Speaker 1 (00:00):
Warning.
Speaker 2 (00:01):
On today's episode, we will be talking about the sequel
to James Gunns Superman or Not.
Speaker 1 (00:07):
And we will be talking about the.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
Bonanza of new trailers that we have received this week
and more.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
Hello.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
I'm Rosie Knight and welcome back to xtra Vision, the
podcast where we dive deep into your favorite shows, movies,
comics and pop culture. We are coming from iHeart Podcasts,
but we'll be bringing you three episodes a week, plus
news on Saturday's and guess what, It's Saturday, so it's news.
And in today's previously on episode, we are catching up
on the biggest geek news of the week, including a
(00:52):
full street fight to cast has been announced for the
upcoming movie and it is a fever dream of a cast.
I don't know how anyone can afford this cast, we're
gonna talk about it. We are also going to talk
about zombies, secret agents, and more zombies, maybe of the
Marvel kind. And quick programming note for the Peacemaker lovers
out there. From next week, we will be covering Peacemaker
(01:13):
on Mondays, moving our Foundation coverage the Tuesdays, and our
Alien Earth coverage will continue on Wednesdays. Don't worry the
group chat is still going to be on Fridays, You're
still invited in, and news is on Saturdays.
Speaker 1 (01:27):
But first let's go.
Speaker 2 (01:29):
To trailers, and let's bring in the wonderful Carmen.
Speaker 1 (01:34):
Lauren to join me.
Speaker 2 (01:38):
Hi he I was going well in of course, in
the group chat that we all love, we have been
posting about the incredible amount of trailers. So let us
begin with the trailer that set the discord and the
Internet on fire, because I feel like maybe people had
forgotten about it, which is the Marvel Zombies.
Speaker 1 (01:59):
This is rated tv M, something Marvels does not do.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
It is set to a song by the Japanese metal
band Baby Metal, who I love so much that I
actually have idol group, the Idol Group, who are most
famous for their song Gimme Chocolate.
Speaker 1 (02:17):
I love that song. I love baby Metal.
Speaker 2 (02:20):
And basically, we are getting to see all of our
main players returning in animated form, some living, some zombifide.
We've got the return of Florence Pugh, David Harbert, Similio Poorer,
and more controversially, Marshal is not coming back. Common as
both a horror lover and somebody who is drenched in
(02:41):
the world of Marvel thanks to this podcast.
Speaker 1 (02:43):
How did this look to you?
Speaker 3 (02:46):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (02:46):
I am excited to watch just after this trailer, you know,
Marvel Zombie is. Initially when we heard about the project,
I was like, Okay, that's gonna be fun. After watching
this trailer, though, I will definitely be I will definitely
be sat to enjoy what they've got planned for us
starting September twenty fourth. That looks like the first episode drops.
Speaker 2 (03:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (03:08):
I think this is gonna be a big, spooky season hit.
Speaker 2 (03:11):
I also think just in time, it looks like it's
playing a little bit in that what if world, which
makes sense. But I actually found the animation in this
trailer to be like way more dynamic. They're using frame
rates really interestingly. And even though we did get this
episode in what If, I think it's clear that this
is going to be even more brute or even more gory,
(03:32):
and honestly just seems.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
Like a lot of fun.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
I was very excited to see some word or yeah,
wild definitely, and also like wild kind of crossover characters
like I think we were getting Blade Moon or moon Blade.
Speaker 1 (03:45):
It's kind of this night.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
Like Moon night Blade crossover, which looks really fun. Also,
the original episode was very heavily influenced by the Robert
Kirkman Marvel Zombies Run and obviously we kind saw them
do their take on that. I think it's going to
be very exciting to see where this goes next. And yeah,
I think Marvel Animation is coming out with some surprises,
(04:07):
which it kind of has been from the beginning. So
can't wait for this one. And speaking of zombies and
more zombies, let's talk about the twenty eight years later
trailer for twenty eight years Later at the Bone Temple
by one of my favorite directors, Nia da Costa. Yes,
how did you feel about this because you were a
big fan of the new movie.
Speaker 4 (04:27):
Yeah, I loved the new movie and this new trailer
has me excited for basically, it's going to continue. We
can see from the trailer that the Doctor Ralph Finds
characters will be heavily featured in this movie. We're going
to learn more about his character's backstory. I'm assuming we're
also going to learn more it looks like about the
(04:50):
alpha in the previous movie that was named Samson by
the doctor. He seems to be a big player and
this new trailer very excited to see more about Sampson
and the Doctor. I think there's going to be an
interesting relationship there that.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
Is definitely implied here.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
Also, so we know that they're going to have the
Jimmy's back, and we know that the little kid who
the Jimmy's found is now a part of that. There
has also been some really fun kind of quotes and
hints that this is going to be more of your
Walking Dead style.
Speaker 1 (05:20):
Who are the real monsters?
Speaker 2 (05:22):
So I think the Jimmies are going to be pitted
against the Doctor, and it looks like the Doctor and
Sampson may be able to start communicating and I'm assuming
create some kind of zombie human connection that could potentially
for the third movie set up England's return to the
rest of culture or you know, this kind of new
(05:45):
leadership under Samson and the Doctor.
Speaker 1 (05:47):
That would be my guest. But looks great. I love
to see the cast of the Jimmy's.
Speaker 2 (05:51):
I'm very excited to see, you know, the man who
brought Remick to life. It feels crazy that Sinners was
only this year.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
I think it's going to be great.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
It looks fun, and I think Nia has a great
eye for horror. If you haven't seen her, Candyman sequelts
really really great, really is a lot into the original
folklore that was built into the movie version of the
Candyman franchise also has a Ya Ya who has played
you know, Dr manhattanan Watchman. He is an unbelievable talent,
(06:23):
so very excited for that. And finally, you know, we
got to leave the best discourse starter to the end,
and that discuss starter is the very shiny looking Weathering
Heights trailer.
Speaker 1 (06:37):
Now, Carmen in Ore.
Speaker 2 (06:39):
You know, there are many subgroup chats in life, Anna,
me and you and Joelle have a DM group where
we basically just DM each other like memes and funny people.
And this has been a large topic of conversation because
one Heathcliff is being played by Jacob Lordi in the book.
It has now been agreed by scholar by filmmakers. The
(07:01):
last Weathering Heights we got in twenty eleven was the
first time we had black Heathcliff, which is canon to
the book and what Emily Brant was doing. So this
is already kind of controversial, but it looks to be
a very anachronistic, kind of Mary Antoinette inspired vibe.
Speaker 4 (07:19):
Yeah, that's actually one thing I wrote in my in
the notes, there is like this the trailer. First thing
I thought was like, oh, this is going to be
this Generation's Marie Antoinette Sofia A couple of movie, you know,
very kind of like captured the Hipster, like in the Vibe.
This is going to be that of This of the
generation soundtrack is all by Charlie XCX, which is incredible.
(07:42):
I know we got producer Aaron. Yes, Aaron tell us
how excited you are about it.
Speaker 5 (07:48):
So look, this is this movie is not going to
be our generations whatever you said, it's not. It's not
Marie Antoinette, I'm sorry. This is the Angels call Me
by Your Name doing this original music, exclusive remixes of
South Young songs.
Speaker 6 (08:06):
This trailer is set to.
Speaker 5 (08:07):
Everything is romantic, but a remix we haven't heard before,
so the song fits so well. If this movie is
anything like this trailer, I think it will be incredibly stylized, obviously,
but incredibly good. That trailer is so well put together.
Speaker 2 (08:23):
It's an unbelievably well put together trailer. And I've kind
of been loving how just like mind you know, common
and Joelle's feelings about this have kind of bounced between
you know, Memeworthy and Hay and all these different things.
Because I love Weathering Heights. I think it's like it's
one of my most important books. And I don't think
that Emerald Fennel has the juice to be talking to
(08:44):
be doing like a story about race or class.
Speaker 1 (08:46):
I think Saltburn showed that.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
But you know what if she wants to do like
a salt bernification of this that I am hearing from
leaked screenings is absolutely insane.
Speaker 1 (08:59):
I saw sad kind of.
Speaker 5 (09:00):
Interviewing special Robbie just did for her movie with Colin
Ferrell too, and she made a point to say, like
I can't wait for people to see whether he.
Speaker 6 (09:09):
Now that's my first movie post Barbie correct.
Speaker 5 (09:11):
Yeah, no, no, the one with Coln Ferrell.
Speaker 2 (09:14):
Yeah, the Woman Girls coming out That is also we're
gonna I'm definitely gonna touch on that because that has
a Joe Hisshashi score because it is directed by a
rearly famous beleague, the Ghibli guy. But Wathering Heights Valentine's
Day twenty twenty six, which is really funny. One of
my most perennial memories of working in a movie theater
(09:34):
was when I worked behind the bar at Genesis Cinema
in East London and on Valentine's Day it was the release.
Speaker 1 (09:41):
Of the first ever fifty Shades of Gray movie.
Speaker 2 (09:44):
And it sold out everywhere in London and we had
the crazy busiest night because horny couples wanted to see
it and it was romantic and it looked like a
thoughtful idea. I think this is gonna do crazy numbers.
But yeah, we've heard about you know, put your ear
muffs if you do not want spoilers for Weathering Heights.
But there has been rumors of ejaculating corpses.
Speaker 5 (10:05):
And I'm telling you this is calm me by your
name and in a very different color pale.
Speaker 2 (10:11):
And I have to say, if you've read the book,
the book is a book that has a very famous
and well infamous I should say, act of necrophilia in
the book, which was brought to life in the twenty
eleven version.
Speaker 1 (10:22):
I loved by Andrea Arnold, the director of.
Speaker 6 (10:27):
Eating Good.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
The couples aren't eating good. Valentine's is going to be crazy,
but yeah, I'm very excited.
Speaker 1 (10:33):
Aaron. I love your insight on the trailer.
Speaker 2 (10:35):
On the trailer thoughts because also I think using anachartistic
music is such a big swing for a period piece
that's based on one of the most famous books in
kind of the literary canon, and that's very, very.
Speaker 5 (10:46):
Wrong when you do it. But it doesn't go wrong here.
Speaker 4 (10:49):
I'm guessing you don't like Marie Antoine Sofia Coupla.
Speaker 5 (10:52):
I love Sophia Coppola so much. That was not a dig, just.
Speaker 1 (10:56):
Like tonally different.
Speaker 2 (10:58):
Yes, yeah, this is gonna There's gonna be a lot
more fucking and killing in this movie, is my guest, Colm,
And I also want to get your insight because I
thought you had some really interesting insight in the opening
of the trailer and what it feels like it's present yeah,
versus what I've heard about, you know.
Speaker 1 (11:14):
Can I be on?
Speaker 4 (11:14):
Can I have a moment of vulnerability on the pod?
Speaker 1 (11:17):
Please? I always welcome it.
Speaker 4 (11:19):
I never read Wuthering Heights. I actually have no idea
what the source material is about. I love that and
so on initial watch of the trailer, I thought, she's
baking bread after Barbie in Trump's America.
Speaker 6 (11:35):
Why are we baking?
Speaker 4 (11:36):
No, Margo, don't do the traadwife thing, Margo, And so
that was my first you know.
Speaker 2 (11:41):
No, I love that because actually the movie is about repression.
The movie is about a woman's role in the world
at that time, and also as well. I didn't really realize,
but the way they shoot the bread making at the
beginning is very clearly a reference to this kind of
sexy red.
Speaker 1 (12:00):
Maker who is on the infanet.
Speaker 2 (12:02):
My friend, my amazing friend, showed it to me this
week when we were in Orlando, one of his videos,
and she was like, this makes me feel.
Speaker 6 (12:08):
The woman who makes everything from scratch.
Speaker 2 (12:10):
No, this is a male baker who does like sexy
baking and he he's like pounding the bread. It was
really weird, but I immediately thought of this opening. So
I think kam Old final knows what she's doing. I
think host Saltburn she's ready to once again spark the discourse,
and I'm excited about it.
Speaker 6 (12:26):
So I can't the discourse sparked.
Speaker 2 (12:28):
She got the discourse sparked. Maybe Okay, So Aaron Colm,
and thank you for joining me. Aaron, stick with me
because we're gonna talk a little bit of video games quickly.
Good news for people who have been waiting, you know,
ten plus years, Silk Song is out finally, as of yesterday,
which we didn't even know was coming until Nintendo Direct.
(12:48):
We knew the game was supposedly coming. At some point
Nintendo Direct came and said, oh, yeah, it's coming in
twenty twenty five, and here we are. Silk Song came
out twenty bucks kind of back Steam. When it came out,
broke the Nintendo shop, the books, and the PlayStation storefront.
Speaker 1 (13:02):
They all crashed or displayed errors.
Speaker 2 (13:05):
You know. They say like the game was also like
instantly shared on piracy sites, which I think makes sense
because it's like it's a low it's probably more of
a low lift to put a game like that on
pirated really quickly. But I do love the very rare
for piracy sites, lots of people just being like.
Speaker 1 (13:23):
Hey, please buy the game. Then like just just buy it,
like please support.
Speaker 5 (13:27):
Team Gay it's there. They're a great studio. They've had
a lot of comments lately where they were like, we
wanted to make sure this was right, and we as
we got closer to finishing, someone would have a great
idea about what they wanted this one, something else to
add in, and we figured, yeah, let's do it. And
at some point we just had to say no, let's stop.
You can tell like there were a ton of other
games that were supposed to come out this weekend or
(13:49):
the next week, and they all delayed their release just
because they were like, we don't we know you're playing
Selk Song.
Speaker 1 (13:55):
I love that so much.
Speaker 2 (13:56):
Five hundred thousand people played the game on its first day,
just on Steam, not even on Switch or anything. Also,
I have been messaged by many friends who are just like,
it is perfect, It is.
Speaker 1 (14:08):
What you would want.
Speaker 2 (14:08):
It expands the lore, it has something to say, It's
beautifully animated. I've not yet downloaded it, but that will
be my weekend and doing.
Speaker 5 (14:17):
If you are unfamiliar with Silksong, it is a sequel
in theory to Hollow Night, which is one of the
greatest indie metroid Vanea games that we have. From what
I can tell so far, you don't need to have
played the first one, although the game is hard, and
the first one is probably a better way to get
set and ready for what Silk Song is. It is
(14:38):
great movement, great boss battles, and it's difficult, and it's
it's a little dark Soul's esque, and that you will
die and lose your souls and everything. So it's you know,
very very good game. Silk Song is shaping up to
be a great successor.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
I'm very excited about this. And if we actually just
gave us some really interesting info, which is it was
actually supposed to be a DLC originally two Hollow Night,
but kept kind of growing and becoming more ambitious, so
they decided to make it into a sequel.
Speaker 1 (15:07):
I'm very excited for it.
Speaker 2 (15:08):
You know.
Speaker 1 (15:08):
That's absolutely up my alley with the games I love
to play.
Speaker 2 (15:11):
Next up, it's a double O seven James Bond game,
Double O seven First Light. I feel like every single
time you are even coming to the table thinking of
making a James Bond game, there is a lot of
pressure because of how iconic GoldenEye is and still is,
especially now it's available to play on the Switch as
(15:34):
a remastered kind of DLC if you have the Switch
console emulators. But this is really interesting. I think it
also confirms my theory of the movies the Amazon are
trying to do are probably going to be like a
young James Bond movie.
Speaker 5 (15:50):
Yeah, this James Bond is like twenty six years old,
just starting out, you know, a secret agent.
Speaker 2 (15:56):
He's a young, resourceful sometimes Reckless Recruit in m I
six is training for and discover an origin story of
the world's most famous spy, Patrick Gibson from the Dexter
prequel Original Sin will play Bond in the game, again,
going for that young talent. It's gonna launch early next year,
in March twenty seven. I'm very interested in this. I
think my ideal version of it would be kind of
(16:17):
like you know, when you play the sports games and
you do the manager mode, or you do career mode.
Speaker 5 (16:24):
Giving him missions, setting him out, or I want to
be the other side.
Speaker 1 (16:27):
I want to be doing career mode and I want
to see him kind of build up.
Speaker 2 (16:30):
So I hope that this has a little more scope
than what we would generally think of of a James
Bond game. I also am like, really surprised that they're
saying this is going to come out so soon, so
I want to be shocked if there's a delay.
Speaker 1 (16:44):
What did you think of the trailer, Aaron.
Speaker 5 (16:46):
So, I loved it. I think it's so First of all,
it's in third person, so as opposed to what many
of us grew up with with Gold Knight, which is
a first person shooter, this is third person. It features
some very extravagant car chases. It features a lot of
like high flying antics where he's falling from rafters and
the ceiling and hanging on. I think this looks, you know,
(17:08):
a boot put in the chat, like, do we worry
about having not master spy James Bond? And I don't
think that's a concern because Casino Royale was supposed to
be this similar kind of thing of here's James bed
not at his peak, and that was one of the
best James Bond movies.
Speaker 2 (17:23):
And that movie opened with him doing the first yes
you have to do to become a double ow seven, right,
And I think that's really interesting. I also think as
an emersion thing for gamers, we are not like superstar spies,
so I think there might be a way that you
could get more engrossed.
Speaker 1 (17:40):
Yeah, the trailer was kind of for yourself, Rosie.
Speaker 5 (17:42):
I have one hundred and seventy five bananas and Donkey
Kong bananza, so.
Speaker 2 (17:46):
Don't reveal it, Crank, He's not gonna hire you again.
But also as well, I think, you know, very hit
Man esque, which is really funny because we did hear
that when they pitched as the James Bond game. They
put a model of Daniel Craig's head on the hip
man kind of body to show what a game like that.
Speaker 1 (18:04):
Would look like.
Speaker 2 (18:05):
I also was giving me like, what if the Star
Wars Triple A games were in the James Bond world,
especially with the kind of like gameplay and action. So
it looks really fun and I'm very excited for that.
And I do please tell me your complain.
Speaker 5 (18:21):
Too many shots of Bond not in a suit like
he's wearing a bomber jacket, or like, a there's your.
Speaker 2 (18:28):
Problem with the inexperienced Bond he is yet he's yet
to put on the suit, so Aaron. The next video
game themed topic that we have is the absolutely insane
dream Fever casting that they have announced for the upcoming
Street Fighter movie, which will now be produced by Legendary
(18:48):
and Paramount in a three year deal that we are
hearing this cast. I don't know how they're gonna afford it.
I don't know if it's gonna happen, and I am
a too.
Speaker 5 (18:58):
Many too many things, So just who's in there? Three favorites, Okay.
Speaker 1 (19:02):
My three favorites from this are.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
I am probably gonna go for Eric andre As John Savage.
I love Eric andre I loved when he showed up
in our beloved iron Heart. He was like a character
is really excited to follow. I think that Andrew Kogi,
I love him.
Speaker 1 (19:20):
He's super talented. If you've seen Mari, I think he's
a great rue.
Speaker 2 (19:24):
I'm very interested that Noah Cinnao is Ken. Yes, Santinio
is Ken, because I feel like that age difference between
him and Andrew is going to be an interesting concept.
Speaker 1 (19:35):
There is who was the craziest for you?
Speaker 5 (19:37):
I think never expected as a huge Dena Thieves fan,
I am so excited for fifty cent as a as
a kid only wanted to play his blanca. So I
can't wait to see Jason Momoa in like also too
small for him, credibley and then Orville pecas Vega is
again as a as a Hades Town super fan.
Speaker 1 (19:58):
He just did Cabaret.
Speaker 5 (19:59):
I didn't see it his version of it, but he's
an incredible performer. And now to see him have a
set of clause and go to town against you know,
Roman reigns.
Speaker 2 (20:10):
Yeah, that's what I'm saying you other crazy people on
this cast. Roman rains David das Mulchiner's and by some
incredible casting Cody Rhodes as Guile.
Speaker 1 (20:19):
I don't know if this movie is ever going to
come out.
Speaker 2 (20:22):
It seems like a crazy casting, but you know what,
on for the most part, really cool, accurate casting.
Speaker 1 (20:27):
And still don't know what.
Speaker 5 (20:28):
This Mortal combat look like. Getting delayed, it's nice to
get a little good good news.
Speaker 1 (20:32):
Yeah, we'll all come back to very.
Speaker 2 (20:34):
Painful for me to see that get delayed, but the
good news is they're delaying it to May next year,
which means they think it can become their big summer movie.
And it is no surprise that Street Fighter is like, okay,
well where's our fifty million opener during COVID, which is
what Mortal Kombat did and that was an R rated movie,
So yeah, absolutely bonkers. How will everyone get screen time?
(20:57):
Is it just going to be a kind of kumate
everything is a fight? Is it going to be more
like the animated series, which is absolutely bond becers if
you guys have never watched it, where they're more of
a Gijo style team. I'm very excited because I me
and Aaron, we both love the original Street Fighter movie,
the campness, the craziness, and I love playing fighting games,
as you guys all know more Combat Street fre Those
(21:19):
are my first games that made me love gaming. So yeah,
I would love to see this movie if it ever
comes out, But it feels like it could be like
a bonfire of the vanities level kind of not coming
like mess because of how many famous people.
Speaker 1 (21:32):
The budget must be so insane just for casting.
Speaker 2 (21:34):
But yes, speaking of the movie world, let us go
to an ad break from our sponsors.
Speaker 1 (21:40):
Aaron, thank you for joining.
Speaker 2 (21:42):
Me, and we'll be back to talk Superman sequel, question
Mark and more in the.
Speaker 1 (21:48):
DC universe world. And we're back, and I'm tapping in Ian.
How you doing Ian? I'm good, Rosie, how you doing good?
Speaker 2 (22:11):
Seeing as you are our piece maker correspondent, I am
tapping you in to talk about the DC deluge that
we have had. So James Gunn has announced the next
Superman movie, which is called Man of Tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (22:24):
It featured a Jim Lee piece.
Speaker 2 (22:27):
Of art that he posted with Lex Luthor in his
mech warsuit. It also James Gunn is coming out and
saying this is not Superman too, so I think this
is going to be more of a Superman like story,
maybe with them working together it has happened before. Before
we got on, Mike Ian, you were actually talking about
how there is another movie called Man of Tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (22:47):
Can you tell us a little bit about that.
Speaker 2 (22:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (22:50):
So, in the DC like animated movie universe, you know,
they had this like big overarching saga of like twenty
films and then they ended them and then they did
a resetter reboot and Superman Man of Tomorrow was the
first movie in that reset or reboot. That one was
featured like Superman fighting and Alien and it kind of
(23:13):
established a new universes. Doesn't seem like that is going
to be related to this upcoming movie too closely.
Speaker 2 (23:21):
But I would say James Gunn is a big, big
nerd when it comes to the stuff that has come before.
There is also a Man of Tomorrow comic book that
was published in It was like a four year run.
Tom Gormet Brett Breeding was the beginning. It was very
interesting because it basically brought back Superman post his death,
(23:47):
and it was kind of a very weird like there
was reprints in it. There was also a lot of return.
That was where we got the return of Lex Luthor.
So I feel like if that's coming back, it's kind
of already happened. You had Louis Simonson, JMD Mattaeus, like
this was in that real Superman post death big news space.
(24:07):
So it's an interesting and very interesting title, but also
at the same time like it is one of those
things where that is also just kind of another way
of saying Superman. You know, it has become part of
the cultural conversation in lexicon.
Speaker 1 (24:21):
So yeah, looks good.
Speaker 2 (24:23):
We don't know what it's about, but apparently James Gunn
has written a lot of it, and also, you know,
to tie into our peace Maker coverage that we as
you know, we'll be doing now from next week on Mondays.
Very interesting that James gun has been out there saying, hey,
I am writing this, I'm almost you know, I'm this
much through.
Speaker 1 (24:41):
But it's not Superman too.
Speaker 2 (24:43):
This is the next Superman Metropolis movie in the world,
but it's not a direct sequel. So I find that
very interesting. Let's see what happens. And also we have
gotten our first look at another part of James Gun's
new DCU, which is the Claith movie set photos.
Speaker 1 (25:01):
It's going to be a gothic horror kind of vibe.
Speaker 2 (25:05):
We've seen Tom Reese Harry's now on set featuring what
kind of looks like a press and paparazzi ambush. Clayface
is looking a little bit, you know, different than you
might expect. He's wearing a black hoodie and some kind
of prosthetic facial masks. Have ma interesting to see if
(25:27):
they go full horror CG on that. Remember this is
written by Mike Flanagan if I'm not mistaken, So it's
probably going to be very interesting.
Speaker 1 (25:36):
Directed by James Watkins, and I'm intrigued. It's a little
bit different than what we've seen before.
Speaker 2 (25:42):
It's going to be really interesting to see a modern
clayface that is not something that we have tended to see,
or at least the clayface that is not inspired by
the more thespian vision of what used to be as
you've seen in Harley Quinn and other animated shows. So yeah,
very excited about that. Also, speaking of Big.
Speaker 1 (25:59):
Eyps Lara Croft. Ever heard of her? I know you have.
Speaker 2 (26:04):
Well guess what Phoebe waller Bridge is never ending first
look deal with Amazon that she is absolutely eating off
love her getting that money. She is going to be
making a tom Rada series with none other than Sansor
Stark herself, Lara as Lara Croft. It's going to be
co rum allegedly by Phoebe waller Bridge and Chad Hodge.
(26:24):
I am intrigued to see if this happens, because guys,
guess what, Phoebe waller Bridge, she starts a lot of
projects we don't always get the end of them. But
I will be interested to see this. I actually loved
the Alicia.
Speaker 1 (26:36):
Vikander Tom Rader movie they did. I thought it was
very cool, very action heavy and yet so this will
be interesting to see.
Speaker 2 (26:42):
Meant to start production next year in January twenty twenty six,
so before you know it, we will probably be talking
about this movie again. Will be interesting to also see
Sophie Turner as a brunette, something we have not seen before.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
Whether or not she will have first.
Speaker 2 (26:57):
Game accurate triangular boobs yet to be seen. And on
next week's episodes of Xtra Vision, we are diving into
Peacemaker episodes two and three, Foundation, featuring an interview with
pillol Asbek from Game of Thrones and of course Foundation.
Speaker 1 (27:14):
Where he is currently playing the famous character the Mule.
So that was a fun one. You've got to listen
and that is the news.
Speaker 2 (27:22):
So thank you for listening and joining me on this
Saturday morning Goodbye.
