We have a lot to get to today. It is
well heading into super Bowl week, got a lot going
on and well, you know, a lot of things to
talk about, so let's get right to it. But first, fellas,

(01:41):
how y'all doing, Man, how's everything going?

Speaker 3 (01:43):
Ah? Man? You know you out here, Well he's where
you at as us you on that water. But you know,
clear skies and palm trees. Man, little chili, you know,
once the sun drofts. But can't complain, man, can't complain,
how y'all boy's knowing?

Speaker 2 (01:58):
Man, Man, thing is beautiful, man, you know, just taking
another beautiful Saturday in you know, not as cold as
as normal. But uh, hey man, the soenter's a pun
my face and my back, Man, feeling good.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
It's a beautiful Saturday.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
And uh, hey man, my favorite time of the year man,
before the super Bowl another week. Uh you know a
lot of these young men get to fulfill a dream.

Speaker 5 (02:24):
Man.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
So it's a great week man for the league, and
you know, and especially you know, for for all those guys.

Speaker 3 (02:32):
Man. So my favorite time of the year.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
Well, you got an opportunity to win a super Bowl,
plex and and even playing one, did you did you
ever play at one?

Speaker 3 (02:41):
TJ.

Speaker 4 (02:43):
No, never didn't even get close. M hmm, I'm sorry.
I'm sorry to hear that. I'm sorry to hear that
I never even got close with Super Bowl playing, so
will always be I guess the rest of their expert
knowing what it's like to play in the Super Bowl.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
So let's talk a little bit about that.

Speaker 4 (03:05):
What is it like, you know, heading into this week
and let me let me add this to it. What
is it like knowing that a you had the opportunity
to get a three peat? So this is a lot
like the Super Bowl you played in plex you got
a team that is undefeated and could have made history.

(03:28):
Just like this this Kansas City Chiefs team, they have
opportunity to make history by winning three in a row.
You know, it seems inconceivable that the Giants would have
been able to beat that undefeated Patriots team.

Speaker 3 (03:41):
It seems like a.

Speaker 4 (03:42):
Tall task for this Philadelphia Eagles team to be able
to beat this Kansas City Chiefs team that's heading for
a three p what's that feeling like if you're the
Philadelphia Eagles heading into Super Bowl week knowing that this
is not only a rematch from you guys playing again,

(04:03):
that that you lost the first time around, but you
have the opportunity to spoil history being.

Speaker 3 (04:10):
Made, you know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (04:12):
I think you know, uh, you know going into this week,
you know, all week long, going to the Super Bowl,
knowing that you're an underdog and everybody is telling you that,
you know, you don't have a chance to win a
football game, and that's the reason why you play. To
go out and do things and accomplished feats that nobody
think that you were, you know, are able to accomplish.
And I would say for Philadelphia, man, uh they could,

(04:36):
they can win this football game. I mean there are
there are aspects of their team offensively and defensively. If
they can go out and I say, established a running
game obviously with Sa Kwan, and be able to protect
Jalen Hurst, him not turning football over and being able
to somehow kind of contain you know, this offense. Don't

(04:58):
let Travis ca he goes crazy in the middle of
the field when everybody know he's going to get the football.
But I always see like the determining factor for the
Kansas City Chiefs to spagno you man, it seems like
every time you know he has to have a play,
they come up with it, it will be a pressure
that the quarterback hasn't seen the entire game. It seems

(05:22):
like he holds like this ace in his back pocket
for special moments in a football game.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
And those plays.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
That he is able to create with his defense in
his mind and the scheme that he's running are the
difference in these football games when it comes down to
Kansas City because you look at you know, the season,
they weren't blowing people out, but I think it shines
a bigger light on the defense and how and what
they've been able to do and slow down some of

(05:49):
these explosive teams and these guys you know that are
winning games seventeen to fourteen, that this is something that
we had not you know, seen from the Kansas City Chiefs,
you know, and sometimes especially since specially been there. But
I think everybody, myself, I think when it comes down
to it, everybody loves the story of Saquan and what

(06:09):
he's been able to do this year. I think if
they give him MVP for this season, nobody would be
upset with it. But I just think when it comes
down to it, like number fifteen, man, he just has
this chip on his shoulder to go out and to
be great and to do something that's never been done.
You know, he hasn't let the two wins, two previous

(06:31):
Super Bowl wins affect him or cloud his judgment. And
you know, going into this season and everybody's saying it
can never be done, nobody's ever done it. Well, I
believe comes something next week he's going to prove everybody wrong.

Speaker 3 (06:45):
And went three in a row. Oh wow. I mean,
for me, if you look at what Plaque said, Spagnola
is he's fantastic man. He really is, because he gives
you so many different looks and then boom, corner blitz

(07:06):
and you don't expect it. I mean that play literally
decided the game. But Chris Jones, he's the straw that
stirs that drink, you know, because he can be so disruptive.
And what makes this matchup so compelling is this Eagles
offensive line versus Jason Kelsey retires and it's like, ah,

(07:30):
the Eagles, they going didn't have a slight drop off,
you know, up front, and they haven't and they haven't.
They haven't, Cam.

Speaker 4 (07:39):
Jerdy, it might be a little better to be honest,
And no, I don't I wouldn't say they're better. I
mean you look at them, they're better with with the running.
I mean this is a history, right, but is the
best running back in the NFL. So when you put
the best running back in the league behind that offensive line,
you get these results.

Speaker 3 (07:56):
But you're also, as Jason Kelsey said, it don't discredit
the fact that Jalen Hurts is in the backfield. Also,
him being able to pull that ball is probably gonna
give sa Quan a little more room than he would
normally have what a non running quarterback back there. But

(08:17):
I truly believe Spagnola's gonna say, you know what, I
don't care if Jalen Hurts throws for four hundred yards,
sa Quan is not beating us. He's gonna force Jalen Hurts.
I mean, you go to the last suit ball they play.
I believe, and I can be wrong. I believe my
homes through for one hundred and eighty two yards, Jalen

(08:39):
Hurts through for three oh five, and they still lost.
Jalen Hurts had that one fumble. I don't know, if
you recall the Eagles were winning the game, he fund
with the ball, they picked it up, they scored. That
was the only turnover of the game. That was a
critical turnover of the game, and so the Eagles are
gonna have to avoid that. But this game is gonna
be at least right now now like it's good on good.

(09:03):
The Chiefs yoused told just Chris Johans, Carl Office is
a beast up front. Carloftis is a gangster bro and
so as yet McDuffie can play. They got guys. The
entire linebacking Coru is good with the Chiefs. The Chiefs
had a top five defense and so I'm looking forward
to this. When the Chiefs have lost in the Super Bowl,

(09:24):
and that was to the Bucks, they pressured my holmes.
Can the Eagles front put pressure on Mahomes? Yes, and
do not. They can't let him run up the middle.
You got to force it outside. Can the Chiefs defense
defensive line pressure Mahomes if they can do that? Eagles?

Speaker 4 (09:44):
And yes, no, no, you got it, you're right, but no, no,
you're right, And yes they can, Yes they can. Jalen
Carter has come of age this year. I don't think
it's all about potential and just talent anymore. Jalen Carter
is on some grown man time.

Speaker 3 (10:03):
If you ask me.

Speaker 4 (10:04):
I think this is the best chance for a team
to beat the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs or
in the Super Bowl for the simple.

Speaker 3 (10:12):
Fact you look at Spags.

Speaker 4 (10:15):
His defensive schemes has been the quiet catalyst of this
team winning.

Speaker 3 (10:21):
It really has.

Speaker 4 (10:22):
Patrick Mahomes has been Patrick Mahomes and he's going to
be Patrick Mahomes. But it certainly has been the defense
that has been able to give them that extra added
push to be able to get in and out of
these Super Bowls the way that they have. I don't
know that their defense can stand up to this Philadelphia
Eagles offense. There's too much balance and now there's experience.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
There's experience.

Speaker 4 (10:50):
Now Saquon has never played in the big game, but
Saquon Barkley has something to prove, and he's clearly having
the best playoff of any player in the National Football League.
He's had the best season of any player. He's having
a great playoff run. I think he's going to be
very difficult for this Kansas City Chiefs team. Even with
all of the talent, even with the schematics that Spags

(11:13):
brings to the table, They're going to struggle against this
This Eagles team, They're going to struggle.

Speaker 3 (11:18):
And if you were.

Speaker 4 (11:19):
Recall the last time they met when we were all
in in Arizona, Jalen Hurst was the best football player
on the field that day.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
They came up short.

Speaker 4 (11:30):
They came up short not because of anything else other
than they ran out of time.

Speaker 3 (11:36):
That was it. It was shootout. They ran out of time.

Speaker 4 (11:38):
But Jalen Hurts showed the world that he could stand
up and be one of the best players to play
this game. In this game, I think he has something
to prove. He's going to play, He's going to play well,
and I think he's going to make some really good decisions.
Davonte Smith and AJ Brown being on those edges. I
just think with this offensive front, Kansas City is not

(12:02):
going to be able to stop everybody in this offense.
And I think that really is going to be the
difference in this game because I think the Philadelphia Eagles
defense and the Kansas City offense, I think they cancel
each other out. You're talking about number one defense in
the in the league. I think they canceled. I think
they cancel Kansas City's offense out. Am I crazy for

(12:25):
thinking that?

Speaker 2 (12:26):
I completely agree with you when you say that you
think that the Kansas City Chiefs are going to struggle
with this offense because they're so balanced. I think one
thing that Spags is going has recognized going into this
game is that, listen, I'm going to have to take
away one factor from this offense.

Speaker 3 (12:44):
The man can't.

Speaker 2 (12:45):
I can't let them go out there, run the football,
get the ball to aj Brown, throw the ball up
and down the field of Devonte Smith. He's going to
have to take away something. But just how great, just
how great this offensive line is. I think he's going
to resort back to that, playing that four man front

(13:05):
and being able to get pressure on Jalen Hurts without
blitzing them. I think that's going to be his scheme
of playing this playing in this game defensively because I
don't believe that he can, uh, you know, he's not
going to be able to stop the run, but he's
going to have to be able to put Jalen Hurts

(13:25):
behind the sticks, behind the chains in those second twelve
second and thirteen thirty two and let him and let
him recoverages with with with the eight man secondary and
just rushing three or four and being able to get
to Jalen hurts without blitzing.

Speaker 4 (13:45):
The only problem that's gonna you're going to incur with
that is that if it looks like a pass and
those run pass option style of offenses like this Eagles team,
you're running the risk of a big plays taking place
in the run game in a passing play because you're
going to hap you cannot. You can't play man the

(14:06):
man on the Eagles. If you're good enough to play
man the man on the Eagles, god bless, it's gonna
be a long game for the Eagles. I do not
think you can play man with a cry across across
the defense. Everybody man out, Everybody get your man, you
play man out.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
I don't think I really think that stands out.

Speaker 2 (14:25):
If you look at the Philadelphia offense, they do not
really have any wide receivers that have done anything outside
of aj Browny and Devonte Smith. That's all that I believe.
I believe that they can play a base defense or nickel.
There's no need for to play them in a dime
because there's no third or fourth wide receivers. So if

(14:48):
you're Spags, play defense and a base defense play too high.
Double those guys on the outside, and now you still
have support.

Speaker 3 (14:58):
For the run game.

Speaker 2 (14:59):
There's no need for you to bring out two and
three defensive backs against this offense because they don't have
anything outside of aj Brown de Smith one.

Speaker 4 (15:10):
I respectfully disagree that you got it. You're gonna you
can't just load up to play to run because you
can play.

Speaker 2 (15:17):
I'm not saying you're to play the run. You can
play this against this offense in a base defense.

Speaker 3 (15:23):
Yeah, I don't know. I don't know.

Speaker 4 (15:26):
I mean, we're gonna find out, because one thing's for sure,
you're gonna have to play to stop the run.

Speaker 3 (15:32):
That's what we do know.

Speaker 4 (15:34):
But at the same time, how do you compliment or
how do you if you're saying what you're saying is true.
They can cover man the man. They can do it
a regular base front, seven man front, maybe even a
safety playing in that box, and you create an eight
man box to be able to stop Jalen Hurts and
Saquon from running. If Spats can pull that off, it's

(15:56):
gonna be a long day for Philly.

Speaker 3 (15:58):
I just don't see them being aged on with two
el and a.

Speaker 4 (16:01):
Go and and sometimes you know what, and so the
Travis Kelcey and so the Travis Kelcey, and we ain't

I'm great for one of these these long days.

Speaker 3 (18:32):
Well once a year.

Speaker 7 (18:33):
Well I'm glad we got you for it early. So
ye all right, listen, we're gonna talk about, Well, there's
a probe that's been launched by the NBA. We'll talk
about that, uh, involving heat shooting guard Terry Rose here.
I'm sure some of you guys have heard about that.

Speaker 4 (18:53):
But yeah, but first let's let's talk about uh, you know,
there's always those age old debates about, you know, how
people should be viewed when they they kind of make
a decision or make a statement that doesn't seemingly hit

(19:14):
home with the masses of people. Cam Newton has done
it once again. He's spoke his piece and I tended
I agree with what he's saying, and it wasn't necessarily received.

Speaker 3 (19:30):
The right way by a lot of people.

Speaker 4 (19:32):
It's created a lot of interesting feedback and comments over it.
But here's what Cam Newton had to say about what
he traded the MVP award for Super Bowl. I ask you, Cam,
if you could give back that League MVP for a
Super Bowl championship, would.

Speaker 3 (19:52):
You do it? Nope. Oh really, really wow? What's more important?
Impact or championships?

Speaker 8 (20:01):
If we're being honest, the impact of you holding yourself
accountable to say, everybody has a responsibility to do. And
you could say, as an MVP Award winner or All American,
you've hailed yourself or you've hailed your into the bargain down.
And that's what it really comes down to for me.

(20:22):
I know that's not the popular pick.

Speaker 3 (20:24):
I'm trying to.

Speaker 8 (20:24):
Be popularized, but my take is I'm taking individual success
because I did my job.

Speaker 4 (20:34):
I'll say this, while I would trade in an individual
award to be a champion, I don't disagree with him.
I do not disagree because you got to bring your
best you in order to be the best. Wee if
you're not.

Speaker 3 (20:51):
Putting your best foot forward.

Speaker 4 (20:53):
If I can say I was the best player in
the league and I was voted that, then you can't
say we didn't win the Super Bowl because well, I
did something I shouldn't have done.

Speaker 2 (21:04):
I'm the most valuable could have got down there and
though for the football. But he said he made a
business decision. He didn't die for the football. Plexic right, Okay,
he made a business decision. So when you talk about
when you're talking about he wouldn't trade an MVP for
a team trophy. He said he's going to he's going
to take the individual ward because he did this part

(21:24):
of the bargain. So did his teammates go out every
Sunday and not do that part of the bargain to
help him, to help lift him to win the MVP.
Because if they won't out there on sat On Thursdays, Sunday, Saturday,
Monday nights, whenever they was playing, if his teammates weren't
at their best, given all that they have, then he

(21:44):
wouldn't be an MVP.

Speaker 4 (21:47):
Does that one play that he didn't die for that
fumble discredit Cab? It doesn't discredit anything.

Speaker 3 (21:56):
Was that was that? That's what he told us. But
that's what he took what he said.

Speaker 2 (22:01):
He didn't he didn't go after the ball because he
made a business decision.

Speaker 3 (22:08):
Was that the reason why they lost that game?

Speaker 2 (22:11):
I'm just saying the balls right there in front of you.
That's one play, and I agree with you. I agree
with you.

Speaker 4 (22:21):
When you're in a super Bowl, you gotta give everything
you got. Everything ain't no ain't no business. I don't
have a problem. I don't have a problem with count
of person at all.

Speaker 2 (22:32):
But when I sit here and listen to he said
he wouldn't portray the m v P for a super Bowl,
this is he's talking about impact. So you don't think
that in the fashion that we went about that game
and the way and the way that we wanted, you
don't think that had an impact on.

Speaker 3 (22:48):
Is what I This is, This is this is how.
This is how I took it. You can win a
super Bowl but be on the sideline. You can win
a super Bowl but play ten twelve snaps. That's how
I took it. That if he's one of those guys
he'd rather win an MVP. I didn't take it as

(23:11):
he's a starter, he means a lot to his team.
He'd rather have a super Bowl than MVP. Because if
I'm one of the main players on the team and
we win a super Bowl, I'm a big reason for that.
I'm a big part of that. And that's how I
took it. I don't know if the question was asked
in a way that now you the nickel corner, You're

(23:31):
gonna play twelve or seventeen twenty snaps a game over
the course of a season. Would you won a super
Bowl at MVP? I want a super Bowl? He would
probably say an MVP because I play a part in
this like when you when you're the nickel corner. But
there's no way he's going to get MVP. Hey. But

(23:53):
and that's why crazy. That's the only way I can
think why he answered it that way.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
The crazy thing about that question is this, if you
asked Cam Newton that same question without an m v P,
what do you think his answer would be?

Speaker 3 (24:10):
I want to a super Bowl, want a league MVP.

Speaker 4 (24:15):
But they did ask him would you give it? They
did ask him, would you give it back? Would you
give it back to win the super Bowl? See, to me,
he did play in a super Bowl, he just lost,
and that man was an MVP of the league and
played his ass off that year. Yeah, I get it.
That's he's the reason why they was there. He's the

(24:36):
reason why they were so so. And because to me,
it's like it's, first of all, it shouldn't be an
either or right. But suppose a hypothetical question such as that,
I still have to say. I tend to look at
how Cam gave his reasoning and it I mean, I

(24:59):
say you said him not diving for the ball if
he puts his best foot forward, and we would I
think we would all agree. Being labeled and voted the
MVP of the league says that you put your best
foot forward, which that's the regular season, not not the playoffs.

Speaker 3 (25:18):
That's regular season award. But still.

Speaker 4 (25:22):
That man did what he needed to do as a
player as for his team to go as far as
they did. But if everybody else on that team did
what they were supposed to do, may mean they wouldn't
super Bowl.

Speaker 2 (25:37):
When everybody is playing well, that makes you the good
players become.

Speaker 3 (25:43):
That was the hell of a Denver Broncos team too. Though, Hey,
between the three of us, it's probably what thirty some
years of NFL experience, and you guys got to understand,
like when you're a good player, you're real rightful about
what you do individually, very very prideful about what you

(26:05):
do individually. But football is the ultimate team sport. It's
the ultimate team sport. Like you can when a quarterback
when he's not playing well, what they say they gotta
getting weapons offensive line, ain't right. They got to get
him some receivers. As soon as you're getting the receivers
and he start bawling. You forget about that statement that

(26:26):
you made the previous year that you know the offensive
line and the receivers weren't right.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
Man.

Speaker 3 (26:30):
It's all to the team game. Man. We need the
guy to left and to the right of us to
do his job so I can do mine. Now, some
guys do it better than others, but we rely on
each other so much. It's just the fact that the quarterbacks,
the guys that score the touchdowns and throw the touchdowns
a lot of the times, get more recognition than other

(26:53):
guys when we're all doing the job that needs to
be done for others to succeed. That's just how it is.
One hundred percent one. I still think.

Speaker 4 (27:03):
Though, even in looking at it, look look even in
looking at it, like like, Okay, if Peyton Manning says
the same thing Cam Newton says, is he looked at
the same way?

Speaker 3 (27:17):
I think?

Speaker 4 (27:17):
I think if it depends on who the person that's
delivering the middle, I.

Speaker 3 (27:22):
Think to because Peyton has accomplished both. Uh, It's it's
hard for they that question because Cam played in the
Super Bowl, didn't win it, and won an MVP. It's
like which one would you have preferred.

Speaker 4 (27:39):
Because one is a let's be clear, one is an
individual award, and one is a team award. It takes
a team to win the super Bowl. It takes a
person to win an MVP, which it takes a team
to win an MVP too.

Speaker 3 (27:52):
It takes a team. It takes a team to win
an MVP. I don't need to tell you. I don't
care who you are. A quarterback.

Speaker 2 (27:57):
If them hogs up front ain't protecting you, you in trouble.

Speaker 3 (28:02):
I get that.

Speaker 4 (28:02):
But you still have to individually produce to get an
individual and the guys like myself and TJ, we have
to individually produce also, that's correct, and he has to
produce all but he has to produce the whole man, get.

Speaker 3 (28:20):
Me stretch Cam Newton show that year.

Speaker 2 (28:27):
It's it's not a one man show at any position
on the football.

Speaker 4 (28:34):
Well, that's why it's the ultimate team sport. But yet
there are individual awards. I just think, and I just
think in this scenario in particular, I think the way
people feel about Cam Newton, if we're being totally honest
and we're being totally real, I think people reacted to
Cam saying it the way that he did because of

(28:56):
the perception that people have of Cam Newton.

Speaker 3 (28:59):
If you take away.

Speaker 4 (28:59):
The perception the persona, how confident Cam Newton is, how
he comes across unapologetic, and how he does things and
how he says says things. I do not think that
this would be as as much of a debate. I
don't think that it would be as as kind of
like it kind of comes across as abrasive and it's not.

(29:21):
It kind of comes across as like confrontational or adversarial,
like I'm taking I'm taking the award, I'm taking the
MVP because that's what means that that means I did
what I was supposed to do. It's just to me
the persona that that the reputation that Cam Newton has
been like like labeled, really plays a part.

Speaker 3 (29:45):
And why I think that this became such a debate,
I don't.

Speaker 4 (29:51):
I think people have debated, but I'm just saying I
think in general, the media, certain people have have have
almost labeled him has been like this self absorbed, stuck
up type of arrogant type of dude. And I think
if he and the reason why I said Peyton Manning
not because of a racial thing, white black thing. It

(30:11):
was more so people look at Peyton Manning as like
this humble dude. He's unassuming, you know, he's kind of
you know, he's quiet, but he's witty, Da da dad,
this and that. Like people would say that, you know,
Peyton Manning. It's kind of like the antithesis of what
Cam Newton is, and Cam is the antithesis of what
a Peyton Manning is. And so that's why I said,

(30:33):
if Peyton Manning said Caim was also a superman, Yes
he was, Yes he was, and dabbed on you and Dad,
and you want to fight him, and he's too big
for you to deal with him, so he kept dabbing
on you.

Speaker 3 (30:47):
Anyway.

Speaker 4 (30:47):
I just think Cam Newton intimidates a lot of people,
and because of that intimidation factor, people see what they
want to see when they hear what he has to say.
I didn't disagree with what he said. I think that
you do have to be the best you, and if
you bring the best you to the table in these scenarios,

(31:08):
then you have nothing to be ashamed about if you
don't win a Super Bowl. So if I'm saying, if
I'm saying I'm going to not be the MVP so
that I can win the super Bowl. It's almost like
you're making somebody make a decision on being a contradiction
of trying to be the best you that you can be.

Speaker 3 (31:27):
Why would I not want to be the best be
that I can be.

Speaker 2 (31:30):
I'm not disagreeing with you with anything that you're saying,
and I'm not disagreeing and I'm not agreeing with what
he said because of how people see him, they judge them,
or how he's labeled in the media, so to speak.
I just know how tough this game is to play,
you know, as a whole, as a group, and as

(31:51):
a team especially. You know, TJ would understand more than
anybody our success on everybody, everybody, not just me. That's
why that's why you always take it. That's why I
always took it personal. When you went out, everybody else
did their job and you drop a football. I come

(32:13):
back to the huddle. Man in the world, apologize, but Amn,
my bad, I gotta be better. I just know how
difficult it is for everybody to be on the same
page every particular play for that play to have success,
and it does come from individual efforts. And that's why
we receive our individual awards. But that's correctan say from

(32:34):
a quarterback position. If I'm not at my best on
Sunday and TJ's now his best on Sunday, it doesn't
matter how great Cam Newton is on that day, because I.

Speaker 4 (32:45):
Think that, if I agree with you, it's a I
think that's a given. I think that's the giving of
it all. It's that in order to get that award,
everybody's got to be playing their best. If if catch
is dropping balls all the time and he's not getting
any stats and y'all not winning games, he's not up
for the award. So I totally agree with what you're saying.
It makes a ton of sense. I'm just saying, he's

(33:08):
got to deliver that ball. You got all things given.
You got to run a dope route or or it
might be a fifty to fifty ball and you got
to go get it. And you know what, they won't
remember that it was a fifty to fifty ball. They'll
see the stat line and say, Okay, that was a
part of the reason why Cam got the MVP award.

Speaker 3 (33:25):
Look at the yards during this game. It might have
been yards after the catch, whatever it may be. So
I agree with what you guys are saying.

Speaker 4 (33:32):
But yet and still, it's a given that everybody out
there has to do their part.

Speaker 3 (33:39):
But he's got to do his part, and.

Speaker 4 (33:41):
He's got to do it at a high level, especially
to be considered as well an MVP. And speaking of MVPs,
let's get an MVP of updates. We got our guy,
Isaac loher Kron. What's trending, sir?

Speaker 1 (33:56):
That's right, Isaac Lower.

Speaker 5 (33:57):
Yeah, you guys, and I'll tell you that busy Saturday,
we'll start hellas in the National Football League with The
Baltimore Banner reporting today that three additional massage therapists are
now accusing Baltimore Ravens placekicker Justin Tucker of sexually inappropriate behavior. Now,
on Thursday, the band reported that six other massage therapists

(34:20):
accused Tucker of sexually inappropriate behavior, all nine. All nine
massage therapists alleged that the misconduct occurred between twenty twelve
and twenty sixteen.

Speaker 3 (34:30):
Now.

Speaker 5 (34:30):
Regarding these latest allegations, Tucker's attorneys referred to Tucker's social
media post on Thursday in which he said he quote
did not act inappropriately before, during, or after a treatment session, unquote. Meanwhile,
in the NBA, ESPN reported moments ago that the Los
Angeles Clippers are trading PJ. Tucker mo Bamba, a future

(34:50):
second round pick and cash to the Utah Jazz in
exchange for Patty Mills and Drew Eubanks. One footnote today
just happens to be he Drew u Bank's birthday.

Speaker 3 (35:02):
Happy birthday, Happy birthday.

Speaker 5 (35:04):
In college basketball, right now, fifth rank Florida has a
seventeen to sixteen lead over number eight Tennessee, three twenty
left to play in the first half. Finally, guys, Tonight,
when North Carolina visits number two Duke at Cameron Indoor Stadium,
North Carolina fraternities will be getting free pizzas delivered to

(35:24):
their respective fratthouses. Courtesy of new North Carolina football coach
Bill Belichick.

Speaker 3 (35:32):
Brilliant, brilliant gesture. Brilliant.

Speaker 5 (35:36):
I'm just kind of curious how something like that might sound.

Speaker 4 (35:40):
Try he gonna be strolling out with a piece of
pizza with his taco meet out with with the Walkers.

Speaker 3 (35:48):
Say, I mean he went back to college for a reason.
I loo he went back for reason.

Speaker 1 (35:57):
As usual.

Speaker 5 (35:57):
You're leaving precious little room for miss interpretation.

Speaker 3 (36:01):
That's okay, I think.

Speaker 4 (36:05):
Hey, but seriously, all joking aside, get your student body involved,
and who gets the student body involved more than the
frats in those colleges like North Carolina. Anyway, Great job
Bill Belichick, Great job TJ Plex. All right, great job
Bo and Sam. You guys are doing an amazing job.

(36:25):
We're gonna take a quick break on the other side
of the break. Yeah, we're gonna talk a little bit
about this NBA betting probe. We'll be right back. This
is up on game Fox Sports Radio. Hey, listen up, guys.
Do I need to mention that safety and self protection
should be a big, big, big priority for you in

(36:46):
twenty twenty five. A lot of people out here hurting people,
robbing people, going into their homes. I don't know why,
but I'll tell you this. If you have a situation
where you need to have some defense, well, the best
offense is having a good defense. And what's your plan
if you ever face a situation that demands personal protection?

(37:07):
What are you doing? I know what I'm doing. Meet Berna.
Let's lethal launcher.

Speaker 3 (37:12):
That's right. What is it? Well, I'll tell you what
it is. It's a way for you to defend.

Speaker 4 (37:17):
Yourself and de escalate a situation without the air reversible
consequences of deadly force. I mean, do you really want
to pull the trigger and deal with the financial and
mental repercussions, among other things. Legal, right, it's a great
compliment to owning that firearm where you don't want to

(37:38):
pull that firearm trigger. I'm a firearms owner, and I'm
gonna tell you right now, I feel way more comfortable
and confident knowing that I could de escalate a situation
with non lethal rounds to protect myself or my family
in these types of situations where we feel threatened. All right,
They're legal in all fifty states, no permits, no back

(38:00):
round checks needed. As I mentioned, I own them. These
launchers have powerful deterns like tear gas and kinetic rounds
with a sixty foot range, one shot can incapacitate attackers
for up to forty minutes, giving you and your loved ones,
or whoever it is you're protecting in those moments a
fair opportunity to get away. All right, Listen, Police departments

(38:25):
use them, private security firms, government agencies, and there's fourteen
thousand and four and a half star reviews out there
that speak glowingly of Burner. If you're filling up to
it and you want to check it out, go visit

we only got a couple couple of minutes. But this
whole Terry Roseier deal, I didn't want to spend too

(39:54):
much time on it, but I did want to get
y'all's opinions on it. What point does it, you know,
become very clear that if you do these types of
things in gambling that you're going to get caught like
this are you're going to get caught gut.

Speaker 3 (40:17):
And it should have been clear as soon as you
got to the league, and if it wasn't when John
tay Porter got in trouble, like, I don't know what
these dudes is doing, bro, it really is if this
is true, and obviously it's sickness. No, Bro, you're you're
gonna risk millions over thousands like you hustling backwards? Bro,

(40:38):
you are hustling backwards. You're risking millions trying to make thousands.
Make it make sense. It makes no sense to me.
But if this is something they want to do, hey
have fun.

Speaker 2 (40:51):
It wasn't a kind of situation where he was, you know,
betting money. It was point shavings. He played in a
game and he took himself out of a game back
in you know, twenty twenty three or whatever. But he
hasn't been accused of anything or charged with a crime,
but they're saying that, you know, he took a full specially,
he took himself out of out of a basketball game

(41:13):
to keep himself under whatever point he had or you know,
supposed to make for that night or whatever the case
may be, a never return for the rest of the season.
So you know, hey, listen, it's unfortunate situation for him.
You know, Terry is one of my favorite young players
in this league. I enjoy watching him. I think he
is you know, he's a he's a great young talent.

(41:35):
But for just you know, something like this to arise,
you know, especially you know where he's at in his
career right now. I hope it's not true. He hasn't
been charged with a crime, but it's just, you know,
when you get into like these federal investigations and all
those kinds of things, man, it's not that easy to
get out of it. So I'm hoping, I'm hoping that
it's not true, and just wish my young man the best.

Speaker 4 (41:59):
Yeah, just stop gambling, please, Like, if you're a pro player,
just cut it out man like that. I don't know
if he's guilty or innocent. We'll find that out. But
if you're a young player in this game, college pro,
cut that ass out, man like it ain't worth it.

(42:19):
It's not worth the repercussions of it all. Do something else.
Play Uno, you know, play go Fish, Rummy five hundred,
do one of those things. Man, Don't do all that
other stuff. All right, I just wanted to make sure
I put that out there. You're listening to up on game.
