Speaker 1 (00:02):
Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Mellancamp at Tambra Judge. Hey, guys,
welcome to Two Teas in a Pod. And as you know,
Teddy is in the celebrity Big Brother House. So I
have a celebrity co host of my own here today,
one of my former cast mates from the Real Housewives

(00:23):
of Orange County, the detective Megan King. Hello, Temera, it's
not going to be here with you. Thank you for
having me. I'm excited to do this, so excited. I
feel like we chat tax back and forth, but we
haven't done anything. Like We've talked about live together and
all these things, and it has never happened. So I'm

(00:44):
glad to have you. We'll talk about it, We'll talk.
I'm excited because we talked about the Housewives offline, but
now we get to talk about it online with everybody else,
just like we do. Anyway. Yes, and you have you
just started your own YouTube where you're recappying. Do you
want to explain that? Yeah? So, gosh, how long have
I not been on the show camera. It's been a

(01:04):
maybe like five years or so around there. Anyway, So
I'm going back and I'm watching rewatching the episodes that
I was on and commenting on them as I go.
So I'm just I'm reacting with the reaction videos and
basically just adding the perspective that I have now after
a divorce, three kids, and a move back to St. Louis.

(01:24):
So it's it's been like watching miss thirty year old
through the lens of of me as a woman with
a little bit life under her belt. Yeah, a little
bit of life. And I'm sure you're just so thrilled
to watch the ones with Jim, and I'm right, I mean,
especially you know what he's ignoring me, so like, I

(01:45):
see what people saw now he ignores me, Like, oh wow,
I didn't see that at the time really, so it's
kind of therapeutic to go back and say, oh my god,
I saw from the very beginning he kind of was
distant and like, now I know what Vicky was saying
five years and I never thought I'd do that. But

(02:06):
not only that, but just like the level of denial
that I was in so powerful. I was like strong denial. Yeah, well,
I think sometimes you get to a point where you
find somebody and you're like, I just want to get married,
I want to have kids and you ignore some of
the things. You're like so in love and you ignore
I mean I did it. Yeah, yeah, it's exactly what
I talked about on my YouTube channel. Okay, a little

(02:29):
bit in a funny way. What is the name of
your YouTube channel. It's Megan Kings, So you just search
Megan king and and you can get it. You can
click on on it on my Instagram bio too. Okay,
so how are you doing. Everybody wants to know how
you're doing. I'm good. I'm really really well. They're great.
They're in school right now. They're um growing up, getting

(02:51):
big three and a half, three and a half and five.
So everybody's happy. We're just living a normal life here
in St. Louis. Still traveling a lot, but the kids
are surrounded by family here in St. Louis, so they've
got like that stability and comfort. Though. We're good. Everybody's
hanging in there. Nothing's nothing's like changed for us drastically.

(03:12):
We're still living in the same house, driving the same cars.
Like you were recently about your own house. Yeah, about
a year ago. That's exciting. Yeah, thanks, And I don't know,
I associate like allowed a lot of um memories with
a home and it was just time for me to
move out of the home I shared with Jim. You
know what I mean to me? To own my own

(03:34):
home just feels so good. Like there's a lot of
people that rent houses and I'm like, I can't do that,
Like I need to like I need to nest. I
need to know that this is my home and it's
not going anywhere. So I know what you like when
you put pictures on the wall, you know, like that
says because then otherwise if you writ you've got to
like pay the you know, to get it patched up.
And everything just doesn't feel the same, not for me.

(03:56):
So the last few years have been a little tough
for you. But is there anything you've learned about yourself? Ye,
you're taking like some vacations by yourself. Like I don't
know you ever do that? Sure you could. I'm master
dating camera ter dating. Oh I thought you said masturbating.
I went, what, Okay, I don't need to know about

(04:19):
how you page. Um, yeah, no, I'm master dating. So
I'm dating. That's what I called dating myself. So I'm
taking myself on some vacations and doing fun things on
my own and if somebody isn't available for friends not
available to go with me. That's okay. I'm still pushing
myself outside of my comfort zone and and having experiences
despite being a single woman, and it's been really empowering.

(04:40):
That's good. Now, have you been watching the new season
of Housewives Strange County? So I got to be honest,
I've never watched any of the housewives ever, and I
just did. I just started to the season. You never
watched them or you stopped watching them after you left.
I never watched any ever. Oh interesting, before I got

(05:05):
before I started on the Real Housewives of Orange County,
I bought the season before, like on you know, Prime
or whatever, and I tried to watch through through it,
so I like kind of knew what I was getting
it myself into. But I didn't finish the season. Now,
I'm not saying like I knew what the show was
about before I was on it, and I had seen clips.
I'd seen you and I had seen Vicky, you know

(05:26):
clips here and there, so I kind of had an
idea of your general personalities. Plus I read about you
guys in the tabloids and stuff. But I never was, um,
like a an avid viewer. But You've watched a few
episodes of Orange County this season you working under bro.
What are your thoughts about how they're being back. I
think that she seems like the same kind of person

(05:48):
that she was when when she was on with us.
UM so changed do you think? Um? I feel like
she's a little bit more open. I think that she
got a lot of Yeah, she got a lot of
heat from I think her first few seasons she was
on that she really wasn't that open. She didn't really

(06:08):
really let people in. She was a little bit uptight,
and I think UM, like just talking to her as
her friends, she would say like, you know, I'm out
of my comfort zone. This is something that Terry wanted.
I didn't really want to do this. I came from scripted.
It's hard for me. But I feel like she is
opening up a little bit. Like we saw the house.
Have you actually been in her house? No? Have you
I have? Yeah? No I haven't. Is it amazing? It

(06:32):
is amazing. It's it's it's big. It's not necessarily my style,
but it's it's beautiful. It's been it's huge. It's like
kind of like a hotel, right, it kind of looks
like a hotel, and just like watching her talk about well,
now you know, I'm going back and watching the seasons
that we were on together that I was on with
you and and Um, I hear her talk about the

(06:54):
budget and everything because she was still building, and so
I'm watching that at the same time as watching the
current season. So it's it's kind of cool to see
that put together. And just the pricing of everything is astronomical.
It's totally unrelatable, totally unrelatable, totally, Um, had you talked
to Heather or anybody else from yah h? Yeah, Tather

(07:17):
and I stay in touch a little bit. Um, you
and I started, I mean to cut you off. You
and I talked a few months ago, and Um, I
was asked to do a scene at Heather's party, and
so were you and both of us. I don't think
I was. Did you FaceTime? Didn't you tell me that
they were? He asked me to FaceTime? That was when

(07:39):
I got engaged or no, I got married. I got married. Um,
and she she asked to FaceTime me, and I was like,
I'm not facetiming. Oh gotcha? I thought she was like
FaceTime on the show. I think, yeah, yeah, I want
to do the show. I know the answer kind of yeah,
doesn't it kind of feel like we got kicked out

(08:00):
of like the popular girl's class. I quit. Yeah, I
actually did quit and but then but okay, so when
I quit, I quit because I was pregnant with the twins.
And that's for real, that's not embellished. Not to say
that I wouldn't have gotten fired or something anyways, but
like I actually did quit, and but then, um, I

(08:20):
wanted to go back on last year and I went
through the whole casting process and I didn't get it.
Now that feels like I got kicked out. Yeah, well,
how weird would it be? Like if they were to
call me, They're like, oh, casting is going to call you.
I'm like, why you know who I am? I was
on for? How long? Were you on for three years?
Three years? Like they know your personality and they know
what works and what doesn't work. So I mean, things

(08:42):
have changed in my life, So maybe that was it.
That's the only thing I could really understand. But yeah,
I mean I really I missed getting dressed up and
and like doing cool things and having your life planned
out for you. Yeah, that's what I missed to like
being something but then then the other times, I'm like,
like today I didn't want to do my hair and
I didn't want to Like I'm like, that's the part

(09:03):
that I don't miss is having to get all dolled
up and all the clothes and being you know, I
don't know, expensive never happy. You're never happy. Like you
miss it, but you don't win it. You can't win.
You can't win is always greener. Yeah, yeah, I mean
it would have been like watching the season back, it
makes me miss it, and I can see things now
that I that I didn't see back when I was filming,

(09:24):
like um, you know, for instance, I mean I kind
of saw this like I'll see the girls say like, oh,
I'll pay for dinner tonight. No you're not. You're not
paying for dinner tonight. Productions paying for dinner. Yeah. Yeah,
And we're going to talk about that later on, because
that's what we do here. We kind of break things
down from you know, the perspective of oh I used
to film, I know that doesn't work that way, Like

(09:44):
I just died. When someone's like, well, you know how
much was the party? It was ten thousand dollars, No
it wasn't. You didn't pay anything the other does that
on this season? I know, but I feel like maybe
it was that much, and if it was, production would
never pay that much. No, right, so she probably paid

(10:04):
what they didn't pay. You know, my very first party
I ever did, I paid for it production? Did it really?
The wine party? Right? I don't know. Nobody told me. Well,
I'm surprised. I mean, the time they pay for stuff,
but if it's your idea and I don't know, it's
not in their budget, then they'll make you pay. So

(10:29):
are you dating? Yeah? Yeah, I thought, Yeah, No, I
am going on dates and stuff. I mean, you know,
I was. I was married, but it was such a
whirlwind and from start to finish with him was only
three months, which was just stupid of me to to
marry him. But what I did, and it doesn't feel

(10:51):
like a marriage. It just feels like a three month
dating relationship that was like an abrupt start and an
abrupt end. So like, I'm talking to my therapist about it,
and she's like, Meg, You're fine, Like, just it seems
like it should be serious because you put the title
marriage on it, but it wasn't. But are you say
that it's over or you just kind of learned a
lesson and it's I think about it like, yeah, yeah,

(11:14):
like I learned a lesson. It's time to move on.
Like I think about it as a memory, and I'm
sad it didn't work out, had hopes for it. Otherwise
I wouldn't have got married. But um, it's it's fine.
I mean, it is what it feels. It literally feels
just like like a nostalgic memory some sort well what
a memory? What a memory? But you know what stuff happens, right,

(11:39):
it happens single again and it's fun and and I'm
like I'm having I'm actually having fun with it, Like
I'm not looking to settle down and like have another baby,
get married. I'm good. Maybe even you can go out
together as single girls and try to find guys. That
happening happening. You still don't talk to Vicky, right, we

(12:02):
never did. I think I blocked me on our Instagram.
Yeah yeah, yeah. She's having a hard time too well,
doing better. I think she's starting to date as well.
And she's like, I'm like, why don't you go on
like a dating app? And she's like, I'm not doing that.
I'm too old. I'm not so like old school like that.
I mean, I made a lot of guys on dating apps.

(12:22):
But um, I mean I just I just answered a
question about Vicky and the press. It was like, I
just like, do you have any advice for Vicky? And
I'm like no, Like, clearly, I am in no position
to give it anybody advice first of all. Second of all,
she's like dating narcissist, and so am I So like
we got that in common. Yeah, I mean I think

(12:44):
we all come across a narcissist one time or another.
I mean I obviously was married to one for quite
a while, but it just it's good to get away.
So I have a few questions for you from fans. Yeah,
I just want to I did. And um, okay, so
would you do the Ultimate Girls Trip if you were asked?

(13:06):
Yeah you would. Yeah, I hope I get us. What
did you like doing it? I did? I mean, there
was a lot of work, and it's so weird because
I was I hadn't filmed in a year and a half,
and as much as long as I filmed for twelve years,
I felt a little rusty, Like I felt like, okay,
it felt a little weird. Yeah, I mean it was,

(13:26):
you know, getting back on a bike. But it was like,
you know, the chain was a little rusty, okay, okay
going and it was it was fun. It was the
actual one that I was on was a little bit
more dramatic than the first season of Ultimate Girls Trip.
First one was you know, in Turks and Kickos and
they were in bathing suits and we were like trapped

(13:48):
in a house. We were like Big Brother, but you're
in the camps, right, No, we were in the Berkshire's, Massachusetts. Yeah,
with all the mosquitoes. Yeah, no, thanks, I would rather
go to Turks and Kikos. Well, I'm sure that you
will be asked. I haven't heard that they have a
season three casts together yet, but I'm sure it's coming. Now.

(14:10):
Would you you know that Teddy Teddy's on Celebrity Big Brother. Yeah,
that's a commitment. Yeah, that's long. How long is that? Um?
It could be up to thirty days and they have
no phone, no connection outside. You would be able to
like talk to the kids or anything, right, That's got
to be really hard. So yeah, but it would be

(14:33):
a good I think it'd be a cool experience. And
there's like a little bit of strategy to that too.
It's not like you're just partying your balls off, you know, right, right, right, Okay,
I just I just cast it for a reality show,
a dating show. So you did if you can today
right before this. I mean, there's really not much to say.
You know how they do the casting stuff, It's like

(14:53):
it starts early and then they like shift it and
change it. Sometimes they don't even go to production. You know,
you could cast for like ten ferent things and maybe
one of them makes it to production. You don't even
know if you're you know, gonna get it. But um,
so that's just kind of where I am at the
beginning of stages. But I do miss being in front
of the camera, which my YouTube channel is kind of
giving me that quick fix. And you know what, I'm

(15:14):
shameless about it at this point. I like being in
front of the camera. It's part of who I am.
I don't think it makes me a bad person. So
I'm gonna own it. Yeah, well me too, I do too.
I love it, Like I'm you know, everyday life. I'm
pretty mellow, but as soon as the camera comes out,
like I get all excited and write a little more
puff in my step. But you're on, I know, and

(15:35):
people are like, well, want you just do another reality show? Well,
as you know, it's not that easy. Getting casted on
reality show is like your odds are huge, it's hard.
It's hard. Well, I feel like you would have a
better chance though, with who you are and your odds
are low, is what I meant to say. Yeah, but
I don't know. I think with everything that's going on

(15:56):
with COVID and they're not making as many of the
film it's hard to film right now, and reality is
always like a bunch of people together. But maybe we
can do a show together. Now. Do you talk to
Kelly Dodd? This is a fair question. I don't talk

(16:16):
to Kelly. What is she just texting me about something recently?
Let me see what she said. So you text, but
you do not talk. No, I barely try to text her.
You know, she's you know Kelly. You never know really
what you're gonna get with Kelly. I hear she talks
about me a lot on her probably not in a
bad way, really, like what I'm like, Okay, so anything

(16:38):
I say can and will be held against me? No kidding, Yeah, No,
it's all just just like fluff, you know, like whoa
I was in Salt Lake City. You were just in
Salt Lake City like that. Yeah, so I went, Um,
you know Shelly, my friend, Shelly backed her house. Yeah
you said her house and wants to leave us. So
she Um, I bought another house and pomped us. And

(17:00):
I've been looking desperately to find one. You know, the
market's crazy right now. And um, so I went out
on Saturday to go see it. And she had run
into Kelly over the weekend because Kelly bought a house there,
like two streets down from her. So yeah, um they
ran into each other. Well, obviously Shelley knew Kelly from

(17:21):
the show, and so Shelly texts me. She's like, hey,
Kelly's at the restaurant. I'm like, go say how tour?
So I textually like, hey, Shelly's there, gonna say hi.
And they're like neighbors. So now they're there. Yeah. Has
Kelly calmed down at all? I think Kelly's stays true
to who she is, I really do. I mean, I
think she's outspoken, She's got a podcast with Rick now,

(17:44):
and you know she is who she is. Changing there. Okay,
so you love to travel, so what this is another
question from your fans what is your on your travel
bucket list? Is there a place that you apps reolutely
want to go? Gosh, Um, I kind of want to

(18:04):
go to Paris, and I feel like that I've never
been there. I've been a lot of places, but I've
never been to Paris, so I definitely want to do that.
That's like such a boring answer, I think. But yeah,
that's great. I was there three years ago and it
was great. I want to go back. Yeah, but now
we're traveling, I don't know. I'm kind of scared. Did

(18:25):
you have you got in Europe? Did you get COVID? Yeah?
I got it before like the vaccinations came out, and
then I think I might have had it again over
the new year. What about you? I feel like everybody, Um,
I did I got it. I didn't get it until
just recently Christmas vacation. How was that? Oh? Yeah, you
told you told me that it was. It was. It

(18:45):
was not fun. It wasn't fun. It was like having
the bad flu, and I was. It took me two
weeks of being sick and probably three weeks before I
actually felt normal. Ship. It's so funny that we're talking
about this right now, to remember because the last time
I did a podcast with I Heart Radio, it was
intimate Knowledge and it was right when all of COVID started,

(19:09):
and so we were talking about like how this needs
to end and how were missing around people? Da da
da da da. And now like here we are two
years later, I'm back on a podcast with I Heart
Radio talking about the same thing. It's like groundhog Day
when we thought it would be over in two weeks.
I know, ID use like what's next, what's next? You know,

(19:30):
we're getting vaccinated, we're doing we need to do. Um okay,
so we're gonna take one more question and then we
will go on a little bit of a break. What
is your biggest red flag and your biggest green flag
when it comes to a partner. Oh gosh, what a
good question. Mm hmm. I mean the red flags. There's

(19:51):
just too many of the list, right, But um yeah,
I would say, um okay, Well, I'm gonna start with
a green flag. I think green flag would be checking
in in the morning, like a good morning text. That's
a green flag that's like they're thinking about you, they

(20:12):
care about you. Like it's easy, it's simple, but it's meaningful.
Um a red flag mm hmm. Maybe like I don't know,
I'm trying to think about like some kind of like
narcissistic behavior. Oh yes, okay, red red flag love bombing,
too much, too fast, too soon. Oh yes, that's the

(20:35):
worst because then you're like, what do you want to
get away from me? Yeah, but it's also kind of
sucks you in because you're like, this is great, this
is fun, I feel special, But you're not going to
do that again. I'm doing that again. No, not not
doing that again. Okay, we're gonna take a quick break.
That's why it's a red flag, right, We're gonna take
a quick break, and then we're gon go through some
housewive headlines. Okay, we are back with Megan King with

(21:07):
some housewife headlines. So the first one we want to
get to is Jenny new In will no longer be
a cast member on the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
It has been confirmed that Jenny will no longer be
a cast member. Um. It was a statement out on
Tuesday on Bravo has sees filming with Jenny and she
is no longer going to be a cast member. So

(21:30):
Erica Jane got some good news. She's officially dismissed from
her fraud and embezzlement lawsuit against tom Um. I don't
exactly know what that means. I feel like there's I mean,
this is obviously good news, but I feel like there's
probably a lot of other lawsuits that are included. I
don't know if she's done with it, so I didn't
I didn't quite understand that, and I hate to like
there's a lot to it. I hope. I hope she's

(21:52):
done for her sake and she can go on with
Oh could you imagine? Um, let's see what else. Lisa
vander Pond possiblized for a broken leg after she was
thrown from her horse. I saw that. That's crazy, but
somebody said that what I read was like she fell
on her back and she looked like she was a

(22:13):
lot of pain. That's what scares me. But you know,
the spine. Yeah, I've had a few friends from horses
and it wasn't pretty. Now and other news, Heather Debrow
is she's selling her house now. Bravo had an article
about Heather Brow explaining in the video that her incredible
house has become sort of a character on the Real

(22:35):
Housewife of Orange County and it's easy to understand why
the massive home has a wall dedicated to her Champs
Champs um and I don't think she's really going to
sell it. I think she goes on to say that
it's a big house, her kids are getting older, the
twins will be leaving. It's just a lot of house
for you know, poor people. So yeah, but remember when

(22:57):
Heather was building that house, she she told us you
would have sold it before she even got to move
into it if she got the right price. I mean,
I think the do bros Are smart business people and
that everything's for sale for a certain price, Like if
if the right offer came, I cannot see them say
no to it, can you know? I mean, I agree,
I would do the same thing. I'm actually having problems

(23:17):
with that right now because our house is almost doubled
in price and we can walk Yeah, we can walk
away with a lot of money. Did you just move in? Yes,
But we've had at least had this house for like,
I don't know, close to twenty years. So we running
it out for a while, moved to Koto, and then
we ultimately came back here after I lost the show.

(23:40):
I had like a panic sale. I'm like no, like,
oh my god, we're gonna be upside down and the
pandemic hit and all that, and I'm like no, right,
And so we went back here. We totally remodeled it
that we're moving onto the backyard to do like a
nice structure back there. But I'm like, maybe we should
just sell it. But the problem where would you go?
That's the problem? Here? Do you go? Um for that

(24:02):
kind of money, I would probably go live in an
apartment or whatever, rent something for a short amount of time.
I'm not a renter. I hate renting, but you have
to do. It's smart. And and he seems to think
that the market's going to drop in March. M hm,
So you want to sell before that? I don't know.
I just thought of moving just I don't know, sometimes

(24:23):
just having your sanity and we love this house. Maybe
that's the months it's worth more than a million dollars, right, right, right, right, right? Right?
Is it right? I mean I know what you mean,
And yes, it is, like there's a lot to be
said for peace of mind. Okay, So tonight the premiere
of the Real Housewives of New Jersey is coming out.

(24:43):
Are you going to be watching it? What are your thoughts.
I think that I should watch it. Um, it's one
of the real Housewives of New Jersey just reached out
to me, and I feel like I should be. I
don't know, I kind of feel invested in it, not
with my YouTube. Yeah, I think you need you need
to Apparently, problem is right now, BRAFO has four housewife

(25:04):
shows on Okay, they have Miami City and Jersey and
then Orange County, Orange County, that's right. Yeah, so, um,
I think two of them are going to drop off soon.
But I've never known them to have four housewife shows
at once. And I'm like ready to like myself because

(25:24):
I have to recap all of them, like a lot.
There's a lot of drama. I will tell you that.
You know, after I left the show, I had to
turn all the noise off. I had to unfollow a
lot of people, mute a lot of people, all things
housewife like because it hurt too much. Like I missed
it so much, and now you know, I'm in a

(25:46):
better place and and now I'm recapping it now. Sometimes
I feel myself getting sad. I'm like, well, because we're
recapping Orange County, Like I can talk about other shows
all day long. But Orange County. I'm like, oh god,
I hope it's a short season. I don't want to
talk about them anymore. And then of course it's a
it's a no win situation talking about them because people

(26:07):
are like, you're jealous, You're I'm like, no, I'm just
off to doing something different. Am I jealous? Maybe just
a little bit? Maybe just a little bit. What's your favorite?
What's your favorite Housewife show that's arean right now? Well,
out of the three, I would say Miami and then
in Salt Lake. I love how you watched Miami. Yeah,

(26:29):
it is so good. We we I talked with Alexia
the other day on the pod and oh I saw
that so sweet, so open. Just I love her. I
love them all. Yeah, I do too. And I like
that they have a gay one because like, yes, the
housewives have never done that and that's something new to explore. Yeah.
I tried, Remember, I tried for a little while to

(26:50):
get my friend Fernandon, and I just didn't work out. Okay,
I don't get that working in Orange County very well. Anyway. Yeah,
let's see, here's another thing that can your feelings. Andy
Carn reveals which former Real Housewife star he'd bring back.
So do you know who it is? No, but let
me guess. I'm gonna guess. Fasciny. Well, when he was

(27:17):
asked whom he'd ring back, he didn't hesitate to name
real Housewives of Atlanta, Phyedra Parks. I love Phyedra and
I met Phyedro. Phyedro was on the Girl's Trip with me,
and she is amazing. I like her. Oh yeah, I
love her. What do you like about her so much? Like?
What makes her so great? Oh? My god? Just her energy,
She's sweet, she's kind, her faith, that just everything about her.

(27:42):
She doesn't really get deeply involved with the drama, but
she'll look at you like she would look at Brandy,
because Brandy would act up in the Girl's Trip and
she'd be like, no, no, and that's what she had
to do. That is all stop yeah, yeah, okay, stop. Power.
She has a power something about it. Um let's see,

(28:04):
did he say anybody else? I think he did mention
Bethany And he says, out of all the housewife housewives
he misses, the number one is your friend Vicky Comprison.
Do you believe that? Do you think he just has
to say it? I never know what to believe, Megan.
I mean, it's all entertainment, right, Yeah, I asked. I

(28:29):
asked Andy one time who the craziest housewife was who
he's ever met, and he said it was somebody from
New York. UM help me out, Ramona. No, no, no,
was it Sonya or Leah Sonya? Okay, Sonja? Yeah, that

(28:52):
she is. If you ever seen in an interview, it's hilarious.
We're gonna take a small break. I'm gonna come back
and we're gonna go over Miami. We're gonna recap Miami. Okay, Megan,
we are going to do uh something that. Okay, Megan,

(29:15):
let's talk Miami. Tell me just from the top, what
are your thoughts about Miami. I love Miami because I
think that brings an energy to the Housewives franchise that
we have not experienced before them when we talk about
sexuality and fluidity with sexuality, whether it's just within the

(29:37):
LGBT community in general, it's just it's really cool to
explore that at that level of UM income. I think
and and like cool kid crowd, which is what Miami,
and so I love that. UM. I am blown away
by how open they are to just like fight fight, fight, fight, fight,

(29:57):
but then they get over it. It's like they just
put it out there and it's done. It's like it's
very it's a very Latin vibe. I feel like they're
a really good cast um, much like Beverly Hills, where
they will fight, but then I think they're truly friends
and they just get over it. You know. It was
not like that in Orange County, right, it was more

(30:18):
like Survivor. M okay, So Kiki is um. I think
she's just a friend, but we see, yeah, she's gorgeous,
and she's talking about vacation constipation. I didn't even know
if there was in name for it. And she's like,
I have to poop. I can't poop. Like the both
episodes at the Hampton's, she's talking about pooping, not not

(30:43):
the handsOn Wait oh yeah, they went the hands Hamptons.
That was fun again, Like that's another thing. She's not
trying to be funny about her or whatever. She's just
like she's just talking about it as if her life.
Like if we were talking about that on Orange Counter,
it would be funny, like we would make it a
funny joke. But she's just like, this is a serious problem.

(31:04):
This is I have vacacient constellation, which made it funny. Yeah,
like I gotta use that because that's a true thing.
That really totally. So, Nicole's upset at Marisol. She's having
a hard time moving on. I kind of feel like
Marisol is a she's a troublemaker, she's a She's like, yeah,

(31:26):
I know that job all too well. Yeah I know.
I'm like, so when she went to that table and said,
tell me who you trust the least at this table,
I was like, what are you? What kind of shady
game is that? Right? And then I love Nicole, love her.
She's a new she's new. Most of them were on,

(31:48):
you know, five years ago. But Nicole isn't um. She's smart,
she's beautiful, she's a doctor. I love her relationship with
her fiance, everything, like everything about her. Love So now
that Marisel is trying to break her down and trying
to make everybody around her, you know, in the group
think that she's shady, she's too fast, she's and I'm like,

(32:09):
I even had to talk with um Alexei. I'm like,
I I I don't like that. I don't like that
they're coming for my girl. I really don't. Well, she's
standing up for herself and she's holding her own that's
for damn sure. Nicole is not about to let anybody
walk all over her. Yeah, she's very calm like me.
I would just be I wouldn't know what to do.
I'd be yelling and screaming and calling, you know, calling me.

(32:32):
I'm learning from her, just like sit back and go
hmm okay, Well I think that likes her like right now,
like today. Oh, I don't know. I don't know. I'm
hoping to have her on. But she's um, she's really
going for her And I'm like Marisol. I don't know
if Marisel is doing this because she's not a housewife.

(32:53):
She's just a friend. You know, time mary Sel is
not a Mariel is a housewife. I thought, No, I
think she's a friend. Oh, I think she's a friend.
So you know, when somebody has that role and they
want to be househif they got to create more drama.
But I don't know. Um, I love that Julia brings

(33:15):
her eggs from her farm. What was that all about? Well,
I'll let me tell you so. Um my son Ryan
is dating a girl that has basically a ranch here
in Orange County and she has her chickens, and you know,
she brings them as gifts, like with if somebody's birthday,
she brings them eggs. So I get behind this, like

(33:37):
the farmer, like that's I don't know, I get that.
My next word. My neighbor two doors down has chickens
in the backyard and they bring us eggs and we
love it. It's wonderful. But like to take an egg
carton and put it in your samell bag and then
pack it inside the suitcase and then take it like
that's that's commitment eggs. She must really love her eggs.

(34:00):
Oh my gosh, there's a lot of a lot of
She's quirky. And I love her relationship with um Marianna. No, No,
like that. Her wife, her wife, Martina Martina. Her Martina
Martina and Julia are super together. I love them together.
But I don't like is her weird friendship with Adriana.

(34:24):
She gave her like she got down on her knee
and gave it Like I'm like, it's just for TV,
Like what do you guys, what are you doing? I
think Julia is naive and I think she just is
being like sweet and genuine, but like, I don't think
that Adriana is naive at all, and I think I

(34:45):
think she has what she's doing. And also like I don't,
I don't know, Like it makes me wonder if they
have an open marriage Julia, Julia and Martina, but they don't.
I don't think so. Yeah, And I saw Marchina's face when, um,
when Julia came out with a low cut shirt. I

(35:07):
mean it was like almost like Eddie, like she's like,
that's you're showing way too much cleavage. Like somebody that
thinks like that is not going to be like, oh yeah,
let's you know, you can have an open marriage. So
they have to have a really strong relationship, like full
of built on so much trust for her to then
go on the house this housewife show with all of
these women who are like not super happy in their marriages,

(35:29):
and they're like, maybe I'll be a lesbian today. I
always say we're one drink away from right. Honestly, I'm
inspired by it. I'm like, wait, I'm single, because there's
something out there I should be trying. She looks really happy.
Oh my god. So they go off and the lady

(35:49):
is going to go work out and I find it
pretty funny that Marisol was like, I don't work out.
I'd rather starve myself. And I'm like, oh my god,
I cannot believe you're putting that message out there, like
don't do that, especially this day and age, Like that's
not good because especially getting older, I think her and
I are the same, the same age. No, you don't

(36:11):
eat and all you are your skinny fat you just
get funny. I'm not saying she's skinny fat, so before
people go off on that, but that's what happens. It's like,
it's like the worst thing you can do at that
age lifting weights, and you know eating is your friend
at that age. And that's exactly what Kiki said. She
was like, well, I may be skinny, but I can
I can still not be toned. She said that. And

(36:32):
I liked how Bravo put that edited that very closely
together because that was not lost on me. Yeah. Now,
Gertie's throwing a party a charity event. How do you
feel about charity You've had one? How do you feel
about charity events on reality TV? I mean it's just
another event, right, Well, they always get ruined. I feel like,

(36:52):
didn't you know when there's always screaming and yelling. I
mean it's a great backdrop, but they go great and
I mean instead of good way to bring attention to
your charity too. Yeah, it is, it is, um okay, Um.
I don't know. I don't think there was a whole
lot of One thing I did learn in this episode
from Julia. If you do a shot of olive oil

(37:14):
before you drink, you don't get drunk, but I feel
like you get I feel like you get the poops. Right,
hold on, that's not a that can't be a thing.
That doesn't make sense. Well, she's also doing shots with
vodka and chasing it down with pickles, so she's like,
you want to try it? Absolutely, I want to try

(37:34):
the olive oil. I wanted you drink a shot of
olive oil. Okay, I'll do it with you because okay,
we'd have to do it at home because I feel
like you'd be running to would be running into the
bathroom I would with olive I don't know. I've never
taken a shot of olive oil. I don't really nor
do I really want to. But um, yeah, so that
was interesting. Larsa has her own jewelry line and her

(37:56):
daughter is beautiful. They you know, they meet at the
store and that's her daughter. Looks like Scottie Pippen. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
they're all. Larisa seems just kind of like a uh
a Debbie Downer to me. Marsa does uh huh you

(38:18):
think so? She's just like so she's even, but she's
like even to the point of being just like she
can because I think she spent a lot of time
with Kardashians. I mean, she looks like one, and she
kind of talks very monotone and like, let's like like
too many selfies and then go to bed kind of thing.

(38:40):
I like her though, I'm telling you, I like them all.
Adrian is getting on my nerves and Marisol starting Adrian is.
I don't think she's a real housewife though. I think
she's a friend. She's a friend. Yeah, her and Marisol
are both friends. She's not even. I think she's a
friend of a friend, like a friend. I don't know

(39:00):
that we never had that many people. I know, well
did move on to Salt Lake City? Oh gosh, what
are your thoughts? You just started You just kind of
bene watched a few episodes, so I know how that goes.
Think it's very Salt Lake City last weekend. I was
just texting with Meredith Mars yesterday because I think I
might go back to Yeah, I'm gonna go. I think

(39:21):
I might go to Park City this weekend and meet
up with her. Um, because she lives there, right, And
I was there for so long because I dated a
guy there and so I made my own friends ski season.
So how how did that happen? You just reached out
or she reached out? Um? I think it was through Bronwyn. Yeah,
it was. Bron Wyn did a group text with Meredith

(39:44):
on it, so I guess she knows her. Do you
talk to Bronwin a lot? No? But I I'm working
with this guy who works with her. But sometimes I
like Bronwyn. I like her a lot. I was supposed
to go meet her new girlfriend last week and I
got stuck doing something so I couldn't meet her. But
I like brown Ones too. I never filmed with her though,

(40:05):
I was never on the show with her. I thought
you did once. No, I think it might have been
for a part. It was. It was for the party.
It was for the train party, right, That's what I got. Yeah, Yeah,
that was it. To witness the kiss. Yeah, yeah, I
didn't know you guys are kissing? Yeah, Ethan do I
I didn't know. So I think they did something very smart.

(40:28):
They separated the girls into different groups and had them
go off. So you have um whitneyther in Zion right
there in Zion, which I've never gotten, and they separated them.
So they had Jen and Whitney on can M's a
TV S with no helmet, which totally shocks me after
the accident that we had in one, Like, what the heck?

(40:54):
At least go ahead? And they said, and they said, oh,
we might flip. Do you remember that we might flip?
I was like, this is this is a strong allusion
to what we went through went through. Yeah, no helmet.
I was like, I'm surprised at the safety because we
had safety there and all that. I was really shy.
Lisa and Heather went horseback riding. Um. They talked about

(41:15):
how they were at odds with how Lisa was at
odds with everyone, and um, let's seeing where did the
other to go? Jenny, Mary and Meredith went to the spa.
I thought it was funny that m Mary comes fully
dressed glasses on. She's married, to odd Burn, I think

(41:35):
she wants to be fired from the show. She's not participating.
I said the same thing after. Yes, I'm like, she's
she's checked out. Every chance she has, she just totally
like checks out or just they're being in the middle
of filming and they just walk away. So, I mean,
I think that I thought something happened. That's why she
didn't go to the reunion this this year. But she

(41:56):
go to the reunion. No, she didn't chuck the union,
So she's out. She's been fired from what she had. Yeah,
allegedly she's been fired. She did not show up to
the reunion. Um Meredith was on Watch What Happens Live
and confirmed that she had been fired. So who knows.
Who knows? But I thought it was funny when they
asked her. They're just trying to make small talk with her.

(42:16):
She won't even open up show him and talk. It's like, well,
how is your husband? You know, she talked to your husband.
How's your husband? And and she's like, I'm not talking
to you about my husband. Like there's a nicer way
to say that. Even I don't feel that there's a
nicer way to put that. It's like, just say like,
I don't, Oh, he's fine, he's good. Everybody, Oh he's

(42:37):
doing he's doing great, I mean, or or even if
you wanted to tell him open up that much. You know,
I don't really feel like discussing that right now. But um,
we're good. You can I get us a drink? Like
she is, just like, I'm like, who is this girl?
Like somebody asked, Mary, do you like Jenny? And she
goes no. It's like she gives she gives zero fs,

(43:01):
but it kind of makes her like her. Her wild
eyes and her comments. She's kind of good on the show,
but she won't participate, so she's not gonna be back.
I don't think she has a lot going on between
between those eyeballs. Um, she's like, I mean, she doesn't
very quick on the uptake. Um, yeah, grand daddy, that's she.

(43:27):
But like, I think they want her to fit in
and she's funny, like she's just because she doesn't care.
She makes her like a little bit funny and I
think she could easily fit in and she tried to. Yeah,
I think that the episode was It was good. I
think every one of the Salt Lake City episodes are good.
But I think that what everybody's talking about is the
hot Mike moment? Where Okay, so that was bad and

(43:52):
so you, knowing how production works, do you think she
was on the phone with somebody or do you think
she was talking to a producer? I think she was
talking to herself or a producer. You think she was talking?
I think she knew exactly what she was doing. And
she she has loose lipped that that what's her name,

(44:13):
um Lisa? That Lisa is a loose lift one. She
just kind of and she's pretty good with her words too,
she can spue them pretty quick. And and so I
think she knew exactly what she was doing with that.
Do you think? So? What do you think? Well? It
was weird because I didn't quite understand what set her

(44:33):
off so bad that she went running and just it
didn't didn't warrant that. I think she was because Viz
Meredith was sticking up for Mary or whatever, but her
to go off. She went into a room I don't
even know what that room was, was in a bathroom,
was her bedroom? Bathroom was in a production room, shut
the door and just goes off, goes. I mean the

(44:55):
thing she said, we're so bad, and I heard from
Andy that he announced that when they went to the reunion,
nobody knew that scene was in it until like the
day before the reunion. Oh ship, No, I think, Okay,
So this is my take on it. I think that
I think that Lisa had had a lot of like bent,
pent up anger building against Meredith, Um Meredith, and and

(45:20):
she just because Lisa is just like so full of emotion.
She just like can't contain her emotion. It's going to
explode out of her. And Meredith is not exactly a
warm person. And so here we have like these two
opposites with how they handled their emotions. And I think
Lisa was just at the end of a rope, and
she really did feel like she wasn't being hurt or

(45:40):
listened to, and like that was just how she reacted,
Like just because you're friends with somebody doesn't mean that
you have to agree with all of their choices that
they make in life. And I think that was just
a loose lip moment where she just let it go.
Have you heard anything in the press from about this
situation yet? I haven't read anything yet, but I'm wondering
if Lisa regrets that, if Lisa doesn't care she regrets it.

(46:04):
She does. She just said it was like a moment
of rage or something, or like, yeah, she regrets it,
but like Meredith not having any part of it. But
Lisa that might toss it was like what a way
to in an episode. She throws her mike and it's like,
here's your mike. Why does she take off her whole shirt?
I guess she was taking off her mike. She probably
was in there. She probably realized after she was going

(46:26):
off to who knows. I I think we'll find out
the reunion. When she's just going off about Meredith calling
her all those horrible names. I think she realized, oh,
I might, And I think she just kind of like
took her shirt off or ripped off the mic. You
know how hard they are to get off their stock,
their pin, they're all that, and just threw it out
the door. Which, oh, you don't think she realized she
was even mike. I don't think so. I think that

(46:48):
she thought she was in a safe zone. I think
she thought she was away from the cameras. Everybody else
was outside she came in. She probably went in there
and just told if it's a production, you know, producer, whatever,
I'm sick of her. I don't want to do this anymore.
I mean we've all done that, remember, Yeah, but she's like,
this is her second season. She knows how it works now. Yeah,
but you know what things are different now. They're showing

(47:10):
really behind the scenes the fourth wall. You remember when
Shannon did that at your house, Like she was like
freaking out. We had a party or something or sitting
around at your house and she went and yelled and
at the producer and I got up. I'm like, well, Shannon,
don't be an asshole. You're being an asshole. And they
showed it, like so yeah, she tried to go to
the to the like production village in the garage or something. Yeah,

(47:35):
and they actually ended up showing that. Now on these
Housewive shows, you have to be extra careful because they
are breaking the fourth wall all the time, like even
in their interviews, like they say and it's like, oh no,
you're like, oh lovely, well, Megan, it has been amazing. Avenue,
thank you so much. I miss you. When are you
gonna come back to Orange County? So something soon soon?

(47:58):
Let's hang out. I miss you too. Have been so
much fun. I'm glad we have to talked about all this,
so I could have gone on and on. Yeah, if

Watch my YouTube channel everybody. Yes, listen to Megan's YouTube

(48:21):
where she breaks down old housewives and you kind of
show the clip and then you're actually talking as your show.
Is there a name for you? And they're sure? Reaction
videos to Housewives episodes? I was on and they're short,
you know, they're less than ten minutes? And how fun
do you post every week? Every Friday? They'll come out? Okay?
Are you having fun doing it? Yeah? Yeah, it's been

(48:42):
fun tripped down memory lane. Okay, if you ever want
