Welcome to the first ever Workout Wednesday podcast. Now, if
you stumbled upon here by accident, hopefully stay a while.

I'm not sure I got here, but thank you. My
name is Anthony. You can normally find me Monday through Friday,
six am two ten am on Power I co host
a morning show with my co host and very good friend,
Carla Marie. But back when I was working in New
York work with Elvis ran in the morning show, I
started this video series called Workout Wednesday, and the whole

point of that was to show people that no matter what,
you think about fitness. No matter what preconceived notions you have,
there's a workout out there, or there's an activity out
there that you're going to love and you're gonna want
to do, and by doing that, by finding something you like,
you'll have a healthier and your happier life. So I
decided recently, why not make that a podcast. Why not

find some of the best fitness experts, So the best
wellness and health and diet experts, get them on a podcast,
ask them questions that everyone is asking, and get some
awesome answers and share that with people. So the first
part of this is going to be you either tweeting, posting,
emailing questions that I can ask to these experts. That

will also help me find out who I can invite
onto the show. So my day Friday show at Gmail
is where I'll be checking all those emails. Also, you
can hit me up at Worst Anthony on any platform
on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat. You know, some of the
advice that you're gonna get it is probably stuff you
don't want to hear, Like, yeah, maybe you shouldn't have
ice cream after every one of your dinners. Maybe that

will help you get to your goal a little faster,
whatever your goal. Maybe, and I don't want people to
think that this is just a podcast about going to
the gym and like doing bench press and squats and stuff.
Um maybe I should have made this like Wellness Wednesday
or something, because it's gonna be an overall thing. Yes,
it will be fitness themed most of the time, but

the whole point is anyone can get healthier, can be
more fit, can get to whatever goal they have, whether
you're three hundred pounds and you can't make it up
a flight of stairs without stopping, or you're pretty fit
you just want to get to the next level. The
hope is that every single week, one of these experts
is going to have a little piece of advice that

you can take home with you. Also, every single week,
I'm gonna give you a little piece of it vice myself.
My stuff is gonna be very small things you can
either add or take out of your daily routine. Maybe
an app you can use to track your goals a
little better. Um, So that's something small that you can
add every single week. And the goal is that at
the end of the year, you have about fifty new

things that you're doing every day. Small things that you're
probably not even gonna notice by the end of the
year that make you a happier, healthier person and get
you to whatever goal you have, maybe faster than you
would have gotten there Originally. The experts that I'm going
to invite onto the podcast are going to arrange anywhere
from fitness coaches, two dietitians to um pro athletes. I

know I have a soccer player who's going to be
on the podcast with me in a couple of weeks,
Jim Owners. I know I have one of those on
the schedule, But this week, I'm gonna have Autumn caliberies.
She is a beach body coach and if you know
the brands like um Pin and t X, Insanity, twenty
one Day Fix, those are all part of the beach
Body family. Now, Autumn has a routine. Autumn has a

workout that's going to kick off in about two weeks January.
We're going to talk about that obviously, and maybe that's
something that you want to do. But more importantly, she's
going to give some of the tips and the tricks
that she uses the daily routine that she goes through
to be at that level where she can be a
fitness coach and a fitness expert. Like I said earlier,

one of the biggest things is going to be you
reaching out and asking questions. No matter how dumb that
question sounds, someone out there probably has the same one,
and it will help guide this podcast to where people
can actually use it, take it with them, and it
will kind of create a little bit of a community. So,

the playlist and your own motivation, you'll get to whatever

goals you have by the end of the year. I
know a lot of people are setting resolutions right now.
I want to be this by the end of the year.
I want to make sure I go to UH boot
camp class twice a week. Whatever you're doing, hopefully this
