Married to Medicine. A lot of people were saying we
need to hear her side of the story because Doctor
Heavenly was on and now Sweetee is gonna come on
and she's got a lot of things to rebut but
it is her first season on the show, so you
guys are gonna definitely want to hear this interview. And
of course we start the show off with some positivity
where we shine a light on somebody doing something amazing,

(01:18):
whether you know that person personally or somebody that.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
You just seen on the news or that you know of.

Speaker 4 (01:24):

her own thing. She kind of connects people a lot.
She calls herself the Master connector if you look at
her Instagram page, So she is finally going to make
a business out of it. Her logo yesterday, I love
the process of watching somebody.

You can follow her two keys Underscore, Rebel, Rebel. She's
also going to be starting her own business as well,
because a lot of times she'll hire a team that
does hair and makeup at different events like Essence Festival,
and so being able to make that an official business
where this is what I do.

Speaker 3 (02:32):
I can oversee a team.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
If there's something that's going on a film production, whatever
it is, I can get your whole team together for
you and discharge for that.

Speaker 7 (02:40):
So I like that.

Speaker 4 (02:41):
I like when we do what we're doing already, but
figure out how to make it more organized, how to
make it work and make it a business, and you
never know what it can grow into. There's so many
people that started something just because it was something they
were passionate about, something that they were doing, something that
they were good at, and then they said, how can
I make this even bigger? So see it all right? Well,

So Best Picture nominees. All right, let's see it. There's

(05:07):
a lot American fiction. Anatomy of a Fall, Barbie, The Holdovers,
Killers of the Flower Moon, Maestro Oppenheimer, Past Live, Poor Things,
and the Zone of Interest.

Speaker 7 (05:18):
I've seen one of those.

you don't know what was going on, I thought, Barbie,
I don't know, man.

Speaker 4 (05:30):
I need to see American fiction so that's gonna happen.
But American Fiction definitely got some good nominations too, so
congratulations to them for that.

Speaker 3 (05:40):
Got to make sure I see that.

Speaker 7 (05:41):
All right.

Speaker 4 (05:42):
As far as Best Actor, Bradley Cooper from Maestro, Coleman
Domingo for Rustin, Paul Giamatti for The Holdovers, Killian Murphy
for Oppenheimer, and Jeffrey Wright for American Fiction. And Best
Actress was Annette Benning for Nyad? Is that how you
say it?

Speaker 7 (05:57):
Nyat?

Speaker 4 (05:57):
I didn't see that, Lily Glastone, Killers of the Flower Moon,
Sandra Huller Anatomy of a Fall, Carrie Mulligan Meiestro, and
Emma Stone for Poor Things. I gotta see some of
these movies. I have to tell you. I have to
see Oppenheimer. But that's a lot of dedication.

Speaker 6 (06:11):
How long is that movie?

Speaker 3 (06:12):
Four hours?

Speaker 6 (06:13):
Who?

Speaker 3 (06:13):
And so you have to really really be dedicated. So
that's the plan, all right.

Speaker 4 (06:17):
Kim Kardashian is now the brand ambassador for Balenciaga.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
She posted for several years now.

Speaker 4 (06:23):
Balenciaga's designs have been a part of my many looks
and some of my most iconic fashion moments. This historic
fashion house embraces modernity, craftsmanship, and takes an innovative approach
to design under Demna. For me, this long standing relationship
is built on mutual trust and a commitment to doing
what's right. But I saw the reactions when they announced it,
because you know, Balenciaga's had some issues.

Speaker 12 (06:46):
Right, I remember with the children, Yeah, with the little
beer Yeah kids, yeah.

Speaker 7 (06:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (06:51):
So a lot of people were critical and they were like, well, no,
wonder why she didn't have anything to say. See, a
lot of people forgot and I do have some See
I got.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
Close at home. But I will say I haven't bought
anything new yet.

Speaker 6 (07:03):
Yeah, I got blessing, you know.

Speaker 7 (07:05):
All right?

Speaker 4 (07:06):
Speaking of Kim, Kanye West, Kanye West and Todd Dallas sign,
the latest update in their Vulture album is gonna be
three volumes, all right. So they're gonna be putting out
a total three volumes for the forthcoming Vulture albums. They're
gonna be released in three separate months. The first one,
like we said, is coming out February ninth. It's been
delayed so many times, so we'll see what happens. But

(07:28):
February ninth and March eighth, and then April fifth, all right,
well that is your yet and when we come back,
we have about last night. That's where we discussed what
went down, what happened last night?

Speaker 7 (07:39):
You've been fasting, We're gonna talk about it.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
Oh stop it okay, all right, Well it is way
up at Angela yea, and now let us get into
some romantic music as we think about last night while
Le Miguel Lotus flower bombs way up.

Speaker 6 (07:54):
Yeah, last night.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
So about last night? Last night, last night I went down.

Speaker 7 (08:01):
It's way up.

Speaker 4 (08:02):
But Angela yee, I'm Angela yee, and Mano is in
the building and it's time for about last night now, Mano, yeah,
I know you had a busy day.

Speaker 3 (08:11):
You're trying to get this pilot together. What did you
do last night?

Speaker 6 (08:15):
It was in the studio all night?

Speaker 4 (08:17):
All right, so what exactly? Lobby boys? Okay, project coming. Yeah,
and you've also been doing your working out.

Speaker 6 (08:23):
Yeah, I was working out. I'm back in the gym.

Speaker 7 (08:25):
I feel like you injured yourself, did you.

Speaker 6 (08:27):
Yeah, a couple of days ago in the gym and
I'm back.

Speaker 7 (08:32):
So what was the injury?

Speaker 6 (08:34):
I mean, I had a little a sprain of muscles.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
Isn't it funny how like, as we get older, it
is not possible to do the same thing.

Speaker 6 (08:44):
I don't get older, I don't get better, greater.

Speaker 4 (08:49):
All right, well good, Now we got to take the
proper precautions of stretching, warming up.

Speaker 6 (08:54):
Take thirty minutes stretching first.

Speaker 4 (08:55):
Now you know they had these places and I was
making an appointment at the stretch Lab.

Speaker 7 (09:01):
It's like a place where they, yeah.

Speaker 6 (09:03):
They stretch you, they stretch. Shout out to the stretch
the stretch boss.

Speaker 12 (09:11):
I haven't been there yet, but Tina, who you know,
I go see and she uh stretches me.

Speaker 4 (09:18):
A great way to say it, but stretched. But I
have noticed you've been really focused. And I want to
ask you something because I saw fifty cent said that
he's abstinent this year, and so do you think that
when you're not like, for a lack of a better phrase, chasing.

Speaker 6 (09:37):
Vagina, I don't chase it stuff. I don't chase that stuff.

Speaker 12 (09:41):
But I will say that, focus right, some some things
all distractions, And I shout out to my man Gigs.

Speaker 6 (09:46):
I was just talking to Gigs yesterday about this.

Speaker 12 (09:48):
I was just like, yo, sometimes we just got to
put some things down to kind of refocus. We got
to destroy all distractions because some of the things that
we participate may be a distraction in the long run.
You know, sometimes you got to you gotta clip the
fat and get to what's important. You could get back
to that. Because we like to have fun, we like
to you know, balance out. We like to work hard too,

(10:09):
so that you know we feel good partying and feel
good having fun.

Speaker 7 (10:13):
Okay, all right, well, fair enough. Well for me.

Speaker 4 (10:16):
Last night, I was actually supposed to go to dinner,
but that got rescheduled, so I had a free night unexpectedly.

Speaker 7 (10:23):
And so what have I been doing.

Speaker 4 (10:25):
I've been trying to catch up on Sisters on BT
plus Tyler Perry's Sisters. It's like a series when I
tell you, it's a long series too. But as I've
been watching, I'm on there on season I think seven now,
but I'm on season four watching on demand. But one
thing I wanted to talk about, and this was a
conversation I had. If somebody you were dating called the

(10:47):
cops on you, could you ever get back together again?

Speaker 6 (10:50):
That's how you know they love you.

Speaker 12 (10:52):
If they don't call the cops on you, you might
not be in lost.

Speaker 6 (10:56):
She might not love you.

Speaker 7 (10:56):
I don't know that. That's too.

Speaker 4 (10:57):
If I love you, I will be more reluctant to
call the cops on you.

Speaker 6 (11:01):
You got to call the cops on me.

Speaker 3 (11:02):
Baby called the cops on you before.

Speaker 6 (11:07):
I mean, you know, all right, we'll talk about it.

Speaker 4 (11:09):
Eight hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty. It's a
pick aside. If your significant other calls the cops on you,
is that something that you could ever forget? What if
you ended up going to jail even? Eight hundred two
nine two fifty one fifty.

Speaker 7 (11:22):
What good your story?

Speaker 11 (11:23):
Man?

Speaker 4 (11:23):
No, don't worry right now. Eight hundred two nine two
fifty one fifty.

Speaker 8 (11:32):
It's not just right or wrong. It's about what you believe.
It's time to pick a side and stay there.

Speaker 7 (11:39):
It's way up with Angela Yee.

Speaker 4 (11:40):
I'm Angela Yee and I am joined by Mano, my
covista for today, and today we are talking about pick
a side. Could you stay with someone if said person
called the cops on you?

Speaker 6 (11:52):
Mano Youllo, No, I don't play that. I was just trolling, okay,
So no, yeah, that's just gonna mess.

Speaker 3 (12:01):
If it was something that.

Speaker 6 (12:02):
You're never ever gonna forget? Ever, you never forget.

Speaker 7 (12:05):
That, right, you know, and you never to do it again.

Speaker 12 (12:08):
Right, Just it's just messages the whole relationship up, even
if you kind of still live still around, just kids involved.

Speaker 6 (12:15):
You still in the house, like that's just something that
you're never gonna forget. Like ever.

Speaker 4 (12:18):
I also say no, if I feel like I need
to call the cops on you, then that means that
I don't feel safe and that I'm a last resort,
like I can't see myself just calling the cops for nothing.
And same here, if you call the cops on me,
I'll forget it, Like what could I possibly do to
make someone call the cops?

Speaker 3 (12:35):
And that's all right, Well, let's see what you guys think.

Speaker 4 (12:38):
Eight hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty call us up,
Chelsea pick a side. Can you stay with someone if
that person calls the cops?

Speaker 7 (12:46):
Yeah?

Speaker 10 (12:46):
I actually just got out of situational year.

Speaker 13 (12:49):
Where my aunt paid phone me. I was in a
semister relationship and they call me. That's how I reacted
my kids at cooking right now, Okay, I'm just trying
to get my kids back and everything. And when I
got out of there, I was thinking I could be

(13:10):
with him so if not work now, I'm just going
for that. I actually nobody will never know that, so
that's not love.

Speaker 4 (13:18):
Well, I am sorry to hear that. I hope you
get everything straightened out. But that definitely doesn't sound like
a situation that either one of you needs to be in.
So you're saying and pick aside, No you can. There's
no going back.

Speaker 13 (13:28):
No, no, there's no going back.

Speaker 3 (13:30):
All right, Well, thank you, I wish you luck.

Speaker 1 (13:32):
To all right?

Speaker 13 (13:33):
Thank you?

Speaker 3 (13:34):
Hey, Larry, how.

Speaker 5 (13:35):
Are you are you? How are you going?

Speaker 3 (13:37):
I'm good?

Speaker 7 (13:37):
Thank you.

Speaker 4 (13:38):
Could you stay with somebody if they called the cops
on you?

Speaker 5 (13:41):
Yeah?

Speaker 14 (13:41):
Yeah, yeah, it depends on how long I deeper? Am
I agree with me? No, though, you know if you
do that, I can stay. But I can't play you
like how I usually play you. I had a crazy
do that one time, THO.

Speaker 5 (13:53):
Little sad. She said that to me. One day she
will have me in love.

Speaker 1 (13:56):
Though?

Speaker 3 (13:57):
Why does she call the cops on you?

Speaker 6 (13:59):
Yo?

Speaker 14 (13:59):
Was she blackmail me for three months? Told me that
if I don't give her none, she's gonna tell my lady.
And then I told her like I'm.

Speaker 5 (14:05):
Done with it, So she called the cops.

Speaker 6 (14:07):
Oh wow?

Speaker 5 (14:08):
He gonna stay with me and nah.

Speaker 6 (14:09):
And you want and you wind up going right back
to it though. Right after she did that.

Speaker 5 (14:14):
How no, hell, she's to give me money all that.

Speaker 11 (14:17):
But nah, hell no, man, she.

Speaker 3 (14:18):
Did she bail you out?

Speaker 14 (14:21):
No, no, I'm actually on probation. So I got let
out and then re arrested.

Speaker 5 (14:25):
Operations saying, oh.

Speaker 3 (14:27):
My gosh, oh wow. But you did still continue to
mess with her after that?

Speaker 6 (14:32):
Noah, no, no, no, stay with my lady, because I.

Speaker 3 (14:36):
Doubt you said. It just wasn't the same, but you
felt like that meant she loved you.

Speaker 14 (14:40):
Yeah, No, she do love me.

Speaker 2 (14:41):
She's still write me to this day.

Speaker 4 (14:43):
I don't know that that's love. You on probation, she
called a cop shun you. You got arrested. That's not love.

Speaker 5 (14:48):
Oh when I.

Speaker 14 (14:49):
Came, when I came home, she's like, listen, I'll do
whatever you need.

Speaker 5 (14:51):
If they trying to put you out, you can stay here.

Speaker 6 (14:54):
I'll do this, I do that.

Speaker 7 (14:55):
Oh my god.

Speaker 5 (14:56):
That love, man, crazy love.

Speaker 6 (14:58):
That's obsession.

Speaker 4 (14:59):
Oh no, all right, well thank you for calling. So
he says, yes, hey, Antonio, how are you? Oh if
your partner called the cops on you, could you stay?

Speaker 2 (15:09):
Manell now has that happened to you?

Speaker 3 (15:13):
Yes, it asked, what was the situation?

Speaker 5 (15:15):
We got to tell an argument. She had a few kids,
and they stept like they beat up her land's boyfriends.
So I guess they felt like they can, you know,
handle me too. Well, they won't even like that. But
one day we got in an argument and all her
kids and friends was in the rooms. Was about it's
about fifteen of them in one room. So she tried
to snap off.

Speaker 15 (15:35):
On me and do some others and I got mad,
walked in the room while she was in the room
with her kids and all her friends like I won't
gonna do it or something. I don't know, but I
end up trying to get my and when I was
trying to leave the post, she called the police. Wow, hey,
when the police is coming, she waved them down.

Speaker 5 (15:52):
They pointed me out. When I came home, she thought
I was coming back.

Speaker 6 (15:56):
Home, all right.

Speaker 3 (15:57):
So there's no going back, all right.

Speaker 4 (15:58):
So it feels like two out of three people who
called in today said you cannot be with somebody if
they call the cops on you, and that is not love.
All right, Well, when we come back, we have your
yet and let's talk about camera and he said he
almost got into a physical altercation with Ben Simmons.

Speaker 3 (16:14):
We'll discuss its way up.

Speaker 2 (16:16):
This says the rooms.

Speaker 8 (16:18):
From industry Shade to all the gossips out angelus spelling that.

Speaker 3 (16:24):
It's way up with Angela. Ye I'm Angela. Yee manos
here no mana And we have some breaking news for yet.

Speaker 7 (16:32):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (16:32):
Michael sidon w SBTV is reporting on Wife and Lucci.

Speaker 3 (16:38):
He is now headed to prison.

Speaker 4 (16:39):
He pleaded guilty to one count of violation of the
Street Gained Terrorism and Prevention Act. He prosecutors told the
judge that Wife and Lucci was the driver and did
not fire the deadly shot. Before receiving his sentence, Wife
and Lucci did apologize to the victim's family as well
as his own family and friends and the court. They

(17:00):
said that he will be part of that deal, the
negotiated plea deal. He's sentenced to a twenty year sentence
with ten years to serve. That means he has ten
years to serve in prison, followed by ten years of probation.
But according to an update, he'll serve about three and
a half months in jail and then serve his entire
suspended sentence on probation. Now, there were some people who

(17:23):
rumor is starting already that he was going to be
cooperating as a witness and the YSL trial and that
we reco trial. And here is what wife and Luci's attorney,
Drew finally had to say about that.

Speaker 16 (17:35):
There's been so many rumors on the internet that this
negotiated plea that we are seeing going to see him
as a star witness in the YSL case.

Speaker 6 (17:43):
What can you tell people that.

Speaker 16 (17:44):
Are anybody that says that it's a liar. There is
no cooperation in the YSL case. He's made that clear
for three and a half years. He has said he
knows nothing and he will not participate in that case.

Speaker 4 (17:56):
So he's not doing that, according to his attorney. For
people who are saying that, I mean three and a
half months and then get the rest of his sentence
on probate.

Speaker 6 (18:06):
It's an amazing idea.

Speaker 4 (18:07):
Yeah, that's yeah, that's his lawyer worked that. Okay, let
me tell you that's amazing for wife and Lucci. So
shout out to him. By the way, I did a
great sit down interview with him in the midst of
the pandemic. Yeah, and took him to negrill afterward. And
I actually like wife and Lucci, but I know there's
a lot of things going on outside of that, all right. Now,

(18:29):
Cameron talks about getting into almost getting into a physical
altercation with Ben Simmons from the Brooklyn Nets.

Speaker 7 (18:35):
He talks about this on It Is What it Is.

Speaker 4 (18:38):
Basically, he was saying that Ben Simmons was costing him
money because of everything that's been going on. He said
Ben Simmons was a disgrace. He wanted him to get
the f out of New York because of that. Well,
here is what Cameron says happened.

Speaker 1 (18:57):
Some money. I don't know where he's gonna go, but
you get the got in New York person, We don't
really want you around.

Speaker 2 (19:02):
You're a disgrace, all right.

Speaker 4 (19:05):
In addition to that, here's what he had to say
happened when he ran into him. And this happened, you
know previously.

Speaker 3 (19:13):
I guess he forgot he had made those comments, or
was gonna see him or whatever.

Speaker 7 (19:17):
Here's what he said. Happen.

Speaker 1 (19:18):
The game is over and I'm walking towards him, so
he's looking so I'm looking at him.

Speaker 2 (19:23):
He's looking at me.

Speaker 1 (19:24):
Now I'm looking like this isn't gonna go good because
I'm gonna go crazy. Man, I'm gonna go straight for
your knees on tape. So he looks it comes my way,
it just walks past me, and I'm like, why would
you play these games with me? Yo? Listen, Bes Simmons
A case we see each other again, just say that
you don't like when I'm saying, so I can say
I'm given.

Speaker 4 (19:45):
I mean, people get very passionate about sports, and then
sometimes you see people in real life after you've said
things about them, and you know, as an after you
might get I guess defensive.

Speaker 6 (19:56):
Yeah, I would be addressing.

Speaker 3 (19:58):
Things if you were playing or okay, I.

Speaker 6 (20:01):
Mean sometimes you gotta address things and what you were saying, Bro,
you said what?

Speaker 1 (20:06):
But you know what.

Speaker 4 (20:07):
Athletes deal with that all the time, with people talking crazy,
you know, and that's part of it all. Now Yeah, yeah,
we all do now, but I feel like athletes it's
accepted for that to happen. I mean, think about Stephen A.
Smith and they're talking about Stephen A. Smith's new deal.
You know, he gets twelve million dollars a year. He's
going to be a free agent soon. And they're saying
that he's going to get twenty million dollars. And part

(20:28):
of what happens is you talk about what's happening on
the court, and you don't treat people like humans with feelings.
It's more about the game and what you.

Speaker 3 (20:36):
Did today, right, all right, Well that is your yut and.

Speaker 7 (20:40):
When we come back, we have under the radar.

Speaker 4 (20:42):
These are the stories that may not be in the headlines,
but they're very important for you to know or just entertaining.

Speaker 7 (20:47):
It's way up.

Speaker 2 (20:48):
It's in the news that relates to you. These stories
are flying under the radar.

Speaker 4 (20:52):
It's way up at Angela Yea, I'm Angela yee and
Mano's here and it's time for under the radar.

Speaker 7 (21:00):
No, it's not tell us a secret, it's.

Speaker 6 (21:02):
Call up and tell us a secrets. They feel like, all.

Speaker 3 (21:05):
Right, well, one of the stories.

Speaker 4 (21:07):
I want to make sure people are aware of Venmo
and other payment app theft is skyrocketing and so it's
been an issue. So in other words, sometimes you will
get like people trying to hack into your payment apps
and it's hard to get that money back, sometimes impossible,
like on cash app, they.

Speaker 6 (21:24):
Are not going to send you back many many times you.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
Sent it to the wrong person or somebody I.

Speaker 6 (21:30):
Was getting cash shapps that you know that wasn't mons.

Speaker 7 (21:33):
Oh people were sending you money.

Speaker 12 (21:35):
No, they were sending to somebody else. It was like
I would get my statement and it would be like
I was sending cash.

Speaker 6 (21:42):
Oh wow, so somebody had to the bank would send
that money back though really for cash ye, yes, is
a fact.

Speaker 3 (21:50):
Wow, because I know cash app a lot of.

Speaker 5 (21:52):
Times the.

Speaker 6 (21:56):
Uh whatever, what's the food?

Speaker 7 (21:59):
Oh the food?

Speaker 4 (22:00):
Well, listen, it's gotten so out of control because a
lot of people are tricking their way into victims locked
cell phones and then sending that money out. It's gotten
so bad that in New York, the DA sent a
letter to these apps demanding that they put in more
security measures, which could include lower transfer limits, additional password security,
additional weight times for large transactions, and also increase monitoring

(22:23):
for unusual activity.

Speaker 3 (22:25):
That's how bad it's gotten. And just be careful to
when people.

Speaker 4 (22:27):
Send you those emails pretending to be from PayPal or
email like, oh, you just paid this invoice and you're like, what,
I don't know anything about that.

Speaker 3 (22:35):
Yeah, So you guys got to be really, really cautious.
And careful.

Speaker 7 (22:38):
All right.

Speaker 4 (22:39):
Time Out has revealed the world's best cities for twenty
twenty four and number one on the list New York City.

Speaker 3 (22:47):
And that's in the world.

Speaker 4 (22:48):
Okay, it's crazy because it's number one on the list,
but it's also one of the top ten worst places
to retire, So how ironic is that?

Speaker 3 (22:57):
But number two, Cape Town, South Africa?

Speaker 6 (23:01):
There, how was it?

Speaker 10 (23:02):
Here?

Speaker 7 (23:02):
Is so amazing beautiful? All right.

Speaker 3 (23:04):
Three is Berlin and Germany. I've been there, all right.

Speaker 4 (23:09):
Number four is London, Number five is Madrid, six is
Mexico City, Seven is Liverpool in the UK, eight is Tokyo,
nine is Rome and number ten on the list is Porto, Portugal.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
And I've heard Portugal is amazing.

Speaker 1 (23:23):
All right.

Speaker 3 (23:23):
Well, that is you're under the radar now.

Speaker 1 (23:25):
You know.

Speaker 4 (23:25):
We got the way you mixed at the top of
the hour, plus we got Sweet Tea from Married to
Medicine joining us.

Speaker 3 (23:31):
You know, doctor Heavenly was here.

Speaker 4 (23:33):
Well, sweet Tea is coming up, and I know she's
gonna have some responses to what Doctor Heavenly had to
say on Way Up and as well as on other places.

Speaker 7 (23:41):
It's way up.

Speaker 8 (23:42):
Everybody, whether it's relationship for career advice.

Speaker 2 (23:46):
Angela's dropping facts.

Speaker 3 (23:48):
This is ASD what's up his way up?

Speaker 4 (23:51):
But Angela yee. I'm Angela yee and I am joined
by the EGT advice giver. Yes, and we have somebody
on the line who has a question.

Speaker 2 (23:59):
Hello.

Speaker 3 (24:00):
Who's this?

Speaker 7 (24:01):
Hello?

Speaker 10 (24:01):
How you doing this?

Speaker 6 (24:03):
Is me?

Speaker 7 (24:04):
Okay, all right?

Speaker 3 (24:05):
What's your question?

Speaker 11 (24:06):
My question is what.

Speaker 9 (24:07):
Would you do with your fiance? Child or children? Was
stealing from you?

Speaker 7 (24:13):
Who stealing from you? Can you please.

Speaker 6 (24:17):
Discipline?

Speaker 10 (24:18):
And how do you know?

Speaker 9 (24:20):
No, it was a scenario where I was always out
of town and he took he took my card and
all I saw was uber eat and APM was drawn basically.

Speaker 7 (24:32):
And yeah, and what did your fiance say?

Speaker 9 (24:36):
It's this child?

Speaker 11 (24:37):
So he just swept it.

Speaker 9 (24:39):
But it's like I didn't want to want to forget
too messy, so I just kind of left it alone. Suit.

Speaker 4 (24:44):
Yeah, but that's somebody you're going to be married to.
You don't want that to be something that they feel
like they could just.

Speaker 1 (24:49):
Do to you.

Speaker 3 (24:50):
Do they do that to their dad?

Speaker 10 (24:51):
Also?

Speaker 9 (24:53):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (24:53):
Oh no, that's disrespectful, that's stealing exactly. We might got
to do some scare straight.

Speaker 6 (24:58):
The dad probably down with it.

Speaker 9 (25:00):
Yeah, trust me, that crossed my mind.

Speaker 4 (25:05):
I'm might have to get somebody to dress up as
a police and I won't have all these kids.

Speaker 9 (25:11):
Oh they're grown, like over twenty five. Oh they're.

Speaker 6 (25:18):
Now, I thought the kids, Nah, you're playing.

Speaker 4 (25:20):
Luckily I got capital one day, put the you know,
they reimburse you no longer.

Speaker 9 (25:26):
But I just got to look out for my mail now, right.

Speaker 4 (25:30):
But No, what I would do is I would make
sure whatever passwords you have changed them. They have all
these different apps where if somebody tries to like access
your account for anything, you could keep it locked so
that you know about it.

Speaker 9 (25:42):
And then yeah, I have that too, and then I
put all security measures on all of my stuff. Now
I don't play that.

Speaker 5 (25:48):
None of that.

Speaker 1 (25:49):
Now.

Speaker 4 (25:49):
Yeah, that's all you can do. But I think the
bigger issue is you have grown as hell. Why do
you think that you could just go and take my
car and run it up and.

Speaker 13 (25:59):
Do these things.

Speaker 9 (26:00):
I wasn't gonna find out.

Speaker 4 (26:01):
Yeah mm, and that's something that I think should not
be tolerated. But yes, take all the precautions that you
need to. At least had grown so it's not like,
you know, they got to stay with you necessary, you
can whip the ass.

Speaker 9 (26:14):
We did what we had to do. That's the next
now we had to do all right.

Speaker 3 (26:18):
Well, I'm sorry to hear that.

Speaker 7 (26:19):
That's off.

Speaker 3 (26:20):
I didn't know they was grown like that. I thought
these was little kids.

Speaker 9 (26:22):
Yeah, I mean, watch anybody with yourself and.

Speaker 7 (26:25):
Now you know not to leave anything out.

Speaker 9 (26:28):
It was basically poking out of the mail. That is,
I didn't even know it was there until I looked
at the app and it showed that the card was received,
and I want to investigate it. Yeah, that is really fraud.
They stole it out the mass exactly right. But I
didn't even want it to get any more messy. I'm like,
let me call in ask what.

Speaker 3 (26:50):
All right? Well, good luck with that, but.

Speaker 9 (26:51):
Again, thank you, thank you, Elizabeth.

Speaker 7 (26:57):
All right, should out to Elizabeth, New Jersey. Yes, all right,
take care?

Speaker 1 (27:02):
All right?

Speaker 4 (27:02):
Well that was ask ye eight hundred two nine two
fifty one fifty. In case you couldn't get through, you
can always still call us and leave a message and
we'll answer your question that way and when we come back.

Speaker 3 (27:12):
Du do sweet tea, you joining us?

Speaker 4 (27:14):
So I'm married to medicine and I know she's got
a lot of things that she wants to get off
her chest.

Speaker 7 (27:19):
It's way up.

Speaker 2 (27:20):
Turn up you way up with Angela yee.

Speaker 3 (27:24):
More, now what's up? It's way up with Angela ye.
I'm Angela Yee.

Speaker 4 (27:28):
And this is exciting because we just had doctor Heavenly
on and now sweetee if I'm married to Medicine is
here with us.

Speaker 3 (27:34):
Hey, yep, you're the youngest out of all the women
on the show.

Speaker 9 (27:38):
I am.

Speaker 4 (27:39):
All right, So let's talk about some things that happened,
because this is your first season on the show, and
definitely a lot of storylines, let's use that word instead
of drama. A lot of storylines revolved around certain things
that you had going on. So, all right, your husband,
doctor Gee, would he have been on the show without
you or no?

Speaker 7 (27:57):
Would have been gone?

Speaker 4 (27:58):
Show us more about the women. So the reason he's
there really is because of me. He was previously married
to Quid. Yes, and so that also happened on this season. Now,
Phajer invited Quid to your bridal shower, and you actually
reacted in a way I didn't expect you would like
sit next to me. You were very nice to her.
Doctor Heavenly was here. She said, you're a fan of Quid. Now,

(28:20):
what were you thinking when that happened and why was
that your reaction?

Speaker 17 (28:23):
That was my reaction because me and my husband had
a conversation about when I when I come into this group.
He didn't want me to get into it. He didn't
want to see his new wife fight with his ex wife.
And because of these women, they're very strong opinionated. Some
people tell lies, I just wanted her to sit next
to me and hear from my mouth before anybody y
el Saar starts to spend the.

Speaker 7 (28:41):
Narrative their way. What did you think about Quid when
you got to meet her for the first time. It's
such as such an ung retire It was, it was.

Speaker 17 (28:47):
It was kind of awkward, but there's no animosity between
her and I. When I sat down and met with her,
I thought.

Speaker 7 (28:52):
She was she was nice.

Speaker 17 (28:54):
You know, there's there's nothing like She was married to
Gregory years ago. I met Gregory about a couple of
years after the divorce, so it really shouldn't be an issue.

Speaker 7 (29:03):
So it was no problem. She actually congratulate us on
our engagement.

Speaker 4 (29:07):
Right now, I'm talking to Sweet Tea from Married to Medicine,
and you said that doctor heavenly said that her husband
had cheated on her previously, but she denies that.

Speaker 7 (29:16):
So what was that conversation?

Speaker 17 (29:18):
So we had that sit down conversation. Who was saying
Gregory was controlling? She actually admitted Like I was like,
how do you deal with conflict? And she was like,
she told me about a story and she said that
one time Damon came home late and she hit him
upside the head of the frying paper. So I'm putting
two or two together because she also told me when
Mariah originally said that she that she had receipts on
Damon when he cheated heavily, actually said that she believed him.

Speaker 7 (29:38):
And I said, well, you're supposed to believe. Why would
you believe?

Speaker 17 (29:41):
Mariah is supposed to, you know, have faith in your man.
And she was all like I believed it, you know.
So she's been trying to get ahead of it. She's
been saying like, oh, you know, if he did, I'm
buying some ass like you know, that's just her getting
I just put two and two together, like said, she.

Speaker 7 (29:54):
Didn't find evidence.

Speaker 4 (29:55):
She just believes why that she saw or caught him cheating, right,
It's just that somebody else told her that and she kind.

Speaker 17 (30:02):
Of she went she was like she was afraid and
she said that like she was like checking and asking Damon,
like is everything okay? So she's deflecting, I think, and
I think that she pretends like her relationship is perfect,
but we know it it would all crumble like a
chips ahoy cookie.

Speaker 7 (30:18):
Oh my god. You know you also uninvited her to
your wedding. I was like, was that real?

Speaker 4 (30:24):
Because she still managed to slide in there? So right,
and so what how did she get in?

Speaker 7 (30:28):
Still?

Speaker 6 (30:30):
I don't.

Speaker 17 (30:30):
I guess Johnny, my wedding planner, he got distracted and
someone called him somewhere and then she ended up slipping
through the door.

Speaker 7 (30:36):
I didn't actually see it. I saw her on the
dance floor and I told her I was gonna kick
her ass. So it's just like, why are you Why
do you want to calm Yours is not gonna work?
Why do you even want to be there? She's just
been trolling me. I want I mean up a tend seasons.
She's why, she she has a tactic.

Speaker 4 (30:52):
Yeah, she's she's keeping it going and yeah, and I
think it's something we could learn from. Another thing that
we talked about was the live that you guys did
that turned chaotic? Yeah and so, and I just want
to talk about that up here because that was a
popular topic. But about her mom, she said, you apologize,
but not to her directly.

Speaker 17 (31:10):
She's actually blocked on my phone right now because she's
been talking about me every week on her YouTube channel
and she hasn't apologized really for that directly to me.
So I asked her not to do it, and she
did it even more so it's like, even if she
did apologize, I know this's not you know, genuine, So
I don't feel like I owe her anything like she does.
She's she's been talking about my family, and it's like,

(31:32):
I'm gonna apologize.

Speaker 7 (31:33):
Publicly for me, not really for her. What's the way forward?
You think?

Speaker 17 (31:37):
For you guys, I just hope that she addressed the
childhood trauma that she's gone through and maybe get a
teddy beer.

Speaker 6 (31:43):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (31:43):
He's a psychiatrist, Okay, So nothing yet gathering from that.
Sweet Tee is here from married to medicine. You know,
we have to hear her side. We have more with
her when we come back. It's way up, way up
with Angela yee more now what's up. It's way up
with Angela Yee. I'm Angela Yee and by popular demand,
after Doctor Heavenly came on Way Up, we had to

(32:05):
have Sweet Tea on to tell her side. Now, another
really big topic, and look, this is something that I think,
you know, you being able to discuss is not an
easy thing to do, and people have to understand that.
But it is also something that a lot of women
have to deal with and finding out go ahead, yes,
and fibroids.

Speaker 17 (32:24):
Five boards, had five boards and I had, you know,
because that two cysts that were outside my un and lightning.
It's been very difficult because I've always had pain in
my whole life. Like a lot of women, they have cramps,
but I start having cramps in between my cycles. And
one day, it was like two months before I mean
and Gregory got married, I went to the hospital and
it was so I couldn't even walk.

Speaker 7 (32:43):
It got to that point.

Speaker 17 (32:44):
But I've by now I've gotten surgery, and you know,
we were actually trying to have a baby. And I
think that I believe in that sceneed you. Back in August,
I was on birth control for three months to make
sure I heal. So now we are, you know, actively trying.
Now I'm off for control Act. So it's I mean
it's only been like two three months and I'm not
considered infertile just yet.

Speaker 7 (33:03):
You haven't fun trying at least, I am.

Speaker 4 (33:07):
Okay, So doctor G. He also had to get his
sperm tested. Yes, we actually done two home tests, but
I told him, like, we need to.

Speaker 17 (33:14):
Go to an actual specialists and just make sure everything
is good because he's afraid of like what if I
can't do it?

Speaker 3 (33:19):
You know, is he the oldest man that you've dated
or I mean been with before?

Speaker 7 (33:23):
Well, I've dated someone around the same age. So you
like older men?

Speaker 16 (33:27):
I do.

Speaker 3 (33:28):
Why is that?

Speaker 17 (33:29):
Because I feel that older men they are more ready
to settle down and they live life, and they you know,
they looked they looked at like young women. They're looking
at other younger women as a benefit. And nowadays, I
feel like women my age are looking for men that
are just more settled down and you know, just more experienced,
and like, I feel like the men in my age

(33:49):
I had to hold their hand and help them to
their goals.

Speaker 7 (33:52):
And I'm like, no, you know, I'm trying to I'm
trying to sit down somewhere right.

Speaker 4 (33:55):
Now, I'm talking to sweet teeth. I'm married to medicine.
What about bringing him around your circle.

Speaker 17 (34:01):
I just kind of struggle with that at times with
some of my friends because they didn't know how to
be you know. But I'm actually surrounding myself more so
with friends that are in age GAT relationships.

Speaker 7 (34:10):
It's actually more common than you think.

Speaker 17 (34:11):
I have a lot of friends that our age GAT relationship,
like my friend over here, And this is what these
young women are looking for, like they're looking for older
men because it's just like it ain't where it's it
no more. Especially it's hard, especially a black men. You know,
it's not a lot of men that are making six figures.
Have you ever dated it out of your race? Yes,
I had, and I've always been open. It's just it
just didn't work out for me. I found mine on

(34:33):
I Love my Life in the DMS and yoused to it.

Speaker 7 (34:36):
His deal went down.

Speaker 17 (34:37):
We met during the time of COVID and during the pandemic,
so that was like the easiest way to communicate with
people when I was dating.

Speaker 7 (34:43):
And you know, I just said something really fun, I
can give you what you want.

Speaker 4 (34:47):
And then you put the baby That's why people feel like, oh,
she did this, and they say that on the show,
But the truth is, like you found out what was wrong, right,
you know the issues, and that's not doesn't mean that
it's not gonna happen, and it just means that there's
more work.

Speaker 3 (35:02):
That you have to do to make it happy.

Speaker 1 (35:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 17 (35:03):
And my husband, I mean, he's been around the block
for years, Like you know, he wouldn't get divorced and
then be single for all these years and then make
a decision just based off of sole reason me having
a baby to just be with me, like you know.

Speaker 7 (35:15):
He of course he knows my medical history. We talked
to me. We have the conversations. We've been together.

Speaker 17 (35:18):
We were three together three years prior to getting married,
so it's been long conversations about this.

Speaker 7 (35:23):
So you are down to do it another season?

Speaker 17 (35:26):
If I go back and forth all the time because
it was tough filming with Oh my god, it was
so tough film.

Speaker 7 (35:33):
Does it depend on this reunion? I think so?

Speaker 4 (35:36):
And if you're going to be doing things, because I
think one of the most important things people have to
realize on a platform like this you need to have
something that you're selling to, right you know, of course,
and I think that's important.

Speaker 7 (35:46):
While you have this going on, at least let me
get my business, right. Yes, I want to get my
business starting with the tea.

Speaker 15 (35:51):
You know.

Speaker 17 (35:51):
They called me Sweet Tea on the show, and I
love tea. You know, have my own addicinal tea line.
Maybe get some T shirts, some tea cups.

Speaker 7 (36:00):
Us, right, So, you know, I was just like, why not.
So this is a great opportunity. And I felt like
it was gonna open doors. This is what Heaven was
telling me. It's gonna open the doors.

Speaker 3 (36:10):
Right, and she's bad about that. You joined Doctor Heavenly
University too.

Speaker 7 (36:14):
I want my money back. Yeah, like you you know, yeah,
I didn't have to learn that. I did not really
learn that through her, but like you know, that's just
the obvious. But she was trying to convince me to
join the show.

Speaker 4 (36:25):
But thank you so much for coming, Sweet Tea. Make
sure y'all was Married to Medicine. Any last things you
want to say.

Speaker 17 (36:31):
Just make sure you watch Married to Medicine on Sundays
at nine pm Easter Center Time.

Speaker 7 (36:35):
All right, well, thank you so much. We appreciate you
this way up.

Speaker 4 (36:38):
Make sure you take out the full interview on my
