Speaker 2 (00:18):
He just might bless us with one of his funny
vacation stories. You know, he always has one. We'll talk
about it all at the top of the hour, but
right now it is time to ask the CLO with
our Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey. This is from Simone
in Toledo, Simon Rides. My boyfriend is still married, but
he lives at my house. I know for a fact

(00:40):
that his wife threw eggs on my car, but he
said I have no proof. He is taking her side,
even though I've never had problems like this till I
met him.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Why is he protecting his wife? What?

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Well?

Speaker 1 (00:55):
What lady?

Speaker 4 (00:56):
Why must protecting his question?

Speaker 3 (01:02):
Why is he living in your house? And the wife
know the way over there? That's the bigger question. Why
is he protecting his wife? Why he living in your house?
You know, y'all all of us make mistakes, right, all
of us. We're all human. We've all made up one

(01:23):
hundred I got it, ain't no problem, so we ain't
worried about that. But you can't do your wrong and
then when some wrong happened, you don't understand what's wrong.
That's where we at. You got a married man living
in your house, that you do you know he married?

(01:46):
Now his wife Ben drove over there and through some
eggs on your house, on your car. Now you want
to know he sent up here saying that ain't her?
Why is he protected his wife?

Speaker 4 (01:59):
Well? Could it be? I'm just asking because they married.
I'm just you know, I don't want.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
To appear righteous or nothing, but I'm just asking a question.
Could it be because they still married and she upset.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
That you done took him in prior to the divorce.
That's that's all it could be. I'm just saying, once again,
we all make mistakes. Got that. I ain't judging you
for it. But when you but when you do something
wrong and then something wrong happened to you, you gotta
quit figuring out what wrong?

Speaker 1 (02:44):
Profound all right, man?

Speaker 4 (02:46):
I ain't that's that's damn there, that damn near that's
damn near heavy.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
There's so much common sense in that statement. Hit damn there,
sound like it ain't calming, don't it.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
That's right, it does, it does.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Moving on to Brielle and Charlotte, Brielle says, I kept
my cousins kids, ages three and five, and I fed
them chicken nuggets and tater tots. I baked chicken for
my husband and sixteen year old son. My cousin came
as he as we were eating, and she got mad
because her kids didn't get baked chicken. Her kids were
happy with their nuggets. So what's the big deal?

Speaker 4 (03:22):
They eat them nugget? Oh yet?

Speaker 3 (03:25):
Yeah, but you know you played them kids. Don't kids
love that everybody else getting baked chicken? They got them
little cheap ass nuggets on over they eating all their
preservatives and everything.

Speaker 4 (03:36):
Yeah, what's the big Yeah?

Speaker 3 (03:37):
Yeah, they was happy with the nuggets, but you know,
them kids should have ate a little bit healthier. Everybody
else over there, big baked chicken. Let me cut back
on these people that don't live here. Three and five,
get them nuggets.

Speaker 4 (03:51):
That's all it is.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
You know, You know if you go over somebody house
and everybody getting treated one way, and then you see
your kids getting treated another way.

Here's gonna be a damn propert in him. You know,
why why my baby drinking this ice water? Everybody else
got ice cream. He's my favorite over here drinking this
ice water. You understand that. I thought, think that's what
the situation he is here.

Boysober

Have you ever wondered what life might be like if you stopped worrying about being wanted, and focused on understanding what you actually want? That was the question Hope Woodard asked herself after a string of situationships inspired her to take a break from sex and dating. She went "boysober," a personal concept that sparked a global movement among women looking to prioritize themselves over men. Now, Hope is looking to expand the ways we explore our relationship to relationships. Taking a bold, unfiltered look into modern love, romance, and self-discovery, Boysober will dive into messy stories about dating, sex, love, friendship, and breaking generational patterns—all with humor, vulnerability, and a fresh perspective.
