Speaker 4 (01:10):
But let's get this show started off with some love
and some positivity on a Monday. Make sure all your
bills are paid. I came in today. You know, first
of the month has passed us three days ago. But
still got to make sure we take care of all
of the bills. And it is tough, all right, but
let's get the show started with loving positivity. Let's shine
a light eight hundred two nine two fifty one fifty
call us up.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
Let us know who you want to shine a light on.
His way up.

Speaker 7 (01:35):
Turn your lights on, y'all, spreading love to those who
are doing greatness.

Speaker 6 (01:40):
Light on, shine a light on.

Speaker 7 (01:44):
It's time to shine a light on them.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
All right, his way up at Angela. Yeah, I'm here
with my guy.

Speaker 4 (01:49):
Cast shine of light absolutely all right today we want
to shine a light on Jalen Brunson and his Second
Round Foundation, he donated three hundred and twenty eight thousand
dollars worth of chef prepared meals to seven schools.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
In the New York City area.

Speaker 4 (02:05):
So he recently visited dream Mott Haven with his Second
Round Foundation, and he also has expanded their scratch food
program to provide over twenty four hundred students across seven
schools where free chef prepared breakfast, lunch, and snacks every day.

Speaker 5 (02:18):
Man, shout out Jalen Brunson. I think New yorkle was
a ready to build a statue of him after last year.
But now that he's got real skin in the game,
real roots around the city, not on top of just
being a great ballplayer, good for him, man, I'd.

Speaker 6 (02:32):
Love to see that.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
He also did not just donate the food. He also
spent time reading to elementary students. He also cooked with
the culinary club, and then he had a chance to
share some thoughts with the high schoolers. Think about what
type of impact that makes I Jalen Brunton comes to
your school.

Speaker 6 (02:50):
He went to the school of Derek Jeter.

Speaker 5 (02:52):
How to be an athlete in New York right, just
knows how to carry himself well, gets himself involved in
the city the community. Never seems like he has a
big ego either, so on top of how big of
a star he is, so.

Speaker 6 (03:03):
Shout out JB. Man, I'm glad that's my point. God
love to see it.

Speaker 4 (03:07):
He also did say that having the food you require
is a luxury everyone needs.

Speaker 6 (03:11):
That's a factiod.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Yeah, think about the stuff that we used to eat
in school, right, did.

Speaker 6 (03:17):
You do pizza and chocolate milk for your school?

Speaker 2 (03:20):
My stomaching her, all right, Well, Donny, who do you
want to shine a light on?

Speaker 8 (03:24):
I wanted to shine a light on my mom. Her
name is d She lives in Florida right now. She
has five kids, thirteen grand kids.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
Yeah, my mother.

Speaker 8 (03:33):
Yeah, she is just like a rock in his family.
She's always going out of her way to make sure
everybody else is good. So I want to give my
mom her flowers while she's still here, to smell them
and let her know that we love her and we
appreciate her.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
That's beautiful. I know she love having this big family too.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (03:50):
It's so hard that she moved back to Florida though,
but listen, the love doesn't change.

Speaker 4 (03:54):
All right, Well, thank you for calling shout out to her. Thanks,
I have a great day, guy, you too, that would
shine a light eight hundred and two nine two fifty
one fifty. If you couldn't get through, you could leave
a message in shina light that way. And when we
come back, let's get it started. Let's talk about Cardi
b at SummerSlam.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
Caz. I cannot wait to hear what you have to say, man, it.

Speaker 6 (04:15):
Was an incredible weekend.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
It's way it says in the rooms.

Speaker 7 (04:20):
From industry shade to all the gossip out sending angelus
s feeling at Yet.

Speaker 4 (04:26):
Let's get ready to shine with our guy Kaz during Yet.
So we're gonna talk about Cardi B first and foremost
at Summer Slam twenty twenty five as the host Yeah,
where she also previewed new music here she is good, good.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
Wi you and the girl I gotta be around with y'all.
I'm a jorna who very what sh What do you think?
Because I know that's a fickle crowd too.

Speaker 5 (04:55):
Yoh, So here's the thing, right, Like celebrities and pro
wrestling is usually very tricky, right because they could tell
if you're a real fan or not. But anybody who's
fouled card B for a long time, like she's always
talked about how badly she's wanted to be involved in WWE,
talking about growing up watching Eddie Gerrero or Raymond stereo matches,
so like you could tell that excitement was legit and

(05:15):
this was kind of like, uh, this was this is
promoted for like almost a year now that she was
hosting Summer slams. So I thought it was really dope.
And you know, I saw her walk in and she
had like eight front row seats. I think seven of
those were just for her dress, Like they just all
the way around to her and sat her down and
took up like an entire row. But she was she

(05:35):
was a great hel She had to do much. She's
got to come and be a fan. But it was
dope finally see her interacting that WWE world for sure.

Speaker 4 (05:41):
You also got some w w E collab merch that's
gonna be bundled where her upcoming out, and you know
we love talking about bundled.

Speaker 6 (05:47):
Oh boy, yeah, yeah, nah.

Speaker 5 (05:51):
They did something similar with Travis Scott WrestleMania with Wrestlings
Reel and those those sold really well.

Speaker 6 (05:57):
But you know, it's funny like the whole bundling converse,
and a lot.

Speaker 5 (06:01):
Of people are gonna really realize how massive that WWE
audience is because that's gonna move. They're gonna saw a
lot of those and I don't know there's that kind
of album sales or something like that.

Speaker 4 (06:09):
Yeah, that's with the whole point of people bundling, because
it is with your album. Oh yeah, So as you're
selling albums, just buying the whole package.

Speaker 5 (06:16):
That and putting a wap on the album already, she
might be like diving before it's even released.

Speaker 6 (06:21):
All right.

Speaker 4 (06:22):
Well, recently Nick Cannon was on Extra and he did
talk about why now he's no longer a dog or
a mets.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
Okay, here's what he had to say.

Speaker 9 (06:32):
When you have five daughters, I at least want to
be able to be true and honest, but like, I
can't live the same life that I've always been living
in attempt to you know, right, my wrongs in that
sense of where like hopefully my daughters learned from my
mistakes and not date people like their dad.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
That's the thing you think of that when you have
a girl.

Speaker 5 (06:55):
Though, absolutely I appreciate that and thank you for prefacing that.
But this, this is the type of conversation that women
be like. This is why I say men ain't s words,
right like, because it shouldn't take having daughters to realize
that you should treat well.

Speaker 6 (07:10):
It gonna be nicer nice to them, right, So, hey man,
congrats Nick. Better late than never, I.

Speaker 4 (07:16):
Guess, So you know and think about this, right lit
Tay turned eighteen and guess what she now has an
only fans page. Oh god, yes, and she said all
content was filmed after she turned eighteen, and according to reports,
she made like a million dollars already.

Speaker 2 (07:33):
You need people are disgusted.

Speaker 5 (07:35):
Find the IP addresses of all of those people and
send them to jail tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (07:40):
Yes, incredible, she said, the night of my eighteenth birthday
women and past midnight I got to work jail and
she filmed all the content.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
That is crazy all right?

Speaker 4 (07:49):
Anyway, that is yeah, please, you're yet when we come back,
we have about last night, and this is where you
really let's talk about what we did last night. I
know you were excited to come in here or about
was all the things?

Speaker 2 (08:01):
Its way up?

Speaker 6 (08:03):
So about last night.

Speaker 7 (08:06):
Piece I went down.

Speaker 4 (08:09):
Yes, it's way up with Angela yee and it's time
for about last night. Kaz is here guest hosting. Yeah,
and you had Summer Bash last week on Thursday.

Speaker 5 (08:18):
Actually, Yes, shout out to everybody who bear through the
weather and the rain that come through the Gravcy Theater,
but YO still filled that place up.

Speaker 6 (08:26):
Shout out. Action brought to Brett Hart, Chase, Freedom and
Wingstop for locking us down. It was a great great,
great night.

Speaker 4 (08:32):
And you actually had a sit down interview during a
podcast interview that you did.

Speaker 6 (08:36):
Yes, yes, yes, daring that with Brett Hart.

Speaker 5 (08:38):
Yes, so we we talked with Brett the Hitman, heart,
legendary professional wrestle, talked about obviously his history with Hulk Hogan,
his history with Summer Slam, and his really low key
influential sneaker history as well, like he's on the first
person I see walking, Griffy's Jordan's all that stuff on
w W WEE so and.

Speaker 6 (08:56):
He's everybody's favorite.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
So shout out Brett, it was awesome, nice and then
tell me what else you did, because I know today listen.

Speaker 5 (09:03):
So SummerSlam Saturday and Sunday was unbelievable. Incredible matches throughout.
Mad celebrities came. I Metro Booman was out there, Drewski
was out there, Cardi B. Russell, Wilson, Tyrese Halliburton, like
it was star studied, but the matches itself was insane.
Right now, Johnsen is on his retirement tour and for

(09:26):
the first couple of months of it, he was a
bad guy. He was kind of like talking down to
the crowd and not being his usual fun love him self,
and a lot of that came back last night. He
brought back the colors, and not only that, the match
itself was probably one of the best John Cena matches
he's ever had on some Tom Brady stuff.

Speaker 6 (09:44):
Just being like that old and still being able to
be that good at that age. It was really good.

Speaker 5 (09:49):
And then at the end of that, brock Lesner comes
out with nobody seen and damn there three years who
was also sort of named in this Vince McMahon lawsuit
that's also happened.

Speaker 6 (09:59):
In this way, So like, we don't know what's, how's
how this whole thing is gonna work.

Speaker 5 (10:04):
So I'm just it was shocking, shocking, but super duper entertaining,
incredible weekend and w.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
W E Rahs Live on Netflix tonight.

Speaker 6 (10:13):
Yes it's at the Barclay Center.

Speaker 5 (10:14):
I think I'm gonna pull up to that as well,
because after last night, I got so many questions.

Speaker 6 (10:18):
I don't know what how they're gonna follow up this
weekend and.

Speaker 5 (10:21):
Just being in the Tristate area the past three or
four days, and you know, shout out to the folks
at Netflix Holting that's for that as well.

Speaker 6 (10:28):
I can't wait for that all right.

Speaker 4 (10:29):
Well see look I was like, you got this, thank
you my god. Robinson came over and cooked and made
it some turkey chop cheese. And then yesterday I was
at Braidy got my hair. Braidy set out to my
girl Shy.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
Who did my hair.

Speaker 6 (10:43):
It looked great.

Speaker 4 (10:44):
Yeah, she has a product that she just launched, also
in conjunction with African Prize, So shout out to her.

Speaker 2 (10:49):
But you know what we got to do when we
come back, So tell us a secret.

Speaker 6 (10:54):
Yeah, my favorite part of the show.

Speaker 2 (10:56):
Some secrets I don't want to hear.

Speaker 4 (10:58):
Like, if you're one of the people that subscribed to
Little Tay's only fan page, you can keep that.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
You say, judge, We don't judge.

Speaker 4 (11:07):
I mean she made over a million dollars in three
hours and her only fans as soon as she turned eighteen.
As some of y'all are, all right, but anyway, eight
hundred two nine two fifty one fifty it's a no
judgment zone. So yes, you can call for that. Eight
hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty. Call us up,
tell us a secret is way up?

Speaker 6 (11:24):
This is a judgment freeze on, tell us a secret?

Speaker 2 (11:28):
What's up? His way up at Angela. Yee, I'm here
with my guy cast today. What a great monday.

Speaker 6 (11:33):
Ah, feeling good?

Speaker 2 (11:34):
All right?

Speaker 4 (11:34):
Well, I hope you guys are feeling good. And maybe
there's some things you've never told anybody that you want
to tell us. That's what tell us a secret is
all about. Eight hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty.

Speaker 2 (11:44):
What's up? Anonymous caller tell us a secret?

Speaker 10 (11:47):
Well, I'll stay having sex with my cousin.

Speaker 2 (11:50):
WHOA, Okay, how did that start?

Speaker 10 (11:53):
Like he just approached me. He's younger than me, and
he just approached me with I just like you. You
and I just think that we should just kick So
we've just been that.

Speaker 2 (12:05):
No one knows who, So tell me, how is this
your cousin?

Speaker 3 (12:09):
Like?

Speaker 2 (12:10):
Is this your first cousin?

Speaker 6 (12:12):
Spend no details, by the way, because that's very important.

Speaker 1 (12:14):
One of my cousin.

Speaker 10 (12:17):
Oh and they have different authors, so he's like, not
my cousin, but he's my cousin.

Speaker 2 (12:24):
So you guys aren't cousins by blood?

Speaker 5 (12:26):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (12:26):
Is this a family frid cousins?

Speaker 2 (12:28):
Like or y'all have you just known each other a while?

Speaker 11 (12:32):
Right?

Speaker 10 (12:32):
Right? We're not cousins by black.

Speaker 4 (12:34):
Okay, well that's a little different, right. How much younger
is he? Because you said he's younger than.

Speaker 1 (12:39):
You, A lot younger, like thirteen years.

Speaker 6 (12:43):
How do you amou me asking? What age?

Speaker 3 (12:46):
Are you?

Speaker 2 (12:46):
Even adult?

Speaker 1 (12:48):
He's an adault?

Speaker 2 (12:49):
She's like, I get you details?

Speaker 6 (12:51):
Okay, all could I could.

Speaker 2 (12:52):
Do somebody can see yourself with?

Speaker 10 (12:54):
Or was this just like a I could never be
with him because like the family would move to the.

Speaker 5 (12:59):
Mar How often do your family reunions? Like how often
do y'all see each other where y'all have to cross paths?

Speaker 1 (13:10):
Like we have to sick more than that?

Speaker 2 (13:12):
Okay, so you do kind of like him, though, yes,
I do? I like Okay, I mean, what can I say?
It's not her cousin by blood.

Speaker 4 (13:21):
He's thirteen years younger than her, but he's of age
and they're sneaking around doing this.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
What do you think would happen if somebody found out?

Speaker 8 (13:28):
Oh, it'd be a big old fight.

Speaker 2 (13:32):
All right, Well, thank you for calling. I know you
did a good job. I'm proud of you. Thank you.

Speaker 4 (13:39):
I'm just saying I appreciate you. Al that was tell
us a secret eight hundred nine fifty one fifty If
you couldn't get through. Leave a message and leave a
secret that way, and when we come back, we.

Speaker 2 (13:51):
Got your et.

Speaker 4 (13:53):
And Claudia Jordan had some things to say about Caruchi
dating Dione Sanders, and yes, so I want us to
talk about whether or not you think Cariche odin explanation
about who she was dating to somebody else, you know,
Tracy Edmonds, who is his ex because they know each other.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
We'll talk about it. It's way up.

Speaker 6 (14:11):
She's about to blow the lid ab off this spot.

Speaker 7 (14:13):
Just get it, angelus feeling that yee tee, come and
get your tea, all right?

Speaker 4 (14:18):
His way up at Angela, yee, I'm here, My guy
Kaz is here, yop, And let's get into some yeeze.

Speaker 10 (14:23):
Now.

Speaker 4 (14:23):
I was showing you these skims face wraps that have
sold out, Yes, and they cost forty eight dollars that product.
And you know, take a look at this. It looks
a little crazy. So you basically are wrapping your face
up and your chin and your neck. It's kind of
like an ace bandage around your face.

Speaker 5 (14:43):
Let me tell you something. Floyd Mayweather said it best.
If there was no war for legalized bank robbin.

Speaker 6 (14:49):
He's the best.

Speaker 5 (14:50):
But Kim Kardashian. Yeah, might got him be because you
don't need any of this.

Speaker 6 (14:55):
This is all right.

Speaker 4 (14:56):
The thing well, you know who did chime in on this, Yeah,
Hannibal Lecter aka Anthony Hopkins had something to say because
it does look very silence of the lambs is Yeah, hello, Kim.

Speaker 2 (15:10):
I'm already fitting ten years younger. I wonder if they
got him to do that, like paid him.

Speaker 5 (15:20):
I mean it kind of might be some four dy
chests when it comes to social media marketing.

Speaker 6 (15:25):
I will probably do that.

Speaker 5 (15:26):
But ladies, look yourselves in the mirror, love yourselves. You're
beautiful just the way you are. You don't need this thing,
I promise you.

Speaker 4 (15:34):
But you know, this did make me go ahead and
do a deep dive into it, and I did. Look
at what a doctor had to say a few different
doctors have weighed in on this whole skims shape wear
for your face. It's like a compression wrap. And here
is what one doctor had to say on TikTok. He's
a plastic surgeon, doctor Farian Dellabody.

Speaker 12 (15:54):
If you have not undergone a facelift, necklift, or necklipo
in the last two weeks, there is no re for
you to wrap your face and neck, and in doing so,
you will only worsen your under eye puffiness and facial swelling.

Speaker 2 (16:06):
Some of them do it, so he's advising against it.
I saw most doctors saying not to do that, and
they had to do with your lymphatic drainage and all
of this.

Speaker 6 (16:16):
So, but you know what, it's not even about it working.

Speaker 5 (16:20):
All it is is about convincing you that it might
work because somebody else put their name behind it, and
that's really the name of.

Speaker 6 (16:26):
The game at the end of the day.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
All right.

Speaker 4 (16:28):
Now, Clodia Jordan was recently on her podcast Accidentally Informed,
and she had some things to say about Caruca and
Dion Sanders dating. If you remember, it was a big
deal in a documentary where he was announcing his cancer
and showing some behind the scenes of the treatment that
he was getting, and then we saw Carouci in there.

Speaker 2 (16:49):
Visibly upsets well.

Speaker 4 (16:51):
Clodia Jordan says that Tracy Edmonds, who was obviously Dion
Sanders X, who also worked with caruche she was, as
people were saying in the comments, is quote unquote boss.
But she was cruch starred in one of her shows.
She was in nine episodes of the BT series Games
People Play in twenty twenty one. Here's what Claudia Jordan said.

Speaker 13 (17:12):
I'm good for the Tracy Edmonds and I do remember
Tracy hearing rumors about Karuchi dating Dion. So she saw
her at an event and she calmly after if she
was dating Diana, and she said, no.

Speaker 6 (17:25):
Where do you land on that line? Right?

Speaker 5 (17:27):
Like, if you're dating somebody like but not necessarily close
friends with them, do you feel like you have to
let them know?

Speaker 6 (17:33):
Like at least had a courtesy that she always I think.

Speaker 4 (17:35):
It depends clearly they weren't dating like outwardly. It would
have caught me off guard, and maybe you know at
that point you have a choice. I don't think that
two of them are like friends, like they hung out
outside of her being in this series. It's a small
world in this Hollywood business, and some people do run
into each other. People were very critical of it, but
also Deon Sanders. I feel like she should have asked him,

(17:57):
I mean, to be fair, Tracy Edmond should ask him.

Speaker 6 (17:59):
To be fair.

Speaker 5 (18:00):
Neither of them have confirmed that their actual relationship. I
think they've both they've both done podcasts and when asked
about it. They've avoided the Cobbos.

Speaker 2 (18:07):
Not you're going to just say no.

Speaker 6 (18:08):
There's some level, there's.

Speaker 5 (18:10):
Some level of forbiddenness to this, even if you know
you don't have a conversation with someone who's quoting unquote
your boss, which I think is a stretch anyway, with
the Tracy Edmonds thing.

Speaker 6 (18:18):
But I mean not wrong with just letting her know,
you know, just giving.

Speaker 2 (18:22):
Her a little yeah, she should have. I think we'll
come back to this.

Speaker 6 (18:26):
Yes, it's touchy, it's touchy.

Speaker 4 (18:28):
We have under the radar. These are the stories that
are not necessarily and the headlines. They're flying under the radar,
but you need to know about them.

Speaker 2 (18:33):
It's way up.

Speaker 7 (18:34):
Position the news that relates to you. These stories are
flying under the radar.

Speaker 4 (18:39):
Yoh, it's way up put Angela, yee, I'm here, My
guy Kaz is here, yo.

Speaker 2 (18:42):
Of course.

Speaker 4 (18:44):
And let's go under the radar right now. There's a
new surgery that's trending. You know what it is, dimple surgery.

Speaker 6 (18:51):
Yikes, yikes.

Speaker 2 (18:53):
People tend to like.

Speaker 4 (18:54):
Dimples and so it's become a really trendy cosmetic procedure.
For subal reason, beauty standards are evolving and cosmetic surgery
is a lot more mainstream, so people are liking to
do these non invasive or minimumally minimally invasive procedures.

Speaker 2 (19:10):
You like dimples, I like.

Speaker 5 (19:12):
Them on me, I like them on other people, but
I don't think dimples if ile, super duple hard my face.

Speaker 6 (19:18):
My face has lost its fat beers.

Speaker 2 (19:20):
Okay, we'll get you the surgery.

Speaker 4 (19:25):
A lot of times people feel like dimples are youthful
and playful. It has a really short minimum recovery time,
and a lot of celebrities that have dimples.

Speaker 2 (19:34):
People are liking that. And so if you decide you
want to get that dimple surgery, it is permanent.

Speaker 6 (19:40):
They say exactly what they do to make the dimple in.

Speaker 2 (19:43):
Your face, so the procedure is quick and relatively simple.

Speaker 4 (19:47):
They'll make a small incision inside of your cheek where
it's not visible. Then they'll create the dimple by you know,
pulling in the skin to the underlying tissue and then
the skin will remain in place and that's what creates
the dimple effect.

Speaker 2 (20:01):
It takes about thirty minutes to an hour.

Speaker 6 (20:03):
That is not necessary at all.

Speaker 2 (20:07):
Like me coming here with some dimple, I.

Speaker 6 (20:09):
Mean don't you like you gotta chew eventually, can't you
like chew the dimple out like what a pop back into?

Speaker 4 (20:13):
No, why would you be chewing on your actual cheek.
Here's a little picture so you can see, but that's
looking like the don't even.

Speaker 6 (20:21):
Look right.

Speaker 4 (20:22):
You know, as we're talking about this, I was telling
you guys earlier, they also have these poping veneers, as
so many people are getting veneers. Yeah, now they have
an alternative method where you can just mold it to
your mouth and pop them in like a.

Speaker 6 (20:34):
Grill, like you just take them in, take them out
like a denture and something.

Speaker 4 (20:38):
It looks more if you if I if you asked me,
because I was looking at it online, it's more like
a you put it.

Speaker 2 (20:44):
Oh yeah, it's like kind of like a grill. You
put it over your teeth.

Speaker 5 (20:46):
Okay, but usually you gotta shave them joins down. If
you put them on your real teeth, you just end
up with the same like extra large rapper teeth at
that same time.

Speaker 2 (20:55):
Right, let me see your veneers. It's nice.

Speaker 6 (20:57):
Yeah, I got no shout out smiles.

Speaker 5 (20:58):
On the hot Yeah, it's really I didn't even really
know you had them, Hey, man, not a lot of
people though.

Speaker 6 (21:03):
It's just one and a half. Though it's like one
here like the other one.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
They did a great job on your This sure did
not like super white or nothing. You have some people's
veniirs be blinging.

Speaker 6 (21:13):
They matched it up and everything. Now I was super good.

Speaker 4 (21:16):
All right, Well that is your under the radar. We
just found out some news about Cas. And when we
come back, we got the way you mixed. But you guys,
at the top of the hour plus, we're gonna have
you guys call in to see what you think about
a topic we discussed earlier.

Speaker 2 (21:27):
I know we had like a pick aside and Tracy
Edmonton's his way up about the off this.

Speaker 6 (21:35):
But let's get it.

Speaker 7 (21:37):
Angela's feeling that yee te Come and get the tea.

Speaker 4 (21:40):
You hear me, Okay, what's up? Its way up at Angela.
Yee I'm here with my guy Cas. You ready for
some yee tee?

Speaker 2 (21:47):
Let's do it all right?

Speaker 4 (21:48):
Well, first off, let's talk about Shakari Richardson. Now, apparently
she was arrested for assault. According to police, she shoved
and through headphones at her boyfriend, Christian Coleman, who's also
when athletes they both denied any physical altercation, and he also,
by the way, has not pressed charges.

Speaker 6 (22:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (22:06):
I mean, if there's one place you want to be
on your best behavior, it is at the airports. Ladies
and gentlemen do not get into anything physical at the airport.

Speaker 4 (22:15):
They did have police security footage as well, and the
agent did show that footage of the alleged assault where
she's shoving him into walls and columns, she threw a
pair of headphones at him, and he tried to get
some help from TSA. So the police said they did
speak to both of them, and he is claiming they
got into a verbal argument that became heated. Here's what

(22:36):
he had to say after she got arrested.

Speaker 6 (22:39):
Just a sucky situation.

Speaker 14 (22:40):
But she's a human being and a great person, and
I feel, like, you know what I'm saying, Like we've
been able to be like really good teenage like all year.
And I hate that narrative too, because you know it's
coming together, like we're just too like real dominant personalities.
I know that, Like it's took journey for her this year,
but she goes bounce back, and like I said, I
see it every day.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
She's living this she's an athlete in worldly you know.

Speaker 4 (23:00):
So this happened earlier last week. He didn't want to
press charges, but they did have the footage. So she
did get arrested and charged with fourth degree assault. But
she did get out.

Speaker 5 (23:08):
Yeah, I mean glad she's out. She coveraged some one
of the best athletes on planet earths by far. But yeah,
like I said, man, no matter how you can tell,
he's trying to cover for her. But my god, hate
yourself and you at the airport, man.

Speaker 4 (23:21):
Or anywhere anywhere, everybody keep your hands to yourself, but
specifically at the airport.

Speaker 2 (23:25):
Right they don't they got they gon at have that
footage all right now.

Speaker 4 (23:28):
Salt and Peppa is talking about a lawsuit that they
have against Universal Music Group.

Speaker 2 (23:33):
They talked to Good Morning America and.

Speaker 4 (23:36):
Here's what they tell Robin Roberts about what's going on
with their music in the middle of this lawsuit.

Speaker 11 (23:41):
When you're an artist, in the beginning, you signed a
contract saying that the copyrights will revert back to you
after thirty five years. And we've done all the things
legally to get our copyrights back, but they're just refusing,
so we had to assue them.

Speaker 2 (23:57):
It just keeps us from re releasing our music.

Speaker 11 (24:00):
Promoted it in fans to hear, and they're complaining they're
not on Apple or Spotify, so.

Speaker 4 (24:06):
They're saying that they can't exercise their termination rights because
they were not the ones who signed their relevant contract.

Speaker 2 (24:14):
But Universal Music Group has not responded. Yeah about this,
Give them back their music please, man go had it
for thirty five years.

Speaker 6 (24:22):
It's predatory record contracts. Man, industry people are shady, you
know what it is?

Speaker 2 (24:28):
All right? And lastly, let's talk about your guys. Stephen A. Smith.

Speaker 4 (24:32):
Yeah, Michelle Obama on her IMO podcast had some things
to say as far as ESPN and reality TV.

Speaker 2 (24:41):
Here's what she said.

Speaker 6 (24:42):
They rasked me about my love of reality TV. There's
a drama in space.

Speaker 2 (24:49):
Yeah, you know, if I.

Speaker 11 (24:50):
Listen to ESPN for an hour, it's like watching the
Real Housewives in Atlanta.

Speaker 6 (24:54):
I mean, Steven A. Smith, he's just like every other host.

Speaker 2 (25:01):
Is That was that offensive?

Speaker 6 (25:03):
I honestly cannot take offense to what Michelle Obama said.

Speaker 5 (25:07):
It's like, especially on first take, the things that they
talk about a lot of times don't have nothing to
do with actually what's happening on the court.

Speaker 6 (25:13):
Or on the field. It's all about the drama and
that's what these reality shows really are.

Speaker 2 (25:17):
Well just for and go look at this. But he
did do our rant about it, and you know, yeah
he was upset.

Speaker 6 (25:22):
I mean from the outside house spifish.

Speaker 2 (25:26):
All right, well that is your ye tea. When we
come back.

Speaker 4 (25:28):
We have asked yee eight hundred two ninety two fifty
one fifty any question.

Speaker 2 (25:32):
We're here to help. That's eight hundred two nine two
fifty one fifty.

Speaker 6 (25:36):
All right.

Speaker 7 (25:37):
Since with its relationship for career advice, Angela's dropping facts,
you should know this is.

Speaker 2 (25:42):
Ask ye what's up? His way up at Angela?

Speaker 5 (25:45):
Yee.

Speaker 2 (25:45):
I'm here with my guy Cato, and are you ready
to ask ye?

Speaker 6 (25:49):
I love ask you. Let's do it, all right.

Speaker 2 (25:50):
Eight hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty. We have
Jay on the line. What's up?

Speaker 5 (25:54):
Jay?

Speaker 6 (25:55):
Hey, what's up?

Speaker 4 (25:56):
Y'all?

Speaker 2 (25:56):
What's happening? What's your question for? Ask Ye.

Speaker 1 (25:59):
I've been in my job for two years and it's
a warehouse job. They caught me in my first week
talking to a group of Haitians and they assume that
I'm a Haitian. Lately, they've just been kind of overlooking
me with like promotions and stuff. So if I tell
them that I speak English, I know I'm going to
have a lot more work. But if I don't, I'm

(26:20):
living so comfortably at the job right now, Like no
supervisor is bugging me, no act to me to do extra.
They just assume I don't speak English.

Speaker 4 (26:30):
So all right, so you're happier at work not having
to actually really work.

Speaker 1 (26:35):
True, but I also do want to like elevate my
finances and where I work at they're very good at
promoting people.

Speaker 2 (26:44):
So you're not going to get promoted if you don't work.

Speaker 6 (26:46):
Yeah, no, that's not how it works, shoes. True, let
me tell you how you handled this much?

Speaker 1 (26:50):
Ge.

Speaker 5 (26:50):
You got to slow roll out this English, bro, Like
as the days go on at work, then you know,
I'm trying my best to learn how to speak English.
I'm taking Rosetta Stone, I'm do a lingo. I'm doing
all that just slowly, but surely, so they could be like,
oh man, this guy's really working hard. Look, he's even
learned the whole second language how to do this job.
We should give him a raise.

Speaker 4 (27:10):
I feel like he doesn't really even want this job.
You just want to make money but not really work.

Speaker 1 (27:16):
Hey, yo, the supervises, they really don't do nothing at
life jobs.

Speaker 6 (27:19):
I'm not going to cash.

Speaker 1 (27:21):
I'm trying to get that resin cause.

Speaker 2 (27:23):
What are you gonna do later in life? Though?

Speaker 4 (27:25):
Like, don't you want to be at a place, because
when you don't work and you don't like your job,
don't time drag?

Speaker 15 (27:30):
Yeah of course, Oh yeah, no, I'm I'm from California,
but I live in Indiana's I'm a different breed from them.
I'm actually going to school for human resource management and
a bachelor's degree.

Speaker 2 (27:41):
So this job is temporary.

Speaker 1 (27:43):
Yeah, it's been something temporary, but I just want to
give my finances up.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
If you're not working harder and more, you're not gonna
get more hours.

Speaker 6 (27:50):
It's the fact.

Speaker 1 (27:51):
That's the thing. We have ten hour days, four days on,
three days off. Like I'm telling you.

Speaker 6 (27:56):
He's like, I'm actually real.

Speaker 1 (27:58):
Yeah, I want to you know what I mean?

Speaker 6 (28:01):
Keep going like, hey, brother, keep being the system man.

Speaker 2 (28:05):
If they have them no English, listen until you get deported.

Speaker 6 (28:09):
Hey, exactly, this man, keep playing.

Speaker 2 (28:13):
They're deporting people who are from here, so just be careful.

Speaker 1 (28:17):
Yo. I hope I don't end up on that.

Speaker 2 (28:19):
You need to get to know the right people to
get in position, and you're not networking and business a network. Well,
good luck. I'm glad you don't work at cut my
coffee shop, but thank you for calling. All right, all right,
take care.

Speaker 4 (28:36):
Your advice would just roll out the ingles slowly and
pretend you're learning.

Speaker 6 (28:39):
If you got it in your back pocket, I be like,
oh man, this guy's working, so look at it.

Speaker 2 (28:45):
We answer all kinds of question, guys, eight hundred and
nine fifty one fifty. And when we come back.

Speaker 4 (28:49):
Earlier, we talked about Caruci possibly dating Dion Sanders. You
gave her the benefit of the deal because they haven't
confirmed it. But Claudia Jordan said Tracy Edmonds was not
happy that she asked Carucci whether or not she was
dating Deon Sanders, as Tracy Edmonds ex and she said no,
she lied.

Speaker 2 (29:07):
We want to pick aside. You think she should have
told the truth.

Speaker 4 (29:10):
You think Caruci should have been honest because she was
asked directly. I think that's something that's a little too iffy,
like what if they weren't fully dating yet they don't
want people to know. The last thing you want to
do if you don't want people to know yet is
tell the X right, but let's talk about it.

Speaker 2 (29:25):
What do you think?

Speaker 4 (29:26):
Eight hundred two nine to fifty one fifty call us
up with Angela yee.

Speaker 7 (29:32):
It's not just right or wrong. It's about what you believe.
It's time to pick aside and stay there.

Speaker 2 (29:39):
Yes, way up at Angela yee.

Speaker 4 (29:41):
I'm here, Kaz is here guest hosting back again, getting
ready to go to the Barclays tonight.

Speaker 6 (29:47):
Yes, wrong, can't wait?

Speaker 2 (29:48):
All right?

Speaker 4 (29:49):
Now we're talking about whether or not Caruci should have
been honest when she was approached by Tracy Edmonds as
deon Sanders X about whether or not she was dating him.
She then appears in a documentary in the hospital visibly
up sets because he was going through was cancer treatment.
And you think that, yes, she should have been honest.

Speaker 6 (30:09):
Yes, only because it was a direct ask question from Tracy.

Speaker 5 (30:14):
Yes, any other side one. I understand why you would
lie about it. This segment absolutely should.

Speaker 6 (30:18):
Have told the truth.

Speaker 4 (30:19):
You know it probably could a rock garden I think
at a party too is a little like are you
dating Mike?

Speaker 2 (30:24):
And then you're like yeah, and now what happens at
this point?

Speaker 6 (30:27):
Now we're all uncomfortable.

Speaker 4 (30:28):
But then I also feel like that is maybe something
that Deon Sanders may have wanted to tell her first,
just because that is his ex, you know. And people
are posting that Cruch did work on a show that
Tracy Edmonds had on BT and so they felt like, well,
y'all had this relationship, but it was a working relationship

(30:49):
and things get crossed in this business. And also maybe
they weren't dating at the time. This was a while ago. Yeah,
so let's see what you guys think. All right, let's
pick a side. We have a Nyja on the line,
pick aside.

Speaker 16 (31:01):
Personally, I think she did the right thing to a
lie because it's none of her business. If you were expason,
there's no reason for me to tell you who are baby,
because what you're gonna go back to tell you already knows.

Speaker 2 (31:13):
Okay, So she says, no, I'm not telling.

Speaker 6 (31:16):
Yeah, I mean, I understand why you wouldn't talk. I'm
just saying.

Speaker 5 (31:18):
The only caveat is she asked you directly, and if
you're dating at that time, he just lied to her face.

Speaker 6 (31:24):
I can understand why.

Speaker 5 (31:26):
But yeah, these circles ain't that close enough where you
feel like you owe them the story, owe them an explanation.
I understand that part. Well, they're actually straight up and
a lot of my face that's something different.

Speaker 2 (31:35):
All right, Well, listen, imagine not telling not at all.
Thank you, Hey, Sarah, how you doing?

Speaker 1 (31:44):
Hi?

Speaker 3 (31:44):
Angela doing good?

Speaker 2 (31:45):
How are you? I'm good? You want to pick a side?

Speaker 4 (31:48):
Is me and kas and we're talking about if you
think Caruce should have told Tracy Edmonds that she's dating
her ex.

Speaker 3 (31:55):
I think she definitely should up I understand the point
of privacy, but could have been honest from the jump
because it's.

Speaker 16 (32:04):
Going to get out eventually, as.

Speaker 3 (32:06):
It did, and she just looks kind of silly for
not being upfront, especially everything that happened with her in
the past and her ex having secretly had relations with
someone behind her back. And it's a friend of her
own friend who a friend of Priscilla Million who was
in her group. So I think, just from her wow,

(32:27):
that's processive and her background and her history, she should
have just kept it one hundred and been real with
her friend about it. There wouldn't have been any more
problems if she'd been honest from the front than her
lying about it and getting caught line.

Speaker 2 (32:42):
All right, unless they weren't dating at that time, that
was my only thing.

Speaker 5 (32:45):
I'm like, at that time you were dating, I get it.
But if she asked you straight up and she knew,
and what's happening.

Speaker 2 (32:51):
These documentaries coming out?

Speaker 5 (32:53):
Right?

Speaker 6 (32:54):
Come on? You know you're a little crazy later.

Speaker 4 (32:56):
You know, I feel like Dea Standa's might have been
annoyed if she would have just to all hear that
at a party.

Speaker 2 (33:01):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 6 (33:02):
I understand. And they still haven't.

Speaker 2 (33:06):
Business too.

Speaker 5 (33:07):
Yeah, they still haven't necessarily confirmed it either. They're avoiding
it for a reason. So mean who knows?

Speaker 2 (33:13):
All right, Well, thank you for chiming in.

Speaker 16 (33:16):
Yeah, thanks so much.

Speaker 2 (33:17):
It looks like a tie between who agrees with you
and who agrees with me.

Speaker 6 (33:21):
I'm glad because it's definitely not.

Speaker 2 (33:23):
Coming over to this side.

Speaker 6 (33:24):
That is cutting draw. I mean, I get it.

Speaker 5 (33:26):
I understand why you would lie to somebody about something
like this, but the front to front conversation, come on.

Speaker 6 (33:32):
Sir, as to your morals?

Speaker 4 (33:34):
All right, Well again, this is your show, and when
we come back eight hundred and two ninet two fifty
one fifty, you have the last word.

Speaker 3 (33:41):
What the word.

Speaker 6 (33:42):
He is the last word on Way Up with Angela.

Speaker 2 (33:45):
Ye, Dad, It's Way Up with Angela.

need that you know.
