So look, you play a position. We again, it's like
your whole position is to make everybody else look better. Now,
you obviously, you know, caught it a ton of passes
there than your third all time and receiving categories for
the contiboys for running backs. But really, your job is
to make everybody else look better. Right, And I'm sure
in high school and college the sean was on you
as you got in the NFL, and you really did

you have to train yourself going, okay, my job now

Oh gosh, it is kind of tough, right, it's selfless.
You're going to You're going to have to find a
way to legitimize what you're doing to kind of create
that passion.

For me.

I think one of the big things was it was
when I went away to college. First off, yeah, I
was listen, I was not. I was a running back
in high school, right, but I didn't have breakaway speed.
I was not this dynamic making miss guide, you know,
I was. I was a full back and half backs,
you know, you know, clothing. So I get to college
and immediately I moved the full back and and that, uh,

I've kind of become a helper and a pleaser, you
know through my life.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
It was one of, you know, the characteristics of my personality.
So for me, it was easy. And in Dallas, I
could kind.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
Of see what was what was building, and I knew
if I was going to be a part of that,
this was going to be my role. And so for me,
it was just Okay, here's here's my way to be
a part of something that I think is going to
be really special and let's let's throw ourselves all in
on this one.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
And I did. I did enjoy it.

Speaker 3 (01:36):
I loved the ability to to block for emmittt I loved,
you know, helping out Troy. I loved helping out our
offensive line, you know, being that guy. You know, we
could we call him fixers, you know, if you're if
you're a fan of of.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
I'm gonna on the name of the movie. But I
was the wolf. I was I was the wolf. Yeah, yeah, exactly.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
So that's you know, I kind of get around with people.
You know, everybody needs a full back in their life. Know,
somebody who's there when when things are going rough, and yeah,
you help me get them out of a tough jam.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
So it was something that I loved doing. But I
love that. I love that.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
I love that we all need to fall back in
our lives. Go ahead, man, I'm sorry, I love that.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
Yeah, it just it never it never seemed like some
people look at it and I've had I've had a
number of people go, how did you do that? I mean,
how could how could you play that role? And I
just it's it's what I really enjoyed doing.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
I really did.

Speaker 3 (02:24):
It was never something I've ever looked back on and saying,
what what was I thinking?

Speaker 2 (02:29):
Why did Why did I? Why did I do that?
I got a ton of satisfaction out of it.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
It was my way to be a part of something
at the time that had never been done before.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
Three super Bowls in four years, So it gave me the.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
Opportunity to be a part of something absolutely incredible, you know.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
First time.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Nothing better than doing something for the first time, and
that was my vehicle to be a part of them.
