today I saw this article on Black Enterprise on Marcus Bouro.
He's a Haitian entrepreneur. He has launched Tom and T
a m A n. It's a thirty million dollar luxury

real estate development that is going to be in Puntakana,
which is a major tourist destination. When you ask people
where should I invest if you want to buy something
in the Caribbean, a lot of people will say Dominican
Republic is a great investment. A lot of people travel there,
great return on investment. So his real estate project is
going to offer a blend of well being, sustainability and
high quality design. I was reading an article yesterday about

how wellness and also sustainability are really big objectives as
people are looking at real estate in today's day and age.
And there's going to be one hundred and forty four
upskill apartment and it's the first residential project in La
Rinconada to start construction after getting all of the necessary permits.

he was building this futuristic city in Senegal. If you
recall that happened back in twenty twenty. He got a
six billion dollar contract to build this cryptocurrency themed city
called Akon City, and according to reports, they gave him

two weeks to begin work or forfeit the land. And
now that land has been forfeited and they're planning to
build their own tourism hot spot there in Senegal. Well,
when I asked Akon about this story, here's what he said.

Do you know what's happening? Acon City is under attack.
The concept of what this dream means to Africa is
so big that it's shaking up a lot of agendas
in Africa. Anyone that's infrastructed on, anyone that just used
basic common sense knows that it takes twelve months to

a regular on that podcast. And then we had on
Sean the Cook, a phenomenal restaurant tour who has an
amazing restaurant in Long in Staten Island and the reservations
are like booked out for the next three months.

So did you get in there?

I mean I could, dam we probably get it.

The food was phenomenal. Look her up. Food's amazing.

It's like the only two star restaurant in Staten Island,
the only restaurant to get two stars from the New
York Times.

Okay, all right, yeah, Well, speaking of restaurants, I tried
this restaurant in Brooklyn yesterday called Burt Pepper. I'd never
been there before. It was quite good. You said, what
kind of food is it?

so we've actually interviewed the CEO, Eddie Shapiro. We've also
interviewed Bianca de Lecio and she has a book coming
out about just Manifestation, and you know, she's amazing. She's
the top broker in New York and New York City.
And then we also had another woman on Divina and

she has a company called Compassionate Cleaning and she I'm
gonna show you her site, but when I tell you,
she goes into people's apartments, houses and just helps them
clean everything up, and I'm gonna show you what it's
like hoarders kind of, but she does it with compassion
because she also went to school and is a licensed psychologist.

And so a lot of times, yes, a lot of times,
when you see people's places, you know, looking like, oh
what happened here. It's not just that they're dirty or messy.
It's sometimes a mental aspect of it, where people are
struggling with some type of disorder and it's really hard
for them to pull it together and clean up. And
so just seeing the amazing work that she does, she

has to get grant. She has a gofund me. Sometimes
she works with different brands to be able to help
people get their place in order. Okay, that's awesome, Yes,
and so I'm excited to roll that out. I think
next week we start rolling those out. I'm excited about it.

Mountainhead Nanas and Rebel Ridge, which I've seen. That was good.

cops in the town are like against him, and he's

is a little airy. This Annabelle Doll. The Conjuring is
one of my favorite series based on a true story.
By the way, we all know the story of Lorraine
and Ed Warren, yes, and how they were able to
go ahead and and battle these spirits, these demonic spirits. Well,

the haunted doll Annabelle has been on tour touring the United.

States, which is crazy.

And Dan Rivera, who was a paranormal investigator, has suddenly
died while he was on tour with the doll. He
was found dead in his Pennsylvania hotel room on Sunday.

Nights and the doll, and the doll was in his
hotel room.

Now, I don't know if the doll was in the room,
but he was on tour with the doll because they
keep it in a glass case. And so the reason
for the case is that nobody's supposed to touch it
and before they move it, they have like a priest
come and you know, bless everything around it and things
like that.

Now, Lorrain and Ed Warren are real people, and they
have said that doll has a demonic presence attached to her,

who died, would have wanted the tour to continue bringing

people together, sharing knowledge, honoring the memory of Ed and
the Rain Warren. And so here is just a little

Fibroids are, for those who may not know, non cancerous
tumors that occur in and around the uterus and can
actually vary in size, location and quantity and cause symptoms

I got pregnant after about two years of trying with
my husband, and then suddenly they lost my baby. So
I went to the doctor trying to get answers on
what I needed to do for conception, and instead found
out that I had a nine point one centimeter five
and like I didn't even really feel it, Like I
didn't know I had.

This in me and that's big. That's about the size
of a large orange.
Speaker 6 (34:28):
And the doctor was like, you need to hurry up
and have a surgery as soon as possible or you
might not be able to have children. So I felt
really discouraged, but my husband felt very strongly that there
was a natural way to combat this. We did do
some research, we looked into different options, and that's when
my mom connected me to coach Jesse and she let
me know that I had options, right and I believe.

Honestly, it was so much easier than I expected. My

just think if I had gone with the surgery instead

now that land has been forfeited and they're planning to
build their own tourism hot spot there in Senegal. Well,

she goes into people's apartments, houses and just helps them

like hoarders kind of, but she does it with compassion

And so a lot of times, yes, a lot of times,
when you see people's places, you know, looking like, oh
what happened here. It's not just that they're dirty or messy.
It's sometimes a mental aspect of it, where people are
struggling with some type of disorder and it's really hard
for them to pull it together and clean up. And
so just seeing the amazing work that she does, she

has to get grant. She has a gofund me. Sometimes
she works with different brands to be able to help

the haunted doll Annabelle has been on tour touring the United.

And Dan Rivera, who was a paranormal investigator, has suddenly
died while he was on tour with the doll. He
was found dead in his Pennsylvania hotel room on Sunday.

Paul Pierce was recently on Here's the Truth aft of
Dark Podcast, and he had some things to say about
dating here in the United States and where black men
should be looking to find a significant other.

Also, I think that's just stupid. Like men, grown men
should know women do the same thing we do.

and in an exclusive new interview with NBC's zinc A Smoa,
Venus Williams open up for the first time about her
thirty year painful battle with fibraids.

Fibroids are, for those who may not know, non cancerous
tumors that occur in and around the uterus and can
actually vary in size, location and quantity and cause symptoms
like heavy bleeding, painful periods, bloading in for two, lily bloating.

Five words effect forty to eighty percent of all women,
and then when it comes to black women, it's two
to three times, which you know is up to ninety
percent by age fifty.

she revealed in her interview within Clay that even before
winning her sixth doubles match with Serena, she says, she
was laying on the floor in the locker room and
thank god, Serena, she says, got the doctor and she
was able to get up and eat and start playing.
And the crazy thing is she went undiagnosed for decades

I got pregnant after about two years of trying with
my husband, and then suddenly they lost my baby. So
I went to the doctor trying to get answers on
what I needed to do for conception, and instead found
out that I had a nine point one centimeter five
and like I didn't even really feel it, Like I
didn't know I had.

This in me and that's big. That's about the size
of a large orange.
Speaker 6 (34:28):
And the doctor was like, you need to hurry up
and have a surgery as soon as possible or you
might not be able to have children. So I felt
really discouraged, but my husband felt very strongly that there
was a natural way to combat this. We did do
some research, we looked into different options, and that's when
my mom connected me to coach Jesse and she let
me know that I had options, right and I believe.

And if you wanted to have you know, I was

I respected that too, because it made me feel like, Okay,

And so after a lot of prayer, a lot of
consideration and listening to my husband, I started the detox.

Now right now, I'm with my partner for the detax

Honestly, it was so much easier than I expected. My
biggest motivator is results. And within the first two weeks

I got to heart the heartbeat last week. Ever, you
saw the heartbeat last week.

Last week, I.

Saw my baby's heart beat and it was a strong heartbeat,
and it was such a beautiful, surreal experience. And I
just think if I had gone with the surgery instead
of taking the step of faith and trying this out,
I might not be.
