privately held retailer in the nation. She's a self taught
designer and under her leadership envision, her brand has actually

(02:22):
reached the twenty fourth spot on the Ink five thousand list.
She's been named by Forbes as CEO of the top
twenty five small businesses that thrive during the pandemic. And
so she also has started her brand in her kitchen
and has skilled it to over eighty million dollars. And
she's also doing work in Africa. They build two girls
dormitories to aid in menstrual poverty. Nice so Sadata, I

(02:44):

Tabatha Brown. Yeah, Tabitha Brown. And so Tabitha Brown was
actually wearing her clothes.

hundred two ninety two fifty one to fifty just in
case you couldn't get through. And when we come back,
we have your yet, And I mean we got to
start it off with Diddy and all the details that
we know thus far about.

Speaker 4 (03:57):
His homes getting raided, Who rated the homes? What does
this mean?

Speaker 2 (04:01):
Who's speaking out right now? So many different things going on.
We'll discuss it in yet. It's way up, yo.

Speaker 5 (04:06):
She about to blow the lead about this, but let's
get it. Oh Angelus feeling that yet, Come and get
the tea.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
All right, it's way up at Angela. Yea, I'm Angela Yee.
Jasmine brand is here. Yes, I'm a own brand, and
I know you are following this story very closely on
the Jasmine brand of course. But Diddy his houses in
LA and Miami have been raided by federal law enforcement. Now,
law enforcement sources have told TMZ that agents for Homeland

(04:33):
Security are in the middle of raiding Ditty's properties. According
to a source, the probe is being led by the
US Attorney for the Southern District of New York and
carried out by the Department of Homeland Security Investigations trans
National Organized Crime Division. The investigation is all due to
these allegations that have been put forth by several civil

(04:55):
lawsuits filed in New York against Ditty with allegations of
sexual assault, including one that was filed in December in
federal courts. And Diddy, as we all know, has previously
denied those allegations. And you know, we did see that
Christian homes justin Colmes.

Speaker 4 (05:16):
We saw them detained, Yeah, detained, but not arrested.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
And now, according to reports, agents were authorized to search
for documents, phones, computers, and other electronic devices that hold
data or videos. And they said, again, this is related
to an ongoing sex trafficking investigation. You know, there's three
separate lawsuits that have been filed in recent months where
he's been accused of sex trafficking, and again he has

(05:41):
repeatedly denied this. He did settle that suit that Cassie
brought against him, but he still is saying that deciding
to settle that suit was not an admission of wrongdoing. Now,
I'll be sure, went and posted as well, one plus
one equals you. And then he posted a conversation he
was having with his doctor. And here's what that sounded like.

Speaker 8 (06:03):
You had something called a cute on chronic liver failure
where your lever got so said so quickly that most
people with that severity of disease will value through disease
within twenty eight days. Well, and I believe I was
septic at the time as well.

Speaker 6 (06:16):
That was septic because one.

Speaker 3 (06:17):
Hundred yeas you were unresponsive multiple.

Speaker 8 (06:21):
Organ failure as well, when I was told, yes, multi
system work in failure.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
All right, And I'll be sure it has repeatedly have
put up messages, you know, when Diddy and Cassie, when
that lawsuit happened, he had things to say about that. Yeah,
and also when Kim Porter was killed because he you know,
that is kim Porter's X that is DRANCHIUSI gather.

Speaker 3 (06:42):
Yeah, he always says. I feel like he's never really direct.
He kind of speaks in like subliminals and you.

Speaker 4 (06:49):
Know, I mean he said your time has come.

Speaker 3 (06:52):
Well, yeah, I mean I'm just saying he's never you know,
I just feel like I wish he would just kind
of be more direct about you know.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
It's probably hard because I think also with this post
that he just put up that was detailing his sickness
that happened really quickly, people were speculating, right, they think
that maybe maybe did he had something to do with
it allegedly, And so that's partially why it may be
scary to come out and directly say things because people
feel like that.

Speaker 3 (07:19):
Yeah, and no, I'm not saying it's an easy thing,
but it's just like maybe, you know, he just does
a lot of subliminals, and I'm always like, Okay, is
he really gonna one day just kind.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
Of yeah, because I feel like he has said it,
you know, enough that people pick up on it. But
the private jet that he owned also left his residences
as the rating was happening, and they said he was
headed to Cape Verd. Cape Verd has no extradition treaty
with the United States, so people are feeling like maybe

(07:47):
he's doing that because he is aware that this could
get uglier. But again, he has not been arrested. They
are still investigating, and we see a lot of people
also responding on social media. Of course fifty cent. Of course,
he said, it's just got rail the Feds in all
the cribs. Damn, they got the kids in cuffs. Now,
it's not Diddy do it. It's Diddy done. They don't

(08:09):
come like that unless they got a case.

Speaker 3 (08:12):
Oh my gosh. And then meanwhile, everybody's looking at young Miami.

Speaker 2 (08:15):
Right and saying everything she says. Now they're like, did
you watch the news?

Speaker 4 (08:20):
Diddy.

Speaker 2 (08:21):
Also, Aubrey has reacted and she said, what you sew,
you shall reap. I pray this emboldens all of us
victims to finally speak on what us victims, sorry on
us victims, to finally speak on what we have endured.

Speaker 3 (08:34):
She's always been pretty vocal.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
She definitely yes, all right, well that is yet, and
we'll keep you guys updated when we come back. We
also have about last night. That's where we discussed what
we did last night. We were together which was nice.
It's way up.

Speaker 6 (08:48):
So about last night. Last night, last night.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
I went down It's way Up by Mandela Yee. Jasmine
brand is here.

Speaker 3 (08:56):
Yes, good morning, and it's.

Speaker 4 (08:57):
About last night. Good morning.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
So yesterday I was at my place in Brooklyn, the
nurished spot BK.

Speaker 3 (09:04):
That was my first time there since it reopened.

Speaker 4 (09:06):
Yeah, so that has reopened about six weeks ago. It's great.

Speaker 2 (09:09):
I have a Way Up juice there, so when you
go there and make sure you try the Way Up.
Very tasty, very tasty, and it has great things in
there because we put together a drink that has some
of my favorite fruits and vegetable. So there's celery, there's watermelon,
ginger apples, so you can try it. Yes, good also
will get you really regular, but anyway it will. I

(09:30):
was doing an interview for this Goat series, just basically
talking about all the things that I've learned in business,
how I've got to where I've gotten to.

Speaker 4 (09:38):
How are you able to operate?

Speaker 2 (09:40):
And I was just telling Jasmine earlier about more things
that I want to do, and then I was like,
hold on, let me finish handling the things that I
have on my plate right now, because it's so hectic.

Speaker 3 (09:50):
You have a lot going on, like I told you
this morning.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
Yeah, so I just want to take some time because
I'm gonna be honest, I have not been having any
fun when it comes to doing things financially. All my
money is like tied up in different things in different places.
I'm like, it's a struggle right now, but it's a
beautiful struggle. At least you know that your money's going
towards something. Yeah, they're investments, right for sure. You may
be cash poor right now, but it's a reason for it.

(10:14):
But anyway, when we were leaving after the interview, there
was a guy outside from the area. Yeah, he was
on his way into the narrow Spot and him and
Jasmine exchanged some words and then.

Speaker 4 (10:25):
He was like, am I supposed to get in touch
with you?

Speaker 3 (10:27):
Well, actually he was talking to you first, not like
not like that people about Yeah, how excited he was,
Yeah yeah, yeah, and to see me, you know, in
the area because he lives in the area too.

Speaker 4 (10:40):
But then yeah, you guys started exchanging some words.

Speaker 3 (10:43):
Yeah, we had a conversation, and.

Speaker 4 (10:46):
You know you're single.

Speaker 3 (10:47):
Mm hmm. So I felt like Jazz and why didn't
you give him a number or.

Speaker 4 (10:53):
But do people do that?

Speaker 6 (10:54):
Now?

Speaker 2 (10:55):
Like can you meet somebody tried and just give them
your number? Or because I feel like he could go
and look on Instagram and then try to DM you
that way, or how do you meet somebody because it's
not like you just give your number out on the street,
or do you like, do people do that?

Speaker 9 (11:10):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (11:11):
I always when I talk to guy, there's usually if
someone knows them, right, you know, like there's a common
person that already knows they could tell me about the person.
That's what I like when someone already knows someone that
knows them or you know what.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
I mean, right, because that's that's a bold thing to do,
to be like, well, what's your number? I just met
you on the street. But he took he took he took,
he took it fine. But yeah, maybe one day you'll
se him again. But the other thing that happened is
while I was doing an interview. When I finished, that's
when I went to look at my phone and everything
was about Diddy.

Speaker 4 (11:38):
Yet this is happening.

Speaker 2 (11:40):
I want to know what you guys to think it
because I'm seeing different reactions from people. Some people feel like,
you know, he's being targeted for whatever reason. Uh, and
some people feel like, good, your time has come. And
we've seen a lot of people that have had issues
with Ditty in the past now speaking out and feeling like.

Speaker 4 (11:58):
All right, this is what he deserves.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
But we want to see what you guys are thinking
based on what you know about Diddy and watching this
whole process take place and how they've raided his homes
and you know, Justin and Christian to be in cuffs
while this is all happening. What do you guys think
about this? Eight hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty.
What are your thoughts on Ditty?

Speaker 4 (12:18):
Again? That's eight hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty.

Speaker 5 (12:21):
You vibin way up with Angela Yee more now.

Speaker 2 (12:25):
All right, it's way up with Angela Yee. I'm Angela Ye.
Jasmine brand is here, yeah, on my own brand. And
these are some serious allegations against Ditty and we can
see how serious it is as his homes have gotten
raided and he was spot at the Miami Opa LACA
Executive Airports.

Speaker 4 (12:44):
He was pacing.

Speaker 2 (12:44):
Somebody filmed him outside of the customs office there. He's
not being detained they said he is not in custody,
and eyewitness ses that he was waiting and other people
in his party there who were stopped and questioned by
the FEDS as well, that he and his crew got stopped.
He appeared to be aboard a separate private jet. That's
when Homeland security came as well. And we also saw

(13:08):
a video of separate raids in LA and Miami that
went down yesterday according to reports. You know, this is
a serious issue, and this has to do with sex trafficking.

Speaker 3 (13:19):
This is very serious when you have you know, all
these authorities in the Southern District involved. This is serious. Yes.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
And the kids we saw, both Christian and Justin were
in handcuffs. This is so tough for the children. That's
really who we have to think about as well. And
they said law enforcement was walking through the house with
guns drawn.

Speaker 3 (13:42):
I saw that, I saw foot that Angela h.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
But you know, part of what they said was that
they were told that he has armed security. Oh, so
that's why they were being super cautious with their law
enforcement activities. And they also were saying that his plane
the flight path appears to be headed towards Cape Verd
And they also said the plane was in Antigua in

(14:06):
the Caribbean. Is this plane I don't know, but people
are tracking it, and I'm sure he has more than
one private jet as well. But we want to know
what you guys think about ditty. Eight hundred two nine
two fifty one fifty Candice, how are you?

Speaker 10 (14:18):
I'm awesome?

Speaker 11 (14:19):
I love you so much. So this is like the
best thing ever.

Speaker 4 (14:23):
Thank you, we love that. What do you think about? Ditty?

Speaker 12 (14:27):
So?

Speaker 11 (14:27):
I think we're in this era where we're seeing that
people in really high positions of powers that have always
been there for a long time and thought they were untouchable,
are finally being held accountable for their actions. I understand
some people's perspective like, oh, they're trying to target him,
because we've seen people be targeted, right.

Speaker 7 (14:46):
But as a one of those black person.

Speaker 13 (14:48):
Myself, we can't just use that to cover up the
famous black person's actions, teacher, like, we have to also
hold our own people accountable because we don't want to
be victims of our own.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
What's a good point.

Speaker 4 (15:01):
Okay, that's a good point, all right, Candie, Well, thank
you for calling.

Speaker 7 (15:04):
Thank you, and I love you.

Speaker 12 (15:07):
Thank you.

Speaker 4 (15:08):
I hope you do too. We love you too.

Speaker 3 (15:12):
Bye, Candice.

Speaker 2 (15:13):
Hey Greg, how are you doing good? We want to
know what you think about Diddy. What's your thoughts.

Speaker 10 (15:18):
I feel like he has been the target, to the media,
to the internet everything. Now with the casting situation, I'm
not going to really speak on it. He took care
of what he had to do with it. But every
since then, I've just been a snowball effect of like
he's gay, he's throwing boy party and you know, all
the internet just needs is a little bit of something
and they're just going to run up with it and

(15:39):
then you know, get the police involved. Now it's a
serious situation. So I do feel like he's being targeted
with some situations, and it's just a lot going on
with him right now. And I do feel like he's
being targeted every since the whole CASTI thing did come.

Speaker 2 (15:52):
Out, and you know, you see, Prince Harry was also
named in a thirty million dollars sex trafficking lawsuit against
Ditty as well.

Speaker 4 (16:00):
But Prince Harry, he's not a defendant.

Speaker 2 (16:01):
He has been accused of anything criminal, but he has
been named in that lawsuit too.

Speaker 3 (16:06):
You believe Diddy is innocent, He's just being unfairly targeted.

Speaker 10 (16:10):
I'm not going to say he's innocent because I mean, well,
you're innocent for proving guilty.

Speaker 3 (16:14):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (16:14):
I guess we'll know soon enough, because they did take
his phone, they took his devices and yeah, and so
I guess that's why it's still an investigation. But they
won't do an investigation like that unless they have some
real hard, yeah, potential evidence. So there's something that we
don't even know about. All right, Well, thank you for.

Speaker 4 (16:35):
Calling, no problem.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
You don't have a good day, you too, Hey, d Hi,
how are you? We want to know what you think
about Diddy?

Speaker 10 (16:44):
I it's unfortunate because I've been in love with him
since I was like fourteen.

Speaker 4 (16:49):
But at the same time, everyone knows that.

Speaker 7 (16:53):
But fayers do not.

Speaker 13 (16:54):
Come after you, and they have a lock solid pace
right right, they have a ninety.

Speaker 12 (17:01):
Right, So that's not true.

Speaker 10 (17:04):
But it's not looking good for my boy.

Speaker 2 (17:07):
So crushes over she say that, Yeah, yeah, so I'm
asking all right, all right, well, thank you for Colin.
And that's somebody that's a fan of his.

Speaker 3 (17:17):
Yeah, it's been around for so long.

Speaker 2 (17:20):
And people really admired him as an executive and things
like that. But you know, we see all these other Now,
Cuba Gooding Junior has been officially accused too by a
little Rod Rodney, Little Rod Jones Junior. He's been accused
of sexual assault also. So there's a lot of names
that are tied up in this too. But we'll keep
you guys updated, and when we come back we have
yet I'll give you some more details on that as well.

Speaker 4 (17:43):
But let's also talk about some other things.

Speaker 2 (17:45):
Like movies and the works, and this one I definitely
want to see.

Speaker 4 (17:49):
Will tell you about it.

Speaker 5 (17:49):
It's way up the rooms from industry shade to all
of gosp out angels feeling that.

Speaker 4 (17:59):
All right, it's I'm here, Jasmine brand, I'm here. It's here.
Let's get in to set. Let's do some more diddy stuff.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
You know, we didn't get into details about this, but
Prince Harry has now been named in a thirty million
dollar lawsuit and that is by a little Ride Rodney,
Little Rode Jones. He filed these documents last month. He
said the guests were drawn to Ditty's alleged sex trafficking
parties because of his access to celebrities like famous athletes,
political figures, and international dignitaries like British Royal Prince Harry.

Speaker 4 (18:31):
To be clear, Prince Harry.

Speaker 2 (18:32):
Is not a defendant. He hasn't been accused of doing
anything wrong. He's just a name.

Speaker 3 (18:36):
He's in close proximity due being around hanging out right
kind of circles.

Speaker 2 (18:40):
And listen, some people may not have any idea. I've
been to a ditty party once. What it was New
Year's Eve?

Speaker 4 (18:46):
I know it was New Year's Eve. I was with
I don't even throw people, but I was at.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
Roxy Roxys and it was New Year's We we left
while the party was still in full swing, seated with stuff.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (19:02):
I was probably there for like an hour. It was
too crowded for me. I was like, this is too crowded.
Let me get out. But you know, we did a
little pass through. Now another person has been accused of
sexual assault and harassment, and that is Cuba Gooding Junior.
Little Rod has now accused him of sexually harassing and
assaulting him, and according to you know, representatives from for Diddy,

(19:25):
he did not immediately respond for a request for comment,
but he says that Cuba Gooding Junior began touching, groping,
and fondling his legs, his upper inner thighs, near his
growing the small up his back, near his buttocks, and
his shoulders. He said he was extremely uncomfortable, leaned away
from him, rejected his advances, and he did not stop until,
according to Little Rod, he forcibly pushed him away. And

(19:48):
he says this did happen on a yacht that was
rented by Diddy back in January of twenty twenty three. Now,
Cuba Gooding Junior has not been charged with any crime.

Speaker 3 (19:58):
This is not the first time, and there's this kind
of accusation about around.

Speaker 2 (20:02):
Cuba Gooding Junia. Yeah, he's had other allegations. Yeah, that's
not the first accusations as well. All right, Now, Kevin
Hart has taken a major loss. He sold his board
Ape NFT for a fraction of what he paid for it.
Remember when board ape was like when everybody was trying
to get and spending so much money on these NFTs.
So he spent about two hundred thousand dollars on it

(20:23):
in Ethereum, and now he has sold it for about
forty six thousand, which I'm surprised it's even worth that much.

Speaker 4 (20:31):
Still a loss, yeah, I mean, it's a loss.

Speaker 2 (20:33):
Yeah, you know, I didn't think it would be worth
but Justin Bieber actually owned some that was valued last
year at fifty nine thousand dollars.

Speaker 4 (20:40):
He paid one point two nine million.

Speaker 3 (20:41):
Oh my goodness, I'd be sick. Well, I guess if
you had that kind of money, it's not I'll be That's.

Speaker 4 (20:46):
Still a lot, all right.

Speaker 6 (20:47):
Now.

Speaker 2 (20:47):
Wu Tang has announced their new Las Vegas residency. They
did their first run and shout out to my best friend.
She went and took her son and her son's friends
from school to Vegas to the residency over the weekend.
She said it was great. She really enjoyed it. And
Redman was there too with Method Man a lot of
hits that they run through. So now they have announced

(21:08):
they're going to be extending their concert series with two
more shows this fall. And Maxwell has announced his tour
dates with Jasmine Sullivan. It's called the Serenade twenty twenty
four North American Tour, so Jasmine Sullivan and then rising
singer songwriter October London. That kicks off September fourteenth in Hollywood, Florida,
and it wraps up October twenty seventh in LA And

(21:31):
anybody who wanted to see Playboy Cardi. His tour has
been officially canceled. He said he was going on tour
bringing his entire Opium label with him, but things were
getting rescheduled and now it's been canceled. All right, well
that is your yet when we come back, we have
under the radar. These are the stories that are not
necessarily in the headlines. They are flying under the radar.
But one major story we have to talk about today

(21:53):
is that bridge collapse in Baltimore. So we'll discuss the
details that we know so far.

Speaker 4 (21:58):
It's way up of news that relates to you.

Speaker 6 (22:01):
These stories are flying under the radar.

Speaker 4 (22:05):
Who all right, well, this was a tough story for
under the radar today. I'm Angela. Ye, Jasmine brand is here.

Speaker 6 (22:10):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (22:11):
So, a massive cargo ship crashed into a major bridge
in the Baltimore Harbor. This happened early this morning. It
stuck the Francis Scott Key Bridge and there's a search
and rescue effort underway. There's divers and emergency personnel who
are looking for at least seven people who have believed
to have fallen from the collapsing bridge.

Speaker 4 (22:32):
Now, what did happen? They believed that this was an accident.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
It's too early to know all the facts, but they
said there's certainly a good chance that the ship lost
power and drifted into the bridge. So it was a
ship that crashed into the bridge. And there's video from
the internet. It shows a container ship that had smoke
coming from it colliding with the bridge support. It caused
a lot of that structure to collapse, and they said
the ship's lights appeared to turn on and off multiple

(22:56):
times right before the collision. All vehicle traffic has been rerouted.
But what we do know so far is that two
people have been rescued from the water. Crews are still
searching for others. According to fire officials, one person rescued
was taken to the hospital in very serious condition. The
second person rescue denied medical treatment.

Speaker 3 (23:18):
This is you don't thank god this didn't happen in
the middle of the day or during rush hour or
you know, this could have been a lot worse.

Speaker 2 (23:25):
Yeah, And they are still looking for missing people, for
injured people. The Coastguard is actively involved in search and
rescue operations.

Speaker 4 (23:34):
They are planning to rebuild this bridge.

Speaker 3 (23:36):
Yea, it's a very important bridge. It's super busy, super busy.

Speaker 4 (23:42):
It's a state of emergency in Maryland right now.

Speaker 2 (23:44):
They're working with an interagency team to quickly deploy federal
resources from the Bidied administration. But again they do believe
it was not tied to terrorism. It was an accident.
They said the ship was moving at eight knots. That's
considered really fast, and the bridge was up to code,
so it wasn't an issue with the bridge. It seems
like again a power issue. So an estimated thirty thousand

(24:05):
vehicles cross that bridge every single day according to the
Maryland Transportation Authority. So we are definitely praying that the
people who you know, that people do get rescued and
will be okay. But again our thoughts are condolences, prayers
with everybody who is affected by this.

Speaker 4 (24:24):
The immediate focus is search and rescue right now.

Speaker 2 (24:27):
Absolutely, they said there weren't too many occupied vehicles on
the bridge. They're trying to figure out how to get
the port open. But again, not an easy thing to watch.

Speaker 3 (24:36):
And yeah, sad, super sad.

Speaker 4 (24:38):
Really sad. And that is your under the radar.

Speaker 2 (24:40):
And now you know, we do have the way up
mix at the top of the hour, plus we have
two special guests joining us from fifty to fifty Flip
that's on Hulu. We have Crystal and Dedric Polite. They're
a married couple and they do flips and so you'll
get a chance to talk. We'll get a chance to
talk to them. Because real estate is always really important.
People want to get into that business. They are a

(25:00):
married couple who's doing the work, so we'll talk to
them about it.

Speaker 4 (25:03):
It's way up. She's like the like they Angela Jean,
like they Angelie.

Speaker 5 (25:08):
Jee, and she's spilling it all. This is yet way
what's up?

Speaker 4 (25:15):
His way up? But Angela Yee, I'm Angela Yee. And
Jasmine Brand.

Speaker 3 (25:18):
Is here, Yes, I'm here, Angela.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
Let's do this yet, Simon and Porsia, this whole divorce
filing is so ugly right now now, Simon is claiming
that Porscha brought a gunman to their home and that
the police recalled.

Speaker 6 (25:30):
She said.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
He said she brought the man on two occasions. During
one instance, he had to call police to maintain the peace.
And he claims that she had people harassing him in
an effort to force them out. But she was saying
that he locked her out of the marital home, which is.

Speaker 3 (25:45):
Probably why she allegedly brought a.

Speaker 4 (25:46):
Gunman right, so maybe that is why.

Speaker 2 (25:50):
And he also is saying that she took calculated steps
to marry and divorce him shortly thereafter to intentionally trigger
parts of their prenup for personal finance to gain and greed.

Speaker 3 (26:01):
It's gonna be good on all housewives of this news weave.

Speaker 2 (26:03):
And now she does not want him to destroy any
financial records. In the meantime, he has demanded reportedly that
she not deleted text messages between her and a mystery
man oo while they're in the midst of physics.

Speaker 3 (26:16):
So I'm so excited for this. This this is a
lot of content.

Speaker 2 (26:20):
So, according to these documenties notified her to keep all
physical evidence, including all communications she had with a man
named Kelvin ousu Ansa. Oh he sound African too, So
don't know what's going on here.

Speaker 4 (26:32):
But okay.

Speaker 3 (26:34):
I wondered if Fallon feel vindicated Simon Flex She's probably
just sitting back like minded my business.

Speaker 4 (26:40):
You can have those problems, got it right, you girl?

Speaker 2 (26:43):
Sexy read she was on her Instagram stories and she
said duty logo look me dead in the face and
said you ain't wait six weeks.

Speaker 4 (26:51):
Did you sure didn't boogie? What's wrong?

Speaker 12 (26:54):
Right?

Speaker 3 (26:54):
I think yes?

Speaker 2 (26:55):
And she said, she said, baby, I would have got
cracked in my hospital bed if I could have what's
going on?

Speaker 3 (27:00):
Oh? She got a serious sex drive?

Speaker 4 (27:03):
She is sexy red. How long do women wait?

Speaker 2 (27:06):
Now, there's no specific time frame regarding sex after giving birth,
but they said many healthcare providers recommend waiting to have
sex until four to six weeks, regardless of the delivery method,
because the risk of having a complication after delivery is
highest during the first two weeks after delivery.

Speaker 3 (27:21):
Yeah, and you can get pregnant really quick afterwards.

Speaker 2 (27:23):
And they want to give your body time to heal.
So yeah, okay, the sexy regular tell you. Yeah, whatever
it is that's going on, we don't know in her life,
all right. And Brisia Webb and her husband Nick Jones
Junior have welcomed their first baby together. Yay, and she
posted when the pregnancy got hard and varied into complicated territory,
you courageously grabbed us by our hearts and led us

(27:43):
to your birth when we were scared.

Speaker 4 (27:45):
You were brave, living up to your name.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
Welcome home, Brave, Oh sweet, oh, congratulations that baby's gonna
be so love it's so brave. All right, Well, that
is your yet and when we come back, we have
asked ye. Eight hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty
is the number any question have here? We are to
help you out.

Speaker 4 (28:02):
It's way up for this relationship with career advice. Angela's
dropping facts. What's up? His way up at Angela Yee?

Speaker 2 (28:10):
I'm Angela Yee, and Jasmine Brand is here with me
today what's up? And I already teld y'all it's time
to ask you where We want to help you out,
and no question is off limits. But you also can
leave a voicemail and we respond to those as well.
Now we do have a voicemail question for ask ye
today here it is.

Speaker 14 (28:27):
So recently I've engaged in sexual encounter with more than
several women, and I came home with some sort of
studio disease that leaves my private part green ish when
I use it. What should I fill my wife? Thank you?

Speaker 4 (28:41):
All right? Well, a few things going on here, more
than a few. Yes, cheated on his wife.

Speaker 2 (28:47):
This is exactly why cheating is not a good idea
when things like this happen, and clearly he was not
even protecting himself a nerve. Yeah, and so now it's
time for you to face the facts that you really
messed up this time.

Speaker 4 (29:01):
And you could give your wife a disease.

Speaker 2 (29:03):
And sometimes when women get an STD, it may be
a symptomatic meaning that she may not have those symptoms.
So fortunately for you, you at least know that you have something. Hopefully,
first step go to the doctor find out what it is,
because you still haven't identified what it is. Hopefully it's
something that is treatable with this discharge that you've been having,
this greenest discharge.

Speaker 3 (29:24):
So I just looked at green discharge.

Speaker 4 (29:26):
It's probably like gonnerie or.

Speaker 3 (29:29):
Yeap, the trick goneriiea or chamitia. If it's just that,
then he can take some medication.

Speaker 2 (29:34):
Be cool, you know, But unfortunately you may have if
you're sleeping with your wife, given her this whatever disease
it is that you have as well, and she may
not have any idea, yes, and so she needs to
know because she is going to have to get checked.

Speaker 4 (29:48):
This is a safety issue.

Speaker 2 (29:50):
And if you care about your wife as a human
being at all, now you're going to have to be honest.

Speaker 4 (29:55):
You cheated.

Speaker 2 (29:56):
I don't know what's going on in your relationship if
you even want to be with her anymore, But you're
not doing her a favorite by staying with her and
cheating on her if that's not where your heart is.

Speaker 3 (30:04):
And also, if you're gonna cheat, you should protect yourself
at a minimum.

Speaker 4 (30:08):
Minimally at least.

Speaker 2 (30:11):
Yeah, and listen, you're also supposed to tell anybody you've
come into contact with that you have an STD because
they could potentially have it too.

Speaker 4 (30:19):
You could have given it to someone.

Speaker 2 (30:20):
We don't know which woman gave it to you, but
the responsible thing to do is to let all parties
involve know that you have an STD. You need to
go to the doctor asap, find out what it is,
get treatment for it before things turn out even worse
for you.

Speaker 4 (30:34):
You have to tell your wife I cheated and.

Speaker 2 (30:36):
I ended up getting an STD, and you definitely need
to get checked out. And I don't know if this
relationship is anything that is salvageable.

Speaker 3 (30:44):
I don't know how she's going to react, how she
cheats on you back. Sorry just kidding. I'm not kidding though,
but go ahead.

Speaker 2 (30:50):
But in all reality, there's no way around telling. You
have to let her know and it's time to have
those tough conversations. Maybe it's time for you to admit
that this is, you know, not working for you, or
if you have a problem, then there's time for you
to get some help.

Speaker 3 (31:05):
No, he ain't got a problem.

Speaker 4 (31:07):
You know.

Speaker 2 (31:07):
I can't judge. I don't know what his whole situation is.
I don't know what's going on in their relationship. But
it's not fair to endanger somebody's health. Yeah, one hundred
percent right in that manner. So let's take care of
that first and then whatever needs to be worked out
or not worked out after that, you'll have to deal
with that next. All right, And that is our answer
for ask ye when we come back. We have a
married couple that does not cheat on each other, Crystal

(31:29):
and Degiclation. They're from fifty to fifty flip. You can
watch their show on Hulu. Two seasons already done. Third
season on the way.

Speaker 5 (31:36):
It's way up, t you, Way up with Angela Yee more, Now.

Speaker 4 (31:43):
What's up?

Speaker 2 (31:43):
It's way up with Angela Ye. I'm Angela Yee and
I have two special guests here. They're married, they're a couple,
but they're also a television host Ddrick and Crystal Polite
from fifty to fifty flip.

Speaker 6 (31:55):
Yes, thank you for having us.

Speaker 3 (31:56):
Thank you. It's definitely a pleasure.

Speaker 2 (31:58):
And y'all know, I love talking about some real estate,
you know, And I like to talk about real estate
with people who are actually doing a thing because we
get to see you on TV as you go through
the properties that you acquire and then different things happen,
you sell them, sometimes you partner with other people to
develop these properties. In one case, I think you paid
for this rehab of a property for the women to

(32:20):
move back in. And so for people listening, can you
just talk about how you guys got into becoming real
estate investors.

Speaker 1 (32:26):
I mean, I've been interested in real estate since I
was a little kid. I've always wanted to become a
real estate investor.

Speaker 6 (32:31):
You know.

Speaker 1 (32:31):
I bought all the books, the tapes, went to seminars,
but I was more of an entrepreneur at first. It
wasn't until I met my wife, and she's really a
serial entrepreneur and she was the one who pushed me like, hey,
don't overanalyze it.

Speaker 6 (32:43):
We're going to do this.

Speaker 1 (32:44):
And we got into real estate probably about seven to
eight years ago. In real estate is what changed our
life and now we're financially independent through investing in real estate.
Got a TV show and we're passionate just about sharing
that information with other people how they can build wealth
in real.

Speaker 4 (32:55):
Estate and Crystal you guys.

Speaker 2 (32:58):
After three properties, you guys realized that y'all would make
it more in real estate than at your jobs.

Speaker 9 (33:04):
Right, Yes, So we strategically planned our exit. So you know,
a lot of people get in a rend estate and
they'd be like, oh my god, they do one deal
and they're ready to jump ship from the nine to five.
We was like, we're not going to do that, and
we strategically planned how I was going to exit first. Right,
So and I both had W two jobs. We were
making more from his job. So over the course of

(33:26):
a year, we said, okay, every quarter, we're going to
pocket a percentage of your paycheck so we are able
to learn to live off of just one income.

Speaker 3 (33:35):
And that's what we did over a course of a year.

Speaker 9 (33:36):
But we also did it that way so that Degrick's
W two job could be our first private investor.

Speaker 3 (33:42):
We use and leverage.

Speaker 9 (33:44):
His W two to buy as many rental properties as
we could before he left his job, and we wanted
to make sure that we built up our passive income
so that we were it was able to sustain us.

Speaker 4 (33:58):
Right now, I'm talking to Chrystal and Dejaic Polite.

Speaker 2 (34:01):
They are married couple and they're the hosts of fifty
to fifty Flip on Hulu.

Speaker 4 (34:04):
Would you say the kitchen is the most important part
of the house.

Speaker 9 (34:07):
Yes, Kitchens and bathrooms sell houses. And when you are
trying to even for us at the price point for
which we are doing it, if you pick that house
up and you put it in Charlotte or New York,
it's half a million to a million dollar home, and
we're putting it on the market for what three hundred
thousand at a starter price point, But we're giving you

(34:29):
your forever home, right and it didn't cost us an
arm and a leg, even with the finishes and everything
that we put into the house, because of how we
source our material where we get our materials from, and
how calculated we are even with the budget, that you
can give the people affordable luxury in these homes. And
I think that was what's key for us as well,

(34:51):
is that we give people that forever home on a.

Speaker 3 (34:55):
Starter price point.

Speaker 2 (34:56):
What are some things that you can skip on when
it comes to pricing. When it comes to different things
in the house.

Speaker 1 (35:02):
I would say flooring, We'll put down luxury vinyl plank,
which is like that snap and click flooring, and instead
of spending ten twenty grands on new hardwoods, luxury vinyl
plank may cost you six to eight grand and it
looks really good.

Speaker 9 (35:13):
I would even say cabinets, a lot of people still
are going to the big box stores. Well, we don't
source your materials straight from the wholesalers.

Speaker 1 (35:21):
So you google wholesale cabinet distributor in New Jersey, Brooklyn,
and try to find that wholesaler versus going to the
reseller retailer that's going to mark it up fifty percent.

Speaker 9 (35:30):
And if they're not in New York and New Jersey,
have them ship it from North Carolina already assembled, and
it'll cost you an extra two three hundred dollars.

Speaker 2 (35:38):
Listen, you guys, this is amazing. And y'all offer training
as well. Where can people find the training?

Speaker 1 (35:43):
Yeah, b Polite Properties on Instagram, Bee Polite Properties, that's
our Instagram, all our social media. We do free trainings
all the time because, like I said, this information that
we learned and we implement it changed our life and
we know it can change other people's family trade. My
wife always like to say, it's not about how many
doors we own, It's about how doors can we open
for other people through sharing, you.

Speaker 2 (36:02):
Know, generational free training. Yes, and you guys are establishing
a nonprofit.

Speaker 1 (36:06):
Yes, yes, yeah, Community Redevelopment Corporation right for affordable housing.

Speaker 4 (36:10):
All right.

Speaker 2 (36:11):
We have more with Crystal and Degic Polite when we
come back. They have a show on Hulu season two
already done, season three on the way.

Speaker 4 (36:19):
It's called fifty to fifty Flip.

Speaker 2 (36:21):
You know, I love talking real estate, so we'll discuss
more with them when we come back.

Speaker 4 (36:24):
It's way up, Turn up you.

Speaker 5 (36:27):
Way up with Angela Ye more now what's up?

Speaker 2 (36:31):
His way up with Angela Ye? I'm Angela Yee and
right now live in the studio. There are a couple,
but they also are in real estate. Crystal and Degic Polite,
the host of fifty to fifty Flip on.

Speaker 4 (36:42):
Hulu and Deagic.

Speaker 2 (36:43):
You guys met in Boston right at a gas station.

Speaker 4 (36:48):
What type of game did you have?

Speaker 1 (36:51):
Suit Now, I was working as a pharmaceutical rep. You know,
I have my little suito on my company car. And
I saw her and she was the most beautiful woman
I ever saw. Sow approached it, gave business card, She
gave me her card.

Speaker 4 (37:01):
Did you pump her gas for her? At least?

Speaker 3 (37:03):
Or you the only one who done picked up on it?

Speaker 6 (37:05):
I forgot about getting gas because I.

Speaker 9 (37:10):
Still to this day give him stripe. I'd be like,
you know, he looked good, but he didn't.

Speaker 1 (37:15):
When an independent woman error. I didn't want to get
slapped trying to gas. But I did get the number
and we ended up going on a.

Speaker 6 (37:22):
Date, and here we are.

Speaker 3 (37:23):
Our first date was a business meeting.

Speaker 6 (37:25):
Shewing me, what do you do for it?

Speaker 3 (37:27):
Are you an entrepreneur's three years? What's your credit score?

Speaker 12 (37:34):
Did?

Speaker 3 (37:34):
I said? What's your credit score? He said it was
like an eight ten or something.

Speaker 9 (37:37):
Wow, And then he was like, well, okay, well what's yours?
What's your credit score? I said five forty.

Speaker 4 (37:44):
It was like, you're gonna ask me?

Speaker 3 (37:46):
He asked me mine, and I.

Speaker 9 (37:47):
Said, listen, it would not have excluded you had you
had a five forty. But now I know how we
need to move and how I need to move, I said,
because look, I just rebuilt my credit.

Speaker 3 (37:57):
I just got everything off. I needed to know what
than not. I had to rebuild George too.

Speaker 6 (38:02):
Can't both have back credit?

Speaker 4 (38:03):
Christ why was your score of five forty?

Speaker 9 (38:06):
I was coming out of college, you know, and they
give you the credit card, credit card car.

Speaker 3 (38:12):
Right on campus and they're like, here, I done got hit.

Speaker 9 (38:15):
I had like two American Express cards and I don't
went shopping and had no idea now.

Speaker 4 (38:21):
Gonna pay that bill. I did the same thing in college.

Speaker 2 (38:24):
I ran my credit card bell to the limit and
then I didn't even open them, didn't look at him.

Speaker 6 (38:27):
This should be illegal because they get the college students should.

Speaker 3 (38:30):
Be but they're on the campuses targeting you.

Speaker 2 (38:33):
Right now, I'm talking to Crystal and Dejak Polite. They
are married couple and they're the host of fifty to
fifty Flip on Hulu. And how long before he proposed.

Speaker 1 (38:42):
Well, you got to tell the part about how you
told me to go. I wasn't ready for I wasn't
ready for that for the relationship.

Speaker 3 (38:48):
When we met, I knew I was going to marry him.

Speaker 9 (38:51):
But once we went on that first date, he came
out he was like, you know, I really want to
be with you, and I was like, you're not ready.

Speaker 6 (38:57):
He was like, wait, in my late twenties, I was
still partying and then living my best life. So she
was right. I was not ready, even though I knew
she was the one.

Speaker 3 (39:03):
I said, get all ready.

Speaker 9 (39:04):
I said, listen, I want you to go off four
year party, travel the world, sleep with girls, come back
in the year and if you are ready still ready
then and you want to pursue this, then we'll revisit this.

Speaker 3 (39:17):
My only stipulation was you couldn't have any children. The
year went around, he came back. I was in a relationship,
did moved on.

Speaker 1 (39:24):
She was in a whole relationship. When I came back,
my whole face was cracked.

Speaker 9 (39:29):
Like really, know where in that story did you hear
me say I was gonna waite? But I did say,
if you ready, come on back around.

Speaker 4 (39:37):
In the year.

Speaker 1 (39:37):
No. She leaves out that she ghosted me when I
came back, and I'm trying to get back in touch
with her and rekindle the flame, and she went into
the phone. She wouldn't respond to text messages. I'm like,
what's going on? So then I go and show up
to her apartment and I'm like, I know she I know,
didn't I popped out. I don't do crazy stuff like this,
but her car was outside. I'm like, I know she's home.

(39:57):
So I go into the building. I'm at the door listening.
Then I'm trying to hear her breathe. And at that
point I realized I was crazy. I'm like, I don't
do crazy stuff. I'm not the crazy type, right, But
I was like, I love this woman, like I'm in love.
So yeah, I finally slipped up one day and she
answered the phone. I called her like three am. Randomly
answered the phone by accident, and she hasn't been able

(40:18):
to get rid of me ever since.

Speaker 2 (40:19):
So you kicked the other guy to the current? Oh yeah,
all right, Well I love to see it in the
season three on the way.

Speaker 9 (40:24):
Oh listen, lock and loaded. Okay, we're slated to do
We're contracted to do four seasons.

Speaker 2 (40:30):
Well, make sure you guys watch fifty to fifty flip.
You can still watch seasons one and two on Hulu
right now.

Speaker 4 (40:35):
So that's on A and E. Also, yes, yeah, okay,
Degic and Crystal Polite, thank y'all so much? Is that
the real last name too?

Speaker 10 (40:41):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (40:42):
Last last name. Our motto is it cost nothing to
be polite.

Speaker 4 (40:45):
Oh that's nice.

Speaker 6 (40:46):
We love it. We appreciate you for having us.

Speaker 4 (40:48):
Thank you guys, come and I appreciate it.

Speaker 3 (40:50):
Thank you true fans Angela.

Speaker 4 (40:52):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (40:53):
You can watch the full interview on my YouTube channel
on Way Up with You and when we come back.

Speaker 4 (40:57):
You guys have the last word.

Speaker 3 (40:59):

brought upon charges and out in just like you had
a couple of days ago, you were talking about the
