Speaker 1 (00:01):
You are not?

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Andelo, what do I call it?

Speaker 3 (00:12):
Oh? What's good? It's way up with Angela yee? What's today? Tuesday?

Speaker 4 (00:16):
All right, it's a countdown eleven days until Angela U
Day Tuesday.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
Oh the soft Angela U Day is August twenty third.
Just puting that out there.

Speaker 4 (00:26):
Right now for you guys. I cannot wait to announce
the artists we're going to be there this year. Super
excited for that. Also excitingly enough, Conway the Machine is
going to be joining us today. You Can't Kill God
with Bullets is the name of his new project. We
don't have a release date for it yet, but I
got a little preview, so we'll be talking about his
new album.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
Also, there was some rumors online.

Speaker 4 (00:47):
Got to clear that up of an incident between him
and Benny the Butcher. I don't know if y'all saw that,
but we're gonna address it today, of course.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
But let's start the show with some love and some positivity.

Speaker 4 (00:57):
Let's shine a light eight hundred two ninety two fifty
one fifty call this up.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
Let us know who you would like to shine a
light on. It's way up a.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
Turn your lights on, y'all, your lights on, and spreading
love to those who are doing greatness.

Speaker 5 (01:11):
Shine the light on them, Shine the light on them.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
It's time to shine a light on them.

Speaker 4 (01:17):
It's way up at the angela ye, and it's time
to shine a light Matos here, but he's well, you
know where he is. But let's shine a light today
on comedian, radio hosts and activist Shaletta Brandage, and she
actually convinced the local supermarket in Minnesota to celebrate Black
Business Month by bringing in local black entrepreneurs and letting

(01:38):
them showcase their products in the store. She connected with
Hive and Robbinsdale and she got them to welcome these
small business black business owners in their space August ninth,
and that way local residents were able to come in
meet them sample their products, things like salsa haircare products.
They said, we've got pop ups at the farmers market,
but we got to be there so we can't keep

(01:59):
creating product. So now small black businesses have the chance
to talk to potential customers so people can learn more
about them their product and also just network. And so
sometimes I know when we buy products, when you see
the person behind it and you can understand the story,
that connection can really make you be supportive of a
product even more. And a lot of times these are
amazing products, they just don't have the capital to expand

(02:22):
the way that they need to. So shout out to
her for bringing that opportunity and coming up with that.
She let a brandage. Now let's talk to Melo. My
got Mello, who do you want to shine a light on?

Speaker 6 (02:32):
You know what we gotta do. We gotta shine a
light on way up. We come on now with May
No Day. On Sunday we outside the dog and then
everybody's favorite holiday. If you're from Brooklyn, you feel me,
angela ye?

Speaker 3 (02:46):
Then on the twenty thirty, I know, I can't wait.
I'm excited.

Speaker 5 (02:49):
Yo.

Speaker 6 (02:50):
I missed last year because I was in the Bahamas,
but this year I'm outside.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
Yeah, come on, come outside with us. Let's have a
time full fact you guess.

Speaker 7 (02:57):
Want to let you know I'm coming through.

Speaker 8 (02:59):
Is just sate light on you amazing?

Speaker 4 (03:00):
I love you all right, we love you too, Mela.
We'll see you at Mano Day and au.

Speaker 5 (03:04):
Day all fake.

Speaker 8 (03:05):
Make sure y'all get a flip with.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
Me, okay, no problem.

Speaker 4 (03:09):
Well that was Shina Light eight hundred two nine two
fifty one fifty in case you couldn't get through and
when we come back, you're yee t. Now Diddy has
filed a one hundred million dollar defamation lawsuit. We will
give you the details and who he is planning to sue.
Its way up, they.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
Says in the rooms from industry shade to all of
gossips out.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Angela's feeling that yet.

Speaker 3 (03:34):
It's way up.

Speaker 4 (03:34):
But Angela, yee hey, Manoa, let's get into this yet.
So Diddy is filing a one hundred million dollar defamation
lawsuit now, and these are over what he says are
fabricated sexual assault claims. He is suing News Nation and
two individuals for defamation. He says they orchestrated a calculated
smear campaign. Now, according to Diddy, this case is against

(03:58):
Courtney Burgess, Ariel Mitchell and next our media that operates NewsNation,
And it's about the defendants willful schemes to fabricate and
broadcast outrageous lies concerning mister Colmbs and leveraged those falsehoods
to enrich themselves, gain social media fame, promote their brands,
strip mister Comes of his reputation and livelihood, and jeopardize

(04:19):
his right to a fair trial.

Speaker 3 (04:20):
According to the document, I believe it.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
Yes.

Speaker 4 (04:23):
According to this Courtney burgess A falsely claimed that he
possessed videos of mister Colmmes involved in sexual assault of
celebrities and minors, and that News Nation recklessly repeated and
amplified these lies as if they were true. According to
this document, there was a police report they said that
supported allegations that did he raped a woman in March

(04:43):
of twenty eighteen, but no such report exists, and the
actual police report filed by her client accused two white men,
not Diddy.

Speaker 5 (04:50):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (04:51):
See, so he's seeking a jury trial and he wants
damages of no less than a hundred million dollars. That's right,
this could all turn around. Huh, that's all right now.
Chris Brown did something really beautiful. A teenage fan and
her mom were at the Chris Brown Breezey Bolt Tour.
They went there to meet him and his daughter Royalty,
and they got some special prizes. They got ten thousand

(05:13):
dollars cash and a brand new car. This is all
with a TikTok influencer m demotivator. He posted the video
on Instagram with the surprise they were looking for the
biggest Chris Brown fan.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
And here's what happened. You got a brand new cars
a car.

Speaker 7 (05:30):
I'm in shock.

Speaker 9 (05:31):
Do you like it?

Speaker 1 (05:32):
I love it?

Speaker 5 (05:33):
Keep doing what you're doing. You said you dance. Don't stop.
You know what I'm saying. Don't stop. Go harder and
harder and harder. Always be yourself. Hey, love you, guys,
I love you.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
Isn't that exciting? That is amazing.

Speaker 4 (05:44):
Imagine being a fan and then from being a fan,
you get to meet the person you're the biggest fan of,
get ten thousand dollars cash and a brand new car.

Speaker 3 (05:53):
I am not mad at it? All right.

Speaker 4 (05:55):
Now, I'm young Thug. This is on a Little Baby
new album. This is not great audio, but I will
tell you what it says. Just listen closely. But people
are saying that young Thug is this is gonna by
name on this album? All right, so you want to

(06:19):
know what it says. Yeah, gott he took me for
some years. I know he was telling. The only reason
if butt you gonna it was because of true.

Speaker 6 (06:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (06:27):
But the way it's pitched, it just sounds like you
don't think it's gonna is it?

Speaker 1 (06:32):
Is it?

Speaker 5 (06:32):
Okay?

Speaker 10 (06:32):
No, I'm not saying that Doug is supposed to be
thug rapping. But are we sure that this is not ai?

Speaker 6 (06:39):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (06:41):
If anything is AI now, Yeah, Gotti's lawyer thought it
was real because he responded and he said, Yack did
not say a single thing against Jeff and his interviews
with the cops.

Speaker 3 (06:49):
I don't know where this is coming from.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
Yack had the opportunity to turn on Jeff during trial
to get out of the case easy.

Speaker 3 (06:54):
He never took it. He stood tall and took it
all the way to the jury. So that was the response.
His lawyer believed it. All right, Well, that is your ut.

Speaker 4 (07:03):
When we come back about last night, that's where we
discussed what we did last night.

Speaker 3 (07:07):
In the meantime, here Samario with let Me Love You,
It's way up.

Speaker 11 (07:12):
So about last night, Yes, I went down, Yeo, it's
way up at Angela, yee, I'm here, mayno's here, Mana.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
What did you do yesterday?

Speaker 5 (07:25):
I went to gersh last night.

Speaker 3 (07:28):
People.

Speaker 10 (07:30):
It's a school in Brooklyn, East, New York, and this
is the biggest tournament in Brooklyn basket.

Speaker 5 (07:37):
The center was a championship last night.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
Was it packed?

Speaker 5 (07:39):
Packed? All right? Super dupera New York Brooklyn.

Speaker 4 (07:43):
All right, well yesterday, look you see, I got my
blood taken, so I actually went to the doctor for
my exam.

Speaker 3 (07:49):
Now this is awful to say, but.

Speaker 4 (07:51):
I have not been to get like a physical and
over two years, and so I finally made an appointment
and went yesterday. You know, I kept being too busy
doing this and I still have to go get a mammogram,
so I got the information to schedule that also. But
I went to the doctor yesterday, shout out to doctor Peggy.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
Roberts, and.

Speaker 4 (08:10):
You know, made sure I got all my blood work done.
So I'm waiting for those results to come in. Coach
Jesse definitely hit me up and was like, make sure
you do a test for a CBC, make sure you
ask for a D three test, a CMP, all of
those things. So you know, I did my research to
make sure I know what I'm asking, what questions I have.
One thing we always say before you go to the
doctor and make sure you have a list if there's

(08:31):
any issues you want to make sure you don't forget
what you want to bring up when you're there. So
I had different things in my phone that I wanted
to talk about.

Speaker 3 (08:39):
But you know, I went to the doctor, not because.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
Something was wrong, just because I was, like I've been
We've been having all these conversations about fibraids and things
like that and making sure you get checked out for
your health.

Speaker 3 (08:49):
When I was younger, I had high cholesterol.

Speaker 4 (08:52):
So I just wanted to do some preventive things and
not go because, oh my god, now I'm staying on
feel well.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
I don't know what's going on. And it was.

Speaker 4 (09:00):
It's interesting because yesterday I saw Lindsay Davis. She's a
news reporter, amazing, I love her. She posted about the
fact that she was actually having uterine fibroids and she's
been struggling and battling with this for years and she'll
be out for a while because she's getting a hysterectomy.
And she did especially with Tamar Braxton and also with

(09:20):
Cynthia Bailey. And here's what Tamar Braxton had to say
with her.

Speaker 12 (09:23):
I was actually going through IVF treatments and that's when
I found out that I had five words. I've always
had the very worst period. I didn't have a tribe
until I was thirty six, so I had no idea,
come to find out, when I found out about my
five words, my mother had gone through it. I have
four sisters and a mother and they all have gone
through it.

Speaker 4 (09:42):
And you know, seventy percent of women are going to
have fibrards by the time their age fifty, and the
black women have like three times more.

Speaker 5 (09:51):
Is the way to prevent it?

Speaker 4 (09:52):
You know, it's really hard because a lot of it
comes from different things. People also don't really know, like
they haven't done enough research. Diet it partly be your
diet sometimes. It is also like when people are, you know,
have been on birth control for a long time, we
don't necessarily know.

Speaker 3 (10:08):
But I did find out I have.

Speaker 4 (10:09):
Two small fibrorids, and so I did you know get
that information.

Speaker 3 (10:16):
No, they're not that big.

Speaker 4 (10:17):
They're less than a centimeter, so they're not big, but
it's something to know because they could potentially grow. So
Coach Jesse is now like, we got to meet up,
we got to monitor this, we gotta nip this in
the bed. I'm going back in three months just to
see and make sure that it's okay.

Speaker 5 (10:30):
So what's some of the things they want you to
do to help?

Speaker 4 (10:32):
She said, nothing really, but I am going to do
a detax detox, yeah, because that can really help with that,
But I want to ask you, guys, do you go
to the doctor annually?

Speaker 3 (10:41):
Or do you just go when something is wrong?

Speaker 4 (10:42):
You're gonna tell us to mano eight hundred two nine
two fifty one fifty call us up.

Speaker 3 (10:47):
I want to know what your experience is.

Speaker 4 (10:49):
They act like we don't go to the doctor, and
clearly I don't because I spend over two years Black
people people always say that. But eight hundred two nine
two fifty one fifty do you go to the doctor annually?
Get checked out twice a year? Some people say in
this room? Or do you only go when something is wrong?
Eight hundred two nine fifty one fifty call us up,
Way up with Angela yee more now, yeah, it's way

(11:12):
ye put Angela yee. I'm here with my guy made
up right now, and today we are.

Speaker 3 (11:18):
Talking about going to the doctor.

Speaker 13 (11:20):
Now.

Speaker 4 (11:20):
I said I hadn't been to the doctor in over
two years. I finally went for a check up yesterday.
Shout out to doctor Peggy Roberts, and I got a skeed.
I just am in the practice of schedule my mammogram
because that's something I have to do too. I'm also
a kolonoscopy I guess right, you've done that. Okay, how
often do you have to have a kolonoscopy?

Speaker 5 (11:41):
I don't know. I'm as a black man, you need
to go? What every year? Well?

Speaker 4 (11:46):
I did say, I found out I have two small fibraids,
and so that's something that now I have to make
sure that I'm staying on top of that.

Speaker 3 (11:52):
I'm going back to the doctor so I can monitor it.

Speaker 4 (11:55):
But I want to ask you, guys, how frequently do
you go to the doctor? I felt so guilty that
I hadn't been, and I was like, man, I don't know,
because it's a nerve wracking thing.

Speaker 3 (12:04):
Nicole.

Speaker 4 (12:05):
How do you go to the doctor and how frequently
do you only go when you need to when something's wrong?

Speaker 7 (12:11):
I actually go every thirty days. We have a cancer
trait in our DNA. They stop with my family from
my dad's side.

Speaker 3 (12:18):
Wow, okay, I'll go every thirty days.

Speaker 7 (12:21):
To get blood work with Young College to see has
anything changed with my blood work or has anything decreased,
to keep me preventive measures to see if there's cancer
in my system.

Speaker 4 (12:32):
Oh wow, did they recommend that you come every thirty days?

Speaker 1 (12:36):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (12:37):
Because it was in your family, right, yes.

Speaker 7 (12:40):
On my father's side of the family, everybody died of cancer.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 4 (12:45):
Well, I am praying every that this doesn't affect you personally.
So but I'm glad to hear that you are going
and taking charge of your health earlier, the better stay
in front of it.

Speaker 7 (12:54):
Yeah, it's the preventtion measures, so you can get in
front of it ahead of time.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
Because I was.

Speaker 7 (12:58):
Signosed in two thousand and in three, we cancer how
to leasion on my liver, and because I did the
DNA pro pile, we was able to catch it at
stage one and immediately through radiation and chemo. Is the
most important part. Especially in the black community, we shun
so much away from seeing doctors and talking about these self.

(13:20):
That is the reason why our family is misdiagnosed or
not even treated.

Speaker 5 (13:24):
Or not diagnosed.

Speaker 4 (13:25):
I am so glad that you called and shared that
with us. I feel so bad that I hadn't been
in so long, and listening to you talk to me
makes me feel like I got to be more on
top of it.

Speaker 7 (13:36):
No, we do, we do. You gotta do the preventive measures.

Speaker 5 (13:38):
We don't have.

Speaker 7 (13:39):
We ain't carrying all this insurance or nothing.

Speaker 3 (13:41):
You're right about that. I definitely have insurance.

Speaker 4 (13:43):
Honestly, I would tell myself, dang every month, I don't
have time. But you got to make time for yourself,
just like you make time everything else.

Speaker 7 (13:51):
Yes, you do, and our health is more important. If
you want to have longevity, you got to do preventive measure.

Speaker 3 (13:56):
All right, thank you so much for Colin.

Speaker 5 (13:59):
You're welcome you too, Hey.

Speaker 4 (14:01):
Jeremy, Well, how often do you go to the doctor,
That's what we're talking about?

Speaker 1 (14:05):
Level?

Speaker 5 (14:05):
Why?

Speaker 7 (14:06):
Oh no, man, I just never did like doctors, and
I think I had be for doctor Plumber and.

Speaker 6 (14:10):
Troubles about nineteen not going on no number, and I'm
still dey war.

Speaker 4 (14:17):
What if you find out you're pre diabetic, not that
I would wish that or some type of you know,
stage one. Can't like there's so many things that you
may not have any symptoms for that could be treated,
nor pressure, yeah, high high cholesterol anything.

Speaker 3 (14:30):
You've never thought what boot person.

Speaker 7 (14:32):
Is typically for your little well, I will perhaps something
like that happened last year. I passed out.

Speaker 6 (14:37):
When I was stung myself, making a little figure, that's all,
and come to find out my figger.

Speaker 7 (14:41):
Was real low, not diabetic, but I just couldn't.

Speaker 8 (14:45):
Another or something or another, and it got to crumble
when I felt the.

Speaker 7 (14:49):
Eminence of them. You need to trigger whatever the wall.

Speaker 6 (14:53):
Well, I'm not that I've.

Speaker 4 (14:54):
Got a doctor, but I ain't never feel so you
You ended up going because it was an emergency, right.

Speaker 7 (15:00):
Only go on into the emergency, But I feel like.

Speaker 3 (15:07):
The doctor does not get on cinrail.

Speaker 4 (15:09):
Just one thing I want to say, though, You do
pay for your insurance, right, sure, you don't feel like, well,
I pay for my insurance. I should at least go
and get my body checked out. Do you take your
car in when something's wrong with it?

Speaker 3 (15:20):
Or do you get to my car?

Speaker 1 (15:22):
Real? Real? Hell, my dog go to the vet.

Speaker 3 (15:26):
So you don't.

Speaker 4 (15:27):
It's strange that you'll take the dog to the vet,
get your car taking care of, but won't get yourself
taken care of.

Speaker 7 (15:33):
Well, I've heard a lot of stuff from doctors. It
ain't too like my sister at camping so they gave
us six months to live about four years ago, and
she's still here.

Speaker 3 (15:41):
I've been without them, man, I wish I could take
him to the doctor.

Speaker 4 (15:45):
All right, Well, you guys, thanks for calling, and keep
on calling because you can't leave a message for last
word eight hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty.

Speaker 3 (15:52):
If you're listening on.

Speaker 4 (15:53):
That iHeart app, you can also click that microphone and
leave a message that way. And when we come back,
we have your Yet, we'll talk about Carr B. She's
got new music on the way. But what does jay
Z have to do with this? We'll talk about it.

Speaker 1 (16:06):
It's way up sure about to the lid ab off this,
but let's get it.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
Angela's feeling that yee te come and get the tea.

Speaker 4 (16:13):
All right as way up at Angela yee hey man. No, No,
let's get into some yet now. Cardi B is ready
for some new music. Imaginary Players. That is a single
for the am I the Drama album. She posted cover
art and release date on her Instagram account and people
are loving the look of it. So according to reports, also,

(16:37):
this is also going to be a jay.

Speaker 3 (16:40):
Z sample right from Imagine Every play Us. So what
do you think?

Speaker 5 (16:44):
Very interested in seeing this?

Speaker 3 (16:46):
Do we have something?

Speaker 7 (16:47):
No?

Speaker 4 (16:47):
Okay, I didn't know if we had it because I
know she was talking about it, but she wants her
fans to also get information, so that's what she was
saying yeah as well.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
Five weeks to push this album.

Speaker 7 (17:01):
I need everybody to get a mother's formation.

Speaker 3 (17:04):
This single is really hot, talk all day every day.

Speaker 4 (17:07):
But in the song real FLIXI all right, well, can
I wait to see but I guess Friday, August fifteenth, Yes,
so we already know new music Friday. That's gonna be
one of the things we're talking about other new music.
Taylor Swift was on Travis Kelsey's podcast with his brother
Jason and revealed that her new album is called the
Life of a Showgirl. So she made that announcement just

(17:29):
now on their New Heights podcast podcast.

Speaker 8 (17:35):
So I wanted to show you something.

Speaker 9 (17:37):
This is my brand new album, the Life of a Showgirl.

Speaker 4 (17:42):
So that's her twelfth album. Imagine that their podcast already
does extremely well. And then Taylor Swift comes on and
announces her new album. That's a relationship right there, all
right now hud up from Love Island.

Speaker 3 (17:54):
Do you watch Love Island?

Speaker 5 (17:55):
No?

Speaker 4 (17:55):
I feel like you would like her, but according to
her manager, she isn't with several different record labels people
want to sign her. Now when I tell you, these
women are getting deals left and right. I also saw
Ace was in New Orleans at Larry murrow Spot Treehouse.
I mean they have been everywhere I saw Landria. I
got a deal now signed into an agency.

Speaker 3 (18:17):
Well, Hudda could be the next big star. And here
is how she sounds when she's singing as I like this.

Speaker 4 (18:32):
Yeah, so she's gonna get a deal. Guys, Love Island
ain't no joke. I want to say. People are getting
amazing situations just so, yes, you should be on air
all right. Na Shakari Richardson has addressed the incident where
she was in the airport and got arrested and was
getting into it physically with her boyfriend Christian Coleman. She posted,

(18:55):
I apologize to Christian. He came into my life and
gave me more than a relationship, but a great understanding
of unconditional love. From what I've experienced in my past,
to my past trauma and pain, I was blind and
blocked off to not only receive it but give it.
I love him and to him. I can't apologize enough.
Here's what she had to say.

Speaker 9 (19:12):
Definitely a lot of self reflection, a lot of understanding
of not only putting myself in a compromise situation, but
somebody that I have a deep care and appreciation for
his will is something that almos accountable.

Speaker 4 (19:27):
See something happens, you address it head on, take accountability.

Speaker 3 (19:31):
No excuses there.

Speaker 4 (19:32):
She went on to say, my apologize, my apologize should
be just as loud as my actions. Honestly, Yeah, she wrote,
apologize honestly louder to Christian, I love you and I
am so sorry. So she wanted to make sure that
she posted that and took accountability. That's what you do
when you make a mistake, you go ahead and do that,
all right, Well, that is your Yet when we come

(19:54):
back under the radar, these are the stories that are
flying under the radar, but you need to know about it.
You know what the best the US city is for
job opportunities and earning potential.

Speaker 3 (20:03):
Will give you that list.

Speaker 4 (20:04):
We have the ten best and the ten worst cities
for job opportunity, opportunities and earning potential. Right now, here's
some meek mail, dreams and nightmares. It's way up the
news news.

Speaker 2 (20:14):
This in the news that relates to you. These stories
are flying under the radar.

Speaker 4 (20:19):
All right as way up. But Angela, yee, I'm here
with my guy made or made? No, you got food
for us? Right, can't we But let's get into these
under the radar stories. So they did a study according
to the tech company Checker, and they have findings analyzing
America's one hundred largest US metro areas. One thing that
they're looking at is where is the best cities for

(20:41):
job opportunities and earning potential. So according to this new study,
what do you think was number one New York? New
York is not on the top ten at all just
because job opportunities and earning potential. I don't know if
New York should be on Tophe Atlanta and the top ten,
Atlanta is not either. In the top ten. Number ten
is Indianapolis. Number nine is Charleston, South Carolina. Number eight

(21:05):
is Durham, North Carolina. Number seven is Omaha, six is Denver,
five is Portland Forest Salt Lake City. Number three is Austin, Texas.
Number two is Nashville. At number one is Raleigh, North Carolina.
No these are for opportunities and earning potential. And for Raleigh,
North Carolina, they're number one because of its booming tech

(21:27):
and life sciences industries.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
They also have a.

Speaker 4 (21:30):
Steady influx of skilled workers from local universities, a strong
entrepreneurial culture, so they offer a lot of job security
and also upward mobility. And then Nashville came in second
because it has one of the most dynamic job markets
in the US. And like we said, Austin was number three.
That the ten worst. Okay, Number ten was Spokane, Washington.

(21:51):
Number nine, Augusta, Georgia. Number eight was Toledo, number seven Rochester,
New York. Number six, Jackson, Mississippi. Number five is Memphis.
Number four where is Fresno. Number three McCallen, Texas. Number
two was Scranton, Pennsylvania. That's where they filmed the office.
And number one was Bakersfield, California.

Speaker 10 (22:08):
So those are the those places, though, Jimmy m Jacksonville, Jackson,
I mean not Jacksonville, Jackson, Mississippi.

Speaker 5 (22:16):
I've been a lot in places. It's Toledo.

Speaker 4 (22:19):
Well, you know who is making money right now? The
President of the United States. Now, there was a study
that was done and I saw the Daily Beasts put
this out. They said that, according to a lengthy investigation
from The New Yorker, Donald Trump and his family will
have and enriched themselves by more than three point four
billion dollars by.

Speaker 3 (22:40):
The end of this second term.

Speaker 4 (22:42):
A lot of it is deals, transactions and investments that
wouldn't have happened if he would have never been president.
And so this includes commercial projects in the Persian golf
overseen by the Trump organization. You know that that Boeing
that was gifted by the royal family, the Katari royal family. Also,
so his world of cryptocurrency, all of those things. They

(23:03):
said that he is ranked in at least three hundred
and twenty million dollars from his Trump meme coin. Also
Milania's meme coin got sixty five million dollars in.

Speaker 3 (23:12):
Sales and trading fees.

Speaker 4 (23:13):
And then there's also a private members club in DC
that was set up by Donald Trump Junior.

Speaker 3 (23:18):
You know how much that.

Speaker 4 (23:19):
Annual membership fee is five hundred thousand dollars. That's wild, Okay, Well,
that is you're under the radar. We do have the
way it mixed for you. At the top of the
hour plus Conway, the machine is going to be joining us.
You can't kill God where bullets. That album is on
the way. We don't have a date, but.

Speaker 3 (23:35):
We do have some previews for you. It's way up.

Speaker 4 (23:38):
Well, she's like a tout like they Angela Jean like
they Angela Jean.

Speaker 1 (23:43):
And she's spilling it all this is yet.

Speaker 5 (23:46):
Why.

Speaker 3 (23:49):
What's up his way up at Angela?

Speaker 1 (23:50):
Yee?

Speaker 3 (23:51):
Time for that yet with Maino.

Speaker 4 (23:53):
All right, So, Diamond the Body, congratulations to her. She
has officially signed a recording deal. Make sure you got
her lip service episode two. She's pretty hilarious. She was
actually came my lip service on her birthday. She's with
fifteen oh one Certified Entertainment. You know who that is,
Carl Crawford, Erica Banks, Megan THEE Stallion. Here's what she

(24:14):
had to say.

Speaker 3 (24:16):
Fifteen O one time poy aadcv A.

Speaker 4 (24:26):
Now, if you remember, Carl Crawford was talking about paying
for bbls.

Speaker 3 (24:29):
That's why he said nobobyls.

Speaker 5 (24:31):
He's okay.

Speaker 3 (24:32):
She said that's going to be in the budget, right right?

Speaker 10 (24:34):
I seen he said he helped Erica get hers. So
she don't have a bbl she don't have one, right,
I think she says she doesn't have one.

Speaker 5 (24:40):
I don't think she said she is.

Speaker 3 (24:42):
That's why she is Diamond the Body.

Speaker 4 (24:44):
All right, Well, speaking of Erica Banks, she talked about
getting her second round of bbls. She was recently on
the Real Life Street Stars podcast, and she talked about
the issues she's been having since she got her second BBL.

Speaker 3 (24:57):
Here's what she said.

Speaker 9 (24:59):
After about a year, I was like, you know what,
I'm gonna just go get done one months time.

Speaker 3 (25:02):
But then I started eating and eating and then they.

Speaker 9 (25:05):
Started spreading, and I was like, nobody told me my
hips was gonna be way out here?

Speaker 3 (25:08):
Why nobody told me that.

Speaker 9 (25:10):
I'd be like, girl, you ain't here to go get this,
but you know, I mean, I ain't at it.

Speaker 4 (25:16):
At the same time, that is true, when you get
like your body done, you do still have to like
maintain it.

Speaker 3 (25:22):
It's not like we'll just keep on.

Speaker 5 (25:25):
She got she spread. Yeah, she's a wide.

Speaker 4 (25:28):
Body, and no, I would Well, I do notice somebody,
you're you're kind of an expert in this field, you
notice that sometimes like when people get their body done,
but then the weight goes to other places, right.

Speaker 5 (25:39):
Because they're not working out. They gotta still stay fit.

Speaker 4 (25:43):
I feel like sometimes you can see by like the
wrisk be more and that kinkles.

Speaker 5 (25:47):
Never looked at the wrists. You know what that might
be a thing.

Speaker 4 (25:50):
Yeah, all right, And Sebastian Telfair yesterday, he told TMZ
sports that you know, Donald Trump is doing some things
and he maybe could get some type of pardon from
Donald Trump and not have to report to jail. This
is all because of that whole health insurance fraud thing
that happened with him that he was caught up in

(26:11):
with some other players and he had to do community service.
They said he wasn't doing his community service. Well here's
what he had to say to TMZ.

Speaker 3 (26:17):
So now it's at charge because you miss your community service.

Speaker 10 (26:22):
Yeah, it's looking like six months take and I get
back on, you know, on top of my business.

Speaker 5 (26:28):
But super unfair. I don't know.

Speaker 10 (26:30):
I know Donald Trump got some you know, big things
going on with Donald Trump. Might need to come out
at get your boy, your partner, so I could, you know,
stay home with my babies.

Speaker 4 (26:38):
Man, that's a luck to Sebastian Telfair. So he only
has to do six months, Yeah, six months, harden.

Speaker 10 (26:43):
For six months?

Speaker 3 (26:44):
I mean, don't nobody want to do Come.

Speaker 10 (26:47):
On, like, I mean, we can use the pause more
for people that really deserve it, you know what I mean,
Like that's facing a lot of time or have already
gotten time.

Speaker 3 (26:55):
You know.

Speaker 4 (26:56):
I noticed though, when people have like such a short
period of time. Sometimes they don't even end up having
to go, or they only going to come right back out.

Speaker 5 (27:01):
He's coming right back out.

Speaker 13 (27:03):
All right.

Speaker 4 (27:03):
Well, you know we're praying for for Sebastians Telfair and
that is your yee t why not that's kind of nice.

Speaker 5 (27:11):
Months.

Speaker 10 (27:12):
No, I've got no problem with him. I mean Brooklyn
all day, but for six months, he's not gonna get
a prayer for that.

Speaker 4 (27:18):
Well, I'm praying for you, Sebastian, and that is your
Yet when we come back, we have asked yee eight
hundred and two nine two fifty one fifty any question
you have. We're here to help. But some people are
not here to pray for you. But we're here to help.

Speaker 2 (27:30):
It's way up, whether it's relationship, for career advice, Angela's
dropping facts.

Speaker 1 (27:34):
You should know. This is ask.

Speaker 3 (27:36):
Gee what's up?

Speaker 1 (27:37):
His way up?

Speaker 3 (27:38):
At Angela? Yee.

Speaker 4 (27:38):
I'm here with my guy maino right, and today for
ask ye, we have Tina on the line.

Speaker 3 (27:44):
Hey Tina, Hey Angela, how are you? I'm good? How
are you?

Speaker 5 (27:48):
I mean?

Speaker 8 (27:48):
For that advice?

Speaker 3 (27:49):
All right, I'm listening my homegirl.

Speaker 8 (27:52):
You re friends for thirty years and I think I
ruin this friendship. Two years ago, she invited me on
a cruise. We did go. However, that was the type
of cruise where you pay on and I was making
my payments. She was taking her time making hers. When
it was almost time for the crew, she asked me
to help her pay on it, and I said, how

(28:14):
are you gonna invite me on a cruiser? You want
me to help you pay for it, which I didn't.
She ended up getting the money. Anyway, we went on
the cruise, we had a good time.

Speaker 3 (28:22):
Okay, fast forward to this year.

Speaker 8 (28:25):
She invited me on another cruise was supposed to start
next year. So I'm making my payments. I came up
with a strategy how we can pay it all. She
did not make any payments.

Speaker 3 (28:37):
Wow.

Speaker 8 (28:38):
So I counseled the crew and she stopped talking to me.

Speaker 10 (28:42):
Wow she owe you and she stopped talking to you. Yes, yeah,
they said your friends that.

Speaker 5 (28:47):
All do it to you.

Speaker 4 (28:48):
Man, If she couldn't afford to do it, why was
she even because yeah, she does you but they have
been friends for how long?

Speaker 3 (28:55):
Thirty years? Yes, clearly she's.

Speaker 4 (28:58):
Got some real money issues, and a lot of us do.
By the way, like a lot of us just from
how we were raised and our spending habits and not
learning financial literacy. There's a lot of issues and a
lot of times people are ashamed about their financial situations.
Just think about this is how she handled this. Who
knows what else she has going on in her life

(29:19):
when it comes to her finances. It sounds like she's
a bit of a mess. Is she a good friend
in other ways?

Speaker 8 (29:24):
Yeah, but it's just the money right now, so to move. Yeah,
but she she's living with her mom and she's like
sixty years old.

Speaker 4 (29:36):
So she had no reason to even think she could
afford to go on a cruise. If you can't even
you know, you're living at home.

Speaker 5 (29:41):
I know.

Speaker 3 (29:42):
Yeah. If anything, maybe she needs some help.

Speaker 8 (29:45):
Well, I'm not about to give her any money now,
you know.

Speaker 3 (29:49):
I am not telling you that.

Speaker 5 (29:50):
No, hope like some counseling.

Speaker 4 (29:52):
Yeah, but you know, there's the National Foundation for Credit Counseling.

Speaker 3 (29:56):
They offer free services.

Speaker 4 (29:58):
Sometimes we don't know what we don't no, and so
there are services that are free that can try to
help her get her finances in order and get back
on track.

Speaker 8 (30:07):
I'm gonna have a talk with her, but I don't
hear from her by the end of this month. I'm
going to reach out myself.

Speaker 4 (30:14):
Yeah, sometimes you got to leave with love in these situations.
I hate that this happened to you, but I don't
think it's personal. I feel like she's got issues, Yeah
she did.

Speaker 3 (30:24):
So you can only.

Speaker 4 (30:25):
Offer the help that you can if she's not open
and receptive to that, and to also come into terms
and being accountable for the issues that she has.

Speaker 3 (30:33):
There's not much else you can do.

Speaker 4 (30:34):
That's going to be on her to want to seek
that out. Okay, but smart of you to not keep
putting out money. Yeah, thank you for Callententina, No problem.
Have a nice day you too, all right? Well that
was ask ye eight hundred two ninet two fifty one
to fifty in case you couldn't get through. And when
we come back, man, we got Conway the Machine with us.
He's got the new album on the way You Can't

(30:56):
Kill God with Bullets. We don't have a release date,
but we're gonna get all kinds of time. It's way
up up with Angela.

Speaker 1 (31:03):
Ye more, now, what's up?

Speaker 4 (31:06):
It's way up with Angela yee. Of course, my guy
Mano is with me and we got a super special
guest kind waiting machine is here with us.

Speaker 3 (31:14):
How you feel it today?

Speaker 5 (31:16):
Good? I'm good. I'm feeling blessed.

Speaker 3 (31:18):
Talk to me, man. You got a lot going on
right now.

Speaker 4 (31:20):
Obviously the new single, so that means there's a new
album on the way now. I know we're not supposed
to talk about dates yet, but how is that going.

Speaker 14 (31:27):
It's going good. I'm running out the brinks of completion.
So it's called on you can't Kill God with Bullets.
We want to drop down in the next few weeks.

Speaker 3 (31:36):
That feels personal, that title with bullets.

Speaker 13 (31:39):
Yeah, I like that.

Speaker 14 (31:40):
You know, I got shot in the head twice, so
it was really your playoff for that. They can't kill me, man,
They just reveiled me. I'm my full potential right now.

Speaker 13 (31:49):
You know.

Speaker 5 (31:49):
It's belt the ass season.

Speaker 3 (31:54):
That gave me trauma from my childhood.

Speaker 4 (31:57):
Do you feel like being older and coming into this
right Sometimes people act like hip hop is such a
young game and you gotta be like, but there are
certain things that you may have learned and been able
to avoid certain mistakes just because you've been you got
into it more mature one hundred percent.

Speaker 14 (32:15):
I watched a lot of film, you know, what I'm saying.
Like I said, we've been rapping and been doing it,
but if we would have got in back then, we
wouldn't have probably been ready for everything that come with it.

Speaker 5 (32:24):
I was there for like when Nas and Ill Matt
It was written, you know what I mean, mob D albums,
you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 14 (32:31):
I went through that era, the WU era and all
that we lived when the South was going crazy, you
know what I'm saying, And the Gzy era, the Trap era,
TI and all that.

Speaker 5 (32:39):
Then we came in. You feel me.

Speaker 14 (32:41):
I feel like that was a blessing in disguise, like
of being more prepared, you know what I Man.

Speaker 3 (32:46):
And other people you name people you worked with it too.

Speaker 14 (32:49):
They blow my mind that I got to reconsite everybody.
I got recordsite everybody.

Speaker 4 (32:54):
You know how rare it is to get a record
with eminem Right now, Mano and I are here and
we're talking to Conway the Machine. Then you even mentioned
Naves and Never Sleep.

Speaker 5 (33:01):
That's who I didn't do a record with.

Speaker 3 (33:04):
I feel like we also just threw it out there
like Naves, what's up? Can you know?

Speaker 5 (33:09):
Stop playing? Man?

Speaker 3 (33:11):
Have you been trying? Like have you reached out or
had somebody. I haven't tried, so you haven't even tried,
but it's you seem like somebody he would Yeah.

Speaker 5 (33:20):
Yeah, for sure because we made I met him. I
met him a couple of times. He definitely gave me
my flyer. This is crazy.

Speaker 14 (33:25):
I was on Drink Champs and he had facetimed Nori
like what come, we're up?

Speaker 5 (33:29):
And I was like crazy for me.

Speaker 14 (33:31):
For me, it's kind of a discomfort, but for nas,
I just probably didn't have to go to him, like,
I'm just scared to ask whole too.

Speaker 3 (33:43):
You are rock Nation distribution.

Speaker 14 (33:46):
I still like, I like, I'm glad we don't want
to ruin it.

Speaker 5 (33:53):
I knew. I knew it was something.

Speaker 14 (33:55):
I was on a record with us, the Heart of
They Fall soundtrack, so you know, man, and that was
that was.

Speaker 5 (34:02):
Whole secretly like putting that together, you know what I'm saying.
So I want mine as to come organically on. I
want to be looked like, oh man, I'm on rock Nation. Man,
can I get a verse?

Speaker 6 (34:12):
Now?

Speaker 5 (34:12):
You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 4 (34:14):

you about this because this was in the headlines recently
about in Paris. There was They said there was a
rumor that there was like some type of fight or
some drama.

Speaker 5 (34:46):
So I ain't heard about that.

Speaker 4 (34:48):
It says that there was like some type of tension
and some type of alteration that happened.

Speaker 3 (34:52):
Oh at the show, Yeah, oh no, I ain't about that.

Speaker 14 (34:55):
Man to drunk, Buffalo's pool run in the green room,
anybody fight though.

Speaker 3 (35:01):
All of that was just over exaggerated.

Speaker 5 (35:04):
We performed and all that.

Speaker 4 (35:05):
I just got to ask because I know it was
in the headline. So I was like, let me see if.

Speaker 5 (35:08):
I know it was no headlines and all that, I'm.

Speaker 3 (35:11):
Gonna show it to you just so you can see it.
Not making it up.

Speaker 4 (35:15):
Benny the Butcher in Conway the Machine reportedly clashed in
Paris and then there was a whole thing where people
were like, Okay, they did that's im media take No.

Speaker 3 (35:23):

listening behind the curtain.

Speaker 3 (35:44):
Here, you know, because it's it's very exciting. Somebody got
knocked out.

Speaker 5 (35:48):
Somebody got knocked out.

Speaker 14 (35:52):
This is normal, a normal night on uh at the
at the Island store on Dulton.

Speaker 5 (35:58):

Right now, Mano and I are here and we're talking
to Conway the machine. Now you also have a song
on here, Coco Jones. Love me some Coco Jones. But
why why Yeah, clearly I was gonna say, so that's
what made you just say randomly like Coco Jones because
you just think she's dope.

Speaker 14 (36:16):
I was in the studio, I was in the scrolling
Instagram to scroll past her page like as I was
getting a song like mixed down, Like matter of fact,
ain't that Coco Jones the only thing is.

Speaker 4 (36:27):
There is some mentions of toxic, you know, toxic and
all of that. Would you consider yourself.

Speaker 14 (36:33):
