Speaker 1 (00:17):
Welcome back, listeners to your one and only source and
to all things gossip Crow. You know you love it.
X O x O. Well, hello, Happy Wednesday, everybody. It's
Jessica's or welcome back to XO XO. Today we're going
just a little bit off the usual path. My guest
wasn't on Gossip Girl, but we met at that time,
(00:40):
and I've loved her ever since. We've traveled the world together.
She's my ride or die, My dear, wonderful, beautiful friend,
Nina Dobrev. We became friends when I was on g
G and Nina was playing Elena and Catherine on The
Vampire Diaries, another hit on the c W. We spent
so much time with each other's cast, and we got
(01:01):
so close that when I moved to Atlanta, I rented
an apartment in her same building because I just couldn't
get enough of her. So trust me, Nina has a
fair share of stories about me and the gang, and
today she's going to talk all about everything from her
c W days to working with our hilarious friend on
a new movie coming out. And I just love her
(01:24):
so much and I know you will too, My girl,
Nina Dobre what's up, pretty girl? Not much? You look
(01:47):
at Dorrable. Where are you my little home studio in Canada?
Oh wow, I know I would. I would move everything,
but if one chord or anything changes, as you know,
I would not be able to like sort of, oh,
I know you're the worst with technology. I love you
to pieces, but you can't work anything out of ever. No,
(02:10):
but it's it's like perfect, I'm here, I get to
see my little cutie and you're in Atlanta, which I'm
so jealous of, even though I love it here in Calgary,
like love it. But that was a big part of
our like story kind of hey, totally, Yeah, big chapter
in our friendship was in Atlanta. We were basically roommates.
Yeah what was that six seven years ago? I think?
(02:33):
So that's crazy. Are you enjoying working there right now?
Has it been like nice to be back? Does it
feel weird? Because when I went back to New York
for the work after Gossip Girl, it's like it was
such a different vibe because that's all I knew and
connected with the city was Gossip Girl, because that's why
I lived there and did that. So it's definitely changed
a lot since we were here. In a really good way.
(02:55):
I feel like every time I come to the city
it gets better and better. The biggest difference is all
the people that I used to hang out with, that
my familiar faces. Most most of everyone has left, and
so it does feel a little weird. It's very nostalgic,
but also a little weird because all the homies aren't
You're You're not there. The rest of the cast isn't there.
(03:16):
People have moved on, and it's strange to be in
the city and not have all the pieces of the
puzzle right right for sure. Um. Actually, speaking of Vampire Diaries,
I had David rappaport on and when I heard an
audition story with You, which I'm gonna play his clip
really quick, I was like, he gave me goose bumps. Nervous,
(03:39):
I'll tell you because I think your friends with you brev.
That was one of the best auditions I had ever seen,
and for that role specifically. And I remember calling the
CW because this is before the booked Vampire for the spinoff.
I think she had booked Vampire Diaries that year. I
called them and said, look, I just read this girl.
I got goose bumps for my best friend. Yeah, she
(04:01):
does not look like Kelly Rutherford because she was supposed
to be a young Kelly Rutherford. So I don't know
how we would cast her, but you like, she needs
to be un your radar. You guys have to find
something for her. And I just remember thinking, I'm going
to like think about this girl in a couple of
years and be like, oh god, I miss that opportunity.
She was so incredible, Oh my god, how cool? Though,
hang on, you're like, what she find that? Trying to
(04:23):
remember did I audition for Postel Girl for the spinoff
which was Kelly Rutherford, which Britney Snow ended up doing it,
So he was just saying he called and was like,
you guys have to have this girl on your radar.
She's amazing, and then he was so pumped when he
found out that you got Wow crazy. I sort of
remember that, but also that was what twelve thirteen years ago,
(04:46):
because yeah, I was like, wait, did I audition for Gossecrol?
I don't think I did. I remember wanting to because
I think I had just started acting or was just
allowed to start auditioning for things in the United States
because I was on the Grassy and how long was
that again? I was on the Grassie for I think
three seasons if I'm not mistaken, But the show went on,
I mean for You're Never Ending. I feel like, yeah,
(05:11):
I can't remember. For audition for maybe I did. Maybe
I sent a self tape. I think I sent a
self tape for your character. Actually, oh my god, is
that funny back in Canada. But it didn't go like
I didn't even get a call back. I don't think.
I'm pretty sure. But my god, that's so crazy that
that's so sweet that he said that. I know, it
was so sweet. So when you auditioned, do you remember
(05:31):
when you auditioned for Vampire Diaries? Like did you have
to read for Elena and Katherine or or was it
just one and then they wrote for that? No, no,
I only auditioned for Elena, and it was a ringer
of auditions who there was like audition self tape in
the audition too, then fly there to do the screen
test and then go back and then come back again,
(05:51):
and it was just like audition after audition after audition
in front of the studio and the network and all
the things. So they you didn't know that you were
going to play another care No, I had no idea
when I was auditioning that there was multiple roles. Once
I got the show, I knew it was based on books.
In the In the books there was a Catherine character,
and I remember asking them. I was like, who's going
(06:12):
to play this role? And it was like is it me?
Or how do you? How do you do that? Like?
Can I do I play both? Or do you hire
another person? Looks like me? How does it work? And
they didn't. They wouldn't tell me. They were like, we
don't know, we'll see. I think they were like testing
me to see if if you would do it. I
hope I was like talented enough for something to be
able to pull it off well then and then you did.
(06:34):
That's really special, Nina, than you It was. It was
a lot. It was definitely like shooting is very I mean,
people in the world look at shows and it's very
glamorous and amazing, but the hours are long and you
put a lot of work into it. Adding a second
character definitely, you know, the workload was significantly larger, but
(06:55):
it definitely also allowed for a lot of variety, so
you definitely didn't get bored. I'll tell you that you
didn't have time to. But did you have chemistry reads?
Because a lot of people on Gossip Girl didn't. They
think Blake and Layton maybe did, but no one else did,
which I find so funny. But did you have chemistry reads?
Or we we did? The first time I auditioned with
(07:18):
the first round of Damon's and Stephens, I didn't know
that I was cast, but I guess, like I later
found out that they're like, yeah, she's the one, Like,
we're definitely going for her. So they strung me along.
I know, just tell her the girl she's working hard,
Just tell her she's got it, so they so I
was the choice. But then they were auditioning all these
(07:40):
guys and we thought we got close with a bunch
of them, and in fact, weirdly enough, I was dating
one of them. One of the Damon's was my boyfriend
at the time, and then they were going to choose him,
but they ended up not choosing him. But I got cast,
and then it got awkward. We broke up, and then
they did a whole second round of like Damon and
(08:01):
Stephen auditions, and for that we did a huge chemistry read.
I think I don't remember the exact number, but I
feel like there was at least ten to twelve to
thirteen guys that I had to read with. Three of
them were flown in from like London, two of them
came from Australia. They went all over the world trying
to find Damon and stuff and and so I chemistry
(08:22):
read with all of them, but nobody else in the
cast as far as I know, I had to do it.
And when you read with who booked it, which is
Paul and Ian, did you know like when you had
the scenes with them right away, like, oh, this is
definitely there's a vibe here, and there's a vibe here.
You know. That was the beginning of my career. So
I definitely didn't have a say. They did a little courtesy,
(08:45):
what did you think? But they didn't listen to me
at all. It's hard to tell. Yeah, I mean, of
course those chemistry, that's way they got cast. But at
the same time, I had chemistry with a lot of people,
you know. And and then at the same time, I
also felt like a broken record because at this point
I'm there for four hours saying the same words with
all these like they all started looking the same and
(09:08):
blending into one other. So I was just like, I
don't know, the one with the hair and the eyes
and the years. He was pretty good. Like that's amazing.
It's hard to be objective when you're there for that
many hours doing the same line and trying to make
it fresh and organic again and again and again. But
it does make sense because you really are so many
(09:30):
people's favorite actor and favorite thing from c W, and
that's so special and so wonderful. Um. I just feel
like when Vampire Diaries hit on the c W, because
of what the c W was doing with this age
range and all of that was like so epic, all
that and the and the vampire genre in general. That
(09:52):
there was Twilight, there was true Blood. Then we happened.
And honestly, when we were doing it, I remember everyone
talking about how like, I don't know, I feel like
everyone's a little burned out of a little vampire thing,
Like we don't want to be the ones that didn't
make it. Of all the ones, and by some miracle
it was, they weren't done with it. People wanted more vampire.
(10:13):
I mean, I think they would still watch it if
you guys were Well, let's talk about when we first met,
because we originally met at It was the Upfronts, wasn't it. Yeah, yeah,
the c W Upfronts. So your season two was my
season one. So they parade you to New York and
they fly you out and you have to stand on
(10:34):
this stage and talk about your show and and you know,
you come out on stage and you wave a little
bit and they're like, because there are mannekins television. Yeah. Yeah,
but there's like this green room in the back that
holds all of us hostage in the back, and I
don't remember. There wasn't any alcohol back then? Was there? No?
(10:55):
That would have been dangerous. I feel like there was.
It was just kind of a waiting room for us
to kind of wait and eat show that had to
go out and present and stuff. But it was a
lot of me oh, a lot of people, like all
the shows that all the Gossip Girl kids us. There
was what was the show that I don't know if
(11:16):
One Tree Hill was still on? Um, I don't remember.
There was so many. Yeah, but I'll never forget because
it was my season one. I was fucking terrified. I
don't know if you like to square, but I just did.
There you go. Um. I was so scared and intimidated
and nervous, and you know, like in one corner is
(11:36):
Blake Lively, who looks like a supermodel and is the
most popular person on television, and and Trace Crawford, who's
impossibly good looking. Like there's just like all these people
that that I've seen on TV, and I'm just just
like import from Canada. They just like shipped me in.
They're like, all right, go. So I remember being scared,
(11:57):
but you know, if you gets till you make it.
I pretended to be confident, and then of everyone you
came up and talk to me. You were so nice
and you were so inviting and and not that anyone
was mean, but everyone was just like they had their
friends and they were doing their thing, and I think
you invited me. Afterwards, You're like, hey, you should come
meet up with us, Like we're gonna go to this
(12:17):
restaurant or bar or whatever it was, and we're having
a trick. You should come. And I was just like,
she's so nice. I love to go. Am I going
to be one of the cool kids. I really want
to be one of the cool kids. Well that makes
me happy. That's how it all started, this friendship of
our what's your perspective on it, though, I want to know,
like your your side of that. I remember everyone was
(12:39):
super excited about Vampire Diaries. We were on in a
room and I thought, I'm gonna go say hi, we're
working on the same network. But you you seem super
nice and there was definitely like a connection and you
were down to come, and that was cool that you did,
and we had a great time and that started a
friendship of I traveled the world with you. We've been
through breakups, we've been through new jobs, we've been through
you being with me for my last little bit before
(13:00):
I was pregnant. I mean, we've just gone through so
much together and you just have done so well and
stayed true to who you are as an artist. Just
everything you've done is awesome and and love hard that
we just watched and is number one on Netflix, which
is amazing, and just that speaks so many things of
like how good you are. So it's just to see
you come from that show and to have all that
(13:21):
it's just so beautiful and amazing. Nina. But when did
it hit for you that you were like, oh, people
like this. First of all, that was the sweetest thing
that you or anyone has ever said to me, Oh
my god, it's true. It's true. I love you girl
the moment. There's something for me when it's like when
(13:42):
the fans and then you're like, okay, and your fans
are absolutely by the way, all the fans that are listening,
we love you for all the support and all that.
Nina's fans are like die are. They're very passionate, very
passion They're very passionate. I love them for it. I
love it. Um. The Upfronts is really surreal and cool.
(14:02):
But you're right, it doesn't like our show hadn't come
out yet when the Upfronts happened, so it didn't like
the fandom wasn't aware yet. Yeah. I think there was
this one weekend where the CW had us fly from Atlanta.
That was the other thing is that we were in Atlanta,
so for a long time we really didn't know the
(14:23):
impact or the fact that it was as big as
it was because we were in this little bubble in Atlanta.
And then they had us fly I don't remember what city,
maybe it was l A. We defied l A to
do a like an appearance or something in a mall,
and when we got to the mall. Jessica, I felt
(14:43):
like Justin Bieber, I literally you didn't know. No, it
was so I was like, is Justin Bieber here? Like
what what did we just walk into? I like turned
around to like see if he was behind me, because
there was thousand upon thousands of kids in this mall
to like almost to a dangerous degree, like there was
(15:05):
too many people. And that was obviously at the moment
where I was like, holy ship, right, well really like
the show this is really it was so cool and
so surreal, and so I had definitely had an out
of body experience. Yeah, for sure, did you have one
like that? What what was your moment? There was like
a few different things. I remember I got there walking
around New York taking it in on days off, and
(15:27):
I would see billboards of the cast are going by buses.
There was things like that where I'm like, Wow, they
really believe in the show, that they're really marketing it.
And then I think it was when we had to
have security guards. Maybe we got to work one day
and they were like, you guys can't like walk outside
by yourself. Yeah, we didn't have that problem in Atlanta,
but wait, wait, can I stop you for ones. I think,
(15:50):
have you already told the story about the Hello Kitty?
Oh my god? No, Oh my god, that's so you
have to because you said security guards. So it made
me think of that. So we were walking the set
and this there was a group of girls and one
hands me this like Hello Kitty key chain. Really cute.
I'm I love Hello Kitty, by the way, So I'm
super pumped and I take it and I'm like walking in.
(16:11):
The security card grabs it from me and he's like no,
and I'm like what, Like why would you do that?
And he's like, you gotta be careful. Chain a bear.
It was like a bear keychain, like on a thing.
It was like a stuffed animal like on a key chain. Yeah,
like but kind of big. Anyways, he takes off the
head of this stuffed animal keychain and there's a microphone
in it, and he knew because he had worked on
(16:32):
other shows. He's like, you can't just take gifts into
your trailer that someone trying to like get information or
get a story. And I literally felt so violated, so
wild because had he not been there, I would have, honestly,
I would have put the key chain. I would put
my keys on it would have used it, that would
have went everywhere with me, which was like really scary,
very illegal. But yeah, well, and the thing is, at
(16:56):
that time, Nina, there wasn't like social media and things
like that, so paparazzi was crazy and people did follow
you to get stories or to find out who you
were eating lunch with and things like that. Yeah, so
they had to be more creative and put microphones and
animals and give them to you. So scary for sure.
(17:24):
Let's talk about Fresh Fine because it's delicious and wonderful
and it's healthy and you know, I love wine and
I love that you made a healthy one. Yeah, and
I love how much you love It makes me so happy.
But First Fine is a wine company that I started
with Julian Huff and it is a low carb, low sugar,
gluten free, vegan friendly, keto and all the good things
(17:45):
for you wine that also is a good tasting wine
because a lot of the other wines in that category
taste horrible. And Brad's a real like wine guy, and
he's like, yeah, I don't know, I don't know if
I want to try because I don't like it. What
a I'm gonna say to your best friend, I don't
like your wine. I'm like, well, she she'd like the honesty,
but I'm telling you you're gonna like it. And he'd
drink it and absolutely loved it. Yeah, we worked really
(18:08):
long and hard in Our winemaker is a really fantastic
winemaker who you know. That was our priority is making
a premium product that also is good for you. And
then obviously in moderation, if you drink thirty bottles, you'll
probably get a headache. But if you if you have
like a four glasses or like a bottle, you're not
gonna feel horrible the next day with our wine because
(18:29):
it's not it doesn't have all those additives, right, totally. Well,
if you guys haven't tried it, you should try it.
It's delicious and healthy and and it's my girl's wine,
so you should anyway. And then can we talk about
the movie. I don't know how much you can say
that you just did with a great cast, Chase Crawford
being someone in it, people don't really know like how
low key funny is and just how wonderful Chase is awesome.
(18:53):
He's so you're right, I don't think people know. Well,
I think they're starting to get to know it because
of the show on Hulu that right on the Boys.
He's really funny on that. But we've known for years
that Chase is one of the funniest people ever. He's
just got this very specific, dry sense of humor. And
I don't think he's like aware of how good looking
(19:15):
he is, which also like adds to the whole thing
because he doesn't take himself too seriously. He's just wonderful.
He's a wonderful human, he really is. But yeah, no,
we did this movie, um we wrapped about a month
ago called Reunion with Chase and Lottarel Howary and Billy Magnusson,
Gillian Bell, Jamie Chung Hitchcock. It's like a really fun
(19:38):
cast and we hit cast. We had a lot of
fun on that one too, And Chase is so funny
on that. This movie. Wait, I have to say actually
because it's a comedy, and I have to say that
because this is a goss Girl podcast. Chase's character in
this movie is almost as though Nate grew up kind
(19:59):
of okay, like, yeah, it's like Nate fast forward fifteen years.
He's like pretty much playing the same character, but a
little bit more exaggerated and a funny version. Oh my god,
people are going to love that because Nate he was
always just like trying to do the good thing and
the right thing, and like Nate was really funny to me,
I guess in in that in that way, he's nothing
(20:20):
like Nate in this movie. He's not exactly a nice
guy in our movie, but he's definitely like an upper
class hop guy. Right, And where did you guys film?
We shot it in Los Angeles. We shot it in
Calabasas for nice, just over a month. It was a
quick shoot, but it was really fun one. But I
feel like you probably haven't filmed other you know, working
(20:42):
on your fresh vine in California and being able to
do your photo shoots and stuff. You really haven't filmed
something in l A in a minute though, Right, I
hadn't filmed anything in l A since Dog Days Probably
that was in two thousands seventeen. I think I remember
going to that premiere with you. Yeah. Also, there's like
a little fun fact that you always have Maverick in
(21:03):
your movies, correct, Ye, I was watching like there's Maverick
crossing the streets, Like what I'm like, Nina's dog. I
love that you do that, and I'll forget that you
do that, and then I'm like watching your show or
movie or whatever it is, and then I'm like, I'll
seek Maverick and I freak out. Well, I'm sad to
say though, unfortunately, because it made absolutely no sense to
(21:24):
have a dog. Maverick is not going to be in Reunion.
It's the only movie that I've been in since I've
had I know. It's it's I'm surprised you didn't say, like, hey,
rewrite this scene. It's I don't want to give anything away,
but it actually like it was impossible, but I tried.
I thought about it. I was like, I thought of way,
(21:44):
but it made no sense with the story for there
to be a dog anywhere in this movie. I'll get
them to put her name in the credits or something
like the prop dog or something perfect, which is also
funny story. Maverick. We got back from Coachella, Nina and
I one day. It actually I was at Coachella with you, okay,
and I saw I was actively looking to adopt a
(22:07):
dog or rescue a dog, and I was following all
these rescue instagrams. And while I was at the festival,
I saw Mavericks pop up, and I was like, this
is my dog. I don't know which one. There's two
of them. There's their brother and sister, but like, one
of these two dogs is my dog. So then we
left Coachella to get Maverick. And then we were on
(22:29):
my roof deck. I had a place in Hollywood, and
Nina comes and brings the dog so we can meet.
But she brings both, right, because at the time I
couldn't decide, like I didn't know which one I wanted,
so I just took both of them. And then I
was like, you know, maybe I'll keep them both and
I can raise two puppies. And then I got home
after like a day and a half, I was like,
this is not happening. There's no way I have two puppies.
(22:55):
But I knew in my heart of heart that someone
in our friend group would fall in love with the
other and so I held on to him. And then
I came to your roost shop, like you mentioned, Yeah here,
she wasn't Maverick yet, was she? No, she was, she
was Maverick. And then the other dog I named Goose
Goose Yeah, yes, okay, So they were so Maverick. You
(23:16):
guys kind of had like a little bit of They
were both very chill dogs, but Maverick had a little
bit more of like a bubbly personality, and Goose at
the time was just kind of like lounging and chilling.
It's very chill. Yeah, yeah, And I remember thinking like
maybe I would take the dog, and I'm like, I
don't know, I'm like traveling too much. So I literally
text Chase and said, You've got to come meet this dog.
(23:36):
And now Chase has the brother to Maverick, and his
name is Yeah, I love the name Shiner. I'm a
little bummed that it's not Goose. I liked Maverick and Goose,
but now knowing Shiner, I can only see Shiner Shiner.
Now I know. I'm so happy that Chase took him
and they're still there's still in each other's lives to
this day, and when they see each other, I was, God,
(23:58):
it's so huge, and they see each other, they're like
my brother. Oh my god. They play so hard and
they look nothing alike. I'm pretty sure the rescue plays
lied to me. There probably not actually siblings because they
look not related at all, completely different. They actually yeah,
(24:23):
but like before we washed them, they kind of looked
more similar because they're all scraggly and gross and dirty.
And then we washed them and with it, when their
furs were clean, they look like completely different dogs. So
but whatever, it worked out and everyone's happy and China
has a great home and dogs. But when you were filming,
(24:44):
obviously you didn't have the dog in. Your hours were crazy,
especially because you were doing two characters, and even more,
there was more another season's wasn't there for total? Yeah? Yeah,
like what did they have going on there? There's a lot. Yeah,
it's so cool. You forgot to mention that I had
I had a cat during this time, which is a
lot easier to have a cat when you're filming than
(25:04):
I have a dog because you don't take the cat
out for walks. You just have to change the letter
box once. Um. Being back in Atlanta filming now, can
you tell us a little bit about what you're filming now?
Because it's a completely different thing. You're living in a
different spot, Like it's just can you talk about what
it is. I'm I'm living in a new but different
spot because the place that I bought is being rented
(25:26):
to someone else, so I had to rent another place,
but I found a place on the same street. Perfect. Yeah,
so I'm still in the hood. I love that hood.
By the way. I remember talking to like a bunch
of people from your Cat and they were telling me
that first season of Vampire Diaries, Nina went and bought
(25:47):
this place in an area that was like not what
it is now. Let's just say that, Yeah, it wasn't
very nice. Yeah, everyone's like, what's she doing? We don't
even know for getting picked up for another season, yet
she's spending money on this thing, and I'm like, like,
who's last thing now. It definitely was a little crazy
at the time, but it turned out to be a
very smart choice for sure, because the area was was
(26:07):
not a nice area and it became one of the
hotspots in Atlanta, so I was very lucky. But even
when I came there, everything was like building up a
little bit and things like that, but it still wasn't
what it is now. So for sure, No, it was
like a very smart thing you did. Now it's almost
too crowded and too crazy and phil like New York
in this little area. But the movie that I'm shooting
(26:31):
here currently is called the Outlaws and it's a it's
a Netflix movie. It's action comedy and it's so fun.
And Pierce Brosden, Yeah, Pierce Brosden is in the movie.
James Bond himself. James Bond is my daddy, So I
love that. Yeah, Oh my god. I couldn't be sweeter,
(26:52):
and he couldn't be more talented, and he couldn't be funnier.
He's just the most incredible human being. Off the accent
is everything. But my brother and I met him once
and he was just so lovely. My brother's like, I'm
literally talking to he had a suit on, holding a
drink at a bar. It was it was as if
we were in the movie Double seven with him. But
(27:13):
it's like what you said, he was just very charming.
He really listened when you were talking to him. He
was just a really great and and and as an actor,
he's like one of my favorites for sure. We had
dinner the other night with him and Ellen Barkin and
Adam Divine and Jackie Sandler and the whole cast. We
had the big dinner and he was telling the stories
(27:34):
about all these things, and he mentioned Mrs Doubtfire and
I'd forgotten that he was in Mrs. Oh My God,
which is one of my favorite favorites, and so I
actually rewatched it last night and it holds up. It's
so good. Yeah. Um, but yeah, he's a dream to
work with. Adam Devine is in the movie as well,
(27:55):
and he's I mean, that's a great cast. Again, the
dreamy ist of co star is I'm so happy and
lucky too. He's a producer on the film too, which
is really cool. But he's just he's so funny and
so talented and so sweet and just everyone, all the
whole team is wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Is it any of
the same crew by chance? Like, is there anyone in
(28:16):
the crew that was on Vampire Diaries or not? That's
the crazy part. I expected to walk onto the set
and see like all my familiar faces and I think
there's maybe one person. Oh my god, that's so weird. Well,
but I guess so much shoots there. But yeah, it's
it's weird and it's not because right now in Atlanta,
if I'm not mistaken, there's between seventy and eighty productions. WHOA,
(28:37):
So I'm sure all those people are on Marvel movies
or something because they're also shooting Black Panther right now here,
they're shooting Guardians of the Galaxy, shooting all these films
in Atlanta currently wild and crazy. Well, I'm super excited
again for this film and this cast. Thanks Mama. I'm
gonna play a quote game real quick, of quotes from
(28:57):
Vampire Diaries, and you just tell me which characters at it. Okay.
You want to love that consumes you. You want passion
and adventure and even a little danger. Damon. That was Damon.
Good job. By the way. For the record, I'm not
I'm not good at remembering quotes, so that was very lucky.
(29:18):
Let's see if I can get the rest of them. Okay,
first rule of being a vampire is realizing how awesome
you are. It's definitely not Stephen, either Vicky or Damon
again st me. Yeah, oh my god, I told you
I'm not good at the clothes. Okay, am I sensing
(29:41):
another brother swap stephanous damn it, you were right, stefan um. Okay,
last one. I survived childbirth, the death of my entire family,
and five years of running from an immortal hybrid. I
know this one. That's one thousand percent Catherine. Yeah, Catherine, Um,
(30:08):
that like brings me back totally. It's crazy. It makes
me want to go back and watch them all right. Also,
another thing I don't think we touched on is like
your do your beauty, beauty, it's so awesome girl. Do
you love working with them? Thank you? Yeah, it's it
was always a dream of mine to work with you or.
I love them so much and I've been a fan
of the products and what it represents since I was little.
(30:32):
So it was a pretty surreal day when they called
and so they wanted to partner together and have me
as their ambassador. I was really, really really excited. I
love that. Yeah, well this has been so fun. I'm
just like so pumped and proud of everything. And having
you as you know, just my friend and my partner
(30:52):
in life is also just spend your your such a great,
great friend and you have all these things going on,
so you've never lost that thing of being a true friend.
And I really, truly, from the bottom of my heart,
I love you so much. I love you so much too,
and I feel the same way. You're kidding me. I
hear you saying these things and I'm like, what are
you talking about? Jessica Sore is one of the greatest
(31:12):
human beings on the planet. And you've always always been
there for me in every crisis or good time or
bad time. You've supported me, but privately and publicly, you're
the first person to celebrate. Before I'll even start celebrating.
I'm like, know, whatever, and you're like, no, we're getting drinks,
Like this is cool, We're gonna go do something about it.
(31:33):
And I'm so proud to see what an incredible mother
you've become. You've really blossomed into this girl, wonderfully beautiful
human being and mom, and you meet such a great baby,
and I know she's gonna be a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful girl.
I love you. I love you so much, loving you too.
Let's get you some tissues, ie h. Isn't she just
(32:01):
the cutest I couldn't be happier or more blessed that
we cross paths, both of us doing c W shows
gave us a lot of opportunities and a lot of travel.
But I'll be honest, I never expected to meet one
of my best best friends at a press event. So
with that being said, I love you, Nina. You're amazing.
