Two Teas in a Pod.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
It's Teddy Mellencamp and Camra Judge.
Speaker 1 (00:09):
Hi, guys, welcome to another episode of Two Teas in
a Pod with Teddy Mellencamp and Tamba Judge.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
Hi, Tam, Tam, You're home.
Speaker 1 (00:18):
I'm home. Thank God.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
Was this your biggest trip that you've taken.
Speaker 3 (00:23):
No.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
I took a big trip with Slate only for that
riding thing. But this trip to my dad's was like
all the kids, yeah, not just mine but also my sisters,
and I mean it was NonStop. Plus my dad can't
stand any mess or if one thing moves, he's like, hey,
(00:43):
did somebody move the couch? And then he makes like
all of us, that's a thousand pound couch.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
That's how I move it.
Speaker 1 (00:50):
But then he's wrong and we haven't moved it because
then we can see a spot that it's been sitting
there the entire time.
Speaker 2 (00:57):
I'm like, that's exactly how I And we had my
mom and her boyfriend at her house for Fourth of
July and Big Bear, and of course Eddie's like, bring
the dog, bring the dogs. The dog came and the
dogs were running around crazy, wrestling constantly, and I'm like,
wrestling wrastling, and I'm like, there's a spot on the carpet,
(01:20):
I mean on the floor, there's this or that over there.
I'm over here cleaning everything. I'm like a nut when
it comes to that kind of stuff. So I totally
get where your dad's coming from.
Speaker 1 (01:32):
Well, then I told him, I said, listen, if you
want to keep inviting us on these trips, you have
to realize that we have one jillion children, and it's
not always going to be immaculate, especially like because they
want to get in the pool eighty six times and
they've decided they're done, and then they're like, hey, can
we go swimming? And I'm like, I just gave you
(01:52):
a do you have to anything but that? But you know,
it was pretty challenging, and you know, guys, sorry, I
want to apologize to our listeners. I had to cancel
last week or two weeks ago when we were doing
the POD, I was having some medical stuff and then
I was pretty much struggling up until we left, and
(02:15):
then they put me on a new medication and it
helped a little bit. So I would say half the
trip was amazing and half the trip was pretty horrible
because I felt so I mean, people are like, oh,
we saw that you did this on Instagram. I'm like, yeah,
that's three hours of a full day.
Speaker 3 (02:34):
I know, I know, people forget that there's like other
parts of the day that aren't on the Gram. I
was like, by the fact that I post so much
less should tell you not feeling okay okay.
Speaker 2 (02:46):
So a lot of people will say to me, Teddy's
doing great. I had this conversation yes day with Michelle
because she was she did some extensions in my hair,
so thank you, and so she said, you know, so
many of my clients were like, God, Teddy's doing so good.
I'm so happy for her, and I go, I know
people say that to me all the time, and it's like,
(03:08):
you see her on Instagram for thirty seconds. Everyone's like,
she's perfect.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
Yeah. I mean, it's it's I'm trying to be as
positive as I can and do as many things as
my body tells me that I can do. But when
I went back to something I didn't realize that happened
with immunotherapy. First off, I want to apologize to anybody
that's in any kind of like healthcare situation where they
(03:40):
don't have additional people to help them. Get things done.
I mean we even have talked about it, like even
just getting your medications, all of those things. We've talked
about it in regards to Amazon and things like that
that have delivery services now that come right to your door.
But I seriously have felt like in like a desperate
(04:03):
way to get things done. And I'm like like how
well people, Yeah, like overwhelmed, Like I'm like waiting for
this medication to come, or waiting for this or oh no,
insurance doesn't cover it until tomorrow, you can pick it
up tomorrow, and like all those types of things. So
leading up to the trip was a little bit stressful
because I guess what immune therapy does, is it, you know,
(04:25):
kind of comes at your system. And so now I've
developed something with my thyroid and I think it's hypo
I'm not a doctor, guys, but hypothyroidism. So we couldn't
figure out why I was feeling so low, and it
was because when you have that and all of a sudden.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
You have yeah, it's slowly on synthroid. Yes, yeah, so
I'm on synthroid because you are. I have the same thing.
Speaker 1 (04:54):
That's so wild, like and I had no and I've
never had and I've had my thyroid checked a million
times because of course, you know when back before I
had sickness stuff, I was like, maybe something's wrong.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
With Why can't I lose two pounds? It must be
my thyroid.
Speaker 1 (05:10):
It's my thyroid. But no, now I actually have it.
And then come to find out, so does my sister.
But she's had it, you know, forever.
Speaker 2 (05:19):
Does she have hyper hypo or hype?
Speaker 1 (05:21):
Yeah, hypo. We both have hypo. But she's been been
on medication for a couple of years. She's feeling better.
She also gave me some different soups and things to
eat that help with the situation. And I've you know,
changed the only thing I haven't given up. Folks, not
ready cheers to diet coke.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
Diet coke.
Speaker 1 (05:41):
You know what. I blame the hospital for the diet
coke addiction.
Speaker 2 (05:47):
I blame Cayden. I didn't drink diet coke for twenty years,
twenty years, maybe even longer. And yesterday we went Sophia
and I went and had typhood, and I ordered the
diet coke and she goes, I'll have one too. I go, who,
you're drinking diet coke? And she's like, yes, I blame Caiden.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
You know what, I'll blame Kayden too, just because it
seems more fair, because I think I already blamed the
doctors for how hard it is for me to get
my prescriptions and feel good. So Caden is going to
have to take the hit on that. Cayden is one
of our producers on the show.
Speaker 2 (06:22):
I give them drinking diet coke. Found them and I
was like, you shouldn't do that, It's horrible for you.
And then all of a sudden, I hang out with them,
I'm drinking dit coke, and now I like, I can't
quit it. I can't. I can't quit her.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
But we can still be judgmental about other people drinking
diet coke, even though we do it ourselves.
Speaker 2 (06:38):
I draw the line at doctor Pepper. No one around
me is allowed to drink doctor Pepper, diet doctor Pepper,
doctor Penny Peppers.
Speaker 1 (06:46):
Know when I draw the line at what Mountain dew?
Speaker 2 (06:49):
Oh, that's brutal. That is brutal. So how was John Mellencamp.
John Mellencamp was good.
Speaker 1 (06:59):
I think it's really hard being in a place where,
you know, I kind of am in denial of where
I am physically and when other people are not in denial,
it's it's hard, you know, Like my sister gets emotional
when she sees me and cries my little brother, who
like it's so beyond you know, which has in the
(07:22):
spec he painted like a beautiful picture of me and
my sister, And like just watching him do it, he's
so natural about it, like he just goes at it
and like he did it from you know, obviously he
did it from scratch, but like he did it with
us sitting there, So he did it in three days
because and we were I only was able to sit
in the chair for like an hour a day, and
like he nailed it. But like watching that makes me emotional.
Speaker 2 (07:46):
But like.
Speaker 1 (07:48):
My family wants to have like the hard conversations, yeah,
and I don't, which is not rough. They want to
talk about things like the future or medically exactly how
I'm doing, And like I don't want to talk about it.
Speaker 2 (08:07):
No, you but you don't want to talk about that
with anybody?
Speaker 1 (08:10):
No, it's not just yeah, I don't want to talk
about it with you either.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
For the record, No you don't. I have to like
pull it out of you, you know. Yeah, it's like
I know when you're not feeling well is when you're
not posting on Instagram.
Speaker 1 (08:24):
Yeah, that's your way of tracking. I know I'm not
feeling well when I can't text at all. That is
because your vision or so my vision, which is weird
even with glasses, it doesn't help my vision or like
you can tell today, like see how shaking my hands
are yes, But then it gets so annoying to try
(08:45):
to text because then that stupid ziggy thing pops up
and then it wants to be a big pee.
Speaker 2 (08:50):
With that when you write down.
Speaker 1 (08:53):
I'm like, good thing, I'm not having a freaking seizure,
because this damn thing could push me right over the edge.
I felt like the shake, Yeah, the shaking really bothers me,
Like but no, it didn't bother me. But Secret Lives
of Mormon Wives Reunion.
Speaker 2 (09:10):
Well it didn't bother you.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
It didn't bother me. I mean I thought it was.
Speaker 2 (09:16):
It was a little bit long.
Speaker 1 (09:18):
I was gonna say it was a lit But can
we talk about one thing first. I love Nick, I
always have. I love doing this podcast. I like that
you know he gets the guests that we don't. I know,
you're everybody know where.
Speaker 2 (09:34):
You're going with us? You're going with us?
Speaker 1 (09:37):
No, I don't think that you do, because I don't
think you feel the same way. No, Well, but no
one is. But in this particular moment, I don't know
if freaking Whitney pissed and his arrow on smoothie, but
he he was nice of her a break or even
look at her with any sort of compassion.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
Why do you think? Do you think that he's a
fan and he's just looking at it at you know,
like that, or did she do something to piss him off?
Does he just not like her?
Speaker 1 (10:10):
Well? I mean, clearly she doesn't take accountability for anything,
and I hate that. I just use the word accountability
I for people, but like, clearly she doesn't.
Speaker 2 (10:18):
But who does, especially accountability for I'll do not for everything, but.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
People can take accountability for everything. Are also very unlikable.
Speaker 2 (10:30):
But has she done anything so drastically bad that she
had to take accountability for It's all like stupid shit,
dumb shit, dumb shit. It doesn't make a difference.
Speaker 1 (10:40):
But if who would you be the most mad at
just watching this? Like? Who do you who bugged you
the most? And this girl didn't even have for me?
This girl didn't even have to attend their reunion and
to me still bugged me the most.
Speaker 2 (10:53):
I was gonna say that's the one that probably bugged
me the most, just because you couldn't show up and
you can't tell me, oh sorry, I had to Disney trip.
I'll tell you right now. Production reach out to us
and said, hey, guys, we're scheduling reunion. Do any of
these dates work for you? And they work around what
our schedule is. Come on, she didn't go because she
(11:14):
didn't want to go, And I don't think she'll be
back next year, do you no?
Speaker 1 (11:18):
Sadly, I think she will be back. And then I'm
like Bravo would never never, like you don't show up,
you don't get like your own little no.
Speaker 2 (11:27):
And speaking of not being back, do you think that
Nick will be back next season to do the reunion?
Speaker 1 (11:33):
I do.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
I don't think they need one. I feel like there
was so much shit they couldn't talk about because there's
now filming season three that it would give away storyline.
Speaker 1 (11:43):
This should tell you, guys, how little there is for
us to talk about in regards to this reunion. It
was sixteen hours long and we only have two pages.
Our third page only has three three sentences on it. Yeah,
that's I think normally we have like like I'll have
probably sixty five for Orange County.
Speaker 2 (12:05):
I say, hire Alex Cooper to do the reunion. I
think you need a girl.
Speaker 1 (12:12):
She would be go, she's actually where Edwin is right now?
I think where in like the south of France. Oh yeah,
you make friends with her and then ask her to
reach out to us because we want to be on
her pod.
Speaker 2 (12:24):
Okay, well, don't be don't call me a trader, but
I just ordered one of her hats that says unwell.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
Well, I just my sister gave me the hat that
says favorite daughter. And then by the end of the trip,
I said to my sister, I go, can I write
least at the top of this, because clearly not anymore.
Speaker 2 (12:45):
I'm sure you're the favorite daughter right now?
Speaker 1 (12:47):
I don't think so. I think how quickly the tides
I can. I can rub people the wrong way, even
say so say.
Speaker 2 (12:56):
It isn't so, it's actually gonna Are you a call
hall pass right now?
Speaker 1 (13:02):
No? I get made fun of by everybody because I
pace around in slow motion.
Speaker 2 (13:09):
I did. I interviewed with Sheena and Keiki Monique today
and Kiki was talking about how you guys chat a
little bit on DMS or something, and she was saying,
how you still really have your wits about you and
you have your humor about you, and you guys had
a conversation. I don't know how Ria is probably old
about Rayah.
Speaker 1 (13:28):
Oh yeah, because Riah she something about listed. I never
got into Riyah.
Speaker 2 (13:35):
They waitlisted this day.
Speaker 1 (13:37):
They waitlisted me, and she says that.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
You're funny about it, Like, of all people, why wouldn't
they pick me right now?
Speaker 1 (13:43):
Like I am sorry, I don't I'm not one of
your I would wonder though, like if I were to
like ZiT back on Hinge or get on Riah. Do
I need to be bald to be transparent? Yes, No,
I can't just go the like that. I can't just
keep my same profile file picks and then if they
really care, they could probably.
Speaker 2 (14:03):
Be trying to somebody.
Speaker 1 (14:06):
Yes, because I would probably wear my wig to the
first day. And then it would be surprise if we.
Speaker 2 (14:12):
Think that it could be better if you just you
obviously are not going to do this. This is hypothetically speaking,
because you're fine where you're at right now. But I
think that you would have to do bald because then
if somebody is like, yes, yes, this is my girl,
there's no surprises.
Speaker 1 (14:27):
Well, can you guys let us know something. How long?
My sister said it was something like quarter of an
inch in a month? Is how long your hair? I'm
trying to figure out. I can tell you I, Oh,
am I going to need my hair done in October
or else? Or am I still wigging it? It's this
long now?
Speaker 2 (14:44):
Okay? So I you know I had that brow lift
back in August and for a good month after that
there was no hair. None That were my incisions where
the hair would not grow back. So month it started
to grow back, and now it's like this long?
Speaker 1 (15:04):
Really? Yeah, So are you taking neutrophil?
Speaker 2 (15:08):
I was, But I take I take so many supplements
and stuff and sometimes it's like, well you have to
take four of them. So how many prescription pills you on?
Do you know?
Speaker 1 (15:18):
I'm on zero narcotics, but I'm on probably sixteen medications?
I would say if I like, look at the but
it's like, you know, anti seizure medication, this medica blah blah.
Speaker 2 (15:33):
Blah, like it's what medication did they recently? You don't
have to answer this, but they recently changed or switched that.
Speaker 1 (15:39):
That was the hypoth oh, the one they recently switched
because it was making me sick. Yeah, no, that was
just the hypothyroid. Oh. And guys, I know that we're
supposed to be talking about secret lives of Mormon wives,
but now we're you know what, we're talking about my
medical issues. Yeah. So I kept telling them from freaking
(16:03):
day one of being in the hospital. They said to me,
do you want a catheter? And I was like, well,
I don't know when I'm gonna pee, so probably. So
they put a catheter and there they're like this could
cause problems later. Granted there's like eighty six different doctors
that worked on me because I was like a weird case.
So ever since then, I was like, guys, I think
(16:24):
I have a UTI and they're like, nope, it's not
showing up in your labs, and like I'm not going
on and checking my paperwork, like I don't know labs.
So this last time I went in again and I
was like, guys, I'm telling you I have a UTI.
The doctors are like, no, you don't. And then my
friend Kelly looked at my labs and She's like, Teddy,
(16:46):
you've had a UTI since you've been in the hospital.
Speaker 2 (16:48):
Oh my gosh, that's horrible.
Speaker 1 (16:51):
So it had turned into something that was like really
making me sick.
Speaker 2 (16:56):
Well, I mean, I think I told the story before,
but you were in the hospital and they wanted you
to get up to the bathroom and you're like, Nope,
can't do it, Nope, nope, nope. And they're like, well,
we don't want to keep putting a catheter in you
because you could get an infection.
Speaker 1 (17:09):
Guess what I did? Yeah, and then you oh and
then they put me on the steroids again. So I
was all revved.
Speaker 2 (17:15):
Up, write it out.
Speaker 1 (17:17):
I was all roided out for eight days. Eight days
of roiding out. Speaking of vroided out, know who I
didn't like even after this. I thought this was going
to be his redemption.
Speaker 2 (17:30):
Dakota.
Speaker 1 (17:31):
No, didn't like him. I know you kind of like him,
but not me.
Speaker 2 (17:36):
Yeah, I'm kind of indifferent.
Speaker 1 (17:38):
Now.
Speaker 2 (17:39):
I'm just I don't really have an opinion. I think
like we've already done the Dakota thing. He can he
can go. Now.
Speaker 1 (17:45):
I'm going to tell you I don't I love Taylor, guy,
I love Taylor. I want her to be our best friend.
But no, and I don't want to see Dacoda crying anymore.
Quit it.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
I don't quit it.
Speaker 1 (17:57):
If I'm not crying every single minute of this podcast.
Dakota doesn't need to be crying. I know, right.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
If they're not going to get back together, then I
don't see any reason for him to be on the
next season that they're He's in.
Speaker 1 (18:11):
A part of Dad Talk. Oh god, I just want
to see Eddie do a dance on TikTok Oh.
Speaker 2 (18:19):
Yeah, that's going to happen.
Speaker 1 (18:20):
Never I've been held to it. For me, I'm hard
to say no to these days.
Speaker 2 (18:25):
Yeah, okay, I couldn't imagine him doing any kind of
dance like that.
Speaker 1 (18:38):
Whitney shows up, she's in a tiara. How do you
feel about it, little baby Tiara?
Speaker 2 (18:44):
Uh not no, No, that's you say getting caught. I
know that's you saying. You know, I'm I'm a princess,
I'm a queen. We had a girl that wore a
tiara this season, and I'm like, girl.
Speaker 1 (18:57):
No, no, girl, no girl. By yeah, creen don't ask
if you have to wear a tiara. Didn't somebody on
Miami just wear a tiara? To something. It may la. No,
I don't think I didn't like it there either. I'm
not into tirs except for Toddler's and Tiara's the best
(19:17):
show ever.
Speaker 2 (19:20):
Some of these houseswives need to go on that show.
Speaker 1 (19:25):
It's a shame my kids have passed their peak of
being on Toddler's and Tiaras. But she shows up in
a tiara. I like the fact. This is what I'm
gonna say about Whitney at the beginning of this sixteen
hour venture of a show that we were watching. You know,
I liked her. I love somebody that leans into the hate,
(19:46):
which I think she's. It's like she's almost not affected
by it, or she doesn't believe that it's happening. And
I need to know if they were joking when they
said that she's going to do her own mom talk.
Speaker 2 (19:56):
I don't know. I mean, I think sometimes I love
watching Whitney dance. I can go on her TikTok or
her Instagram.
Speaker 1 (20:02):
And well you'll be able to see it.
Speaker 2 (20:04):
I know, I am very happy that she got on
Dancing the Stars because she does have moves. I just
hope she's not gonna be wearing a tiara. What were
your thoughts on her face timing Demi, and she's just like, yeah,
I plan a Disneyland trip, so like peace out. Like
I'm surprised they even did pre recorded things with her
(20:24):
like if you can't make it, fuck off.
Speaker 1 (20:28):
So I don't want to hear this. I don't want
to hear that the other cast members are bullying her.
Speaker 2 (20:35):
It's it's a dramatic show. It's like being on Housewives
and saying you're bullying me, you're mean to me.
Speaker 1 (20:42):
You guys all say I know, I know, I mean.
Can we come up with a different word or like
like a hand motion that means bully, but without saying
bully because I don't want to hear it anymore. Yeah,
you're me.
Speaker 2 (20:57):
You're jacking me off. That's it. Don't you off?
Speaker 1 (21:01):
Don't actually please do please check check you off? But
what about how Nick? Then, thanks Layla for the dramatic
season finale.
Speaker 2 (21:12):
Okay, I didn't agree with that. I didn't think like,
oh it was Leila that did this.
Speaker 1 (21:18):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (21:18):
I didn't really we didn't really get any closure on
what truly happened. I don't feel like we did because
now they're saying, well, it's a storyline for season three,
so there's not much that we can say. What did
you What did you get out of it?
Speaker 1 (21:32):
I got that If Marciana doesn't come on the pod
soon and give us all the deeds, I don't care.
He probably can't because now he's gotten himself on a
new show.
Speaker 2 (21:42):
What's on?
Speaker 1 (21:44):
I bet he's on season three? We see him in
the previews.
Speaker 2 (21:48):
So what are your true thoughts about Nick being chosen
to host the reunion?
Speaker 1 (21:55):
I think that there are. I think it was too
many people for him to manage it. I don't think
he was. It almost seemed like when he was watching it,
you could tell he was listening, like through the prompter,
so you didn't feel the emotions that you feel when
(22:16):
I hear him on his own podcast.
Speaker 2 (22:20):
Yeah, I think it's tough shoes to fill. I mean,
Andy Cohne's been doing it for so long, and I
know there's been other shows that have reunions, and no
matter who the host is, they're always being compared to
Andy Cohen who is and you got to learn it
takes a learning car.
Speaker 1 (22:38):
I mean, she's probably going to get better and better
at it, and I don't know any other male that
could have probably gone in and done a better job
than him. Yeah, unless you're going to go for somebody.
He's really going to go after these ladies and I
don't think they can take it.
Speaker 2 (22:56):
I wish his questions were a little bit tougher.
Speaker 1 (23:00):
I wish he would have dug in more. But I
think that's the problem that season three is out.
Speaker 2 (23:04):
You're right, yeah, I mean I think, like I said
in The Girl, I thought you could do a better job.
Speaker 1 (23:11):
Tamra. I love you so much.
Speaker 2 (23:12):
I know what's not to love.
Speaker 1 (23:14):
But you know what, Tamra Judge, they did not. They
would rather have two girls for mom talk on Dancing
with the Stars than one of us.
Speaker 2 (23:28):
Thank God. How exciting for them though.
Speaker 1 (23:33):
To be I mean it is really exciting. It really
was back in the mix. But Jesse. What about how
Jesse refuses to speak on Marciano because it will play
out in season three.
Speaker 2 (23:44):
Well, I think that was her way of getting getting
you know, not having to answer the question, get around
the question. I still don't know did she sleep with him?
Speaker 1 (23:54):
I think they hooked up.
Speaker 2 (23:55):
That's what my grand husband are split up.
Speaker 1 (23:57):
So he still has a wedding ring and she doesn't.
Because Nick didn't say anything about it.
Speaker 2 (24:04):
Yeah, no, I did notice that, so I it's very confusing.
But if I'm reading between the lines correctly, I think
that maybe something did absolutely happen. Now you had said
prior that there's like this theory that Demi and him
came together and they're trying to pin it on Jesse.
Speaker 1 (24:27):
My guess is that's not the case. Just the vibe
I'm getting from Jesse is and I'm Jesse. Love you.
I think you ever work your ass off. I think
you're good television. I think you're beautiful. I think the
fact that you had to explain yourself on Instagram the
other day because people said that you had too sharp
of cheek bones or whatever.
Speaker 2 (24:50):
They called her masculine or something like that.
Speaker 1 (24:52):
And like, don't you don't have to defend yourself on
shit like that. You're a beautiful woman, and who gives
a shit what other people have to say. And you know,
most of the time when people comment on your looks,
they ain't looking so good themselves. But I don't know, right,
I don't. My gut feeling is she might be a
(25:12):
little bit over him. The husband.
Speaker 2 (25:16):
Well, you're probably right, I mean, maybe had an affair.
That's gonna say it right there.
Speaker 1 (25:24):
But even if she didn't have an affair, she doesn't
have the ring on and he does. To me, that's
a red flag that ain't given green flags. Oh, the
amount of words I learned from my kids this past week.
I'll talk We'll talk about that on the next pot.
But then Jesse feels the need to share the text
between Demi and Marciano. They had flirty exchanges, like and
(25:45):
I want to talk about what we think are flirty exchanges. Lol,
hate you? Is that a flirty exchange? No?
Speaker 2 (25:54):
I mean I probably have said that to you a
million times.
Speaker 1 (25:58):
Yeah, oysters are no different than swallowing come to me.
That's not flirty. That's gross.
Speaker 2 (26:03):
That's gross, and it's crossing the line. And you wouldn't
talk to somebody like that if you didn't have a
certain type of relationship with them.
Speaker 1 (26:11):
And then she wrote ruined it forever and joy and
then there's a clamshell egg plant and then drops.
Speaker 2 (26:20):
Of water, a squirt it was that?
Speaker 1 (26:23):
What that means?
Speaker 2 (26:23):
A squirt shirt?
Speaker 1 (26:25):
Yes? Oh? And then what's his name? Jen's husband, Brett
so Waitch Zach had to chime back that the oyster
mena vagina or I think he said pussy.
Speaker 2 (26:39):
He said pussy. Yeah, Oh, she's like, what's that? Oh?
How mad? Do you think Brett was watching this? Do
you think that he had any idea these text messages
were going to be.
Speaker 1 (26:50):
Yes, I'm sure he knew because they all had it
saved on their phone, which means it's all in the
group text. I think that's why she came without her ring,
because it did her coming without her ring and opening
up the way she did. I I meant the text.
Speaker 2 (27:04):
Messages were between Demi and Marciano, right, not Jesse.
Speaker 1 (27:09):
Correct. But that's why Demi didn't even show up.
Speaker 2 (27:13):
Question didn't show up because she knew that these text
messages were going to come out.
Speaker 1 (27:16):
Yeah, she's not. She didn't show up. She's not going
to show up until she can control the narrative by
outing Jesse in some kind of way. That's worse than
her sending clamshells. Yeah, because, let's be honest, boning down
with somebody and sending a clamshell boning down might be.
Speaker 2 (27:35):
Yeah, but he was literally playing both of them.
Speaker 1 (27:39):
Yeah, and no who else he played Layla?
Speaker 2 (27:42):
Yeah, sweet Layla didn't.
Speaker 1 (27:44):
Come in guns blazon for that interview.
Speaker 2 (27:48):
No, I don't think anybody was really guns a blazing.
I mean it was.
Speaker 1 (27:55):
Yeah. Mikaela and Whitney revisit their feud. Nick accuses What
of enjoying other people's drama too much. Nick is on Whitney's.
Speaker 2 (28:05):
He doesn't like her, he doesn't like her. I think
he got great pleasure out of telling Jen that she
was hired first for watching Watch what Happens Like, first
for Dancing with the Stars, and then he's like, oh,
by the way, you too, you too, Whitney, you get
it too.
Speaker 1 (28:22):
But then she had to act out that she was surprised,
like the contract wasn't already done.
Speaker 2 (28:28):
Oh I wonder if they knew. Of course they do, you,
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (28:33):
I know that they walking down the street to Kyle's
and then all of a sudden, I'm getting filmed. And
then all of a sudden they like, hand me a diamond.
And then I'm like, oh, who would have known? I'm
a housewife.
Speaker 2 (28:44):
Now do you know how many people are asking me
if you're back on Beverly Hills. I'm so sick of
people asking me that. I'm like I always say, I
go no, like I got asked that today and I'm like,
not that I know of.
Speaker 1 (28:59):
She told me, no, oh, why does everybody think that?
Speaker 2 (29:03):
It's probably one of your interviews that you did.
Speaker 1 (29:06):
I said, I'm not answering this question. I'm like, there's
no point. I have been on the show for years.
I'm not talking about the show. I'm olas talking about
the show.
Speaker 2 (29:14):
I think people took it as not talking about it
means that you are back and you're not allowed to
talk about it.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
Do I seem like somebody that's that smart with their words? No,
I know you better, then, Dakota joins the reunion, He's
as smart with his words as I am. M Taylor
reveals she found more evidence of cheating while she was pregnant.
(29:45):
They're now co parenting. At Stagecoach, they looked very cozy.
Taylor admits the door isn't closed. She says, the door
isn't closed, but it seems closed. But she just means
I still will have sex with them when I feel
lonely or.
Speaker 2 (29:57):
Bone um, but I don't want a commitment with him.
I mean I would like to see them work it out,
because obviously they're cute together and they have a child together.
But if they haven't worked it out yet. It's not
looking good.
Speaker 1 (30:10):
What about when he opens up about having a ten
year drug addiction and he's in a cycle of self work.
I was like, are you jaxx Taylor and Mormon clothing?
Jax Taylor was on my flight?
Speaker 2 (30:24):
Okay, you hear about that? Wait? Okay, can I was
he in first class?
Speaker 1 (30:29):
No, he was in coach. He was in coach.
Speaker 2 (30:32):
But this is the middle seat.
Speaker 1 (30:34):
Middle seat coach, middle seat coach.
Speaker 2 (30:37):
Yeah, because where was he going?
Speaker 1 (30:40):
He was going home? But I had to make a stop,
going where's home? And I forget where I flew into
But maybe Detroit? Does that sound right?
Speaker 2 (30:50):
He doesn't live where your dad lives.
Speaker 1 (30:52):
No, we were had to stop and but this is
the worst part about me. So I am sitting in
first class and I'm sitting and I can't even help myself.
But I look up and I see him, and I go, oh, God,
Jack's tail.
Speaker 3 (31:05):
Or here you.
Speaker 2 (31:08):
That probably would have been my first instinct too.
Speaker 1 (31:11):
I don't even know why I said it out loud
like it, but it took him a second to figure
out who I was. I think because I didn't I
didn't have any makeup on I was completely bald. I
didn't use any face tune.
Speaker 2 (31:23):
Oh who did you have a hat on?
Speaker 1 (31:25):
No hat on, nothing, nothing I had. I was just
sitting there.
Speaker 2 (31:29):
And Anna thought you were a fan.
Speaker 1 (31:31):
Yeah. And then he goes so he's almost about to
pass me, and he's like, oh, hey, Teddy, where are
you going. Are you on your way home? And I'm
like no, I'm on my way to my dad's place
in South Carolina. And he's like okay, well, it's good
to see you. And I'm like, where are you going.
He's like, uh, where I'm from something or other, and
(31:52):
then I hear it. Right as he passes by me,
he starts complaining to the flight attendant that he isn't
in first class and needs to move to first class
because he's in a middle seat. And I was like, buddy,
from what I've been watching, you shouldn't be spending that
extra money, even on Delta first class, okay, first lay,
flat seats. I regretted my decision.
Speaker 2 (32:13):
Well, first of all, you know your flight, you pick
your flight, you book, you book your seat. It's not Southwest,
you know where you're sitting. So was he doing that
just to make a big deal? Like, oh, they made
a mistake. I should be in first class.
Speaker 1 (32:28):
I think so. I think he saw me and he
panicked that I was going to talk about it. So
what do I do? I remember halfway through the pod
to talk.
Speaker 2 (32:35):
About So did he get to he didn't get to
first class?
Speaker 1 (32:38):
No he didn't. I didn't get to see him when
I get Did you not.
Speaker 2 (32:41):
Want to lean over and go, hey, Bud, flight you
got to pay for first class?
Speaker 1 (32:47):
Well? No, he was on his way back to seat
thirty three, So I didn't get to have another conversation.
And then I got off so quickly that then he
was still on when I was departing.
Speaker 2 (32:58):
Sorry about your life, Sorry bout your flight.
Speaker 1 (33:01):
But then Dakota talks about how Taylor got drunk three
nights in a row after him saying you couldn't be
around somebody that drinks after his ten year sobriety, And then,
you know, I think that was solely to make her
look bad because.
Speaker 2 (33:17):
I don't ever see her drinking on the show.
Speaker 1 (33:20):
Because on that last season she had to she like
couldn't leave the state.
Speaker 2 (33:25):
She had the arrested, right.
Speaker 1 (33:27):
Yeah, because of a fight with Dakota when she was
drinking allegedly I think he was just wanting to make
her look bad. Like the reason I cheated on you
was because you got drunk three times. But like you're
you started dating a girl that drinks.
Speaker 2 (33:42):
But that's a that's a bad No. I'm not buying that.
Speaker 1 (33:45):
I'm not buying it either, not buying it.
Speaker 2 (33:47):
Sorry.
Speaker 1 (33:48):
Then we get to Demi's pre recorded one on one
interview with Nick. I mean, way to go, vile files
you really getting after it? You got your like they did.
She did it in his La studio like we've been in.
Speaker 2 (34:00):
There, right, so she had zero remorse.
Speaker 1 (34:04):
She doubles down, claiming Leilah Whitney and Jen trash Talk
jay Z Styles hair color services, and they all deny it.
I think this is a ridiculous argument that I don't
want to hear anything else about. All I know is
I would cut somebody's eyes out to have Jesse's hair.
Speaker 2 (34:24):
She's beautiful. I mean it's not.
Speaker 1 (34:26):
All pretty much any of her futures.
Speaker 2 (34:28):
She's beautiful. It's not all her hair. And she's got
extensions in there.
Speaker 1 (34:31):
Yeah no sh but that's why she does good extensions,
and that means that somebody on that works for her
also does good extensions because I don't think she does
her own.
Speaker 2 (34:39):
No, so I don't think it was about the extensions though,
But they were kind of putting down her coloring.
Speaker 1 (34:46):
What color I know, I mean, but this is so ridiculous.
I also want to be like, hey, Demean Newslash, you
have the same hair color as Jesse. Well, it's like,
sorry about it. Sometimes I get confused when you guys
are walking from behind, I know. But Jen brings out
(35:08):
receipts to talk about certain things that happen. Jen plays
a recorded call with Demi and Brett asking her not
to discuss Marciano on camera. Demi asked her to pretend
to admire her open and honest marriage. Then Zach says
to me, sent them a cease and desist. Your favorite word, Yeah,
(35:28):
how is it?
Speaker 2 (35:29):
Deceased?
Speaker 1 (35:29):
Cist and deceased, cyst and deceased. Afterwards, specifically to not
speak of it about vander pump Villa on camera. Also,
we know that he's gotten the boot from Vander frump Villa.
But clearly now he's now he's moving you know what.
Good move, Yeah, well, good move. Then Jen opens up
about her pre there the fact of the amount of
(35:51):
things that weren't shown this season that we did.
Speaker 2 (35:54):
Get, but I see it all in the last twenty minutes.
Speaker 1 (35:57):
I know, Jen opens up about our prenatal depress and
suicidal ideation. That part we did hear about. Yeah, but
I feel like that was cut short. We could have
talked about that more. There could have been more to gain.
Speaker 2 (36:08):
I think there would be way more to gain to
talk about situations like that. You know, But then again,
like you open yourself up to things like that and
then all of a sudden, you know, you're plain victim
or you're this, or nobody believes you.
Speaker 1 (36:22):
So it's or to me, he just doesn't believe you,
or Brett? Who do you think runs the manipulation show?
To me? Or Brett? Oh?
Speaker 2 (36:32):
To me? For sure? I think I don't know.
Speaker 1 (36:35):
I think Brett seems like he might be a little controlling,
you think so, Yeah, I don't get good vibes from him.
He doesn't have rez any rez to me, No riz,
no res no rez. Maybe he did. Maybe if and
you guys, if I said something different when I first
started watching. Opinions can change.
Speaker 2 (36:56):
They can.
Speaker 1 (36:57):
Then Jace, Michaela's husband share his story. Jay says he
was fired due to the mom Talk drama. Now he's
a stay at home dad to support Mikaela.
Speaker 2 (37:08):
But then the family business.
Speaker 1 (37:09):
No, But then they found out that the family business
had been taken over by somebody else, and that's the
person that fired him, not even his family business. His
family business was in trouble. So then another I'm going
to use creditor, whomever it was, came in and took
over the business and then gave him the boot. So
it wasn't like his dad fired him. And then Connor
(37:32):
opens up about his porn addiction, which I thought was
very moving, But I also was very confused because they
keep saying tender, But originally I thought it was grinder
or did I just make that up in my head? Oh,
I guess it's always been tender on the show. But
I'm a little bit curious, in.
Speaker 2 (37:46):
Your mind it was grinder. In my mind, it was
speculated that it was grinder. That's what it was because
people were saying that he had.
Speaker 1 (37:56):
The Internet is saying grinder, and Secret Lives Mormon Wives
is saying it's tender. But then so we get a
couple of things. So first we get, you know, we
get a lot of people sharing their inside stories. We
also get Layelah's story. Yes about another.
Speaker 2 (38:15):
Story that we didn't get to see on the season.
Speaker 1 (38:18):
Well, I think it was because to me, was like
biting her nails and like filing them and like doing
her hair, Like she was not paying attention to the
story at all. Plus I'm not sure that I would
share like it just it didn't feel I know what
she's saying is authentic, but it didn't feel like a
natural setting to share such a traumatic thing in life.
(38:41):
And so I think that's why that didn't get aired.
And mind I.
Speaker 2 (38:45):
Did go to social media and posted pictures as well
of her scarring on her legs and stuff.
Speaker 1 (38:52):
It's really sad. But the fact that that's another thing, Like,
let's dig into some of these additional stories. I don't
need to see them fighting over Dakota every year.
Speaker 2 (39:02):
These are the type of stories that help people, you know,
when you put your story out there. And yes, it's
fun to see the fighting and the arguing and the cattiness,
but it's also good to see like authentic stories that
people can relate to and be like, Okay, I'm not
the only one. I would have to give Taylor like props,
like she admits when she did something wrong. She's compassionate
(39:22):
when somebody's upset, she can dish it out and she
can take it like. She's very well rounded. She's good TV.
Speaker 1 (39:31):
She's good TV. And she also, I don't know, she's
likable even when she does something shitty. I still like.
Speaker 2 (39:38):
Her and the facial expressions NonStop. I just love.
Speaker 1 (39:44):
Yeah. And then we get back to more Jesse and
Marciano their situation where Nick flat out asks her did
you sleep with them? And she's like, no, but I
just want to open up about my story to help
other people. And then Marciano and the scenes for next
(40:04):
season reveals he was manipulated and wants to take a
lie detector test.
Speaker 2 (40:11):
He was manipulated? How how was he manipulated?
Speaker 1 (40:15):
He didn't know what a clam show was on the.
Speaker 2 (40:19):
Oh, shut up up.
Speaker 1 (40:22):
Then that's when we get to Whitney talking about her
own mom talk, and then Demi and Jesse have a
one on one sit down. Do we think that Demi
and Jesse are going to make up? I hope not.
Speaker 2 (40:37):
I don't. That would be a tough one for me
to make up with somebody that did that shitty, like
to like try to get her off the show and
to get more money and things like that, like that's
not a friend and and I don't even know really
I think they she said, how long have they been
a friend's a year? Like two years? How long have
(40:58):
they read?
Speaker 1 (40:59):
That's the thing. But know who has been friends the
entire time and we haven't mentioned her name once, Miranda.
Speaker 2 (41:06):
Miranda's not a very big part in this reunion.
Speaker 1 (41:11):
Miranda. We need you to bring it next season because
you're very cute. You see when you do talk. I
don't have a problem with what you're saying. I just
want more of it.
Speaker 2 (41:20):
You're so kind, Teddy, I don't I just got you know.
You don't bug me, Miranda. I need to see more
of you, just, you know.
Speaker 1 (41:29):
Because I can't make these kind of decisions. I mean,
all I've seen of her is her ex husband, who
I really disliked.
Speaker 2 (41:35):
I mean, then Layla came out of her hill a
little bit towards the end. I don't bringing on Marciano.
Speaker 1 (41:45):
Layla got her her producer credit on this season.
Speaker 2 (41:50):
Yeah, and her I liked her dress too, was really
pretty on her. I couldn't wearrace it.
Speaker 1 (41:55):
Yeah. I mean, they're a lot younger than us, Tim,
I think a lot. I think they're a lot older
than me. But I wonder how long until we get
to see this third season that they're talking about, this
entire reunion September. We get it in September.
Speaker 2 (42:11):
Oh, just in time for my birthday.
Speaker 1 (42:13):
You know what. That's the gift that keeps on giving.
Before that happens, can we go to Salt Lake City?
I really want to go to Salt Lake City. I've
only ever been with my kids and gone skiing and stuff.
Speaker 2 (42:23):
I want to go to jay Z Styles. I was
chatting with Jesse. I'm like, I want to come in.
Speaker 1 (42:29):
I want to come in. Maybe we need to wait
until my hair gets about eight inches longer and then
we go and then they can there's something to attach
the extensions too.
Speaker 2 (42:39):
It's it's grown a lot.
Speaker 1 (42:41):
Yeah, I mean, but just you wait, I mean it's
grown a lot. Thank you.
Speaker 2 (42:45):
You should call You should call Britney Spears and ask
her how long it took her until she could put
extensions in her head.
Speaker 1 (42:51):
Gosh, who, good thing the episode is over because I
was sweating how to take my wig off the wedding
balls Cheers to another episode. We made it we made
it through another season. We'll be back later on this
week to talk about.
Speaker 2 (43:07):
Yes, I'll be doing this from the hotel room in
New York.
Speaker 1 (43:11):
Because we've got the Valley and Miami.
Speaker 2 (43:14):
I know what, I gotta watch them tonight.
Speaker 1 (43:15):
Can you guys start watching Miami. By the way, why
aren't y'all watching it?
Speaker 2 (43:20):
Not you jam, but I'm watching it if you are
so good? It's so good, guys.
Speaker 1 (43:27):
Guys, you're dropping the ball. Pick it up. It's fine.
Speaker 2 (43:31):
Up.
Speaker 1 (43:32):
No what I'll be recapping this week, The Real House
was of Orange County.
Speaker 2 (43:38):
You know what's funny is people probably think like, you'll
be extra nice to me and all this stuff because
of our relationship, But honestly, like we don't even talk
about it. Last talk about it, I didn't listen to it.
The less I heard, the better off I was.
Speaker 1 (43:54):
Right. Bye,
