start
(26:41):
to travel like all the girls are getting ready to
go to the art Basil, and Alexia tells Marisol that
she doesn't want to talk about Todd every day. Marisola
assumes they are on the outs if they don't talk
about them. Alexia says if it comes to the point,
it comes to a point where no matter what people say,
it won't influence her decision and calls Marisol negative. You
(27:03):
can tell this doesn't sit well with Marisol even though
she took it. She's like, uh what.
Speaker 3 (27:11):
But you know what, this is what I do like
about them when you have two friends on a show.
Sometimes they have each other's back no matter what. They
can do no wrong in each other's eyes, and they
will back each other up. And it's bullshit. So these
too will call each other out on this show, and
(27:34):
I like that, Like she called her.
Speaker 2 (27:36):
Out, They call each other out, they can get annoyed,
they can make up. I mean, that's like what a
real friendship is. Yeah, so I appreciate that closeness, except
it gets a little weird when we get to the
Stephanie conversation. But then Marisol and Alexia tell Stephanie they
know who put the Oh, so Stephanie's on this hunt
to try to figure out who did the cake. I
(28:00):
obviously guessed wrong because I assumed it was what you're
doing it.
Speaker 3 (28:06):
You thought it was Julia, Julia of cod.
Speaker 2 (28:10):
I thought it was such good memories we have, I know,
we can't you know what we thrive with our memories,
I know, especially now. But Kiky admits to Gerty on
their way there, as we're kind of panning to all
the women, Kiky admits to Gerty that she did it
and she thought it was a joke and felt awful.
She didn't want Adrian to think she was age shaming.
Speaker 3 (28:32):
Do you think Larsa was kind of stirring the pot
at that point? How many times did she say fifty nine?
Larsa kept going fifty nine age she said, they put
fifty nine. I'm like, oh my god, Larsa. You know,
she doesn't want you to talk about her age.
Speaker 2 (28:46):
But I think that the part that was confusing to me,
and when I had to kept doing the math, was
I thought she was turning sixty. You know what.
Speaker 3 (28:56):
Honestly I thought it was sixty two because of the
fact that she was making such a big deal out
of it. Yeah, fifty nine is not a milestone birthday.
It's you know what I mean. It's not that I
don't know I'm fifty eight, so I but then again,
I don't really care. Yeah, I know women in the
industry that will not say how old they are.
Speaker 2 (29:20):
I don't really understand that.
Speaker 3 (29:22):
I don't understand it. You can google it, you can
look it up, but to lie about your age, like,
come on, I.
Speaker 2 (29:28):
Didn't lie about her age. She just doesn't want to
talk about her age.
Speaker 3 (29:31):
True, she didn't lie about it, but she doesn't want
to talk about it. She gets mad if somebody does
talk about it. I mean, I know everybody's different, but
for me, like, I really don't care. I'd rather say
I'm sixty five and everyone go, you look great for
your age.
Speaker 2 (29:45):
Do you believe Kiki wasn't being shady with the math equation.
Speaker 3 (29:49):
I don't think she was being shady at all. I
think she was just being funny. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (29:54):
She'd already called her saying you're too old.
Speaker 3 (29:58):
Well that's because she called her a name.
Speaker 2 (30:01):
True, you're too.
Speaker 3 (30:02):
Old to be talking like that. Wasn't it something along
those lines? So yeah, I mean, didn't Adriana make fun of.
Speaker 2 (30:14):
Yeah? And I love Her response to that was, well,
you know, we're closer to the same age.
Speaker 3 (30:19):
She said she was older. She said she was older.
I think she's like a year older than her. But
it's like, wait, so you can do it, but if
somebody does it to you, it's the worst thing in
the entire world.
Speaker 2 (30:31):
Well, at least she was back to talking this episode.
Yeah Yeah, goes back to talking. Then Stephanie tells Marisol
she doesn't want to fight. She pulls her aside. They
have a conversation. Marisol says she doesn't feel like their
friendship is pure. When Stephanie talks about money and she
calls it TACKI well, Stephanie made a bad move here
(30:53):
because she should have just stuck with Marisol being mad
when she went to lunch with Adriana and not brought
up the jet. I agree, I like she should not
have brought up the jet again, because then she goes
on to saying I don't talk about money.
Speaker 3 (31:08):
Oh, all the flash flashbacks that came with that, where
she didn't really talk about how much things were, but
she talked about very expensive things, including her husband smelling
good because he smells like money.
Speaker 2 (31:22):
Oh, and she talked about I mean, you can't say
I never talk about money when that's ninety nine percent
of the things that you talk about. I know, I know,
but this conversation felt a little bit like how about me?
Speaker 3 (31:35):
But Marisol's like, it's tacky. That's tacky to me, And
she said taki about three times, and then they get
into a debate over what's taki? Yah No, but what
you did was techy. No, but what you did was tachy.
Speaker 2 (31:49):
But then they hug and make up and they're all
good again. Yep, I don't believe they're all good again.
Speaker 3 (31:54):
Oh, we only have one more episode, so let's see.
Speaker 2 (31:57):
Yeah, I guess we'll see what happens there. Then Lisa
tells Larsa that Kiki wrote on the birthday cake, and
Adriana finds out and is upset. This is the second
time Adriana is her by Kiki for her comments about
her age. But then, why was there a big flip
and switch in this? I got confused by this because
(32:17):
supposedly we're really upset about the age saying, but really
we're upset that she said the word and the way
that she's spelled wretched or ratchet, I'm not sure which
word she was trying to spell was very far off
from the actual spelling of either one of those who
did I.
Speaker 3 (32:35):
Not even notice that? I was like, hold on, did
I even admit that?
Speaker 2 (32:42):
What word are we claiming that you said? Because I'm
not sure what you just spelled?
Speaker 3 (32:46):
Neither one of them are correct. Yeah, isn't a spelling bee,
that's for sure.
Speaker 2 (32:52):
Definitely spelling bees are not her thing.
Speaker 3 (32:54):
But do you think that Adriana is overreacting about this
age thing?
Speaker 2 (32:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (33:01):
Do you think that there was nothing going on? So
this is why they brought up you know, you always
every time there's a big old party, it's expected to
have a disagreement and argument about something. And they really
like they left you know, last scene. I think good. Right,
So now they're like, Okay, what can I bring up? Oh,
let's bring up the age thing.
Speaker 2 (33:21):
I would bring up more. I was kind of grossed
out by the fact that she ate like just deleted
a whole part of the cake with like a tissue
she'd probably been using all night. Oh like she just
what that kind of I'm like, like, oh what you
also was going to see? It was she worried about
us as viewers seeing her age. Maybe it has something
(33:44):
to do with like the guys she's dating, because her
guy is pretty young.
Speaker 3 (33:47):
Right, Oh maybe maybe she maybe she's light about her age.
Speaker 2 (33:52):
Maybe she didn't tell him her age.
Speaker 3 (33:54):
Can I tell you an age story? Real cook?
Speaker 2 (33:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (33:57):
So we have some really close friends and their son
was dating this all and he for two years and
he's in his twenties, and she he would she would
never really take him to her parents' house or anything
like that. Very there's a lot of secret. So then
the family goes away on a trip and they bring
her a family trip and the mom goes in her head,
(34:18):
this girl is not in her twenties, right, So then
she goes home and does a deep dive and finds
out this girl is well into her forties and then
has to tell her son, Hey, she's in her forties,
and he.
Speaker 2 (34:36):
How do you think you're going to get away with that?
Could you imagine if I was just started telling people
I was for two years.
Speaker 3 (34:41):
For two years and he had to ultimately break up
with her.
Speaker 2 (34:45):
But you know that's a big lie.
Speaker 3 (34:47):
Well, the thing is, it's like, when he's in his
thirties and ready to have kids, she'll be in her fifties.
So you know, it was like people lie about their age.
Speaker 2 (34:58):
So maybe that's why it was such a big deal.
Speaker 3 (35:00):
But because of her boyfriend.
Speaker 2 (35:02):
Because of her boyfriend, even though he wasn't there, I
can't believe he didn't make it back for this. I
was ready for them to be making out all over
the place. Again.
Speaker 3 (35:09):
Well, I don't think we talked about this, but Julia
with Martina and the boys. Yeah, her going on and
on about her daughter's not being happy about all this,
and making bags for them for Christmas, and then videotaping
come back to us, come back to us. Is somebody
(35:30):
that's gone through something like this. I don't know if
that's the right thing to do, because if they're already annoyed,
I feel like if they're watching and this is going
to piss them off even more.
Speaker 2 (35:39):
It's one thing to take a picture and like send
it and say I love you, I wish you were here. Yeah,
But the whole video where they all thought they were
getting their picture taken and.
Speaker 3 (35:52):
Then they did, they did a flashback and I don't
know if I heard it incorrectly or what, but a
flashback of her telling her friend in Seville or wherever
they were in Spain somewhere more bae. I think it was, so,
what is it going to take, like me getting cancer
for her to come back to me?
Speaker 2 (36:12):
Oh? What is it going to take Martina's cancer coming back?
Speaker 3 (36:15):
Does she say Martina or her or like her getting
cancer or something like that.
Speaker 2 (36:19):
I think she said Martinez, and I don't know. I
feel like her and Martina are on each other a
little bit as we're watching each scene, like Martina's gotten
to the point where she's just like this.
Speaker 3 (36:33):
I have a strange feeling that this is out of
character for Julia. I think in her everyday life, she's
very mellow and calm and aligns with Martina one. But
when she gets on the show, there's a sense that
you have to do stuff, and you have to act
up and you have to call people out. And I
feel like, because it looks uncomfortable when she does it,
(36:55):
I feel like that's not who she is.
Speaker 2 (36:57):
Did you notice that Martina tried to cheers her and
she was too busy telling her story to cheers back.
Speaker 3 (37:02):
I didn't notice that. What I did not notice that?
Speaker 2 (37:08):
Yeah, I was like, come on, focus, here we go.
She's cheers in you. But yeah, no, I feel like
this whole storyline like we're once we get her kids
back and there's some discussions. I have a feeling there's
going to be more to this story that we don't know,
because Martine is like, well, they would have been pissed
(37:29):
either way.
Speaker 3 (37:30):
Well, the thing is, it's like it gives them an
opportunity to speak out if they get annoyed enough. And
I hope they don't and I hope it doesn't go
that direction.
Speaker 2 (37:39):
But yeah, and let's talk a little bit about Julia
and Adriana's friendship. Okay, what do you think do you
think at this point Julie even likes Adriana at all.
Speaker 3 (37:53):
I don't know if something happened off season, or if
she saw that Adriana got so much hate that she
decided to jump ship and and become friends with the
cool girls. Yeah, because they were always super close.
Speaker 2 (38:05):
Well, Julia brings up the time Adriana made a comment
about Marisol's knees, and then Adriana tells Julia they are
not closed anymore because she defends her enemies, and Julia
says it's difficult to be around her because she's not
fun anymore.
Speaker 3 (38:21):
She hasn't changed. She's the same person she's always been.
I think anything, she's more mellow this season than ever.
And I feel, you know, just from experience, that when
you are outspoken and when you are the one that
causes a lot of dram on the show and then
you pull back, which is happening to me right now,
people are gonna poke at you to try to get
(38:42):
you to explode so they have a good TV show.
Speaker 2 (38:45):
Well, don't worry. They did. They got her to explode, yeah,
right here at her event, because then Adrianna, this is
where it's all the girls are a little toasty. I
think at this point, like they've had a bunch of
whatever the these orgy drinks are that he called. The
waiter called it. But Adriana calls over her friend Carol
(39:09):
and asks her if she's a racist, and Adriana thinks
Kiki is calling her a racist for using the word ratchet.
This goes on and on and on. Carol says that
it's a word for everyone and it doesn't have to
be for racism. Keiki says she never even called Adriana
a racist.
Speaker 3 (39:29):
It came out of nowhere. It came out absolutely nowhere.
Speaker 2 (39:33):
It was talking about cake.
Speaker 3 (39:36):
Right, But I feel like she is I don't know
what Adriana is doing, but I don't think this is
the right way to go. I think that she made
up the racism accusation because she feels like it was
a stretch. It's like, well, you didn't say it in
her mind, but you're insinuating it by her pollting Carol
into this mass. It was kind of cringe.
Speaker 2 (39:57):
Yeah, I didn't like it.
Speaker 3 (39:58):
I didn't like it at all. And then Keky's like,
I never called you a racist on or off camera.
Speaker 2 (40:04):
Yeah, she said I never, So somebody must be in
her ear.
Speaker 3 (40:07):
And she left, right, didn't she leave after that?
Speaker 2 (40:09):
Like?
Speaker 3 (40:09):
She was clearly upset about.
Speaker 2 (40:11):
That, and then they couldn't find her. Julia is off
roaming around with her skinny Margaritack not able to find her.
Speaker 3 (40:21):
But why would you bring attention to yourself on one
of these shows? Why would you do that? Because now
she put that out there and people might go, yeah,
you know what, that was kind of racist.
Speaker 2 (40:33):
I'm well, that's what I think that Kiki's saying. Somebody
got in her ear. Somebody probably was saying, you know,
this is what they're saying about you, this is what's happening.
And so now she's out to try to defend herself,
but all she's doing is making herself look worse and
worse and worse.
Speaker 3 (40:49):
Well, I think Adriana played it all wrong, all.
Speaker 2 (40:51):
Wrong, the entire thing wrong. And then once Julia tells
the group that Kiki left, Adriana is upset that she
is not protecting her and thinking of her feelings. Julia says,
this is what exactly what everyone was warning her about
for years, and she never listened.
Speaker 3 (41:09):
I hate that statement too. I hate that I've been
warned about you for years you know what, I don't
go off of what other people tell me. I go
off my experience with a person.
Speaker 2 (41:21):
Yeah, that's it. I also have more questions because Larsa
and Lisa seem to be quite close again. What is
going to happen in this next episode where they're not
close again? Because remember when we interviewed Larsa, it was
after they were done filming.
Speaker 1 (41:37):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (41:37):
I don't think they're in a good place right now.
Speaker 2 (41:39):
Yeah, so I wonder what changes, Like what are we
about to get I don't know.
Speaker 3 (41:43):
We got the season finale next week, and I think that,
you know, I'm hoping we're going to see something, because
if we don't, then that means like.
Speaker 2 (41:51):
It happened off camera, happened off camera?
Speaker 1 (41:53):
Done.
Speaker 2 (41:53):
Yeah, because Larsa was very very like, I mean, there
was no mincing her words when she was like, no,
me and Lisa are not good. So they I mean,
they were so good at the point that, like you know,
when you're like bonding and your tipsy and you're hanging out,
she's like, no, no, don't even leave to go to
the bathroom.
Speaker 3 (42:13):
Yeah. Yeah, But I also know that sometimes when the
show starts airing, it causes new fights and problems, right, Yeah,
because then you start listening to what they're saying about you,
and then their confessionals are saying about you to other people,
and not just kind of even though you're on good terms,
it starts to piss you off. It plays with your
head a little bit.
Speaker 2 (42:32):
Yeah, who do you think that? Do you think there's
anybody in the group that, like Adriana actually trusts.
Speaker 3 (42:43):
You know what? I don't know. I really don't know.
I feel like we don't. Like I said earlier, we
just don't get to see enough of Adriana. We just
get to see like when's when she's in the Yeah,
when she's like, you know, yelling at people, saying that
they have a saggy knees.
Speaker 2 (42:59):
Like, yeah, we see her when she's going off. We
didn't see Gerty a lot this episode too. I have
a feeling Gertie wasn't feeling very well this episode.
Speaker 3 (43:07):
Yeah, we didn't get see too much of her.
Speaker 2 (43:09):
We didn't get to see it. But when when the
arguments were going down and Gertie's like looking and she's
like mm hmm, yep, yeah, let's go, let's do it.
Girls watching the show too, But I thought this was
this was kind of a comeback episode. I thought it
was good. I was back appreciating Miami, and I was like,
(43:33):
this gives us a little bit of everything. We saw
relationship issues, we saw the new houses, we saw what's
going on with Todd. We saw Julia finally admit that
she's not close with Adriana anymore and this is why,
because she's no fun.
Speaker 3 (43:51):
And I did enjoy to see it. I know we
Adrianna has done a few art shows, but just to
see like a different side of her, like to show
us a different side show us.
Speaker 2 (44:02):
So really, say she was going to buy one of
those pieces for which.
Speaker 3 (44:05):
Was seventeen thousand or I was seventy eighteen thousand, something
like that.
Speaker 2 (44:11):
She's like eighteen, I'm buying it. I'm getting it.
Speaker 3 (44:14):
And I was like, show me that the check you wrote,
or do people write checks anymore?
Speaker 2 (44:19):
Yeah? Put it, show next to the necklace that.
Speaker 3 (44:23):
Ron Went bought. That's going to be my question. Oh
they already did the reunion and say, you know how
Andy goes ask a question for the reunion?
Speaker 2 (44:33):
Yeah, I know, but I mean I thought it was good.
Speaker 3 (44:37):
All you know what I'll ask Adriana.
Speaker 2 (44:40):
Oh my gosh, you're going to see her.
Speaker 3 (44:42):
Yeah, I'm going to see her. I'm excited about that.
Speaker 2 (44:44):
Okay, you've got work to do. I do. I've got
to get these guys on the pod. We've got what
are you doing today? I actually have to go to
my immune therapy doctor and this is where they decide
what meds for the brain and all that kind of stuff.
Speaker 3 (45:00):
So who knows you mean, wait, what do you mean
like they're going to change your immunotherapy.
Speaker 2 (45:04):
Medicau No, No, it's just it's the same doctor, but
they're going to change my Remember when I had all
the little things on my brain, Yeah, to kind of
track how my brain was doing. So they're going to
go and do testing to make sure that COVID didn't
have any like long term effects on my overall state
(45:26):
and then my memory. And then they're going to try
to find like a good medication so that I can
be more on it like I used to be.
Speaker 3 (45:37):
Are tumors shrinking?
Speaker 2 (45:39):
Tumors are still shrinking. I haven't had another one of
those scans in a while. I think I have one
next month, so that part is being left. But they're
trying to just essentially, we're trying to get me back
to me.
Speaker 3 (45:54):
Yeah, and that's what we all want.
Speaker 2 (45:57):
Yeah, that's what we all want. And for anyone that
feels me a little bit differently, I'm really trying to
get back to me. I'm doing my best, and it's
some days I feel right.
Speaker 3 (46:10):
You know what I think for the general public, because
I'll get these dms a lot. Oh, I'm so glad
Teddy's better, and I'm I just look at it and
I go and I think what it is is like
the hour that you're on the podcast or the thirty
second Instagram video that you're putting out there, it's when
you're your best.
Speaker 2 (46:31):
Yeah. Usually, you know, it's what I'm feeling.
Speaker 3 (46:33):
My people are judging you off that, and I just
I get those dms. I'm like, I just say, yeah,
you know what I mean, because it's like it.
Speaker 2 (46:44):
Well, there's not really a point to go into it.
But yeah, I hope that we get some more answers today.
I hope that I end up feeling better and I'll
be back to my snarky self next week.
Speaker 3 (46:56):
And I love your snarky self.
Speaker 2 (46:58):
I love you.
Speaker 3 (46:58):
You're still a little snarky, a little stuggy, little bit,
little baby snack baby snucks.
Speaker 2 (47:05):
Well, thanks Tom.
Speaker 3 (47:07):
Thanks, I'm off to get p r P p r F.
I can't remember what it's called.
Speaker 2 (47:12):
You're doing that right before you go to New York
a week.
Speaker 3 (47:15):
I'll be a week before what I need. I'll have blood.
I might have black eyes on Watchroppins because I'm doing
like where they draw your blood.
Speaker 2 (47:23):
Yes, I know, so Megan the.
Speaker 3 (47:26):
Inject her, She's done it to me before I'm gonna
go see her. She's got an office in Ladera and
one in Irvine. She takes your blood, spins it to
like almost like a gel form, and then they inject
it like under your eyes, and it's supposed to help
fill in a little bit, but not like filler. And
then and then it's like collagen and all that kind
of stuff. And so I need a little touch up
(47:47):
in botox. So I'm trying to get actually reunion ready.
And it just happened to fall a week before Watch
Happens Live, of course. And and by the way now
I think of it, I didn't stop like omegas and
things like that that make you bruise.
Speaker 2 (48:00):
So yeah, well look forward to send us. You know,
please please do worries about your eyes being swollen.
Speaker 3 (48:09):
Yeah, an eyepatch. Well, I'm going to dinner tomorrow at
five o'clock Early Bird Special with the girls, hoping you
can make it, and I'm I already warned them, I'm
going to look like a mess, just warning you.
Speaker 2 (48:23):
Just gonna be nice and red and blotchy.
Speaker 3 (48:25):
I'm gonna wear like eye patches. I'm gonna have to
call Marisol, give me a prop.
Speaker 2 (48:32):
Come on, Marisol, bring it on home. Well Maratha, speaking
of thank you so much. She sent me information and
I'm gonna have my new wig ins seven to ten days.
So appreciate that. Marisol.
Speaker 3 (48:43):
I wasn't aware that she did wigs. I thought it
was just hair pieces. But I looked at this last
episode she had the pony. She looks so cute in
a little Gucci jacket with her collar popped, and I'm like,
I need one of those pony towels.
Speaker 2 (48:55):
I need one.
Speaker 3 (48:55):
I need the hair. My hair is my hair's darker now.
Speaker 2 (48:59):
Well, as soon as I get it, I'll wear it
on the pod and we can take a little look
sie at it and see how it goes.
Speaker 3 (49:05):
Can wait?
Speaker 2 (49:05):
Yeah, bye bye, guys,
