On January eleventh, a thirteen page petition was filed in
the United States District Court for the North District of Georgia,
Atlanta Division. The civil action filed was regarding Simon Gobadia
against the Director of US Citizenship and Immigration Services. According
to the documents, he was applied for a US citizenship
and naturalization but it was denied on July twenty seventh,

twenty twenty two. Subsequently, he requested a hearing and the
denial was reaffirmed, according to the documents, On December twenty twenty,
he filed another application and was denied on twenty twenty two.
He requested hearing and his denial was reaffirmed on November fifteenth.

Then they had the lavish wedding on March thirteen, twenty twenty.

Three, and then there was an instant complaint asking the
court to vacate the denial and grant him citizenship. However,
on January eleventh, twenty twenty four, the US District Judge
Steve C. Jones ordered that his case is seeking naturalization
to be dismissed.

is Simon had a past where there were fraudulent activities,

do think the timing of it is unfortunate because we're
all celebrating Porsche's epic return to the show, and I
think there's somebody in either one of their pasts who's trying.

lawsuit over beauty Lab following the dismissal of Monica Garcia's

How why is this just now being brought up? Usually

twenty twenty three, celebrity photographer Gavin O'Neil sued Heather and
her beauty lab medspot for allegedly using images he captured

of models. He accused the company of copyright infringement and damages.
They demanded they pay four hundred and fifty thousand dollars.

Now, this to me is like a scam. This happens
all the time. You hear about it with the Kardashians
and other people that get their picture taken and then
they go and use those pictures that are on the
Internet and then next thing you know, they're up against
the lawsuit. Those aren't your pictures, you can't use them.

Remember when everybody was getting sued because they were posting
like pictures from wire Image and at seventeen and all
that stuff.

So like that, people are messing around with that.

That's gonna be a four hundred and fifty thousand dollars
for using somebody's picture. Sometimes it's your own picture. But
the court docs show that Heather and Beauty Lab reached
a confidential statement agreement with Gavin, so she's obviously paying
them off.

And I'm not saying this in an asshole way. I'm
saying this in just a curiosity way. Do we think
at this point the Beauty Lab has even done four
hundred and fifty thousand dollars services.

accessing sensitive information in their system to dig up dirt
from the Bravo clebrities previous lovers who is unnamed in
the suit. They are accused of violating some kind of
federal wiretep Act, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and
the New Jersey Wire Tapping an Electronic Surveillance Control Act.

They are being sued for damages.

I posted something on my answer story because people were
asking questions yesterday and they said, Teddy, are you more
excited about Dubai or Jersey? And I said, I hope
that Dubai is really going to bring it because they're
now settling more into things.

They know each other better.

They're messy, they're over the top, they're all the things,
and I have very little interest in watching a divided
cast on New Jersey.

I stopped watching Jersey last season because it's hard to
watch a cast divided similar to Potomac this season. I
just don't think that we should be consumed with watching
people who are phoning it in and clearly there for
the work. So I'm with you when to come to Jersey.

I think this thing with Louis and bo Dito, I
need to see more of it. Teresa is a great
friend of mine who I love and I've always said this.
Louis has been nothing but kind to me, so I

As an executive producer, Carlos, would you allow a cast
of housewives to be divided like that? Would you be like,
either do your job or get out.

I'll tell you a story that happened when I was
show running Atlanta Housewives. I had Kenya Moore and Favorite
Parks sit down and have an off camera conversation with
me and another producer for like an hour to get
them to like film and address their issue because I
said to them, this show cannot continue with you Tube

being an odds for another season. The audience is tired
of it. I'm tired of it, and I think you
have to step in. And when you step in, my
experience is this, the ladies will listen to you because
everybody wants to do what's great for the show, and
you have to really earn their trust too.

That's not true. That's not true. Not every cast member
wants to do what's best for the show. Some of
them want to do what's best for them.

I agree with you, and but you need to have
a producer who they trust to say hear me out.
This show can only survive if we move past this
because it's not that deep and Jersey is in big
trouble if this cast remains divided.

I think it will and I think that ultimately after
the season, somebody's big on that show is going to
get let go.

we saw over the super Bowl, little thing called the
super Bowl, which is a perfect time to release things

But then they made their own Bravo halftime show.

But the following things went down, which we will be

where Larsa and Marcus unfollow each other. Larsa does some
crypto messaging, you know about should your friends on follow
your ex and then a quote all those things which

make me believe that something a big fight happened, because
unless you're fifteen years old. Those aren't things that you
do unless a major fight has ensued.

It's not like we're working on ourselves.

But however, since then we have seen the two of
them have started following each other again.

According to page six, the couple broke up.

Just days ago, but seem to be back on as
the two enjoyed of Valentine's Day date night on Wednesday.
She has on a new big rock. I don't know
if it's new. This is what the press is saying.
Alexi and Marisol talk about this on their podcast. They
believe that it's all a scam and a publicity stunt.

But let me ask you a question. What would they
get out of the scam? They're the most photographed couple
on that show. She Can't get in by far, the
most famous, the most photographed. What would they get. I've
been around them. I spent a few weeks with them
in Scotland. They are so in love, like they're almost

love you and all this stuff. I just don't understand
what they would get. I think that they love hard,
fight hard. I think they got into a huge five
and she just got on there and deleted his pictures

Miami Housewives. They're having one of the best seasons ever,
and Larsa is a very passionate woman. So it goes
to show you that Larsa acts first and thinks later.
And I do think they got to a big fight.

deleted photos, she made a big to do out of this,
and then Marcus being this big teddy bear. First of all,
she has made him so hot. He looks like a

for both. So for me, I think he apologized and

of this, another Page six article popped up, Marcus Jordan
allegedly made a scene at the recently taped Real Housewives

What Marcus said backstage and didn't even know about the
incident until after the reunion, but it was captured and
the ladies have been made aware of it. A separate
insider claims that what Marcus said is so bad that
it would change the cast opinion of him if it
were to ever get out.

I want thousand percent, and I love Larsa, but I
definitely think she went to the University of Chris Jenner
and definitely pose pictures at the floor shop and a
ring to really get another story out there that they
are back together.
