be all right, not looking too bad. But when you

(02:39):
said we're gonna talk Lakers, LeVar, I didn't like how
you had that little snoog. I didn't like that like that.
I mean, it's better than laugh than the cry, right,
that's what I would say, better than left than the
cry man. You ain't never lied that game last night, man,
Anthony Davis. Bro, I'm just he gotta go, Bro, he

(03:00):
gotta go. I'm done, he gotta go. I didn't see
the game, but that's not a bad day on the
East coasterday looks real bright and real sunny out in
the New Jersey. Man, we got a little sunshine, a
little cliss guys, the weather it is not as quite
as nice as California, but you know, the it's turned

(03:20):
the corner I was getting late March, and um springs.
Spring is near Okay, and um, you know we all
get a little more happier when spring has sprung. So
hey as usual, Plexico supporting it's Michigan state parties did

(03:41):
all in the tournament. We just be you and see
us today by like ten. I think it's like seventy
two to sixty two California hoopers. Come on, man, this
is a ten it is the ten by the way
and the La California hood. Too much physical, man. You know, well,

(04:01):
we're hitting the boys and getting it done. Man. I mean,
I'm supposed to be taking us into the Aaron Rodgers conversation,
but I ain't gonna lie to you. There's March madness,
and you know I did have Arizona winning winning it off.
Oh my gosh, you're eliminated already, You eliminated already. I
want they they they boned me real good, real day.

(04:22):
You know what, I just found out that my son
has a perfect bracket up to this point. You lying
as a morning him being in New Jersey, he picked
Princeton to win, and he picked Frelly Dickinson. You gotta
think Freli Dickinson is only fifteen minutes from my house
in Princeton is an hour down the road. So he

(04:45):
just chose those two teams to win just because we're
here in New Jersey. And he just showed me this
morning that break said did that I say, got a
perfect bracket? I'm like, wow, did into the Fox the
Fox Sports? No, he just like a pool a school
kids shouts out the Fox Sports, you get a perfect

(05:06):
nor you get a perfect bragget you win a million dollars. Crazy, Yeah,
And I ain't not wrong with that. It's been horrible
with all of I mean, listen, I ain't gonna say
horrible because one person's nightmare is another person's dream come true.
You know, there's some teams that are doing really well.
I just some of these upsets kind of they shook

(05:27):
me a little bit. I ain't gonna lie. There was
a lot. You know what, man, it's just so much
parody with you know, college basketball, and you know, kids
not being recruited, and they take it personal when they
get the opportunity to play on the stage, like just
to play against the other kids that they think they're
better in. And you know, I watched the whole Fairley,

(05:47):
Dickinson and per Due game yesterday because I thought I
picked per Due to go to the Final four. But
just the effort in which they were playing, you knew
that per Due was in trouble because they're a small
team in the tournament, the smallest team height wise. And
you're saying to yourself, Zach Ede is going to dominate
these guys in the painting him being six four and

(06:09):
a half, and he did he did, dominating the paint,
the effort that these kids were diving on the ground
for the basketball and chasing balls out of bounds. They
wanted the better basketball team, but the effort that they displayed,
you just knew that. You know, they took it personal
and they outplayed them just with just with effort, a
loan and sometimes men in life, that's all you need

(06:31):
and effort, especially in sports. We all know this. If
you play hard and you're out man from an athleticism
and just talent perspective, you're always in the game if
you play hard. If you play hard, you're always in
the game. Football, basket doesn't matter. You're always in the
game if you play hard. Speaking of playing hard, I'll

(06:53):
tell you who didn't play soft. Penn State. You know
they yeah, Penn State that I didn't even want to
bring that up. When you said Michigan State the tournament,
I'm like, Levarnament, there we go, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
do that one more time, Sam, give me that one
more feel that in my spirits. I feel that now.

(07:18):
We said Texas and them home, but we got another Texas. Yeah, absolutely,
they were. They were clearly when we came out. You
can see that they were clearly the more physically put together.
It kind of sounded like what you just said, plex,
But for what it's worth, once the game got going
and everybody got settled in, you started to realize that,

(07:39):
you know, our picket number twenty two is he's too
much for some of these dudes that's playing this new
school basketball. He's old school style. Dude, dribbles the ball
to set up the offense, really really probes the defense
with the way he handles the ball. He can score
on the inside, he can score from the outside. He's
a slasher. So it kind of created some real issues.

(08:01):
Now I'll say this, you know, if they get up
against a team that can neutralize him in the paint
with without running you know, two three men to cover them,
it could be problems. But our perimeter shooting is so
fire man, our perimeter, our perimeter shooting is is I
think we set a record, like for the season for

(08:24):
most three pointers made. I believe. Um. Yeah, it's our
first All American in seventy years, Doc, seventy years, So
I'm pretty proud of them. Dudes. Man, they're doing all right.
You're doing all right. It's not exactly a basketball institution.
But you know, but all American and seventy years, you

(08:45):
gotta start somewhere that starts somewhere. And speaking of starting somewhere,
I know we talked basketball, but let's touch on it.
Let me let me pay off the ts uh. The
Jets with Aaron Rodgers seemingly this is this is the deal. Um,

(09:06):
nobody knows what the deal is because the deal hasn't
been dealt. Yeah, it hasn't been dealt yet. But all
things given, everything works out, Aaron Rodgers becomes a Jet.
Where are you guys looking at this this team and
this this roster in the AFC? Can they First if
you look at the AFC East where you had the Bills,

(09:27):
the Dolphins and the Patriots that go along with them,
does Aaron Rodgers catapult them to the top of the
AFC East? And then when you think about the AFC South,
I don't think anybody's going to be too worried or
concerned about them outside of the Jags. The AFC West
and the AFC North are two different animals all in themselves.

(09:47):
Where would you guys put the Jets with Aaron Rodgers
on the team right at the top with all the
teams that I am going to name that I believe
going into the season and we're early in offseason, but
right now, on paper, if Aaron Rodgers is a New
York Jet, you have to put the Jets up there
with the Chiefs, the Bengals, the Bills, the Dolphins and

(10:11):
all those teams that we feel like have a chance
to go far. They will be that good. Well, Garrett Wilson,
those receivers in that defense, and Aaron Rodgers is a quarterback,
they have to me one of the best teams. And
they were fighting for the playoffs last year with Mike

(10:32):
White and Zack Wilson as their quarterbacks. And so if
Aaron Rodgers is on that team, that puts them right
there now that division. It's not gonna be easy because
the Dolphins, they're not playing like. You got two shut
down corners, you got pass rushers. But more than anything else,
you have Vick fan Judge, your defensive coordinator. We didn't

(10:52):
even talk to offense side of the ball. If two
of can avoid the injury reason and we talked about
this last week myself and plex Um, which is not
a given, but I'm putting the jetson Aaron Rodgers right
in the mix with all those teams to win the AFC. Yeah, yeah,

(11:13):
it's definitely not a given. Man. I think Aaron Rodgers
definitely is a tremendous upgrade. H Anywhere he goes, it
doesn't it doesn't matter if he goes to the to
the Arizona Cardinals of the Miami Dolphins. He's going to
give you a chance to win football games and possibly
win the division and get to the playoffs. We'll do.
I think that they will win the AFCs. I do not.

(11:35):
I still think that the Buffalo Bills ring supreme in
that division. But I believe that the New York just
will get to the playoffs in a wild card. You know,
situation and you know, being the fifth or sixth best
team in the AFC, you know, looking forward, but you know,
I mean that's where you have the ranking map. They
will be in the mix. But you know, Cincinnati, Kansas City,

(12:01):
those are still the top two teams in the FC.
You add Aaron Rodders to the roster, he gives you
a chance to compete to win a championship. And I
think at this point for Roberts, a lot in this
quarterback in situation and I think that's the best you
can ask for. I think Aaron Rodgers feels so disrespected
by Green Bay in the way that they've talked about him,

(12:22):
whether it's true all the way or whether it's false
created by him. I think the dude plays his best
ball when he feels disrespected, and that being the scenario here,
that gives gives him the motivation because it's not money
at this point, can't be money. He's got his contract

(12:42):
out of out of Green Bay. I think it's more
or less, you know, the reckoning for him, you know,
almost like Tombstone, it's the reckoning. And and with that
being said, I think he's going to be a motivated
dude to do what he needs to do. And I
think that if you're really looking at the the roster
of the Jets, it aligns well for them to be

(13:05):
right up there at the top. I don't trust to
h I don't trust them to be healthy. I don't
trust them to be what they need in Miami. I
think Miami is the team that will challenge for the division,
but I don't think that they they're consistent enough. So
I definitely think the Jets will win. They're they're part

(13:26):
of the the AFC, and then I just don't know
that they can compete with the Kansas Cities or with
uh you know. Yeah, looking at the situation, what's the
hold up on getting this deal done? Everybody knows what
the It seems like. It's want it's the first first
round draft pick they don't want to get. It's what
it sounds like. Why would you give up? Why would

(13:47):
you give up the thirteenth pick for Aaron Rodgers? Somebody
explain the packers. Man, this is like, I want to
do a deal, but I really don't want to do
a deal. I'm a This is if we're gonna talk boxing. Man,
I really want to fight, but I'm gonna price myself out.
That's what the Packers are doing. You don't know if
Aaron Rodgers is going to retire after next season. He's

(14:09):
an older quarterback. You are not getting a first round pick.
You better take a conditional pick. Man. The Packers don't lost.
They mind, they don't lost. They mind, Like, I'm not
giving you one let alone too, for a quarterback that
may play one or two more years. Are you kidding me?

(14:31):
The Green Bay Packers are trying to unload this fifty
eight million dollar options that they have the sign by setting.
But first, not only are they going to unload that,
but they're going to stick it to the Jets. Everybody's
saying that cooler heads are gonna prevail and that they'll
get the deal done, but godly, they are definitely holding
strong on they want a first round draft pick. You

(14:52):
know what, just listen to what you said. I never
even thought about the possibility of teams don't want to
give up two first round picks for a rod If
if he was thirty three years old, thirty four years old, okay,
you he you may have one year, maybe three years,

(15:12):
maybe two. He's been talking about retiring for the last
couple of years. So you think I'm gonna give you
the thirteenth pick in the draft for a quarterback that
I may have for one year. They gotta lost. And
if people get a super Bowl, if you're gonna get
a super Bowl out of it, nah, I don't think
that's gonna be putting all your chips in the center
of the table though, saying that we want this super

(15:35):
Bowl and it's all blown up after we won this
super Bowl. I mean, that's what it sounds like. But
they're looking at what the Rams got for Stafford. But
number one Stafford is Younker. He's younger. Is he has
accomplished is Aaron Rodgers? Absolutely not, but he's younger. He
fell off the cliff too. I don't know, but I
am not if he had a parachute on or not
or hang out. And you know what's funny, the fact

(15:57):
the fact that he fell off that cliff Leavar should
give the Jets even more pause, more concerned, more concern,
and so Screen Bay Packers like they need to get
off this high horse. You don't want Aaron Rodgers trading
to the Jets. That gm oh Man, they're tripping many
they are tripping. Hey, they trying to get that first

(16:18):
round draft pick. So they could trade away that that
first row it move up in the draft and get
another they will get another quarterback for their I think they,
I think they really feel like Jordan Love can rock
and get it done well. I really think they believe.
I might think I might disagree with that. I don't
disagree with that. I'm actually I actually I'm in the

(16:38):
belief because we were on this show when Jordan Love
was coming out. I believe and you know we weren't,
but we have talked about this. I think Jordan Love
is gonna be a good quarterback man, especially sitting three years.
If you can't get it done now, you're never gonna
get it done. All right, Well we'll touch on that
in a second hour. You know what I mean. Well,
we'll get to it, but we'll get a little bit

(16:59):
on your head. James J. J. Jackson Straight Facts Podcast.
He has some interesting things to say about one quarterback. Um,
you'll you know I'm curious is if he will take
it easy on this QB and then we'll talk a
little bit about the Raiders as well. Signing Jimmy g.
This is Up on Game. That is Plexico Birds. That

(17:20):
is T. J. Hushman's out. I am LeVar Arrington. Yeah,
we'll take quick break. We'll be right back. Welcome back
in Up on Game is Live from the tyrat dot
com studio. Ye make sure you check out up on
Game Network on YouTube and get those visuals that they
talked about during the break or wherever it is that

(17:44):
you get your podcasts. Check out up on Game, Up
on Game Presents. All right, we got uh discussion points
coming on the Raiders. Signing of Jimmy g in a
few moments. But first let's hear from our guy, James
J J. Jackson, straight facts pot cast. Whose head is
he on this week? It's like, I'm on your head

(18:08):
with James Jackson. Don't you put that on me? That's
when some players were saying at the end of last season,
because when expectations aren't met, inevitably, the blame's gonna get
put on somebody. And so now you force your way
out to a whole new team just so you can
escape that and the toxic nature it comes with. All Right, now,

(18:31):
I'm mister Derek Carr, I'm on your head. You better
be ready to prove him wrong. Although I guess he
wouldn't be the first person to leave Las Vegas without
his dignity. Huh. I'm sure you guys don't know anything
about that. But no, seriously, last season where Derek Carr
and the Raiders was a letdown. They ought to change
the name from the Las Vegas Strip to the Las

(18:52):
Vegas Strip Sack after what I saw. And so now
the car is taking across country road trip from Las
Vegas all the way in New Orleans, and just like
a road trip, they say, the Car's coming with a
whole lot of miles on them in some baggage, because
although the individual seat stats last season weren't terrible, the

(19:13):
overall outlook for Car and the Raiders was just disappointing
and at times embarrassing. And that's something that my Car
and Derek Carr got in common. When they both get
to their ninth year, they get shakey. Baby. That was
what happened with the Raiders. All on Derek Carr. No,
probably not, but people were questioning him to begin with

(19:34):
coming into the season, and when you have all that
talent on paper and amounts to nothing, those questions are
just gonna multiply. And y'all know, I was a big
Derek Carr supporter last season and a fan of the Raiders,
but the car broke down on me a couple of times,
So excuse me if I lost my pet boys. I'll

(19:55):
give that one a second to sink it. But for
what it's worth, Derek Carr now goes into a lackluster
division where he's presumably the best QB amongst his peers,
so let's see what he can do. But there's no
excuses now because it may have been a little bit
of a gamble to play in Vegas, but it's sink
or swim now here in to buy you. I'm on

(20:16):
your heat. Yeah, yeah, you know I'm I'm not gonna
say I disagree with the idea of Derek Carr being
a disappointment to the Raiders. I thought he's a fine
football player. But I just don't know how much of
the blame of how bad the team has been at

(20:37):
times falls on Derek Carr. I mean, it's been a
ton of coaching changes, It's been a lot of toxic
culture that takes place there. I've I've experienced toxic culture firsthand.
I don't care how good your team is personnel wise players,

(20:58):
I don't really don't care how good your coaches are.
If if your environment is that of a toxic environment,
you generally never see those teams have success. Now, I
will say they hit a whole time low, well not
really an all time low, but they definitely hit a
low by making what's appeared to be seemingly a splash

(21:23):
hiring of Josh McDaniels. And then Josh McDaniels comes in
and he wets the bid, so to speak, in the
type of season that he had exactly a splash. Well
it was the wrong splash. It was the splash you
wake up and you gotta take the sheets off of
the bid and tell and tell your your your other,
your your significant other or your parents that you know

(21:44):
I wet the bed there, you know. But you know
this is what I'm just saying. You know what, Listen,
I can't put it all on Derek Call, like you said,
because I'm looking at the losses last year, the first
five games. Four out of the five losses, I think
they lost by buying nine or ten points. So they
were in position to get these ws and winning these games,

(22:06):
but for some strange reason, they just couldn't get it done.
And I look at Derek Called leaving the Raiders and
going to the New Orleans Saints, and I'm saying to this,
I'm saying to myself, New Orleans Saints, what do you
see or what are you seeing? And Derek Carr that
we are missing because if my memory searchs me correctly,

(22:28):
the Las Vegas Raiders played the New Orleans Saints last
year in New Orleans, and the Saints beat the Raiders
twenty four to zero. And guess who was the starting
quarterback of that team. It was Derek Carr. And if
if you're a head coach or gent or the GM
general manager and you're responsible for putting players on a

(22:53):
roster that can go out and before after you watch
Derek Carr, basically you just get bombed and depleted in
your arena and you lose a football game twenty four
to zero, and you go out there, you signed this
man to one hundred million dollar guaranteed contract to be
the quarterback of your franchise. What the hell of y'all

(23:16):
doing down there in New Orleans? That makes zero sense
to me from an organization to go out and to
try to better your football team and you just beat
this man twenty four to zero. Last year. Now, number
one of the Saints defense is pretty good, and last
year Derek Carr wasn't the Derek Carr we had become

(23:40):
accustomed to. Sin. What Derek Carr have you been accustomed to? Sin?
Derek Carr has been a good quarterback his entire career
until last year. And Adams have fifteen hundred yards. Listen,
when you're you're playing from behind DeVante Adams had these yards.
But Derek car didn't have the type of Sea and

(24:00):
he normally has. And I just point, I just go
back to the previous season, not the twenty two season,
the twenty one season. The head coach gets fired, you
have the incident tragedy with Henry Ruggs, you have the
incident with Arnett on social media. What did Derek Carr do?

(24:23):
That's as much adversity as you can have in the season.
But Satya becomes an interim head coach. Derek Carr not
only shows how good of a leader he is, he
shows how good of a player he is by taking
the Raiders to the playoffs and literally within one play

(24:45):
of beating the Bengals and winning that playoff game. And
so once Derek Carr did what he did in that
twenty one season, considering all the adversity they had faced
up until that point, that showed me he can get
it done. I don't know what happened last year because
Derek Carr, he had some good games, but he had

(25:07):
a lot more bad than good. And the thing that
strikes me is when he got bench. Guys, they started
Jared Stidham. Do you guys know who Jared Sidham had
to play against in his first start? You guys, remember that.
I'm gonna tell you he had to go against the
San Francisco forty nine ers, Jared Sidham and that defense,

(25:29):
and at that time everybody was talking man of forty
nine ers defense might be one of the best we've seen.
All he did with stof over three hundred yards. So
that's where I'm like, And so when Stidham can come
in his first start and have that type of game,
it's something with McDaniels in card At that they just

(25:53):
didn't mesh. They didn't mesh. But if I'm the Saints,
I have no problem having Derek Carr is my quarter
back because over the course of his career he's played
good football. Last year, I have no idea what happened,
but you take away last year, Derek Carr has been very,

(26:14):
very good. So you're basically saying that the blameful what
the Raiders put on displayed last year has more to
do with Josh McDaniels than Derek Carr. Absolutely be Now,
look at how many games they were winning and they
give let's go to the Baker Mayfield game when they
play the Rams. That game is over. It's third and

(26:35):
I believe thirty nineteen and the defensive coordinator played press man.
Come on, you tell me how you played press man
and man on third and nineteen. Yeah, we ain't even
doing that, Madden like like, come on, I've done it before.

(26:57):
And I'll say this, Uh, hey, coach and and Josh
McDaniels may not mesh well either. I mean, Derek Carr
and Josh McDaniels. Hey, coach at Josh McDaniels. I mean,
it just seems like those are things that don't seem
to go together. But hey, that's that's just my opinion
on it. Um, we'll see how it all plays out.

(27:18):
And speaking of Josh McDaniels, Oh, we're gonna we're gonna
touch on him. But here's what we're gonna do. We're
gonna get an update from mister Isaac Lowenkron, the legend himself,
and then we'll keep the conversation going on. At the
NCAA Tournament, thirteen seed Furman is hanging tough nine twelve
left to play in the first half. Ferman, the thirteen seed,

(27:41):
and five seed San Diego State tied at seventeen a piece. Meanwhile,
Kansas announced this morning that head coach Bill's self will
not be coaching today's second round game against Arkansas as
he continues to recover from a heart procedure. Last week.
In the NBA on Friday night, Maxi Kleiman hit a
three point or at the buzzer you had to give
the Dallas Mavericks a one eleven one ten win over

(28:04):
the Lakers in LA. Finally an NFL item for the group.
Free agent receiver Odell Beckham Junior a short time ago
waited in on a recent report that he was seeking
twenty million dollars a year. He tweeted today, quote, I'm
just so confused where this quote is from me that

(28:25):
said I wanted twenty million a year. All I'm saying
is four million eight enough. Unquote. I know how he feels.
Fellas back to you. You know, I could dig it, Halo.
You know they should be paying you way more than
what you're making to do that brilliance that you do
every team. Time I hear you crack that microphone here
right here and these fine studios, Halo makes you think

(28:48):
they aren't that well, you just said it. Wow, I
was supporting you. Don't don't don't you know? Oh, that's
a good point. That's a good point. I was supporting you,
all right, my bad God, don't don't bring me down
when when I'm supporting, I mean you know. And speaking
of bringing you down, people thought that Derek Carr brought
Josh McDaniels down. But now seemingly Josh McDaniels has his guy. Uh,

(29:14):
he's reuniting with Jimmy Garoppolo and Jimmy g signs with
the Raiders. What do you guys see how do you
guys see this playing out for Josh McDaniels, the Raiders
and Jimmy Garoppolo. T J. Is Jimmy Garoppololo an upgrade
from Derek Carr? Flex That's a loaded question to answer.

(29:36):
Is he value face value? Is he an upgrade with
the Las Vegas Raiders? Yes? Face value is yes. Is
he a better quarterback than the value? You mean absolutely
not face value? I mean you look at no face value,
the success, the success that Garoppolo has had as a
starting quarterback. This is definitely an upgrade to to their car.

(29:57):
He's an upgrade because he understands that system. He understands
what McDaniel wants. They get each other. He's played under him.
He's A one. He's not a better quarterback than Derek Carr.
He is absolutely not a better quarterback. But in Las
Vegas it is an upgrade. If that's an upgrade, that's
an upgrade. Jimmy Garoppolo's a winner based on what winning

(30:19):
those defenses he plays with. I totally disagree. We're keeping
in the buckawo haters, man, I'm not larfense ms defense
was as good as they were supposed to be in
the Super Bowl. Jimmy Garoppolo, what okay? You had Best

(30:44):
Football as an award and the Super Bowl? Trovar Can
we go down memory lane? Because I don't recall this completely,
but I recall some of this. You remember when the
San Francisco forty nine ers played the Green Bay Packers
and how many times they let Jimmy g throw the ball?
Do you remember that? I don't. I don't recall that
less than ten in the playoff games. In today's game,

(31:05):
there was something that was wrong, Yeah, quarterback, that was
what was wrong. You cannot call something good winner. You
cannot call they have not won effort effort, Ryan, Please
pull up those stats from the Green Bay game in
the playoffs, please, and here they want just becons. TJ
screaming over me doesn't change how he's not a winner.

(31:26):
What what's what's Jimmy Garoppolo's record as as a forty
nine er. No, he's a winner. He's a winner. I'll
give you that. He is a winner. Ryan. Can you
please pull up the stats from that game. To win
football games, you have to be available and healthy, and
that's one of the things that Jimmy g has not
been able to be over. He's been healthy enough to
make them a super Bowl competitive team, and they're growing

(31:52):
with Brock Purty. Man. Well, we got Ryan in San Francisco.
He was thirty eight and seventeen. Wow, sounds like winning
to me. They're going with Rock Purty. How many do
you see? What? One super Bowl appearance? What? What? How many?
How many playoffs? Ryan? I need the stats from that
Green Bay game? Please? Thank you. I'm just saying I
got him guys eleven out of nineteen for one hundred

(32:13):
and thirty one yards, no touchdown, passes, one interception, quarterback
rating a fifty seven point one. That's horrible. They were
scared to throw the ball. There was he might there's
a there's a there is an element here that is
not being mentioned, and I don't remember the game, so
I do not I do remember the game. It was
the game prior where Shannonham was scared to let him

(32:38):
throw the ball. They had a two minute drill before
the first half and they ran the clock out because
they were scared. You do realize that Jimmy Garoppolo in
the in the Super Bowl gave the forty nine ers
a two possession lead of ten points against the Kansas

(33:00):
City Chiefs. And I do recall that Emmanuel Sanders is
wide open also, and everybody wants and everybody wants to
look at the missed throw by Garoppolo after which they
gave up their defense, gave up a two possession game lead.

(33:23):
All I'm saying is this, every everything's gonna be on
Josh mcdanmes for him moving forward, because he has this
guy now, Jimmy Garoppolo. If Jimmy Garoppolo doesn't go in
and play with then he's got to go. And that's
gotta be and it's gotta be Josh McDaniel's last opportunity
to be after coach. And that's fair. It's fair, that's
just is what it is. So good luck to you

(33:44):
Josh McDaniels and no more excuses. On the other side
of this break, Yeah, we're gonna talk a little Lakers basketball.
Let's see if TJ is as as um bold and
vodacious with his opinions of of what's going on with
the Lake show on the other side of this break.

The Lake Show, we got two minutes, and I feel
like that's one minute too long to talk about. What's
go ahead? Y'all have at it. I watched that game
last night. Not even that you don't play against the

(35:54):
Houston Rockets. I'm talking a d. We lose. You've already
missed a ton of games, like you can't play down
the stretch to get these players. We lose to the
Knicks because he left Julius Randall and Mitchell Robinson like
a D had been playing so well. But I think
when you get physical with him, he'll just settle for

(36:17):
jump shots. Like the Dallas Maverick game last night. I
was so angry because he fouls Cleiber shooting the three,
and you run to his left side instead of his
right side. You knock him down. He knocks down all three.
Then you get fouled and you missed the free throw,
and then Cleiber hit the three to win the game.

(36:38):
When that's your guy and you sagging into paint and
Kyrie's double team and it's like, come on, man. So
now at this point, man, we can't win with a D.
We won a championship with him. They gotta he gotta go, Bro,
got go, he gotta god gotta go. I have a
question for you, guys, man, because it's kind of been

(36:58):
a topic of the discussion with the NBA um and
as far as guys getting awards like Player of the Year,
different things like that. Do you think it should be
a relation to these guys contracts that they have to
play like sixty sixty five games because a lot of
these guys are missing games because of body management, and

(37:18):
you know what I mean, you should be prideful of
playing as many games as you possibly. They spend some
money to take care of themselves and train the way
that they're supposed to train, they wouldn't happen, Lebron. Don't
miss games unless it's absolutely necessary, right, spend some money,
take care of your body and get out there and
play like yeah, Defensive Player of the Yield or the

(37:39):
MVP and you play, Yeah, you can't. That's just money.
What means what means more becoming becoming a Defensive Player
of the Year or having your guaranteed contract guaranteed. I'm
just saying, like, that's that's the problem that that they're
running into. They're gonna get their money anyway. We got
hour two up up on game coming up next hour.

(38:01):
I'll tease you in a little bit, but until then, hey,
you know, take a quick break, get yourself together, check
the scores, check what's going on, and stay tuned in.
