Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, So guys, this question was on Baller Alert

(00:02):
earlier this month, and it caused a stir in the
comment This also was a topic on your show, Tommy
Ready to Love Philly, where one of the men admitted
that he was not financially stable. Okay, he didn't own
a car, he didn't have a home, he didn't have
an apartment, but by the same token, he was ready
to love. The female that he connected with on the

(00:26):
show was honest with him and said she was starting
to really like him, but she had to reconsider based
on what he told her. So here's the thing, what
are your thoughts? Can love really exist without that financial stability?

Speaker 2 (00:42):
Can it? Well? I know the name of the show
is Ready to Love.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
But if you don't have a car, you don't have
a job, and you don't have an apartment, what happens?
Will we ready to go Somewhere?

Speaker 1 (00:58):
That's another show, another show.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Yes, that's gonna be a new show.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
I'm gonna come up with Ready what if we ready
to go Somewhere?

Speaker 1 (01:08):
But wait a minute, Steve Tommy was transparent on this show.
He shared with them that when he and his wife
Jack Eats first got together, he didn't have anything. He
didn't have anything. So Tommy, that was a raw moment
for that was really well, yeah, I know.

Speaker 4 (01:27):
I read something. I read some of the comments, and
you know, I was, what in my late twenties then,
or maybe late twenties. These these ladies are commenting saying,
this brother forty something years old. So Tommy, it's a
little different one from where you were, and you're no.

Speaker 3 (01:43):
I saw that, Cliff, Tommy, was that the guy with
the short salt and pepper hat. Yeah, kind of muscular dude,
this goes muscular.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Wait a minute, man, he ain't got nothing.

Speaker 4 (01:55):
Well, he done on hard time, but he is he
done on hard time? He was honest, he was I mean,
he could have lied through the whole show, through the
whole journey.

Speaker 3 (02:07):
He could have lied, but he didn't. Well what did
he put on y'all's application though?

Speaker 2 (02:14):
How did take nerves?

Speaker 4 (02:18):
I like Cisco. I'm sorry, I'm not going with Donna Rabbits.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
Well, everybody likes him.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
He's a likable guy.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
He really I looked.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
At him too.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
Man, he got emotional because something I saw that clip.
You actually talked about how you got and you said something.

Speaker 4 (02:31):
Man.

Speaker 3 (02:31):
Then the girl got him went over there and hooked him.
But that was a good bye hood though.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
That was he chose her, she chose him.

Speaker 4 (02:41):
Alert. Yeah, I was Cisco.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
I didn't have nothing. I ain't. I stayed with the woman.

Speaker 4 (02:53):
And I can tell you right now it be a
lot of questions when you come in.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
You're right today. Hell now, okay, a't talk no more.

Speaker 4 (03:00):
Does finance really block romance? Does it love?

Speaker 1 (03:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (03:05):
In five.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Yes, Yeah, I'm gonna say this right here.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
You can love a person that don't have a lot
going on in hopes of loving them into motivating them.
And you could get with somebody. You can build a
man up. You could be the missing part. But but
if it continues, you're not gonna like them. You're not
gonna like them though.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
So okay, so is there a limit to that then?
I mean, do you give them a time? Okay, six months,
a job or we're breaking up?

Speaker 4 (03:38):
Let's started like yeah, I like that, sugar, But Steve,
look at it like this, no car, no place to stay,
no job, gotta have all three yet to understand what
we're looking at, all three of them?

Speaker 2 (03:48):
What happened?

Speaker 4 (03:51):
That's what you want to know. Yeah, of course.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
You're gonna look, I mean, look, bro, because we had
to make some decisions.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Cannot you know what?

Speaker 3 (04:00):
You know what, I'm tired of going to work. I'm
gonna go down here and quit my job.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
Can you be serious for one second?

Speaker 2 (04:10):
I'm dead serious.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
We're trying to figure this out.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
But if you and your forties and you had all
that stuff and you fell on hard times, what was
the decision you made that got you here?

Speaker 2 (04:22):
And then a woman can work with.

Speaker 1 (04:24):
That sometime, you know, divorced s sometimes.

Speaker 3 (04:27):
Yeah, if the voice wipes you out, then say that
I can help you build it back up. But now
if you just gonna sit over here and cry, well,
when when I'm not finna do?

Speaker 1 (04:36):
Is?

Speaker 2 (04:36):
Hold your thing?

Speaker 1 (04:40):
The Nephew with Today's Frank Phone Call.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Right after this second, somebody's sleeping.
