like Offset is off social media will tell you what's
going on. Its way up, it says the rooms from
industry shade to all.
Speaker 6 (03:31):
Of gosp out send Angela's feeling that.
Speaker 4 (03:33):
Yet it's weird, Angela. Yeah, I'm here with my day.
Speaker 3 (03:38):
May no, man, listen, let's get into this yet. So
Offset has deactivated all of his social.
Speaker 4 (03:45):
Media right now.
Speaker 3 (03:47):
He is very upset. Offset, Yes, he is off social media.
And the main thing that's happening right now. What was
really the breaking point for him was these braids.
Speaker 5 (03:58):
Yeah, stop playing with them.
Speaker 3 (04:00):
And so apparently Stephan Diggs, yes, has the same braids
as his son. Shout out to Shia who actually did
these braids. She's braided my hair before too, amazing, she.
Speaker 5 (04:09):
Did your hair Stepha's.
Speaker 3 (04:11):
But she's very well Yeah, she's very well known. So
shout out to her and crown that.
Speaker 4 (04:18):
No she did not. But anyway, shout out to braided
and all of that.
Speaker 3 (04:23):
And Offset people are upset about what he posted on
social media. He said, now, when somebody died for playing
with my son, then called me to crash out. I
don't care how I look. Charlie with my kid ends bad.
Do you think that that was Charlie man Or as
a man?
Speaker 5 (04:41):
Yes? Yes, but it's upset.
Speaker 4 (04:43):
You think this warrants this level of being upset?
Speaker 5 (04:46):
Listen, don't play with my son. I'm not I'll be sure.
I don't play with mans.
Speaker 4 (04:50):
Okay, so you kind of understand it.
Speaker 5 (04:51):
Yeah, don't play with mans.
Speaker 2 (04:53):
You braid my son the same here as your your
new dude.
Speaker 5 (04:57):
Oh you playing with me?
Speaker 3 (05:00):
But I just feel like this is a while like
the things that he's done. He literally had a woman
in the house, that's Carti's listen.
Speaker 5 (05:12):
I'm just saying that would have made you. Asked me
if that would have made me mad?
Speaker 12 (05:16):
All right?
Speaker 3 (05:16):
Well, anyway, Carti b went live and talked about all
of the things that she went through and the depression
that she had and how she couldn't even eat because
of the things that offset had going on.
Speaker 13 (05:26):
Here's what she said, the constant lies, the gas lighting,
it was really messing up with my head last year.
Speaker 14 (05:32):
I really felt like I was going crazy. I couldn't eat,
I couldn't sleep, like my baby came off five pounds
a healthy baby. I ain't gave birth prematurely nothing. My
ready came out five pounds because I couldn't eat because
I was so depressed.
Speaker 3 (05:49):
And I will say she did give him a lot
of chances. I mean literally Offset sat up here and
talked about how he's messed up in the past.
Speaker 4 (05:54):
He's not cheating anymore.
Speaker 5 (05:57):
Yes, that's something about that. She and boy just pulled.
Speaker 4 (06:00):
Was you in, aren't you getting married?
Speaker 2 (06:02):
I'm getting married?
Speaker 3 (06:04):
And then here is what else Cardi had to say
about if she would have stayed with him, it wouldn't
have ended well.
Speaker 13 (06:09):
I was literally losing my mind, and I give you
chances after chances after chances. If I was still there,
I was gonna end up warning to jail because I
was gonna end up killing them seriously with my own
beer hands.
Speaker 3 (06:21):
Now, she was also on there talking about the people
who are slut shaming her when she just came out
of her marriage. She's been married, you know all this
time for what seven Yeah, things like that, but they've
been separated for a while.
Speaker 15 (06:35):
Now.
Speaker 3 (06:36):
Now here's what else you have to say about off
Set literally giving other female rappers ammunition against her.
Speaker 11 (06:44):
You know how many week ass rep or every single
time about me, was was one thing. I couldn't even
diet these wegs because every someone talking about gives them
the always bring up that one thing.
Speaker 4 (06:58):
And you know it's interesting.
Speaker 3 (06:59):
I said, yes, And you know it's interesting because Wave
their son. He doesn't even have this hairstyle right now,
that's like.
Speaker 4 (07:05):
An old picture.
Speaker 5 (07:06):
Oh that's an old picture.
Speaker 4 (07:08):
Yeah. So it's not like they're walking around twining.
Speaker 5 (07:10):
So that would have made me more mad. So, yeah,
you Ben did this.
Speaker 3 (07:13):
Sometimes people going to be like, I went this hairstyle
right well, anyway, that is your Yet when we come
back about last night, we'll talk about what we did
last night. I was outside last night to keep it
really really Yes, you guy, Snapdog was with me.
Speaker 4 (07:27):
It's way yeah.
Speaker 8 (07:28):
I was supposed to see him.
Speaker 6 (07:30):
So about last night, Yes, I went down.
Speaker 3 (07:36):
Yeah, it's way up at the end of the Yeah. Wait, man,
where were you last night?
Speaker 2 (07:40):
Celebrating life?
Speaker 7 (07:42):
Happy birthday? In my dog Davis. We was out, uh,
celebrated for his birthday. We was want to say less
he was up and made in Mexico.
Speaker 3 (07:49):
You were everywhere birthday Davies. Yes, okay, well shout out
to him. I was working last night, so I was
doing lift service. We had on which that episode comes
out today from Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Speaker 4 (08:05):
It started off rocky. I didn't know if the interview
was gonna happen. She walked in.
Speaker 5 (08:10):
What was the issue?
Speaker 4 (08:11):
She saw Gig.
Speaker 3 (08:14):
And she doesn't like the interview that Gigi did with Ralph,
and so she left, but then she did come back.
Gigi then was like, you know what, I'll step out
for the interview. There's an issue. She did say though,
at the end that she's willing to have a conversation
with Gig. She wanted me to watch the full interview
with Ralph to see what I think they did. They
(08:34):
know each other, they don't know each other personally.
Speaker 5 (08:37):
So she just don't like what she said.
Speaker 3 (08:39):
She don't like what she said. She said that Gigi
called her the B word and a liar and said
some things that she didn't like. I gotta look at
it because I haven't I've only seen clips. So I
was like, look, I didn't know, so that's not and
I didn't know there was any issues. But everything I
think will get smoothed out and the episode is very good.
Speaker 4 (08:58):
So we did that.
Speaker 3 (08:59):
Then we had Snapdog and Ace Metaphor on Now I'm
gonna tell you Ace Metaphor is a relationship coach. I
thought he was going to be able to coach Snapdog
and it did not happen that way. So you'll hear
that episode next week. But it got a little out
of control. But yes, I thought a Snapdog is from
a d shout out to my guy. He is hilarious.
(09:20):
He's also a professional boxer. He's planning to fight again
by the end of the summer. He really wants to
fight blue Face Blue Faces and I know, you know,
at some point I know he was trying to. But anyway,
he's a pretty funny guy and looks like he's ready
to settle down. But he's got seven kids by six
different women.
Speaker 4 (09:38):
He talked about that, Yeah, he was.
Speaker 3 (09:40):
Anyway, when we come back, you know what time it is,
it's a no judgment zone time.
Speaker 4 (09:47):

have an issue with it.
Speaker 4 (11:29):
Okay, okay, so they knew, you know, so they kind
of ran a train.
Speaker 1 (11:36):
No, they don't like each other, so they had.
Speaker 5 (11:38):
To keep them shutting.
Speaker 2 (11:39):
They don't like each other. But you knocked them rvings
in the crib at the same time.
Speaker 4 (11:43):
What makes you decide to do that?
Speaker 17 (11:45):
Both of them looked on that with me, and so
I just showed them I can be on more boards.
Speaker 4 (11:50):
Oh and you did ye? Did they use condoms?
Speaker 5 (11:55):
They did?
Speaker 3 (11:58):
Did you I do wet white or shower in between?
Speaker 17 (12:02):
I actually went white because one novel here left the
part so you know nothing, then the other one.
Speaker 3 (12:09):
Yeah, okay, so the smaller one went first.
Speaker 4 (12:17):
All right, thank you for sharing. It's a no judgment zone.
You were order.
Speaker 2 (12:25):
Yeah, small smaller one first joke.
Speaker 4 (12:30):
Hey animus color, how are you hello?
Speaker 1 (12:33):
What off I need to get thrown off my joke.
Speaker 4 (12:35):
Okay, old my job.
Speaker 18 (12:38):
She came on her face one day and her man,
so I had to.
Speaker 10 (12:43):
Do what needs to be done, right, But then she
trying to come on her face again, So what needed.
Speaker 4 (12:49):
To be done? You gotta be specific. It's a secret.
Speaker 18 (12:52):
I did her man because he looks all upon me,
buying my ear, buying my nails.
Speaker 2 (12:56):
Speaking of my Oh, that's good enough for you.
Speaker 7 (13:00):
Come out, you do that.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
He picked out all her things one more time.
Speaker 18 (13:03):
So then I did her son.
Speaker 2 (13:05):
Do you do the son? What owd is the son?
Speaker 4 (13:08):
Twenty where we continue?
Speaker 2 (13:11):
She took the whole family the war like she took
that lady the war. You understand on with me? So
you knocked her husband off and then the sun. Yeah,
don't blame your family, lovely.
Speaker 4 (13:23):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (13:25):
She's a military.
Speaker 4 (13:27):
This is crazy.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
It's like she's a war So now I'm not.
Speaker 4 (13:32):
Playing your face again.
Speaker 5 (13:33):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 18 (13:35):
Ain't nothing the side.
Speaker 4 (13:36):
I'm Oh my god, did you did you film me
of it?
Speaker 1 (13:41):
No?
Speaker 2 (13:42):
Absolutely not. I'm a Christian woman, Christian Prayson.
Speaker 5 (13:46):
Lord, God, oh it's good.
Speaker 4 (13:48):
If you had a pick between the husband and a
son who would you pick well Jesus.
Speaker 3 (13:52):
So okay, all right, well, thank you for sharing. Yeah,
he is a Christian, don't you do that?
Speaker 18 (13:57):
Man?
Speaker 7 (13:58):
She just yeah, falling Sun duo to get the girl back.
Speaker 5 (14:03):
But you're a Christian woman, God bless you.
Speaker 3 (14:05):
And people worried about the same braids when things like
this going on.
Speaker 2 (14:11):
All right, what's that person to me?
Speaker 9 (14:13):
Man?
Speaker 5 (14:13):
That's all I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (14:14):
Well, thank you guys for sharing.
Speaker 3 (14:15):
That was tell us a secret eight hundred and two
nine fifty just in case yeah, couldn't get through. And
when we come back, we have your yet, and this
NBA superstar is struggling with doubt and imposta syndrome will
tell you who it is.
Speaker 4 (14:28):
It's way up.
Speaker 1 (14:29):
Oh, she's about to blow the lead off this pot.
Let's get it. Oh, angels feeling that yet, come and.
Speaker 5 (14:34):
Get the tea.
Speaker 4 (14:36):
It's way up at Angela.
Speaker 9 (14:37):
Yee.
Speaker 3 (14:37):
I'm here with Maino and let's talk basketball.
Speaker 4 (14:41):
Let's talk about Steph Curry on CNBC.
Speaker 6 (14:44):
Now.
Speaker 3 (14:44):
He talked about imposta syndrome and still not being completely comfortable.
Speaker 4 (14:49):
Here's what he said.
Speaker 12 (14:50):
I'm human, like everybody. You have doubts about yourself, like
you having pasta syndrome. Oft times like you have an
idea of you still have where you're at times you're like,
it's that's an idea of are you doing everything you
can to take care of people that are relying on you?
Are you fulfilling your full potential in all different areas
that I've set out to do, Like, those are daily
(15:11):
commitments and daily thoughts that you have to kind of
weave through.
Speaker 4 (15:15):
Wow, See people don't know people still be right.
Speaker 5 (15:17):
Everybody going through something.
Speaker 3 (15:18):
Struggling with things, not feeling if they're in the right
space that they're going to be in, you know, So
shout out to him for being honest about that.
Speaker 4 (15:27):
And now let's talk about Tom Thibodeau.
Speaker 3 (15:30):
He is what was the head coach for the Knicks
and recently was fired. You know, there was a lot
of talk about whether he was going to get let
go after the next you know, lost to the Pacers.
A lot of people did not feel like he deserved
to be let go though. They feel like you did
a lot. You got the Knicks to a place that
haven't been in decades.
Speaker 5 (15:50):
Three decades, right.
Speaker 3 (15:51):
Yeah, so five twenty five years. Yeah, so it feels
like he accomplished a lot, but some people feel like
he didn't seal the deal. But everybody's been commenting on it.
And here's what Jalen Rose, who by the way, said
he's never commented on the coach being fired before, had
to say he.
Speaker 7 (16:07):
Did not deserve to be fired the way he was
by the New York Knicks led him to the playoffs
for the last five years.
Speaker 5 (16:15):
They had fifty wins seasons.
Speaker 18 (16:17):
They made it to the conference finals in the first
time in decades.
Speaker 3 (16:22):
Yeah right, I mean that is a big deal, and
everybody's wondering who's going to be the next coach. I
see a lot of people talking. Well, I saw Jay
Williams saying imy Udoka would be a great fit, but
I don't think he's gonna come to New York. People
are talking about Jason Kidd, they said, Johnny Brian and
Jay Ryder are considered presumed candidates also, So we'll see
(16:44):
what's next.
Speaker 4 (16:45):
But it's a big job to fill.
Speaker 3 (16:47):
I saw KRL Anthony Towns reshared nixt tribute that he
posted on his page earlier in the week, and also
a photo of himself and Thibodeau, So I'm sure a
lot of people did not want to see him go.
But one person who is buying for the job is
metal World Peace. And here's what he because he also does,
by the way, feel like he shouldn't have been fired
(17:08):
as the head coach. But here's what Metaworld Peace had
to say.
Speaker 5 (17:11):
He did a great job. I didn't expect it. And
who is that next coach? In your mind? Who should
be the next? Many people, A many people met me.
Let me retract, there are a lot of incredible coaches
out there. Let me just say that, do I want
to head coach? Absolutely?
Speaker 4 (17:27):
Wow? That would be very interesting, right, wouldn't it be?
Could you imagine?
Speaker 5 (17:32):
Very aggressive?
Speaker 4 (17:35):
All right? And lastly, Jay Z and Rock Nation.
Speaker 3 (17:37):
You know they've been trying to get this gaming license
to open a casino in New.
Speaker 4 (17:40):
York City for a long time now.
Speaker 3 (17:43):
Jay Z made an appearance at the New York State
Capitol to meet with Democratic Senate Majority leader, and in
doing so, he also talked about that trying to get
that gaming license and open a Caesar's Palace casino in
Times Square that would make him the second black casino
owner in US history.
Speaker 4 (17:59):
Can you image in Times Square? All right?
Speaker 3 (18:02):
Well, that is your yet when we come back. We
have under the radar stories that are not necessarily in
the headlines. They're flying under the radar, but I definitely
need to know about them, Okay, amongst them. Oh, let's
talk about this Donald Trump's spending bill and what Elon
Musk had to say about it.
Speaker 4 (18:19):
He is not on board anymore.
Speaker 6 (18:20):
It's way up the news, in the news that relates
to you. These stories are flying under the radar.
Speaker 4 (18:27):
It's way up.
Speaker 3 (18:28):
But Angela, yee, I'm here manos, Yes, indeed, and let's
get into these under the radar stories. I know you've
heard about this big, beautiful bill. That's what Donald Trump
is calling it. Well, Elon Musk, who was his right
hand but I guess no longer is it, wrote on
X I'm sorry, but I just can't stand it anymore.
This massive, outrageous, pork filled congressional spending bill is a
(18:49):
disgusting abomination.
Speaker 4 (18:51):
Shame on those who voted for it. You know you
did wrong. You know what.
Speaker 3 (18:54):
It will massively increase the already gigantic budget deficit to
two point five trillion dollars and burden American citizens with
crushingly unsustainable debt.
Speaker 4 (19:04):
And then he wrote in November.
Speaker 3 (19:05):
Next year, we fire all politicians who betrayed the American people.
Speaker 4 (19:09):
That's interesting, It's very interesting.
Speaker 5 (19:11):
Yes, this was his guy.
Speaker 3 (19:12):
Yeah, that was his guy, and now he's calling it
an abomination. So interesting to see that change take place.
And in other news, Marjorie Taylor Green said, full transparency.
I did not know about this section on pages two
hundred and seventy eight to two seventy nine of this
one Big Beautiful bill that stripped states of the right
(19:34):
to make laws or regulate AI for ten years. I
am adamantly opposed to this, and it is a violation
of state rights. And I would have voted to know
if I had known this was in there. Ma'am, you
have one job to know what's in the bills. Sure,
saying yes too, and that you're voting for.
Speaker 5 (19:51):
Then went back and said she so.
Speaker 4 (19:53):
Now we know you didn't even read that.
Speaker 3 (19:55):
She said, the One Big Beautiful Bill should be about
cutting taxes, securing the border, and leashing American energy, not
surrendering state power to the AI industry for ten years.
We can beat China without selling out our values. I
will never support destroying federalism.
Speaker 5 (20:09):
But you supported it.
Speaker 3 (20:11):
Yeah, but you signed the bill. Man, what else do
you not notice in there? If you didn't know that
was in there? What else didn't you read?
Speaker 5 (20:16):
You did it this time?
Speaker 4 (20:16):
I've been doing it all right.
Speaker 3 (20:19):
And a calorie cutting diets, they're saying, could be tied
to worsening depression. If you go too far with the diet,
that could have a serious impact on your mental health.
Cutting your calories down too far could be linked with
worse depression symptoms, according to new research. So there are
some limitations to consider when looking at what can happen
when you cut these calories down.
Speaker 5 (20:39):
I believe that.
Speaker 4 (20:40):
Give me a cookie.
Speaker 7 (20:41):
I've been on this diet, but you know all the
wrong foods make you happy. Oh yeah, you're like donuts
and just have let's top it.
Speaker 5 (20:50):
I was false?
Speaker 4 (20:52):
What was in the bill about this?
Speaker 2 (20:54):
All right?
Speaker 4 (20:55):
Well that is your under the radar.
Speaker 3 (20:57):
It is a wealth Wednesday, Thank goodness, because we need
all the help that we can get, and we do
have Kiko Wise joining us today.
Speaker 4 (21:04):
She is going to help you.
Speaker 3 (21:05):
If you've ever thought about franchising your business, it doesn't
even have to be a brick and mortar business. It
could be something that is online, a digital business. But
she will be joining us. She herself has her own
franchise and now she's going to help you if you
want to know how to make it happen.
Speaker 4 (21:19):
All right, it's way up. We got the way ye
mix at the top of the hour.
Speaker 6 (21:22):
Sure, she's about to blow the lid ab off this,
but let's get it. Oh yeah, Angela's feeling that.
Speaker 1 (21:26):
Yeezee, come and get the tea.
Speaker 4 (21:29):
All right, it's way up with Angela. Yee, I'm here.
My God may not say, let's get into this. Yeete.
Speaker 3 (21:34):
Here's something exclusive ta so jus A. Dora was on
lip Service. That episode is out today at two pm,
so you can watch that full episode. And she talked
about if you watch Your HOUSEWS of Atlanta, you know
she's separated from her husband, Ralph, but he has been
known to cheat. He denies that, but she found out
that while he's been living in the basement because he
(21:56):
won't leave the house, he had a woman down there.
Speaker 4 (21:59):
And here's what she said. I always been moving in
the basement. We live in a gated community, so all
I have to do is call.
Speaker 16 (22:07):
I've never talked about this publicly, but I went to
my daughter's school lunch with the parents and it was
this girl like me, mugging me. Her daughter was in
my daughter's class.
Speaker 4 (22:16):
A parent. Oh what's your name? And so she said
her name was, Oh, Hi, nice to meet Kay. You've
been in my house.
Speaker 16 (22:23):
She was like in the basement working out with Ralph.
Speaker 4 (22:29):
Wow, that's awful.
Speaker 8 (22:30):
But I'm saying they broke up, so he can do
what he want to do, right, but.
Speaker 4 (22:33):
In the same house because they have kids.
Speaker 3 (22:35):
The kids go down there, she said, the kids sometimes
it'll be like daddy had a lady down there.
Speaker 8 (22:39):
Oh wow, but listen, that's uh, his portion of the house.
Speaker 3 (22:43):
Yeah, but I think also like leave the house and
do things if you because of the kids.
Speaker 4 (22:49):
That's you know now.
Speaker 3 (22:51):
She also talked about the fact that she has been
going on some dates here and there because I separated.
Speaker 4 (22:57):
Here's what she said, And I'm on a couple of dates.
Speaker 16 (23:01):
Well, since I've been so busy, I've been on like
promo tours. People have like flown in and come like, oh,
I'm gonna come support you, so you perform or come
to your album release party.
Speaker 4 (23:09):
Whatever it may be.
Speaker 16 (23:10):
And if I hang out, we're like in a group
setting and you.
Speaker 3 (23:12):
Going as far as like kissing somebody else or has
it learning flirting?
Speaker 4 (23:17):
For sure?
Speaker 5 (23:18):
What does that mean? Flirting?
Speaker 18 (23:20):
You know?
Speaker 8 (23:21):
Twenty five is flirting?
Speaker 4 (23:24):
I mean she's been married for how long has she
been married? Like ten years?
Speaker 3 (23:29):
You know, so that's a long she's got to get
back out there in the dating game.
Speaker 4 (23:35):
Well, I'm sure.
Speaker 3 (23:36):
There's things that she wants to handle first. All right now,
lamar Odom is getting evicted from his La mansion after
allegedly not making any payments since December. They had agreed
on a fifteen thousand dollars payment on the first of
every month in rent by Marti. Still had not paid,
so they said a forty five thousand dollars debt and
the company that sublease in the home has no choice
(23:58):
but to sue him for alleged pass to We shall
see what happens. The court ruled in favor of Executive
Recovery Group, Inc. On April twenty eighth, after not getting
a response from lamar Odom, and they also awarded the
company possession of that mansion and told him that he
had to vacate the residence.
Speaker 4 (24:14):
Oh wow, gotta handle that business man, Gotta show up
for court.
Speaker 5 (24:18):
That's bad news.
Speaker 3 (24:19):
All right, and Russell Simmons is suing HBO Max for
twenty million dollars because of that on the record documentary.
He says that that documentary they disregarded or suppressed more
than twenty witnesses who refuted the allegations of multiple women
that they made against him, and that the information was
readily available to several people at WarnerMedia, which is the
(24:40):
parent company of HBO Max, including the CEO. He says,
civil rights leaders and members of Congress urged HBO to
review the evidence supporting these denials. And one name he
does drop is Oprah Winfrey, claiming she was initially an
executive producer but withdrew from the project after publicly noting
inconsistencies in the accusation. So now he's doing for twenty
(25:00):
million dollars. All right, we'll let you know how that
plays out. And that is your yee t. When we
come back, it's time for ask ye. Eight hundred two
ninety two fifty one fifty is and I'm gonna call
us up any question you have.
Speaker 4 (25:12):
We're here to help you out.
Speaker 3 (25:13):
That's eight hundred nine two fifty one fifty is me
and the award winning Advice giver may.
Speaker 4 (25:20):
No eight hundred two nine two fifty one fifty. It's
way up.
Speaker 6 (25:24):
I'll goad everybody since, whether it's relationship or career advice.
Speaker 1 (25:28):
Angela's dropping facts, so you should you should know.
Speaker 4 (25:30):
If this is ask Ye, what's up his way up
with Angela?
Speaker 7 (25:33):
Yee.
Speaker 3 (25:33):
I'm here with my guy Mano and he's an award
winning advice givers. Soon as he finishes eating, we're gonna okay,
it's time to ask Ye eight hundred two ninety two
fifty one fifty.
Speaker 2 (25:42):
Yohan, it was good?
Speaker 4 (25:44):
What's good?
Speaker 3 (25:45):
What do you want to talk about today? For ask
Ye may No, he.
Speaker 5 (25:50):
Made a stationment about juice of Boy's husband being in
a basement.
Speaker 1 (25:55):
They did knocked together, So it's cool for.
Speaker 2 (25:57):
My man to be bringing bags to the crib.
Speaker 1 (26:00):
That's no, that's a no, not not even cloth.
Speaker 5 (26:04):
For real.
Speaker 18 (26:05):
Man.
Speaker 2 (26:05):
No, I love you that million.
Speaker 18 (26:07):
Bucks songs, that's still my joint in the very day.
Speaker 5 (26:09):
I love you.
Speaker 2 (26:09):
I was just asking a question, man boy, trying.
Speaker 1 (26:13):
I thought he was.
Speaker 2 (26:14):
I thought he was like side with no.
Speaker 7 (26:16):
No, no, no, no no, what's your what's your thoughts?
Speaker 2 (26:19):
I was trying to figure it out. Yeah, what's your thoughts.
Speaker 18 (26:21):
For real, for real, we grown right, we know the
rules to this. If I'm with a babe and we
ain't together, but we're still.
Speaker 5 (26:28):
Under the same rule.
Speaker 18 (26:28):
We got to keep piece in the house.
Speaker 1 (26:30):
Let's let's let's play.
Speaker 18 (26:31):
Nice, because if she bring a dude through, I'm clowning
that dude. From the minute he walked to the dark,
I'm saying every disrespectful thing.
Speaker 2 (26:37):
I can't wink up.
Speaker 18 (26:39):
If he jumped up, I'm gonna get him down to him.
Speaker 2 (26:41):
What if you can what if you can't be him?
Speaker 18 (26:44):
I ain't matter one yet.
Speaker 5 (26:46):
Yeah, I like that.
Speaker 3 (26:48):
I want to say this minute, it sounds like you
may have been that guy in someone's house.
Speaker 8 (26:54):
Well, I've been caught at people's houses.
Speaker 7 (26:56):
Yes, where I've been in situations where women that had
guys and a guy came home and then I was
in the other rooms secretly hiding and he didn't know,
and then I left after he left.
Speaker 5 (27:09):
Yeah, that has happened. But so Devil's advocate.
Speaker 7 (27:12):
So you're telling me if me and a girl break
up and I'm living in the basement, I can't.
Speaker 2 (27:15):
I can't have my entertainment.
Speaker 4 (27:17):
You cannot.
Speaker 18 (27:18):
It's not the right thing to do with my dad
is Ethicol. We things get bad, we can either make
it a little bit better or we can make it
a whole lot worse.
Speaker 7 (27:27):
Sometimes sometimes sometimes to get to get better, you gotta
make it worse.
Speaker 1 (27:32):
Oh.
Speaker 7 (27:32):
Sometimes sometimes it take a lot of water to get
a good piece.
Speaker 2 (27:39):
I feel you might get I'm just asking.
Speaker 18 (27:42):
I've been through that situation. You know what I'm saying.
Me and my ex wife we actually cool. When we
was in that situation.
Speaker 17 (27:48):
That was like the.
Speaker 18 (27:49):
Absolute first rule of thumbs. We don't we don't bring
people here.
Speaker 3 (27:53):
I agree with that, though not in the house. And
I think as a woman, I don't even want to
go in the basement. If you were trying to have
me come over and I'm not going in the basement
and your wife is upstairs, your a strange wife where
you're not divorced from you, Let's go somewhere else on vacation.
Speaker 18 (28:08):
Me personally, I just rather not.
Speaker 5 (28:10):
I like I like that. I like that. I like that.
Speaker 7 (28:13):
Man, hey, listen, man, save the day. July twenty six,
I'm gonna send an invite out. I like the way
you think I'm Inviting's my wedding bro.
Speaker 2 (28:22):
Yeah, getting maded somebody and the way you're talking, you
might can help us with the security because.
Speaker 3 (28:27):
Oh gosh, all right, well, thank you Johan, We appreciate you.
Speaker 1 (28:32):
Thank you guys.
Speaker 3 (28:33):
All right, well, when we come back, it is a
Wealth Wednesday. It's not just all about this, okay, but
we do have Kikawives joining us, and she is going
to help you if you have a business and you're
thinking about franchising, or maybe you need to be thinking
about franchising. She's the first black franchiser in the country
and she got you.
Speaker 4 (28:51):
It's way up.
Speaker 7 (28:52):
I had a dream of wealthy and I don't mind
sharing my wealth dog getting you straight financially, mentally and physically.
Speaker 1 (28:59):
This is Off Wednesday on Way Up with Angela Ye.
Speaker 4 (29:02):
What's up?
Speaker 3 (29:03):
It's put Angela yee and you know what time it is.
It's time for Wealth Wednesday. I have my co host
Dacy Tizzy.
Speaker 4 (29:08):
Happy Wealth Wednesdays, everybody.
Speaker 15 (29:10):
We are very excited to talk to you today about
really how to scale your business through franchising, and we're
so excited to have Kika Wise. Kika is the founder
of Kika Stretch Studios, which she scaled through franchising and
then walked away from to start. Black Box Studio didn't
walk away from it, just made it a run at
(29:30):
yourself kind of business. And she is the first black
franchiser in the country and she's also a mom.
Speaker 9 (29:38):
Yes, I'm excited, thanks for having me.
Speaker 3 (29:40):
So, Kika, you are a franchise or, can you tell
us what is the difference between a franchise or and
a franchise e.
Speaker 9 (29:46):
So, a franchise or is the person who owns the
entire brand, so they actually sell it to other people.
Speaker 4 (29:53):
Those other people are.
Speaker 9 (29:54):
Called franchisees, but no one ever knows the franchise or.
And so what we do is focus on the franchise
or and help small business owners become that.
Speaker 3 (30:03):
For people who are fanchise ese, what is the benefit
of being a franchisee instead of studying your own small business?
Speaker 9 (30:10):
Yeah, so all my small business owners out there know
what it's like to start something from scratch, and so
it's something I'm like, I'm never doing again. But it's
like you have to go through so many learning curves.
You have to figure out what works. So the franchisee
coming into the model already has the game plan based.
Speaker 8 (30:29):
Off what works and what doesn't work.
Speaker 9 (30:31):
So they can avoid many of the mistakes that the
person who started it made.
Speaker 4 (30:36):
Right now, it's a Wealth Wednesday.
Speaker 3 (30:37):
So Stacy Tisdale is here and we are talking to
Kiko Wise, the founder and CEO of Black Box Studios.
But there's some restrictions when you're a franchisee. Yeah, you
can't just do whatever.
Speaker 9 (30:47):
No, yeah, and that a lot of entrepreneurs want to franchise,
but they're like, what happens if they still all my stuff?
It's impossible. They can't. There's so many restrictions that protect
the brand creator. So franchise is like very good for entrepreneurs.
They have to follow everything you set up.
Speaker 15 (31:05):
That's get touched a Blackpot consulting, tell our audience what
that is.
Speaker 9 (31:08):
Yeah, So black Box franchising we turn small businesses into
national franchise brands. So we do all of the paperwork,
we handle financial modeling, and then it becomes a playbook
that they can give to the person who buys into
their brand.
Speaker 3 (31:21):
You do have to set up your business so that
it can be a franchise.
Speaker 4 (31:26):
It's not just like we're paying people under the table.
We're doing X, Y and Z.
Speaker 3 (31:30):
Everything has to really be in order because people need
to see how they're making money and how you made
your money.
Speaker 9 (31:36):
Yes, and it's regulated by the government, like people call
themselves a franchise when they have two locations. No, there's
a process, so you have to set it up a
certain way so people have a good chance at succeeding.
And so we handle all the legal paperwork. We create
the operations manual. Most people have employees staff, but when
you hire somebody else, how do they learn? It's usually
(31:58):
by verbal text, but there's not a playbook that they.
Speaker 8 (32:02):
Can just follow.
Speaker 9 (32:02):
So we literally do all of the hard work that
people dread so that they can be a franchise, and
we teach them how we did it as well.
Speaker 3 (32:11):
Kik A Wise is here. It's a Wealth Wednesday with
me and Stacy Tisdale. Would be talking about franchising your
business even more when we come back.
Speaker 4 (32:17):
It's way up kind of dream of.
Speaker 7 (32:19):
Wealthy and I don't mind sharing my wealth dog.
Speaker 6 (32:22):
Getting you straight financially, mentally and physically. This is wealth
Wednesday on Way up with Angela ye.
Speaker 2 (32:28):
What's up?
Speaker 3 (32:28):
His way up with Angela Yee. It's a wealth Wednesday
and I'm here with Stacy Tisdale and kik A wise,
we are talking about franchising your business.
Speaker 15 (32:36):
Tell us a success story, like what it actually looks
like in real time.
Speaker 3 (32:40):
Maybe somebody that you're like, I didn't know I could
franchise this business.
Speaker 9 (32:43):
So there is a brand that I helped franchise in
twenty twenty and then a few years later he's like,
I have thirteen locations. But then we have a digital service.
We were talking about that. People don't realize you can
franchise a digital product.
Speaker 2 (32:59):
Yeah.
Speaker 15 (32:59):
People always think brick and mortar like McDonald or something.
That was very fascinating to learn digital online companies can
do this as well.
Speaker 9 (33:06):
Yes, And so once I realized that there's like five
digital companies actually franchising, I'm like, oh, there's so much opportunity.
So that surprised me. Just the opportunity enfranchising is so
huge and no one's doing it.
Speaker 15 (33:20):
Franchising is really how you see the path forward for
black businesses to go and sustain and create generational wealth.
Speaker 9 (33:27):
Yes, businesses right now are shuddering at an all time.
Speaker 4 (33:31):
Read tell me about it. And bren has been out
of control.
Speaker 9 (33:35):
Everywhere, and so it's almost like I told the guys,
we have to help as many people as possible before
they all close, because if they can understand the science
of making money, then they can build an asset, which
is a franchise, and then now their children can win
off of their model because if the business owner passes
God forbid, there's no their businesses a liability, it's not
(33:57):
an asset. So the franchise is the asset that can
live past their lifetime.
Speaker 2 (34:01):
Because they're getting it.
Speaker 15 (34:02):
You're getting money your child while they sleep.
Speaker 9 (34:05):
Even if your child doesn't want to run the franchise,
they can hire someone to run it and they still
get the residual income.
Speaker 3 (34:11):
Right now, it's a Wealth Wednesday. So Stacy Tisdale is
here and we are talking to Kiko Wise, the founder
and CEO of Black Box Studios.
Speaker 15 (34:18):
A lot of people think they have to be a
big successful business to do this, but you say that
to misconception.
Speaker 9 (34:24):
It's such a misconception. People are like, I have to
make millions a month. No, all it is is being
honest about your numbers. So even if somebody nuts the money,
they have leftovers two thousand dollars a month, there's people
who will want to buy just to get that money
so that they can pay their bills and survive. People
are looking for opportunity to stay at home, to have
(34:44):
a flexible schedule, and they're looking to replace their income.
Speaker 15 (34:47):
How do people work with you and how much does
that cost?
Speaker 9 (34:50):
Yes, so we are less than all the competitors, so
the total cost is forty five thousand. However, we've partnered
with a firm to make it really easy, so you
can get start art it for as low as seven
hundred dollars a month and actually have your franchise developed
in two to three months, you're a franchised and by
the time you get your first franchisee, you just pay
off your balance with the firm and it's almost like
(35:12):
you got it maybe for free.
Speaker 4 (35:13):
Where can people go to work with you?
Speaker 9 (35:15):
Actually, surprise, I have a special treat for everyone. So
if you go to intro dot, Blackboxfranchising dot com slash
Wealth Wednesdays, you will see these two beautiful women's faces
on it and you can sign up there and we'll
