Speaker 1 (00:01):
You are now Angelo what I call her?

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Yee A.

Speaker 3 (00:13):
Happy Friday, my guy A. Keen Woods is here with
me today, comedian extraordinair guest hosting.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
Also today we're gonna have some Morrison joining us. She
has a new single out right now called Center. You
know she's from Murphy's Borough. You know where that is.

Speaker 4 (00:29):
Okay, that's in Tennessee.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
But let's get the show started because speaking of Tennessee, Glorilla,
her album is out today. We have a feature five
with Glorilla for her new album Glorious.

Speaker 4 (00:41):
All right, let's get into it. It's way up.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
She's like the talk like a Angela Jean, like they
angela jee Man.

Speaker 5 (00:48):
She's spilling it all. This is yee te.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
Way up, all right as way up with Angela. Yee
I'm here akem Woods is here.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
What's up boo?

Speaker 3 (00:58):
Comedian extraordina yea. And let's get into some diddy stuff.
So his trial date has been set. It's going to
start May fifth. Talk about tomorrow of twenty twenty five.
Oh yeah, we'll be having to quila that day, so well,
you know. According to the Associated Press, his mother, Janis Colins,
and his children were present for his first appearance before

(01:21):
the judge who will preside over the case moving forward,
and it looks like they have a lot of information,
several terror bites. The prosecutors have shed light on all
of the discovery, including iCloud accounts, dozens of seas devices,
and the defense is claiming there were leaks of grand
jury information. So we shall see what happens with this.

(01:42):
But that's a lot of stuff, a lot of videos.
I'm hearing all kinds of things behind the scenes.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
May is a long time, you.

Speaker 4 (01:51):
Know, it gives the defense more time to prepare.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
So he's going to be jail, in jail the whole time.

Speaker 4 (01:56):
Yeah, he can't get out.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
I'm sure he's going to keep on chy to appeal
and trying to get out, but they so far have
said no.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
They talked about witness tampering. He's pushed back on that,
but it doesn't seem likely.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
Probably not.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
But they're saying that, you know, he shouldn't get any
special treatment because that'll make it worse for him if
he's in jail. And one reason for the push ford
on the issue is that they were hoping for a
trial date as soon as April or May, and so
it looks like they did get that, and he went
to speedy trial. He intends to request a trial date
in April or Mays, but they had said previously and
he got it. Meanwhile, the prosecutors are like, we're ready.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
When you're ready.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
That means they got they got they got some, they
got some, they.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
Have terror bites, and I know that his as far
as his side, they want to see what prosecutors have
because they haven't gotten everything yet, so they're looking forward
to going through that to.

Speaker 4 (02:51):
What of Oh my gosh, it's trafficking.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
It's you know, yeah, and there are underage claim as
well in that it's a WeGo on sex trafficking case.

Speaker 4 (03:03):
All right.

Speaker 3 (03:04):
Fifty cent is suing a celebrity jeweler for five million
dollars for using his likeness to sell knockoff chains. It's
Tracks NYC, and he made a series of TikTok posts
that appeared to suggest it fifty was affiliated with these chains.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
I want to meet fifties so bad.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
He's the pettiest person on the planet and I love
that for him.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
So there's one video that has a chain that's similar
to fifties diamond Cross and he says, we just jacked
your style. I know you watched my videos and now
I'm watching your iss and jacking your issh just like
you jocked my ish. And so I don't know what's
going on with this, but for the jeweler, he shouldn't
be coming at fifty if you know what we know.

Speaker 4 (03:40):
Yeah, and here's what Tracks have to say.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
You're fifty across is meant for forgiveness, redemption, forgiveness of sins, forgive, forget,
let it go.

Speaker 5 (03:51):
Brother?

Speaker 2 (03:52):
Wait is he asking for forgiven one?

Speaker 3 (03:54):
Yeah, because it's a cross so some of the things
that he's selling our crosses. And fifty cent said this
was a bad idea. You will regret doing this, I
promise on social media and Track said, Yo, don't you
got better things to worry about?

Speaker 2 (04:08):
You should know I fifty does not. He has no,
he doesn't. He's the pettiest person on the planet. He
has he You were.

Speaker 4 (04:15):
Dumb, Yeah, that was not a good idea. All right,
Well that is your ut.

Speaker 3 (04:18):
When we come back, we have about last night where
we discussed what we did last night. You and I
have been over here talking about love is blind.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
Yeah, I binged that last night.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
I'm caught up well, I had to give you some
behind the scenes information, and so we were just over
here really going through it. And you have some new
things to add to your group chat about Love is Blind?
But about last night is next. In the meantime, here's
your guy dra Nice for what it's way up?

Speaker 5 (04:46):
So about last night? Yes, I went down.

Speaker 4 (04:52):
All right his way up at Angela Yee.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
I'm here with comedian al Keen Woods but also lover
of Love is Blind?

Speaker 4 (04:58):
Girl, listen, listen.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
As soon as a new season on Netflix dropped, you
hit me up like I did.

Speaker 4 (05:03):
Yes, did you watch Love Is Blind?

Speaker 3 (05:04):
And I've been watching it, but I've been also like
trying to binge it but falling asleep waking up like
what happened? What's going on? But I have been watching it.
I see that a couple of things happening. Hannah is
dating a guy who lives in his mom's basement.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
Who low key. I think it's fine, but he does?

Speaker 4 (05:21):
You think he's fine?

Speaker 2 (05:22):
I think he's kind of hot. Yeah, I'm also lonely.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
So what do you think about him living in his parents'
basement and having progressed from living upstairs with them now
into the basement.

Speaker 2 (05:30):
Oh, he's a loser. I'm not going to sit here
and say he's not a loser, but you could be
a fine loser.

Speaker 4 (05:34):
Okay, that's a fact.

Speaker 3 (05:36):
Yeah, could you date somebody who lived in his mom's basement?
Oh and wanted you to move in there too?

Speaker 6 (05:44):
No?

Speaker 2 (05:44):
God, no, no, no, no, no no.

Speaker 3 (05:46):
And he doesn't know how to pay bills. They pay
his cell phone bill still, his parents still pay his
cell phone is twenty eight or something. Yes, that's not crazy.
They pay his cell phone bill.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
Yeah, he eats. I can't.

Speaker 3 (05:57):
And the fact that she's sitting there trying to walk
him through, like how to pay bills and how would
they split things up and how would you do this?

Speaker 4 (06:05):
It feels like a disaster.

Speaker 3 (06:07):
And I want to say, as a person who does
wealth Wednesday once a week, finances are one of the
top reasons that couples don't get together. But I had
to check you on something, IKEM.

Speaker 5 (06:16):
You did.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
But in my defense, I just believed him.

Speaker 3 (06:19):
And the person that we're talking about is Tyler. Yeah,
Tyler and Ashley. People were looking at them like they
were the ideal couple on Love is Blind until he
dropped this bombshell on her about having three kids, but
he claims to be a sperm donor.

Speaker 4 (06:34):
Listen to this as like three extra.

Speaker 7 (06:40):
Gigs and wild eating a single woman to come in
this area and fall out the guy who has three
sperm babies, sperm oiling babies is a lot to absorb.

Speaker 4 (06:53):
Now you told me, well, he's a sperm donor.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
He's not wrong, because I believe that the first of
all greatest lie ever told. I didn't even realize that
was a possibility for a lie, top tier lie, because
my dumb behind was like, yeah, that tracks makes sense.

Speaker 3 (07:09):
It's what you can't just scrub kids off your social
media and thinking no one's gonna know.

Speaker 4 (07:14):
And then I showed you.

Speaker 2 (07:15):
You showed me a compilation of him with his sperm babies.

Speaker 3 (07:18):
He's like literally with his son, like number one dad.
You know his son is wearing a ting tip. This
is number one Dad. He's got matching pajamas.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
Yeah, he is a top tier liar because I think it's.

Speaker 4 (07:31):
Thirty thousand dollars behind in child.

Speaker 1 (07:33):
Support wild which if you're a sperm donor, you can't
you don't know anything about the kids.

Speaker 4 (07:39):
Well, you're also not in pictures and celebrating holidays and.

Speaker 2 (07:42):
You're not in the kids' life. You just donated and
then that's it. There's usually no contact from it.

Speaker 4 (07:46):
But listen, this all brings up this topic.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
Normally we would be doing tell us a secret, But
I want to know what is the craziest lie someone's
ever told you? I just told you mine, Yes, and
it's a wild we'll talk about it when we come back.
But what's the crazy lies somebody's ever told you in
a relationship? Eight hundred two nine two fifty one fifty.
He has someone ever lied about being a sperm donor
but really had a whole family out here eight.

Speaker 4 (08:10):
Hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty. Let's turn me
up here we go up through.

Speaker 5 (08:15):
This is way up with Angela yee?

Speaker 4 (08:18):
What's up? His way up with Angela Yee.

Speaker 3 (08:19):
I'm here a keen Witz is here with me today
and we were talking about love is Blind and about
last night, and we found out that Tyler told a
crazy lie.

Speaker 2 (08:27):
Oh wild.

Speaker 4 (08:28):
He said that he's a sperm donor for three kids.

Speaker 3 (08:31):
For three kids. Turns out that is not true. He paid,
he has to pay child support in.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
He's a whole day.

Speaker 3 (08:36):
He had it all on his Instagram and scrubbed his page,
and we were talking about the craziest lie.

Speaker 4 (08:40):
Someone's ever told.

Speaker 3 (08:41):
I dated a guy when I was in college and
he had a kid, right, but lied to me about
how many he had.

Speaker 4 (08:47):
He actually had three. I thought he only had one.

Speaker 3 (08:50):
And while I was dating him, the baby mom was
pregnant with another kid, and he told me that she
was pregnant by his brother, but it turned out.

Speaker 4 (08:59):
To be his.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
He told you he was a different age, right.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
He also told me that he was twenty four, but
he was really twenty seven. He said he went to
jail for three years, and that was three years they
took from his life, so.

Speaker 2 (09:09):
He didn't count that. The creativity of these liars are.

Speaker 3 (09:12):
And the reason I found out is this guy that
was his friend told me, all right, well we want
to hear what the craziest last and whatever told you is, Amanda,
what's up? What's the craziest last someone ever told you?

Speaker 6 (09:22):
That he had effected me? And he really didn't.

Speaker 4 (09:25):
Why did he tell you that?

Speaker 6 (09:27):
And he was like a serial theater, and these women
that started coming out and it was really kind of wild.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
How at all do you think he told you that?
So he can so y'all can have sex? Yeah?

Speaker 6 (09:39):
Well that and he was getting multiple women frightened. I
guess to try to trap him.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
Oh dang.

Speaker 6 (09:44):
In Ohio, they had a website called Serial Teter.

Speaker 2 (09:47):
Oh, and he was a headliner on IT.

Speaker 5 (09:51):
Day.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
That's crazy wild.

Speaker 6 (09:55):
You want to know how I found out about it? Oh? Yes,
we're I'm on my way on a family vacation and
my son is like, I want to show you something,
but I don't want to ruin our vacation. And I'm like, okay,
what do you have? And he shows me a picture
of his best friend's mom with the dude on dating.

Speaker 4 (10:12):
And a baby.

Speaker 3 (10:13):
Oh best friend's mom.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
Your son is the MVP of this door. That's that's
why Amanda. Oh baby was.

Speaker 6 (10:27):
Like two months old.

Speaker 4 (10:29):
Thank you for calling.

Speaker 3 (10:31):
I'm so sorry. Yeah, hey, Dona, how are you?

Speaker 4 (10:39):
Hey? What's the biggest lie? Listen? I need you to
get right to it.

Speaker 3 (10:44):
Okay, what is the biggest lie somebody ever told you?

Speaker 8 (10:47):
So my daughter's day, he lied and told me that
he couldn't get on daughter because he had brain cancer.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
Wait what we were like, he couldn't have cussed of
your daughter?

Speaker 8 (11:01):
No, Like he couldn't. So we were going to Corey.
I was running, you know, physical custody. He was supposed
to get her every other weekend. Okay, well he told
me like I can get her this weekend. But yeah,
I'm gonna be going like back and forth to the
doctor because I have brain cancer.

Speaker 6 (11:17):
And I just looked at him.

Speaker 8 (11:18):
We're outside of the courtroom.

Speaker 1 (11:20):
Why would you Why would you liebout something that's so toxic, because.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
Also you can check him on the line. All you
have to do is like, okay, show me the doctor
note or whatever.

Speaker 6 (11:31):
Come with you.

Speaker 8 (11:31):
I didn't even engage. And that was literally ten years ago.
Our daughter turns well and he still ain't.

Speaker 3 (11:38):
Oh my gosh, you gotta be a piece of it
to lie about brain.

Speaker 4 (11:42):
Cancer that's so toxic you didn't even entertain it. It's crazy.

Speaker 1 (11:46):
That is hilarious. Sometimes people just lie. That's so much
that they just it's on autopilot.

Speaker 8 (11:51):
And that was wrong, that's exactly and that's exactly what
it was. And he was on autopilot. And I was
just looking at him.

Speaker 4 (11:57):
Like and he's like, he's still here, brain can.

Speaker 2 (12:02):
He's still here? Five more.

Speaker 6 (12:07):
So?

Speaker 8 (12:08):
Now he has thank you, and take care of whoever
I guess I don't know.

Speaker 4 (12:13):
Well, thank you for calling.

Speaker 3 (12:14):
I'm sorry that all right, Well that was you guys
calling in and telling your stories about the craziest lies
someone's ever told you. Anyway, when we come back, we
have your yee tea, and let's talk about Kaylin Nicole.
That is Travis Kelsey's ex girlfriend who he dated before
Taylor Swift. She went on Angel Reese's podcast and will

(12:35):
tell you what she had to say about the Swifties.

Speaker 4 (12:38):
It's way up.

Speaker 5 (12:40):
Off this spot. Let's get it. Angela's feeling that yea tea.
Come and get the tea.

Speaker 4 (12:45):
It's way up at Angela.

Speaker 5 (12:46):
Yee.

Speaker 4 (12:46):
I'm here.

Speaker 3 (12:47):
Comedian al Keen Wedds is here with me more than
just a comedian though, I am all around.

Speaker 2 (12:52):
Great person, all around great person.

Speaker 4 (12:55):
All right, well let's get into some yea tea.

Speaker 3 (12:57):
Martha Stewart apparently she does have a documentary coming out.

Speaker 2 (13:01):
I didn't wait to see it.

Speaker 3 (13:02):
It's called Martha, and it's coming out on October thirtieth,
so you don't have to wait too long. It's going
to be on Netflix. And the trailer is really funny.
All right, here is is this a trailer?

Speaker 2 (13:11):
Say in the N word.

Speaker 4 (13:12):
No, here it is.

Speaker 9 (13:14):
She was preposterously perfect, perfect, perfect little pattern, perfect perfect
perfect perfect things look fabulous, But are they?

Speaker 5 (13:22):
Young women, listen to my advice.

Speaker 4 (13:23):
You're married and your husband starts to cheat on you,
he's a piece.

Speaker 5 (13:27):
Get out of that marriage. Didn't you have an affair
early on?

Speaker 10 (13:31):
Yet?

Speaker 4 (13:31):
But I don't think Andy ever knew about that.

Speaker 3 (13:34):
You never knew, so it didn't happen. She was married
to Andrew back in nineteen sixty one. They had your daughter, Alexis, who,
by the way, used to work down the hall for
me as serious nice and they got divorced after almost
thirty years of marriage.

Speaker 2 (13:48):
And so because she was, she she's going.

Speaker 3 (13:49):
To share a lot more about her personal life, including
remember when she went to federal prison.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
I do remember that, so this should be good. Wait,
is Martha Student the one who said that word? That's
not her?

Speaker 5 (13:58):
No?

Speaker 4 (14:00):
What was her name again? The black hair? Huh?

Speaker 10 (14:03):
No?

Speaker 2 (14:03):
It was a cooking lady.

Speaker 3 (14:05):
Yeah, she she was a cook. You remember, like, have
you said black hair?

Speaker 6 (14:09):
No?

Speaker 2 (14:10):
What was your name? It wasn't my bad, Martha. I'm sorry, baby,
I thought it was. It wasn't you. I apologize.

Speaker 4 (14:16):
Martha Stewart, she like lost everything. Yeah, he tell us
her name.

Speaker 2 (14:20):
It was a fat cook. No, she was a famous
fat cook. Paula Deine. It was Pauladine. My bad, Brook,
My bad.

Speaker 4 (14:27):
Martha's on the board.

Speaker 2 (14:29):
Yeah, yeah, all the Dean's the racist. Well, my bad
Martha put that on Martha. I take that joke back.
I apologize Martha all right now.

Speaker 3 (14:36):
Travis Kelsey's ex. I hate that she has to be
known as Travis Kelsey's ex.

Speaker 2 (14:41):
He's a whole woman.

Speaker 3 (14:42):
But she recently was a guest on Angel Reese's show,
Unapologetically Angel, and she talked about Kelsey moving on with Teleostoff.
And I feel like Kayla does not like to discuss
this at all period. I mean, listen, Travis Kelsey and
Caylen Nicole used to be on the blogs. We used
to be like, get the two of them together. That's
so cute, but a cute couple. Then he went full
white and got with Taylor Swift.

Speaker 2 (15:03):
They always do.

Speaker 3 (15:04):
And here's what she had to say about the Swifties
harassing her.

Speaker 11 (15:08):
I would be lying if I said that that level
of hate doesn't impact me. It does even to this day.

Speaker 4 (15:16):
So you still experience it.

Speaker 12 (15:17):
Oh yeah, well what was the reason.

Speaker 11 (15:19):
I think that there's something about that level of fame
that attracts crazy people, and it's unfortunate because I've never
done anything to warn that kind of backlash.

Speaker 4 (15:30):
She also said that moving forward, she's going to keep
her love life private.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
Mediocre white women like to stand together. Taylor's was mediocre.
Her fan base is mediocre, so they like to Really.

Speaker 4 (15:44):
Swift is killing it out here, is killing it.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
I just want them to.

Speaker 1 (15:48):
I just want I'm gonna calling mediocre because I want
hate Maywood the Instagram, the interactive, tell.

Speaker 2 (15:55):
Me how you hate me. I actually think Taylor rhythm,
but for the algorithms, he's trash.

Speaker 3 (15:59):
Okay, al right, well that is your Yet when we
come back, we have under the radar. These are the
stories that are flying under the radar, but you definitely
need to know about it. In the meantime, I want
to dedicate this on to a keen Widge, to Rihanna
with rude boy.

Speaker 5 (16:13):
This in the news that relates to you. These stories
are flying under the radar, all right.

Speaker 4 (16:18):
As way ye put Angela yee, I'm here, a keen
Widge is here.

Speaker 2 (16:21):
What's that booze?

Speaker 3 (16:22):
I'm TD Bank plag guilty and agreed to pay over
one point eight billion dollars in penalties.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
I owe them so much money. Good good for TD Bank.

Speaker 3 (16:30):
So apparently this is three point one billion dollars in
fines also for money laundering of fentanyl, trafficking and telling.

Speaker 2 (16:40):
Yes, indeed, okay, I'm not gonna pay back my loan.

Speaker 4 (16:43):
You think so, girl, No, if they can, if they can.

Speaker 3 (16:46):
Line with money soaking, I'm paying the bag, all right,
So just get ready for that.

Speaker 4 (16:51):
And yes, maybe now you can barter with TD.

Speaker 2 (16:54):
Well I wasn't gonna pay now anyway, but now definitely not.

Speaker 3 (16:56):
Gonna pay all right now, elon musk and build three
new Tesla high tech products, including a surprise autonomous passenger van.
This was at an event that happened in California last night.
So they have this robovan that can transport a lot
more people. It was at one hour delay before it started,
but it was called the Wee Robot events, and people

(17:17):
were given a close up introduction to two of Tesla's
latest creations. And this is all well, you know, people
are very into these cyber trucks and everything. But I agree,
there's the Robotaxi. That's called the cyber cab. So it's
a cyber truck like light bar in the front, there's
a you know, apparently it navigates through places on its own.

(17:40):
And you know who was there two chains and he
was testing things out. He was talking to one of
the robots. And here's what that interaction sounded like.

Speaker 2 (17:48):
Nice to meet you.

Speaker 6 (17:50):
What's your name?

Speaker 2 (17:52):
My name is Tony.

Speaker 5 (17:55):
Nice to meet you too, buddy. Can you play basketball?
Can you shoot like jump shots me? One day?

Speaker 6 (18:01):
I'll teach you. I'll teach you really.

Speaker 4 (18:03):
Yeah, awesome, it sounds like good.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
Oh dude, it just sounds it sounds like a oh.
I don't like it. They're supposed to sound robot. That
sounded way too humane.

Speaker 3 (18:14):
Well, the cyber cab is gonna be thirty thousand dollars
about about thirty thousand dollars apiece, and it's gonna cost
about twenty cents a mile to operate. So the self
driving taxis will be rolled out before twenty twenty seven,
according to Elon Musk. And yeah, the idea is to
make them available through Tesla's own app, where you could

(18:35):
have rent out a whole fleet of these driver lists.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
It's like we didn't watch our Robot and all these
other movies that were just like, hey, technology is gonna
kill all humanity.

Speaker 2 (18:45):
And it was like, yeah, you're right, but.

Speaker 3 (18:48):
What you heard was also Tesla's Optimus robots. And so
they expect these faceless robot helpers to cost less than
a car down the line of twenty to thirty thousand,
so that anybody can own one. That's not that cheap.
I mean, so it can do anything you want. It
can be a teacher, it can babysit your kids if
you it can walk your dog, mow your lawn, get
the groceries. It can serve drinks. It can also just

(19:11):
be your friend. You know, there's a lot of people
out there that don't have a lot of friends.

Speaker 1 (19:14):
Yeah, it's gonna turn into it's gonna turn into more
than a friendship.

Speaker 2 (19:18):
I don't know if I can say what I want
to say on the radio, but.

Speaker 4 (19:20):
It's gonna turn you think, see how you think.

Speaker 2 (19:23):
No, that's not just me. That's how it's going to
be there.

Speaker 4 (19:25):
That'll be good because then you won't be engaging in
risky behavior.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
No, I'm gonna risk it all I'm doing. I am
not doing nothing with a robot.

Speaker 3 (19:31):
I'm gonna risk it all that's TD from a robot. No,
that's embarrassing.

Speaker 2 (19:38):
It could probably be a new one, a new type SDD.

Speaker 3 (19:40):
It will be something that can survive on metal. All right, well,
that is you're under the radar now, you know. We
got the Way Up mixed at the top of the
hour plus tomorrow Sin is gonna be joining us. She
has a new single out called Ciner right now. Dope
that she's here the day that Glorilla's album comes out,
because they're both from Tennessee. By the way, it's way
up ways like the.

Speaker 4 (20:00):
Like a Angela Jean Man.

Speaker 5 (20:02):
She's spilling it all. This is yet way off.

Speaker 3 (20:07):
All right as way up with Angela Yee. I'm Angela Yee.
And of course my friend a Qim Witch's hair guest
hosting with me today.

Speaker 2 (20:13):
What's up? What up?

Speaker 4 (20:15):
All right? Now, let's get into this yet.

Speaker 3 (20:18):
You guys know there is going to be this Chris
Brown documentary that's coming out.

Speaker 4 (20:24):
Oh you to hear about this?

Speaker 3 (20:25):
Well, one of the women that's accusing him of abuse
posted on social media and revealed herself. She said, liar
cloud Chase a ridiculous. Are just some of the things
I have heard over the years since I decided to
tell what happened to me. I'm not sure if I'm
psychologically ready to face the consequences of appearing in this documentary,
including financial consequences since I signed a non disclosure agreement,

(20:47):
but I couldn't pass on the opportunity to let people
know what I went through and tell my side of
the story. Several women agreed to participate and share their story,
so we all went through a similar situation. We can't
be against domestic violence and simply ignore some cases, or
even worse, blame the victim. This is an investigative documentary
in which I provided some evidence from the facts that
happened with me back in twenty sixteen. I can't say

(21:09):
much now, but please watch it when it airs on
October twenty seven.

Speaker 2 (21:12):
Where's the air on?

Speaker 4 (21:13):
It's like Discovery, I d damn. I know, so a
lot of people.

Speaker 2 (21:18):
I've seen also breaking the NDA.

Speaker 4 (21:20):
That's wild, Yeah, she said.

Speaker 3 (21:21):
The consequences of that is going to be because a
lot of people do have NDAs and then we see
them talking. But it's called the history of violence on
investigation Discovery.

Speaker 2 (21:33):
That's what the that's what the documentary is called, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (21:35):
Wild, And the same person who did quiet on set.

Speaker 2 (21:40):
Yeah Yeah, is doing this one. Oh did you see
quote on set?

Speaker 4 (21:45):
I saw snippets of it. I haven't watched the whole thing.

Speaker 2 (21:47):
A lot. Wow, it was a lot. Well.

Speaker 3 (21:50):
This is id's third annual No Excuse for Abuse campaign,
and so I guess this is the target. I see
a lot of people who are like, leave Chris Brown alone.
What he did was in the past. I don't know
what's in this documentary yet, but I do know this
woman has come forward and is revealing herself and sharing
her story. I know that has to be something that's
difficult to do too, because people gonna hate you.

Speaker 1 (22:12):
People are definite gonna hate you. She could have I
feel like she could have opted to be anonymous, but I.

Speaker 3 (22:15):
Guess, well, she's on the documentary, so I know they
could have did the face blur thing.

Speaker 12 (22:19):
Right.

Speaker 4 (22:20):
Look, for whatever reason, she's okay with people knowing who
she is.

Speaker 2 (22:23):
More power to her.

Speaker 4 (22:25):
Yes, all right now.

Speaker 3 (22:26):
Northwest did an interview for Interview magazine. Her mom interviewed her.
Kim Kardashian, what'd you say that's dumb?

Speaker 2 (22:34):
No, shade to Northwest.

Speaker 1 (22:35):
She's eleven eleven interviewed her for what How's it like
being born into money and being like.

Speaker 4 (22:41):
Those are interesting questions.

Speaker 2 (22:42):
I guess let her be a kid can be a.

Speaker 3 (22:44):
Magazine always says these celebrity on celebrity interviews. So she
talked about her favorite style right now. She said, I
like streetwear in the nineties, Tyler the Creator, my dad
and me. And when asked about her favorite class, she said,
I don't like school, and she said, I like my
art class is very annoying. My favorite class is probably Latin.
I had to take Latin when I was younger too,

(23:05):
and I will tell you that's what made me good
at English and definitions and spelling nice because it's the
etymology of all the words.

Speaker 1 (23:11):
Come from Latin Latin. Because I was in Florida and
that is not in Florida, I.

Speaker 3 (23:16):
Got no type of education because right now you're definitely
gonna learn no black history in Florida.

Speaker 4 (23:22):
Nope, all right now.

Speaker 3 (23:24):
Kim Kardashian then asked Northwest, who are your favorite three artists?
She said, not in order, but Taler the Creator, you know,
Miles and Nicki mano oh yay, and then she said,
what do you do to help other people? She said,
spread the gospel, tell them about God and how problems
get solved, that they follow His word in his way.

Speaker 4 (23:42):
So child, all.

Speaker 3 (23:44):
Right, and lastly, I just want to say that Kamala
Harris is on the cover of Vogue magazine. It says
the candidate for Our Times vice President, Kamala Harris. All right,
well that is your yet when we come back, it's
a Friday, so you know there's new music out today.

Speaker 2 (23:59):
Music.

Speaker 4 (24:00):
Let's talk about an artist.

Speaker 3 (24:01):
That hasn't put out an album in four years, but
she's got a lot of guest appearances and right now,
here's sold the boy kiss me through the.

Speaker 5 (24:07):
Phone, whether it's relationship with career advice, Angela's dropping facts.

Speaker 4 (24:15):
This is what's up, its way up with Angela.

Speaker 3 (24:18):
Yee, I'm here, and comedian Akeem Woods is here with
me today.

Speaker 4 (24:22):
It's a billionaire comedian.

Speaker 2 (24:24):
Please don't tell you that lie.

Speaker 4 (24:26):
We got to put it in the atmosphere.

Speaker 2 (24:27):
Yeah, put it in an atmosphere. Yeah. Kevin Hart got
the same amount of money.

Speaker 4 (24:30):
And we have asked you. We have Shave Butter on
the line. What's up, shave butter? Baby?

Speaker 6 (24:35):
Hey, girl, How you doing.

Speaker 4 (24:38):
I'm good? How are you?

Speaker 6 (24:40):
Oh good? I really need stuff though, like for real.

Speaker 4 (24:44):
All right, we're listening, so I.

Speaker 6 (24:46):
Have to baby daddy right, yeah as well? Okay, but
he's so boing, like all you want to do is fush.
All you want to do is a couple of trains?

Speaker 4 (24:59):
Are you?

Speaker 2 (25:01):
Let me ask you this though? Is he boring in
the bedroom too?

Speaker 6 (25:05):
You could kill? He ain't had a phase.

Speaker 3 (25:07):
You can't kill.

Speaker 4 (25:08):
Okay, he's just nice and settled in.

Speaker 3 (25:10):
Okay, So talk about your baby daddy, brother, my.

Speaker 6 (25:13):
Man, my mayor my man, like I can't do with him,
but like, financially he takes care of me. He always
you don't tell how to drive me out wherever I
want to go. He takes care of me, you know
what I mean. He pay my bills like, he do
all of that. But we can't get because he treated
so mad so much. And I could do with myel.

Speaker 4 (25:33):
Oh yeah, listen.

Speaker 3 (25:35):
As exciting as that can be, and all of that,
it doesn't sound like it's a good mental situation. And
physically even the danger of him bringing something to you,
you know, getting you a STD that's always scary too,
And then you're probably always getting into it with other women.

Speaker 2 (25:49):
Let me ask you a question. How please? I hope
this is rude. How old are you?

Speaker 6 (25:53):
Oh? Boy? You want the truth from thirty four? Baby?
I need to stop.

Speaker 2 (25:57):
Okay, God done? Yes, you already know you are thirty four.
I'm thirty three. I get it. Your face is done.
Sit down with your born man and live your little dreams.

Speaker 4 (26:07):
I want to say a couple of things here.

Speaker 3 (26:09):
Even though you don't like to argue and do a
lot of that, have women hit you up and been like,
you know, I'm messing with him?

Speaker 6 (26:14):
And no, because the kind of girls he talks to,
they're like real quiet, they like nurses and CNA's and
you know those kind of face.

Speaker 4 (26:25):
How do you know about it?

Speaker 6 (26:26):
Yeah? I know you worked for the LBI, but.

Speaker 4 (26:30):
Y'are not together, so technically he can do what he.

Speaker 6 (26:32):
Was exactly and I'm fily I'm a problem toxic.

Speaker 5 (26:37):
Yeah, I know, girl.

Speaker 2 (26:39):
We could tell.

Speaker 3 (26:40):
Okay, So what would you do if your man found
out that you were still messing with your ex and
broke up with you?

Speaker 4 (26:46):
Would you be devastated?

Speaker 6 (26:48):
It wasn't. I couldn't do nothing, But like you know
what you like? You are easily on a problem. Then
I don't try to. Let's take a great let's I
need to figure me out, you know, get me together.

Speaker 2 (26:59):
You know it sounds like y'all just need an open relationship.
Open it up so you could be a freak on
the weekend.

Speaker 4 (27:04):
While he's fishing.

Speaker 2 (27:05):
Yeah, I want to be on she's thirty four.

Speaker 4 (27:10):
She want to finish that phase. Yeah. Do you love
this man? This is my question? Do you love your man?

Speaker 6 (27:19):
No?

Speaker 2 (27:21):
Okay, bye, we don't answer. Leave him. I love you,
leave him, enjoy your.

Speaker 4 (27:25):
And if you, if you at least like him, don't
do that to him.

Speaker 3 (27:28):
Don't let him be trapped in a relationship with somebody
that doesn't even love him.

Speaker 4 (27:32):
Let him go out and be.

Speaker 3 (27:33):
Free like a bird, go with the fishes and find
real love.

Speaker 2 (27:37):
Let him find a boring woman.

Speaker 5 (27:38):
Girl.

Speaker 6 (27:39):
Oh lordy' all right, I need to take this about
and I pray about it. He listens to y'all right now,
I hope you listening. I really hope you listening.

Speaker 4 (27:46):
Because you have a very distinctive Well listen.

Speaker 1 (27:48):
If you are listening, man, it's over. Go read books
with somebody else. Okay, I like books, by the.

Speaker 4 (27:54):
Way, all right, thank you girls.

Speaker 10 (27:56):
Bye.

Speaker 3 (27:57):
All right, Well that was ask ye eight himes. You're
two nine two fifty one fifty. If you couldn't get through,
you could leave a message. Will answer your question that way.
And when we come back, tomaras Sin is here. Her
new song Sinner is out right now. May sure y'all
check that out. But you're gonna love this interview with her.
She's definitely up and coming.

Speaker 2 (28:15):
No Bego's famous women in radio Vidio.

Speaker 5 (28:20):
We're talking about Angela Ye. You're way up with Angela yee.
Please believe that.

Speaker 4 (28:24):
What's up? His way up with Angela Ye?

Speaker 3 (28:26):
I'm here in Jasmine Brand is here with me and
tomaras Sin is here representing a place I've never been to.
Murphresborough is go.

Speaker 12 (28:36):
Yeah, you even said it little bit to ask me
murree Borough.

Speaker 4 (28:38):
Yeah, Murphy's bor Tennessee.

Speaker 6 (28:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (28:42):
And you also your voice sounds already like you're a singer.

Speaker 4 (28:45):
Yeah, yeah, like you have that voice, she has that
what do you do that?

Speaker 1 (28:50):
Right?

Speaker 4 (28:50):
Yes, he's like most got young, you know, and I see.

Speaker 3 (28:55):
I see a lot of people giving you the code
signs too, so that has to feel good. Who was
the first person that say retweeted you or posted you
that you were like, oh my god, I can't believe this.

Speaker 12 (29:06):
Probably erkabado and you get.

Speaker 3 (29:07):
The Erica Baddoo kind of like genre type of thing
where people like she's like kind of like when they
try to figure out how to categorize you or describe you,
they'll be like, she's a.

Speaker 9 (29:17):
Combination of yeah, this, that and the third and yeah,
I get not as much as I get a lot
of others. I get Ladybug Mecca a lot, which was like, yeah, yeah,
I like that.

Speaker 4 (29:30):
I wouldn't have thought of that, Okay.

Speaker 12 (29:31):
Yeah. Yeah. So those are probably like two of my
favorite okay comparisons that I get it now.

Speaker 3 (29:36):
I got to ask you, how do you know how
to freestyle the way that you do. Was it something
you've been doing since you were young, knowing that one
day you want to be an artist?

Speaker 12 (29:42):
Absolutely not.

Speaker 9 (29:43):
I started making music in college, so I started making
music to the other nineteen I had no idea that
this is what I wanted to do. But with the
freestyle stuff, y'all want to know, my greatest secret is
that I write. I started in poetry and open mic
slam poetry and things like that, and I like to
think I think too hard to you.

Speaker 3 (30:04):
Don't know what you might say exactly if you do
be saying some stuff, yeah, unfiltered.

Speaker 4 (30:09):
I can't even imagine what that might be.

Speaker 5 (30:10):
Like.

Speaker 9 (30:11):
I'm like, I'm like, I get too nervous to like
go on like a sway in the morning and try
to freestyle.

Speaker 4 (30:15):
But but you were so you were a poet first.

Speaker 12 (30:18):
I was a poet first.

Speaker 4 (30:19):
I can see that.

Speaker 3 (30:21):
Right now, I'm talking to Murphrey's Borough, Tennessee's own some marrasin.

Speaker 4 (30:26):
She's got a new single eight right now called Sinner.

Speaker 3 (30:29):
Alicia Keys also gave you the co sign, so she
posted fresh.

Speaker 12 (30:35):
Man, which is wild not I posted a picture that.

Speaker 3 (30:40):
I was like yesterday before you came here in here
the video center just came out, so we had a
chance to watch that. First of all, I love that
song because it's very like cheeky. Is that a good word.

Speaker 4 (30:51):
Yeah, that's a good word.

Speaker 12 (30:52):
That's a good word. I'm propping some some issue, you
know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (30:56):
So where did that come from? Because it feels like you.

Speaker 3 (30:58):
It's kind of like a I can't please anybody, so everybody,
so I'm gonna just do me and whatever you want
to think about me.

Speaker 4 (31:04):
It's all good.

Speaker 12 (31:05):
That's exactly what it is.

Speaker 9 (31:06):
I always say, like, if you take it too many
grades of salt, then you're gonna end it with highchlesterol.

Speaker 12 (31:11):
So like keeping he's a poet, ladies cheriot.

Speaker 9 (31:15):
Keeping opinions at day. I feel like we have to
learn that. Like I'm sure there was a point too
in your career with.

Speaker 4 (31:20):
All the lime.

Speaker 3 (31:21):
Yeah, there's some people who are like me, some people
who won't, and there's nothing I could really do about it,
Like when I'm gonna do sit here and worry about it,
just keep doing my thing. And I think when you're
able to look at certain markets of success, like who
can say I had nas post me, I had Alicia Keys,
I had Erica Bado say this, I'm my tour with
Isaiah Rashad, I got my project coming out. People love me.

(31:42):
I'm two million views on my you know freestyle. A
lot of people will never be able to say that,
and people who have criticisms about that a lot of
times it's people who are not really happy with what
they have going on in life, and it makes people
feel better about themselves.

Speaker 4 (31:56):
Sometimes to partici say.

Speaker 3 (31:58):
Something negative so Jasmine is an EmPATH and so am I.

Speaker 4 (32:02):
So we just feel bad for that people.

Speaker 9 (32:04):
Yeah, exactly, Well, actually that's the only way to do it,
all right.

Speaker 3 (32:08):
Samaras Sin is here with us. She's got a new
EP coming out on October twenty fifth. It's called The
Drive Home, and we have more with her when we
come back.

Speaker 4 (32:17):
Ye ye yee is.

Speaker 2 (32:18):
But you all been waiting for Oh you're.

Speaker 5 (32:21):
Tapped in the way up with Angela ye what's up?

Speaker 3 (32:24):
His way up with Angela yee and I am talking
to up and coming artists Samaras Sin. She's got a
new EP, the Drive Home, coming out October twenty fifth.

Speaker 4 (32:31):
When did you realize this was going to be a
viable career for you?

Speaker 12 (32:35):
Probably this year was the first year.

Speaker 3 (32:37):
Really, Yeah, because they've been doing write uts on you
for years now. They're talking about She's up next, She's
the next thing. This is who you should be watching.
So even then you weren't too confident that this was
going to happen.

Speaker 10 (32:50):
No.

Speaker 9 (32:50):
I was appreciative, but I wasn't where I wanted to be.
I guess what felt viable to me more so was like, Okay,
I don't have to have a job, anymore.

Speaker 4 (32:59):
Okay, Okay, I can you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (33:02):
This is your job, yeah, exact job.

Speaker 9 (33:04):
Yeah, but it doesn't feel like work, right, which, Yeah,
how that never goes away?

Speaker 12 (33:09):
How that never goes away?

Speaker 1 (33:10):
You know.

Speaker 3 (33:10):
We also cannot deny the fact you're a beautiful young woman,
and some people will say that's a detriment when it
comes to being in this business because sometimes people approach
you in a different way, or sometimes they'll doubt your
talent because they'll be like, oh, it's just because she's cute.

Speaker 2 (33:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (33:25):
I think that's like being a woman in general, and
maybe in any industry. Low key, but I think like
there are people that are going to write you off immediately,
and there are people that are not going to have
your best interests at heart.

Speaker 12 (33:38):
There are people that are going to be against you
and not for you.

Speaker 9 (33:41):
And I feel like, as a person with situational awareness,
like you have to learn how to receive things and
like when to know that this is not the place
for you. I've definitely had some weird situations that I've
had to wead through, but those situations had to happen
for me to be in these like bigger rooms and
be like that the red flag, like I know not

(34:01):
to come into space anymore, or this person actually seems
very genuine, but let me vet first, you know what
I'm saying.

Speaker 12 (34:08):
And I feel like as a person, you have to
be aware of those things.

Speaker 9 (34:12):
It doesn't matter like man, women pretty, unconventionally pretty, whatever,
but I think like those are because you have to
look out for just in general.

Speaker 3 (34:21):
Right now, I'm talking to Murphrey's Borough, Tennessee's own Samarasin.
She's got a new single out right now called Center
and the Drive Home as the name of the EP.
Why the Drive Home.

Speaker 9 (34:33):
The Drive Home is and has been my journey to
like my truest self. Also, I make super till music,
so like you listen to it on the drive okay,
not on the drive there, And it's kind of like
a double aunt a drill, but but yeah, it's just
about self acceptance.

Speaker 12 (34:49):
This is an EP.

Speaker 9 (34:50):
It's ten songs, it's only twenty minutes long. It's just
like a foundation of what I can do. I feel
like I've led with a lot of rap and this
is a little bit deeper into like experimental. So I'm
singing on it. I'm doing soul stuff. I'm doing alternative stuff.
I'm rapping of course, and so I think it's like
a full, like well rounded introduction to like this is

(35:13):
what I'm going to be doing from now on.

Speaker 4 (35:15):
All right with this, we're excited for it.

Speaker 3 (35:16):
Every We can't wait to hear October twenty fifth, the
drive home that EP is gonna be out.

Speaker 4 (35:21):
But we appreciate you so much.

Speaker 3 (35:23):
Honestly, this was a great refreshing conversation and I can't
wait till you come back after this is out and
after we learned the exciting news about the tour that's
coming up.

Speaker 9 (35:32):
Yeah, I appreciate you guys so much. When they told
me about even like being able to come here home, was.

Speaker 5 (35:36):
Like, are you keep me?

Speaker 12 (35:38):
Like Angelie like what Hei?

Speaker 9 (35:40):
Yeah, So this is a really cool experience, even kiddies,
to meet you and having this conversation. I appreciate you
having interest in what I've gone on.

Speaker 4 (35:47):
So no, thank you.

Speaker 3 (35:48):
Listen, we love to see the potential and what something's
about to be, and we see it up here, so
you know, not to just talk, but you are up next.

Speaker 12 (35:55):
So y'all heard that I got angelouykos On.

Speaker 2 (35:57):
So that for the bio.

Speaker 3 (35:59):
Now, all right, you can watch that full interview with
Samarasen on my YouTube channel Way Up with You and
when we come back.

Speaker 4 (36:08):

Speaker 5 (36:10):
