keep it locked on here.

Speaker 4 (01:09):
We'll be talking about all that.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
But you know how we got to start the show
Whosa Loving Positivity eight hundred two ninety two fifty one
fifty Yes, call us up and let us know who
you want to shine a light on?

Speaker 4 (01:21):
Its way up.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
We're gonna light to fuck up a machine.

Speaker 7 (01:26):
Turn your lights on, y'all, spreading love to those who

Speaker 3 (01:37):
It's way up with Angela yea, And I'm here with
my guest host for today, are My Wiggins. Now he's like,
let's get this positivity out the way. Let's shine a light.

Speaker 5 (01:45):
No kidding is always good. It is wait to start
the morning.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
All right, Well, today I want to shine a light
on a new social media platform that is designed for
the black community. It's called by Invite Only b y
io and it's the first ever ai Ford social platform
founded and owned by black women Wow. According to a
press release, it's designed to build community and, according to

(02:10):
their press release, unlike traditional platforms that alienate and mistreat
certain demographics. Bio is everything that all the others are
not and can never be because we prioritize authentic interactions, privacy,
and user control. It's one hundred percent invite only, and
it's the community deciding who gets on and who stays on.
So you can't be on air while'n out because you

(02:32):
got to go. Okay, So I love that, So shout
out to b y Io. Now, Sean, who do you
want to shine.

Speaker 8 (02:39):
A light on my wife Liz? She's a wonderful.

Speaker 4 (02:43):
Woman wife, Liz. All right, tell us more about Liz.

Speaker 8 (02:46):
Liz is the type of woman everybody looking for. You know,
she got a job, She do her own thing, you
know what I mean? She got her life together.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
How did you guys meet?

Speaker 8 (02:56):
I hit her up on Facebook and every since then?

Speaker 4 (03:00):
How did you know you were in love?

Speaker 8 (03:03):
Get her personality and her pashana. The life is just great.
Every time I'm around her, I just feel, you know,
I get goosebumps like I feel good to this day.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
That is so sweet. Well, thank you for calling and
shout out to Liz. We shine a light on you today.

Speaker 8 (03:19):
Thank you so much. And Tella, I love her very much.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
You could tell her Okay, Lindsey, love you very much.
All right, thank you for going very much. You are
all right.

Speaker 4 (03:30):
Take care. That was shining light.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
Now let's switch gears completely and we're gonna come back
with some yeat. We'll be talking about Carti B versus
Nicki Minaj, Saucy Santana versus JT.

Speaker 4 (03:43):
How did we get here? It's way up, way.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
Up with Angela, just.

Speaker 4 (03:52):
Like the talk like they Angela Jean, like they Angela
jee Man.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
She's spilling it all. This is yeat way.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
Oh, it's ugly. It's the way yup with Angela.

Speaker 5 (04:05):
Yee.

Speaker 4 (04:05):
I'm here Worth armand Wiggins, how are you good?

Speaker 5 (04:07):
Good? I just want to talk about it because it's definitely.

Speaker 4 (04:10):
Uglier than all right, Nicki Minna's versus Cardi B.

Speaker 3 (04:12):
So you and I behind the scenes were trying to
figure out you have the whole timeline.

Speaker 5 (04:16):
I don't know who.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
Tweeted what when, who's responding too, who started it, But
let's just give some background on the beef between the
two of them. Let's do it, because I feel like
it all started around the motorsport time. They were on
the song together the Migos Motorsport and then the fallout
really started happening from there, right.

Speaker 4 (04:34):
You know.

Speaker 3 (04:34):
There we was shoes being thrown, you know, knots on foreheads,
and then after that there were husbands getting involved, yeah,
and getting into it. Offset and Zoo had an altercation
a couple of years ago at the VMA's. Yes, they
said they were looking for Offset all kinds of things,
and things have still continued from there. It got a

(04:56):
little quiet for a moment. Yeah, So now break it
down from I.

Speaker 5 (05:00):
Think now we're at a point where the beef has
gotten back picked up. But you know, Cardi B dropped
am I the drama, and so I guess she proved
that she is the drama. She came out busting a
lot of shots, you know. And I think the biggest
thing is a lot of people are missing with this
Nikki Cardi beef over the last week. A lot of
people are saying, you know, Nicki is miserable and Nikki's

(05:21):
like a dark spirited person. But I think that it's
we have to acknowledge the fact that Cardi B thought
she was gonna outsail Nicki Minaj and when she did
not outsail Nicki Minaj and only sol two hundred k
Nicki Minaj came online and started popping it. Cardi B
didn't like that she started popping it, and then that's
when the back and forth started happening.

Speaker 3 (05:43):
Okay, so did we have that audio from because I
didn't recall all this happening.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
But you said Carti was arguing with a barb on live.

Speaker 5 (05:50):
So she was arguing with the barber online, and she
basically says she's gonna outsail, She's gonna be back on top.
Now people will try to say that she wasn't talking
about Nicki, but we know she wasn't talking about Glorilla.
That was the last female album to tell out sale.
We knew that Cardi B was gonna at least do
one hundred k.

Speaker 4 (06:06):
All right, listen to this.

Speaker 9 (06:08):
Client because I'm also I'm also on top.

Speaker 4 (06:10):
That's a fact. What are the things gonn happen?

Speaker 9 (06:11):
When I drop hob think it's gonna flop?

Speaker 10 (06:13):
You know it's not gonna fly.

Speaker 3 (06:14):
The album did not flop, by the way, and great
critical acclaimed people are saying it's an amazing album. I've
seen that and I personally do like the album. But
right now you're talking about sales and you're saying. So
that woke Nikki up when she heard Carti saying she
was gonna outsell her.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
Well yeah, because I mean that's the whole competitive nature
on it. So there was the outsale part. There was
the shots that's being thrown on the record, you know, figuratively,
like Nikki's feeling like what Cardi's throwing shots about, you know,
tour and having to pay for stuff and going broke,
and you know, then there's the Young Thug stuff. So
Nikki was quiet during this entire rollout.

Speaker 3 (06:49):
So Carti got on the album Young Thugs album, Yes,
and had some things to say, some shots.

Speaker 4 (06:54):
To take it at Nikki, but didn't say her name.

Speaker 5 (06:57):
She didn't say her name. But then then people were
suggesting that this what's happening. You know, she was talking
about Ogbar and you know, and we love Ogbar, but respectfully,
nobody's thinking about a trip that Ochbar went on with
her man, and nobody's thinking about you know, Ocbar's finances.
So what other rapper are you talking about? Whatever woman
are you talking about?

Speaker 10 (07:13):
Now.

Speaker 3 (07:14):
One thing we can't agree on is it got very ugly,
like certain things that were said, and we're going to
get more into it and about last night as we're discussing,
because I was at a shoot yesterday, uh huh with
g Herbo and this is for Power Force for uh
Power power Book four Force, And the whole time I
was there, I was like, oh my god, they're still going.

(07:34):
So we'll talk more about this. About last night is next.
We're going to get more into this Nicki Minaj versus
Cardi B.

Speaker 7 (07:42):
So about last night, Yes, that went down, It's way up.

Speaker 4 (07:49):
But Angela, yee, I'm here with armand Wiggins. You might
be the drama.

Speaker 5 (07:52):
You know what they say, I'm the drama.

Speaker 3 (07:55):
Right, we're talking about Nicki Mina's versus Cardi B. We've
been having a very like lively exchange ourselves and so
we didn't even get to like the tweets that were
happening yesterday because Nicki min I ha had some things
to say about jay Z as well and talking about,
you know, different allegations. I literally had to like google
some of the people she was talking about because I
was like, who is this person? And then I was like, oh,

(08:16):
you know.

Speaker 5 (08:17):
Yesterday, I was like clutching my pearls because I feel
like yesterday though for me, was probably my least favorite
day of the episodes because it got really dark yester.

Speaker 3 (08:26):
Yeah, yeah, you know, talking about kids, talking about people,
talking about dead people, talking about fertility. All of that
to me was like, this is also something that like
you're trying to direct this to each other, but this
is something that a lot of people are like, well,
I have an autistic child, or I've had fertility issues.

(08:47):
And so I saw a lot of people kind of
weighing in on that and feeling like they're hurt by
this and also thinking about the bigger picture because one
thing about me is I'm not gonna let you like
drag me into something online because I know I have
people watchings, endorsements, and so I.

Speaker 4 (09:02):
Don't ever want to ruin that.

Speaker 3 (09:04):
Yeah, but one thing I was saying yesterday was Kenjick
and Drake had their beef. Push your Tea and Drake
had their beef. One thing I love is when people
go in the studio and monetize the beef, Like, if
you're gonna do something, go make a disc track. Let's
go back and forth. Let's do it that way. Let's
run those numbers up, Let's keep it there. Let's not

(09:26):
threaten to run up on the person. Let's not threaten
to beat somebody up. Let's not do those things. But
how about you going and let's see who's going to
drop on how the disc track?

Speaker 5 (09:34):
Yeah, I think that. I think that's that's the point.
Points were made there. But I think you know, when
you get to a point where you're talking about people's kids,
I think Cardi B just got to upset. She was
like mad. I think Nikki was more trolling, but I
think Cardi got mad because it got so dark. So
I think we shouldn't even go that dark.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
And I think people know how to push buttons out,
Like you know, if you say something about Cardi B's kids,
that's the trigger right there, and vice vera. And then
Cardi B talked about Nicki Minaj being diagnosed with schizophrenia
and bipolar and heavy on drugs cocaine. She was calling
her cocaine Barbie yeah and saying she doesn't listen to anybody.
Then she also said, your son's favorite color is five,

(10:13):
oh yeah.

Speaker 5 (10:15):
And so you know, Nicki gets really really triggered by
that too. So whenever you talk about Ken and Petty
and Papa Bear, Nikki is gonna go to hell with it.
And so yeah, you got too big, Mama bears just
like not playing no more?

Speaker 6 (10:27):
Now?

Speaker 4 (10:27):
Who do you think is the drama in all of this?

Speaker 5 (10:29):
Though?

Speaker 4 (10:29):
If you have to say, because.

Speaker 5 (10:31):
If I had to give the drama, I feel like
Cardi Alli you did because she started it with the album.
But I think Nicki finished it because Nicki really causes conversation,
Like I feel like nobody really cared until Nicki got
involved with this stuff.

Speaker 3 (10:47):
All right, Well, you guys eight hundred and two nine
two fifty one fifty, who's the drama? I see y'all
on social media weighing in and having things to say.

Speaker 4 (10:55):
I'm a reason.

Speaker 5 (10:56):
What do you think is the drama?

Speaker 3 (10:57):
I'm gonna read some of these two we'll talk about
it when we come back. I think we hear from you.
Eight hundred and two nine two fifty one fifty. Who's
the drama?

Speaker 1 (11:04):
It's way up, going way out, turnout with Angela. Yee yeah,
let's go turn me up.

Speaker 4 (11:11):
Here we go upgain.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
This is way up with Angela.

Speaker 4 (11:14):
Yee yeah. It's way up with Angela. Yeah. I'm here
with armand Wiggans. How you feeling.

Speaker 5 (11:18):
I'm feeling good. We're having a good time today.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
All right, we're talking about who is the drama between
Cardi being Nicki Minaj. I was just showing you an
old two thousand and nine interview I did with Nicki
Minaj and.

Speaker 5 (11:28):
It was so cute. I love that interview. I love
all your archive stuff.

Speaker 4 (11:32):
Yes, a lot of stuff that people have never seen too.

Speaker 3 (11:35):
But when it comes down to this, I want to
say who I think the drama is. Now we already
know you said, do you think the drama is Carti?

Speaker 5 (11:41):
No, I think the drama is both of them.

Speaker 4 (11:44):
Okay, it's definitely both of them.

Speaker 3 (11:46):
I want to say that drama is the people on
social media that are egging this on, that are doing
the most, that are telling them all. She said this
about you weigh in in, trying to push people's buttons,
saying nasty things.

Speaker 5 (11:59):
Also not you, Well that would make me the trauma.

Speaker 4 (12:02):
Well yeah, but no.

Speaker 3 (12:04):
But they're people who are saying who are literally saying
nasty things like and also representing like whether you're a
barber Bardie gang, but saying things about the other person's kids,
saying go there, drag them to hell. All of that.
Those are the people I think that are really causing
all this drama. Now, Dayelle, who do you think is
the drama?

Speaker 11 (12:22):
They are both the drama. I can't believe my two
girls are fighting like this, and it's so petty, it's
so dark, and they are both huge influences, and they
have even influenced me myself. I went through infertility myself,
So for them to either put the kids into this,
it's so disgusted, and I feel like I don't even
want to support both of them.

Speaker 4 (12:42):
Make it now you lost a fan for both of them?

Speaker 7 (12:45):
Yeah, yes, all right.

Speaker 4 (12:47):
I was so disgusted, That's what I was saying too.

Speaker 3 (12:49):
I was like, you know, women really deal with these issues,
and they deal with autistic children, they deal with infertility issues,
and so making fun of that or saying something like
to somebody about that, that's never in publicly.

Speaker 12 (13:02):
It's just wrong.

Speaker 11 (13:03):
Culture, you are a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful black and whatever.
The Minican girl, you are so beautiful.

Speaker 10 (13:10):
That was so.

Speaker 11 (13:10):
Discussing for Nikka to even put her name out there.

Speaker 4 (13:13):
Like that, Right, we got to think about these kids.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
And she's right, Culture is old enough to kind of
like hear a little bit of it. She probably goes
to school and got to hear this. Yeah, all right,
thank you for.

Speaker 11 (13:23):
Is exactly who she thinks she is.

Speaker 4 (13:25):
I know that's right. Yeah, thank you for colling.

Speaker 3 (13:29):
Naisha, Hi, Angela, me and armand want to know who's
the drama and all of this.

Speaker 4 (13:35):
Oh, it's most definitely Nikki.

Speaker 11 (13:37):
Like it seems like she's hating because Carti's album drop,
she's trying to sabotage it from going to number one
by having her Barbie's tweet online, like, Barbie buy the albums.

Speaker 13 (13:48):
If you don't buy the album, I'm gonna curse you out,
like Nikki, you're the drama.

Speaker 9 (13:52):
You're hating.

Speaker 11 (13:52):
Also, you should never bring kids into this.

Speaker 3 (13:55):
Yeah, I mean they both did bring the kids. And
thank you for calling Nische whatever.

Speaker 8 (14:00):
Hey, I'm gonna say, Carty is the drama.

Speaker 11 (14:04):
And here's why she does so much inappropriate.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
Stuff and for some reason because we laugh at her
that she gets a pass.

Speaker 11 (14:14):
If you had a daughter, would you allow your daughter
to hang with a CARDI B No, what I want
my daughter to present her stuff like that?

Speaker 8 (14:21):
No, it's like you can separate Nicky's entertainment from her being.

Speaker 11 (14:25):
Well, I don't get me wrong, Nicky's a big room too,
but cardis who she's the drama.

Speaker 4 (14:32):
I might be honest, I've hung out, I've had a
time with Cardi b.

Speaker 3 (14:35):
I like she's fun. She's a nice girl, you know
what I'm saying. She knows how to have a good time,
and she owns who she really is. What I don't
like is people who don't own who they really are.
Like there's people who try to act perfect, who act
like they never did anything.

Speaker 4 (14:48):
Cardi will own all of those things tell but it doesn't.

Speaker 11 (14:51):
Excuse her being inappropriate though. And Nicky is a mean
girl too.

Speaker 3 (14:55):
I mean, well, that's the thing that people are saying,
like hearing these recordings, and that's what I'm.

Speaker 5 (14:59):
Saying, is what to be a mean girl? I rather
a mean grow to my face than a mean girl
behind the scenes. And I have to find it out
for a leak recording.

Speaker 4 (15:06):
Well, welcome to the business. Welcome, I'm just saying, I know, I.

Speaker 3 (15:09):
Know, thank you for calling. It feels like it's pretty
tied up. I mean, somebody don't like both of them now.
And somebody said Nikki, somebody said Carti is the drama.
The thing is and what we've said all along, now
this has everybody really divided, so somebody drop a track.
All right, Well, when we come back, we have your yet,
and we didn't even talk about JT and Saucy Santana yet,
So let's do that since we have the drama live

(15:31):
with us today.

Speaker 7 (15:32):
It's way up, they say, the rooms from industry shade
to all the gossip out.

Speaker 1 (15:38):
Angela's feeling that yet.

Speaker 4 (15:41):
All right, it's way up at Angela. Yeah, I'm here
with Arma Wiggins. Y.

Speaker 3 (15:44):
All right, let's talk about JT versus Saucy Santa because
we have not talked about this at all yet. So
clearly Cardi B was going after JT on the song Magnet, right,
I think we all can agree to that, and JT
definitely was upset about that. But then this led to
JT and Saussy Santana going at it. Now, how did

(16:04):
their beef start?

Speaker 5 (16:06):
Well, so Santana had been reciting the Magnet record, you know,
and I think JT felt a way about it.

Speaker 4 (16:13):
Well, I could see why, Yeah, wouldn't you?

Speaker 3 (16:15):
Yeah why.

Speaker 4 (16:17):
That's understandable, and they're supposed to be friends.

Speaker 5 (16:19):
But I think the issue is people were thinking like
that they were closer than they actually were. I think
Santana and JT had been fallen out. Yeah, but JT
then came online and said that Saucy Tantana's album was bullshit,
it was basked, and so he got offended by that.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
All right, well, here's what JT has to say about
Saussy Santana.

Speaker 4 (16:41):
You wake up, jumpo TikTok, trying to.

Speaker 2 (16:43):
Insert yourself in something. Go check yourself out. You can't
do what zempic and pop you quackead ass here you
get on live because you so poor, fall asleep, slopping
at your mouth with them empty as walls and at
emptas house.

Speaker 5 (16:58):
Now ouch, empty walls and empty house.

Speaker 4 (17:03):
I mean she said a whole lot more.

Speaker 3 (17:04):
Now, Sussy went on Twitter spaces x spaces. I guess
I don't know what it's called that.

Speaker 5 (17:09):
About thirty thousand people on there, and.

Speaker 4 (17:11):
One of them was young Miami Karrisha.

Speaker 5 (17:14):
She was awake.

Speaker 3 (17:15):
And here is what Sussy had to say in response,
and just a small snippet of what he said, CARDI,
it's my grip.

Speaker 11 (17:24):
Life home girl, so me somewhere.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
The shoe, So let's get to the bottom of it.

Speaker 4 (17:32):
Just don't ain't have a baby. In the first time
he was art with Cardibe, nikked.

Speaker 5 (17:38):
Taste Karsha, you want to say, Sena not gonna say nothing?

Speaker 4 (17:40):
No, They arguing about shoe no, not getting in that
that dog.

Speaker 10 (17:46):
Mmm.

Speaker 3 (17:46):
Wow, I want to say, because so clearly they're not
as close, you know, even like Karesha and Jay because
I think if they were, then maybe she would have Yeah,
you know what, I'll be.

Speaker 5 (17:56):
Honest with you. This feels like Fantana was saying everything
that Karisha wanted to say to Jay. She and Koresha
was letting it out, you know what I mean. And
now Santana is all of a sudden Cardi B's homegirl.
But let's be clear because he was trying to throw
a lot of shots at JT about her liking Nikki. Santana,
you wanted that feature from Nikki and when you didn't
get it, you then became a Cardi B.

Speaker 6 (18:15):
Fan.

Speaker 3 (18:16):
You know what I don't like about all of this.
It feels like everyone has to pick a side, like
if I do a song with Cardi or if I
do a song with Nikki, then that's the side I'm on.

Speaker 4 (18:25):
But it can't be just like.

Speaker 5 (18:27):
Well, it also feels like people lead one way and
when they don't get what they want, then they go
to the other side to see if they can get it.
Because Santana also said nasty things about Cardi B's children before,
but he has sense apologize.

Speaker 3 (18:37):
And one thing that people don't like is when you
say that you can't have kids, because there's so many
women that are like, ooh, you know that was nice.

Speaker 4 (18:43):
That's a low blow.

Speaker 3 (18:44):
Yeah, But then people are saying that JT with Sham
and Cardi B for having so many children.

Speaker 4 (18:49):
So it's just like.

Speaker 3 (18:50):
The kids somehow, the innocent children are getting dragged into this.

Speaker 5 (18:53):
I just think it's I think we gotta tread lightly,
as you know, gaming when we start talking about women's
vaginas and talking about the fertility issues, because if they
then start calling us the f ford and stuff, then
we'd be offended. So we got to be able to
have discourse without going too low, because we would I
would I would feel some time way if she wouldn't
call it in the f work.

Speaker 4 (19:10):
Right, right?

Speaker 5 (19:11):
Does that make sense?

Speaker 3 (19:12):
That definitely makes sense? All right, well that is your
Yet we got a lot more of that. But when
we come back under the radar, these are the stories
that are not necessarily and the headlines they're flying under
the radar. Now a Trump advisor is talking about ice
and they're saying that ice will be at the Bad
Bunny super Bowl halftime show and that they will deport you.

Speaker 4 (19:30):
All right, we'll talk about it. It's way up.

Speaker 7 (19:33):
Newssition in the news that relates to you. These stories
are flying under the radar.

Speaker 3 (19:39):
All right, it's way up with Angela Yee, I'm here
and Arman Wiggins is here.

Speaker 5 (19:42):
I'm having a great time. Hello, coming here.

Speaker 4 (19:44):
You ready to go under the radar with us? Let's
go all right?

Speaker 3 (19:47):
Well, Trump advisor Corey Lewandowski, who is an advisor at
the Department of Homeland Security, was on the Benny Show
podcast and yesterday he warned people if you were planning
to go to the super Bowl, they are going to
have ice there.

Speaker 4 (20:03):
Here's what he said.

Speaker 12 (20:04):
There is nowhere that you can provide safe haven to
people who are in this country illegally, Not the super Bowl,
and nowhere else. We will find you, we will apprehend you,
we will put you in a detention facility, and we
will deport you.

Speaker 4 (20:16):
So yeah, how crazy this is?

Speaker 5 (20:18):
So how do they like know and how do they
identify like who's illegal, who's not.

Speaker 3 (20:23):
They are allowed to stop you if you just look
a certain way, and I'll tell you who.

Speaker 4 (20:26):
They're not stopping white people.

Speaker 3 (20:29):
Even though there are white people who are also here
in this country and not documented, they're not going to
stop them.

Speaker 4 (20:35):
They're fine.

Speaker 5 (20:36):
So I feel like there's just a lot of Latino
people hispanding people are getting stopped.

Speaker 4 (20:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (20:40):
Absolutely, And you know, Bad Bunny purposely was like not
when he did his tour. He did it in Puerto
Rico because he was concerned if he did a tour
here that ICE was going to try to raise the
tour stop people, harassed people, detain people.

Speaker 4 (20:55):
And so he's raised a lot of money in Puerto Rico.

Speaker 5 (20:58):
But now that's racist. He is pude.

Speaker 6 (21:01):
It is.

Speaker 3 (21:04):
To be clear, there are white people, they are not
the ones who are going to get stopped and harassed.
And so, like you said, you know that's what the
plan is. So right now it's also a government shutdown
while you're here.

Speaker 5 (21:16):
Yeah, I know.

Speaker 3 (21:17):
Uh, And that just started to so the Democrats and
Republicans are blaming each other for all of this, and
we don't know how long this is going.

Speaker 4 (21:24):
To end up lasting.

Speaker 3 (21:26):
With this whole standoff, a lot of this has to
do with healthcare and a lot of behind the scenes
discussions to end this shut down in the Senate. But
I don't know what's going to end up happening. Donald
Trump is saying that a lot of people are going
to end up getting laid off. He's also planning to
do some irreversible things, he claims, during this time and
take advantage of the government shut down for his agenda.

(21:46):
All right, well, all of that to say, our mom,
while you're here, when it's time for you to go
back home, just make sure you get to the airport early,
because we don't know how this shutdown is going to
affect traveling the airport. Really, yes, we do have the
way it mixed for you at the top of the hour.
Of course, we got to talk about Diddy later, because
I know that's why you're in town. So we got
a lot more to come at you with. We got
to ask ye we got yee t it's way up, yo, she's.

Speaker 7 (22:08):
About to blow the lead ab off this, but let's
get it angelus feeling.

Speaker 1 (22:11):
That yee te come and get your tea.

Speaker 4 (22:15):
Never knew what hold we're on.

Speaker 5 (22:18):
Okay, we were doing we were in that we were
in that pocket right now.

Speaker 4 (22:24):
All right, well let's get into some yet.

Speaker 3 (22:26):
All right, Kim Kardashian and Chris Jenner are going to
be suing ray J for a defamations about time right
of this?

Speaker 4 (22:34):
All right, ray J?

Speaker 3 (22:35):
This all came from ray J saying that Kim and
Chris are part of this whole rico charges.

Speaker 4 (22:42):
Here's what he said, the.

Speaker 14 (22:44):
Federal we I'm about to drop on Chris and Kim
is about to be crazy.

Speaker 5 (22:49):
Anybody know Kim and fool with Kim.

Speaker 14 (22:51):
They need to tell her now the rain is coming,
the fans is coming.

Speaker 4 (22:54):
It's worse than he WHOA, that's a big deal.

Speaker 5 (23:00):
Afraid of that. If I'm Kim and Chris Reggie just talking.
The only thing is, though, Reggie, I feel like they
will actually suit you.

Speaker 4 (23:06):
Look well they are.

Speaker 3 (23:08):
So. According to reports, they said that this is just
the latest in a decade long campaign ray J has
waged against them. They had now a lawsuit that's filed
by Alex Spiro and they said that ray J is
unable to accept the end of his fleeting relationship with
mss Kardashian over twenty years ago.

Speaker 5 (23:25):
Who do you think? But here's the thing. What if
Raggie actually got a trick up his sleep.

Speaker 4 (23:29):
Though I don't know. I don't know what kind of
tricks ray J got.

Speaker 5 (23:32):
That would be the ultimate for NaNs if he comes
out on top of this.

Speaker 3 (23:35):
Well, ray J has said now in response to this lawsuit,
that he will not be silenced.

Speaker 4 (23:40):
Here's what he said.

Speaker 14 (23:41):
Well, I'm not about to be silenced. I just got
off the phone with Alex Spiral, honestly, like, y'all should
be super scared because I'm not backing down. I'm tired
of it and I'm not selling it no more for
all this gumass money I'll trying to pay. Why the
rain is coming.

Speaker 5 (23:56):
There's nothing you can do.

Speaker 3 (23:57):
About it now, ray J said, Alex, have you talked
to the feds? That's all I want to know. Have
you talked to the feds? Click the link, Alex, and
come on my Twitch and say the same ish to
me publicly.

Speaker 4 (24:08):
Y'all don't scare me.

Speaker 5 (24:09):
See, I don't know about that because I feel like
ray J trolls, but those Kardashians are serious like, so
I don't know. He better be serious and have some
serious money to battle.

Speaker 3 (24:18):
Oh my goodness, Well, Kim Kardashian in the meantime, in
a new teaser for season seven, can you believe it's
already season seven of the Kardashians, You know, the newer show.

Speaker 4 (24:31):
Yeah, I didn't even realize it's been on that long.

Speaker 3 (24:35):
But in that trailer, she's talking about how somebody close
to her put a hit out on her.

Speaker 4 (24:38):
Listen to this.

Speaker 12 (24:39):
I got a call from investigators.

Speaker 13 (24:42):
Someone extremely close to me put a hit out on
my life. Everybody's kind of on edge.

Speaker 1 (24:47):
I heard bookstuff walking into my room.

Speaker 4 (24:50):
I am terrified, out of my mind. Gets over now.

Speaker 3 (24:55):
To be clear, back in twenty twenty two, Kanye had
posted on social media yesterday Kim accused me of putting
a hit on her.

Speaker 4 (25:03):
So let me get this straight.

Speaker 3 (25:05):
I beg to go to my daughter's party and I'm
accused of being on drugs, and I go play with
my son, and I take my care of graphic novels
and I'm accused of stealing. Now I'm being accused of
putting a hit on her. These ideas can actually get
someone locked up. They play like that with black men's lives,
whether it's getting them free or getting them locked up.

Speaker 4 (25:20):
I'm not playing about my Black Children anymore.

Speaker 5 (25:23):
Yeah, I don't know. That might be some creative direction
for the new season.

Speaker 3 (25:27):
Yeah, I feel like you're doing something that he said.
So maybe she's like, well, let's put it in the
series to re enact that. Yeah, you know, because that's
what it is. We got to get these viewers in
here exactly, all right. And speaking of viewers, Tony Braxton
has a deal a production deal with Lifetime to spearhead
a series of films based on songs from throughout her career.

Speaker 5 (25:47):
I'd be here for that.

Speaker 4 (25:48):
You look so happy you stopped and you're like yes.

Speaker 3 (25:53):
According to Deadline, that multi picture deal will begin with
he wasn't man enough.

Speaker 5 (25:58):
He wasn't man enough.

Speaker 8 (26:00):
Mm hmm.

Speaker 4 (26:01):
That's gonna long.

Speaker 5 (26:02):
There's a series of shortcuts in it too.

Speaker 4 (26:04):
I'm excited for that.

Speaker 6 (26:05):
Word.

Speaker 4 (26:06):
What's my favorite Tony Braxton song?

Speaker 1 (26:10):
Like?

Speaker 4 (26:10):
What what would I want to see?

Speaker 5 (26:12):
I like, he wasn't man in that? You obviously I
break my heart?

Speaker 3 (26:16):
Oh yes, breathe again. Oh that's gonna be serious, man,
you know what. I'm glad we had some nice good
news today because in the midst of all of this drama,
shout out to Tony Braxton, yeah, another sad love song.

Speaker 4 (26:32):
Oh that's a good one too. You're making you're making
me high? Oh yeah, drug song? Now here's my song?

Speaker 3 (26:41):
This is the one I was going to. How many
ways man?

Speaker 1 (26:47):
You?

Speaker 8 (26:47):
One?

Speaker 4 (26:48):
Two? I love you? Okay?

Speaker 5 (26:50):
I like that? And what episode would that be about?

Speaker 4 (26:52):
I don't know. I just like that song. Love should
have brought you home last night? Baby?

Speaker 3 (26:57):
All right, Well that is your yet when we come back,
we have asked Ye eight hundred nine two fifty one fifty.

Speaker 4 (27:01):
Any question you have, We're here to help you out.
It's way up.

Speaker 1 (27:04):
I'm going right.

Speaker 7 (27:05):
Everybody six, whether it's relationship or career advice.

Speaker 1 (27:08):
Angela's dropping facts. You should know. This is as D.

Speaker 4 (27:12):
What's up? This way up with Angela?

Speaker 5 (27:14):
Yee?

Speaker 4 (27:14):
I'm here with armand Wigans.

Speaker 5 (27:15):
How you doing, Armand I'm doing fantastic?

Speaker 3 (27:18):
All right, Well it's time for ask yee. Eight hundred
and two nine two fifty one fifty. We have Zi
on the line.

Speaker 4 (27:23):
What's up, Zi? What's your question for ask ye?

Speaker 9 (27:26):
So me and my wife had our second child. Well,
first one is three. This one is you know, the
new worst age.

Speaker 8 (27:31):
Congratulations, great, I appreciate it, Thank you.

Speaker 9 (27:34):
Everything's going great. Obviously, you know we're both tired, you know,
with the sleeking schedule. You know, my wife is super exhausted, right,
I don't blame her, so I guess I'm trying to
figure out what are some nice things I can do
for her besides you know that's the traditional stuff, or
you know, like besides helping her more with a baby,
that I can do for her to make it feel
better or kind of give it some relief, but something
that's like, I guess budget, low costs friendly, just because

(27:57):
you know, all our funds are going to this new
baby currently, right, trying to figure out how I can.

Speaker 8 (28:01):
Work around that.

Speaker 3 (28:02):
Ooh, okay, I'm gonna tell you what I know from
my friends who have babies, like newborns, Cleaning up is
a main issue, right because you're so exhausted from having
to deal with, you know, the baby, trying to get
some sleep. There's a ton of laundry that has to
get done. Sometimes you're too exhausted to even take a shower,
and then sometimes the house be a mess on top

(28:24):
of all of that. You know what a relief it
is when the house is clean. If there's a way
that you can participate or have maybe like a little
cleanup party where she don't have to do nothing but
relax and deal with the baby.

Speaker 4 (28:35):
And I have to clean up and do the laundry
and do all of that.

Speaker 3 (28:38):
And maybe there's a way you can make sure that
make sure the refrigerator is full, there's food, you know
what I'm saying, that's important too, all of those things.
I think, so that she can just focus and relax.
And she probably also really wants some sleep.

Speaker 9 (28:53):
Yeah, definitely.

Speaker 4 (28:54):
Yeah, So if.

Speaker 3 (28:55):
There's ways that you can make sure that she is
just getting some rest, she could feel like.

Speaker 4 (28:58):
A queen the house clean no matter.

Speaker 3 (29:01):
I don't have no kids, but I know when the
house is not clean, and I feel like, man, I
gotta do this, I gotta do that, I gotta do this,
I gotta do that.

Speaker 4 (29:07):
That is irritating.

Speaker 9 (29:10):
She's the same way show. She won't sit down until
the house is like spotless.

Speaker 4 (29:15):
Do you have family that can also help it all? Yeah?

Speaker 10 (29:17):
I can have my in laws or my parents as.

Speaker 9 (29:20):
Well help out.

Speaker 4 (29:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (29:21):
You could be like, look, I want to do something
special where you know, we like give the thorough cleaning
of the house. I'm sure they would help make sure
she gets some good food so she could really.

Speaker 4 (29:31):
Sit down and eat.

Speaker 3 (29:32):
Even if it's something where y'all have a night out
and somebody can come and I know you have a
newborn and a younger baby. If there's somebody you could
trust that could come and like she can get dressed
and go out of the house and I have to
worry for a night and just feel pampered.

Speaker 4 (29:45):
That could be nice, too, cool cool, I definitely appreciate it.

Speaker 3 (29:49):
One more thing I want to say, there's asks for
like at home massages. Imagine if you get the house
cleaned and then somebody comes and gives her a massage
that house, she don't.

Speaker 4 (29:58):
Even got to go nowhere.

Speaker 9 (29:59):
Yeah, yeah, enjoy that.

Speaker 3 (30:02):
And when you get the massage, you know, make sure
you got like some good smelling candles, get some music playing,
and just give her some peace.

Speaker 10 (30:10):
Cool cool, definitely will all right, Well.

Speaker 4 (30:12):
Good luck, all right, thank you and congrats again.

Speaker 11 (30:15):
Appreciate it, Thank you.

Speaker 3 (30:16):
Well that was ask ye eight hundred and two nine
two fifty one fifty. If you couldn't get through, you
can always leave a message and ask any question that way.
And when we come back, we got to talk about Diddy, Okay,
I know you're in town because Diddy's getting sentenced tomorrow,
so we have some updates. It's going to be an
interview that drops tomorrow morning. And this person is not
on Ditty's side, so we'll play a snippet of that.

(30:37):
We'll also talk about somebody who felt coerced in this
whole Diddy trial. And I want to get your opinion
on what type of sentence you think he's going to get.

Speaker 5 (30:45):
I'm excited. Let's talk about it.

Speaker 3 (30:46):
All right, his way up, everybody, Yeah, y yea yee.

Speaker 4 (30:51):
But you're all being waiting.

Speaker 7 (30:52):
For Oh you're tapped in the way up with Angela yee.

Speaker 3 (30:56):
All right, his way up with Angela yee. And I'm
here with Arman Wiggins, I guess hosts for today, Yes,
the drama, and you are here for this Diddy sentencing.

Speaker 4 (31:06):
Not a child anymore.

Speaker 3 (31:07):
The sentencing that's happening tomorrow, and so let's get into
that because and by the way, tomorrow on CBS Mornings,
there's gonna be an exclusive interview with Ditty's former stylist
Deontay Nash, who also took the stand.

Speaker 5 (31:22):
I guess, which, by the way, to me, had one
of the best testimonies during the trial, So I'm interested
in seeing his interview.

Speaker 4 (31:28):
Well, here's a snippet of what you can see tomorrow morning.

Speaker 6 (31:31):
You say you were strangled on several occasions several Was
there ever a point where you thought I could die?

Speaker 5 (31:39):
The whole time?

Speaker 10 (31:40):
I said he gonna kill us.

Speaker 6 (31:41):
You talk in the lawsuit about literally having a to
go back and cash just in case you had to
go into hiding.

Speaker 5 (31:47):
Mm hm.

Speaker 10 (31:48):
This was normal, very normal behavior, and everybody pacified it.

Speaker 6 (31:52):
Who were we gonna call ghostbusters?

Speaker 4 (31:55):
Mm hmmm.

Speaker 3 (31:56):
And you know, back in July, Deontay also wrote a
letter to the judge say that Didd he was in
immediate danger to victims and witnesses and pleaded for him
to not be released.

Speaker 5 (32:05):
Yeah, he definitely testified to a lot of those things
in the actual trial, and he was very believable, and
it seemed like the George also was really interested in
his storytelling, and he was very matter of fact about it.
He didn't shy away from anything.

Speaker 4 (32:18):
All Right.

Speaker 3 (32:18):
Now, the prosecution wants Diddy to get eleven years, but
Diddy's team wants him to get time served, and so
people are anticipating the judge is going to do something
in between time served in eleven years?

Speaker 4 (32:29):
What's your anticity?

Speaker 5 (32:30):
Yeah, I feel like the judge has something to prove.
I don't think that the judge wants to be the
one to get Diddy completely off, So I think did
he will be getting some time? I don't know, maybe
like we want are we are we shooting for numbers?

Speaker 4 (32:42):
Yeah? I want to know your number.

Speaker 5 (32:43):
Okay, my number. I'm gonna say.

Speaker 4 (32:44):
Seven, Okay, seven years?

Speaker 5 (32:46):
What time? But then what time serves? Don't maybe dropped
down to five, but I'm gonna say seven.

Speaker 3 (32:50):
I feel like he's gonna get like five years, and
then some of that will be time served, so he
won't be in That's what I think.

Speaker 4 (32:57):
You know what else?

Speaker 3 (32:58):
Diddy Z also been doing this career development course for
fellow inmates while he's been incarcerated. It's called Free Game
with Diddy, and he has a syllabus, homework and all
of those things. He has a teaching assistant at.

Speaker 4 (33:10):
His disposal as well.

Speaker 3 (33:11):
I feel like all of those things they may look
at it favorably.

Speaker 6 (33:15):
Now.

Speaker 4 (33:15):
Another thing that happened is that he did get.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
More support from Gina, the woman that he used to date,
who wrote a letter to the judge on his behalf
and also said that prosecutors pressured her into becoming victim
three in the indictment, she said she fully cooperated with prosecutors,
sat down with them three times, answered all their questions,
turned over all the evidence, but she felt pressured to

(33:38):
play the role of a victim by the prosecutors, even
though she said she was not a victim and does
not feel like she was a victim. She said that
prosecutors kept telling her that she was and that she
had been sex trafficked and forced into prostitution by him.

Speaker 5 (33:51):
I feel like people the prosecution said that she was
because she's done interviews and said that he kicked, beat
and punched her, even though this wasn't what that case
was about. But it just kind of felt like Gina
towards the end changed her tone because she wanted to
still be in sync with Diddy, like she wanted to
still keep whatever benefit that was, and so she was lying.

Speaker 4 (34:10):
It felt like, well, let's get ready.

Speaker 3 (34:13):
We got to talk about this, but let's get ready
for that sentencing tomorrow. We'll discuss what time can you
expect that sentence going to happen, and we'll give you
some more details.

Speaker 4 (34:22):
It's way up.

Speaker 1 (34:25):
Were about to do this loos to train this women
in radio vidio, we're talking about angela Ye. You're way
up with angela Ye. Please believe that.

Speaker 4 (34:33):
But angela ye what my guest host Araman Wiggins.

Speaker 5 (34:35):
I'm having a blast.

Speaker 6 (34:36):
You know.

Speaker 5 (34:37):
I just want to tell you I love you so much.

Speaker 3 (34:38):
I think I love you too, and I wonder how
Diddy feels about you. But anyway, I don't think I
want to answer that.

Speaker 5 (34:46):
I don't know, I don't want to know.

Speaker 3 (34:48):
But he is going to have his sentencing hearing tomorrow.
What time do you have to be there for that
to start?

Speaker 5 (34:55):
On or around ten am?

Speaker 4 (34:58):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (34:59):
And before did he finds out what that sentence is
going to be. He also wants to speak and address
the judge as well. So it's two counts of the
Man Act and and court documents. His attorney says, the
sentencing proceeding whole significant importance for mister Holmbs. He wishes
to appear before the court, address your honor and allocute

(35:19):
and the most dignified and respectful fashion possible. They also
wanted the judges to allow him to wear street clothes
instead of his jail jumpsuit.

Speaker 5 (35:28):
Wow, what does the street clothes do? Though? What do
you think? That's what?

Speaker 4 (35:33):
And this is like a psychological thing.

Speaker 3 (35:35):
They say that when you appear that way, you want
to look the best before you come before the judge.
And sometimes like depending on what you're wearing, that can
sway like it could be something like psychological.

Speaker 5 (35:48):
You know how people look at that.

Speaker 3 (35:50):
Bright orange today? That bright orange ain't gonna work in
front of the judge.

Speaker 5 (35:53):
No, but that's what I'm saying. But that did he?
And did he like? If he comes in his Diddy outfit,
is that gonna feel humble enough for the judge? Like,
will the judge say like, Hey, this is a celebrity
in front of me, you're not humble. You might see
that monster he.

Speaker 4 (36:05):
Can't wear his jewelry and nothing.

Speaker 5 (36:06):
Now you can't do the job.

Speaker 1 (36:07):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (36:08):
Well, so I'm interested, and I know you cannot wait
to find out you've been covering this child from the beginning. Yes,
and so I'll be interested to hear what did he
has to say?

Speaker 5 (36:19):
I'm interested in what Diddy has to say. I'm interested
to see who's going to show up in support of
him tomorrow.

Speaker 3 (36:24):
And I'm sure some people will show up in support
of the prosecution tomorrow too, Yeah, to see what's going
to happen. But you know, the kids, the family will
be there full force. That's another thing that looks good,
right when you have people in court supporting you, especially
your family members.

Speaker 5 (36:37):
Yes, and all the letters that he's gotten, And I think,
you know, no matter what, though, we can expect fireworks tomorrow,
whether good or bad, It's going to be an explosive day.

Speaker 3 (36:45):
What do you think is his bag is going to
be like at the end of all of this, Like,
do you think he'll be able to come home and
people will give him opportunities?

Speaker 4 (36:52):
Can he be back in the entertainment business? Do you think?

Speaker 5 (36:55):

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
