We've been waiting for Faedra Pedra. We minded, girl, I
know I can wait so long for Phaedra.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
So yeah, And if I'm not mistaken, did I see
Andy post something about the Atlanta reunion is coming up
here pretty soon?
Speaker 1 (01:19):
No?
Speaker 4 (01:20):
But did you see the Summerhouse reunion outfits. I didn't
really like that.
Speaker 3 (01:23):
Oh you didn't, well, I didn't really. When did you
see them on set?
Speaker 1 (01:28):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (01:29):
Because they it was made out to be like a
bed bed. Yeah, so I thought it kind of. I
kind of liked it. I didn't really like it very pasteli.
Speaker 4 (01:39):
It was pastally. You know. It's just I'm not used
to them wearing clothes, so they had a life.
Speaker 3 (01:44):
They should have just yeah, they should have just came
in bathing suits.
Speaker 4 (01:47):
They should have came in in their little nightty pajamas
that they wore all seasons. So I'm not used to
them having so much material on. I would have thought,
like I'd wear something like that.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
I'm actually I'm excited to watch the season finale of Summerhouse.
Speaker 4 (02:02):
I know, I can't wait to see Frankie on it.
Speaker 3 (02:05):
Oh that's right, that's right.
Speaker 4 (02:06):
Oh my god.
Speaker 3 (02:06):
Do you know for sure? Do you know for sure
she made it on?
Speaker 4 (02:09):
I mean she had to have. I mean her friend
was talking to.
Speaker 3 (02:13):
I would say, did she sleep with Jessie?
Speaker 4 (02:15):
Not my not my Frankie. No, she would never do that.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
All right, Well, let's get into Atlanta. So it starts
out with Angela and Charles go to lunch. Angela needs
to talk to her sisters about her sister's conflict with
her daughter. Charles wants Angela to have more distance and
not keep giving her sister so many chances.
Speaker 3 (02:33):
It feels like they're.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Trying to get us to think Charles doesn't like Angela.
I mean the confessional they do together and.
Speaker 4 (02:39):
They kissed me, and he's like, why.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
I think this is a case I'm not. I'm just
I'm just saying this out loud.
Speaker 4 (02:50):
I hear what he's true, because I don't know if
you see what I see.
Speaker 2 (02:52):
But going on, well, I just feel like he's not
into the mess of the show. Like he's like, you
talked me into doing this damn reality show.
Speaker 3 (03:00):
I'm not into this. Why are you doing this to me?
This is stupid? Like I don't I might be wrong, but.
Speaker 2 (03:07):
He just seems like he's just not into filming. So okay, wow,
you think he's a dick that that. I think he
could be a little bit of a dick to her.
Speaker 4 (03:19):
I think he could be nicer to her, like, you know,
so maybe he's not into filming, but can you be
a little affectionate and like she looks at him, like,
I don't like her. I don't like the way she
is around him. I feel like she's on edge around him.
Speaker 3 (03:35):
She makes it feel like warm too.
Speaker 4 (03:37):
She's overcompensating. I think she's crazy about him. She like
looks at him and she's like always smiling. But she
tells me when she tells someone off, she's smiling too, Like.
Speaker 3 (03:48):
She's hard to read.
Speaker 4 (03:49):
You're a whore.
Speaker 3 (03:50):
Yeah, you're such a horror.
Speaker 4 (03:53):
Like you have miles and wrinkles around your beat. Like
but but you know, I just feel like she's nervous
around him. I don't like her energy when she's around him.
Speaker 3 (04:04):
Okay, that's all.
Speaker 4 (04:05):
Yeah, And she's so pretty. She's beautiful. Her body is
like amazing. She handles herself like a woman. Maybe she's
not that well liked on the cast for some reasons,
like they say, but I happen to like her.
Speaker 3 (04:20):
Yeah, I like her too.
Speaker 4 (04:21):
I think the I think the fans like her too.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
No's she's a good addition to the show. Then Cynthia
and Shimiya go for drinks. Shimiya didn't sleep last night.
She's feeling blindsided by Porsha bringing up the relationship in
front of the other woman. Smia feels like she downplayed
the rude comments in times Porsha has been a bad
friend to her, such as Porsha's comments about Smya's singing,
(04:46):
and they did flashbacks where you know, she's like, oh,
that's true, and if they've been best friends for a
long time, I'm shocked that now seeing it going, Oh yeah,
she hasn't been very supportive. Porsha has not been very supportive.
I love her, No, not at all.
Speaker 4 (05:03):
I don't think so. I think I think that Shemiah
is an amazing friend. Listen, let's face it, Shemia does
not need this show. She never needed the show. No,
so this has been going on long before Shemiah was
on the show.
Speaker 2 (05:17):
Do you think there's a there's a part of Porsha
that's like, I come back and now my best friend
is also on the show at the same level as me,
Like we're both holding peaches and I now.
Speaker 4 (05:29):
And I don't like when people think that way. I
don't like not bringing a friend carrying them along with you.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
Yeah, sometimes it's hard to have a friend on the show.
And but the one thing that bothered me the most
is when they sat down and they were talking and
she's like, well, why are you different on camera than
you know? Why Shemi is asking Porsha, why are you
different on camera than you are in real person? You know,
real life? Like why can't you just be the same person?
(05:56):
Which makes me believe like, oh, okay, there's a certain
level of which I gets it. She's a the girl
on the show that that moves storyline and gets things going.
And I don't know this year, no, I know, but
I normally she is so.
Speaker 4 (06:14):
She was, She was a princess. She came on with nothing,
she made it really fast. She's beautiful. I mean, her
bodies like insane. Like sometimes I'm like, it's not really
like what what's going on with her ass and her
and her waist is this big? It's like I don't
even know where to look. I'm like, oh my god.
(06:36):
But you know, she she became like a phenomenon. And
I think that in this world camera.
Speaker 2 (06:45):
I don't think there's jealousy with who between not to
me aside, but Porscha's side.
Speaker 3 (06:52):
Do you think there's jealousy between the two.
Speaker 4 (06:53):
I think no, I don't think it's jealousy. I think
it's more like Porscha's very cove of her spot, and
nobody comes between that, you know, And and Chamia is
doing amazing. Shamia has an amazing storybook life, beautiful house,
nice husband, She's talented, she has her own money, she
(07:15):
has her own career outside of the show. And Shemiah
made it very clear she goes these cameras. They don't
mean shit to me. This friendship meant something to me, Like,
but I have friendships like that before, like Shamia and Porscha.
I've been the Shemia many times in my life. So
I see and I understand. It's very familiar to me
when I see what's going on here.
Speaker 3 (07:35):
Yeah, well to me. And Porscha's mom have been friends
for a long time too.
Speaker 4 (07:39):
I didn't know they had a falling out.
Speaker 3 (07:40):
Yeah, bigs, they had some big ups and downs.
Speaker 4 (07:42):
And nobody wanted to talk about what it was.
Speaker 2 (07:44):
I'm dying enough, Shemi, I won't talk about it. She's like,
I'm not going there.
Speaker 4 (07:49):
I'm dying to know. I know.
Speaker 2 (07:52):
So Cynthia angelin Porscha go bowling. Porscha's daughter has been
struggling with her divorce.
Speaker 4 (07:58):
We have to go back, sorry, because there was a
big point about when they were sitting down at lunch,
they were she said, first of all, Shemiya is so angry.
You know, when you're when you're sitting across from that
guy that just dow over so many times, you're just
looking at him like, yeah, you're done. I'm done, I'm
(08:19):
done with this. So she had that look. Shemiya took Porsha,
and I think Porscha felt it. And then she said,
and you even had to bring up what your mother
said about me. I was just saying what my mother said. Well,
I want to repeat what my mother said about my
best friend on camera if she wasn't nice, I know.
(08:39):
So there's a lot of shit here. Sorry, go ahead.
Speaker 2 (08:42):
Well, let's let's jump down to number seven, where Shimi
and Porsha are meeting up for lunch, and let's continue
this conversation since we're on there. Shemiya says there's a
lot of issues in their friendship that she masks.
Speaker 3 (08:52):
Porscha is upset.
Speaker 2 (08:53):
That Shemiya discussed things with her other with other women.
Porsha yawns, and Shimiya says, am I boring you?
Speaker 4 (09:03):
When my dog gets nervous, when I'm yelling at my dog.
Speaker 1 (09:06):
They yawn.
Speaker 3 (09:08):
Maybe she was sometimes you.
Speaker 4 (09:09):
Know, some people laugh when they're nervous. I think that
at this point, I think that Porsha was very self
aware of the things that she has said and done.
Speaker 3 (09:22):
She didn't I think she was nervous.
Speaker 4 (09:23):
She was nervous.
Speaker 3 (09:24):
She was nervous.
Speaker 4 (09:25):
She didn't want to hear it.
Speaker 2 (09:26):
Yeah, and she didn't have an answer for it. Smia
was not having it with her nonverbal cues. As she said,
she says, they're dismissive.
Speaker 4 (09:34):
I mean, I saw a woman that was fed up.
She is fed up.
Speaker 2 (09:38):
She is fed up, and she's upset because she wants
to salvage the friendship.
Speaker 3 (09:43):
Porscha's not really giving much answers.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
She's just kind of shuffling around the silverware, and then
she ends up going to the bathroom. And you know,
she may has questions why her relationship with Porscha's different
on camera, but you know, and then.
Speaker 4 (09:57):
Also Porscha was like, I'm going through a lot right now,
and Smi looks at her and goes, we all are,
which is it's going through something. Look what Shami is
going through. She has a daughter who's been through all
these surgeries and she's doing great now, Shiloh, but she's
been through it. She's you know, gone through a lot
with the surrogate. Like you know, everybody's problems are relative. Yeah,
(10:21):
and you know I'm gonna be honest. I was introduced
to Shamiez and Porscha's friendship at watching Shamia's birthday and
she showed up late and was and I wasn't, And
you know I.
Speaker 3 (10:37):
Was like, no, apologies, just up late.
Speaker 4 (10:41):
Not late, two hours late, yeah, and blamed on a
couple hours late and then jumping in the you know,
taking her moment when she's getting in the rolls Royce,
and you know, I was like, okay, well, Smia.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
According to Smia, all she wants is it for to
be more natural on camera between her and Porsche. Porsche replied,
they have to pay me more for that. So that
statement right there to me is like what they have
to pay you more to be natural and ian.
Speaker 4 (11:14):
With all due respect to Porsche, I think she needs
to pull in her horns a little bit on her
status on the show. Don't get too big, don't get
too cocky, because there's always somebody bigger. And sometimes people
who started back when think that everything revolves around them,
(11:34):
but it doesn't always well.
Speaker 2 (11:37):
In the past season, Shemia barely had any confessionals, so
we never heard a point of view on things. I
think that is why Porsche feels a little bit uncomfortable now,
because she's worried that the audience might not be on
her side. And I feel like she mas very strong personality.
Speaker 4 (11:52):
It doesn't have to be a side or a side
between them. They could stick together, but I think not
poor she needs to be more of a friend to Shamiya.
That's it. Sorry I said it. I did feel like say,
because I like Porsche, but.
Speaker 3 (12:08):
I like Porscha too. I love her. But Smiya came
to the sit down ready to work.
Speaker 2 (12:12):
She wanted to like try to fix this, and Porscha
came to move the forks around the table and she
was getting called out, getting called out and then go
to the bathroom. So I'm if I had a side
with one of them during this, I would definitely side
with Shamiyah.
Speaker 3 (12:28):
I think that she's like, listen, I want to get
to the bottom of this, and Porsa's like what what,
what's a problem. I don't even know what the problem is.
Speaker 4 (12:35):
Tamra, she was so nervous and and you know, she
honestly she doesn't have that fight in her that she
used to have. Thank God for this friend their friendship,
because because if that conversation would have went south, we'd
be having a different few next episodes. I want to
see if she if Porscha spends more time with Phaedra,
(12:55):
when Faedra comes on and kind of dump Shemia, I
don't know.
Speaker 3 (13:00):
Good call.
Speaker 4 (13:02):
I want to see how that works out. That's that
will be very telling. This will be a very pivotal
moment for what I see in their friendship. But yeah, so,
I mean I don't I didn't see her give give
that same reception to Shamia at any point in this
episode when Shamia walks through the door. You know, so
(13:26):
I I just that's kind of my prediction. I don't know,
but I hope it's I'm wrong, And we're going to see,
We're gonna see, We're going to see next week. I
cannot wait. But as far as the whole you know,
when Porsche sincerely said I don't want to fight with
you and I don't want to lose you, and let's
(13:47):
cut it, let's let's just figure this out. That was
enough for Sami, And because you want to know why, Tamra,
I'll tell you why. Because a real friend, when they
want to make up with you, they'll take that.
Speaker 2 (14:10):
Now, they got their food to go because things weren't
working out well, and then they ended up hugging and
everything's betterhausted, I.
Speaker 3 (14:18):
Know, do you think they got there? They're like, never mind,
we want to eat our food now.
Speaker 4 (14:22):
No, they left, No, they left. Porscha's exhausted. That food
looks so good, so good.
Speaker 3 (14:29):
I know, just thinking about makes me hungry.
Speaker 4 (14:31):
Well.
Speaker 2 (14:31):
Earlier in the episode Cynthia Angelaine Porscha Go Bowling, Porscha's
daughter has been struggling with a divorce with Simon, which
chocks me a little bit because they weren't together that.
Speaker 3 (14:40):
Long were they for her to be like Papa.
Speaker 4 (14:45):
In the life of a kid at the time, she's
just the baby. That's who she saw every day, That's
who she went to sleep seeing, that's who she woke
up seeing.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
But at what point does Porscha tell her daughter, like,
you know, Papa's not coming back, or Papa moved out,
or you know.
Speaker 3 (15:02):
Because she's too young, but she truly understands.
Speaker 4 (15:05):
Yet maybe you know I think being honest and saying
hard things to kids is so hard. But they already know.
They're smarter than we think. You never know what's going
on in their heads, and they need to know. They
need to know that they need to know, and that's
the hard thing. I think. I was divorced probably three
(15:26):
years before. My daughter said to my husband, you don't
live here anymore. And he goes, how do you know,
She goes, cause your clothes aren't in the closet.
Speaker 2 (15:35):
Yeah, they know, and they know more than we think
they know, so they hear more than we think.
Speaker 4 (15:41):
But why she had to deduct that in her little
brain and her little head and you know, like I said,
the whole thing with Drew and her mother sitting down
with her.
Speaker 2 (15:51):
But yeah, well let's jump into that FaceTime. There's a
FaceTime ANDNA sit down too. So Ralph wants to be
part of Drew's LLC, so he won. It's part of that.
Drew says she was providing for the kids a hundred percent.
She doesn't know the details of Ralph's accounts because.
Speaker 3 (16:06):
They're sec too.
Speaker 4 (16:07):
For a living, I don't know, but she.
Speaker 3 (16:09):
Did insinuate that he makes good money. But She's also
saying that they had everything.
Speaker 4 (16:13):
I have money at some time. I don't know how
much she makes singing.
Speaker 2 (16:17):
But what the what the dick wad about changing the
key code to the house so she couldn't get in
and at one o'clock in the morning had to get
a hotel room.
Speaker 4 (16:25):
You know, I don't. I don't understand that, especially when
it's a tumultuous relationship. They should not be in the
same house. You know that energy when when you live
with someone that you don't like or you don't get
along with. Yes, I know it's in the air. And yeah,
it's not good for the kids. And Drew's mother, preacher
(16:47):
mom is right. These kids were not being thought of
when that decision was made.
Speaker 2 (16:54):
Well, her mom knew that things weren't where things were bad,
so she flies in to support her.
Speaker 4 (16:59):
She called her like she called her black. So Mom,
pray for me. You know when your kids call you
up and say pray for me, you get on a plane.
Speaker 2 (17:06):
Well, they're two years into this divorce and he's still
living in the same house.
Speaker 4 (17:11):
Like no financially dreaming draining, it's emotion of draining.
Speaker 2 (17:15):
Well, Drew was not happy, and I think she didn't
want this on camera. When Drew's mom thinks the kids
are out of control and acting out because of the divorce,
she's like, no, we're not talking about this on camera.
Speaker 3 (17:25):
I'm walking away. I'm walking away.
Speaker 4 (17:27):
Put the toothpaste back in the tube. I know that's
a hard thing to hear from your mother. Yeah, it's
really hard, but it's.
Speaker 2 (17:34):
The truth thing to hear a period that your kids
are going through something that is changing them and they
will act out.
Speaker 4 (17:41):
Moms worry. Moms worry about their kids. Moms they say,
you're only as happy as your sad at kid, and
her mom is worried for her. But you know, like
a good grandmother, like a good nana, like my mother,
the kids come first. And as much as my mother
loves me, my kids come first. So when I was
(18:02):
going through my divorce, my mother's first priority until this
day are my kids.
Speaker 3 (18:09):
Yeah, the way it should be.
Speaker 4 (18:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (18:10):
So then Angela meets up with her mom. Her mom
lives in a house Angela bought for her. Her mom
is now moving to a new house to have some
more independence. Angela is sad because she wanted to continue
taking care of her mom.
Speaker 4 (18:22):
Angela's mom passed away recently. Yeah, she just going to
dance to her. I'm gonna damn her.
Speaker 3 (18:28):
That's terrible, really sad, especially when you know she.
Speaker 4 (18:34):
I don't know if she had resolution. I hope she
had some resolution with her mom. In that conversation, her
mom was moving out of the house that she bought her,
and Angela's like, but mom, I want to take care
of you, And the mom's like, but I don't want
you to have to take care of me.
Speaker 3 (18:53):
Well, it sounds like the mom also does not care
for her husband. But and then she brings up the
age and all that.
Speaker 4 (19:02):
But no, well, yeah, that's too.
Speaker 2 (19:04):
She said she loved She said she loved him or something, because.
Speaker 4 (19:08):
The mom said why she didn't like him because he
wasn't talking nice to her in front of her mother.
She said, you're my daughter. I have to stick up
for you. Yeah. Yeah, And the mother was not wrong.
What mother? You know, she wants to keep the peace.
But he said something to her and she said it
(19:30):
the mother said it.
Speaker 1 (19:32):
No.
Speaker 3 (19:32):
Do you think that.
Speaker 2 (19:35):
Angel will be back next season? I just feel like
her husband's just not into this at all.
Speaker 4 (19:45):
I don't know, uh, I think he'll be back. I
mean it's not he doesn't have to do anything. He
just has like oh no, no, no, no, they get
to do I think mean he will be back from
that line.
Speaker 2 (19:59):
So it Cynthia that said the only time she's had
a falling out with a friend, it was n Nini,
And so this is the second time they've referenced Nani.
And it always just makes me think, like, are we
gonna see Nini?
Speaker 3 (20:11):
Is Nini coming back?
Speaker 4 (20:12):
I thought that I wouldn't be so I would be
surprised if she came back.
Speaker 3 (20:17):
Yeah, I mean, with everything that went down, i'd be surprised.
Speaker 4 (20:20):
I don't think so.
Speaker 3 (20:21):
But I heard rumors that she was asked to do traders.
I don't know if that's true.
Speaker 4 (20:25):
I think I heard that too. So to me, it's like, hmmm,
I don't know, because you know, I would be surprised.
Speaker 3 (20:51):
So okay, So we have a few fan thoughts.
Speaker 2 (20:54):
So Portia and Shimiah needed Cynthia at the lunch as
a mediator. At the end of the day, they made up.
They found their way. There have been friends forever. I
think they'll be fine.
Speaker 4 (21:03):
Another one so convinced yet that they're no. Yeah, oh god,
I think there's a lot of like bad water under
the bridge.
Speaker 2 (21:12):
Yeah, everyone has a lot going on besides Britt, who
I don't care about. Somebody said, another one said Porsche
was awful to Shemia, so dismissive, another one. So many
fourth wall breaks during this conversation. There is a power
dynamic in the relationship.
Speaker 4 (21:26):
Me and Porsche.
Speaker 3 (21:27):
That's what I keep thinking.
Speaker 2 (21:29):
I keep thinking, like something like there's a power struggle.
Porsche's always any times she's been on this show, she's
always been top dog.
Speaker 4 (21:37):
That's true. And yeah, she doesn't want to lose that spot.
Doing very well.
Speaker 2 (21:43):
Yeah, she's doing very well, very very well, like she is,
like I I think I asked her. I'm like I remember,
response was like, why are you just now a housewife? Like,
you know, she's been on and off the show for
many years, but this is the first time she's a housewife, Like.
Speaker 4 (21:57):
She why is it the first?
Speaker 3 (21:59):
I don't know, I don't know.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
I can't remember what she said, but like, holy hell,
she's meant for this job, well you know.
Speaker 4 (22:08):
And also she's a novelty. She's new. We've seen Portia
for so long and now you see somebody new and
shiny coming in. Was in her house she was.
Speaker 2 (22:21):
A friend like she she was on the show, like
we'd see her like a I don't know if she
had an official friend role or she would just be
at events. I'm not sure, but this is the first
year that she's an actual housewife and.
Speaker 4 (22:34):
She didn't want to beyond before.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
Yeah, maybe not, maybe the husband didn't. Maybe she was
just fine doing what she was doing.
Speaker 4 (22:41):
She acted like she wasn't something that she wanted to
do before. I think it was always open for her.
Speaker 3 (22:48):
But and you know what, let me ask you, she
did a damn good job.
Speaker 4 (22:52):
Did Was it Porsia's suggestion to bring her on or
was it just that the producers kind of like don't
know because I don't think Porscha pushed for her to be.
Speaker 3 (23:04):
Porsha came back.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
This is her first year back, so it's not like
Porsha was in the mix at the time, you know.
It's when like Porscha was on last year and it's like, hey,
next season, I think you should bring Shamia on full time.
Speaker 3 (23:15):
So I don't know who knows.
Speaker 4 (23:19):
Well. I hope that they their friendships sustains the test.
Speaker 3 (23:23):
Of Bravo Yeah, Bravo time.
Speaker 4 (23:27):
I hope it it does. Well, I hate to see that.
And even Cynthia was like, I hate that when friendships
go down the tubes because a group of women pit
them against each other. You shouldn't be able to do that.
Speaker 2 (23:40):
Well, I don't see Shemiah turning on Porscha at all.
And in fact, it was Shmia's birthday I think last week,
and she said, yeah, she wouldn't do it, and she,
like Porscha said happy birthday tour, you know, publicly on
social media and so so it looks like they're back
on track as of now. Okay, well then all right,
well thanks guys here that way, girls, yes, thank you
(24:03):
guys for tuning in next week. We're super excited because
our girl Faedra will be back in the mix and
that's going to be an exciting I love, I know.
Speaker 4 (24:14):
I texted her, I said, hurry up
Speaker 2 (24:18):
Waiting, We are waiting all right, Well, Delores, I am
going to see you in Napa
