Speaker 1 (00:48):
It's bad, all right, but keep up alive.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
Yeah, I though we are coming in as favorites. It's
gonna be a good year for the next I promise that,
we promise, promise that. Yes, what are you promising? I
think they're gonna go to the finals. At least I
think they're going to the NBA Finals.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
Okay, would you put money on it?

Speaker 3 (01:03):
I would?

Speaker 4 (01:04):
Okay, I would. I'll put on it right now.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
Let's do it, all right, Well, let's start the show
with some love and some positivity. I feel like you
already shine the light on the neck.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
I need to because the Giants and Jets yesterday, boy,
I don't know it was.

Speaker 4 (01:17):
It was bad.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
It was a bad Sunday. So the Giants are Jets, man,
it was awful.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
All right, Well never mind, I'm not going to say it.
But anyway, let's shine a light eight hundred and two
nine two fifty one fifty. Let us know who you
want to shine a light on. I know Dan has
somebody he badly wants to shine a light on, and
we'll talk about it his way up. We're gonna let
them up.

Speaker 5 (01:40):
Turn your lights on, y'all, spreading love to those who
are doing greatness.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
Shine the light on them, Shine the light on them.
It's time to shine a light on them.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
Yeah, it's way up at the Angela Yee here with
Kazine today.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
Yeah, yeah, what up?

Speaker 1 (01:56):
And I told you it's time to shine a lightcense,
love and suppositivity. You already shine a light.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
On the next Yes, positivity.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
So now our producer Dan walked in and said, please
let me get your shin of light, So go ahead.

Speaker 3 (02:07):
Dan, thank you.

Speaker 6 (02:08):
And yes, it's my wife's birthday today, so.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
Happy birthday to Rita. I want to shine a light
on you.

Speaker 5 (02:13):
I love you.

Speaker 6 (02:14):
We got a fun day planned. I already told her,
so I'm sending her to a spa, spent some time
in all the amenities, and she's gonna do a massage.
And I got a nice surprise dinner.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
That okay, shout out to you, thank you for helping.

Speaker 6 (02:26):
Not the dinner. Okay, dinner is a surprise. Thanks, thanks
for helping me. Well, slow down, slow down, read we
are going to Paris under seventeenth.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
I still had a budget.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
You got to get you did the spy. You got
a special dinner plan, you go into Paris.

Speaker 6 (02:46):
I got her a workout set because I wanted her
to have something to open today.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
So she woke up to that. Okay, but yeah, I
did tell her we'll go shopping in Paris and j
rond though you need a it's not a special occasi
unless you get the c C on it. You haven't.
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
You told me got you now, Charisma, Who do you
want to shine a light on?

Speaker 7 (03:08):
My mane the hard working man, the family man. He
comes home after seventeen hours shifts and come help me
with my kids.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
How did you find him? You know everybody I've been
looking for a good man. Oh wow, you have been
together since middle school. I mean you've known him since
middle school. We've been to since middle school. Yes, now,
oh wow, that's a big deal. That's fire. That's a
love story.

Speaker 7 (03:34):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
You know what's good though you have three kids, had
the opportunity to see you guys together just in love.
That's a great example.

Speaker 7 (03:43):
Yes, s'am.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
Yeah, all right, well, thank you for calling.

Speaker 8 (03:47):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
Well that was shining light eight hundred and two ninety
two fifty one fifty. In case you couldn't get through,
you can always leave a message and shine a light.
And when we come back, let's do some Yee Team
Katz's favorite album came out and we want to talk
about those numbers. Taylor Swift, we know you're a swiftye.

Speaker 5 (04:07):
Going way out with Angela Yee Rooms from industry Shade
to all of gossip out. Angela's speeling that eat all right, it's.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
Way up with Angela Yee, I'm here and Cazema is
here with me today gets hosting.

Speaker 4 (04:23):
Yeah yeah, having a good time.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
Always love it all.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Right, now, let's talk about some Yea te stuff. So
Taylor Swift put out her album release party of a
show Girl, and not only that.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
Oh the Life of a Show.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
Yeah, the Life of a Show. And then she also
did the movie release party of a show Girl. So
let's discuss how she broke all kinds of records. So
how did the album do two point seven million on
the first day? You know how crazy that is? And
I saw a Pitchfork gave it a five point nine.

(04:58):
And when I tell you, they were drag and Pitchfork. Now,
I have heard people say that, you know, some of
her own fans. I've seen online them saying they didn't
love the album. But then you know them Swifties not playing.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
But it's a perfect sort of encapsulation of where the
music industry is, right, Like Taylor Swift is so big
she can't fail soon as she drops millions of records sold,
millions of things moving. But you're dipping the TikTok or
the Swifties or the fans that really follow her music
and even if you listen to it a little bit,
nad as critically acclaimed as like her last couple of projects, People.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
Reason got seven biggest album debuts for a female artists
in Spotify history. The Life of a show Girl broke
the record for the biggest vinyl sales week for any
album in Nielsen history, one point two millions sold on
release day.

Speaker 3 (05:44):
Insane.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
Yeah, that is insane. And then she has, like I said,
the official release party of a show Girl that was
in the movies thirty three million dollars over the weekend.
And listen, Travis Kelce was in Jacksonville, Florida with his
family for his birthday going to see that movie. Yeah,
that is what it is.

Speaker 3 (06:02):
And the Chiefs played Jacksonville Jaguars tonight on Monday Night football. Also,
so probably just made it a whole weekend out there
in Florida's listen.

Speaker 1 (06:09):
Absolutely. Now, of course, Tryla Swift has been doing some press.
She sat down with BBC Radio and the interviewer said,
don't tell me this is your last album, because they're
talking about her getting married and possibly being a mother,
and you know what she said, She said, that's a
shockingly offensive thing. To say, that's not why people get
married so that they can quit their job. Now, other

(06:30):
things that have happened on this album, people were saying
that she was taking shots at Travis Kelsey's ex, Kayla Nicole,
and one of the songs on the album, So listen
to this and we'll give you some perspective on why
people think that.

Speaker 4 (06:45):
All right, I.

Speaker 3 (06:46):
Gotta ask, is this the first Taylor Swift record record?

Speaker 1 (06:53):
Now, just for a perspective. When she says you were
in your phone and things like that, then that made
some old videos surface of Travis Kelsey and Kaylinicole where
she's in the phone and he seems like annoyed about it.
Listen to this. I wouldn't have to go on social media.
I want to have to get on social media.

Speaker 3 (07:10):
And so, yeah, I feel bad. I feel bad for
a job.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
And she really is like been working, but they act
like all she is is his ex and like she's
you know, bothered, and I'm sure it's annoying every time
something happens, you know. So, And in the past, Kaylinicole
has said that she sees Travis Kelce's relationship with Taylor
Swift as a compliment. She said sometimes we struggle with
it admitting the new girl might be popping. And there's
no problem in admitting that if you're going to lose,

(07:39):
I want to lose to the best team right now.
So she's like, go on and do your big one,
all right, Well that is your yeah, because it's nothing worse.
And when somebody moves on and you're like, what.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
That's that's what you can say.

Speaker 1 (07:51):
Yeah, when we come back about last night where we
discussed what we did last night, I had a pretty
active weekend. I'm sure you did too. It's way up.

Speaker 5 (08:00):
So about last night, Yes, I went down.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
You it's way up at Angela. Yeah, and Cozem is
here with me guest hosting today. I know you watch
sports over the weekend.

Speaker 3 (08:11):
Unfortunately, Yankees, it was all bad.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
It was a New York lost.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
It was a massacre. Yesterday, My god, Yankees got smacked
for what thirteen thirteen to seven. I'm crazy like that.
She shns and Jeff's got cooked on National TV. It
was just bad everywhere. It wasn't nothing good to watch
on supper at all.

Speaker 1 (08:31):
Well, you know, it's that time of the year, Halloween's
coming up, and this has been all the good horror
movies beyond all the streaming services. You know, I love
a good horror movie. So I watched this movie called
Bring Her Back that was on HBO Max. Okay, it's
very disturbing. You got it.

Speaker 3 (08:48):
You sounded excited talking about it.

Speaker 1 (08:49):
It's because you know, sometimes horror movies be so awful
it's hard to do like a really good one. That
one was quite interesting. This woman is it based on
the True Store No, but it's inspired by someone I
think from the filmmaker. But this woman is a foster mother.
She adopts two children, write a brother and sister. But

(09:10):
think about it this way. She has a daughter that died,
so she's really.

Speaker 4 (09:13):
Trying to replace.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
Do a ritual to replaces.

Speaker 3 (09:18):
That's always a little weird.

Speaker 9 (09:19):
That.

Speaker 1 (09:20):
Then I also started watching the third series of Monster,
and this is based off of the Texas Chainsaw massacre killer.
So it's kind of showing like how he first got started.
So only saw the first two episodes so far. So
definitely his mother was an inspiration in making him the
serial killer that he was. I also went to Culture
Khan yesterday.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
How was that?

Speaker 1 (09:41):
I want to shout them out because I've been to
culture con super early on and seeing how much it
has grown exponentially. I mean it's hard for these types
of events to even like thrive nowadays we see how
much events have been struggling, but when I tell you
this one was, it's only getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
So I just want to shout around and my coffee

(10:02):
company Coffee uplifts people. You can order it online. We
were actually doing the cafe with Chase. Chase was a
presenting sponsor for the event, so we had the coffee
booth that was there that was pretty busy. All weekend's
small so it was it was a pleasure to be
in the building as an entrepreneur too.

Speaker 3 (10:17):
Love culture kind love what they stand for, and just
love all the folks that got over there to just
inspire the other creators and content creators out there. It's
an amazing event. I love watching the girl.

Speaker 1 (10:27):
Yes, and then I also did ABC Live with Deborah
Roberts Nice on Friday. Also went to the Tel Far
store and did some shopping. Fishoo very active, wekend and
I hung out with my mom oday. Those are all
the things I did. Now when we come back, you guys,
I know you had a good weekend of secrets, So
we want you to call us up. Eight hundred two
ninety two fifty one fifty.

Speaker 3 (10:50):
Part of the show. I love this.

Speaker 1 (10:52):
It's a secret. It's a no judgment zone. You know,
we just sitting here. We want to listen. We want
to be nosy, but to our anonymous and it's a
no judgment zone again. And that's eight hundred nine two
fifty one fifty. Any secret that you have, we are
here to just listen. That's eight hundred two nine two
fifty one fifty. Tell us what's been on your mind
all weekend?

Speaker 5 (11:10):
I'm a little bit tell us your darkest secret called
eight hundred two nine two fifty one fifty.

Speaker 3 (11:17):
This is way up with Angela yee.

Speaker 5 (11:20):
Yo oh yeah, this is a judgment free zone.

Speaker 3 (11:24):
Tell us a secret.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
It's way up with Angela yee. I'm here with Kezzy. Yeah,
tell us a secret.

Speaker 3 (11:30):
I'm sorry, it's my favorite part of the show.

Speaker 4 (11:32):
Is it?

Speaker 1 (11:32):
That's interesting?

Speaker 3 (11:33):
I love the secret?

Speaker 1 (11:34):
All right? Well, eight hundred two ninety two fifty one
fifty on that no anonymous call it. Tell us your secret.

Speaker 8 (11:40):
Yeah, yeah, you know I'm from flat Bush because just
make I'm a ross some man, you know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (11:46):
I'm a flat bush.

Speaker 3 (11:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (11:48):
Yeah, I went to some or the some food.

Speaker 7 (11:51):
They gave me some pork.

Speaker 1 (11:53):
I don't even know what's pork, so fod.

Speaker 7 (11:56):
I ain't gonna lie.

Speaker 1 (11:58):
H so erasting money's some.

Speaker 3 (12:01):
That was that? That's your big secret, some pork secret
that is?

Speaker 7 (12:07):
That's my man?

Speaker 1 (12:09):
Would you eat it again? On purpose?

Speaker 3 (12:13):
Secretly? I don't know. I don't ever want to lead
anybody of religious descent into something that they should have
been doing. But you can keep it real with me.
Brok was delicious, wasn't it.

Speaker 1 (12:26):
I don't need pork, but you know, we eat a
lot of products that have pork in it.

Speaker 8 (12:31):
Oh wow, yeah.

Speaker 1 (12:33):
And what what about the ladies? Does the rastamant?

Speaker 9 (12:39):
No no, no, no.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
See now I don't believe you. No, no, not by accident,
no no no. But you eat pork.

Speaker 4 (12:49):
That's interesting.

Speaker 9 (12:51):
Yeah, nobody gonna judge your champ.

Speaker 3 (12:55):
You be all right?

Speaker 1 (12:59):
Thank you for calling. He definitely does panonymous colors me
and kas was good.

Speaker 8 (13:06):
Yeah, my secrets.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
I've been cheating on your wife or girlfriend?

Speaker 8 (13:11):
Oh we engaged, wow, brother.

Speaker 1 (13:14):
With the same person or multiple people.

Speaker 7 (13:17):
It's the same person people.

Speaker 1 (13:18):
It's the same person and you're still planning to get married.

Speaker 9 (13:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (13:22):
I told everybody like I'm stopping it, and I just
you know what I'm saying. I was listening already, I
heard everything. So I had to confess that. I confessed
her too.

Speaker 1 (13:31):
Oh you told her already.

Speaker 9 (13:35):
I told my girl.

Speaker 1 (13:36):
Oh wow, So they don't know and she still wants
to get married.

Speaker 8 (13:39):
Yeah, because you know, somebody say, they don't want you
no more, they don't want to be there, and you
are you indeed, you go cheat? That's like, you know
what I'm saying, that's that's that's the problem. That's the thing.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
You got to figure a better way to, you know,
have an argument.

Speaker 3 (13:52):
Yeah, I will. I will give you an olive branch. Brother.
You did something bad, but you did the right thing
in telling your girl and letting her know and just
making sure that she could make the choice on her
own and not just live a life of you know,
of deceits in the in the future relationships. So as
bad as that was, you did do the right thing
in telling your girl. So I do want to conmend

(14:13):
you for that. That's that what a lot of people
would do.

Speaker 1 (14:16):
Are you going to continue cheating? Are you really done.

Speaker 3 (14:19):
No, I'm done.

Speaker 8 (14:20):
Anybody get married I ain't.

Speaker 3 (14:22):
I ain't.

Speaker 8 (14:22):
I don't want. I don't see nobody else for her.

Speaker 3 (14:25):
Now, very very important question is this side check somebody
that is like a constant in your life, just like it.
That's a little tough.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
Has she really forgiven you?

Speaker 9 (14:41):
You think I don't know, but IU was forward to forgiving.

Speaker 1 (14:47):
Okay, well, good luck and really I hope you learn.

Speaker 3 (14:50):
From this word and definitely, like I did, learn from
it because I don't want nobody else for her, and
stay honest with her. That's the best thing you can
do to stay honest. Brother.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
All right, take care, learn from your mistakes. You know
your man love being like I'm working progress.

Speaker 3 (15:05):
I'm going through things way just like the like.

Speaker 9 (15:09):
They Angela je like they Angela jee.

Speaker 3 (15:12):
Man, she's spilling it all.

Speaker 2 (15:14):
This is yeaky way up.

Speaker 1 (15:17):
It's way yea put Angela yea. I'm here with Kazino.
What's happening? He I'm living. Let's get into this. Yeat
so a Lotto was on Wat's what Happens Live last night.
I'm surprised you did that because Annie Be asking anything
that Ozebe Bryant was on. There is where Our Housewives
the Potomac is back with the new season. Anyway. One

(15:40):
of the things that she addressed kind of but kind
of didn't was her relationship with twenty one Savage.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
Listen to this, can you confirm or deny that the
two of you were ever in a relationship.

Speaker 1 (15:51):
I like to keep my private life.

Speaker 2 (15:56):
He says he fell in love with the cheetah print, which.

Speaker 3 (16:02):
I respect a nice Uh. You know, what's mine is
mine and not for the type of relationship. Yeah, I'm
all about that, Keith. Your relationships to yourself so we
don't have to hear about in songs.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
And it was such a big deal when she kind
of said it for TMZ.

Speaker 3 (16:16):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, because you know they've been playing we've
all been playing social media detective on both of their
Instagram accounts for the past several years. Like we know.
But you know what, I appreciate them not confirmative denying.

Speaker 1 (16:26):
I like that all right now. Another thing that she
addressed on Watch What Happens Live is how she made
up with Ice Spice. What happened behind the scenes, and
of course it was a Nicki Minaj question. Listen to this,
love seeing.

Speaker 2 (16:41):
You in Ice Spice make peace. How did it happen?
And will you be able to work things out with
Nicki Minaj too?

Speaker 1 (16:47):
One at a time? Yes, one her team reached out
of our team and we was.

Speaker 2 (16:51):
Like the teams, Yeah, and you figured it out.

Speaker 1 (16:54):
We figured it out.

Speaker 2 (16:55):
I'm open to you.

Speaker 1 (16:56):
You know, we kin with anybody.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
You're going to be back with yourselves.

Speaker 8 (16:59):
Friend.

Speaker 5 (17:00):
Yes, we love Nikki, I did too, I did too,
answer did all right?

Speaker 1 (17:08):
So yes, you can watch that full episode of course
that's available online. I'm sure we're gonna have some of
the real housewives e Potomac up here at some point
soon too.

Speaker 3 (17:16):
And I love that lot on ice. Spice got back
on a friendly tip. They never had no real beef,
you know.

Speaker 2 (17:20):
Now.

Speaker 1 (17:20):
People also were trying to say Lotto was pregnant recently
when she was performed, but she posted I ate too
much Wagou and ramen. That's what happens, man, Listen. We
get bloated and then people start saying we're pregnant.

Speaker 3 (17:32):
Some carves man blows you quick.

Speaker 1 (17:36):
All right? Now, Another thing over the weekend, Bad Bunny
was on SNL. How amazing was this? Yes? And you
know it's been going crazy people, so upset about him
performing at the Super Bowl halftime show. So many people
are excited, though, me being one of them. I know
you said you are too.

Speaker 3 (17:53):
Oh yeah, Bad Bunny, Bad Bunny don't need to know
Spanish will enjoy Bad Buddy. You feel that your bones
when I.

Speaker 1 (17:59):
Mused, come on, just well Doja Cat was the musical
guest that night. By the way, and here's what Bad
Bunny had to say about the halftime show.

Speaker 5 (18:09):
I'm very happy, and I think everyone is happy about it,
even Fox News that Bunny.

Speaker 1 (18:15):
Is my favorite musician and he shouldn't be the next president.

Speaker 9 (18:19):
But really, I'm very excited to be doing the Super
Bowl and.

Speaker 1 (18:24):
Latino.

Speaker 3 (18:28):
If you didn't understand what I just said, you have
four months to learn.

Speaker 4 (18:36):
Yo, I'm so happy for Hilaris.

Speaker 3 (18:38):
No. Bad Bunny is legitimately one of the greatest living
entertainers there is. The residency in Puerto Rico is fantastic.
Obviously one of the highest stream of the artists in
the country. Uh, he wrestles, he acts like he does everything.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
He does it all. And let's be clear, music is
such a unifying thing. When you see some American artists
going overseas to places where they don't speak English and
they know the words. It don't matter if I understand
what you're saying or not. Like great music, sounds like
great music.

Speaker 3 (19:06):
That's right. You feel right here, right in your soul,
right in your bones.

Speaker 1 (19:09):
All right, when we come back, we have under the radar.
These are the stories that are not necessarily and the headlines.
They're flying under the radar, but you need to know
about them. Man, Donald Trump sending in the National guard
I did see Joyanne Reid post people fighting back in Chicago,
and we'll talk about it. It's way up. Take the news.

Speaker 3 (19:28):
News.

Speaker 5 (19:29):
This in the news that relates to you. These stories
are flying under the radar.

Speaker 1 (19:34):
All right, it's way up with Angela. Yeah, I'm here
with kazem Oh my gosh. We were just talking about
these ice raids that have been happening, in particular in Chicago.
I was looking at and this happened last week. They
were kids literally pulled out of their beds and zip
tied as three hundred ice agents rated a Chicago apartment

(19:54):
complex on the South Side. I mean, this is really awtun.
Their explanation for all of this is the we're looking
for some Venezuelan gang members a criminal organization according to
the Department of Homeland Security. They said they apprehended thirty
seven individuals. Who knows if those individuals were who they
were allegedly looking for, but they were descending by rope

(20:16):
from a black Hawk helicopter above this building, and the
tenants and the children were devastated. They said the incident
was terrifying. Kids were crying, people screaming. One person was like,
I never had a gun put in my face before
until this happened. Imagine you're just at home like chilling.

Speaker 3 (20:34):
Yeah, and Chicago isn't the only places that's happened to
anybody's kept up with the news and where these ice
raids have been happening. It's disgusting, man, Like, it's obviously
you know they're going to use these these these drug
rais and cartels and venezuela and stuff to sort of
justify just ransacks.

Speaker 1 (20:52):
Stopping anybody harassing anyone.

Speaker 3 (20:54):
There's no need for a black Hawk helicopter propelling into
a project building to detain people, not even arrest, just
detained people.

Speaker 1 (21:03):
And this is how it all starts. And I saw
Joanne Reid posted a video of this man in Chicago
who they were, you know, harassing him, pulled him out,
they were he was just yelling out a meme the
whole time, and people citizens were helping, like they were
like get out of here. They were, and the ICE
people they had their faces covered, so you can't even

(21:24):
see who they are, because that has to be like
you have to feel like an awful human being to
be you don't even know if this person is here
legally or not, or if they were legal, but now
you took away their status. I mean, there's just so
many different things happening. But Donald Trump is deploying four
hundred Texas National Guard troops to Illinois, Oregon and other
states as anti ICE protesters have been clashing with federal agents,

(21:49):
and so yeah, this is gonna you know, this is
really awful.

Speaker 3 (21:52):
I feel like it's only going to get worse. It's
election season, so I'm thinking the next two months, all
these things are going to get ramped up and is
gonna do everything they can to sort of jump on
your emotions about.

Speaker 1 (22:04):
These and everybody who thinks it doesn't pertain to.

Speaker 4 (22:06):
You, Oh it will, it will, it will eventually.

Speaker 1 (22:09):
Well, you may feel like you don't care and you
agree but it will all right. Well, that is your
under the radar. Now we do have the way up
mixed for you. At the top of the hour plus
we got asked, yee, we got your yet, and we
got so much more. It's way up, all the way
up with Angela.

Speaker 5 (22:26):
Ye remember the night she about to blow the lid
ab off this, but let's get it. Angela's feeling that.

Speaker 2 (22:32):
Ye, te Come and get the tea.

Speaker 1 (22:34):
It's way up at Angela. Yee, I'm here with Casine.

Speaker 3 (22:38):
Up.

Speaker 1 (22:39):
You ready for some UT?

Speaker 3 (22:40):
I'm ready for the UT.

Speaker 1 (22:41):
All right. You came in here today all upset about
all your sports teams.

Speaker 3 (22:44):
It was a rough weekend.

Speaker 1 (22:46):
Well, a former NFL quarterback from the Jets, Mark Sanchez,
he's also a current Fox Sports commentator, was hospitalized after
being injured in an apparent stabbing in Indianapolis. Well now
it looks like some breaking news. He is facing felony
a felony battery charge, which carries a one to six

(23:06):
year penalty.

Speaker 3 (23:07):
Jeez, it's crazy because it's like when you first heard
Mark Sanchez got stabbed in Indianapolis, there was immediate thoughts
and prayers to him to make sure he's all right.
Turns out he's the aggressor and the victim is a
senior citizen who.

Speaker 4 (23:20):
Was a sixty nine year old delivering used oil.

Speaker 1 (23:25):
Yeah, he was delivering friar oil at a hotel loading
dock and Mark Sanchez approached him and took issue with
his parking spot. They had it back and forth. He
tried to pepper spray Mark Sanchez because he felt scared
for his life, and when that wasn't effective, he said
he feared for his life and stabbed Sanchez several times.
They were both taken to the hospital with injuries, and

(23:46):
they do have surveillance footage of the altercation and that's
when Mark Sanchez was arrested.

Speaker 3 (23:51):
Yeah, he's cooked, I mean, funny enough, Like Mark Sanchez
is probably like the most successful Jets quarterback of our
adult life, and that's saying a ton much. But this
entire ordeal he had to have been on something. I
know they said he was public intoxication, like he was
drunk or something. I'm like, when he's just bodying the mace,

(24:12):
the pepper spray and still going through while somebody is
stabbing at you, I don't think alcohol does that.

Speaker 1 (24:18):
You know, he has not yet shared his side of things,
but he also does not remember much.

Speaker 3 (24:23):
Yeah, I don't think alcohol does that.

Speaker 1 (24:25):
That's awesome.

Speaker 3 (24:26):
Man.

Speaker 4 (24:26):
Tough for him, and he killed somebody.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
He was in town to call the game for. I
think the Indianapolis Colts and the Baltimore Ravens. I'm not mistaken.
I forgot how the Colts played yesterday, and obviously he
couldn't call the game because of that, and he might
not ever call another game as long as it. Yeah,
this is pretty much a career ender for him. But
I mean hopefully he recovers just in time to you know,
face the music.

Speaker 1 (24:48):
Well, could be a potential one to six year sentence
that comes along with that. All right, now, Zeus has
dropped the teaser to a new dating series. Whoever thought
that Lemmy and ray J would be working together again.
It's called Love Cabin of a take on Love Island,
but inside of a cabin with ray J and Tina
Kemp as the host. And it's gonna premiere on Sunday
on Zeus. And here's that trailer.

Speaker 3 (25:09):
One hundred thousand dollars is on the line.

Speaker 4 (25:11):
Everybody, can We are not.

Speaker 8 (25:12):
Here to chaperone you from love.

Speaker 2 (25:14):
You could do whatever you want. It's to love not
it's gonna be crazy. Anybody would say.

Speaker 1 (25:25):
Welcome May and Dinnette when waits. Let me tell you something.
I started watching the new season of Love is Blind.
Has anybody else watched the new season of Love Is Blind? Yeah, yeah,
I don't know. It's a little I could tell. So
I could tell when people hook up and they see
each other in person, when they're not happy. I will

(25:48):
say that when you see this, I could tell when
they saw the other person. I could tell by their
body language. I think I'm a body language expert. I
could be like, yeah, he doesn't like her like I
can look at and I could tell when he doesn't
like him too. That's the best part of all that
happened on a couple of occasions. You may think you
fell in love with somebody's voice, but you have no
idea what they look like, and I don't care. Physical

(26:08):
attraction is a real thing.

Speaker 3 (26:10):
Yeah, you need that, all right.

Speaker 1 (26:11):
That's probably why I love Island. I mean, they made
a lot of stars out of this last season.

Speaker 3 (26:15):
Because everybody was hot. They just took the one variable
out from all the other shows, Like, how about we
just make everybody extremely hot?

Speaker 1 (26:22):
People on island. It work all right, And Travis Scott
and Kendrick's goose Bumps is the highest certified rap song
ever seventeen times platinum. It just dethrowned God's Plan, which
is sixteen times platinum, and then after that is Sickle Mode,
followed by j Cole's No Role Model? Wow Is that crazy?
Goose Bumps is seventeen times platinum.

Speaker 3 (26:43):
That it was a shock to me. Dan told us
that offline, and he.

Speaker 1 (26:46):
Loves Travis Scott.

Speaker 3 (26:47):
I would, yeah, I mean, who doesn't love Travis Scott.
He's got a pretty up and down year. But at
the same time he's got what almost a two time
diamond album. He could a diamond single rather that he
could hold to his name.

Speaker 1 (26:59):
So to help all right, Well that is your yet
when we come back, ask Yee any question you have,
We're here to help you out. That's eight hundred and
two ninety two fifty one fifty Ask Yee is next.

Speaker 5 (27:10):
The night everybody has sens Women's relationship for career advice,
Angela's dropping facts.

Speaker 1 (27:16):
This is as D what's up his way up at Angela? Yee?
I'm here with my guy Cas and it's time for
asking yee, and you have somebody that was actually really
bothered and has a question that wanted to call in
eight hundred and two ninety two fifty one fifty what's up, Josh?

Speaker 9 (27:33):
So, I feel like last week really shined a light
on the true colors of women. Let me tell you
what I'm talking about. So Carti and Nikki, there was
a lot of crossing the line. And that's what I
like to say. When it's a man and a woman
arguing or not arguing, just having a discussion, the women
takes the conversation to hell every time, or at least

(27:55):
in my experience.

Speaker 2 (27:56):
So now we.

Speaker 9 (27:57):
Get to see two women back and forth, and everybody's
so shocked that on acting so shocked. I can't believe
they're seeing this stuff. Really, they.

Speaker 1 (28:08):
Do that too, I'm to pedophile and not yours and
stuff like that that is true.

Speaker 9 (28:18):
Not somebody said that somebody's kids is banging spoils instead
of talking. No, you'll can keep it between each other.

Speaker 3 (28:26):
Listen.

Speaker 1 (28:26):
I agree. I hated hearing them talk and watching them
talk about the kids because the kids are all beautiful.

Speaker 3 (28:32):
I think what Josh was trying to say is that.

Speaker 1 (28:34):
Men won't cross those lines.

Speaker 3 (28:35):
Men deal with that with women all the time. Like
when there's an argument with a woman, whatever that line
is to you, they know exactly where it is and
they're gonna jump past.

Speaker 1 (28:44):
When Z had to apologize to N.

Speaker 4 (28:47):
Yeah, yeah, like men will.

Speaker 3 (28:48):
Men will cross the line, but even then it will
be acknowledged that the line is crossed. Something has to
happen after words.

Speaker 1 (28:54):
I feel like guys try the way that they come
at each other is like how Tupac set it off,
like claim to be a player, but it's always about
the woman. Yeah that's master your check or I did this,
So that's why, Like that's always what men's go tom is.
I think for women we can't really use it as
it go to because sometimes it be true because y'all guys,

(29:16):
but I see what you're saying. I will say for
me as a woman, I'm very intentional about not saying
things that I don't mean or that are really evil
that I regret later. And that comes to when I'm
dating somebody. That comes to my friends, and that comes
to even random strangers online.

Speaker 3 (29:32):
But like if you having a back and forth with somebody,
I know he was talking about it before, where it's like,
men are so used to just hearing just the worst
things come out of a woman's mouth. On it upset
and stuff like that. You gotta fortify your mind, bro, Like,
don't even let that sweat to you. They are just words.
Don't let those emotions and that ego write a check
that you won't be able to cash for the rest
of your life. I've seen it happen to some great men.

(29:54):
Just let it go.

Speaker 9 (29:55):
And you know, I'm glad I was able to I
was able to call in.

Speaker 3 (29:59):
All right, ya, my God, appreciate hearing from you. Bro.

Speaker 1 (30:02):
All right, well, thank you Josh for calling. He was
really upset about this.

Speaker 3 (30:05):
Right, adamant.

Speaker 1 (30:06):
It feels like he's had some disrespectful women. He's dated
that like in an argument, get crazy. But who do
you think is worse in an argument? Men are women?
This is kind of a pick aside, So call us
up eight hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty. Who
is worse when it comes to arguments, men or women?
Eight hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty Its way
up with angela.

Speaker 5 (30:27):
Ye, it's not just right or wrong, it's about what
you believe. It's time to pick a side and stay there.

Speaker 1 (30:36):
What's up? His way up? But Angela Yee and me
and Kaz, we're here talking your boy. Josh Smith called in.
He wanted to know why do women talk so crazy
crazier than men and take it to hell in an argument?
And he was talking about Nicki and Cardi and them
discussing their kids and things like that, and so we
want to know who's worse in an argument? Kaz, are
you bad at all?

Speaker 3 (30:57):
Like?

Speaker 1 (30:57):
Do you say anything hurtful?

Speaker 3 (30:59):
Mom? Put those very generic that's coming from a place
of emotions, but dumb, mean stupid like nothing legit right.
Women when they want to hurt you, they know that
exact button where you had it, where to get through
to it, and they say it at the right moment.
And they never yell it too. They always say it
at a nice calm tone, so they know exactly how

(31:20):
to hit you where it hurts.

Speaker 1 (31:21):
So I hones say, I've been really good at not
doing that in my life. All right, Well, anyway, Christina,
who's worse when it comes to I Green? Who goes lower?
Men or women? Women?

Speaker 3 (31:30):
We are brutal.

Speaker 9 (31:37):
Corks woman, you know what I mean? Like we are dangerous?

Speaker 1 (31:40):
What's the worst thing you said.

Speaker 8 (31:43):
It's hard. I've said a lot.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
Example.

Speaker 6 (31:51):
Well, let's see, we've I've definitely been in more situations
where things get physical.

Speaker 7 (31:57):
Also because of me, Oh.

Speaker 3 (32:00):
Like that exactly.

Speaker 1 (32:01):
Don't get me wrong. It's been years.

Speaker 7 (32:03):
I've been with the same man now for ten years.

Speaker 3 (32:05):
I learned a lot.

Speaker 6 (32:06):
From my twenties.

Speaker 1 (32:07):
Okay, but I was a ruthless young girl.

Speaker 3 (32:10):
Like the people that I dated, they always.

Speaker 8 (32:13):
Got the wrath of that.

Speaker 1 (32:14):
Wow, I'm glad you changed.

Speaker 3 (32:16):
Shout out to yourself awareness.

Speaker 1 (32:18):
That accountability words gross. Thanks for colling, Oh Joe, Who's
whereas men or women? When it comes to our mouths
and mouthing off.

Speaker 3 (32:28):
It's definitely the woman.

Speaker 5 (32:30):
Like my wife said something that that I'll never forget,
you know, like make you want to wrap up a bridge,
like what fact, that's why your peenis this small?

Speaker 2 (32:40):
Like crazy bridge?

Speaker 6 (32:44):
That's not only I mean, it could be anything anything
that you tore.

Speaker 1 (32:47):
Her y that's man, how light period is? Your penis
really small?

Speaker 8 (32:55):
Not at all? Okay? I did I don't miss.

Speaker 1 (33:00):
All right? Thanks for calling.

Speaker 3 (33:02):
Glad to clear that up. I'm looking crazy and.

Speaker 1 (33:06):
The girl says that you know, I don't know Brittany,
who is worse? Who goes lower in the argument? Men
or women? We want something today? What's the worst thing
you said?

Speaker 3 (33:23):
I will not even repeat it. I had to go
ahead and talk to God about somethings out.

Speaker 7 (33:32):
And said, it's that bad.

Speaker 3 (33:36):
Why are you so shocked that women? Mean?

Speaker 1 (33:40):
I don't know, get mean they get me.

Speaker 6 (33:43):
Because for a while, it's not even about women's the
argument like, I will hurt you.

Speaker 1 (33:47):
I want to you know what I mean. We can't
hurt you physically, We just want to hurt.

Speaker 6 (33:51):
You, so I will hurt your ancestors.

Speaker 7 (33:56):
Day we get bad, women get Brittany.

Speaker 1 (33:59):
I know it's bad if you can't even sit on
his phone faceless and tell us so thank you for calling,
thank you. Well, I guess it's unanimous.

Speaker 3 (34:08):
I mean, I'm still here. Believe you're this shock that this?

Speaker 1 (34:12):
You know why? Because I am so careful about my words.
But that's something I learned, like from a young age.
I am so careful not to say anything that you
can't take back. Just don't say it. If you have
nothing nice to say.

Speaker 3 (34:23):
A ninety woman know that phrase and say it anywhere
taking a back.

Speaker 4 (34:28):
Well, I'm glad.

Speaker 1 (34:29):
I'm glad. I'm in the minority when we come back.
You guys, this is your show. So you have the
last word. Make a count, take up the phone tapping
and get your voice heard. What the word is the
last word?

Speaker 2 (34:42):
On Way Up with Angela yee woo.

Speaker 1 (34:45):
It's Way Up with Angela yee I'm here with my
guy cast. Hold on, man, you be having business every
time you come here. You're like, I gotta go do
my other podcast. And you got a new season starting.

Speaker 3 (34:56):
Yes, yes, seven pm in Brooklyn taping new season seven
pm brook this week. So I'm really excited about that.
Is that.

Speaker 1 (35:05):
To make sure?

Speaker 3 (35:05):
Come on, man, for sure? So we got ready to
work on that knocking on my Ringer podcast after that,
and all my friends Sahara's podcast, Kevin our Wings later on.

Speaker 1 (35:17):
You're not playing, Yeah, man, it's and busy.

Speaker 3 (35:20):
Come on man, let's get it going.

Speaker 1 (35:22):
I love it all right. Well again, thank you to
everybody who called in. A lot of people were calling
in about I think we've never had such a unanimous.

Speaker 3 (35:31):
Oh you got dubbed.

Speaker 1 (35:34):
I couldn't even say that men are worse than women.
I couldn't even say that because my friends be talking
crazy when they tell me stuff that they've said. I've
been like clutching my pearls.

Speaker 3 (35:45):
You know you know what this is though. This is
all just proof of how wonderful of a human you are,
because you were legitimately shocked that we went three and
I'm like, just because you're nice.

Speaker 1 (35:54):
It was and everybody that called in said that women
take it lower than men in an argument. But again,
this is your show. So here you are with the
last words, Angelie.

Speaker 6 (36:05):
Who is worse than an argument?

Speaker 5 (36:07):
Men or women?

Speaker 6 (36:08):
In my opinion, I want to say women are.

Speaker 3 (36:11):
Worse than an argument because we had a flick tones
for real quick with it.

Speaker 6 (36:15):
But in my opinion, men are worse with action.

Speaker 3 (36:19):
They do stuff to hurt people, but women say stuff
to hurt people.

Speaker 7 (36:24):
All right, I would like to sign the Life on
my husband seven, that character of nine years. I just
want to say, I love your baby, thank you for
always being there, being a leader, being the befoter, being
a mental for our kid. I can see everything you

Speaker 5 (36:48):
