Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Melloncamp and camera Judge.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
Hi, guys, welcome to another episode of Two Cheese and
a Pod with myself, Teddy Mellencamp.
Speaker 1 (00:13):
And Cambra Judge and I have a very special guy.
Speaker 3 (00:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (00:22):
By the way, we can't we wear allo. We can't
even get our ship together enough to get branded.
Speaker 3 (00:28):
Okay, stuff.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
We have cups, you have slippers, you have cups.
Speaker 3 (00:33):
We have toilet paper, toilet paper, you have cookies. I
know toilet paper cookies, but we need some honey. We
just can't get our ship together. But we can wipe
your ass. We couldn't the paper place. It's crazy. I
don't know. It's our iHeart team. They's five ply. Yeah,
(00:56):
it's so thick. It's so thick, like yes, okay, let's
see this. Oh my gosh, so thick it is. It's
like my friend is going to clog the toilet. Yes. Oh,
this is so funny. This is so funny.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
You need people like wiper because it is a shady task.
Speaker 3 (01:20):
It is. It is so funny. So give us the update.
What's going on with you? Wow? Okay, so you look
amazing you thank you. Life is great. I want to say,
like everyone's like, oh, do you miss the show? No,
I don't. My life is so peaceful and I less stress, right,
(01:44):
it's less stress, and you kind of don't realize that
you're not living yes that you want, like I was
your auto pilot for eight years, you know, trust me,
I know, and you don't realize it until you're you
get out of it and you're like.
Speaker 2 (02:00):
In the first year is of shock?
Speaker 3 (02:02):
Well for me, I don't know. I kind of it
was a shock for us, was it not for me?
I was. I had twelve.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
Years straight and then and so for me it was
like my kids were little, now they're all grown.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
I'm like with the who am I?
Speaker 1 (02:13):
How this happened? And I kicked out the cool Girls Club,
you know all those things.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
Yeah, I didn't have twelve years. You just had three years.
But it was still a show.
Speaker 3 (02:22):
Still a shock, you know what. I always every I
always like assumed I was getting fired or not being
askedpect every single year me.
Speaker 1 (02:29):
Too, So even this year, right, yeah, every year, especially
this year, especially this year.
Speaker 3 (02:35):
Show. What are you talking about? But so I always
kind of like mentally prepared myself for that, and I
think that's why my transition to not being on the
show was like super easy because I was always prepared
to not be on the show.
Speaker 1 (02:49):
I think it's really hard for girls that don't have
other income. And when it does come, yeah, then it's
more than a shock. It's like, oh shit, I do now.
And there's so many housewives like that.
Speaker 3 (03:04):
Yeah, it's not even just not have another income, but
another outlet, like I have reasonably Shady, which keeps me
entertained and busy, and I still so that actually keeps connected, right,
So having reasonably Shady, I opened a skincare studio, a
franchise location of a skincare company that and I'm like,
(03:26):
that's more work than I want it to be. Yes,
brick and mortar, it's staff, employees, customers, you know, and
then the corporate people.
Speaker 1 (03:38):
The employees is the toughest.
Speaker 3 (03:40):
Staffing.
Speaker 1 (03:40):
Staffing is the hardest thing. When you have brick and mortar,
Oh my gosh, my.
Speaker 3 (03:44):
People don't want to work, especially today. They don't want
to work. And it's like, well if you don't, if
you're not working, if you don't want to work, well
what are you doing? But it's like people are just
so comfortable just doing whatever it is that they do,
and so that keeps me busy. You know, my kids
are very heavily into basketball that case, so I and
(04:04):
that's to keep keeping busy. Start that just I have
a lot of stuff that just like I didn't even
have time to like sit around and be like, oh,
what am I going to do next? Like it was yeah,
just hit the ground, keep it going. Yeah, But I
did not realize how much we were. I was just
like not living, like not really like.
Speaker 2 (04:24):
You're in the bubble.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
Yeah, it was a bubble, and I thought I was
very made a conscience is concientious effort, to be present,
to write, to be a present, to not let the
show kind of consumes your life. Yes, if you're not filming, it's.
Speaker 1 (04:39):
Being edited, you're doing press. Then you got the social
media and it's stop.
Speaker 3 (04:43):
Yeah. So it felt good just to like check out
from that. And then even my relationship with Giselle, although
we are great friends, we're on the show together on
Reasonably Shay Together, our relationship probably while we were on
while I was on the show, because it was eighty
percent about the shohow. Right now, it's like, yeah, ninety
nine percent about just in friends, our friendship and having
(05:07):
fun and reasonably shady is so much funnerunner. Oh my god,
that's not a.
Speaker 2 (05:11):
More fun Listen. This is if you're gonna say a
word that's not a word, it's yeah, yeah, yeah, you know.
Speaker 3 (05:19):
It's just so.
Speaker 1 (05:20):
How did you like doing Traders?
Speaker 3 (05:22):
Oh? My, I loved it? You did? I hated it
in it? I know. I know it's challenging when you're
in it because you're homesick and you're like, the food
is not great, it's long taxing days, and but I
would do it again, totally. I would too. It's like pregnancy.
Speaker 2 (05:43):
Once it's over, you forget about it.
Speaker 1 (05:46):
Yeah, yeah, no, when I got super sick, I got COVID.
Speaker 3 (05:48):
When I was Yeah, you told me that, and that sucks. So,
like you should get a do over. I would love
to do it. Yes, yeah, I want to do I
want you.
Speaker 2 (05:55):
Guys to have a due over together.
Speaker 3 (05:56):
Oh that'll be fine. Who did you bond mess with? Ion?
Like she's a ball of energy. It was so funny.
Like before I was on Traders with her, I had
never met her, and I only knew what I saw
of her online or on her show or whatever. And
I always was like, this girl is she's doing too much.
She's acting, she's playing it up for the cameras. And
(06:19):
then once I met her traders, I was like, oh no,
like this is.
Speaker 1 (06:23):
She was in the lobby last night. I am so exhausted,
might be a little tipsy.
Speaker 3 (06:28):
Grabs me, picks me up.
Speaker 1 (06:30):
She's so strong, lists me up, almost falls backwards.
Speaker 3 (06:34):
With me in her arms. My feet are touching the ground.
Speaker 1 (06:36):
I said, I'm fucked idout.
Speaker 3 (06:42):
Yeah, so Ion, you know Dylan Efron like we hit
it off. I want to hit it off with Dylan,
I know in a different way. Do you want to
get it in?
Speaker 1 (06:53):
You don't want to hit it off, you want to
get it in.
Speaker 3 (06:55):
He's so hot, he's so sweet. I mean, everyone was awesome,
Nikki Garcia and you know, of course Dolores and the Housewives,
the Housewives, Derenda even though she wasn't there very long,
Bob the drag queen. You know, she comes back. I'm
happy for her. I'm happy for her because we needed
to see Dorenda do her thing on that. How many episodes?
Speaker 1 (07:16):
Remind me how many episodes that's what I was on?
Speaker 3 (07:18):
But well I got I got murdered. Yeah, they I
found out I was murdered the morning of five me too, Yeah,
oh yeah, And I knew. I knew I was going
to be murdered because I mean I just like talked
too much at that time. I knew they were going
to murder me, and uh Rob what was his name, Boston?
(07:41):
Rob told me later. He told me later, he was like, yeah,
I had to murder you because I knew you were
coming for me. I was coming for him that next morning,
like that next day, he was my target. I was like, yeah,
you knew you was up. Yeah, and he knew too.
He knew that I knew, and he was like, yeah,
I had to get you out. Like and then it's
so frustrating. You watch the show and they're like not
(08:05):
going after him, and I'm like, I can't believe they
just they're just letting him.
Speaker 1 (08:10):
He should be the first guy they got rid of
as soon as you got on.
Speaker 3 (08:14):
Duh, duh h.
Speaker 2 (08:15):
I couldn't believe that.
Speaker 3 (08:16):
I could not believe it. I know, but I think
a lot of them were so like enamored because it
was like Boston. I don't know. I think they just
didn't know.
Speaker 1 (08:25):
I didn't I know who he was when I watched
he was.
Speaker 3 (08:27):
A legend on Survivor.
Speaker 1 (08:29):
Se I don't watch Survivor though, so that's why I
didn't know.
Speaker 3 (08:31):
But I everybody was like a bow down to Boston
Rode reality.
Speaker 2 (08:37):
Shows do you watch? Because are you watching Potomac this season?
Speaker 3 (08:41):
I'm not, no.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
And just just'll give you any inside scoop.
Speaker 3 (08:45):
She during filming, you know, she kind of would tell
me a little bit about what's going on.
Speaker 1 (08:51):
It's probably stuff that pissed her off, just.
Speaker 3 (08:55):
The stuff that she found dramatic. I mean, nothing really
pisses her off, you know what I mean? But she's like,
I know Stacey lies, and you know it's funny. So
when they were filming and she was telling me about
like they're calling Stacy out on her lies and we're
(09:16):
going and I said, you know what you're you guys,
are you know what's going to happen?
Speaker 1 (09:19):
You're like, you're ganging up.
Speaker 3 (09:21):
Yeah. I'm like it's going to look like yeah, and
then the fans are all going to be on Stacy's
So whether she lies or not, they don't care. They
just feel sorry because she's getting ganged up on. And
so I have seen that sentiment online and I was like, oh, yeah,
I told you, Yeah, the voice of reason. Yeah, I tried.
(09:42):
Even if it's right, reason reasonably reasonably right, reasonably shady moment.
Speaker 1 (09:50):
Nobody's shady as Giselle can just it's just the one
liners just roll off. Just that's the talent.
Speaker 3 (09:58):
It is. It is. She's so witty, she's so quick. Yeah,
and we do the podcast like stuff that comes out
of her mouth like that. I'm like, how are you
that quick?
Speaker 1 (10:08):
She was on Squash the Beef last night, so she
was with who I think it was, Adriana.
Speaker 3 (10:14):
You know what's so funny, like when all did they
have so on Watch What Happens Live? Andy asked, you
know one of those questions like who was the rudest
housewife ever? Or whatever? That's what it was. Yeah, yeah,
and Adrianna was like, Giselle, we were bravocan and she
got never it didn't speak to me.
Speaker 1 (10:32):
But was I I on with her that night when
that happened?
Speaker 3 (10:36):
I think so.
Speaker 1 (10:37):
I think she was because I was on with her
this year.
Speaker 3 (10:40):
Well oh wait, were you on?
Speaker 1 (10:42):
Giselle put her in her place and she's like said
something like I'm sorry, are you just a friend?
Speaker 3 (10:48):
Oh my gosh, our friend of oh yeah, she Oh
my gosh.
Speaker 1 (10:54):
It was hard for us to hear on stage, yeah,
because it was echoing back. It was like we were
in this tunnel we couldn't hear.
Speaker 3 (10:59):
But you know, you know, it's so funny. When all
of that was going down, Giselle was like, I don't
want them to make this a squash the beef, Like
I don't. She's like, I don't care to talk about this.
I don't need to do this, Like I think. She's like,
I'm telling Andy don't make this a squash the beef,
Well that.
Speaker 1 (11:18):
Would make him do then that's going to make him
double down on the.
Speaker 3 (11:22):
Beaf like so yeah. But she's so quick witted, it's
like and then she is like, all about just making
a TV show. So she's gonna like say the controversial
things and do the you know, just.
Speaker 1 (11:36):
Like his name on anything, not her rope, not her
makeup bag, not her towel.
Speaker 3 (11:43):
Yeah, she's she's like, I don't know who you are.
Speaker 1 (11:46):
The stuff she comes.
Speaker 3 (11:47):
Up with that she's good. That's why she's stable.
Speaker 2 (11:59):
And how's everything with one?
Speaker 3 (12:01):
Good?
Speaker 2 (12:02):
Good?
Speaker 3 (12:02):
Anything's goody boys boys are good? Yeah weird? How old
are your boys now, seventeen and sixteen. Oh my, that's
an age I know. I feel like the last time
they were on they were like little, do.
Speaker 2 (12:15):
You think they're going to play basketball like in college?
Speaker 3 (12:18):
Yeah, especially my older one at least right now. He's
he's really good. He's got a lot of interest from colleges.
So that's you know, we're really proud of him and
excited to support him.
Speaker 1 (12:29):
So God, kids are so close in age, I know,
and then they're going off to college so close together,
and then you're gonna be an empty nest be for
you know.
Speaker 3 (12:38):
Oh no, right, oh my god. Well I told them already.
I'm like, wherever you go, I'm going my college.
Speaker 2 (12:46):
If you could pick, where would you want them to go?
Speaker 3 (12:49):
Because where do you want to move to? I know,
somewhere nice and warm weather and comfortable.
Speaker 2 (12:54):
What franchise would you want to do if you had
to do another one?
Speaker 3 (13:01):
Hmmm? Maybe Miami? Yeah that's what ye think, Miami. Yes,
it looks fun and even just like for the location
in the weather. But I also think those women they're
just they seem to just like let stuff roll off. Yeah,
they get roll off their backs and keep it moving
(13:22):
and keep it entertaining and not really get caught up
in the like yeah stuff you know, yeah, yeah, like
there's still I hate it when the shows kind of
just start to like go down, like the road the thing. Yeah,
just like find something. Oh it was so bad.
Speaker 2 (13:44):
I mean I can't well.
Speaker 1 (13:46):
I was accused of drugging somebody accused of having an
affair fifteen years ago with a pop star that live
in Vegas. Here, I was accused of cyber hacking, and
I was used, is there something stories to the press.
Speaker 3 (14:03):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
I was like, it was so busy. I was like
on accounts and having running multiple famish.
Speaker 1 (14:14):
I run, I mean crazy, very popular.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
Ye, you have so much time and she does a
podcast multiple times and business.
Speaker 1 (14:30):
Yeah, no life, no husband, no kids, I'm just doing
all the things up there.
Speaker 3 (14:35):
Oh my god. Yeah, that's crazy. He's a pop star.
I'll tell you.
Speaker 1 (14:40):
A friend of mine really that lived literally in my town.
Speaker 3 (14:46):
Kids went to school together. Stupid. So you can't have
friendships without people thinking it.
Speaker 1 (14:51):
Was that's what happens. And they bring back old housewives
that should just be old housewives.
Speaker 3 (14:58):
Should have been left the old housewives. Really. Okay, so
you weren't happy with the casting no, yeah, okay, okay.
Speaker 2 (15:08):
So thanks Robin for coming in and joining us. She's
going to stay with us and we're going to talk
about the rest of this weekend and rob Ocon. So
make sure you tune into the next episode.
