You guys heard about these black twin sisters in Detroit.
Well they've made history. The twin sisters marked their one
hundredth birthdays together with a large celebration. This happened on
last Saturday. Their names are Doris Ward and Lauris Pryor
So their Doris and Lauris. They were born on July seventeenth,
back in nineteen twenty four.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
No, I don't mean to how far away from you there?
I mean it's y'all birthday. I mean, should you be
taking a should you be taking a picture with them?

Speaker 3 (00:38):
I saw them on social media too? Fine? Yeah, yeah,
I saw.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
Now between they two hundred and yours? How many years
is all that together started with yours? That we can?

Speaker 3 (00:48):
I hate that I have for you in my heart
right now.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Man. The twins have nine children between them, and several
generations of grandchildren and great and their family and friends
joined them for the one hundredth birthday bash at Rosedale
Park Baptist Church in Detroit last Saturday. Their favorite activity
is going to the casino together. That is one congratulations.

This hocking.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
This is hocking till I'm trying to figure out that
that's saying it is your Social Security number?

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Like eighty two. I've known you the longest, so you
