Speaker 1 (00:02):
Two Teas in a Pod.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
It's Teddy Mellancamp and Cameradge Edge. Hi, guys, welcome back
another episode of Two Teas and a Pod with myself
and Delores.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Good morning, Delores, good morning.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
Well it's my afternoon.

Speaker 3 (00:23):
It's morning for me.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
It's nine am. And usually you know me, I'm an
early riser.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
You are, No, I not today, Not today. I feel
like I can't wake up.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
I think the stress of the reunion coming up. You know,
you wake up in the middle of the night and
you think about these things and all that stuff. So
I don't know if that's what it is or what,
but I'm just like, I'm just tired emotionally, yeah, physically,
just tired.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
Just want to get this whole month over with? What
or the next week over with? Let's just put it
that way.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
So you're I went back to New York.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
No, we filmed in La Okay.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
I didn't know that, all right, Yeah, I know, I know.
Just you have your dress. That's dress. No, I'm the.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
Only one that doesn't have a dress yet.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Oh my god.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Every dress I know, every dress I buy I hate,
and so I have five more coming today, so I
have to have it.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
Done today.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Just do it. You're gonna look good in anything, so
just do it. Get it out of the way. That's
one less thing you have to worry about.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
I know I've been trust me, I've been trying for
like a month. Every dress.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
It's not that it doesn't foot on you, it's you
don't like it.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
Yeah, I just don't like it.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
Either doesn't fit on my boobs or it's two baggy
my waist, or get it fixed well, and then it's
just like I don't like it or I don't like
them too.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
I don't know. I'm just being really picky.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
But I'll find it. I told them today I will
have it locked down.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
I know they're probably on you know, there's been times
Tamra I was I didn't have my dress till the
night before.

Speaker 3 (02:05):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
I've had known somebody on our cast that didn't get
her dress until the day of.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
That happens, it does happen.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
Yeah, So just I want my life back. I don't
want to think about Orange County Housewives anymore. I don't
want to. You know, right before the reunion, we always
get all the episodes, so there's no anticipation of what's
to come as soon as the reunion is finished filming.
I don't know about you, but wasn't it like the
end of the season for you?

Speaker 3 (02:33):
Even though we have.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
Like six weeks left of filming and all that, I
mean of airing. But it's just to me mentally, it's over.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
It's over now, do you Because I don't know if
people know there's a lot of housewives go away for
a couple of days after I know Derinda always takes
a little sabbatical and yeah, I've never done that, and
I'm going planning on it.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
Yeah we're going to Big Bear afterwards and just relaxing.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
I'm hoping for a couple of weeks.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
The exhaustion that you feel when that's over is I know,
just it's so life draining, but so.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Lately like I can't remember anything. Like I'm like, do
I have Alzheimer's? And I was with a friend yesterday?
She goes, No, that's called trauma. You just block everything out. Again,
What is wrong with me? I can't put my words together,
I can't remember anything.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
How's your hormones? Have you had your hormones?

Speaker 3 (03:32):
I need to have them checked again.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
I usually go like every six months and it's been
longer than six months.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Okay, well it's time to go. Yeah, and you certainly
would benefit from that for sure. Maybe some gnat.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
Yeah, yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
Maybe I'll go before the reunion and get IV or
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
I don't know what I'm gonna do. What was your
normal prep for reunion?

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Oh? God? Everything under the sign plastic sury facials. It's
been a couple of years, as you know, since we've
had a reunion, but it was like getting ready for
your wedding.

Speaker 3 (04:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
So a couple of weeks ago I had I went
to my friend Meghan the injector, she's amazing, uh, and
did PRF under my eyes and did it?

Speaker 1 (04:21):
Girl, You do the painful a.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
Little bit of botox.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
So I've been wanting to do it for for a
while because you know, I have to do series of
it and but the problem is is it bruises you
and stuff.

Speaker 3 (04:30):
So I couldn't do it while I was filming.

Speaker 2 (04:31):
So I did it, and I love it, and uh,
a little bow talks and that's it.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
You're not bruised or anything.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
Yeah, this is two weeks ago before I went to
New York and stuff. So yeah, so the prep, it's
the prep. The prep is real and it's also stressful.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
But you know, I'm looking at your your reunion like this.
There's no bombs being dropped about you. There's nothing behind
the scenes.

Speaker 3 (04:58):
I mean all this stuff that being dropped about me.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
It's like the worst part is is having to defend
yourself against somebody that just constantly lies about you. That's
the thing, like what my mind would be, like, I'm
going to defend myself over the shit.

Speaker 3 (05:10):
It's a bunch of lies. But then you have to.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
Right and then and then again. We'll say it in
a million times. It's harder to prove you're innocent because
there's nothing substantial because it doesn't exist right, because it's
a lot, so there's nothing for you to.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
Especially when it's over fifteen years ago.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
Well that's the other thing. So I feel like the
worst of it for you is over.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Yeah, probably that's how I feel.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
I could be wrong, but I'm also wishing that for you,
and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. It'll probably be
your easiest It might have been your hardest season. It
may be your easiest reunion.

Speaker 3 (05:44):
Yeah, I mean.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
Last year was probably my hardest, hardest because last season
was just not a good season for me, and so
going into it, yeah, that was difficult.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
I was medicated last reunion, just a little medicated because
I was just so stressed out.

Speaker 3 (06:05):
Anxiety was so bad.

Speaker 2 (06:07):
And it seems like somebody on this reunion might be
a little medicated as well, potentially Julia.

Speaker 3 (06:15):
Don't you think Julia was so calm, like she just
looked like she had a look in her.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
Face, had a very stoic look like just like this.
I think, yeah, it was maybe it was. The medication
was called truth Serum, which we'll get to well before
the panet. Wait, what is that sodium panic they or whatever?
When they torture people, they inject them for the truth

(06:43):
to come out.

Speaker 3 (06:44):
Oh we need some of that.

Speaker 2 (06:46):
Yeah, this reunion, well before the reunion even begins. Now
we're recappying Real Housewives in Miami Season seven reunion, Part one.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
So she's crying, She's trying to get her makeup done.

Speaker 2 (06:57):
There's nothing worse than trying to get your makeup done
and crying at the same time.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
I've gone through that.

Speaker 2 (07:02):
So why is she emotional? Is she she had mentioned that,
you know, Martina wasn't there. We saw that everybody else
had their significant other.

Speaker 3 (07:11):
That to me is like, I've never had a.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
Reunion when I had a man there with me. Of course,
Eddie won't go to a reunion. He won't even do
a confessional.

Speaker 1 (07:21):
Sorianna didn't have a significant other there, did she?

Speaker 2 (07:24):
She had her dog, okay, so her emotional support animals
that she put it.

Speaker 1 (07:28):
She brought a goat Julia right, Oh god.

Speaker 3 (07:32):
Could you imagine with the diaper? I mean, so they
that reunion.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
Couch was impressive. That set was so beautiful, beautiful.

Speaker 3 (07:40):
I've never seen a couch that long.

Speaker 2 (07:42):
And it was like COVID times because they're both like
everybody's like six feet apart.

Speaker 3 (07:46):
Yeah, it was nice.

Speaker 1 (07:48):
It was really really nice.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
Now Adrianna bringing her dog on set, as if they're
going to let her keep the dog out there.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
No, and you're not allowed. You're not allowed to have
the dog. But Julia's crying. What I also noticed when
they did flashbacks, because you know, I'm not a crier,
so I'm really sensitive to crying. It like triggers me
like a dog. I want to bite you if you're crying,
And it annoyed me. The way she was crying hysterically

(08:18):
in the dressing room. But then when they did a
flashback that the amount of crying after she threw the
water on Gerdy was the same. Like she just she's
either stoic with no emotion or hysterical. I think she
needs to balance some medication.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
Yeah, well she seems a little just calm this reunion.

Speaker 3 (08:42):
I'm sorry, not be sorry. I said I'm sorry six times.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
It's like it's a little sorry too late almost. They
do all those flashbacks of her throwing things.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
Yeah, a lot of like a lot, and she's like,
well we're talking. She goes, only I only threw it
at you once. But anyway, let's not get ahead of
ahead of ourselves, because I did like the conversation about Todd.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
Yes, so when Alex, when they start talking about Todd,
Alexia confirms that they are no contact. They blocked each other,
or least she's blocked him. Divorce has been final. She
would say that they'd always get into a fight before
the reunion, probably before she was filming.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
It was it was I kind of related to it.
I was married to a man like that.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
Yeah, I know, let me tell you it. Let me
just tell you, and anyone who's been with an arc
before can tell you they are famous for trying to
ruin something that you have to go to, a holiday,
a birthday, a vacation.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
And why do you think, why do you think can
be kindly? Narcissistic people do things like that.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
Because they don't like to see someone happy, even though
reunion isn't the happy time. But they want to cripple
you always, to keep you down, not to keep you
strong when you need to be, and it's it's all
about control.

Speaker 3 (10:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (10:05):
Well, Alexia finally admits that the narcissistic party was about
Todd Shocker. So Stephanie is vindicated and she got first seat. Okay,
you don't think she should have got first seat?

Speaker 1 (10:22):
Well, I I listen, I'm not. I don't want to
sound jealous because I never got first seat. But first
seat isn't always the greatest place to be because it
kind of.

Speaker 3 (10:32):
Means that you're in the hot season.

Speaker 1 (10:34):
You're in the hot the first seat is the hot seat.
And you know, I think she was a very good asset.
I think she was a good newbie and she brought
it and she had a lot to offer. She had
a plane. If anybody didn't hear about that she had.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
She has a plane.

Speaker 1 (10:50):
She has a plane, goodness, a huge one. And sometimes
you're alan on it and sometimes you're not. But she
offered a lot of financially. She had a great party.
She showed a lot, and she brought a lot. So
I'm happy for her that she got the first seat.
For what it means to her, I'm not sure. Yeah,
now you know she did make the seat green her alpha.

Speaker 3 (11:13):
I you know what something I learned something I didn't know.
Napola was Todd's last name?

Speaker 1 (11:18):
You did, I did?

Speaker 3 (11:19):
I didn't know that.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
That's an idealia that Todd's a guy from He's like
a staten island I want to believe, or a long island.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
He's he's from around here, and and it's very I
know a lot of guys like that. I do, so
I understand the moves, I understand the language. I understand
the way he speaks. And he's very charming when you
meet him. I've never met him, I've met him, and
he's very nice when you meet him. And I can

(11:49):
see that where people would like him when they meet him,
but then to be in a relationship, I can't speak
for it. I was not in a relationship with him,
of course Alexia was, and a lot of stuff happened
behind closed doors that she never spoke about and she's
talking about it now and Marisol is like, thank god.
But she did change her name on social media, so

(12:12):
legally she still has the name and the divorce is final.

Speaker 2 (12:15):
Right, Well, what last name did she have when she
started Housewives before they were married.

Speaker 1 (12:19):
I don't remember Ekaveria.

Speaker 3 (12:22):
I don't even remember that.

Speaker 1 (12:24):
Well, Napoula is much nicer and it's a beautiful name. Alexa.

Speaker 2 (12:26):
Yeah, so what is she I wonder what she's going
to go back to? What's her new last name?

Speaker 1 (12:32):
I don't know. It's on her Instagram bio.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
I think she only has Alexia. All right, then she
didn't have a last name. But the one thing I
will say is that she kind of has a different
tune on the reunion than when I had her.

Speaker 3 (12:46):
On the podcast.

Speaker 2 (12:47):
We had her on the podcast a week or so ago,
and she seemed like they were her and Todd were
on better terms. So it seems like something might have
changed from the time she filmed the reunion to know.

Speaker 1 (13:01):
Well, here's the thing, there was still something that brought
her to want to be physically with him after all
of this, because we all know about our life in
that way. I don't talk about that because that's like
weird for me. I don't know if you do.

Speaker 2 (13:15):
But like you know, She's like, oh, I had sex
with him and it was great and we went out
to it and I'm like.

Speaker 1 (13:20):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (13:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (13:22):
Teddy always teases me because I don't like sex talk.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
I don't like sex talk. I like to talk about
other people's sex.

Speaker 2 (13:29):
Especially like when you're in a long term relationship, like wet.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
Even like the words like it kind of like dilutes
it or something. I call it something else.

Speaker 2 (13:40):
When me and Eddie first started dating, I told I
think it was Vicky on camera that we had sex
for five hours. I know, well, you know when you
first start dating. Okay to Lady Gaga, Oh that's good
to know what song Lady Gaga more than once bad

(14:02):
didaying the song. Probably probably just kept replaying the song.
I even put it as my rain tone back then.
I wanted to ride on his disco stick.

Speaker 1 (14:19):
And you did and did.

Speaker 4 (14:21):
Then the rest is history, and the rest is history now.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
And he brings up the lack of conversation about Julia's
water toss, and we get to see an unseen footage.

Speaker 1 (14:43):
Of Lars want a conversation.

Speaker 2 (14:45):
Yes, defending Gerty at the table in the moment, and
Gerty thinking LARSA, so LARSA.

Speaker 3 (14:51):
I mean Gerty knew.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
Gerty this was not a good reunion for her.

Speaker 3 (14:56):
I don't think.

Speaker 1 (14:58):
No, there was just so much, so much going on
and and Gerty feels that the girls were verbally hazing her.
Now we all didn't see this part, right, We all
saw everyone sitting there quiet after it happened.

Speaker 2 (15:12):
Well, it looked to me like everyone was just shocked,
like and then they didn't really why that.

Speaker 1 (15:19):
Who gets shocked about anything anymore on these shows? So
a glass of water being thrown is like, oh, it's
nothing shocked about come on.

Speaker 3 (15:28):
But like I said, they showed unseen footage and this is.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
What and there was a lot of talk going on.

Speaker 2 (15:33):
Yeah, And it's kind of annoys me because I feel
like Gerty's like playing off the comment section on Instagram.
She knew that this conversation the footage happened, just because
it wasn't shown, like come on, like you could have
said like, yeah, you guys did but she played it
the other way.

Speaker 3 (15:51):
Nobody was there for me.

Speaker 1 (15:53):
I'm going to be a devil's advocate because I do
hear a lot in the moment that when something happens
to someone, because I've heard it a million times on
my show, no one stuck up from me, no one
had my back, and when somebody's screaming at you and
coming at you. I remember it happening to me one time,
and I looked at the girls standing out the side,

(16:14):
and all I remember is everyone just staring at me
and the person I was fighting with. And you're like,
you want to talk about me not jumping in, but
you didn't jump in. So you know, obviously she's not
remembering it correctly because people were saying stuff. She obviously
didn't hear Marisol saying in the bathroom, you can't do

(16:35):
these things.

Speaker 3 (16:36):
So you just think that she remembers incorrectly.

Speaker 1 (16:40):
I feel like, do you I feel like that may
be the case here where in her mind that's what
she saw. Like nobody got up and said don't do
that to Gerty, right, but they were talking. No one
said it was okay.

Speaker 2 (16:55):
Well, it was the one thing that I will say
that maybe she didn't remember because then Gertie said, like,
roll the footage.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
And see, and the footage was it was not good.

Speaker 2 (17:05):
People were saying it wasn't so I think in her head,
I think that's how she felt. Yeah, this week's episode,
I'm super emotional and I feel like nobody has my back,
and you know, so I was just like, when you're
really emotional like that and upset, you don't see clearly.

Speaker 1 (17:25):
That's what I'm saying. Yeah, yeah, So does that make
sense to you? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (17:29):
That makes sense to me.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
Yeah so because otherwise, when we're looking at it, we're
seeing something different. And Gerty's standing firm on how she feels.

Speaker 2 (17:37):
But she Gerty says that the girls were verbally hazing
her after the water toss.

Speaker 3 (17:45):
I think that's true.

Speaker 1 (17:46):
I didn't see it. We didn't see it.

Speaker 3 (17:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (17:51):
No. One then questioned her on that the girls didn't
say how.

Speaker 2 (17:54):
Do you remember the flashback of Julia throwing the ice
water at Marisol?

Speaker 1 (18:00):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (18:01):
I mean there was a lot of fat flashbacks of
girls throwing things at each other.

Speaker 1 (18:09):
That's why I'm saying, what's the shocker of it?

Speaker 3 (18:11):
All?

Speaker 2 (18:11):
I know? But you know, Julia sincerely apologizes she's very monotone,
and she sat there.

Speaker 3 (18:18):
I apoze, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (18:22):
So I think Andy's sick of it. Okay, now this
is where we get in trouble for dragging things on.
Andy has had enough here. Andy's like, this is not
getting better, and I'm going to say we're not. There's
no resolution here, Let's move on. And as soon as
he said that, I said to myself, somebody's in trouble

(18:43):
next year.

Speaker 3 (18:44):
You think so, I don't know who.

Speaker 1 (18:47):
Yeah, but if he did not see the resolution, he's like,
I'm fucking done with this.

Speaker 2 (18:54):
Well, Gerty would not accept the apology. She apologized six times.
She doesn't want to move on, and that is that's
kind of death in the same history because you're an
ensemble cast, like you have to move on.

Speaker 3 (19:08):
You can these grudges.

Speaker 1 (19:11):
If you don't, you could still film together. But then
it's awkward and it puts everybody in a position and
Bravo really kind of they really shun that. Yeah, the
reunion is for resolution or not. And then now you

(19:34):
put it in their hands to say, well, who's coming back? Then?
In our case, I mean I don't really coming back right, Well,
yes you will.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
Well, yeah, I'm living it on the show right now
on my season, Like, I'm trying to.

Speaker 3 (19:47):
Move forward, move forward, and all they can.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
Do is, you know, talk shit about me and not
move forward and find reasons. And it's like, when do
you just give up and say I tried my best.

Speaker 1 (20:00):
When you feel you've done everything that you could do
and then listen, you know you can't beat your head
against the wall. If people aren't going to meet you
where you're at, well you start.

Speaker 2 (20:15):
To look pathetic. I looked at myself. I'm like, I'm sorry,
I look pathetic, Like keep trying and trying and trying.

Speaker 1 (20:22):
Yeah, well, it's like a bad relationship right when you're
standing in front of that person. And I had this
conversation with someone the other day. I said, there's been
times where I've stood in front of somebody and I've
tried to make them see my point. I've tried to
make them see me the way other people saw me.
And what I learned at fifty four and the relationships

(20:42):
I've been in, is that no matter what you do,
you're never going to please that person, and they're going
to find something else wrong when they give up on
complaining about the one thing, they're going to find some
it's an abyss like you think they finally have found
all the things that could be wrong, and you're pasted it,
and then they find something else, and then they find
something else.

Speaker 2 (21:01):
Yeah, because they just their grudge holders. Like I don't know,
maybe I'm wired differently. I don't know if you're like this.

Speaker 3 (21:05):
But as soon as I make up with somebody like,
I don't want to go backwards.

Speaker 2 (21:10):
I don't want to talk about what happened or to
say things like well I'm just waiting for the bomb
to fall out, or God, I can't trust her like
then don't make up if you can't make it move forward.

Speaker 1 (21:24):
So I I don't like to rehash things. I don't
like to bring things up. I don't. I don't if
if it wasn't bad enough for me to not ever
talk to you again, if I if it wasn't bad
enough that I could make up with you, then it
probably I'll just I'll like get over it eventually anyway.

Speaker 3 (21:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (21:46):
But I say to even women who take back someone
who cheated on them, I counsel a lot of women
on divorce and cheating, and and I say, if you
decide to take him back, if you think it's worth it.
Then you cannot live this every day. Even if you
want to bring it up, Get in your car and

(22:06):
go for a ride, Call your best friend and vent.
If they still want to listen to.

Speaker 3 (22:10):
You, it's the worst thing you can do.

Speaker 1 (22:13):
And why make them think about the other person. But
that's a whole nother I'm just saying, you can't. You
got to eat it.

Speaker 3 (22:21):
Yeah, that's how I feel too.

Speaker 1 (22:24):
Yeah, but this show make those things happen. People talk
about Tad fifteen years ago.

Speaker 3 (22:32):
Well they shouldn't.

Speaker 1 (22:33):
They shouldn't.

Speaker 3 (22:34):
Nobody wants to hear it.

Speaker 1 (22:36):
There's enough present things to talk about. And if you
have to dig for fifteen years ago and then there's
not enough going on on your show or in your life.

Speaker 3 (22:43):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (22:44):
I was just gonna say that if you keep bringing
up stuff, then you know what, you don't have enough
going on in your life to be on this show.

Speaker 1 (22:52):
Truth. Truth, I can find something every minute.

Speaker 2 (22:57):
So Julia brings up that Gritty went online and shame
Juliet and Martina for changing the boys' names.

Speaker 3 (23:03):
I did not like that for Gerty to do that.

Speaker 2 (23:06):
Put the stuff up, said that she did. There was
a there was a screenshot they showed it.

Speaker 3 (23:12):
They showed it Gerty.

Speaker 1 (23:13):
But did Gerty say she didn't do it?

Speaker 2 (23:15):
She said she didn't do that, and the and the
group says, yes you did, Yes you did, and of course.

Speaker 3 (23:22):
You know the power of flashback.

Speaker 2 (23:24):
They show it screenshot of what Gerty put on social media.

Speaker 1 (23:29):
And then I don't know what Gerty's response to that was,
but well, she didn't see it.

Speaker 3 (23:35):
She just heard the girl say yes she did, so
then she didn't see it.

Speaker 1 (23:39):
Right.

Speaker 2 (23:39):
So see that's where the poster boards come in.

Speaker 1 (23:44):
Yeah, dismissed, dismissed, dismissed. That's where all the poster boards
they can get you in trouble. But so, no one
anyway getting through it. And now I'm already sick of it.
I could already see Andy's, you know, stressed out over it.
And Julia asked Gertie, like, what do I need for,

(24:07):
you know, for you to for to be forgiven? Yeah,
and Gerty kind of just went over it. She's not
looking for it, she's not doing it.

Speaker 3 (24:16):
She wouldn't even let Adriana talk.

Speaker 2 (24:18):
And Adrian is trying to defend her and help her,
like Gerty was so controlling and opinionated.

Speaker 3 (24:24):
Like stop, don't talk like, let me talk like she would.

Speaker 2 (24:29):
She was talking over everybody, even Andy and Andy at
one point just goes, nothing's going to be solved. There's
no solving this issue today, which is never a good thing.

Speaker 1 (24:41):
And you know, Gerty had said, She's like, I don't
ever feel heard. I don't. I think this is a
boiling pot that has come boiling over.

Speaker 3 (24:50):
Now, now let's talk about sincerity.

Speaker 2 (24:53):
Do you think Julia was being sincere when she was
saying she was sorry or she trying to save face
after all the backlash she got on the show this year.

Speaker 1 (25:04):
I don't think it matters. You know what matters. Don't
do it again? Okay cares if she really means it
or not. Do we always mean it when we say
we're sorry. Probably ninety percent of the time. No, But
we want to move on and we want to get
past it.

Speaker 2 (25:16):
And you know, yeah, I mean, at one point, Gertie's
like Adrian's heated, but it was the other way around.

Speaker 3 (25:22):
It was so weird.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
It was not easy. I think it was a very stressful.
It was a stressful reunion for Gertie, but more for Julia.
I want to say, Yeah, Julie just doesn't seem so great.
She had a very rough season two and it just
snowballed and we'll get to more later on. But watching

(25:50):
the recap of Stephanie's first season was more. Thank God
brought a little light to this, Yeah, because this was
getting really dark and I wasn't like I was over it.

Speaker 2 (26:02):
Stephanie debunks the rumors that she was Massud's assistant, and
she states that she has never met his ex wife.

Speaker 1 (26:11):
I was very, very shocked to hear that, because there
is so much If this story is true, if she
has never met her, if she was not the assistant, could.

Speaker 3 (26:27):
You see Stephanie being an assistant.

Speaker 1 (26:30):
Twenty years ago or ten years ago? Maybe, of course
I do. I don't see her not being a one. Actually, okay,
had she not met him, you know she was? She was.
I feel like, could I see her always looking for
bigger and badder things for what she likes? Yeah? I do.
She knew she wanted more in life and however to

(26:52):
get it. But if this is was that shade?

Speaker 3 (26:55):
Was that shade however she's going to get it?

Speaker 1 (26:57):
No, not at all. A matter of fact. The power
to you, however it comes, and however you can live
with whatever you can live with. But if that's your thing, however,
nothing's for free. But he seems like a nice guy
with the dogs.

Speaker 3 (27:15):
He seems like a great guy.

Speaker 2 (27:16):
Now, for those of you who don't, don't, haven't followed this,
it's all social media stuff. There was a lot out
there saying that Stephanie used to work for Masud and
his ex wife.

Speaker 1 (27:26):
And then and then she wound up stealing the husband.
That was the story. But it's not true, and say
this is not true at all. I've never met the woman,
which is odd too, especially in my life when I
was out to dinner with my ex husband and his wife, yes,
like two days ago. I'm actually gonna post for it.

(27:50):
And you know, I mean, if it's if it's, if
Stephanie's lying is coming out, it.

Speaker 3 (27:56):
Will come out. And I thought the same thing.

Speaker 1 (27:58):
I thought this, if I doubt she's lying about this,
don't even ask me to talk about her again.

Speaker 2 (28:03):
Well, Adriana did step up and say, well, we saw
her at the restaurant. And then Annie's like what row
and She's like, well, I saw her walk in, but
I didn't talk to her.

Speaker 1 (28:14):
And Adriana kind of like confirmed it on my end
by saying she wanted to avoid her and she you know,
didn't talk to her.

Speaker 2 (28:24):
Yeah, so I wait, does Masud have children with his
ex wife?

Speaker 1 (28:28):
To go?

Speaker 3 (28:29):
Okay, so that would be weird that they've never met.

Speaker 1 (28:32):
If this is not true, and a lot of people
would know if you're somebody's assistant, you all know my Frankie.
She's my assistant. Everybody knows Frankie Funicelli by her first
and last name, they know her by face. Across the country,
people will know. There will be people that know your assistant,

(28:53):
and it'll come out. So I'm saying right now, if
she's lying about this, I don't and so adamantly said
I've never met this woman and that was never my
role they met however, else then I don't want to
ever talk about her again. If she's lying this hard, yeah, nothing,
I'll ever be real to me.

Speaker 3 (29:11):
Yep, No, I agree with that. Now he's international, she's international.

Speaker 2 (29:19):
So they bring up Andy brings up the comment that
I think it was a tweet hers on Instagram. I
can't remember about Martina in the surrogacy comment.

Speaker 1 (29:34):
Oh he did I miss?

Speaker 2 (29:35):
It was so quick and I thought that he would
have Andy himself would have more to say about it
because he went through the process. But instead he leans
to Lisa and is like, how do you feel about
Martina too? Yeah, yeah, yeah, And she said, you know,
it hurt her feelings. And then Julia says, well, she

(29:57):
took it down. And then I think at Lisa is well,
there should have been a retraction or somebody said that,
and you can do.

Speaker 1 (30:05):
Martina is not going to retract that. Martina seems very
stubborn in her ways. Although Julia gets whatever she wants,
at the end of the day, she wanted these kids,
Martina did not want to adopt at this age. You know,
you think it's Julia. Martina didn't want a farm, Julia
got her farm. Martina didn't want a big house. Julia

(30:28):
got the big house. I mean, it's always Julia gets
her way in the end with Martina. So I have to.

Speaker 3 (30:34):
Say, power of the pussy.

Speaker 1 (30:36):
It's good, full of freight train. It has bringing down
the wars. Wars have started over pussy. I mean it
is the strongest thing in It's kryptonite. It is sitting
on a gold mine.

Speaker 2 (30:50):
It's screw with the woman. No, So Lisa admits that
she's going through therapy.

Speaker 3 (31:06):
Co parenting with Lenny is not going well. No, big
shocker there.

Speaker 2 (31:09):
I don't think it's ever gonna go well with him.

Speaker 3 (31:12):
So let's move on.

Speaker 2 (31:14):
Andy asked Julia if she was considering Adriana to be
the grant grandmother godmother.

Speaker 3 (31:19):
Of Julia's two boys. Grandmother.

Speaker 2 (31:24):
She's gonna kill me with this and to say that too, godmother, godmother,
not grandmother.

Speaker 1 (31:31):
Oh we are keeping that in.

Speaker 4 (31:32):
Oh yeah, Adriana.

Speaker 3 (31:36):
Wrote two character letters. I didn't know this.

Speaker 2 (31:38):
So Adriana wrote two character letters for Julia during the
adoption process.

Speaker 1 (31:45):
Martina could have been the grandmother.

Speaker 3 (31:46):
Okay, this joke is never going to stop, is it?

Speaker 1 (31:49):
Okay? So okay, so she wrote to Okay, so what
do you want to meddle? Like?

Speaker 2 (31:55):
I think she thought, like, well, well think about it
this way too. Adriana was like the last one to
meet the boys, so something there is something going on
between them? Oh yeah, more than we even know. I
feel like this is like a lover's quarrel. Really, you think, yes,
because it's like she's a lot very yeah, like like

(32:18):
they're fighting as if they slept together.

Speaker 1 (32:20):
One I know, I'm not going I know.

Speaker 3 (32:24):
So you know, and that's how it ends.

Speaker 2 (32:27):
The episode ends with Julia telling the group that she
and Adriana slept together in the Hampton's Now she.

Speaker 1 (32:35):
Also is on camera. Were they in the Hamptons together?
On camera? Was it was season four?

Speaker 3 (32:41):
Season four? They were together.

Speaker 1 (32:42):
I'm going to go back and watch. I am too
going to try to figure out when they scissored or
however they did it.

Speaker 3 (32:49):
Ciserin a thing?

Speaker 2 (32:50):
I heard I heard Darren was it's Darren Andy Cohen's
assist y. Ciserine's not a thing. Doesn't she have a
podcast saying Scissorin's on a thing?

Speaker 1 (33:00):
Or she don't know what she has? But she's my
hall past and I love her the most beautiful girl,
and I would definitely if I.

Speaker 3 (33:08):
Speaking of hall Passes.

Speaker 2 (33:10):
I just started watching a new show last night, Wow,
Hunting Wives.

Speaker 3 (33:18):
Have you seen it? I think it's called Hunting Wives
on Netflix. Holy Molly, it is so good.

Speaker 2 (33:24):
Stop and the lead girl that's in it, I have
a crush on her. Britney Snow, she's beautiful.

Speaker 1 (33:30):
She's this Britney.

Speaker 2 (33:31):
She is so sexy in this She swings both ways
in this show.

Speaker 3 (33:39):
Mm hmm.

Speaker 2 (33:39):
She was married to Tyler from selling Sunset selling o
c Oh selling OC that's his ex wife.

Speaker 1 (33:48):
No way, you have to watch it. This woman is
pitch perfect.

Speaker 3 (33:55):
You have to see her on this show though. Okay, no,
you have to watch the show.

Speaker 1 (34:03):
She is like what makes her sexy on the show.

Speaker 3 (34:05):
You just have to see her confidence.

Speaker 2 (34:08):
She's this girl from Texas and just the way she
dresses and the way she acts.

Speaker 3 (34:12):
You just I'm telling you watch the show. Watch it.

Speaker 1 (34:16):
We have to watch the show. Okay, we're going to
wind up being two late life lesbians. That'll be the
next thing her.

Speaker 3 (34:23):
We'll have her own show. It's kidding.

Speaker 1 (34:25):
So she to be very happy, just saying freshall Goby Wendy. Yeah,
very happy with the have to put up with any
maid partners.

Speaker 2 (34:36):
So the backstory is is that Julia felt she was
being maybe manipulated, blackmailed from Adriana because of this information,
because let's face it, Julia cheated, right, and she admits
that her relationship with Martina was not on good terms

(34:58):
when she started the show, and she slept with and
I don't think I think it was twice because if.

Speaker 1 (35:06):
You they slept together and then they fooled around.

Speaker 3 (35:09):
She said, same shit.

Speaker 1 (35:14):
And Adriana is fucking living And I believe Julia.

Speaker 3 (35:20):
She was livid.

Speaker 1 (35:22):
Livid Adriana is what is I mean, is she does
does she not want to be like known as bisexual?
Or is it what is her Gripees home record?

Speaker 3 (35:39):
Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (35:40):
But first of all, don't have kind of an open relationship.

Speaker 3 (35:45):
No, I don't think so. I think no, I don't think.

Speaker 2 (35:48):
I think they were just in a bad spot in
the relationship and she.

Speaker 1 (35:54):
Got down. What about when somebody said, of course it's
true Julia as a hornball?

Speaker 2 (36:01):
Yeah, and she wasn't there mention of I think that,
or there was there when they were on the on
the boat and.

Speaker 1 (36:11):
They were eating Burger king. Of course I'm going to
remember what they were eating because said, fuck, they called
her a nymph, and there was a thing about her
making out with a guy, so what who cares?

Speaker 2 (36:23):
But did you notice everybody's face drop, including Andy Cohens,
when nobody, I mean nobody was expecting this to come
out of her mouth.

Speaker 3 (36:32):
She had to get high to say that, had to
had to.

Speaker 1 (36:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (36:37):
I think she was so worried that it was gonna
come out that she wanted it to come out.

Speaker 3 (36:41):
She wanted to be the first one.

Speaker 1 (36:42):
To put it out there what she took the power
off of her. Now she's got to deal with her marriage.

Speaker 2 (36:48):
I want to believe that she told Martina first. She did, right,
didn't she say? She told Martina?

Speaker 1 (36:53):
In a perfect world, this is what I think. I
think she couldn't take it anymore. I think she went
to Martina and she told her what happened, and then
Martina said, do what you gotta do. Because Martina always,
at the end of the day, supports Julia, she loves her,
and she says, do we have do what you have
to do and we'll deal with this later. But this

(37:15):
has to stop for you. That's true love. That's somebody
who's really got your back.

Speaker 3 (37:19):
Yeah, but she had to have been pissed off. I
would imagine, I don't know, maybe not.

Speaker 1 (37:25):
I don't know if i'd care.

Speaker 2 (37:32):
They do the flashback of the proposal between Adriana and Julia,
of friendship proposal and got down on her knee and
all that stuff, and I'm like, oh my gosh, and
all this stuff hits different now, right, Why do.

Speaker 1 (37:51):
I want to actually see it like it's a porn?
I don't know what.

Speaker 3 (37:56):
Little freak.

Speaker 1 (37:57):
I am being a freak right now. It's very I'm
very like.

Speaker 3 (38:00):
I want to see your hormones arm are working on
like mine right now.

Speaker 1 (38:04):
I need to.

Speaker 2 (38:07):
How do you think they come back from this? Or
do you think one of them is not coming back?

Speaker 1 (38:12):
I don't know. I listen, you come back on the show,
either make a work or you don't. They want to
bring you know, NBC would would want them both to
come back to like hash this out, and Adriana has
to you know what. Adriana is denying it because there's
no proof of it. It's her word against her right

(38:34):
and she can but unless there's a text exchange, right
like and Plussy was good last night?

Speaker 3 (38:47):
Oh I got you're killing me today? Oh my gosh,
I'm glad one of us is on it. But yeah,
that how about when we skipped.

Speaker 2 (38:58):
Over this when asks I'm sure we're gonna hear more
about this when Jody comes out, He asked Lisa. When
Jody was referring to ac was he referring to any.

Speaker 1 (39:09):
She was talking about Lisa? The best thing is how
about this, Lisa gob blesser. She didn't get it at first.

Speaker 2 (39:15):
You know, I would have said I would have said no,
Actually it was Anderson Cooper see just.

Speaker 1 (39:22):
To get the ship. By the time Lisa figured out
what he was saying, it was already over.

Speaker 2 (39:26):
I'm assuming we're going to get more information on the
whole ac.

Speaker 3 (39:32):
When the boys come out. Thanks guys for tuning in to.

Speaker 2 (39:35):
This episode, and we will see you next week with
episode two of the reunion.

Speaker 1 (39:41):
Oh, I can't wait how this ends?

Speaker 3 (39:44):
How is juicy?

Speaker 1 (39:45):
Wait? Like, so, how is Adriana and Julia going to
walk away at the end of this? This is I
I I gotta know.

Speaker 3 (39:53):
I was. I thought that it was going to happen.

Speaker 2 (39:57):
This bomb that went off with it and I'm a
so mean that box that she presents her with, whatever's
in it, it's.

Speaker 3 (40:03):
Got to be part of that. So I thought it
would be at the third reunion. I didn't expect it
to be the first one.

Speaker 1 (40:08):
I mean, they dropped like the weird like liver letter.

Speaker 3 (40:12):
That's what Andy said, What's in the box? A liver?

Speaker 1 (40:15):
Yeah? Anyway, I was in a pocket push.

Speaker 2 (40:19):
Well, it's it's not a it's not a used condom.

Speaker 1 (40:26):
Okay, we're gonna start and.

Speaker 3 (40:30):
Oh I can keep going on.

Speaker 1 (40:32):
Okay, now, a tennis ball that she found fell out
a tennis rack.

Speaker 3 (40:40):
What are those things?

Speaker 1 (40:43):
A yellow felt? Anyway, having said that we are going
to end this before we get ourselves in trouble, canceled, canceled,
Oh that's gonna be our poster board. Canceled, canceled this missssed.

Speaker 3 (41:00):
Yeh, all right, guys, thanks thanks for tuning in him.
Talk soon, bye bye mm hmm

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
