Speaker 6 (02:38):
I've been keeping with the past that had my church
for about three years, sleeping with.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
The pastor for three years. Why aren't you guys like
together dating? Why is it a secret be married? Oh?
Speaker 7 (02:51):
Pastor sleep with other women all the time, don't they?
Speaker 6 (02:54):
That's not why they together? They together took I played.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
The drums, You play the drums?
Speaker 8 (03:00):
Get yeah?
Speaker 3 (03:01):
Yeah, see she the one that put him off for
me to play the drum. And that's why I see
doing what she's doing. That's because do you already know
if he made the wrong move on telling everybody.
Speaker 4 (03:12):
And you be playing his drums, don't you?
Speaker 3 (03:15):
Yeah, I gotta get there.
Speaker 1 (03:18):
But now what's going on here?
Speaker 4 (03:19):
This sounds like.
Speaker 3 (03:22):
I'm went the drummer at the church?
Speaker 4 (03:24):
Oh he playing? Oh he knocking both of y'all off?
Speaker 3 (03:26):
You know one that you know? Because let me tell y'all,
I had a church and current in the pastor.
Speaker 9 (03:34):
In the back.
Speaker 3 (03:36):
I pray about the whole situation. So now I got
to sleep with them both.
Speaker 1 (03:40):
You're sleeping with the drummer and the pastor. Are y'all
doing this all three together? Or is it separately? It's separately,
y'all might as well do it all together.
Speaker 6 (03:49):
I'm the head of the missionary board.
Speaker 9 (03:51):
Oh wow, you.
Speaker 7 (03:53):
Know, Praise the Lord, Praise the law, Raise the law.
Speaker 3 (03:58):
But he don't get up in that bedroom.
Speaker 1 (04:01):
Do you pray for forgiveness? Like what happens after that?
Speaker 5 (04:04):
We'll see?
Speaker 3 (04:05):
I'm single, he needs to be in every Sunday.
Speaker 1 (04:10):
Do you know his wife?
Speaker 6 (04:11):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (04:12):
I know, and you Sep and you're sleeping with him.
Man oh de w.
Speaker 10 (04:19):
Are you?
Speaker 1 (04:19):
Are you in love with the pastor?
Speaker 3 (04:21):
I don't know about that.
Speaker 4 (04:22):
Yeah, she's just knocking them off.
Speaker 1 (04:23):
And but it's been three years. It's all sleeping with them,
past the sleeper with the whole church pastor, now the
German sleeping with her, and now with the pastor.
Speaker 6 (04:33):
See, he may giving money, so.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
He's giving you churches money, I think.
Speaker 10 (04:39):
So.
Speaker 1 (04:39):
Hey, listen, that's where your ties are going. Praise the Lord.
Speaker 9 (04:44):
Jesus loves you, thank you.
Speaker 1 (04:46):
That's right, God loves us. All yeah, all right, thank you,
thank you.
Speaker 7 (04:54):
Y'all might as well all sleep with each other. Though
at the same time as what I'm.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Saying, that was a mess y'all right, Well that was
tell us a secret eight hundred and two ninety two
fifty one fifty. You all had some amazing secrets this year.
Let's make some great secrets for twenty twenty six as well.
It's way up.
Speaker 2 (05:09):
This is way up with Angela.
Speaker 1 (05:11):
Let's go. You are a media maving, right, you never
know what Ang's gonna say, say what's up? His way
up with Angela U and Cauzeem is here today and
look who's in the building.
Speaker 9 (05:22):
Whalle.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
How you feel intoday? I know you've been working hard.
Speaker 4 (05:26):
Yeah, man, I'm feeling good though.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
Doing all these interviews that I know you hate doing allegedly. Allegedly,
but I appreciate you for coming throughing out. The album's out,
and I know everybody's been telling you this, but it
still has to feel good. It's amazing.
Speaker 11 (05:40):
Thank you very much. I'm full of gratitude. Everybody was
showing a lot of love.
Speaker 1 (05:44):
But I know sometimes you don't feel that like sometimes
you feel like people kind of forget about you at
certain times and don't include you.
Speaker 4 (05:50):
I don't think about it like that, Nomore. I just
I deserve everything I do.
Speaker 1 (05:54):
The first all of the album, you started it off immediately,
let's get into you know me, I'm nosy. So when
I heard Conundrum first and foremost, I was like, Okay,
that's who he's really putting it out there. My babby
mother told her New Eyes, but she had to move on.
Speaker 11 (06:10):
I was like, why then, Nah, that how in New
York she's trying to be your wife?
Speaker 4 (06:14):
Then we're gonna fight. It puts you on that's the
price of this life. I pray for God to said, cool.
Speaker 1 (06:18):
Bam, did you give an opportunity for your your child's
mother to hear this first so she can be like
kind of a heads up?
Speaker 11 (06:25):
No, I mean, I mean I talked to her husband
like I talked like you know what I'm saying, but none
of them heard it. But like we're in a good place.
He's cool, We're good, like you get along good like
it ain't no never gonna be no disrespect like I don't.
I don't plan on having no nothing like that in
my life. Like I don't want none of that.
Speaker 1 (06:45):
I like that. Sometimes people don't don't want to talk
to the other person, but you do want somebody also
that's going to be around.
Speaker 11 (06:51):
You're weird at first, but you get I mean, if
you got good intentions, you know you can figure it out.
Speaker 1 (06:56):
Right now. With my guy Kazem and we're talking to
Lee about his new album, Everything is a lot on
the album you talk about your mom wants you to
get married, like have a wife and all of that.
I don't know if that's what you want.
Speaker 11 (07:08):
Yeah, I think sometimes I've been leaning more into it
like the past couple of years, the idea.
Speaker 1 (07:12):
Of it, because even for you letting your guard.
Speaker 11 (07:15):
Down, it's really hard to do with when you will
public figure and you gotta write music, and you gotta
tap into the different parts of your mind, your your past,
your trauma and put it all out to a lot
for somebody to do it. So and I know I'm
the problem. It's like most instances, it's hard to deal
with the artists.
Speaker 1 (07:33):
This is one thing that stood out to me where
you said passionate sex, but you don't cuddle. Can sex
be great if you don't love a person?
Speaker 4 (07:41):
The service.
Speaker 1 (07:45):
Listen, that was one of my favorite episodes of show.
We go back and revisit that. But I'm just saying, like,
as you get older, because I know when we're younger,
maybe the emotional Okay, are you really for how long
to get married? I don't know if I believe you
or not. I want to though, why would you make
that choice? I'm busy now, Blanco. We heard that song,
(08:19):
and so now that you're abstinent, right, what does that
mean for drinking as little as possible?
Speaker 4 (08:25):
I don't just be waking up like whiskey?
Speaker 10 (08:27):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (08:27):
Yeah, have different times that you're like, damn, what did
I do yesterday?
Speaker 9 (08:30):
Oh yeah, I already.
Speaker 4 (08:32):
Know I'm making this album. Like you know what I'm saying.
I made that song yesterday. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (08:38):
Lee is here and of course I have his good
friend and my friend Couzine with me too. We're talking
about his new album, Everything Is a Lot. Some people
are saying this is his best project yet. We'll talk
more to La when we come back. It's way up you,
way up with angela Ye more now, what's up his
way up with angela Ye. I'm here with Kazein and
(08:58):
we are talking to Wile. His new album Everything Is
a Lot is out right now. I can tell from
listening to this album the sequencing was really important to you.
So to close it out with that.
Speaker 12 (09:14):
Man outside, I saw somebody who wrote on social media,
I hate that wild At is going through so much,
but I do love the music.
Speaker 4 (09:26):
We can mar.
Speaker 11 (09:29):
My tears, water the flowers for thousands of need guard.
That's why I sit on problems.
Speaker 4 (09:35):
I know it's good. It's entertainment. My pain is entertainment.
It's good. It's cool. At least I can monetizer that
sounds dark though you're good though, right, there's a lot
I got. I got them sick into the gimmick.
Speaker 1 (09:47):
You know, power problems. You did say your power is
that you never need no one, and your problem is
you never need no one. That is an interesting way to.
Speaker 11 (09:55):
Put it to the brighter the light sort and onely
things get, you know, and that's why I value like
the real friendships that I do have.
Speaker 4 (10:03):
You know what I'm saying. I don't want to applaud
you for putting out an album and not this on anybody.
I feel like that's the thing for everybody.
Speaker 11 (10:11):
A few, but it feels like every anybody was just
on that album.
Speaker 4 (10:16):
They know exactly where they are.
Speaker 11 (10:18):
It's just for them fester and that pushing, pushing positivity.
Speaker 1 (10:24):
But you're always there for them still, right who.
Speaker 4 (10:29):
This is the reason.
Speaker 1 (10:32):
Right now with my guy Kazine and we're talking to
Yle about his new album, Everything is a lot And
the other thing I was going to say, we've seen
on the R and B and gospel charts AI artists.
I just interviewed the.
Speaker 4 (10:43):
Woman who we gotta unplug her. Man.
Speaker 1 (10:47):
You know what's interesting A.
Speaker 4 (10:50):
Heart surgeons or something something useful. I don't know, man,
there's an agenda. They don't need to sleep.
Speaker 11 (10:55):
They don't they have to rest their mentals, they don't
have to go through nothing. So they could just be
like turn albums for flock. Like you know what I'm saying,
Like there's no human emotion. We make up for it
to connect with other humans. I'm not connecting the robot.
Speaker 1 (11:08):
But I guess her point was that she wrote the songs,
it's her poetry.
Speaker 11 (11:11):
Then write writing for the song writing writing for somebody
who can really like.
Speaker 1 (11:16):
Like she got a three million dollars I believe that.
You don't believe it.
Speaker 4 (11:20):
She might. I don't know.
Speaker 11 (11:21):
I ain't trying to like talk down on the young
lady or nothing, but I'm like that sounds like something
like she.
Speaker 4 (11:26):
Gets a weekly check or something like I don't know
one of us. You want tour with a teller, a
little hologram or something like.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
Even in country, the number one song on the country
charts was an AI song too. We pulled it up
in here and it was was bad, That's.
Speaker 4 (11:43):
What I'm saying.
Speaker 11 (11:43):
And we were flying close to the sun now and
then we're gonna be in the j next next, next year,
it's gonna be Robot Angelie right there robot cast and
I'm like, here, you want to let this country?
Speaker 1 (11:53):
Look what you look over? We are now sitting here
talking to us.
Speaker 4 (11:56):
Yeah, Angelie, what do you think about I'll be the
only human in.
Speaker 1 (12:01):
This n I told you you can send your AI.
Speaker 4 (12:08):
You first.
Speaker 11 (12:10):
I'm the most unaiable person you could I'll got too
many styles.
Speaker 1 (12:13):
You don't know what he might do. Well, listen, I
appreciate you so much for coming through. Like I said,
it's always a pleasure to see you in the flesh.
Speaker 4 (12:21):
Thanks for having me. I appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (12:23):
Make sure y'all check out that for an interview on
my YouTube channel, Way Up with Ye and when we
come back, you have the way I mixed for you.
At the top of the hour, plus, we have mariy
Povich in the building. He's got a new podcast on
part with Maury Povich. We all love us some mari Povich.
It's way up, l.
Speaker 2 (12:39):
Whether it's relationship with career advice, Angela's dropping facts.
Speaker 1 (12:43):
Should this is aske what's up? His way up? And Angela, Yee,
I'm here with the award winning advice giving manos right
award winning and ladies. He's not feeling well so if
you see him showing some extra love. We have Nikki
on the line for ask ye what's up Nikki.
Speaker 6 (13:00):
With For a couple of years we were in a situationship.
So now I want to stop it and he's trying
to come back, and it's like, no, I'm not gonna
do that. So I'm just trying to figure out what
should I do. I know I want to keep him
as my friends.
Speaker 1 (13:18):
You think you could still be friends with somebody that
you had a situationship with that still wants to deal
with you.
Speaker 6 (13:24):
Yeah, we have been we have.
Speaker 4 (13:27):
That's where you're going wrong at What should I do?
Either let him hit or not?
Speaker 1 (13:32):
Yeah, there's no real in between right now. I think
you could only be friends like later on in life
when he's moved on, because it's kind of like a
little carrot right there that you're dangling in front of
a rabbit.
Speaker 6 (13:44):
Okay, well he's helped me around my house and stuff,
like my house to him?
Speaker 1 (13:49):
What so you're just using him?
Speaker 6 (13:52):
No? No, no, no no? What look in exchange? He
got something? You got something too.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
You want to be friends, you still need help around
the You're just not trying to let him hit no more. Right,
why don't you like him?
Speaker 6 (14:04):
I do like him, but I don't think he wants
to commitment.
Speaker 1 (14:08):
So you're saying, in other words, if you don't want
to commit, then I'm not giving you the box no more.
Speaker 6 (14:13):
Damn that's it.
Speaker 1 (14:14):
Well, you got to stick to it. Then if you
cut it off and he comes back around and it's like,
you know what, I really do like you, I really
do want to be with you, that's a whole nother story.
But and that's what.
Speaker 6 (14:24):
I'm waiting for him to do. And because he keeps
sending me stuff through Instagram, like how a woman should be,
how a wife should be, and all this stuff, but
you're not trying to commit or you know, do those things.
Speaker 1 (14:36):
Yeah, send him what a husband should be. You know,
sometimes you got to put your foot down and let
it be known. I am not going to just let
you do this. I know you helped me around the
house and stuff, but you're not going to just have
this and I'm looking for something more and you're not.
It doesn't work that way. It's got to work for everyone.
Speaker 6 (14:52):
Yes, I agree, I appreciate that.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
Listen, if he steps up, great, If he doesn't, that's
on him.
Speaker 6 (14:58):
Yep. You hit it right on the no.
Speaker 1 (15:00):
All right, well, good luck.
Speaker 6 (15:01):
And that's what I was doing. Okay. Can I shot
myself up?
Speaker 4 (15:05):
Of course?
Speaker 1 (15:05):
Nikki go ahead, okay, Lynn.
Speaker 6 (15:08):
It's on Instagram. It's Lenny's Cosmetic La n I Q.
Speaker 1 (15:13):
Okay, Lennie, all right, that's cute. I'm gonna go look
go looking.
Speaker 6 (15:17):
If you ever in Indianapolis and you need some makeup,
I got you. I do really good makeup.
Speaker 1 (15:23):
Look at you.
Speaker 5 (15:24):
You Q too?
Speaker 1 (15:24):
Okay, thank you for calling, Thank you?
Speaker 6 (15:27):
Okay, thank you bye.
Speaker 1 (15:28):
All right, Well that would have been good for Maury
to join in on that. But guess what when we
come back, No, Me and Mayo have Maury Povich here.
He's got a new podcast. It's called the On par
with a Maury Podcast. But when I tell you, he
is amazing to talk to. This man is eighty six
years old and you wouldn't believe it. It's way up
(15:48):
about to do this.
Speaker 2 (15:49):
One of lemos to tame this women in radio adio.
Speaker 8 (15:52):
We're talking about Angela here.
Speaker 2 (15:53):
You're way up with Angela.
Speaker 1 (15:55):
Ye, please believe that. What's up this way up with Angela?
Speaker 12 (15:58):
Yee?
Speaker 1 (15:59):
And Mayno's here with me right and this is amazing
because we had somebody that we can truly say is
a legend on the show. Today. Mary is here and
here you go. Welcome to the show.
Speaker 9 (16:09):
Good to see you.
Speaker 1 (16:10):
And I've been on The Moury Show before.
Speaker 9 (16:12):
I know you're amazing someone going on tape stuff.
Speaker 1 (16:14):
Sure it did. Yeah, just to be clear, that's what
I was thinking.
Speaker 9 (16:18):
Are you sure you weren't on the fraternity.
Speaker 1 (16:20):
To I don't have any kids.
Speaker 9 (16:26):
Hey, you don't want to come on our show now?
Speaker 7 (16:28):
I want to come on a new show, show show.
Speaker 9 (16:35):
There you go.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
And you know what I love about this is a
whole different side of Mariy Povish that we get to
see because I feel like we've watched you as a
true journalist, and then we've watched you host The Moury Show,
which had an amazing run of thirty one years. Thirty
one years.
Speaker 10 (16:49):
You were a kid, right and you were staying home
from school. You were thinking being so.
Speaker 7 (16:53):
I was going out to school, going around my building
waiting for my mother to go to work, and then
went back inside.
Speaker 1 (16:59):
Yeah I did, saying it.
Speaker 7 (17:00):
Was nobody was doing shows like this like what made
you come with the Live Detective Test, The eternity test,
right like what made you go in that area right there?
Speaker 10 (17:13):
I was always looking for stories that had drama and
had conflict and had most important a result, so that
the viewers knew at the end of the segment whether
they were the father or not, or whether this guy
was messing around on his significant other.
Speaker 1 (17:31):
Right now, I'm here with my guy Mana, and we're
talking to Maury Povich. You know, I saw your episode
with caramo Oh you're dead, yes, which was amazing, and
I saw you told him the element of surprise and
authenticity is really important when it comes to doing what
you do. And you didn't even know results ahead of time,
because that's.
Speaker 9 (17:49):
The best thing I ever said.
Speaker 4 (17:50):
You never knew the results.
Speaker 10 (17:51):
The first time we ever did the paternity show, the
producer was briefing me and she says, and the results.
I said, you know, I don't want to know because
if I knew something more then I would skew questions
because I knew the answer.
Speaker 9 (18:05):
So the whole.
Speaker 10 (18:06):
Inflection that ends up being the big iconic line, you
are the father or You're not the father, was because
I was as surprised as any of us.
Speaker 4 (18:17):
Cliffhanger every episode.
Speaker 1 (18:18):
And went through that.
Speaker 4 (18:22):
We just did this.
Speaker 1 (18:23):
Flash it back to some old episodes and I'm like,
they got the same mouth.
Speaker 9 (18:28):
How about this?
Speaker 10 (18:28):
How about when you put the picture of the baby
up so a guy would come in African America would
come in.
Speaker 9 (18:33):
He says, I will not be the father of that child.
Speaker 10 (18:35):
That child is a white child, you know, his picture
of a very light baby, and he ends up.
Speaker 7 (18:41):
Why did they always run though?
Speaker 10 (18:48):
Because either the guy you know, went crazy because he
thought he wasn't the father and he was, or the
woman found out that he wasn't the father and she
was sure he was the fires.
Speaker 1 (18:57):
Yeah, everybody's always sure and they feel humiliated or embarrassed.
The legend Maury Povich is here. He's got his own

I'm in a relationship.
Speaker 4 (19:33):

Speaker 1 (19:36):
Almost three years?
Speaker 10 (19:38):
Yeah, well he dated like seven years off and on
before we got married.
Speaker 1 (19:43):
That's so you guys were not exclusive? And about that
because then.
Speaker 9 (19:46):
You I mean yeah, I mean she was in l
a big star in l A and dating.
Speaker 4 (19:49):
All these.
Speaker 1 (19:53):
People thought she cheated, but it was really cheated.
Speaker 10 (19:59):
I I went out with, I went, Holy Jesus. And
then she say, you can't even remember the first names
of the people you go out, because that's what she
would tell me.
Speaker 1 (20:09):
She had some good ones, though, she had some big
ones lived Oh.
Speaker 11 (20:16):
Whoa name?
Speaker 1 (20:23):
Okay, guy, I mean big name.
Speaker 9 (20:26):
I don't know about those things. She was never that specific.
Speaker 1 (20:38):
I can't take him god, which I understanding.
Speaker 4 (20:42):
I was like, yeah, we wasn't going to be exclusive.
Speaker 1 (20:43):
When did you say it's time to lock it in?
No more of this? Who said that?
Speaker 4 (20:48):
First?
Speaker 10 (20:48):
I asked her she didn't want to get married. Two
months later she calls me up and she says, we
can get married.
Speaker 9 (20:54):
And I said, really, how come? She says, because I
found a dress.
Speaker 1 (20:58):
Oh that's all it.
Speaker 4 (20:59):

Speaker 7 (21:02):
Yeah, before it became a thing on social media.
Speaker 9 (21:05):
Yeah, well power has been turned off for.
Speaker 2 (21:08):
A long time.
Speaker 1 (21:18):
Right now, I'm here with my guy man out and
we're talking to Maury Povich. Now let me ask you this.
So what made you say it's time for me to
do this podcast?
Speaker 10 (21:26):
But too many people, I mean they started talking to
me about this thing, and I thought, well, nobody knows
about this other life of mine before the talk show.
So I said, okay, I'll try it. So we just
finished our first season. We'll get you guys on. We
would love to get you guys on, and by the way.
Speaker 9 (21:45):
Get you on to talk about the wedding. Absolutely got
the venue picked out, deposit it picked out. If you
see the future so specifically with the event, what's the
mate look like?
Speaker 4 (22:00):
Beautiful sense of humor?
Speaker 1 (22:02):
Bbl stop it?
Speaker 9 (22:04):
Have you have you ever ever met a person like that?
Speaker 1 (22:08):
In passing? I feel like, but I feel like everyone
that I met that was like that, Yeah, might have
been crazy.
Speaker 9 (22:14):
Crazy does not work in a marriage, you know.
Speaker 1 (22:16):
I will say. Mana likes to argue. I think it
gets him going, Like he'll come in here certain days
and he's on the phone arguing with somebody and he
loves it, like he'll be like, oh.
Speaker 4 (22:25):
My god, it's not crazy. That's a little control chaos,
like that.
Speaker 9 (22:30):
God controlled chaos of my show was chaos. Sometimes control.
Speaker 10 (22:39):
Don't encourage this Morrie controlled chaos.
Speaker 1 (22:46):
