Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well, another day, another reality star arrested. Real Housewife of
Potomac star Wendyosepho and her husband Eddie were arrested on
multiple fraud charges after allegedly lying to police in April
about having property stolen from their home during a vacation.
The couple filed insurance claims for more than four hundred

(00:21):
and fifty thousand dollars in losses, including more than twenty
thousand dollars worth of items that the couple had previously
returned to the stores for refunds, and when sheriff's deputies
searched their home on Thursday, they say they found at
least fifteen items like a Gucci wallet a Deer shirt
the couple said had been stolen. Wendy and Eddie, who

(00:42):
were arrested Thursday in Carroll County, posted bond and were released.
A Real Housewives franchise executive producer Andy Cohen.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Spoke about the situation.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
He said, quote, I'm a Wendy fan, and she has
been a great housewife and a great role model. She's
always led with education, old solid yeah, and her solid
family values, and so I'm really thinking about her and
her family, and I'm certainly hoping this is all some
big nothing.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
So that's what Andy Cohen said.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
Well, his his problem with these reality stars. They get
a dose of star dumb. Fame is different. It happened
with the on the h Housewives. Remember when the white
couple New Jersey. Yeah, they had to go high Todd
Christly and his wife. Now, uh, the black people have

(01:37):
got to know they can do some time.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
Idea you were going there usually I know where you're going.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
Really really need to start getting the affairs in order.
And know this because you know Padrian's husband, he had
he had to go back and he had to go back.
You can't, you can't. You can't get this new fame
and do like you want to. And what is your
lying for? Ain't they ain't. Ain't they got good jobs?

Speaker 1 (02:10):
Yeah, she has like four degrees of PhD. He's an attorney. Yeah,
so it's a teacher, john professor.

Speaker 4 (02:20):
Oh ah.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
Also they got college degrees, they got books since, yes,
but they ain't got no common sense.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
But see, what is it about the reality stars that
end up in trouble?

Speaker 3 (02:36):
I mean because they're always trying to live up to
the height that they've created on TV. Okay, example, Housewives
of Atlanta. They was written houses to shoot some of
these scenes in that wasn't their real house. Yeah, I
didn't know that.

Speaker 4 (02:56):
Wow, this Candy Bird seemed like candy Birds got money.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Yes, shout out to Meani the greatest housewife whoever lived.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Shout out to love her.

Speaker 3 (03:10):
But you know, I mean some of them got to
try to live up to the height that's created on
TV to present the lifestyle that they portrayed on TV,
because oftentimes that's not a fair portrayal.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
Okay, it is something that happens because friendships break up.
I mean, your best friends like sisters before you start
getting on these reality shows. Reality show you break up,
marriages break up.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
I guess it is. Same is a drug, I guess
it is.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
Now.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
I'm happy for the people once they get out, you know.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
Yeah, of course.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
I talked to Todd Christly Christly because we was cool.
He used to do my show. He's a really, really
cool dude. And I think they got the got you know,
up into something crazy. Anyway, I'm glad they got out.
You know, is Apollo out yet?

Speaker 1 (03:57):
Yes, he's been out of the long time. He's remarried
and everything.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
Yeah, so you know what's gonna happen. You know, everybody
gonna get out eventually.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
Karen Huger from the Real Housewives of Potomac just got
d ui. Yeah, jin Shaw, he ain't reality, but Puffy
is still there, just.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Really real.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
Yeah, he gonna get out eventually. Eventually they gonna let
all Kelly out. Eventually they gonna let our out.

Speaker 4 (04:29):
Yeah, oh well, shoot shoot okay, and other news, sad
news out of Hollywood. We're gonna switch gears here. Seventy
nine year old Diane Keaton. Legendary actors who starred in
iconic films like Annie Hall, The Godfather, and Something's Got
to Give has passed away. Diane Keaton has she was
romantically linked to big names in Hollywood like Woody Allen,

(04:53):
Warren Beatty, and al Pacino, but she never married them.
Al Pacino said that she was the one that got
way and basically he wishes he had married her.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
Diane Keaton adopted two children. They survive.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
Her fans, reactions and tributes from celebrities are still pouring
in on social media, so to that we say rest
in peace.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
Diane Keaton.

Speaker 4 (05:18):
Loved her and.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
She had just a distinctive style. Her dress style. Her
personality was a little quirky. Yeah, she was cool lady.

more layoffs than firings to the US Department of Education,
specifically to the office responsible for overseeing special education. This
is according to NPR. One employee said, quote, this is
disseminating the office responsible for safeguarding the rights of infants,

(06:01):
toddler's children, and youth with disabilities end quote. Employees who
