They're doing an amazing job. You know. They got a
DJ class there.

Speaker 7 (01:58):
Oh wow, that's amazing definitely, And they real real heavy
on art and they work really well with with with
the parents. And it's just I like what they got
going on. And I think it's very important because I
was telling them, like when I went to school, I
didn't I didn't feel the connection between going to school
and what was going on in my home. So yeah, shine,

(02:19):
So the light has shine on them today.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
That's amazing. A DJ class.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
When I was in Chicago, the charter schools out there,
they have a DJ class and all the kids want
to be in that class. But it's also just a
great way to educate kids on music too. You know
how we say, like a lot of kids like, do
you know the music that you know we used to
listen to.

Speaker 7 (02:37):
It because it was a divide. Now it was the
hip hop culture. The kids listening to hip hop. We
listened to hip hop. So it's like we can all
enjoy it.

Speaker 5 (02:45):
All right.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
Well, I'm gonna be vice pensi pal next time.

Speaker 5 (02:47):
Let's get it.

Speaker 3 (02:47):
De quan. Who do you want to shine a light on?

Speaker 5 (02:50):
So I'm gonna start a light on myself today.

Speaker 8 (02:52):
You know, I'll be going through a lot, you know,
in life, dealing with people and a lot of nonsense,
and through all of it, you.

Speaker 6 (02:59):
Know, ours keep a good head on my shoulders.

Speaker 8 (03:01):
You know, go to work every day, come home, take
care of my mom and my sister and my daughter,
and you know, just try and keep a positive note
even though it's real hard.

Speaker 5 (03:10):
I bet I want to test your patience.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
Listen.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
I learned this a long time ago, Jayquine.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
We can only control how we react to people, not
what people are gonna do.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
Day clown, who's you off so bad?

Speaker 2 (03:23):
I don't know if you were.

Speaker 8 (03:23):
My Brock called y'all maybe about a month ago and
had a situation where a god that my sister was seeing.

Speaker 3 (03:28):
Okay, okay, right, and.

Speaker 8 (03:30):
The situation got de escalated.

Speaker 9 (03:32):
You know, we didn't hear from the man for a while,
and then the man popped up last night on some
BS and I had to offer some more ass whoopings.
So I had to give another one last night, and
I had to get the police involved, and they took
forty five minutes to get there, so you know, I
already gave out two ass whoopers and the man that finally.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
Left before they got so you got a restraining order now, yeah?

Speaker 10 (03:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (03:52):
And then you know it don't help because you know,
the police show up late, and they want to show
up with an attitude with you, and now you're like,
who're you getting attitude? So I almost just got my
heeling a whole bunch of situations last night and luckily,
if it wasn't for the knife officer the other offer
I fight, I would have thrown hands with the other officer.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
Yeah, let me tell you something. You need to go
online and follow a complaint against the other one.

Speaker 8 (04:13):
Yeah, I got a bad number and everything I already
got to memorize.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
All right, Well, listen, it's a new day, so I'm
glad you handled it.

Speaker 8 (04:20):
But yeah, y'all have a good one to have a
good weekend.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
Shine a light on you, dekwin.

Speaker 4 (04:24):

ninety two fifty one fifty just in case you could
not get through.

Speaker 3 (04:29):

off with the one hundred best Songs of twenty twenty five.
This is every single genre. We'll tell you what songs
we know that made the list. Its way up, it
says in the rooms from industry shade to all of
gosp out send Angela's speeling.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
That yet all right as way up with Angela.

Speaker 4 (04:52):
Ye, I'm here, yeah guy man, No, y'all just heard
Kaelini folded And that song was named one of the
one hundred best Songs of twenty five. According to Rolling Stone,
that song was actually number five on the list. I
like that, yes, so I'm gonna that one hundred best songs.
Let's see if any of the songs you like made
the list. You know who made the list at number seven.

(05:15):
He had an amazing year, amazing round.

Speaker 5 (05:17):
He definitely had an amazing Young.

Speaker 3 (05:19):
Boy all right, NBA Young Boy shot Calling. Y'all know
this song.

Speaker 4 (05:31):
But anyway, his tour was going crazy, going viral.

Speaker 5 (05:37):
I quote one of those shows too, Are you did?

Speaker 2 (05:40):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (05:40):
See what I'm saying. Everybody was going out to see
NBA Young Boy. Kenjack Lamarin SiZ with Luthor was number
nine on the list. Mariah the Scientist Burning Blue, she
had a great year too. Playboy CARDI like Weezy made
it at number eighteen. The Clips so be it at
twenty three. Take Me Through There. I feel like that's
a new song, but everybody is taking me through there

(06:03):
and doing a dance metro booming.

Speaker 2 (06:05):
Yes.

Speaker 4 (06:07):
Also the Weekend Cry for Me number twenty eight, Rama
Baby Is It a Crime? At number twenty nine. Drake
made it at number thirty two with Nokia, So he
made it. What the hell he was a big song
for us. Shout out to about four nine. At number
thirty eight, he made up a phrase that everybody uses
now mob deep in nas Poor the Heney made the

(06:28):
list at forty four. Coco Jones, Irish Star, Hot Body,
CARDI b Imaginary Players.

Speaker 3 (06:34):
Now this one I think well deserved.

Speaker 4 (06:36):
This was one of the biggest songs of the year
and that was shaken to the max Molly Silent Addy
featuring Chancia and Skilly Bass.

Speaker 3 (06:45):
I think so too.

Speaker 4 (06:45):
I was gonna say that was a big song, but
you know, this is all genres and so some of
these songs like I don't even know that made the list.
So but number one was Lady Gaga with Aberka Daba
just so you guys can know. And Bad Buddy is
performing at Super Bowl halftime show is number four on
the list with Baile and Alvidable.

Speaker 3 (07:05):
All right.

Speaker 4 (07:06):
Now, in other news, Black Zach reportedly could face the
death penalty after federal murder for hire and rico charges. Now,
this is a report from the South Carolina the state outlet,
and he's now under consideration for that after being charged
in this murder for higher plot and also for a
wide reaching Rico conspiracy connected to drug trafficking, robberies, and

(07:30):
gang activity.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
Because these charges include.

Speaker 4 (07:33):
Murder and further into a criminal enterprise, this case now
qualifies for the federal death penalty.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
So right now, no trial date.

Speaker 4 (07:40):
Has been set and his legal team has not publicly
commented on any of this.

Speaker 3 (07:46):
I know that's wild.

Speaker 4 (07:47):
Fifty cent is saying that Diddy had flowers sent to
his club appearance in Miami. He said, what kind of
gate is this? Did he send me flowers at Club eleven?
Why all the four play? Get busy? You know, I'm stupid?

Speaker 5 (07:58):
So did I do? Did he send him? Or he
just saying it?

Speaker 4 (08:02):
I think he's kidding. What is you know what I'm saying.
He's trolling. You know how how fifty is? But anyway,
that is your yeete. When we come back, it's Friday,
and we know you love a new music Friday, we'll
tell you what singles and what albums are new out today?

Speaker 3 (08:19):
Ready or not? This is a nice throwback to foujis.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
This is a judgment free zone.

Speaker 5 (08:25):
Tell us a secret.

Speaker 3 (08:27):
It's way up at Angela. I'm here with my guy Mano. No, man,
I feel like you don't have any secrets.

Speaker 5 (08:33):
Really, I mean I put it, I put it all out.

Speaker 4 (08:35):
Yeah, you put everything out there, all right, but we
want to hear yours. It's a no judgment zone. Eight
hundred two nine two fifty one fifty anonymous color.

Speaker 3 (08:42):
What's your secret?

Speaker 6 (08:44):
I got a ball bush stripper, and I still I still.

Speaker 10 (08:47):
Picked her with that?

Speaker 5 (08:48):
What does she take? She took like sixteen beards?

Speaker 2 (08:52):
Wow?

Speaker 5 (08:52):
Sixteen? How you invite her over to your house?

Speaker 4 (08:56):
Nah?

Speaker 5 (08:57):
He pulled up for the telly.

Speaker 3 (08:59):
So you just have fifteen thousand cash on you?

Speaker 10 (09:02):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (09:02):
I was moving light.

Speaker 11 (09:03):
She only took time.

Speaker 5 (09:05):
She lost turning And you're saying you still talk to her.
I did, yo, But you're speaking to her why she.

Speaker 3 (09:14):
Stole from you and then gave the money back?

Speaker 2 (09:16):
Yeah?

Speaker 11 (09:16):
She pulled back up, like, nah, you're a good dude.
Tell me, I just bugging tell me some comes in
from me.

Speaker 5 (09:23):
So mean, I've seen till bread and I just like, so,
how long? How long did it take far to give
it back?

Speaker 6 (09:29):
She gave it back that same that same morning, probably
like three hours.

Speaker 3 (09:33):
Okay, we love that.

Speaker 5 (09:34):
I were to go. I don't know if I believe
this story though, So.

Speaker 4 (09:37):
She rot you came back, gave you the money back. Cool,
and then you still kicked it with her.

Speaker 10 (09:44):
Yeah, it's not worth the luck.

Speaker 3 (09:46):
Get well, thank you for calling. What's up, Anonymous color?
How are you?

Speaker 11 (09:50):
I'm doing well.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
Would you like to tell me a man of a secret,
no judgment?

Speaker 10 (09:54):
Yeah?

Speaker 11 (09:55):
So I had her daughter, my daughter at fourteen. I'm
fifty teen. Now my daughter is like thirty seven, and
her father, thanks Lou, thinks she's her father. It's not
her father.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
This keeps not happening.

Speaker 2 (10:07):
So who is it?

Speaker 3 (10:07):
Do you know who the real father is?

Speaker 11 (10:09):
Yes, he's deceased.

Speaker 4 (10:11):
Okay, do you think your daughter's ever gonna find out
or that he'll find out?

Speaker 6 (10:15):
Well?

Speaker 11 (10:15):
I told my daughter that her father is not her father,
but he doesn't know because we live in different places.
I liveing in Techy and the guy lived in DC.
I think honors talked to him like in the years.

Speaker 5 (10:28):
So how did your daughter take it?

Speaker 2 (10:30):
Oh?

Speaker 11 (10:31):
She was distraught? Of course, her whole life. She assumed
that the guy was her father, and I didn't tell
him no different.

Speaker 7 (10:37):
So but why tell her if he was already dead
and she spent her whole life and this guy's been
doing the right thing.

Speaker 5 (10:44):
I mean, what made you tell her because.

Speaker 11 (10:46):
I didn't know who my father was and I just
figned out recently through ancestry. I'm so afraid that something
might happen that she really need to tell who her
father is.

Speaker 4 (10:56):
Okay, Wow, that is wild. It's she gonna tell her
the person who raised her he didn't.

Speaker 11 (11:03):
Raise her and they part of her contact twice.

Speaker 3 (11:05):
Oh so Okay, So at present, he's.

Speaker 11 (11:07):
Been in and out of penitentiary and stuff, so it's
out his father.

Speaker 5 (11:11):
I mean, but he.

Speaker 11 (11:12):
Found out he was a father. He was like seventeen,
and he was in foster care. It's as I was,
and so he could start getting in trouble after he
you know, he had to leave the foster care. Since
so it's a long story.

Speaker 4 (11:24):
Well, I hope that you and your daughter go and
actually like have some great sit downs where you can
just go over everything. She can voice herself to you
and even you know, I know we talk about therapy
a lot, but this might be really beneficial.

Speaker 11 (11:40):
Yeah, she's in therapy now for a lot of other
issues that she's hadn't And I guess my really thing
is I want to find a guy and obviously tell
him because I feel ray because a lot of things
happened after he found out he was a father. I
wish I could find him. I don't even know where
he's located.

Speaker 4 (11:56):
All right, well, I'm wishing you the best of luck.
I hope you managed to find him. I feel like
in this day and age, it should be quite possible.
Thank you, well, thank you for calling and sharing with us.
All right, Well, that was tell us a secret eight
hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty if you couldn't
get through. And when we come back, we got your
yet and Netflix is buying Warner Brothers Discovery. We'll tell

(12:18):
you what that price tag is. And that was a
whole full on bidding war It's way up.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
You want the tears?

Speaker 5 (12:25):
She came over sipts.

Speaker 2 (12:27):
It's time to.

Speaker 3 (12:27):
Spill that et Ooh it's way up at angela yea
way yup? May no man?

Speaker 4 (12:34):
All right, well Netflix has won the Warner Brothers Discovery
bidding war eighty two point seven billion dollars.

Speaker 2 (12:40):
I am that's a lot, right man.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
Listen.

Speaker 4 (12:45):
So they selected Netflix after they got offered twenty seven
dollars and seventy five cents a share for the studio
and streaming assets, and then a mix of cash and
stock that's worth eighty two point seven billion. And there's
also a five billion dollar breakup fee to mass the
terms that Paramount added with its bids, so you know
they were bidding against Paramount and Comcast and.

Speaker 3 (13:06):
So there you have it. This is wild that this
is happening.

Speaker 4 (13:11):
I feel like Netflix, is it profitable because they always
talk about how Netflix spends so much money and it
hasn't been profitable yet.

Speaker 3 (13:17):
But I guess you have to keep on keeping on
to get to that point. All right.

Speaker 4 (13:22):
Now, this was on Radar Online and this is an
exclusive from them.

Speaker 3 (13:26):
Go ahead, ma, no, this guy he can't hold We.

Speaker 4 (13:31):
Got okay, we got to get him some adult diapers
or something because he has to poop so bad.

Speaker 3 (13:36):
He was in pain literally.

Speaker 11 (13:38):
All right.

Speaker 4 (13:39):
So Bill and Hillary Clinton are on their way to
an expensive divorce, according to Radar Online.

Speaker 3 (13:46):
And you know why. The Epstein files. That's what this
is all about.

Speaker 8 (13:50):
Now.

Speaker 4 (13:50):
According to insiders, Hillary Clinton is said to be so
shaken over Bill Clinton's relationship with Epstein she's considering giving
up her husband to save her own skin and going
through with a ninety million dollar divorce. Again, this is
all alleged according to Radar Online with the exclusive and
according to this insider, Hillary knows, and this is Leon

(14:13):
Wagener saying that he's a presidential historian. Hillary knows that
once the House Oversight Committee and the DOJA investigations get
going and the FBI releases additional Epstein files, She's going
to be humiliated. She's prepared to protect herself and her legacy,
even if it means turning over damaging information about Bill's
involvement with Epstein. You know, in Bill Clinton's on memoir Citizen,

(14:36):
he talked about his relationship and said he heard a
lot of people, but I knew nothing about it. And
by the time he was first arrested in two thousand
and five, I had stopped contact with him.

Speaker 3 (14:44):
I've never visited his island. I wish I had never
met him.

Speaker 4 (14:48):
So people are feeling like these files are going to
be difficult for a lot.

Speaker 3 (14:53):
Of people, and people are bracing for the worst. All right.

Speaker 4 (14:56):
And Lizzo recently was on her Instagram and she was
venting yesterday because she saw a fat joke about her
go viral recently, and she said, because when you're big,
they talk ish, when you're small, they talk ish. Your
body will never be good enough for them, because it's
not for them, it's for you. If I get a BBL,
mind your business. If I lose one hundred pounds, mind

(15:17):
your business. If I gain every pound back and then
some mind your effing business. And she said that she
also stays living with a paid off mortgage in your
bee's heads. So yeah, you have it all right, leave
her alone and that is your Yet when we come back,
we have under the radar. These are the stories that
are under the radar, but you need to know about them.
And of course I'm gonna talk to you about the

(15:38):
event that I was at yesterday for AD Council. I
didn't even know what the AD Council was until I
went to this event yesterday. But NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell
was given the major award for the night and he
was presented at award by Vita Cruz.

Speaker 3 (15:50):
We'll give you some details. Its way up the news.

Speaker 1 (15:53):
This in the news that relates to you. These stories
are flying under the radar.

Speaker 3 (15:58):
Yes, it's way up at Angela and mayno ship your
right bug.

Speaker 4 (16:03):
Okay, yeah, but yes, we are going under the radar.
And first off, I want to shout out everybody who
was at the Public Service Award dinner for the ad
Council yesterday.

Speaker 3 (16:13):
I met a lot of great people.

Speaker 4 (16:14):
In the room. What we Goldberg was on that day,
Sam Champion, Jesse Palmer, Victor Cruz, shout out to Deja Vu,
my radio sister who was actually hosting for the night,
and the entertainment Jazzmine, Amy Rodgers, Jolie Mayar. It was
an amazing, amazing event, and I want to tell you
there was one part where I got teary eyed. The
Gerard family, they're co founders of an organization called Jonathan's Path,

(16:37):
and they talked about becoming foster parents and what their
foster child went through before they actually met him. And
she always says the mother was like, he was always
my son. I just you know, had to find him.
And it was amazing to hear what they had to say.
But you know, the way that he grew up. His

(16:58):
brother actually was in foster care and he witnessed his
brother dying from abuse in the home that they were in.
And they talk about fuster kids becoming teenagers and how
once they age out of the system, a huge percentage
of them will go on to be homeless or even
die because they don't have the support system that they need.
When I tell you I was watching it, I was like,

(17:19):
oh my god, this is crazy. So I just want
to shout out to everybody who was there last night.
And the main award for the night though actually the
public Service Award recipient was Roger Goodell, the NFL commissioner.

Speaker 3 (17:33):
And so that was good to watch. It was a
beautiful room to be in.

Speaker 4 (17:36):
And among that note of philanthropy, hey Manim Michael Bloomberg
is creating a charter school to HBCU pipeline for black students.

Speaker 3 (17:46):
He's the former New York City mayor.

Speaker 4 (17:49):
He's a longtime backer of black colleges, historically black colleges
and universities. He donated six hundred million dollars in twenty
twenty four to support medical schools at for hbc USED
and now he has created this charter school to HBCU
pipeline four black students.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
There's two schools that have been.

Speaker 4 (18:08):
Announced and a few more in the pipeline that they're
very excited about.

Speaker 3 (18:11):
So beautiful, beautiful thing. Okay man, are you okay?

Speaker 5 (18:15):
Great?

Speaker 3 (18:16):
You look.

Speaker 4 (18:18):
Skin is looking clear? You know, I'm happy for you.
Thank you, okay if you need.

Speaker 3 (18:24):
Wipes, all right, well anyway that is your Oh no,
don't play with him. That was your under the radar.
Don't forget.

Speaker 4 (18:33):
We got the way it makes for you at the
top of the hour plus only. Manhattan, the Netflix series,
season two is out today.

Speaker 3 (18:39):
You can binge.

Speaker 4 (18:40):
Watch it if you all remember last season they were
trying to sell a two hundred and fifty million dollar
penhouse and that penthouse was amazing. I don't think it's
sold still, so you got to watch season two to
find out what happened.

Speaker 3 (18:52):
I haven't had a chance to see the full season.
It just came out today.

Speaker 4 (18:54):
But Jordan and Marsh from Owning Manhattan is going to
be here with us. Sarah Galan from the Sir Han
team will be here as well. It's yeah, just like
the talk like they Angela Jean, like they Angela Jean.

Speaker 1 (19:05):
She's spilling it all. This is YEATI way.

Speaker 3 (19:11):
What's up? His way up with Angela?

Speaker 10 (19:12):
Yee.

Speaker 3 (19:12):
I'm here with my guy now and let's get into
this yeat.

Speaker 4 (19:17):
So, a long awaited docuseries about Nipsey Hustle may finally
be released Her eyeing next year for that to happen now.
The filmmakers say, the interviews, music and footage are all

(19:40):
seven episodes and also narrated by Nipsey Hustle posthumously but
also with his brother Black Sam.

Speaker 3 (19:48):
I'm here for that, did I say posthumously?

Speaker 10 (19:50):
Right?

Speaker 5 (19:51):
Posthumous?

Speaker 2 (19:53):
I did? Right?

Speaker 3 (19:54):
I just gotta check you.

Speaker 5 (19:55):
I know you're the expert, Yes I am. What could
I say?

Speaker 3 (19:57):
All right?

Speaker 4 (19:58):
Well, they've been working on this for several years and
they want to make sure that it's told the right way,
so that is definitely important, and they have a ton
of footage. According to the director, he said Nipsey had
the foresight to videotape everything in his life, even when
he was young. His father videotaped everything. Wow, so you
can see his transformation of a young man coming of age,
going through childhood to gang life, to independence to music

(20:20):
to finding his own voice. I'm locked in it already
sounds amazing. Yeah, I'm definitely here for that.

Speaker 5 (20:25):
That's good, all right.

Speaker 4 (20:27):
And halle Berry versus Governor Gavin Newsom. You know, Gavin
Newsom has already talked about running for president, and one
thing people didn't expect was that halle Berry had some
negative things to say about him. Halle Berry was speaking
at the New York Times Deal Book Summit on Wednesday,
and here's what she had to say.

Speaker 10 (20:45):
Gavin Newsom has vetoed our menopause bill not one but
two years in a row. And with the way he's
overlooked women half the population by devaluing us in midlife,
he probably should not be our next president either.

Speaker 4 (20:58):
Well since then, Governor Gavin news And responded yesterday at
Newark Airport in New Jersey, and he said that he
spoke with halle Berry's manager and that she did not
know that his administration plans to include funding for the
proposal and its upcoming budget, and that's for twenty twenty
six to twenty twenty seven. He said, we have the
ability to reconcile. That we're reconciling. I've included it in

(21:19):
next year's budget. She didn't know that that we were
already in the process of fixing it. It is important
to have your voice heard though. Let people know what
it is that's important to you, what.

Speaker 3 (21:28):
It is that you want.

Speaker 4 (21:29):
Because you see how fast you know that got resolved
and we know that's going to happen. Well, that is
your Yet when we come back into new music Friday earlier,
we played some new music for you from Little Baby Glorilla.

Speaker 3 (21:41):
Well, when we come back, we got some more new music.
It's way up.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
It's relationship for career advice. Angela's dropping facts.

Speaker 2 (21:47):
You should know if this is Aske, what's up his
way up?

Speaker 4 (21:51):
But Angela, yee, thank goodness the award winning advice Meino bigento. Okay,
because we have a caller on the line today. It's
a voicemail and she loves her father's girlfriend, but she
wants to warn her about her dad.

Speaker 3 (22:06):
Should she do it? Listen to this.

Speaker 11 (22:08):
My father has a girlfriend and she's a nice young lady.

Speaker 5 (22:11):
I really like her a lot.

Speaker 11 (22:12):
But she caught my father naked with another.

Speaker 5 (22:16):
Man around, and when.

Speaker 12 (22:18):
She called me about it, I called the cover for
him and made an excuse.

Speaker 11 (22:22):
But anybody else would have put two and two together,
but she didn't. And my dad doesn't really care for her.
He's using her for a thing. I feel bad. It's
like I want to tell her. So it's like should
I tell her? And if I do tell her, how
should I tell her? Or should I just mind my
business and pray for her?

Speaker 4 (22:40):
From the tholarm many, I'm gonna let you start because
you look so so.

Speaker 7 (22:44):
I think the daughter should be honest with the girlfriend
and said, listen, my father's a gay man.

Speaker 3 (22:49):
You know. The problem is that he's not going to
stop sleeping.

Speaker 2 (22:52):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (22:53):
The problem is is a what if she still stays
with him or whatever business?

Speaker 4 (22:56):
Or what if he lies and now she's ostracized from
both of them.

Speaker 7 (23:00):
Because she shouldn't lit The daughter shouldn't lie to well,
that's what that's what she fights.

Speaker 4 (23:05):
I think what she should do is say, you need
to have a serious talk with my father. I'm really
not in the position to give that. I want him
to talk to you instead of you coming home with her.
To me, that's enough to let somebody know that, yes,
you're right, but you need to hear from him.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
And that's what I would.

Speaker 7 (23:21):
Tell her father with another man naked naked, I.

Speaker 4 (23:25):
Don't think they were having sex, but somehow, exactly so,
she believed him because she wanted to believe him.

Speaker 3 (23:32):
The girlfriend.

Speaker 4 (23:33):
If somebody tells you, oh, we're just you know, playing
a naked game. If you believe that, you wouldn't believe
it naked radier game.

Speaker 5 (23:42):
There's no such thing.

Speaker 4 (23:44):
But my advice is you can't just come out and
out your father's I don't think you need to do.

Speaker 3 (23:49):
What you need to do is don't answer her yes
or no.

Speaker 4 (23:52):
Tell her you really need to talk to him and
she needs to go and tell her father. Listen, your
girlfriend has come to me, and I'm not like her,
be honest. I try not to get into people's relationships
like because that's family, that's her dad.

Speaker 3 (24:08):
But I'm saying you do.

Speaker 4 (24:10):
I think the dad needs to come out and tell
her the truth. So that's my advice. Eight hundred two
nine two fifty one fifty. Mano says, just tell her though,
just tell her all right, Well, if you ever have
a question, you can always hit us up on the voicemail.
And when we come back, we have from Owning Manhattan.

Speaker 3 (24:59):

Speaker 4 (25:02):
This new season looks like it's going to be explosive.
I'm gonna say this, Jordan, I didn't see you enough
on season one.

Speaker 5 (25:07):
I feel like the best things in life you gotta
wait for it. But this season for the show, I
show up and I show out.

Speaker 3 (25:14):
Yeah, I saw that in the trailer.

Speaker 13 (25:16):
There's a lot of dynamics, like I'm working with Ryan
Sirhan and if you followed him for the last ten
plus years from starting on a million dollar listing to
now taking his brand to Netflix.

Speaker 5 (25:27):
But really his journey just as a professional.

Speaker 13 (25:30):
And us being in that world and that ethos and
what we go through on a daily basis and just
like every I think worker has a boss, and not
everybody's cool with the boss.

Speaker 5 (25:41):
It's you know, these dynamics that play that you see
play out.

Speaker 4 (25:45):
I cannot wait to see this now. For disclosure, Sarah
is my girl. We're partners in our airbnb up state
Rockberry House.

Speaker 5 (25:52):
Yes, I know.

Speaker 3 (25:52):
That's why my broker who has.

Speaker 4 (25:54):
Sold me how many properties, three and then we did
the other one together exactly.

Speaker 3 (26:00):
We're killing it up state. Like yes, fully booked out
this month. And listen.

Speaker 4 (26:04):
One of the things we always talk about it surround
yourself with good people. And part of the reason why
I've been able to do the investments I've done is
from that.

Speaker 3 (26:11):
Right now I'm talking to Jordan Marsh and Sarah Golin.

Speaker 4 (26:14):
They are part of the Sirhan team, but they are
also on Owning Manhattan.

Speaker 3 (26:18):
The new season is out today on Netflix.

Speaker 4 (26:21):
And you've sold some amazing You've had some great sales.

Speaker 2 (26:24):
I believe in Brooklyn.

Speaker 4 (26:26):
You may have sold something to one of my friends,
my girl, Gabby Hers.

Speaker 5 (26:31):
Yeah, you go, yes, I did.

Speaker 13 (26:33):
Gabby hg r like arguably one of the most unique
talents in the industry right now.

Speaker 3 (26:38):
And just an all around great person.

Speaker 13 (26:40):
So much soul, so humble, so just everything. And yes,
she was looking for her unique spot. It's got views,
it's got out door space.

Speaker 4 (26:49):
Yes, she's doing all kinds of renovations like to make
it amazing into what she wants it to be.

Speaker 5 (26:55):
So and the beauty is she trusted me in the process.
We had to do all ton of stuff for secure.
Didn't have building. You don't even know. Cara had to
be everywhere life. We are not listening R and B
princess out here. We need to make sure like everything
was just really smooth.

Speaker 4 (27:10):
All right, you know it's my favorite topic, well one
of them, real estate. I have Jordan Marsh here, I
got my girl Sarah Golan here. We're talking all about
real estate. Owning Manhattan is back for season two. In
season one, they were trying to sell this two hundred
and fifty million dollar penthouse. So we're gonna get some
more details on what's happening on the new season.

Speaker 3 (27:29):
It's way up.

Speaker 2 (27:29):
You're way up with Angela Yee. Please believe that what's.

Speaker 4 (27:33):
Up his way up at Angela Yee and we are
talking to Sarah Golan and Jordan Marsh. They are from
Owning Manhattan Season two of Owning Manhattan is on Netflix
right now.

Speaker 3 (27:43):
It came out today, so you can binge that.

Speaker 4 (27:45):
In season one, they were trying to sell a two
hundred and fifty million dollar penthouse in Manhattan.

Speaker 5 (27:50):
Oh my god, Oh did you sell it?

Speaker 13 (27:51):
We did not sell it yet and it has been
the bane of my existence to sell it. And I'm
still putting it out there, speaking into.

Speaker 3 (28:00):
Existence and it's going to bring the buyer.

Speaker 4 (28:03):
Listen, Angela, you know the bars your social media that
I actually saw this earlier today that I think could
benefit you guys. He just rented out all the rooms
at the MGM Grant in Vegas for his dog's birthday.

Speaker 3 (28:14):
Oh that sounds like I feel like we should be.

Speaker 5 (28:17):
There otherwise one of the doctor great people. You got
to know, you got the past.

Speaker 4 (28:23):
That was that whole season. It just felt like, who
is going to purchase this?

Speaker 13 (28:27):
It's an incredible properties obviously the most beautiful property.

Speaker 3 (28:30):
That's really incredible.

Speaker 5 (28:31):
I don't have to sell or show or you know,
work on.

Speaker 13 (28:35):
But I think the big logic with that property is that,
you know, the top one percent of properties around the
country appreciate way faster than the rest of real estates.
A lot of times people see real estate three D
eight percent appreciation, maybe ten in certain markets, but like
sometimes investors aren't really motivated by that. But like the
top one percent, I comp it towards like how art

(28:56):
and appreciation of our people don't even know Art outperformed
the S and P five hundred in the last decade.
You're not losing money in a property like this. It's
really doesn't have enough money to get it.

Speaker 3 (29:07):
Thank you guys so much for joining me today.

Speaker 4 (29:09):
I know we got ongoing conversations because I love talking
about real.

Speaker 3 (29:12):
Estate and what's happening here absolutely, you know.

Speaker 4 (29:14):
But I'm excited to watch what's going to be happening
with Jordan on season two stops fired.

Speaker 5 (29:20):
What's Beef?

Speaker 4 (29:21):
Yeah, it's out today, So I'm gonna go home and
check it out and I'm gonna binge watch it, just
like I was locked in for season one, and Sarah,
you know how I feel.

Speaker 3 (29:31):
Thank you so much for having us.

Speaker 5 (29:33):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 4 (29:34):
All right, Well, that was Jordan marsh from the cast
of Owning Manhattan, Sarah Golan.

nice dinner out the line. Marcus Samuelson has an amazing restaurant,
so you know, definitely gonna hit that up and start
the celebration.

Speaker 3 (30:18):
Let's see how it goes.

Speaker 4 (30:19):

it's her birthday, so I'm driving back and going straight
to her dinner. This is like a holiday season time.
This is like five parties.

Speaker 5 (30:28):

Speaker 2 (30:33):

joining us on in Manhattan is streaming now today season
two on Netflix. To make sure you binge that. And
of course, you know this is your show, so you
have the last word.

Speaker 12 (30:50):
I do if my kids bothered twenty five years. We
have four kids together, but he cheated on me and
had kids on me. So I went behind his back
and did the thing I.

Speaker 11 (30:58):
Stuff with his brother his cousin.

Speaker 12 (31:01):
I was young, stupid, and a couple of my kids
looked like his brother.

Speaker 4 (31:06):
And his cousin.

Speaker 12 (31:08):
And he has never downed eternity because I guess they're
siblings and cousins, so they're all look alike. But it's
really teared me up. So I really want to confess
to him and have a DNA test. I had to
get that off my chest, so that's my secret.

Speaker 6 (31:22):
It was going on. My name is Khalil. I just
wanted to shine a out to my wife. She used
to throw it over in the rack. Right now, just
one wish of love and positivity and thank her for
being a great mom and wife.
