Speaker 1 (00:04):
Hello, friends, it's mister Jim and welcome back to Kids
Animal Stories. Are you guys ready for the third and
last part of Selah's adventure of becoming a rainbow Unicorn?
Holy smokes, I cannot wait to see. Is she going
to be able to find that magical mountain and get

(00:24):
the paint in time? Oh boy, I hope she does.
Are you guys ready for today's adventure? Me too, Let's go.
Selah had just left that island where doctor Barnacle was

(00:44):
able to help her wings with a magical plant juice. Wow,
I can't believe that worked, she thought to herself as
she was flying up towards the clouds. She knew that
she had a long flight ahead of her, but she
was happy to be heading in the right direction. Oh boy, okay,

(01:06):
I'm so glad to get back on track. I gotta
get there fast and get that paint. So I think
I'm running out of time before it's too late for
me to become a real rainbow unicorn. You see, there's
only a few unicorns in the whole world that are
rainbow unicorns. They have a very special job of painting

(01:28):
the rainbows in the sky. Sometimes when it rains only
special times, and you see, it is something that she's
wanted to become her entire life. As she was flying
through the sky, she could see the mountain in the distance.
It was a beautiful mountain, a mountain that if you

(01:49):
or I saw this mountain, we would know exactly that
it's the rainbow mountain. You see, each level of the mountain,
all the way to the top was a different color.
It's like somebody took a red part of a mountain
and laid it there and then piled an orange part
on top of that, and then a yellow part, and

(02:11):
then a green part, and then all the way to
the top it looked exactly like a rainbow pancake mountain.
She had never seen it before, but wow, was it beautiful.
She could see something that looked like a gate down
at the red level, so she flew there first, and

(02:31):
she was met by the magical mister Squeakypants raw hellover.
Oh hello, mister squeaky pants. Selah said, I don't exactly
know what mister squeaky pants is. He's some kind of
small yellow creature. He's kind of fluffy and has a

(02:52):
short tail. Hmm, Well, little screwt to siar Silah, you're
a little lottle than our spectant. Did something happen? Yes,
you see, I got caught up in that storm. I'm
so sorry that I'm late. But what do I need
to do? I need to get all this paint right absolutely,

(03:14):
Lord mol colot punt from each level of the mountain,
and then Lord lasso. Oh you see, Selah, she has
to travel up the mountain and collect all the different
colors from the different layers of the mountain, starting with red,
and then orange, and then yellow and moving on. So

(03:35):
she spent all day collecting all the different colors of
the rainbow. Wow, if you were walking up a rainbow
mountain like that, what color would be the one that
you would want? First? I really like the color orange,
so I would make sure that my pockets were filled

(03:56):
with the color orange from this mountain. Well, Selah, she
couldn't just pick one color. She needed all of them,
and so she filled all of her pockets with these colors,
and wow are they beautiful. Pretty soon she was done.
She had done this very quickly and flew back down

(04:19):
to talk to mister Squeakypants. Oh well, roses, see that tail,
I'm sure that is a punk brush. The tail that's
my paintbrush, said Selah. She didn't know that part, but yes,
rainbow unicorns. They used their long tail as the paintbrush
to paint the beautiful, perfect rainbow across the sky. I'll

(04:43):
just be careful with the paint because sometimes letn't get
a little messes up there, said mister Squeakypants. Selah was
so eager to get going, she kind of missed that
last instruction. As she flew off to find the perfect rainstorm,

(05:03):
she saw one in the distance towards the west. She
flew as fast as she could, and she could see
a lot of people down below looking to see if
there was going to be a magical rainbow on the storm.
Oh boy, this is my big chance, she said to herself.
I have to make sure that this rainbow is absolutely

(05:26):
perfect or else I just can't even can't even imagine
what would happen. She got all of the colors ready
and started to paint across the sky and oh no,
it's starting to slip. Ah. She had accidentally slipped and

(05:46):
all the paint started to spray and splatter everywhere in
the sky. She tried to fix it with her tail,
but pretty soon the colors were everywhere. Oh no, my
life is over. They're never gonna let me be the
rainbow unicorn ever again. As she was so sad by

(06:10):
her mistake, she missed the reaction of the people down below.
The people who were looking up at the sky couldn't
believe it. They had never seen such a beautiful rainbow.
Everyone started taking pictures of it, and pretty soon the
crowds gathered. She thought that they were making fun of her.

(06:35):
Oh no, they're gonna make fun of me. Oh, this
is the worst day ever. Seilah was so sad she
flew and hid behind some clouds so that they wouldn't
see her. But then she started to overhear what they
were saying. Wow, this is the most beautiful rainbow I've

(06:55):
ever seen. It completely covers the sky. I love it
so much, said one person. Pretty soon the entire crowd
started cheering this amazing rainbow in the sky. As Selah
realized what was happening, she wiped the tears out of

(07:16):
her eyes. And wow, wait a second, they actually liked
my mistake. How is that possible? Did you know that
sometimes our mistakes can be some of our greatest discoveries
and creations. Yes, Sela has discovered that she was trying

(07:36):
to paint a perfect unicorn and accidentally spilled all of
her colors everywhere, But it actually turned into the most
amazing rainbow ever. Could you imagine that if the sky
was just completely covered by colors instead of one clean
swoop of a rainbow, those colors just filled the sky,

(07:57):
that would be amazing. But Kayalen never would have tried
that because that was not how things were done. But
in her little mistake, she found something beautiful. As she
flew home that night, instead of feeling embarrassed about her mistake,
she was able to smile and be very proud of

(08:18):
this new creation that she made. I think that has
changed the course of rainbows for all of history, and
now unicorns will be a little bit more messy with
their rainbows, all thanks to Selah the end. Great job,

(08:42):
you listened all the way to the end. Isn't that
an awesome thing that Selah learned? Yes, sometimes it can
be scary to try something for the first time because
you're worried that it's not gonna be perfect. But guess
what Selah learned that sometimes even our mistakes can be
even more beautiful than what we tried for. So, friends,

(09:03):
let's not be afraid to try something for the first time,
because who knows, maybe we just will make a giant
rainbow across the sky the end.
