This is your morning show with Michael O'Dell John instead of.
Speaker 1 (00:35):
A start and something else I can do. It's a gift,
but it only works for politics. Love does not work
for sports. The show just started. Come on right, you
go to bed and I'm gonna go to work.
Speaker 3 (00:44):
What do you do?
Speaker 4 (00:45):
Who is that?
Speaker 1 (00:45):
I don't have any money. I gotta go. The music's playing.
The show is to put nobody wants to hear. Jeff
and Rid what are you doing? Who is that? Bruno
mars I? You know how many times can I tell
you guys? When it comes to Noster del Journal politically
on the quad train speak it is so and when
it comes to sports, not so much. What does that mean?
(01:07):
It means today Donald Trump's about to be president. Thank
me for that. However, none of the teams I predicted
headed to the AFCNC Championship are so be it. Hey,
if you're just waking up eight minutes after the hour,
its inauguration day twenty twenty twenty five or twenty twenty five.
I'm sure that's got a lot of people. Virtually everyone
listening to this show in a very good mood, wonder
(01:28):
what the others are going to do today. We have
the schedule. President elect Donald Trump will head to church
at seven thirty Central time, eight thirty Eastern. Then he
will be welcomed at the White House by the Bidens
at eight fifteenth Central, nine to fifteen Eastern. They will
depart for the Capitol nine to twenty five Central, ten
(01:50):
twenty five Eastern. Vans will take the oath first at
ten thirty six eleven thirty six Eastern, followed by Donald J. Trump,
becoming forty seventh President of the United States taking the
oath at ten forty seven eleven forty seven Eastern, Then
the inaugural address and the Biden Harris farewell that on
(02:13):
MSNBC could be record low ratings. Powerful. Oh, they took
it away. They took it. They took it. Love, you
got no power And thanks to artificial intelligence. Some really
nasty videos out there a lot of people. There are
some eight eightful.
Speaker 5 (02:34):
There's one where she just dressed real trashy. Yeah, walking
down the street drunk. She looks like she's in the
French quarter in the world. She just came out of
trailers six. You know some people AI, Well, there's just
no way around it. TikTok came back at dinner last night.
I didn't notice, but like my girls did. Uh And
(02:57):
TikTok says it will restore service.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
In the United State. Dates after receiving assurance from President Trump,
agencies responsible for security in Washington say they made some
changes for President elect Trump's inaugural ceremony and parade now
that they've moved indoors, or as some are speculating, maybe
security is one of the reasons, not the cold. They
moved indoors. And here's the best news of all today,
the first hostages released by Hamas are receiving medical treatment
(03:22):
at a hospital in Tel Aviv. Welcome to Monday, January twentieth,
you have our lord. Twenty twenty five, it'll be known
as Inauguration Day as well as National Championship Night, as
Notre Dame in Ohio State will play for college football
national championship. That seems so long ago, doesn't That is
just going on too long. How many weeks off did
they take between the semi final and the championship or
(03:45):
is it just my life? They take off the month
of November, don't they? Well that was the old days.
But these guys have been playing playoff? Has it been
two weeks only? Boy? I had at a sight out
of mind. I kind of turned my attention to the NFL.
But yes, Notre Dame and Ohio State will play for
a national championship today. Now in the inauguration, we got
everybody here to cover. Our correspondent's Roy O'Neil as well
(04:07):
as John Decker, White House correspondent, will be joining us.
We have our contributors. David Sanati will be here, Chris Walker,
Republican consultant, will be here. And then we have a
very special rover today, Simon Conway, who you guys are
gonna love. He is an absolute. This may be very
New Orleans and it may be very dated. This guy's
(04:28):
a trip. I don't know what it is about him.
I love him. Every time you ought to hear our
conversations off the air, we just it's like we're like
on a roller coaster. We're gone. He's a lot of fun.
And he's in Washington, d C. For the inauguration, and
because he's there, he does mornings. This is a busy guy.
You guys complain about your job. Well, that's all I've
(04:51):
heard of is it's like I got here happy to work.
I'm rin Luther King day. Well, I don't mind working.
I'm getting I'm getting a holiday pay. Really I look
at that. I guess I don't think that doesn't come
my way. Yeah, read and I are happy about it.
How would you like to be Simon Conway. Simon does
mornings on WHI No, he does mornings in Tampa on
wfl A, and then he does afternoons in Des Moines
(05:14):
on WHO. And now today he's headed to the inauguration,
so he'll be checking in with us in the third hour,
but we will be filling in for him today in
Des Moines to Welcome to your morning show on the
air and streaming live on your iHeartRadio app. Here's where
I wanted to start. And I think there's a distinction.
(05:42):
On a personal note, we had a sermon yesterday that
just knocked me out cold at church in a simple
question doing Exodus and Moses and Moses begging God to
come to the Promised Land because God was going to
allow them to go to the Promised Land, but God
wasn't going to go with them, and Moses wouldn't he
of it. And then the question was posed to us, all,
(06:04):
if you could go to heaven, streets of gold, gates
of pearl, all your loved ones are there, no more sadness,
no more death, everything's rosy, everything's wonderful, everything's heaven, except
God's not there. Would you still want to go? What
a powerful distinction, What a revealing distinction about whether we
(06:27):
really have a relationship with God, or desire a relationship
with God, or we just don't want to go to Hell.
And that's what I loved about this poll. It kind
of takes a look at, well, we have polls a
plenty today and all they're not all attached to personality politics.
(06:49):
In other words, this notion that Donald Trump is some
kind of savior that's going to come and go in
four years doesn't seem to be there. The American people
are behind find what he stands for, and that can
live on long after he's gone. It's a very, very
different and encouraging thing. Let's take a look at a
(07:11):
couple of them. A vast majority of Americans, vast I
don't even know if I can think of anything that
Nearly nine out of ten Americans agree on. Eighty seven
percent support deporting undocumented immigrants with a criminal record, Nearly
(07:33):
two thirds, sixty three percent of all Americans, including fifty
four percent of Hispanics, forty four percent of Democrats support
deporting people entering the country illegally during the last four
years of the Biden administration, and fifty five percent support
deporting all immigrants here illegally. Wow, there's two ways to
(07:58):
look at that, right. Was it Donald Trump and his
charisma magnetism that got it very elected, or were the
Democrats this off on an issue like Israel, the border,
and the economy. This poll will blow you away on
(08:26):
the what's going on inside Democrats' minds and the wake
of the election. Most supporters of the Democrat Party say
it needs to make significant changes and that they feel
burned out by politics. This according to Sanda, Now, I
have a theory on this. There's a very small, much
(08:49):
smaller group of individuals that follow politics hourly and daily
that that's all they read, all they ex post a
out and comment on, or all they watch on television.
And for those who do that small group, they're burnt
out the rest to see how wrong you are on
(09:12):
issues when they're paying attention. Fifty eight percent of Democrats
and Democrat leaning independents say the Democrat Party needs major changes.
That's significant. You can't just lay low and come back
in four years. You better be different. Over that same time,
(09:32):
the share of Republicans and Republican leaders who feel the
same way about the GOP has ticked downward from thirty
eight percent to twenty eight percent. We often have this
big conversation, are both parties dying and the way the
cycles swing. The Republicans are on a Donald Trump swing,
(09:53):
so doesn't seem as ill And the answer is no,
the Democrat part is in trouble and they better reinvent
themselves or they're going to die. And I can see
that on every if you viewed this kind of like
(10:15):
taking your vitals. Every vital test shows that. But not
so much for the Republicans. Now, you know, I say,
as long as they don't absorb trump Ism the way
they absorbed the Tea Party movement, the Republican Party will
reinvent itself and keep going. And the people there in alignment.
(10:38):
It's almost become an American party more than a Republican Party.
That's not the case for Democrats. But both parties are
in trouble. When I said at the beginning of the decade,
one or both parties will be gone by the end
of the decade, everybody thought I was crazy. There's that
head injury again. Well, how you liking me?
Speaker 3 (11:01):
Now?
Speaker 1 (11:03):
Democrats and Democrat leaning independents who say they're disappointed with
the Democrat Party seventy five percent, Frustrated with the Democrat
Party seventy percent, burnt out, fifty five percent, angry with
the party forty six percent. Let's get to some positive things,
optimistic ten percent, fired up, thirteen percent inspired, who maybe
(11:30):
five percent, well you working way all the way to
kermit the fraud proud five percent. They're in trouble. The
Republican Party looks less in trouble, but the numbers kind
of follow the exact same pattern. America's frustrated and tired
of the partisan endless division and fighting. There is a
(11:58):
seed and it's starting to come through the soil and sprout.
It's time to be Americans, and it's time to stop
fighting about everything and start solving, one at a time,
the issues that are threatening our security and prosperity. This
(12:18):
is more than just the changing of power in Washington.
There's something new and fresh in the air.
Speaker 6 (12:30):
Now.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
The last time America was this enthusiastic. And I haven't
even gotten to the enthusiasm numbers for Donald Trump issued
by issue, they'll blow your mind. There are two things
today that jump out. One is the enthusiasm of Republicans
(12:51):
to Democrats over the next four years when it comes
to the border, to the economy, price of food, energy,
national security, just it's across the board. America is a
lot more united heading into the second term of Donald Trump.
(13:12):
Enormously optimistic. Oh and a majority are concerned for Donald
Trump's life, probably for a very good reason.
Speaker 2 (13:23):
It's your morning show with Michael del Chino.
Speaker 1 (13:27):
Give it to the Eagles, all right, Just something a
little more timely because of what today is. Maybe it's
something more nostalgic for a rejoined song, And I promise
I won't cloat. I got it out of my system,
all right, you ready?
Speaker 3 (13:40):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (13:43):
Yeah, something like that. That would be perfect if you
long everybody, Happy Days again the scuys above vo again.
Let us sing a song, cher again, the happy Days here.
Why couldn't help put the along cuting flight the la
(14:08):
Yeah a little bit. It's inauguration Day twenty twenty five,
twenty eight minutes after the hour. Thanks for waking up
with your morning show. If you're just waking up. Forty
five is about to become forty seven. Therefore, one last
road to the White House. Road to the White House.
Twenty twenty four.
Speaker 7 (14:25):
President elect Trump HeLa rally ahead of his inauguration.
Speaker 1 (14:28):
Tomorrow at noon.
Speaker 3 (14:31):
The curtain closers are four long years of American decline,
and we begin a brand new day of American strength
and prosperity, dignity.
Speaker 8 (14:43):
And pride.
Speaker 7 (14:44):
Trump rally supporters on stage at the Capital One Arena
in downtown Washington, d C. Yesterday before taking the oath
of office as the forty seventh President of the United States,
he celebrated the return of TikTok and pledge significant action
on his first day in office, as he is expected
to sign more than fifty executive orders on Monday. He
also confirmed his first trip outside of Washington as president
will be the Los Angeles at the end of the
(15:05):
week to view wildfire damage.
Speaker 1 (15:07):
I'm Marknefield. All right, Well, I was right about the
exact number of electoral votes Donald Trump would get. He
is going to be president today. I was just as accurate,
only completely different when it came to the NFL this weekend,
Chiefs twenty three to fourteen. No problem with the Texans,
(15:28):
I got that right. But remember of that meme that
said we all want Buffalo versus the Lions, but we're
probably going to get the Chiefs versus the Eagles. Well
that's still alive and well, Lions over five hundred yards
of offense, but five turnovers that they got beat. Eagles
hung on to win against the Rams. Turnovers again reared
their ugly head, and the Bills hung on. I mean
(15:51):
two missed two point conversions and a lot of drop passes.
So your AFC NFC Championship is set. Bills at KC
and the Commanders at Philhiladelphia. This is Andy Hickson, formerly
of Nashville, now living in Detroit, Michigan, thanks to iHeartRadio.
My Morning show is your morning show. Hey, it's me Michael.
(16:18):
Your Morning show is heard live from five to eight

am Pacific on great radio stations like News Radio eleven
ninety k EX in Portland, News Talk five point fifty
k FYI, and Phoenix, Arizona Freedom one oh four seven

us live in the morning, even take us along on
the drive to work, but better late than never. Enjoy
(16:40):
the podcast. So if you're listening on the iHeartRadio app,
you'll see a microphone press it. I'll count you down
three two one. You can ask a question, make a comment.
You can even gloat today. We'll call it the gloat
back line. Okay, if you're you know, I'm not joking.
My wife woke up this morning in the middle of
the night singing, this is the day. Thought, Wow, I
(17:03):
know we had a good service Sunday, but this is
unlike you. Oh, Trump's getting inaugurated. So if you want
to have a shameless gloat or if you have a
question or a comment, instantly make your voice heard at
the kitchen table this morning at your morning show. Used
that talkback button on your iHeartRadio app. You can also
email Michael di at iHeartMedia dot com. Best news of
all the first hostages released by Hamas are receiving medical
(17:25):
treatment at a hospital in Tel Aviv. Three have been released.
How many are alive? Time will tell. Agencies responsible for
security in Washington, DC say they made some changes for
President elect Donald Trump's inauguration ceremony and parade. Now that
it has moved indoors TikTok was gone, that it was back?
How long is it here to stay? A visit with
(17:46):
roy O'Neil coming up in thirty minutes. For those of
you that love if Ake Ramaswami, we're looking forward to
him at elon Musk tackling DOGE and spending cuts. He
is probably going to be leaving the Department of Government Efficiency.
Looks as though he's got his on running for governor
in the state of Ohio. And the AFC NFC Championship
games are set, it'll be the Bills in Kansas City.
(18:07):
Can the Bills do it? This time Commanders in Philadelphia
to take on the Eagles, and the stage is set
for the National Championship tonight. Ohio State Notre Dame in
the role I've been on look for the Irish to
win the National Championship because I think Ohio State's going
to kill him. There you go. But I've been wrong
about everything else. Right, Well, one in three, one in
three this weekend. Okay, Well, maybe I'm a little giddy
(18:30):
that we're going to have a Donald Trump sworn in
his president of the United States and JD. Van sworn
in his vice President of the United States. But I'm
not alone. There's a lot of optimism in America heading
into this second Donald Trump term. In fact, according to CBS,
sixty percent six and ten Americans are optimistic about the
(18:52):
next four years with Donald Trump as president, forty percent pessimistic.
The majority of America overwhelmingly optimists when we get specific
on the economy. Views on the economy right now with
Old Joe and Mama La Kamala, thirty eight percent believe
it's good, fifty six percent believe it's bad. Expectations for
(19:15):
twenty twenty five with Donald Trump as president completely flips
fifty two percent good, thirty one percent bad. Trump's policies
to make grocery prices go up, er down or not
change go up thirty nine percent, or go down thirty
nine percent, go up thirty seven percent, not change twenty
(19:37):
four percent. Now, if you ask a Trump voter, seventy
four percent believe it'll go down, six percent believe it'll
go up, twenty percent unchanged. There's optimistic optimism on cost
of living. Trump's policies to make you financially better off,
stay the same or worse overall forty two percent better off,
thirty percent stay the same. So stay the same or
(19:59):
better off seventy two percent, Only twenty eight percent say
worse off. Now ask a Trump voter, seventy seven percent
better off, twenty percent stay the same, and only three
percent believe worsoff Peace and stability in the world. Increase
peace and stability overall forty six percent decrease peace and stability,
(20:23):
thirty seven percent have no effects. Sixteen percent. Ask a
Trump voter, eighty eight percent increase in peace and stability,
four percent decrease eight percent no effect. Trump starting program
to deport all illegal immigrants overall. This is not just
(20:44):
those who have committed a crime after committing the crime
of breaking in, deporting all immigrants in the United States illegally.
There is fifty five percent overall support for this, and
it's one of the first actions Donald Trump will take today.
Forty five percent disapprove. Talk to a Trump voter, and
it's ninety ten. Tremendous amount of optimism for all Americans,
(21:08):
obviously for Trump supporters, extraordinary optimism in today's inauguration. Now,
this is very, very interesting. This was the New York
Times support for Trump's policies, and we talked about eighty
seven percent supporting deporting undocumented immigrants with a criminal record.
(21:32):
That's nearly nine out of ten. Sixty three percent of
all Americans, including fifty four percent of Hispanics and forty
four percent of Democrats support deporting people who have entered
the country illegally during the Biden administration wave. And we
get to that number of fifty five percent deporting all
immigrants here illegally with criminal records, eighty seven percent all
(21:56):
who arrived in the last four years, sixty three percent
deporting all immigrants who are here illegally period end of story,
fifty five percent ending birthright citizenship is getting closer forty
one percent support, fifty five percent non support. Ending protection
from deportation from immigrants who were children when they entered
(22:17):
the country illegally thirty four to sixty two. Now, as
we said earlier, there's two ways to look at that. A.
This support goes beyond just personality politics and Donald Trump.
It's attached to the very things he stands for. That
(22:39):
means there'll be life after Trump leaves in four years
for these issues. The other way of looking at is
that's how wrong they were on the issues running for president,
whether it was Joe Biden or Kamala Harris, the Democrats
in general. They really missed the border and immigration, They
really missed the Israeli issue, and they really missed it's
(23:02):
the economy stupid. Now, one poll that I wanted to
finish with is the one that concerns me the most,
and it begs the question, could this be one of
the reasons the inauguration was moved inside? Beyond the cold weather.
President elect Donald Trump survived two assassination attempts during the
(23:24):
last year's campaign, and a majority of voters are worried
he won't be safe. Now this question is specific to
today's inauguration. My concern goes beyond the latest Rasmusen Reports
survey found that fifty five percent of likely US voters
are concerned about Trump's safety, including thirty one percent very concerned.
(23:47):
Forty one percent aren't concerned, including twenty six percent who
say they're not at all concerned with the safety eight
years ago, before Trump's first inauguration, fifty one percent we're
concerned about his say so, one quick way of looking
at this is it only takes up four percent. The
guy had two assassination attempts, one that if he doesn't
(24:08):
turn to look at a chart, would have succeeded.
Speaker 5 (24:15):
For me.
Speaker 1 (24:18):
It's funny. I never think first of the two assassination
attempts on Trump himself, the first one really concerns me.
That felt very JFK. Guy is a rangefinder. The flag it,
(24:40):
but then hey lose track of him. He's walking all
over the place. He's climbing on a building. People are
reporting it. Nobody's keeping the president off the stage, nobody's expressing,
you know, any kind of communication concerns. And he gets
up on the roof, he gets in position. They have
him in the scope but they let him get eight
shots off before they take him out. But the last
(25:04):
time we've had presidents this popular and this controversial, well
Lincoln it's a war, JFK. New Frontier, Ronald Reagan at
the beginning of the Revolution, and Donald Trump MAGA. That
gets my attention. Presidents this popular and this controversial, there's
(25:35):
reasons to be concerned about their security. All you can do,
all I can do is pray. That's all we can do.
Pray for his protection. We should be praying for that
for all of our presidents, but this one is particular,
and I'm not alone in this concern. That may be
the only poll I don't like today. So America goes
(25:57):
beyond just excited and optim mystic about Donald Trump really
specific to what he stands for. Can I do one
last poll with the risk of running late. This is
why it is not a farewell. It is a good
riddance for potentially the worst presidency ever. Time may prove
(26:21):
he wasn't even president. When the American people are asked
in a poll to name one accomplishment of Joe Biden,
they can't. Voters say they can't name a major Biden achievement,
(26:53):
strongly agree, somewhat agree, neither agree nor disagree, unsure, somewhat,
disagreengly disagree. People that do pulling for a living will
tell you will combine somewhat and strongly agree, and compare
it to somewhat and strongly disagree. I like to cut
to the chase and just do strongly agree and strongly disagree.
(27:13):
And for everyone, it's over two to well right at
two to one. Thirty seven percent strongly agree they can't
name one accomplishment of Joe Biden's eighteen percent strongly disagree.
Male to female, thirty nine percent of males can't think
of one, nineteen percent strongly disagree. Females thirty five percent
can't think of one. Seventeen percent strongly disagree. Young to old,
(27:37):
If you're really young, I guess that's his best numbers.
Twenty five percent strongly agree accomplish nothing they can't name it.
Nine percent strongly disagree. Gets even worse the older you
get thirty to forty nine thirty four percent, fifty to
sixty four to forty one percent, sixty five percent sixty
five plus forty one percent. Education doesn't matter non graduate
(28:00):
thirty eight percent can't think of one. Graduates, Thirty five
percent can't think of one. Obviously, Republicans sixty one percent
can't think of one independence this is what killed him.
Thirty five percent couldn't think of one. I'm not even
sure that the Democrat numbers pare out for him. Seventeen
percent of Democrats can't think of one accomplishment. Thirty four
(28:21):
percent strongly disagree with that. What do all these polls
point to.
Speaker 3 (28:27):
One?
Speaker 1 (28:28):
Good riddance to not just Joe Biden and Kamala Harris,
but the failed policy and worldview of the Democrats. And
the poll that we did earlier. You'll have to check
it on the podcast. If you're just waking up. Democrats
think they need to reinvent themselves and in a hurry
or go extinct. There's enthusiasm not just for Donald Trump,
(28:53):
but issue by issue what he stands for. That should
give you optimism beyond even the four years that there's
an awake getting in America, beyond the popularity of one man.
And then there's the security concerns. Then there's me breaking
out into Happy Days are here again. But it could
have been worse. I could have broke out into the
(29:14):
Happy Days television show theme song that would have been worse. Yeah,
it could have been a little bit worse. But that's
kind of where America is at today. As Joe and
Kamala leave and Donald Trump and JD. Vance enter for
Donald Trump a second term, forty five becomes forty seven
on today, Inauguration Day twenty twenty five.
Speaker 2 (29:36):
This is your Morning Show with Michael del Chrono on.
Speaker 1 (29:41):
The Aaron streaming live on your iHeartRadio app. This is
your morning show and if you're just waking up, these
are your top five stories of the day. Who knows?
Amas has freed three hostages and a ceasefire deal in Israel.
Mark Mayfield reports.
Speaker 7 (30:00):
How officialcy the three Israeli women appear to be in
good health after being released from captivity as part of
a seasfire deal in Gaza. Sunday's release is part of
the first phase of the agreement between Israel and Hamas
over the next six weeks. It will involve the release
of thirty three Israeli hostages in exchange for nineteen hundred
Palestinian prisoners. At least two Americans are among the hostages
(30:20):
expected to be released in the coming days.
Speaker 1 (30:22):
I'm Mark Mayfield. President Elect Donald Trump may begin mass
deportations in the first hours of his presidency.
Speaker 8 (30:28):
Trump soon to be appointed Borders are Tom Holman tells
Fox News deportation flights could start taking off during his
first week in office. I mean, we have got over
seven hundred thousand Jolligo annas in the United States with
final orders removal. The Wall Street Journal reports the incoming
administration intends to kick off a large scale immigration ray
(30:51):
the day after Trump takes office. In particular, it's expected
to target the city of Chicago with help from as
many as two hundred immigration and customer enforcement officers.
Speaker 1 (31:01):
I'm Scott Carr in Washington. Well, the doge may have
to go on without him. They think. Ramaswami is expected
to leave the Department of Government Efficiency. CBS News is
reporting Ramaswami, who was President Elect Trump's choice to co
lead the task force along with Elon Musk, is expected
to depart as he plans to announce a campaign to
run for governor up the state of Ohio. TikTok. It
(31:23):
was gone, then it came back again, and now they're
saying they'll restore service to the US once they receive
assurances from President elect Trump. Lisa Cardon reports.
Speaker 4 (31:35):
In a statement released Sunday, the company said Trump assured
it's leadership they would face no penalties for continuing to
provide Americans access to the app. The statement also said
the company will work with a Trump administration to preserve
access to TikTok in the US. Trump has said he'll
likely extend Sunday's deadline for Chinese owned TikTok to sell
(31:56):
to a US company or face a ban.
Speaker 1 (31:58):
I'm Lisa Carton. I've never been on TikTok, but that
doesn't mean I don't have sympathy for those that are
fans of it. My wife has a very liberal friend
who was very lost without TikTok, and I was only
too glad to remind her she has Donald Trump to
thank for being back. The TSA says it intercepted nearly
sixty seven hundred firearms at airport security checkpoints last year.
(32:22):
Tammy Trihilo has all the details.
Speaker 9 (32:24):
About ninety four percent of those firearms were loaded. The
total is down slightly from twenty twenty three, when a
record setting number of guns was stopped from being brought
on commercial flights. The airports that had the most firearms
discovered include Atlanta's Hartsfield Jackson International Airport, Dallas Fort Worth International,
Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
(32:46):
I'm Tammy Trio.
Speaker 1 (32:47):
The Critics' Choice Awards are being postponed again because of
the wildfires. Chris Scarragio has details.
Speaker 6 (32:53):
The ceremony for the annual movie Awards, chosen by North
American film critics, was originally planned for January twelfth, but
had been delayed for two weeks after Pacific Palisades and
Alta Dina were devastated by wildfires. The Critics Choice Association
now says the thirtieth annual award show will take place
on February seventh in Santa Monica.
Speaker 1 (33:11):
I'm Chris Garagio. Well the Chiefs twenty three to fourteen
over the Texans. A big day for Kelsey and the refs.
That might add, They're headed to their seventh straight AFC
Championship game. Lions outscored by the Commanders forty five to
thirty one. Lions had over five hundred yards of offense,
but five turnovers, four interceptions and a fumble. You can't
(33:32):
do that and win a playoff game. Eagles survived the
Rams twenty eight to twenty two. Matthew Stafford three hundred
and twenty four yards and two touchdowns, but Kyren Williams
with a couple of fumbles that made the difference. And
for the Bills, I think it's two point conversions in
the end that were the difference. But the Bills hang
on twenty seven to twenty five over Baltimore. Baltimore also
with three turnovers. AFC Championship Bills at Kansas City. That
(33:56):
old Chestnut NFC Championship Commanders in Philadelphia to take on
the Eagles in a National Championship is tonight. It seems
like forever they last played, but Ohio State and Notre
Dame thirteen and two, verses fourteen and one.
Speaker 2 (34:10):
