We are still reeling from the sad news of Malcolm
Jamal Warner's accidental drowning. He was Everyone's son, everyone's brother
and best friend as theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show,
and then he went on to Star and Malcolm and
Eddie read between the lines The Resident, just to name
a few. Malcolm Jamal well, he was in Costa Rica

and on vacation reportedly with his family, his wife and
his daughter, and he drowned accidentally and by the time
they revived him it was too late. They were saying,
that's what happened. He was fifty four years old. Yeah,
just on vacation in Costa Rica.

So sad, very very sad. Yeah, because at first they
didn't even know when it first came out. Yeah.

You know how you have fond memories of somebody but
didn't mind. Was that one that.

Yeah. Bill Cosby reportedly liking the new of Malcolm Jabal
Warner's death to how he felt when he heard his
son died years ago, and he was reportedly devastated by
the news, as were many many celebrities. They did a
lot of tributes online and everything, and yeah, it's it's
it's stragedy really really good brother man. Yeah yeah, and

throwback episodes. But my favorite was that Gordon Gartrail's shirt shirt.

I'll say sad news. Yeah, h switching gears. Now, some
good news for Shannon Sharp. A Sharp sexual assault lawsuit
has been dismissed. Attorney Tony Busby represented Shannon Sharp's accuser
who sued sharped for fifty million dollars back in April.
We all remember when that story came out. Busby recently
announced on social media that both parties reached an agreement

and have acknowledged a long term, consensual and tumultuous relationship.
All matters have been addressed satisfactorily, and the matter is closed.
It is closed. So he thinks, Steve, what do.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
You say, I mean settling out or something?

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Yeah, they settled. Well, see we don't know for how
much though, of.

Speaker 3 (03:28):
Course no, not necessarily. See that's her lawyer talking. That
ain't his lawyer talking. Her lawyer trying to save face.
You know, this guy's always trying to find a fast book.

That's his thing.

He's like a ambulance chaser, except he chases celebrities.

You know, he brings everything he can.

What could have happened was this case just really had
no bearing because he said in his finding, he said,
after long discussion of both having a long consensual relationship,
now right there, why I got to pay you?

Now?

Why why would I have to pay you now? If
you then not admit it to your lawyer? See see
see once you sue somebody and the lawyer start trading information.
Somebody said this was a somebody had enough evidence for
this being consensual, and you run up into that problem
a lot. And so now everybody has agreed to what

nobody said, nothing about no money or nothing. I think
what happened was they just agreed to let it go
because there was no case if you got all of
these according to her lawyer. Now now to Saint Steve
talking all these long consensual relationship facts. Where we're at,

where we're at. But now here's the part about it.
This man been damaged. I mean to the point. Oh
I mean, man, they snatched everything, sponsorship, the contract, he
was off, it is gone. Now she gets to skip off.

Well I tried, but nothing happens when you falsely accuse people.
That should be some ramifications for you. Bu But see
a minute ago. A minute ago is you know the
you know, everybody sides with the quote unquote victim. But
then when you find out it ain't nothing. This man's career,

same thing happened to Michael Irvin, just got beat up,
nothing nothing. Y'all saw the tape of what happened to
the black dude that Jonathan Major. Y'all saw and how
that happened. That was crazy what they did. After watching
the tape.

So I think something has to start happening to these
people who accuse people just for the sake of money
and then nothing happens to them and they get to
skip away that you need to stop some of these
false accusations too.

Well, it says he settled. They settled the lawsuit. So
moving on to TMZ did he has enrolled in a
series of prison based rehabilitation programs while he awaits his
