Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hi, It's Michael. Your morning show can be heard live
weekday mornings five to eight am, six to nine am
Eastern in great cities like Tampa, Florida, Youngstown, Ohio, and
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We'd love to join you on the
drive to work live, but we're glad you're here now.
Enjoyed the podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Two three starting your morning off right. A new way
of talk, a new way of understanding because we're in
this together. This is your Morning Show with Michael del
John as President.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
John F. Kennedy once set.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
Too often we enjoy the comfort of opinion without the
discomfort of thought. We try to address that every morning.
And as someone give you a glimpse into my dark life.
Who is either visiting my mother in law or my mother?
I'm around act of death every day. I can tell
you never take a day for granted. It is a
gift from God. How do you plan to spend it today?

(00:54):
Thanks for sharing some of it with us. Sorry eight
minutes after the hour if you're just waking up, Here's
the world in a night. Hurricane Melissa, a rare Cat
five storm this late in the hurricane season, bearing down
on the coast of Jamaica. It's gonna have a devastating
effect and it's going to double slap Jamaica. We'll have
more on that with Rory O'Neal coming up. The President

(01:16):
signed an agreement with Japan to speed up cooperation on
processing of critical minerals. He also rallied the troops on
board the USS George Washington. Meanwhile, at home, Senate went
without a vote again. Government shutdown now heads into the
fourth week. The Fed widely expected to cut interest rates
this week. Should be another good day on the market

(01:38):
when it opens later this morning. And please pray for
Adam Thompson filling in for Jeffrey, who somewhere right now is.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
Your morning show. You're a morning show.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Sleeping in on vacation. Poor Adam filling in for Jeffrey.
Has his Dodgers go eighteen innings last night, no sleep,
He's at work this morning. But the Dodgers are closer
to another ring Freddie Freeman with the walk off home
in the bottom of the eighteenth Dodgers went six to
five over the Jays. Game four is tonight, hopefully more

(02:10):
reasonably like a nine enning affair would be nice. And meanwhile,
we're looking at you know, The President began this Asian
trip with the Cambodia Thailand peace Deal, the signing of
that that he orchestrated, and he's going to end it
in South Korea with not just a treaty deal, a

(02:30):
trade deal with China, but also a TikTok deal with China.
It's going to be a very successful Asian trip. Let's
start with the first, the Cambodian Thailand peace deal. Stephen
Bucci is our colonel from the Heritage Foundation, filling in
for Lieutenant Colonel James Carafano, And good morning, Stephen.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
How big of a peace deal was this?

Speaker 4 (02:48):
Well, first, good morning, thanks for having me.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
Love it.

Speaker 4 (02:51):
Look this is you know, this one's not.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
An earth shattering deal.

Speaker 4 (02:54):
But two countries were not ramping.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
Up to invade one another.

Speaker 4 (02:59):
But there's a lot of tension on their border and
they put some processes and agreements into place through this
agreement that will lower the tension and allow more normal
relations between the two countries. So not insignificant, a good thing.
You get enough of these, you know, small to medium

(03:21):
sized peace deals. I mean, it's kind of hard to
say peace deals are ever small, but you know, some
are smaller than others. This is one of those that
that's good. It should be celebrated, and it's it's part
of a momentum that seems to be building where other leaders,
if they got a beef with somebody, they want President

(03:42):
Trump to come in and help them fix it. That's
pretty remarkable and should be, you know, given some attention
and an acclamation.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
The country is like insane at home and divided over
this president, but he is certainly leader of the free world,
and you can see on these trips how respected he
is outside of our borders. This is a huge deal
that he orchestrated with Cambodia and Thailand, as we saw
on the last Asian trip, which was mainly diplomatic. I mean,

(04:13):
there was selling of airplanes, there were mineral deals and
so on, but what we really saw was the master
chess game with Saudi Arabia, Cutter Turkey, other reasonable Muslim nations,
and I think that was to isolate Hamas and Iran
and begin to build Phase two, the future for Gaza,

(04:34):
which is where he is.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
So all hostages have been released, most of the body's
been returned to the family. The dismantling of Hamas and
the unwelcomed future in Gaza for Hamas has begun. The
question is can the President make any ground with Russia
and Ukraine in a peace deal by the end of.

Speaker 3 (04:52):
This year, next year or ever. That's a sixty four
thousand dollars question.

Speaker 4 (04:56):
Isn't it. It certainly is. First back to Gaza, you know,
the set phase two is not done yet. The getting
the bodies back, that's that's huge. There's still a couple
that they frankly can't seem to find, which is not surprising,
you know, given that you know, they didn't have them
stacked up in a mortuary somewhere. They're buried all over

(05:20):
the place. But the real difficult lift is the last
thing you mentioned. They're disarming Hamas, making Hamas a non
player in the future of Gaza. That's still not set yet,
and and it's not something that you know is a
guarantee to happen. But you know, again, the live hostages.

Speaker 3 (05:41):
Out, I was surprised.

Speaker 4 (05:44):
All the bodies coming back are the vast majority. I'm surprised.
I hope I'll continue to be surprised and they'll get
some peacekeeping troops in there from relevant countries around the
Muslim world. Uh, and they'll be able to manage it
in a way that will allow Gaza to be a

(06:05):
real entity that's not under the sway of this terrorist organization.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
Well, but there's two uncertainties, right Stephen. We don't know
that Hamas will lay down its arms and leave. They
may fight to the death, and they may have some
reinforcements coming from Israeli prisons. The other thing we don't know,
and it's a question mark, is what would the Palestinian
people want. Have they been dependent on the PLO and
Hamas and dangerous thugs for their security and quote unquote

(06:32):
peace or do they have the same hatred for Israel
and would choose just under a new name, if necessary,
the same kind of hatred to lead them. That would
be problematic moving forward.

Speaker 4 (06:44):
Absolutely, And that's my concern is, you know, there's a
lot of the people in Gaza who don't want Hamas there,
and a bunch of those have been executed since the
peace deal went when Hamas could get their uniforms and
guns back out without worrying about getting whacked by the Israelis.
So that's that is still a question that's out there.

(07:08):
I don't think anybody is expecting Hamas to, you know,
blithely dance its way into oblivion. There there's going to
be resistance. And as you say that, the guys getting
out of the prisons there there's some pretty hardcore convicted
murderers that are now coming back with a whole new
set of beefs because they've been in prison in some

(07:30):
cases for a decade or two for their crimes, and
you and I think they should.

Speaker 1 (07:35):
Be rewarded for exactly well, eternally. You and I have
made a study of this, and I always say this
just to shock the listeners. Hamas aren't just a bunch
of thugs and terrorists. They're worshiping and to die trying
and fighting is the only assurance of eternal.

Speaker 3 (07:53):
Life for them.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
So they will fight and win, or they will fight
and die and have eternity. Either way, they don't leave
without a fight. There's only two ways to deal with Islam.
Let them defeat you or pay the jizi of the
tax or you kill and defeat them. There is no
in between, and that still remains to play out. I'm
watching Stephen Bucci, by the way, is a colonel. He's

(08:15):
a senior fellow at the Heritage Foundation, one of the
largest think tanks in the world. This is his area
of expertise. I'm watching this Mom Donnie, and I noticed
AOC and I featured it, and I'll featured it again
and Sounds of the day next half hour. She's pretty
much laying out like a presidential socialist Islamist speech for
her presidency to get Mom Donnie elected. I think that's

(08:35):
where the party's headed. That's a whole other political discussion.
But the message that sends to Islamists around the world,
and you know how they take their cues because you
have political Islamists who play patiently until they think that
hour of war is here or that hour of vulnerability
is here. Otherwise they're busy populating, infiltrating, agitating, But when

(08:59):
they see weakness, that's when they take their cues and fight.

Speaker 3 (09:05):
Are we playing with.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
Fire here in our largest city where radical islam once
attacked our country in electing a radical Islamist, anti Israel
mayor and having the party coalesce behind it. What kind
of a message is this sending to radical Islamists.

Speaker 4 (09:25):
It's a bad one, real standpoint.

Speaker 3 (09:29):
And expected terror attack soon, you know.

Speaker 4 (09:33):
I don't know if it'll kick off terrorist attacks, but
it will definitely kick off a lot of other folks
coming up and running on these kind of platforms that
will shield themselves by saying, oh, you can't tell us
this is bad because you're being Islamophobic or you're just

(09:54):
not tolerant, when these are things that are deliberately and
at destroying the society and the culture that this country
has as its basis and has had since the beginning.
You know, I'm not saying Muslims need to leave the country,
but what Mandami is an example of is an Islamist.

(10:21):
He is a political agent who is will lie, will dissemble,
and have no problem with that because he's called to
do it. If he can stiff the infidels in any way,
shape or form, any way to do it is fine.

(10:41):
And you know, when he compared the trauma of his
aunt not being comfortable wearing or her job after nine
to eleven to the people who died on nine to eleven,
that was bad enough. But now we find out it
was a completely fabricated story that now he's changing when

(11:02):
people have found out that that aunt doesn't even live
in America, still live in overseas. Uh, this is the
kind of folks that that the left in the Democrat
Party are celebrating. I mean, come on, this is crazy, can.

Speaker 1 (11:20):
I can I let me just let me phrase this,
because we get we get low on time in one
minute or less. Would you care to explain to everyone
why we don't call them Mohammedans anymore.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
We call them Muslims.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
And then separately we have to acknowledge islamis, which is
a form of government and a system of life, and
then we distinguish jihadis. Why not just Mohammedans as our
founding fathers refer to them?

Speaker 4 (11:45):
Uh, you know it's we've adopted uh to a degree,
some of their own terms, so that you know that's legitimate.
You want to use the right terms, not just ones
that someway from another culture has adopted. But you know,
the Islamist one is the interesting one to me, because
there's Muslims, there are people who believe in Islam as

(12:10):
their faith in the same way someone goes to a
Protestant church or a Catholic church.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
Because they're following the first, because they're following the first
tolerant example of mohammed The second example is political Islam,
which is when you steal, infiltrate, agitate, and then there's
jihad because Mohammad, lastly in Medina was a bloodthirsty warrior.
So we call the third example of Mohammad jihadis or terrorists.

(12:39):
We call the political Islamist Islamist, and then we just
call Muslims the peace loving Muslims Muslims. But the problem
is they can be any of those three and you
don't know which until they act. Now, in the case
of Mamdani, he's signaling Islamist, and that suggests he doesn't
believe in freedom of religion. He doesn't believe in freedom

(13:01):
of speech, he doesn't believe in right of assembly, he
doesn't believe in innocent until proven guilty. It's absolutely anathetical
to our way of life, and you're about to turn
the largest city over to that.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
We could go wrong? What could go wrong? Stephen?

Speaker 4 (13:14):
If you want to know what can go wrong, look
at the UK, because they're, you know, a couple of
years ahead of us on this movement. There's an action
going on right now to ban anybody eating outdoors during
the fast for Ramadan in the UK because that's triggering

(13:35):
and hurtful to the Muslims. Who are fasting during that time.
That is got nothing to do with religion. It has
everything to do with power and the ability to make
people bend to their rules. And that's the start of it.
And we're trending in that direction. Michael.

Speaker 3 (13:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (13:54):
And Takiya is when you have the ability to lie
if you feel under threat, and that makes it even
more complicated to discern. And then all of this has
to run through the filter of political correctness. It's an
interesting time. It's why we have people like you and
James Carafano, the Lieutenant colonel, to sort through this for us.

Speaker 3 (14:13):
All right, full circle.

Speaker 1 (14:15):
You know, the Cambodia Thailand deal, the continuation of the
peace deal in the Middle East.

Speaker 3 (14:21):
It's all minor leagues.

Speaker 1 (14:23):
If you don't get the Russian Ukraine deal done eventually,
whether it's this year, next year, or the year after.

Speaker 5 (14:30):
This is your Morning Show with Michael Deltno.

Speaker 3 (14:39):
Here are my top five stories.

Speaker 1 (14:41):
Botagige leads the twenty twenty eight Democratic field for twenty
eight in New Hampshire. New Hampshire is not America, and
he doesn't lead by much. He's at nineteen percent. Gavin
Newsom's at fifteen percent and so is AOC an early indication.
If AOC is doing that well in New Hampshire, I'm going.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
To be right.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
She's going to be the early leader until the DNC
gets involved to try to fix it. Representative Swallowell probably
encompasses all the hysteria over the East Wing. He's now
saying it ought to be a litmus test for any
Democrat running for president in twenty twenty eight that you
will demolish the East Wing.

Speaker 3 (15:19):
Never mind.

Speaker 1 (15:19):
Joe Biden's aid says the East Wing demolition is sad, but
the ballroom's probably needed. Meanwhile, the Washington Post editorial board
praises Donald Trump for doing it and paying for it.
Democrats just want to tear it down. That's Trump derangement.
And we're having problems on the far left. Another Indiana
trans student admitting to plotting a Valentine's Day school shooting
even kept a shrine to mass shooters. And then a

(15:41):
twenty nine year old anarchist arrested putting a forty five
thousand dollars hit on Pam Bondy, the Attorney General of
the United States of America.

Speaker 3 (15:50):
The left is not playing well.

Speaker 1 (15:52):
With others in the SAM Those are my top five
stories of the day. You do not want to miss
the Sounds of the Day. They are next.

Speaker 5 (16:01):

who wants to Murder republicans and he raised five hundred
thousand dollars off of he's Got nazi.

Speaker 3 (18:08):

Speaker 3 (18:12):
Democrat at this, table, Say Donald.

Speaker 8 (18:15):
Trump's A, Nazi elon's A, nazi and your party is
now in love with a guy with A nazi tattoo
who trained a left wing paramilitary group and called himself
An antifa super soldier on the, internet and he's going
up every.

Speaker 3 (18:27):
Day good, Luck GIDEA R, well that's the.

Speaker 1 (18:29):
Problem so you've got a party at war with, itself
and the far left seems to be pulling all the.
Strings take the mayor Of, chicago, who, now when asked
a question about funding for illegal, aliens takes obsession with
Illegal alians not just an.

Speaker 3 (18:46):
Exception he doesn't even know what you're talking. About we
don't have illegal. ALIENS i don't.

Speaker 9 (18:54):
Know if that's from some sort of sci fi message
that you wish you. Had well, listen the legal term
for my people were. Slaves you want me to use
that term, Too so, look let's just get the language.
Right we're talking about undocumented individuals that are human. Beings
the last thing That i'm going to do is accept
the type of, racist nasty language to describe human. Beings
and so as far as our spending on Chicagoans i've

(19:17):
put forth a sixteen point seven billion dollar balance budget
that ensures that we're investing in, education, transportation, housing youth,
employment environmental, justice as well as ensuring that we have saved.

Speaker 1 (19:31):
Communities, well the far left is controlling the, party and
the far left controlled party is controlling the. Cities thanks
for a very interesting twenty twenty eight presidential map that
didn't work well in terms of black vote In chicago
and across the. Country as, illegals we're getting the benefits

(19:54):
that belong to Legal american. Citizens, meanwhile In New York,
city you Got, momed An islamist socialist running on a
complete communist, platform promising to make, housing, transportation childcare all.

Speaker 3 (20:15):
Free how's he gonna pay for? It tax the?

Speaker 1 (20:18):
Rich but he doesn't have the legal rights to tax
or raise taxes In New York city without approval of the,
governor who's also running for office pledging not to raise.
Taxes how on earth can the two co? Exist here's
the governor herself at A Mom donnie.

Speaker 7 (20:34):
Rally, well you know, what here's SOMETHING i can tell
you about, Personally New york's first mom. Governor we need
more child care.

Speaker 3 (20:48):
And it has to be.

Speaker 7 (20:48):
Universal childcare for everyone who wants.

Speaker 1 (20:52):
It someone's gonna. Lose it might Be Mam, donni or
it might be. Her time will. Tell and then there's
our Feature sound of The, day which IS. Aoc the
visual was. Something remember how they always put a crowd behind.

(21:17):
Speakers the podium Has New york is not For sale.
Sign then you have what appears to be Chic arabs
in the front row holding Mom donnie. Signs then you
have people of every race other than Two. Caucasians one

(21:38):
is freeze rent and the other is fast free. Buses
so the visual is. Something and then THERE'S. Aoc your
question should be why are The democrats going all in
on An islamist socialist in our largest city and making
this their party platform and narrative heading into a midterm

(21:58):
or is THIS aoc making this the platform not just
for the midterm but her. Presidency you decide in our.

Speaker 7 (22:06):
Nation's darkest chapters that our brightest lights, emerge and we
each and every one of, us whether we like it or,
not our living history, today from our nation's, Beginning american

(22:27):
democracy has always reflected the struggle between humanity's highest and lowest,
natures between subjects and. Citizens The confederacy and The, union
freedom and, bondage labor and, capital rights and, regimes and

(22:49):
it is no different. Today the struggle of our time
today is the single most unjust concentration of wealth in
the hands of the very, few unseen in our nation's
history and the world's.

Speaker 1 (23:06):
History and it is basic class, warfare basic spirit of.
Envy anybody that has more than anyone else has something
that belongs to that other, person and if they can't have,
it you can't have it. Either, now of, course it's
all completely. Unfundable As Margaret thatcher famously, said socialism never.

(23:30):
Works eventually you run out of everyone's. Money but that
doesn't stop the pandering or the.

Speaker 7 (23:35):
Messaging it's a time such as this demand in which
demanding what should be considered the most basic tenets of human,
dignity that, is that is considered a radical and outlandish.
Act it is a time suggest today when demanding affordable

(23:56):
housing is considered a radical and outlandish. Act act that
we can afford our, lives our, groceries our transit is
considered an outlandish and radical. Act that we accept our
neighbor as ourselves a radical and outlandish. Act but we

(24:17):
must remember in a time such as, this we are
not the crazy, Ones New York.

Speaker 3 (24:22):
City we are.

Speaker 7 (24:27):
Not the outlandish Ones New York. City they want us
to think we are. Crazy we are.

Speaker 3 (24:34):
Sane to demand.

Speaker 7 (24:39):
An affordable and decent, housing a decent, wage the right
to healthcare that we pay to care for our people
instead of the flattening Of palestinians and oppressed people abroad
is not a radical.

Speaker 3 (24:55):
Act it is basic and car.

Speaker 1 (24:57):
Humanity so welcome to The New Democrat. Party Pro, islamist Anti,
israel Anti, american pro, socialist pro. Communists and if the
polls are, Accurate Mom donnie wins by, ten and that
sets the narrative for the midterm for the rest of
the country that may not be as dupable As New.

(25:18):
York but more, importantly there's your Aocs i'm running for
president speech at A Mom donnie. Rally, meanwhile who was president?
Crying John pierre was The White house. Spokesperson she continues

(25:39):
to stand by he was. Sharp The Joe biden you
saw in that debate is not The Joe biden she
saw day after day and. Meetings she continued this conversation
with THE bbc and then eventually they just flat out
asked her the question if in fact she had any. Regrets,

(26:00):
so now that you are speaking for Yourself, korean do
you have any regrets at all for anything that you
said while you were speaking on behalf of this?

Speaker 3 (26:06):
Administration look, no.

Speaker 8 (26:13):
No, no because you're asking for, answer no.

Speaker 4 (26:15):
QUESTION i want to put some context to it.

Speaker 3 (26:17):
TOO i wake up every.

Speaker 7 (26:18):
DAY i woke up every day very proud to be
The White House press.

Speaker 3 (26:23):
SECRETARY i woke up every day as.

Speaker 8 (26:25):
A as a black woman who is, queer who had
never no one had ever seen someone like me at that.

Speaker 3 (26:33):
Potea standing behind that. Lectun it was an honor and
a privilege.

Speaker 4 (26:36):
To have that.

Speaker 1 (26:37):
Job so she was honored in privilege to have the.
Job she was a black, woman. Queer whether or not
the president was really the president is. Irrelevant can't make
this up. RIGHT i mentioned another trans planning a school
shooting In february to go along with three other major

(27:01):
school shootings that did. Happen the left also not playing
well with The Attorney general as a forty five thousand
dollars hit from an anarchist led to AN fbi. Arrest
Jonathan turley On fox had this to say about how
dangerous the rhetoric and the left has.

Speaker 10 (27:24):
Become, Well, sandra this is exactly what you AND i
and others have been talking about for weeks as this
violent rhetoric, increases particularly from democratic leaders and. Others you
just had A Howard university journalism professor asking what are
you prepared to burn down and telling people that they

(27:44):
should follow the image Of John brown who massacred. People
that's the level of rhetoric that many of these individuals
are reading in their little siloed echo, chambers and a
certain percentage of them will be. Triggered and the concern
here is that you're not going to always have someone
like this that goes to TikTok and tries to hire an.

(28:07):
Assassin you're going to have people like the person who
Killed Charlie kirk who's just going to do it. Themselves
and this brings us back to this rage. Rhetoric you
have politicians around the country trying to ride this wave
of rage back into, power and.

Speaker 3 (28:26):
It's going to get someone.

Speaker 1 (28:27):
Killed it already, has all, Right so how many times
have we had this? Conversation it's kind of like nineteen sixty.
EIGHT i still pray every day for the, president AND
i don't believe he's. Safe AS i have, said there
are two presidents that were never meant to Be JOHN.

Speaker 3 (28:45):
F kennedy And Donald.

Speaker 1 (28:46):
Trump and we know how it ended With, kennedy and
we know it's been attempted twice On. Trump but this
is like nineteen sixty, eight The kennedy, assassination The Martin
Luther King junior, assassination the, protests the, violence and it
all ended with an orbit of the. Moon and as

(29:10):
one woman wrote in a telegram congratulating the, astronauts you
saved nineteen sixty. Eight but what really saved nineteen sixty.
