Speaker 1 (00:02):
Two Teas in a Pod, which Teddy Mellencamp and camera Jedge.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Hi, guys, welcome back to a special episode of Two
Teas in a Pod.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
We are Me and Dolores are going to do a
little fan Q in a So we reached out on
social media.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Asked what kind of questions do you have for us?
And we've got them. So, Delores, how are you?

Speaker 4 (00:33):
I'm so good and thank you. The picture you picked
for both of us was really good. So I liked it.
I like that. Yes, that was fun. That was from
our uh when I came to see you at the Lives.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
Yes and yeah in La so yeah.

Speaker 4 (00:46):
Con what is called a part of twats coon? So Tamra? Yes?
Give away three words? Three words to describe this season, baby,
because I am waiting for.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
It, wait and see. No, I'm just kidding what okay?

Speaker 3 (01:05):
Three words to describe This is always tough because you
know it's always dramatic.

Speaker 4 (01:12):
Give us a little dirt, I forget.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
I think that you will see a little bit of
a different side to me because I am going through
some stuff during filming. Obviously, we have somebody that comes
back to the show.

Speaker 4 (01:28):
And.

Speaker 3 (01:30):
I wanted nothing more than to move forward and not
deal with shit from twelve to fifteen years ago.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
So you'll see us go through that shit. I think
it's good. I think it's explosive at times. We have
some great trips. I know it's just say this in
three words, but it's too hard. It's too hard to
say it.

Speaker 4 (01:54):
I think I think priveting. Yeah, I mean some things
you've I've seen you through this.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
It's riveting, it's emotional, it's explosive, explosive and crazy. I mean,
it's all the things you'd want. I mean, we saw
in the trailer, like I obviously was there filmed all
but one week, and I'm like, holy shit, because I
was thought, Oh, I'm not that explosive this year, and

(02:22):
I saw the trail, I'm like, oh, I forgot about that.

Speaker 4 (02:24):
Oh I forgot about that. But it's never disappoint I
know it's good. Okay, So Tamra, next season of OC
will be a historic twenty Would you like to see
Vicky back for a milestone?

Speaker 3 (02:42):
That's really a loaded question because you know she is
a og. However, she really crossed the line with me.
I did nothing to her. She's for a while, for
months she was attacking me. She was saying horrible things
about me. She went after me as a mom, brought
my daughter into it, to the point where I was like,

(03:03):
you know, last year.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
I was like crying, like what are you doing?

Speaker 3 (03:06):
And her only answer was I'm sticking up for Shannon,
which I find comical because those two fight like crazy.
That's one of the reasons why I wanted out of
the Trace and Me is you know, I want what's
best for the show. To be honest with you, That's
really all I can say for the show.

Speaker 4 (03:28):
I'm accepting that answer.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
Yeah, okay, Delores, what has been your rose and thorn?
And recapping the shows for two teas?

Speaker 4 (03:38):
Okay, so my roses of course getting closer with you
and Teddy. Yeah, I have more roses than thorns. I
have not just one rose. I'm so now invested into
the shows that recap. I'm like now also a fan,
which I've never been before. I am so.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Isn't it weird how it makes you fay.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
Into this like and I enjoy it and I love it.
The thorn is I could possibly because I feel so
free and open with you, and I'm like, people are like, wow,
you really have opinions? Yes, I have a lot of opinions.
I'm just hoping by the time we get to Brabo Khan,
I don't get beat up when I'm there.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
I don't get booed.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
Well, you know what I think that the thorn about
this podcast is for me is that there's a lot
of people that I know, like I know Larsa, I know,
like some of these people that were recapping, and if
they do something that you don't agree with, you know,
it's hard.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
To like really call them out like you want to.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
But it's like if it was anybody else you didn't know,
you would go harder, you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
Right, Well, bias, You're little bias, is what I'm saying, Tama.

Speaker 4 (04:51):
That's the right thing to do, and everybody in our
position does that, so I I mean, you kind of
have to sugarcoat when you're it's it's smart to be
nice to us. Let's just leave it at that. However,
I have so far knock On Wood got no dms.
I have not received any dms from anyone yet, so

(05:12):
I'm good so far. But of course I wouldn't know
if I got a DM because I don't read them
all the time.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
Kind of like my voice.

Speaker 4 (05:19):
I may have one lurking.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
You might like your voicemails you have you got.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
Anybody like coming after you and comment section like how
could you say that?

Speaker 4 (05:30):
Dolores like, yeah, no, not the well I think maybe
one or two said that I talk over you, but
I mean too, so I kind of look at that.
If I did, tell me, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (05:41):
Every constructive criticism.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
Yeah, are what was another one? I was talking about?

Speaker 2 (05:48):
Oh the Bethany thing you got shipped for Bethany?

Speaker 3 (05:51):
Remember I did, wasn't it because she didn't you say
something about her?

Speaker 2 (05:56):
I can't.

Speaker 3 (05:56):
I feel like you did, but I can't remember. I
remember us talking about it.

Speaker 4 (06:00):
So if we can't remember, it doesn't count. Okay, Well
it could have been yesterday and we'd forget. We're older now.
It was about the gas stuff, and I don't care,
you know why that's what it was. I would I
would say that again. So there. Okay. So Tamra, if

(06:25):
you moved to Big Bear, what would you miss most
and least about the OC.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
Well, I wouldn't. I would miss target. See this is
the problem with Big Bear. It's so secluded that if
you want to go to any major you know stores.
You have to go like an hour down the mountain road.
So I know, I know, so cost goes down there,
and we have normally, if we're going to pick stuff up,

(06:51):
we'll pick it up on the way. But we've been
there extended period of time and Eddie's like, let's go
to Costco to pick something up. And I'm like, oh,
it's like a two hour trip to go up and down.
I mean, the only thing we have there at grocery stores,
little boutique shops.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
And Marshalls and a tractor store.

Speaker 4 (07:08):
So it's a ship Marshals Town.

Speaker 3 (07:10):
Well, yeah, it's a brand new one. They just used
to be Kmart. I don't know which one's better. And
they took it down and they redeveloped. Some developers from
Newport Beach redesigned this whole center and put these stores in.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
I am not at that age where I want to
live in Big Bear full time. I still have a lot.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
It's very relaxing, it's very much for me. It would
be a very retirement place to go. But even the
people that we know, like we have a friend that
we met there. He owns a couple of the restaurants
in town, and he's he travels all the time, like
he's there, then he'll go to Vegas.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
Then he's going here and there. So it would be
a very hard.

Speaker 3 (07:52):
Thing for me to do to live there full time.
Probably not going to happen. Maybe later in life, you know,
when I don't want to do things other things.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
You know, it's just different.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
It's very slow paced, and that's what I love about it.
But then sometimes that's what I hate about it. Right,
we got a new restaurant that they opened up, reopened
up this hotel at the Marina Riviera I think it is,
and it's exactly what we needed.

Speaker 2 (08:19):
It kind of looks like Toulom. It's all big, huge
wooden deck.

Speaker 3 (08:23):
With these things hanging from the ceiling and it's overlooking
the lake and I'm like, this is exactly what we
need it, Okay, because other than that, there's no other
place there.

Speaker 4 (08:35):
You know.

Speaker 3 (08:35):
It's like it was a very cool like we even
talk about possibly opening up like a speakeasy or something
super cool that Big Beer doesn't have.

Speaker 4 (08:46):
Right, So, what what is that one restaurant I told
you about that my friend's.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
Daughter, Oh Stella Luna, Stella Luna.

Speaker 3 (08:53):
Yeah, yeah, that one we go there we go there there,
we have our normal restaurants we go to. We love
like writing our electric bikes down to the village. Or
last time we were there, we just like looking at houses.
So they're building these like modern cabins that are so cool,
and so now we're like, we want to buy one.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
We want to buy one.

Speaker 3 (09:15):
So we're kind of just touring looking at houses, relaxing.

Speaker 2 (09:20):
Stopping at it is.

Speaker 3 (09:22):
It's a very relaxed, very relaxed thing I would I
would miss, you know, the normal stuff when I come
home from Big Bear.

Speaker 2 (09:31):
I told that this the other day.

Speaker 3 (09:32):
I go, I feel like our house is a mansion
because our house in Big Bear, you know, it's tiny.

Speaker 2 (09:37):
It's twenty four hundred twenty three hundred square feet. And
then we come home to this and I'm like.

Speaker 3 (09:42):
Oh, it's just like ceilings are higher and the rooms
are bigger and all that. So I miss our house
in Orange County when i'm there. After a week, after
one week, I'm like, I'm ready to go home.

Speaker 4 (09:54):
So you're you'll figure it out when you're ready.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
To figure it out.

Speaker 3 (09:57):
Yeah, I'm trying to get my mom to move to
Big Bear. So told her we to help her out
and go in on a house if she's going to
sell her house in Arizona, so that way I can
have her. You know, we're there a couple, we're fifty
to fifty, so it'd be nice to have her there,
and it'd be great for her to be there just
witness like the four seasons, and it's like not any

(10:19):
of the seasons are extreme that snows off and on
for three months nothing. Sometimes it's been like really bad,
but for the most part it's not. The summers might
get to eighty five ninety, but normally.

Speaker 4 (10:32):
It's beautiful every seven days.

Speaker 3 (10:34):
Yeah, it's just relaxing. But Dolores Jersey is coming back.
But you can well, just says me, but you can
only bring two?

Speaker 2 (10:45):
Who do you bring? Teresa, Melissa, Marge, Jhen.

Speaker 4 (10:51):
Loaded question not answering that, And I'm going to tell
you why why I cannot choose amongst my friends. I
never could and that has caused a lot of that
question has caused a lot of trouble within the cast
with the cast yeah, off off camera, like like a lot.

(11:12):
So my wish is to have everyone back. And I'm
not kidding when I say that I don't like change
I'm very acclimated to the girls and what we do,
how we fight, who we fight better the devil you know,
than the devil you don't.

Speaker 2 (11:26):
So there is something to be said about that in
the housewife world.

Speaker 4 (11:29):
Right right, yeah, now listen. I nope.

Speaker 3 (11:35):
I hate this question honestly, And it's a question like
we get asked by the press, like, so for next season,
who would you want to come back? Is there any
housewives from the past. I'm like, why can't we just
move forward?

Speaker 2 (11:48):
Why don't we have to talk about past housewives? It
didn't make it, you know what I mean, Like, let's
just move forward.

Speaker 4 (11:54):
I don't want to answer this next question that's been asked, so,
but here's a good one for you, Tam. Are you
invited to Alexis and Alexis's wedding to Johnny J.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
I am, I am. I believe from the cast what.

Speaker 4 (12:12):
I thought, they weren't engaged anymore.

Speaker 2 (12:13):
I thought that's all rumors, all rumors. They're on vacation
right now. I think they're taking a little pre honeymoon
right now.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
Yes, I am invited. I am absolutely invited. I believe
I was invited. Uh and Heather was invited from the cast.

Speaker 4 (12:29):
And christ my pearls because I'll clutch that.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
I know, and yes, and I will go, I will go.
I will tell you guys.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
Alexis is one friend that I have that checks up
on me, wants to know how I'm doing, wants to
know how my family's doing. What I mean, she's a
very very kind person.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
What we saw on the show, by the way, well
not all.

Speaker 3 (12:53):
Friends call and say like, you know, so how's the
family and what's going on and how are you doing?

Speaker 4 (13:00):
I mean from that, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (13:03):
On this cast, I think the only person that does
that would be Heather Debrouh. That's the only.

Speaker 2 (13:08):
One, the only one. So it's it's nice, I know,
I know.

Speaker 3 (13:14):
I try to make a point when I talked to
the cat, how are the kids, How's this?

Speaker 2 (13:19):
How's that? But most of them not so much.

Speaker 4 (13:23):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (13:25):
Yeah, Dolores, if you had to cut one from Winning
Traders with you, who would it be?

Speaker 2 (13:33):
Gabby, Dylan or Ivar?

Speaker 3 (13:35):
If there's one that got into your skin, come on,
be shady, just a little bit shady.

Speaker 4 (13:40):
Not happening. Because I was the one who rallied to
make sure all four of us made it to the
end together. Okay, have you heard.

Speaker 3 (13:51):
Have you heard anything about traders right now? Like there's
no nothing linked nothing.

Speaker 4 (13:55):
I'm like out of my mind. I call the people
I know that are on there.

Speaker 2 (13:58):
Oh we talked about that's right, nothing and it goes.

Speaker 4 (14:00):
To voicemail all the time. I don't know if they're
being shady or being but no, as far as I know.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
I know nothing, nothing right.

Speaker 4 (14:10):
And I thought dying. You know, they don't leak there.

Speaker 2 (14:13):
No, you got to sign all kinds of shit, like
even they.

Speaker 4 (14:17):
Would have cut you out. They as you go back,
I want to go back, so I them. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (14:22):
I remember leaving the castle after I had been like,
it's not just like you get murdered and you go home.
It's not that easy. Like I got murdered in the morning.

Speaker 2 (14:33):
They took me back to my hotels.

Speaker 3 (14:34):
Sometimes they make you change hotels. Then at five o'clock,
I had to go back.

Speaker 2 (14:38):
I had to do b roll.

Speaker 3 (14:40):
Then I had to do some podcasts and you know
what I mean, Like there was.

Speaker 4 (14:43):
A lot to do confessional confessionals.

Speaker 3 (14:46):
Like it's like twenty four hours at minimum before you
can go home. And when I remember being in the car,
they're like here you go sign this. You're signing your life,
like you are not allowed to talk about it. You
cannot answer your phone, you cannot be on social medi
you cannot until that, until until the show is done filming, and.

Speaker 4 (15:05):
Tell me that part. But I'm sure I did it.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
Yeah, So there they got. They got you locked down,
locked out. I couldn't come back to do the podcast.

Speaker 2 (15:14):
I couldn't do anything for.

Speaker 4 (15:16):
Like, you can't do anything till the show's over, right,
or everybody's done until the show is its answering me,
it doesn't mean they're still there. It just means they're
following protocol.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
Yep, yep.

Speaker 3 (15:28):
Like for me, I didn't tell Like Shannon was probably
one of my closest friends on the show, I didn't
even tell her. And then I ended up in the
hospital and so I had to like from the hospital,
I was. It was the time that the show was
over and I was allowed to talk. And so they're like,
what the hell you knt went straight to the hospital.
I'm like, no, not exactly. I've been home for a week.

(15:50):
I just couldn't tell you.

Speaker 4 (15:52):
That's so funny.

Speaker 2 (15:53):
I know, probably wasn't bring me.

Speaker 4 (15:55):
Back to Traders.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Oh, I really.

Speaker 4 (16:00):
Camera, you don't understand that was the best time of
my life.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
Because you liked not having a fun and you like
being I.

Speaker 4 (16:07):
Liked it so much. Yeah, I love being secluded.

Speaker 2 (16:11):
I would like to.

Speaker 3 (16:12):
Go back, just because I feel like I didn't get
a fair shake because I was sick and it took
me a while to understand the game.

Speaker 4 (16:21):
Me too. But you know what else, I liked being skinny.
I was really skinny when I came home.

Speaker 2 (16:26):
Oh, because you love the food so much.

Speaker 4 (16:28):
Yeah, the food was clean. I thought it sucked, but
there was no devil dogs, no McDonald's. I tried to bribe.

Speaker 2 (16:34):
You can't eat that shit. Stop eating that shit.

Speaker 4 (16:40):
Mm hmm, I can't. I can't teach new tricks girl.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (16:45):
So you guys again, thank you so much for tuning
in our little Q and A, and we'll see you
real soon.

Speaker 4 (16:52):
See you soon.
